No matter how many years Ethan Ramsey has spent in medicine, working diligently in one of the country’s most prestigious hospitals, it never ceased to amaze him hw absolutely idiotic the world became on Friday the 13th. He didn’t even subscribe to the superstition, and yet, without fail, the date would come around and the emergency room descended into madness.

It was as if anyone with only half a brain cell watched it die and they gave into any and every intrusive thought.

And unfortunately for him, this was the second occurrence this year. Ethan didn’t even think anything could top the chaos of March 13th. The hospital had been running on empty, patients and residents, even doctors, were beginning to transfer to different hospitals. It was pure madness. He had foolishly believed that would be the worst he’d seen or would ever see.

Until today.

There had been no less than five major traffic accidents, the computer system was down and every staff member was locked out for close to two hours, Leland kept interrupting the diagnostics team whenever they finally had a moment to convene, and to top it all off, Ethan’s favorite resident had the day off.

Although it was a much needed one and it was at his behest. Genevieve had worked almost 72 hours nonstop with only a few hours of rest here and there. So he’d sent her home that morning, completely forgetting the date.

She’d texted him sporadically, offering to come back in, but Ethan refused. Gen needed to sleep and they could manage without her. So instead, he told her to utilize the quiet of his apartment and spend the day watching her favorite shows and catching up on sleep.

He’d almost forgotten the offer, until he arrived home that evening and pushed the button for his floor on the elevator.

A small part of him now regretted it. He was exhausted and all he wanted was a hot shower, dinner, and crawl into bed. Gen would most likely be her normal energetic self and eager to hear about all the “tea of the day”, as she would say. But, another part of him loved knowing he was coming home to her.

His bubbly and sweet rookie. The sunshine to his midnight rain.

A smile spreads across his tired face when he gets to his front door. Whatever song she was playing was loud enough to be heard quite clearly through the door.

If he had to guess, it was probably Taylor Swift.

He opens the door slowly, greeted with the sight of Genevieve in his Hopkins sweatshirt and a pair of leggings, hair in a messy ponytail as she dances and sings along to what is absolutely a Taylor Swift song. Using a metal whisk as her makeshift microphone.

Unwilling to disrupt the show, he gently places his briefcase one the floor and closes the door. Leaning against it with his arms crossed.

As the song progresses into the second verse, and she twirls back to the stove, he realizes she’s cooking. Ensuring that he came home to a homecooked meal after a long day. That knowledge melts his heart and almost forces him from his spot. But, he also doesn’t want to interrupt and miss the mini concert he’s getting.

He loves her like this, so free and happy. Enjoying the simple things in life to their fullest extent.

“He says ‘what you heard is true but I can’t stop thinkin’ ‘bout you and I’ I said ‘I’ve been there too a few times’” She sings the lyric with an excessive amount of dramatics and flare. Jumping right back into what she calls dancing as the chorus begins again.

At this point in their relationship, and friendship, Ethan is certain he’s heard every song ever made by Gen’s favorite artist. And while it may not be his cup of tea, he’ll never tire of seeing how excited and happy Gen gets when a song comes on.

Like when she accompanied him to the grocery store earlier that week. A song had come on when they were perusing the vegetables and she squeaked with excitement. Humming along and mouthing the words to him. It was one of the cutest things she’s ever done and a moment he burned into is memory.

Just like he’s doing with the one happening now.

Unable to resist any longer, Ethan joins her. Taking her hips in his hands and spinning her around to face him. As predicted, she screams in shock then breaks into a brilliant and beautiful smile. Dropping the whisk and wrapping her arms around his neck.

“Hi!” Gen beams, not at all embarrassed to be caught. Reaching to turn the volume of the music down. “Did you just get home?”

“I did.” He smiles back at her, leaning down to kiss her sweetly.

“I made dinner, I figured you could use a nice meal after the day you had.”

“Thank you, that was very sweet of you.”

“Always, babe.” She kisses him again, a little longer than before but no less sweet. Like she’s pouring her whole heart into the simple gesture.

After another second, Gen pulls away. Moving back to the stove to turn off the burner.

Deciding he’s not ready to fully let her go, Ethan follows. Pulling her back to his chest and kissing her cheek.

“You know, you’re ruining my Spotify every time you use my Alexa.”

“Ruining it, or adding some flavor to an otherwise boring list of top plays?” Gen laughs, the sound so pretty he can’t help but smile more.

“I stand by what I said, Rookie.” He lets her go, stepping to the side to take off his coat and tie. Though he keeps his eyes on her, noting how she continues to subtly dance along to the new song coming through the speakers.

“It’s your fault for picking me to be your girlfriend. You should have known; once a swiftie always a swiftie.” She laughs again, continuing to finish plating their dinner.

“Swiftie?”

“It’s what you call a Taylor Swift fan.” Gen steps over to him, patting his cheek. “Don’t worry, I’ll teach you all the lingo. Especially if we plan on staying together forever. You’ll need to know.”

“Right.” He nods, grabbing their plates and walking over to the dining table. “So the mentor would become the mentee?”

“Absolutely.” She follows close behind with two glasses and a bottle of wine. “Do you want to shower first?”

“I thought maybe we’d eat and then you’d join me in the shower.” He smirks at the blush that quickly rises to her cheeks, the way she bites her lip and look away for the briefest of seconds.

“That actually sounds nice. I missed you today.”

He takes the glasses and bottle from her hands, putting them down onto the table beside their meal. Taking her back into his arms a second later.

“I missed you, too, G.”

Whatever regret and dread he had before was now melted away. Along with almost every ounce of stress that had been heavy on his shoulders before walking in the door. And it was all because of her.

Her dancing and singing, the happiness of being reunited with her after a long day.

Ethan had purposely ignored her comment a few minutes prior, about being together for the rest of their lives. Not because he didn’t want that, but because it was still to early to be discussing those things. She still needed to finish her residency and decided on her future in medicine.

But he hoped that they’d be together through it all, because the love he feels for her – regardless of the fact that they’ve yet to voice it – was unlike anything he’s felt before. It’s healing and fulfilling. Bringing with it the type of happiness that only exists in daydreams and fairytales.

He didn’t care about their differences, he wanted to embrace them. Learn to love what she loves, like she’s doing with him.

He wanted a future where he continues to come home to find her singing and dancing with a metal whisk in his kitchen to a Taylor Swift song. Knowing that it would continue to dissolve the stress and pressure of the outside world.

A/N: Little does he know, his future self intentionally added Taylor Swift songs to his Spotify playlist so he could listen to them when he goes back to the amazon lol

gameverse vs mangaverse f/os

a lot of mutuals probably get confused with my selection of characters since i consume both the video game and manga variants of the pkmn franchise so out of my nerdy ass wanting to ramble and willingness to help a confused fella - here's a ... guide???? on how you can tell who's who. the best way to tell who's who is with their eye shape and/or color! i also see the pokemas universe coexisting with the general gameverse so yes 👍

ethan and gold

first and foremost, the eyes. ethan has blue/black, and gold has... well - golden eyes. gold wears goggles too.

ethan is a sweet and friendly kid, while gold is a mischievous gambler who's surprisingly good at hatching pkmn. they both own the cyndaquil line!

in connection to jaide, they're both younger brothers to both jaides (game and manga)

i also made an actual infographic about it in my old blog lmao

brendan and ruby

i think its obvious that i have more bias towards ruby more than i do with brendan - sadly brendan doesnt stick much to me as a character of his own (which means i don't actually familial f/o him) and i usually just picture ruby instead.

anyways, obviously brendan has blue eyes, a slightly tan skin and brown hair. ruby has sharp red eyes with black hair (reflecting the fact that he's norman's son). im not too sure about brendan's personality but im sure its kinda generic. ruby likes grooming his pkmn and making them look pretty, he doesn't like battling. brendan has the treeko line and ruby has the mudkip line (named mumu)

in connection to jaide (stone), ruby is her son

nate and blake (or lacktwo)

they're very similar, but the difference is their eye shapes. nate sports the usual pkmn art style eye shape. he has with brown eyes, but there's a white circle in the middle. blake however has like... a very angled eye design - well you can kinda see it there.

like the other game kids, nate is a happy, cheerful and sympathetic boy. blake's characterized by always looking stern, and stiff most of the time, he's actually interpol's superintendent and is on the team plasma case. nate has a tepig and oshawott line(?) and blake has an oshawott line

in the gameverse, ilynne is just nate's friend (but big sister figure) (still not sure tho). in the mangaverse, ilynne is blake's "adoptive mother" for the sake of an undercover operation, but they're actually coworkers (recruited by looker)

also why is matchmaking ethan and alicia’s thing sjdkdjfj like them teaming up in s33 to get rash and gem back together, and, like here, they weren’t actually together themselves then either! (though they ended up getting back together at the same time, leading to them overhearing rash and gem having sex sjsjjfkfk)

lmaoo why is elle going “karen please don’t do this! karen!” while her patient runs away while making no actual effort to stop her😭

What happened to angel?

So, phew this episode, this was intense. I loved this one, it's like we are now continually picking pace. Giles dark past, honestly not that dark, I thought it's gonna be more darker and intense. Still, kinda wish we had more scenes of his past.

Whatever that monster was, wygon(?) I think, is inside angel or dead, I didn't quite understand that part. That was a smart move from willow.

Oh and Jenny and giles seem to be over, yeah it's sad but who can blame her, you can't be part of giles and Buffy's life unless you're part of the supernatural world, it's sad but it is what it is. Hopefully he will find someone someday. It has to get so lonely. It's honestly a sad life, minus saving the whole world thingy.

I guess that's it, loved the episode, it was interesting, especially giles past, I still wish we had more angel, as much as I love the chemistry between buffy and him, I can't exactly ship them when he's barely in the show. No spike or drusilla in this episode, no vampires. Also, no OZ, can we have him back.

Oh btw, fuck you Ethan.

lemme tell you about men of the year

so ethan wrote me two autos instead of the just one i actually paid for. cause he was like "okay who do i make this out for" and i told him my name is night and he looked at me for a hot second (cause he knew at that point where im from so its kinda obvious night is not a very finnish name lol) like "is that your real name" and i just went "well, kinda, yeah" and then he jUST REACHED FOR ANOTHER PICTURE LIKE "okay give me your REAL name" and im just desperately trying to tell him he doesnt need to do this but he insisted and now i have. two. one made to night and one made with my real name ;;

ETHAN REMEMBERED US FROM BABES PREVIOUS CON SHENANIGANS, which is incredible, considering i was only a part of that very briefly on a video chat with him for like half a minute but hE REMEMBERED. hes so goddamn sweet

scorp immediately noticed our matching shoes when it was our turn in the line. and that they matched together with one of the pictures they had up for signing, so if/when you see wrestlebash vlog come up uuuh yeah boys did an upwards panning shot with our look cause yeah we also committed to this bit lol (we had matching shoes, ethan shirts and sunglasses on, for daryl as well lol)

ethan was also incredibly honored to know i mainly flew out here for this to meet him (as he was the original headliner for me before kip and penny were announced tbh), and then i had to tell him all about my eight and a half hour flight and how im here for five days and also meeting my babe for the first time and yeah. he was so honored to know i was doing this for the first time mainly for him ;;

and then i told him i was also here for kip as i happened to show him my arm kinda off hand and his face. HIM FACE. if youve ever seen ethan have one of those shocked, speechless big eyed looks.. yeah he was literally looking at my arm like that before he was like "THATS SO COOL". he also most definitely wink wink nudge nudged me about the all-atlantic title with pac and what hes been saying this past week potentially about kip in promos and i might have slightly freaked out at him caUSE YES MAN I KNOW. (he also told me to tell kip hi when i saw him later as i mentioned im still prepping myself for all that lol)

there is also a good few shots of the art haul we brought with us for the two of them on scorps insta. his "WHAAAAAT" lives rent free in my head tbh. they were so cool with us taking so much of their time ;;

also ethan is so easy to talk to which is so surprising to me. i mean yeah i know hes a really chill dude and all, but also as i told him "but YOURE ETHAN PAGE" ("that does mean anything, my children dont care about that either!" which. understandable lol)

i didnt get to talk with scorp a lot, i was taking a lot of ethans time asdfghjkl and also @ss-trashboat was just dicking about with him (about buying photos i have been told lol) but he was so nice and cool too. an absolute delight of a man

also after we left their table we were like halfway gone the aisle before i realized i totally forgot in all of this to actually get the duo auto from them so we just walked back in line for things. to which scorp told us we could have just skipped the line to come back but lmao we already took so long before we didnt wanna cut in asdfghjkl

also ethan was the only one in our photos to hold daryl so thats special <3

It was a paeceful sunny day and despite Rome, especially in summer it turned into a chaotic hive of tourists, apparently that day was an epiphanic case. The streets still seemed deserted even though it was already late morning, and the hot summer temperature merged with a gentle cool breeze, knocking on the windows of your modest apartment.

You were intent on finishing a painting that a couple of clients had commissioned you, you should have delivered it in a few weeks and even if the work seemed like a lot, you didn't want to worry too much about that beautiful landscape painting. Sitting on a wooden stool, with the color palette in one hand and a brush in the other, you were really engrossed in adding minute detail to an oak tree in the foreground when suddenly you heard slow footsteps approach the living room.

A somewhat sleepy Ethan made the appearance of him, while with absent gestures of his he rubbed the palm of his left hand near his eye and temple. His eyes of his pitch-colored irises studied in his hermitic silence those few details that he could focus on in the room and then sum up what was happening. Without taking your eyes off your artistic work you said:

"Did you sleep well?" your clamorous and sweet tone still seemed not to have awakened the sleeping unconscious of your boyfriend, who after having nodded, disappeared in the kitchen for a few moments.

Without being seen, you could not control a spontaneous smile, that boy was really soft when he woke up, he seemed completely in a whole world of him, almost a sleepworm, but on the other hand you also liked this side of him unconditionally.

When Ethan reappeared with a cup of tea in one hand, while with the other he was adjusting the messy lace of his pajama suit, his footsteps stopped in front of your unfinished canvas, and tilting his head he observed her sipping the drink from time to time.

"You like it?" you asked cleaning the brush with a damp cloth, you heard a reflective hum from the lips of the young man behind you who slowly seemed to be approaching you.

"It's not finished yet, but you seem to be doing fine" he replied with unfiltered sincerity, but it seemed he was still mulling over something, Ethan always mulling over something.

"Any advice for me?" you asked at that point, getting more comfortable on the stool, bending one leg so that the foot could rest on the small wooden platform.

"...I don't know" he said almost immediately, shrugging as you shot him a puzzled look from behind as you giggled.

"Did you go to art highschool, and you can't give me some advice?" you asked a little disappointed, while he rolled his eyes and stretched his lips in a soft smile of defeat.

"Yes, but, you're studying at the Academy of Belle Arti, what I think would be irrelevant" he admitted a little with regret, but you didn't let go.

"Anything could change my perspective and give this work an extra touch, so don't underestimate yourself and tell me what you think"

"So you want me to tell you what I think now?" he asked again, placing his empty cup of tea on the table.

"Yes, Ethan. I would like to know what's going on in your head" you repeated with an exasperated smile, turning away from him, but why was it always so difficult to read the mind of that long raven-haired boy?

Sighing slightly, but without losing your mental stillness, you decided again to start work again while your boyfriend still seemed to be lost in thought, but when the tip of your brush was about to touch the white surface of the canvas, you were forced to thank the firmness of your hands that prevented you from making a serious mess, while you felt two warm lips resting delicately on your neck.

"Ethan...!" you whispered pretending annoyed, while you took advantage of that juncture of a second, to lower your hand with the brush and put it back on the nearest table. Meanwhile, another kiss landed not far from where the first one had been given, and then there was another and another, marked by a slow rhythm, as if the boy did not want to be too intrusive.

"Ethan, I'm working" you whispered with a small smile, pinching the skin of his wrist with your fingers, when you felt him brush your side, so as to keep you in your place.

"I know" he replied touching the line of your jaw with his lips "But I think you woke up at 5:00 in the morning and now it is..." his dark eyes wandered over the small clock placed on the living room wall. "..it is 10:30 am, you have worked 5 consecutive hours, so I think it's time to take a little break” his calm voice was like a sweet melody to your ears, how could you contradict him?

"Mmmh...Iknow I know, but I have a lot to do, as well as paint" you explained trying to remove his warm hands from your hips as you got up from the stool, then approach the table and take his empty cup, then walking calmly to the kitchen to wash along with the other breakfast crockery you still had left in the damp sink.

Ethan, for his part, was watching you curiously, as if his mind was planning something to keep you from working hard that day too. His coarse-fingered fingers approached a small window sill in the living room, where there was a small basket with various 36 rpm albums. He studied them all with extreme care, careful to be able to choose the perfect one for the occasion, and when he recognized that of Matia Bazar "Solo tu" a satisfied smile spread over his mouth, while extremely slowly so as not to be heard by you, he slipped the CD in the vintage turntable you bought last year.

When your ears suddenly heard the first familiar notes, while you were rinsing the last dishes in the sink, you could not help but let out an amused laugh, perfectly understanding what Ethan had in mind. Feeling his presence at the kitchen door, you turned around to be able to observe him better, trying with all of yourself not to laugh and look at him romantic and flirty, while he approached you with a slow and swaying step.

"May I have the audacity to invite you to dance, signorina?" he asked you with extreme kindness as he guided your wet hands near the little apron you had put on, so that he could dry them and then kiss the back of one, guiding you to turn around so that you could look him in the eye.

"I didn't remember you could dance, you're full of surprises, Ethan" you answered with a slightly ironic tone, tying your arms around his neck and letting him go down your body and then settle on your soft hips.

"Only when it's just you...of course" he murmured, shaking his head to hide a slight shyness.

"Do you have any moves to show me, signor Torchio?" you asked getting lost in his dark chocolate irises, letting a few long strands of his hair tickle your face, when he lowered his head to be able to observe you better.

"Of course, signorina" he said playing along, after taking your hands again and making you do a brief turn on yourself.

That guy was really funny when he danced, he didn't get too unbalanced and sometimes it happened that your bare feet collided during some steps.

"Oh wow! Look how you move those hips" you commented laughing and letting out a gasp as you felt his hands guiding you in a sudden turn until your back rested against his thin chest, and two arms imprisoned you in a loving grip. Ethan loved your voice, especially when you giggled spontaneously, it made him feel in the right place and at the right time.

His lips were back on your face, filling the entire left side with an invisible trail of them, and then resting them in your scented and soft hair.

"Do you know that you are wonderful when I see you so happy?" his voice seemed muffled between your locks as you both rocked absently with your feet wrapped in the sweet song.

"Really?" you asked, hiding a slight blush on your cheeks.

"Really" he repeated, squeezing you in his toned arms, a little more.

"And you know that after all, you are not so bad as a dancer?" you asked, turning quickly towards him, while your small hands caressed the contours of his defined jaw. The young man looked in your cute eyes and then let out a giggle of defeat.

"Oh shut up..." he murmured as your lips rested on his looking for a romantic kiss on that lazy but happy summer morning.

Ok. Heisenberg starts protecting Ethan (cant let the twink croak before he’s served his purpose lmao) after he agrees to his deal and they start questing through the village together. Like, he starts out real subtle and lowkey, like, not letting the enemy get too close to Ethan, letting the man actually rest, you know, lowkey stuff. But as time flies, Karl catches himself actually caring for Ethans safety (and maybe even starts catching some feelings??) so his efforts to protect him just escalate from there.

Like, he starts to deliberately put himself between Ethan and danger. Not that it stops Ethan from getting injured, but you know. Its the thought that counts. Heisenberg is the first lord Ethan faces off against, and he proposes the deal, and Ethan takes it. now not only are they teamed up against the village ghouls, they're also going around and recruiting other lords in the process. moving on to Moreau, then Donna, and finally Dimitrescu and her daughters (and thats where she slashes Ethan's arm off and that is when Heisenberg is like 'o no baby what is you doin' and heals it for him)

now after some gentle persuading and metal bending, they're all teamed up against miranda (derogatory) (this is where Karl suffers that painful blow and Ethan is like 'wait. you like me??? for my personality???' and Karl is like 'yeah i was surprised as well.')

now Miranda is back in hell or walmart or wherever she belongs and Rose is restored and the lords are free to party it up and come to terms with their new family members. Ethan celebrates his new family, gives Rose to Chris for a minute while he goes talks Feelings (TM) and he and Heisenberg get together and start life anew.

They all move to Montego Bay and live near the coast

“I thought I told you to grab the umbrella before we left.”

Those were the words that left Damiano’s lips as he stood next to you underneath the small roof of the store that was stopping the two of you from getting wet with rain water.

You’d been out for most of the day doing shopping for things you needed for your apartment, but at the end of the day, you hadn’t found anything you needed. You’d gotten caught up in a clothing area after you’d jokingly dared him to try and walk around the place in the highest heels you could find. At that point, you were bored beyond imagination so he jumped at the chance to do something remotely fun and entertaining.

By the time you were ready to leave, it had started pouring heavily. You were both stupid and had deemed it unnecessary to take the car since the store was only a few minutes away and you weren’t planning on buying things you couldn’t carry in your hands.

On top of that, however, you’d both forgotten to grab the umbrella on the way out. So there you were, squished together with your backs to the wall underneath the tiny roof as you meditated on what to do next.

“No, I told you to get it because I was looking for my shoes,” You shouted over the rain. “It doesn’t matter either way. The issue is we have no umbrella.”

You shivered when the cold wind hit you once again. You were wearing a hoodie and a pair of jeans, but it still wasn’t enough to protect you from the chilly wind. Damiano noticed as you tried to hide yourself deeper into your hoodie. He wrapped an arm around your waist and pulled you into his body so your back was pressed against his chest.

Damiano slid your hands into the pockets of your hoodie and placed his over yours in an attempt to warm them. He rested his head against yours as he did so and softly hummed quietly, deep in thought.

“I mean, we could make a run for it,” He suggested. “Realistically, it isn’t that far away. Maybe once the rain settles down a bit we can just go and shower once we get back home.”

“Or we could just make a run for it, right now,” You shrugged and felt his chest vibrate as he chuckled at the suggestion, “Amore, you’re already freezing and you want to walk all the way home when it’s raining like this?”

You shrugged and turned to look at him, wrapping your arms around his waist and resting your head on his shoulder, “I mean, we’ve been standing here for a while and it’s way easier to get a cold with this wind if we wait for it to stop raining so aggressively instead of just… you know? I know that makes no sense, but the sooner the better, right?”

Damiano sighed and removed the jacket he was wearing over his hoodie because, unlike you, he’d come prepared after seeing how cold it’d been the past few days. He draped it over your shoulders and grabbed your hand in his, “Let’s go then.”

A surprised yelp fell from your lips when he started running and pulled you along. You laughed in surprise as you felt the raindrops fall on your hair as you rain behind your boyfriend. He was laughing too as he ignored people’s stares and kept moving. You both felt like little children as you ran and purposefully stepped on all the puddles you encountered on the way home.

He stopped after a few minutes, once you were standing right outside of the apartment complex, so you could both catch your breath. In that short time span, rain started falling less and you’d both warmed yourselves up after those few minutes of running.

Damiano grabbed your hand in his once more. You thought he was about to start walking up the stairs so you could get into the warmth and safety of your apartment, but instead, he slowly pulled you close and let his other hand rest on your hip, “What the hell are you doing?” You chuckled as he started swaying the two of you side to side. He hushed you with a quick kiss and started singing quietly, barely loud enough for you to hear.

“My love is stronger than the universe,” He sang and twirled you around. Almost as if it were magic, you seemed to forget about everything else, the rain, the cold, and just let yourself enjoy the moment with your lover, “My soul is cryin' for you and cannot be reversed.”

“You’re such a sap, Damià,” You said, but he ignored it and kept singing as he twirled the two of you around, “C’mon now, let’s go inside and we can keep dancing over there.”

He reluctantly agreed and pulled away to search for the key to your apartment as you rushed into the elevator, not in the mood to use the stairs.

You walked into the apartment, both of you a cold yet giggling mess. Your clothes were dripping water all over the entrance, but neither seemed to mind as you pulled him into a kiss. You ran your hands through his wet and tangled hair as you giggled into the kiss, which made him start laughing so hard you had to pull away.

A bright smile illuminated your face at the sound. You were convinced there wasn’t a more beautiful sound than him laughing. It had always filled you with so much joy to see a smile on his face and hear a laugh escape from his lips. Those were two of the things you found yourself missing the most while he was away on tour or you had to leave on work trips.

You dropped the keys on a bowl you kept by the entrance and turned to look at him, "So, do you want to shower first or should I?"

Damiano smirked teasingly as he walked close to you and his hands started massaging your shoulders, "I'm not sure there's enough warm water for the both of us to take a shower," He whispered and slowly kissed down your neck and pulled at the neck of your hoodie to press kisses to your collarbone.

You smiled, he looked up at you and you placed a sweet kiss on his forehead, "Is that so?" He nodded, "Seems like we have to share, huh?"

"Really? How unfortunate," You giggled before he lifted you up bridal style and carried you all the way to your bathroom.

Option A: You have sex in the shower.

Option B: You have sex in the bathtub.

Yes! The story of how Ethan finds out about the injury is included in one of the fics on my endless WIP list, but since I don’t plan on finishing it anytime soon, I’ll reply with a little HC here 💕 (who am I kidding, it's not ‘little’ because I can’t shut up lol but I’m not tagging anyone because I honestly don’t know what it is)

Before Miami, Ethan had collected some scraps of information about Tiffany—a disorganized list of details he kept at the back of his mind like pieces of a puzzle he was dying to solve.

Miami brought him the missing ones...And much more than he bargained for.

The first day of the conference was as hectic as ever, filling their schedules with lectures and presentations. Afterwards, the young doctor insisted on going out for dinner. He accepted the seemingly innocent invitation, oblivious to her secret mission: unwinding Doctor Ethan Ramsey.

She made him stop by the liquor store, then dragged him to the highly recommended pizza place nearby before they ended up on a beach, bonding over patient stories while drinking cheap champagne in plastic cups and tasting what was supposed to be the most Italian Margherita in Miami.

The conversation quickly turned personal. She opened up to him, giving him more clues, and he offered some fragments of himself in return.

Favorite food. The stories behind their names. Last vacation spot. Some memorable lessons from Naveen. The most annoying parts of med school experience.

He wanted to know everything about her, piece all those colorful tidbits together—maybe then it would make sense. Maybe then he’d understand why an intern got stuck on his mind.

Why did you become a doctor?

Tiffany’s smile dimmed for one split second as her gaze shifted to the ocean. She tried to avoid the answer, saying her backstory is lame, but he promised not to laugh her off. Tell me yours and I’ll tell you mine.

Her curiosity won over hesitation. Long version or short version?

The honest one.

So she told him about a little girl—a dancer. She was a natural. Her mother quickly noticed her talent and decided to put it into good use, prompting her to become the prettiest, the most praiseworthy, the absolute best destined for success.

But the girl didn’t want to be a collateral damage of her mother’s unfulfilled dreams; she wanted to find her true calling and craved to explore all the possibilities. She was eager to dance just as much as to become the smartest person in the room.

For years she obeyed, earning disapproving looks whenever she gave priority to something other than endless hours spent on learning new moves or perfecting her hover corté and chassé.

Then, one day during training, a week before the nationals, she jumped a little too early, a little too high, not giving her partner a heads-up to catch her on time. Her knee ligament was torn, shattering her efforts to defend the national championship.

Mrs Addams was convinced her daughter’s injury wasn’t an accident. Tiffany was always a wild child, showcasing her independence in the most infuriating way. What if she did this on purpose to quit dancing?

The unfair accusation crushed her heart, but not her spirit.

A month after the surgery she was back in training. The doctors didn’t recommend such a drastic shift from the recovery, but Felicity was willing to take the risk.

And Tiffany was determined to prove to her mother that she was just a victim of bad luck. That she didn’t mean to hurt herself.

Her moves were slower, sloppier, painful. She didn’t mean it before, but maybe she meant it now. Every step was a torture, but she had to be perfect again. So she danced until she couldn’t stand anymore and her knee refused to work. The damage was irreversible and no surgery she had gone through could fix it.

Ethan listened to the story with a deep frown and usettling feeling tugging at his heartstrings. His fingers swept through the sand mere centimeters away from Tiffany’s thigh and he cursed himself for even thinking of touching her. Comforting her. Telling the little girl she’s enough, she’s her own person, she doesn’t have to prove anything to anyone.

So that was my moment. I promised myself I’ll become a healer and try to fix all things broken and helpless.

He asked if it still hurt, and she nodded. Said she got used to the uncomfortable tingling and lifted her flimsy dotted dress a little to show him the scar. His fingers dug into the sand to help him hide from his thoughts.

How about the other one?

The other one? Her mouth fell open in confusion. A second later she pursed her lips and sent him a smirk. I‘ve learned to live with it.

And the hole in his heart was a proof of how it’s done—how grief could become a weapon.

Its definitely not damiano's stomach, however it does look very like his hand so idk

its not thomas' hand because his are much more slender, and its not his stomach because he's paler and it just doesn't look like his

it could be vic, but there's no bellybutton piercing so thats unlikely but it does look very like her stomach, shape wise, but theres details that dont match up so its probably not her

and finally ethan (who i thought it was originally). its probably not him, because he has more of a six pack i think, and also (yes dont judge me) the um ... CrOtCh ArEa is too small. And the hand isn't his because its not veiny enough.

when lily arrives in the pub for ethan’s leaving drinks she sees the others all sat laughing together but they don’t invite her over or anything so she goes and sits by herself :(

aww dixie reads the letter olivia wrote for her with a drawing of them and jess all together as a family and she goes and quits🥺🥺

ethan arrives in the pub and tells them that he’s rescinded his resignation and robyn asks what made him change his mind and he says a good friend convinced him to stay and robyn looks over at lily sat by herself and invites her to join them🥺

she then tries to tell lily all about her photos and interview in the magazine and she gets multiple dings SJDKFKF but this time jack and louise can’t hold in their laughter so she realises what’s going on and realises she’s been going on about it a bit much

dixie comes back with jess and olivia and little abs and says goodbye to everyone🥲🥲🥲

olivia reading the letter as the voiceover and she says how dixie made her feel loved and safe and protected her from harm🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 cheers sons crying

My thoughts for Legacies 316: (here we go again😂)

(I’m combining after thoughts with live thoughts)

1) The soundtracks for this episode are amazing, they fit very well even for Finsie that I heard that a lot of people were complaining on Reddit.

2) I finally get my team Sowanby! I just feel so much from them! They kind of make a great team, but please, do not go on another heist again. You both sucks at that! The holes are, the museum don’t have a fucking alarm for Leonardo DaVinci’s work? Are you kidding me? And Landon beating the shit out of the guard but not putting him out first is so dumb. The worst is Cleo calling Landon’s name so loud, I can’t😂😂😂😂😂😂 you don’t want people to be on your back when you have the Malivore threat going on guys! And ha! You guys are on the headline! That’s why I really feel like these supernaturals are so outdated and solidified from modern technology, even in 2030! Are you going to tell me everything technology will still be the same like now?? Come on, there’ll be cameras watching everywhere. Like they can see Cleo using magic! I need my Trimini (or bridge) coven and Hope starting to integrate the supernatural world with the modern world. 3) the line about “many who shaped it are never acknowledged” I stand! After that, about the key card my random thoughts were about Landon being the one that stole the key card😂 just out of the blue and I’m proven wrong though.

4) Landon bonding with Cleo!!!! They thought the same way, and “I can promise that anyone that have to get to you, they have to get to me” is so strong! But the scene after, is the moment I started really doubting Landon, the look is too alarming. But there are still Sowanby scenes😭😭😭 and the melted heart mud... I mean I genuinely believed that the spell didn’t work because Landon is also mud himself. But in hindsight it is horrific, like the serial killer is just standing next to you but and the signs are right in front of you.

5) Malivore mud being artistically friendly! I can’t haha! Oh and when Holarke walked on Sowanby inspiring moment🤣🤣🤣I can’t, they act like both of them are cheating on one another it’s hilarious. Thank you for acknowledging each other Holarke and Sowanby🤣. By now, I should have known that’s MaliLandon. It’s humiliating because Holarke and Sowanby got me so happy that I didn’t see the clues lmao! Because there’s this line: “Following the footstep of the Renaissance greatest man? ” but this thing, Cleo only did it with Leonardo, with whom she slept with......

6) And damn, after that, I felt like a FOOL, CLOWN, WHATEVER after that! All I have for team Sowanby is fake 🙃🙃🙃🤡🤡🤡 Anyway we still have to admit that the promise still stand true right, cuz it’s literal.🤣🤣🤣 MaliLandon fulfills his promise by eating Cleo. TYPICAL.

7) Holarke! Clarke is still handsome as ever😍. We can see his presence is clearly affecting Josie and making Hope giving him information. Can we talk about how cute is he sleeping soundly here?

8) Lizzie being the only unaffected queen here. AND IT’S FINALLY LIZZIE’S TURN FOR “AD SONNUM” I can totally see her pleasantness in doing that to somebody after being on the receiving end🤣🤣🤣 Josie and Hope had done it before so now we actually see her doing it. I somehow feel completed.

9) The look Hope and Josie shared. Hosie!

10) Josie is going to be the death of me! I like her look. And how the camera moving upward gosh! And I’m totally digressing here, what is a razzleberry? And what is a slush? I have no idea what they are, I just feel like tasting what she tasting now. Lizzie’s line, crashing and splashing😂 Am I colour blind? Cuz I really can’t tell whether Hope is wearing dark blue or dark green 😅 if it’s green, then the traffic lights colour are back again lol. If blue, then Hosie matching clothes! Did Finsie ever have matching colours? I’m just wondering.

11) Hosie scene! They talked about how seeing Clarke traumatised Josie~~ damn and Josie says traumatised is her permanent resting state. I mean even on her birthday she was buried alive lmao. And Hope wants to help Josie stop the traumas by sacrificing herself to defeat Malivore, like by literally dying. Which she didn’t want because she didn’t want to live forever.

12) Holarke scene again! I love all those banters and their dynamics😂😂 how Hope is the only one that trusts Clarke now. The mimic spell! It’s their thing😍😍. Oh it totally surprised me that Clarke isn’t mud man anymore. I’m really happy for him, because he finally break himself out of the abuse! It seems like triad is totally gone?? But I still kind of think that there may be something more? And Clarke’s reaction to Hope opening the artefact! 🤣🤣🤣 and the way that Clarke sensed the familiarity with Cleo! Yea boy, she’s the inspiration to the creation of you.

13) Clarke keeps calling Hope and Landon kids🤣 how’s the feeling of getting kid!Hope kicking your ass and saving you😂😂😂 oh she’s totally your equal. Frenemies at best! YES! I love Holarke bonding. And the fact that Clarke being Hope inspiration to believe in friendship and her family now can help her to defeat Malivore, I Stan! Don’t lose sight of the corner! Josie! Lizzie! Clarke! Yes you have them! I’m glad that Clarke didn’t die, I’ll be so mad because the writer would be bringing him back for nothing. Oh the incendia is painful, affecting me more than the fake looking MaliLandon eating Cleo. The height difference again🤣 with Holarke this time.

15) about hero names, I’m still having playback of “blursome and essential” in my mind. MG is looking at the mask longer than Kaleb, I feel like he’s missing Ethan, like a lot. Another thing is, since we see the effect of someone else being compelled so clearly, but we never seen Ethan’s compelling effects. Or it’s a budget matter? They must be kidding right? So maybe Ethan is really faking it? So that leads us to Lethan....

16) if my suspicion is true, then damn, Ethan is using Lizzie to get into SBS? I’m worried for Lizzie’s wellbeing. Also the look on Josie when Ethan drives near tight after she said like some eligible will fall out of the sky🤣🤣🤣 the timing is impeccable lmao. For real, Lizzie wanting Ethan to be Hope’s rebound after her kiss with him in the trio imagination, is ....so the trio is now sharing guys now? Jandon is still there in the history! It’ll be like a very messing love multi-triangle😌😌😌

17) the way Lizzie talked about how Hope is perfect the whole way and judging by the day when they arrived at SBS? That’s very long! Lmao, Lizzie are you sure you’re not in love with Hope? Hizzie rights! (I don’t even know when I started to ship Hizzie, it’s a mystery🤣) I think I can only talk like that about my love. Why don’t you make you and your sister Hope’s rebound? I’ll be happy with what I get🤣

18) The decision to bring Ethan on a tour, is so bad. What if ethan ended up enrolling SBS and Alaric can’t deny the application? Did she ever think of that?? And Josie and Mg is going to face the consequences in the near future🤣 dreadful! From there I already felt the cliche sweetness that when you’re trying to be a wingwoman and ended up “selling” yourself out🤣🤣 fuck CW for cutting the scenes of Lizzie’s epic facial expression when she was slapped with her own words😂😂😂anyway, it’s no way she can refuse the ask out after 315 where Lizzie still thinks that she can’t be the chosen one when Hope is there, but someone actually chooses her even after all the Hope is perfect speech. As much as I mourn for Methan and Mizzie, I’m happy that she got someone to tell her that. But I think they’re destined to backfire😅

19) so does the Mizzie “will they won’t they?” officially end here? I’m confused. Btw it’s really a way to mention Sebastian’s death being relocated permanently 🤣 oh wait...she knew that that prison world is destroyed forever right????? Someone save me.

20) okay I have to go back before Ethan picked the twins up: while Lizzie is actually worrying about themselves being stranded, Josie is just more concerned about Hope? Hosie! Poor Josie, she never sees that she is Hope soft spot and can totally make Hope happy too. Look at your dumb joke at 103, Hope’s laugh is magnificent too. It’s because of you. And yes I’m with Josie, I just ship Hope with herself and her axe right now, don’t put her with anyone for at least 5 more episode please.

21) The one that doesn’t dissolve into goo! Now is Clarke! And the both of you my dear twins. Btw, the dna thing, where Clarke confirms that dna is still toxic... so it applies to Landon too right? And it’s now just more overwhelmingly apparent that handon sex is without protection. Yea so much for epic love. And this is about the possibility where (hopefully) it’s not MaliLandon when the sex scene happened.

22) Finsie time! I got to say, it’s really improving. Their scene is beautiful, finally. That feeling that they’re nice together is now going on continuous for me. I’m happy for them! They are now stepping up on Hosie, not derogatory, I’m just seeing some parallels from hosie here. The disclose of Ethan broken arm, where Hosie has done, before that there’s Clarke’s traumatising Josie thing with Hosie. Next, the focus on the hand holding, I’m thinking of 207 and others. The “me being here with you”, with hosie 308 “then I’ll be here with you”. The whole thing is very comforting for Josie. The hug is good too. We can see that they finally have some nice scene and the bgm is good for them.

23) I have no idea what is magical agronomy, so I look it up. Again, that shows how Josie love plants, like someone in Reddit said they observed that Josie’s side of room has several plants. And in 307, the herbs, that she remembers. I think it can help a lot if Hope is starting a magical technology company. Josie’s interest in that can come in handy. They’ll make a great team. 24) we are still missing Jed here. Justice for Jed. We need Jed real first name. Did anyone notice when the super squad faces MaliLandon there’s no werewolf present? They’re really downplaying that huh? But maybe I can be satisfied that they are not making Finch being there but not Jed.

25) We need to address this thing about Handon. It’s like one and a half time that Hope couldn’t recognise that Landon is not Landon right? We still have to give credits to her memories shared with Cleo actually make Cleo kind of recognise the difference? So half a time. I agree with Josie’s words that Landon makes Hope happy. I mean, yes, most of the time they failed in working but there’s still sweet scenes between them. So that’s actually what makes Handon tolerable. They are what makes me only do facepalm rather than skipping them. So yes of course Hope has happy moments with Landon. Just that it doesn’t mean that they’re good together.

26) it’s always Landon’s bros that first find out Landon wasn’t Landon😂 this time is Clarke. It’s Clarke that tell Hope, “Landon will never leave you”. That’s the inconsistency of the writers, not counting MaliLandon’s time, it’s still two times. And there’s time that some will argue that Landon’s feet literally walk away from Hope. So...that’s not true, do not stuff that in our throat anymore. “I always thought you two are destined to be together” is this the writer way of saying they’re not doing Handon anymore or otherwise? Cuz “thought” is past tense and “are” is present tense. I’m tired. It’s normal that Hope still wants Landon to be happy and still love him. But after the breakup, when she still doesn’t know that it’s MaliLandon, the “still dying to get Landon again” is obsession. Girl, it’s derogatory to your self-esteem. “If a mud man like me can beat his fate, maybe you kids can too” yea that’s Handon going on.

27) we shouldn’t need to be told that Handon is epic love multiple times. We should be able to feel them, see them ourselves. Why did I start approving Finsie now, because instead of them being only all talking and no showing, now we see them working well (until now). I have been widely accepting to any other legacies ships and why I never ship Handon? So really these multiple telling us that how good is Landon to Hope, is not working. I’ve never been so frustrated.

28) Let’s appreciate the Handon parallel with 101. It’s interesting that how Landon is inside the cage and Hope is outside the cage again. The meaning of the cage has deep meaning here. Handon first kiss is in the cage, that kind of mean that their love is trapped there. Like how their relationship being so troublesome and bound by these fateful encounters. The lights are quite similar, handon always has this blue lighting for them, which sometimes it’s kind of weird. The first time it is Hope decorating the ceiling with stars for Landon. It’s sweet, but also implying that what Handon has is the false beauty of them and not keeping the cage symbolism in mind. In other way of interpreting it, this is the writer foreshadowing their endgame. Cuz they’re trapped there, no way in no way out.

29) I think I’m not the only one bothered by the mostly lack of real Landon appearance in s3. As we can see how MaliLandon words sits so right about, Landon not belonging to SBS if it weren’t Hope. Then he leaves with Cleo, that’s a thing for Sowanby too, they still don’t have roots with the school, and it’s a great bonding between them, friendship or not. It’s the bond between them that matter. In 314 315, we always see that the students were totally fine without Landon. Like the three trios paralleling? It’s sad that Landon is like bouncing here and there in SBS but never really belong. And now the writers kind of ripped his personal development. So now he has neither his pheonix powers nor fighting skills, great? And even Hope’s growth too. We are seeing her moving to a good direction and the writers have to drag her back in the hell hole. Hope needs to not always looking at Landon for her happiness, it’s not good for the both of them. Like MG said, be your own person.

30) THEORIES regarding Landon: a) It’s MaliLandon all the way? I hope not, it’s reminding me of Lost Girl that one of the characters slept with the father personating the person she loves, and got pregnant. Tell you what was more alarming? When the episode ended, I was recommended to move on to Lost Girl on CW seed. It’s disgusting! Why do you want to help make me hate Handon? I don’t even hate them initially! I’m like struggling to be logical and lean on the positive side here. Why I can’t move on from this possibility: first, I’ve always headcannon that Malivore has partial control over Landon. Like how Landon actually wasn’t lying in 102 103? That’s Malivore. And Handon, as genius as always, doesn’t talk about it. Second, the way that Landon dissolved, he was human back then, but he turns into goo? how does it even work? If he is human, toxic to dna will make him die, not become goo, right? Even if that wasn’t a problem, it can also be MaliLandon trying his luck. Third, Malivore purpose is to make the perfect legacy, he will totally give it a try to make tribrid-Malivore babies. Fourth, during the inspiration from Cleo, MaliLandon has Landon’s memories, enhancing the theories that Malivore has partial control over Landon, so even if it wasn’t MaliLandon, it’s still partial-MaliLandon. Fifth, after the inspiration, MaliLandon said that he doesn’t need Hope to tackle his problem or for his purposes, which means he initially wanted Hope, thinking getting to Hope can help with his purposes. It’s really not a far-fetched.

31) THEORIES regarding Landon: b) it’s real Landon during sex, but Malivore got him in the prison world. While having Landon’s personal growth ripped and Handon still dragging out are not pleasant at all, this is still a more pleasant theory for me. At least Landon did start fighting for himself after sometime, and while the sex is still partial-MaliLandon, at least it’s not MaliLandon. (I’m always using at least for Handon 🙃) maybe we can still have Landon fighting skills? Cuz I was happy for him about this though. But I just don’t think so. The evidence for this theory is, my feeling about Landon in 306 is that it kind of fits Landon personality, but he did start his violence there. Another thing is the letter. There’s care in “to whom it may concern”. However, that can be just me being simp. And there’s also possibilities that the partial control from Malivore is cultivating Landon’s behaviour starting there and slowly taking control. Because making a deal with the devil always has its consequences. It’s either that or Landon was taken after the letter.

32) regarding the picture above, i just want to point out about another interesting point about the structure of the scene, if you scroll back and see sowanby picture with the door and another bonding talk, you can se that there’s always pillar and frames that’s framing or trapping them together. Like Handon. I mean that’s totally MaliLandon, so this pointing out is not mean to be romantic. It’s just a thought about how devastating that Cleo is stuck in something her whole life, especially the picture structure that implies that she’s stuck with MaliLandon again.

33) overall I’m thinking this is a good and disgusting episode. With all the unexpected twist, it’s really good, there’s actually layers in showing us that Landon is not Landon every time. Then those bonding. The soundtrack, the scenes. Disgusting, is about the theory, and how we are all tangled back to Handon again after we finally have some fresh air. Not to mention the always surprisingly convenient that Landon always has an excuse when we see Landon did something bad to Hope. Like he can never be making big mistake while only having little questionable doings that can’t possible tarnish him being the perfect person in the show. The first time he lies, Malivore controlled him. During the pageant competition, he is justified to walk away when he totally chose the wrong timing to ask that question, leaving Hope alone breaking in front of such important event. 207, monsters are coming for him, he’s protecting people by leaving. Musical episode, he needs to cross boundaries because it’s bound to be, without further reasoning it with Hope, when Hope specifically was very respectful of him in 111 about his songs. And now, this. That’s not him, we can’t blame him. He will never be blame for something big because the writers is biased. Very biased in making that Landon is better than anyone else in the show, so he’s the perfect guy for Hope. Like no one can compare with him. He’s almost perfect. Perfect than Hope.

34) Reflect on what Hope did in 308, MG is kind of right, she shouldn’t have touched it without fully prepared. Because it totally let Malivore running out free instead of him being an originally contained problem. It’s for the good view in whole. Heroes make hard decisions. There’s still the hair thing cut from Hope and Golem!Landon.
