do ya have any head canons or anything else regarding the B-137 murder bot concept? I'd love to hear it!
Like, it's such an awesome concept, Bumblebee of all mechs used to be a murder bot! It'll be funny to hear about team prime's reaction when they first hear about this.
Like, Bumblebee? The annoying, loud, brash, and goofy little bug? That Bumblebee? Used to be B-127??
Hi idk if you’re the same person who asked before but I didn’t fully forget i just got busy trying to think of something.
I head canon Bee doesn’t like anyone knowing what he did especially his friends.
He knows decepticons would want him for his skill at offlining while understanding why he did it. But he knows his friends would treat him differently and see him as a monster.
The only reason he joined was because Optimus found him and made a deal that if he was defeated he would do whatever asked of him and when Optimus won he asked Bee to join him and become an autobot.
Bee wasn’t fond of the idea at all but he gave his word and Optimus was kind to him. The good tasting energon Optimus would give him also won him over.
Bee was a teen by the time Optimus found him and lived his life working for hire killing others or going on unstable rampages offlining bots unlucky to cross his path.
Arcee doesn’t believe it at first but when she sees how Optimus reacts she realizes its not a bad joke. She’s flabbergasted and caught off guard. A bit defensive and unsure how to react since the bee she knows is a sweetspark and not a cold energon killer. Her conflict shows and Bee starts to avoid her making her regret treating him any different. He says its cool but she can tell he’s not like he used to be.
Bulkhead is more vocal about his surprise and takes time to talk with Bee when they’re alone. He shares his concerns but to Bee’s surprise its more of Bee’s own well being than anything else. Bulkhead reassures that Bee is still his friend and if he ever feels like he’s slipping to let a bot know so they can help him. That he isn’t alone anymore and he wouldn’t abandon him. Bee truly appreciates this even if its hard to accept Bulkheads kindness is real.
Wheeljack is more “that was the past you, you’re different now.” He’s like Bulkhead in making sure Bee is okay mentally and to let some bot know if he feels like things are getting bad again. He doesn’t treat bee any differently in fact he wants to spar with bee not holding anything back. Bee also appreciates this sentiment.
Ratchet demands a full check up to make sure Bee is okay and sets up a plan in case Bee slips mentally while also throwing wrenches at him for not telling him sooner. Ratchet acknowledges Bee’s past but he can’t bring himself to see Bee as anything more than the sweet youngling bot he first met when Optimus brought Bee back with him. He actually checks on bee at night while he’s recharging and rests a servo on his helm rubbing his head like one would a sparkling. Only Optimus and Ultra Magnus know about Ratchets new habit.
Ultra Magnus is upset Optimus didn’t tell any bot about Bee’s origin since he posed a danger to their comrades. Optimus gives his reasons stating he wanted Bee treated fairly and knew the young bot would keep his word. To Ultra Magnus that does not suffice and he makes the statement that Bee very well could snap one day and murder them all if pushed hard enough or has a bad enough day and before Optimus can tell Magnus that was inappropriate Bee storms off hiding his energy signature so no bot can find him.
Smokescreen of course is the first to speak out saying Magnus was wrong and that Bee was their friend. Stating that if decepticons can change and become autobots and be accepted then Bee should be no different. Smokescreen admits he saw Bee a bit differently and told said bot that but he also stated that no matter what Bee was his friend and he would always want him to watch his back strut on the battlefield. That assured Bee a lot but Magnus words definitely got to him.
Optimus was quiet throughout everything. He didn’t say anything to any bot he just left to go find Bee. Optimus would never admit it out loud but to him Bee is his sparkling. He does not believe his violent past should define his future and he refused to believe his sparkling would return to that life now that he’s been given love and a sire who cares for him.
Bee became a murder bot at a very young age. He grew up on the streets since no sparkling center wanted him. That meant he had no choice but to resort to violence and eventual killing to survive.
To Optimus Bee was more than just an autobot or former murder bot.
He was his sparkling who needed his sire’s comfort and reassurance and thats exactly what Optimus was going to do.

What would happen if ES Optimus and Megatron ended up in the Transformers Prime AU?
What are the TFP characters reaction to a seemingly nicer Megatron?
In reality ES are pretty small since they kind align with g1 size! Its not their fault tfp are stupidly big. Tfp megs i believe is like 30ft tall, KO is about 21ft in comparison. But for their sake I'll bump them up to a tfp kinda height xD we grow during dimensional travel for science reasons.
ofc Tfp Optimus knows somthing up cause they are there and takes them back depsite knowing that one is a Megatron but clearly isn't his megs.
who's sus? Rachet sus ,because rachet is rachet and that is what he do lol the prime team are weary of Megs. But it comes very clear that this Megs isn't at all like theirs. Its kinda wierd for them to talk to him but God is ot nice to have a Megatron who's not trying to kill you. I think Arcee and Racehet are sus and weary. Which Meg i think would understand he's had to deal with this hesitation by others bots for a while of think.
How do I think the bots would be less inclined to avoid ES megs. The kids ofc! And megs knows how to talk to the kids and has some good practice with Moe and Robbie. He's acutally happy the kids (looking at Ralph and Miko , and eventually Jack) come to talk to him.
Seeing his gentle nature alrund the kids when their megs wouldn't even think twice about crushing them sets everyone at Ease.
Miko is fighting for a ride in his alt mode , she's so exicted. I think its adorable.
Bee , arcee , Bulkhead and yes you too raceht come around to Megs a bit.
Optimus is already very happy to see that yes, a megs can change. And he enjoys tlaking to him and the other op.
oh God I'm now seeing that tfp seeing megs might just fuel his thoughts of "My Megatron can change, I can help him change!" No sweetheart you can't and both ES megs and op agree that their megs is CRAZY.
don't let THE MEGS. MEET. PERIOD. DO NOT. it would such an epic fight let's be real. ES megs is just utterly disgusted that this who who he is here. Who he probably could have become the damage he caused. It makes Megs angery.
Though tfp megs is also disgusted that ES would change, give up the war and join Optimus of all people. The shame ES megs feels seeing Starscream get basically beat up by Megs. (Oof megs maybe you should properly apologize to your star because YEAH IT DOENST LOOK GREAT FROM THE OUSTIDE DOES IT?)
But when comes to TFP op, its a bit harder. Cause ofc tfp op is light hearted here and there but he's a very serious individual, he very much a noble leader and we don't get to many light hearted moments because of how serious the situation is in prime. But ES is extremely more light hearted, dare I say goofy, he's an old man/dad. Some of ES jokes go over tfp head but its ok. He gentle explains and TFP learns lol
See the difference in personality is one scene.
"Hey Optimus wanna see somthing funny?"
Tfp: No (being honest and not trying to be hurtful he just don't wanna that ok, but he seriosu )
ES: Oooo! Of course ! Is it the monkey video? I love that one ! (Interested, indulges even if he may not understand, he wants to see funny meme)
Optimus is having a fun time seeing different versions of himself while Megs is reminds ...right...I'm still bad most of the time in other universes and I still have alot to work on.

Hi, could I please get TF separated
Yandere [Con Me] | Merformers [Me as shark-like Neutral Mer] | Cute Humans!AU
SFW and NSFW [I'm 18+]
I'm NB and use they/it pronouns. I'm Demi/Pan and I take a long time to get comfortable with most people. I'm pretty androgynous and average looking, except for a lot of scars, some facial.
I dislike touch unless initiated by me or from trusted friends. I don't take a lot of care of myself, but care a lot about my friends and their health and comfort. My preference is to do things alone, but I tend to overwork myself. I get motivated quickly, but then spiral into long bouts of unmotivation. I have a sleeping disorder that leaves me with very little sleep and I tend to get nauseous.
I'm very creative and I read and write a lot, but I'm also very stubborn and hot-headed and get envious quickly. I tend to have a wandering mind and I chew on everything, when I think. Beyond fighting sports, I'm otherwise rather lazy. I tend to hyperfixate and I like to collect. When I sleep, I like to sleep in 'nests'.
Thank you very much.
Tumblr media
Wheeljack is Yandere for you!
It started with a fight, as they usually did with the reckless Wrecker. You were the new Con on Earth and he was a new Bot on Earth, it was only a manner of time when the two of you changed blows.
"Scars are a sign of bravery or cowardness. Which one are yours?" He can tell and separate old scars from new ones and by the way you fight against him he can tell you're one of the rare honorable Cons.
A personality trait he admires and develops an obsession for. Soon enough fighting with you isn't enough for the Wrecker, but he wants to have you all to himself.
So what if you're Decepticon? It doesn't matter to him since he knows that he can change you, and make you an honorary Autobot.
If you try to fight against him, he makes sure to address you as his personal prisoner of war. It doesn't matter to him and if you try anything he can easily roll the blame on you.
Who are they going to believe? You, a sneaky Decepticon, or him, an honorable Wrecker and loyal Autobot?
Some Bots like Arcee are suspicious, but they don't know about the details. Bulkhead backs up Wheeljack for they have been friends for so long that the green Bot can't tell something is wrong. Talk about blind trust.
Wheeljack won't touch you unless you let him to, but it's lonely being a prisoner and isolated from the rest of the world. The other Autobots can't help you because Wheeljack has made sure that you can't be trusted, painting this false image of you.
He offers you his company and is sweet about it. He wants you to only rely on him and only on him. He takes care of you like a proper Conjunx would and offers you presents you can use to write or do something else you might enjoy but that you can't use to try and contact your fellow Decepticons.
If you choose to accept Wheeljack's feelings then he might assure his fellow Autobots that you can be useful to them, but he never lets you out of his sight. He would rather fight every Decepticon in the galaxy rather than let you leave him.
Tumblr media
I match you with Megatron!
Shark Mers have a scary reputation among both humans and Mers, but the rumors about them are highly exaggerated. People think you hunt and kill for fun, but you only kill and eat when you need to and never other Mers.
You just want to live life peacefully in solitude and maybe occasionally go to watch fighting rings where more "dominative" Mers fight each other for the privilege to court the "prize" Mers who would carry the sparklings created by winners' and their copulating.
Certain Mers, Sentinel, judge you purely by your species and shun you away, while some know better than to judge anyone based on rumors alone.
Though you do have a bad habit of chewing things with those razor-sharp fangs of yours and it can make other Mers skittish.
Team Prime accepts you as you are, but it might just be too late for them to reach out to you once the damage has been done by Sentinel and other naive Autobots who believed all his accusations.
While Autobots may have forsaken you, the Decepticons approach you and welcome you to join them with arms wide open.
Megatron himself is a huge shark so he assures you that he knows how it feels to be shunned by those Autobots who think they are better than anyone else.
All he wants from you is your loyalty and devotion to Decepticon's cause and if you swear your loyalty to him then you never will go hungry or feel like an outsider ever again.
Soon enough, you have a great number of admirers, all willing to slay and hand you an Autobot of your choice if it meant you would give them a chance to charm you.
But your spark belongs to Megatron, the one and only who accepted you as you were when others shunned you. He knows the itch when you need to bite something, he knows the feeling of being outcasted, and he knows you.
He offers his lair to you so you can rest and sleep in peace, and while he makes sure that you're left alone when you need to rest, there will be a Con or two guarding his lair where you are resting.
In fact, Megatron trusts and honors you enough to choose you as his mate. He knows that the two of you could no doubt create powerful shark Mers to lead future Decepticons to victory if he was to fail, but if you don't want to carry then Megatron will honor your choice.
But if you choose to carry his heir then you will be spoiled beyond belief. Once you are carrying, you will have Megatron's most trusted followers Lugnut and Shockwave look after your well-being. They might argue, but one word from you and they both back up like a couple of small fishes.
You have Megatron by your side and as his mate, your word is as good as his.

Velocity is your Owner!
Humans were a whole new thing for this new Doctor and once she saw the pictures that her friend Nautica showed her, she decided to get one for herself as a present for passing her exams!
That's how she got you.
You're a little different from the humans she saw in videos, but she doesn't mind it. She thinks you're cute and does her research when you tell her how you should be addressed so you would be happy in the future.
Velocity shows concern about your scars and wishes she could mend them, but you don't seem to mind them so neither does she. You're gorgeous to her as you are.
Her honesty is a little offputting at first, but you can tell she is genuine with her compliments so you warm up to her pretty quickly. She is the only Bot or person in general who can touch you.
When Velocity isn't feeling good or is sad you are always there for her, wiping those tears away and offering yourself for her like a therapy human. She honestly thinks you are a blessing at those times when she just wants to lock herself in her habsuite and sulk.
The Bot is eager and happy to provide you anything you might want or need since humans' stuff aren't that expensive. If you want to read something she downloads it to your own datapad and gives you a keyboard if you want to write. If you let her, she would love to read your stories. She is your biggest fan and supporter.
Velocity would try her hardest to make sure you're comfortable and able to sleep well. She can get you some medicine, but mostly she buys you tons of soft pillows and different blankets, normal and weighted, that she lets you arrange into a nest where you can actually sleep peacefully.
You are so cute when you turn a little envious if Velocity pays more attention to someone else than you and when asked about it, you stubbornly try to deny that you were ever jealous.
Velocity tries to spend as much time with you as it's possible, but she makes sure to give you also some space so you don't feel smothered. But the best thing that ever happened to her must have been all those times you said her name with that pretty voice of yours.

We return with questions to the divinities. Taking into account that we already established that Primus does not exist in Animated, how would the Autobots and Decepticons react to meeting Primus?
The Bringer of order, living core of Cybertron itself, creator of all Cybertronians that existed, exist and will exist. Observer and present in the infinite universes of the Transformers multiverse, creator of the original thirteen Primes and sworn enemy of his brother, Unicron.
Tumblr media
Until All Are One!
Hello thank you for the ask! can I just say I love the questions you come up with, I hope you enjoy! (these answers are based off of if they had met Unicron first)
Tfa Optimus Prime: Optimus was a little weary after learning of Primus's existence. While he heard that Primus is kinder than Unicron he doesn't really know how to feel about there being another Cybertronian God. He wouldn't be rude but he also wouldn't jump into a conversation with Primus.
Tfa Ratchet: While he knows Primus is a Cybertronian God he finds it hard to accept that he exists. he would be suspicious of Primus and would keep an optic on him.
Tfa Bumblebee: Bee want to ask so many questions and no one is really letting him. he wants to know the differences between Primus and Unicron. he feels like Primus would be more open to answering his questions.
Tfa Bulkhead: Like with Unicron he makes sure Bumblebee doesn't interact to much with Primus. Bulkhead is more lenient however due to the fact that Primus doesn't give of the same bad vibes that Unicron did.
Tfa Prowl: After observing Primus for a while he decided that Primus wasn't bad. that doesn't mean that he doesn't have a plan incase his initial observation was incorrect. He's willing to give primus a chance
Tfa Megatron: Megatron takes this opportunity to learn more about alternate universe Cybertronian lore. he does his best to stay on Primus's good side to learn more and see if Primus is just as much of a threat as Unicron was.
Tfa Lugnut: Lugnut isn't allowed to speak freely in front of Primus just incase he goes on a worshiping Megatron spew he is under watch and must be accompanied by another person to stop him from saying the wrong thing.
Tfa Blitzwing: He thinks it's interesting that there is two Cybertronian gods. he doesn't plan on interacting with Primus other than to make sure Lugnut doesn't get himself killed.

So before their reunion with Optimus, I would like to hear your thoughts on Wheeljack and Arcee. What made you choose them for Attack on Prime?
Oh boy, this is going to be a long one.
Because the world was expanding for the people of Paradis, and me adding the energon serum as a powerful factor, I knew that I wanted to introduce other Cybertronians to help even the odds. I was a little hesitant to do so after Megatron until I knew what was in the basement. Now I do and here we are.
One part of the decision making came to who was still around by the end of TFP. So Dreadwing, Breakdown, Cliffjumper were off the table. Airachnid, I intentionally had Megatron kill her off in my story to tie up that loose end.
Soundwave would have been an interesting one. He definitely would have been a 3rd party trying to screw everyone over, but I had no idea how to get him out of another dimension on a different planet to Earth. Shockwave...I don't know, that psycho kind of just dipped. I don't even know where he went, and he was only in the series for 12 episodes I think. He was a stock villain; he served his purpose.
Now part two of the decision making, this was ultimately the most important one: who would be the most likely to leave Cybertron? Cybertron is in a state of peace. The war is over; survivors can go home. So the question is now: who'd want to leave a life of peace?
Ultra Magnus was off the table simply due to his position. Even after he recovered from his injuries from the Predacons, he's still the highest ranking Autobot there. He has to help lead Cybertron into a new age.
Ratchet is also off the table due to more emotional reasons. Ratchet loves Cybertron. He loves his home. To see him want to stay on Earth in Deadlock was surprising. But after the events of Unicron and Optimus dying, Ratchet would no doubt feel more obligated to stay on Cybertron to aide with morale and process his grief.
Bumblebee is also a no. I don't know if this is canon or fanon, but it is said that Bumblebee was the last spark out of the Well before Primus completely shut down due to the war. Bumblebee has known war all his life, and I think he would want to know what peace on Cybertron is like. (Also his characterization in RID2015 was horrid).
Bulkhead would have to help with reconstruction efforts, so he wouldn't be able to leave due to his role in helping rebuild Cybertron.
Knockout is quite vain, and does what he must to survive. If he stays with the winning team, he'll have safety and security. So he's out. (Also, he'd probably stay just to find a way to honor his conjux, Breakdown.)
And Smokescreen I feel would be a similar case to Bumblebee, as in he's quite young and would like to go back to a life of peace.
I guess the Predacons would have a reason to leave, simply because they wouldn't be welcomed and instead feared. But I'd think that the Predacons would stay on Cybertron due to basic animal instincts: they have shelter and food. Why would they leave to scavenge across the starts.
I've mentioned before that I was scrapping the RID2015, because the writing was bad and Starscream killing the Predacons was such bullshit. Speaking of Starscream, he would definitely have the biggest reason to leave, but since I'm scrapping RID2015, and the last we saw of Starscream was him being cornered by the Predacons...well...you can do the math.
Which leaves us with Wheeljack and Arcee. Wheeljack throughout the show has never been known to stay in one location for too long. He has a habit of drifting, leaving, going off on his own. I'd think he'd leave Cybertron to see what was out there and also aid in guiding Autobots and Decepticons back home to Cybertron.
As to why Arcee tagged along, well I personally think that Arcee wouldn't be able to handle a life of peace on Cybertron due to how long she's been at war. Sure, she received substantial character development in the show, but that was during a war, and her character development was about taking revenge. Now that she's settled on Cybertron, I think a life of peace would...bother her to say the least for multiple reasons, and that would ultimately cause her to go with Wheeljack off-world.
Now, as to the full reason as to why Arcee and Wheeljack left, and what exactly is going on on Cybertron, that will be an OVA, published way later. That OVA is in the PM529 Environmental Health Doc. And that was the document I just finished a month or two ago. But again, if you have any other questions, I'd be more than happy to answer them.

How do you think bots and cons would react to their S/O who works in an animal sanctuary (not the same as a zoo, I hate zoos) full of apex predators such as big cats, like lions, tigers, jaguars and others, or any other type of dangerous animal that can very easily hurt, if not kill said S/O, and yet they have clearly bonded to them and are very protective and loyal of them?
Hey, anon! Gonna go ahead and make this a "TFA Characters Reacting To A Reader Who Works With Animals", just so it can be enjoyed by a lot of different people/so it isn't too specific of a request to write! Hope that's alright. Headcanons below the cut; enjoy; <3
Optimus Prime: Optimus LOVES what you do. He loves organic life, loves earth, loves animals and thinks they’re all very neat. Going to some zoos makes him genuinely sad because he sees some of the animals in too-small enclosures and feels bad for them. He supports your line of work and asks about your day all the time and wants to hear about it. Also, please take him to an aquarium, sea life is his favorite.
Ratchet: Ratchet is pretty neutral at first; he isn’t super for or super against animals, but it is an interesting line of work that you seem to have. He’s especially interested in the medical side of it, how the animals’ anatomies work, etc, so he wants you to tell/teach him all about that.
Prowl: Prowl is a nature kind of mech, so when he learns that you work with animals, he’s even more smitten. Him, Bulkhead, and Bee have probably let animals loose from a zoo at least five times. He wants to recruit you in some of these efforts, but you direct him towards volunteering at shelters, donating supplies for animals at different organizations, and doing dog walking/pet-sitting when he wants and has spare time.
Bulkhead: Bulkhead is scared of a lot of animals, but he loves the little ones, as well as the cute and fuzzy ones, so he likes your line of work. Just as long as he doesn’t think it’ll kill him, it’s fine, lol. Take him to a sanctuary or a (good quality) zoo and he’ll be happier than anything, take him to one of those zoos that doesn’t have big enough enclosures for the animals and he’ll cry on the way home.
Sentinel Prime: Sentinel is terrified of you at first when he learns that you work with animals. You touch those organic things? Like, willingly? Terrifying. Revolting. Horrible... But then you show him pictures and let him watch you do your job from a safe distance, and while the animals aren’t appealing to him and continue to scare him, he’s very in love with the caring, fearless side of you that comes out when you’re doing your job. He doesn’t want to actually visit your animals or touch them or anything, but he’ll listen to you talk about your day and look at all the videos and pictures of your animals that you show him.
Jazz: Jazz thinks animals are cool! Some are a little scary, but still, he likes them. His favorites are the big cats like tigers, lions, cheetahs, etc., so while he knows better than to touch them or try to do anything like that, he loves hearing about your work and going to different places that have animals with you so he can look at them.
Ultra Magnus: Ultra Magnus won’t touch or go near your job, to be honest, but he uses whatever resources he has to get your place of work some really good supplies just to show that he supports you; food, toys, medical equipment, things for enrichment, funds for newer/better enclosures, beds, etc.
Megatron: Megatron doesn’t like organics or organic animals. You’re the only organic he really likes, but some of the animals are alright to watch, he figures. He likes organic reptiles a lot; snakes, lizards, turtles, tortoises, etc. He’ll watch those happily and take the chance to drop you off at work in vehicle mode whenever he can, as well as read up on the animals you work with so he can actually talk about work with you.
Blitzwing: Blitzwing’s different personalities all have different opinions on organic animals. Icy maintains a distance but thinks they’re interesting and doesn’t mind looking at or learning about them, Hothead thinks they’re gross and wild and wants nothing to do with them (except for dogs!), and Random absolutely loves them (especially dogs!). Your career and how much you love it rubs off on them, and if they can find one that Blitzwing can physically fit into, they’ll volunteer at an animal shelter occasionally.
Lugnut: Giant animals! He’s not really experienced with organic animals/species, but he would love to interact with them directly. If that’s not possible, he wants to get them food, toys, and other supplies, and watch them when he can. Maybe Megatron wouldn’t approve, but they are pretty interesting, and he loves you so much that he automatically loves everything you do, too, including your job.
Starscream: Starscream wants you to keep the animals far away! What if they scratch his armor? Get him dirty? Ruin his wings? He wants nothing to do with it, at least not up close. He won’t directly visit your place of work, but he’ll fly over it in vehicle mode and take a glance or two. Do expect him to fall in love with domestic cats and rodents, though- as many complaints as he has about remaining “clean” they’re super cute and he’s actually great at caring for and bonding with them.
Shockwave: Shockwave is actually quite curious about the science of organic animals. All he knows anatomy wise are things about Cybertronians, nothing about humans or animals on earth, so you have to explain a lot to him. He’s happy to listen to you talk about work, wants to hear you discuss the animals and how they live/function, how you care for them, etc., but he doesn’t want to touch them or really have anything to do with the field work.
Blackarachnia: Blackarachnia is afraid of a lot of the animals you care for at first because... You know, trauma. She won’t go near any zoos, sanctuaries, vets, etc. that have insect exhibits, but if you take her to one that has big cats, birds, marsupials, domestic animals, or literally anything else, she doesn’t mind being there. She mostly just stays away from your job and supports you from afar, though.
Swindle: Swindle thinks earth animals are very neat; they aren’t robotic, but they’re also not giant, scary, and disgusting like some of the ones on other alien planets. Earth animals are his favorite, actually, so he’s almost as enthusiastic about your job as you are. He wants you to take him to work with you, to tell him all about the different animals, to let him feed and pet them, etc. Even if you don’t allow him to do the latter things, though, that’s fine- though you do have to eventually explain that, no, you can’t keep them as pets or sell and buy them like that if they’re wild/endangered, that’s wrong/often illegal, Swindle. He also starts wearing (fake) animal print. Whoops.
Lockdown: Lockdown isn’t particularly fond of animals. Some of them are gross and some of them aren’t the most friendly creatures, so he’s wary at first, but he’s happy to be around them or watch you do your thing if it makes you happy- he can handle himself just fine, after all. Seeing you bond with the animals secretly makes his spark a little softer than usual, and he definitely sneaks a few pictures of you hard at work because it just showcases a different side of you, but you don’t need to know that, right?

Humanformers Characters
I mentioned in the first Humanformers post that the humans’ cybertrionian forms had their own lives before their abilities were transferred to the new team. So I thought it would be fun to share more about their character and their backgrounds in this AU. If the original team are nothing like they are in the show, that’s the point, those personalities go to the new team.
TFA AU Humanformers
Humanformers Characters 2
The Original Team
Optimus Prime: He was Second-In-Command of the Autobot army and a close confidant of Ultra Magnus himself. He was regarded as a great leader and many thought he would be come the next magnus. He was seen as stoic, brave, wise, and always knew what to do. But you don’t get to a position as high as him without having to make a few sacrifices, but he would try not to dwell on those sacrifices for too long, because it was all for the greater good as the needs of many outweigh the needs of a few, and besides, what’s done and is done, he can’t go back, even if he wants to. He wouldn’t share these feelings with anyone, not even Ultra Magnus.
Ratchet: Considered the best medic in the Autobot army, Ratchet was also a close friend to Ultra Magnus. Despite his gruff exterior,  he was seen as the best of the best, there was no injury he couldn’t fix, and he had been able to pass his skills and knowledge down to others, such Red Alert. But in a way, he was placed on a pedestal, so when there were patients that he couldn’t help, it hit him hard. And physically, he could fix people, but psychological/mental/emotional was another story. And he wasn’t good at taking care of himself, emotionally, so he would often pour himself into his work to distract himself.
Prowl: A talented Cyberninja, trained by the best, Yoketron himself. He is seen as the kind of Cyberninja all others should aspire to be. He was a master of stealth, a skilled fighter, and something of a spy master. But despite his great skill, he isn’t without his own secrets. He technically didn’t finish his training because his master died before he could master Processor Over Matter, and his reasons of joining the War are not as noble as others think. He primarily joined to find the bot that killed Yoketron and get his revenge. Naturally, he wouldn’t tell anyone this and while he would serve the the Autobots army loyally, his number one concern is killing the bot that killed his master.
Bulkhead: He was a fierce wrecker, admired by Autobots for his strength and even feared by both Decepticons and Autobots. He is one of the toughest wreckers the Autobots have known and is said to be proud of his strength and have a fierce temper, wanting to hit first and ask questions later. But the truth is he was much smarter and softer than others thought he was. He was knowledgeable on space bridges and didn’t really have such a bad temper, in fact, he was quite sensitive. But in a time of War, being soft would be seen as weak, and no one would ever believe he was anything more than a dumb brute, so at that point, he let others think whatever they thought, he didn’t bother trying to convince them otherwise, no matter how much he hated it.
Bumblebee: Although he was just a scout at the time, he was still someone to be respected. He managed to climb ranks very quickly despite his young age. He was a bot of few words, but took his job seriously and was ready to fight with his speed and agility. But he was still young, almost a child, so having to fight in a war at a young age can take a toll on you. So despite the praise and respect he would get from fellow soldiers and superiors, it wasn’t enough to help him handle all the horrific things the War makes him see, but keeps these feelings to himself so he doesn’t seem like a scared child and lose respect he worked hard to earn.
The New Crew
Orion Fanzone: The only son and child of Captain Fanzone, Orion is something of a boyscout. He’s polite, smart, and with a good sense of right and wrong. Though he would be insecure and a bit shy, and being the Captain son may have part in this. Growing up he was either pressured to follow his father’s footsteps or teased for being a cop’s kid, with jerks thinking that he didn’t need to have any actual skill, his dad would help him get whatever job he wants. While he did want to join law enforcement, he ultimately decides not to because he fears the bullying could true, that being the captain’s son would risk special treatment and he wouldn’t actually have the skills needed. He never tells his father these fears and simply goes study engineering at college, thinking it was a safe enough job where he could help others.. Despite his insecurities, he has genuine potential to be a great leader and hero, and becoming a giant robot will help him realize that, even with some hiccups along the way.
Rowen O’Donnell: He’s a veteran medic and a doctor for the local hospital, though at this point, he’s more of a medical consultant, but hasn’t lost his skill. And as mentioned, he’s a family friend to the Fanzones, having known Orion since he was a kid, as he was their family doctor. He’s grumpy old man and very serious, but he cares deeply for his loved ones, knows the importance of making sure your health, physically, mentally, and emotionally. As a robot, he does the least amount of fighting, but as he served in the military, he would provide fighting tips to his teammates and is willing to lend and ear if any of them need someone to talk to and encourages them speak about what’s bothering them, knowing firsthand keeping it to yourself isn’t good.
Pierce Roberts: A lone park ranger, he’s a man who takes his job very seriously and does it well. He is, of course, a loner preferring the company of animals and plants over the company of humans. He chose to become a park ranger to preserve what little nature was left in Detroit, and to keep it from be destroyed by more machines. He would actually share Fanzone’s resentment towards machines. When he isn't doing superhero stuff, he would actually use his new powers to protect as much of nature as he can, and yes, he is aware of the irony of the situation. After hanging out with the rest of the crew, he would learn to tolerate other people better. He may be stoic and even grumpy, but get close to him, and his a compassionate and loyal friend.
Benjamin ‘Ben’ Hudson: He is a college freshman who is majoring in art. He may come off as a big brute, but he is much softer and smarter than people give him credit for, and he makes sure others know it too. He’s sweet, sensitive, and harbors an artistic soul. Despite not liking people’s first impression of him, he tries not to let it bother him too much, as long he knows and people close to him know who really is. As a robot, he would be frustrated at the accidental destruction he causes and hates that he’s basically being the dumb brute people think he is. But with the help of his friends, he would get better at managing his strength and would find constructive and creative uses of his abilities, primarily for his art.
Barry Baker: The youngest of his team, Barry is only a high school senior by the time he joins the team. So he is rather childish, impulsive, reckless, and immature. But he’s also brave, a good friend, knows how to stay positive and hopeful even in bad situations, and really does want to do what’s right, which is a big reason why he chose to become a hero. He would honestly be the only one to really like his new powers and would find many ways to use and abuse his new abilities, which naturally get him into trouble. But he’ll learn to stop treating the situation like its a game and take things more seriously, while not losing his sense of excitement and fun.
Others
Megatron: Still the Leader of the Decepticons and would be the first Cybertronian to know that the New Crew isn’t the same team he fought years ago, so he wouldn't consider them a threat at first. After his revival, he would often taunt the new crew at how they are nothing compared to their predecessors and Megatron, knowing their identities, would threaten to go after their loved ones and even threaten to expose their identities to the world. He is much more manipulative and sadistic to the Crew. But as they continue to foil his plans, he kind of snaps, begins to think that they truly are the bots he fought all those years ago, somehow managed to come back just to infuriate him.
Sari: The first human to learn the identity of the new superhero group and would be their ally and friend. She actually would’ve been the one who suggests they become superheroes, and tries to be part of the action, even when they want her to stay away and safe. She would pretty much be the same as she was in the show. When she’s forced out of her home after her Dad goes missing, she’s temporarily adopted by Orion, and while there would difficulty adjusting, they would manage. She would see Orion as a second dad, Rowen and even Captain Fanzone as grandpas, Pierce as an uncle-figure, and Ben and Barry as older brothers.
Prof. Sumdac: When he first sees the team, remembering how he found the body of Megatron years ago. he would admittedly think their aliens, which isn’t entirely wrong, but to keep their secrets, the new team wouldn’t correct him. He knows Sari likes them, and has seen her with them, he doesn’t the full extent of her relationship with them. When Megatron awakens, he assumes he’s friends with the others and asks questions. Megatron knows this an manipulates Profs. Sumdac to makes things more difficult for the new team, such as telling false things about them to the Professor and watch as they struggle to maintain their cover. When he learns the truth, he’s horrified at what he’s done and only learns who the new heroes really are afterward.
Captain Fanzone: The Captain of the Police Department and the father of Orion. He would still be annoyed with machines and he would not be fond of the new robot heroes at first. He would very much love his son, but wishes he would be more confident. He may be a tough parent, but he would only be like that because he knows Orion is capable of more. He would always be ready to give his son advice and support whenever he needs it and the two have a pretty good relationship. When Orion starts keeping secrets from him, he can’t resist sneaking around to figure out what’s going on with his kid. When he finally does, he is furious, that not only his son is one of those giant robots, but that Orion has been endangering himself time and after time and didn’t even tell him, his own father. He would at first, be against it, but eventually begrudgingly accepts it.
This isn’t all the characters in this AU or in the whole TFA universe, just the key characters of this AU. I plan to make a post about the Elite Guard and more of the Decepticons in the future. Maybe a few other characters as well, but I’m not entirely sure.

And Birdie Makes Three
Earth was a magnet for anything Cybertronian. Wheeljack would swear by that for the rest of his life. He’d only intended to visit Earth for a few days. Help Team Prime kick some ‘Con tailpipe, catch up with Bulkhead, have fun messing with the Doc-bot. Yet, here he was, roped into some sort of recon/retrieval mission. This wasn’t exactly his idea of a fun time. But, he had offered to help when he’d come to this little mudball, so he supposed he couldn’t complain too much.
Apparently, Ratchet had caught a Cybertronian signal headed for some remote Earth desert. From what he’d been able to tell, the good doctor had said that the signal was strange. It wasn’t the type of signal that would come off of a proper ship, so it was something else, something smaller. Personally, Wheeljack didn’t care what it was. All he cared about was the second part of the report: that the signal indicated another bot was on board whatever vessel was set to crash planet-side.
So, Prime had sent Bulkhead and the little scout to check it out, and asked Wheeljack if he’d be up for going along. How could he have said no? Besides, if it turned out to be a fight then of course he’d want to be there! Unfortunately for him, a fight was not to be had. The ground bridge had malfunctioned and dropped them a few miles off, and they’d had to drive the rest of the way to the predicted crash site. When they’d finally arrived, the vessel, which Wheeljack could now see was an escape pod, had already crashed. Apparently, whoever had been inside had also already been greeted by ‘Cons, because the terrain around the pod spoke of a rather violent battle.
The sand was soaked with energon, and the ground was strewn with vehicon and eradicon bodies. A large, thin piece of metal from the pod had been ripped off and used as a makeshift weapon; Wheeljack could see how, whoever had been in that pod, they had used to to gouge and hack at several of the dead drones. A few paces away, the offending piece of metal was stuck through an eradicon’s face. Beyond that, many of the bodies looked like they’d been killed by some sort of blaster or gun. Many more looked like something had ripped at their throats and left them to bleed out. A few were missing their helms altogether. Nearby, what had once been a large rock formation was now rubble, and the largest surviving boulder had deep gouge marks in the stone. On a few of the corpses, the edges of the escape pod, and the boulder, Wheeljack could see faint blue paint transfers.
“Primus,” Bulkhead said. “Whoever was in that pod, they sure did a lot of damage. Think the ‘Cons got them?”
Wheeljack crossed his arms, optics narrowed. Something about this was….eerily familiar. But from where? “Maybe.” he said after a moment. “Doubt it though.”
“Yeah? How do you figure that?”
“Dunno.” He shrugged. “Just a feeling.”
“Uh, guys?” Bumblebee beeped. “Hate to break this up, but you know what this means, right?”
Bulkhead blinked. “What do you mean, Bee?”
“If the ‘Cons came to get this bot, and the bot reacted like this to them,” he answered, gesturing at the scene around them. “Then whoever was in that pod is probably one of ours.”
Wheeljack perked up. “You known, kid, I think you’re right.” he grinned. Oh, now this was going to be fun.
He wondered who it was. The Terror Twins? Maybe, but the pod looked like it’d be cramped for two. Jazz? This was definitely within his ability to pull off, but something this violent wasn’t really his style. Ironhide? He definitely had the skill set to pull off carnage like this, and he would actually commit such a level of violence if he was pushed far enough. Pits, it could be a lot of mechs. It could even be one of the femmes! There was no real way to tell. Wheeljack did want to meet them and shake their hand, though. This level of chaos and destruction was honestly impressive.
“Alright.” Bulkhead spoke up. “So it’s one of ours. But the question now is, where are they?”
Oh, he just had to ruin to mood with his pertinent questions, didn’t he?
“There’s no way to tell.” Bumblebee beeped. “We just have to wait and see if more clues pop up, I guess. I hope we find them soon, though.”
That, Wheeljack could agree with.
——————————
Bulkhead was distracted. Miko knew the other humans couldn’t pick up on it, but Bulk was her best friend and she knew him. So when she said he was distracted, she meant it. It wasn’t bad. It wasn’t like he wasn’t doing his job, or was getting in trouble in the field because of his distraction, but it was definitely affecting his life at base. He was so…quiet. Ever since that mission in the desert, where they’d come back without the mystery bot, he hadn’t been able to focus on anything he did with her. Miko was starting to get very annoyed with it, actually.
Which meant it was time to get to the root of the problem. And, luckily for her, no one was in the secondary chamber of the base today, which she and Bulkhead had taken over to use to practice their music when they got kicked out of the main room. Which meant now was the perfect time to brooch the subject with her giant metal pal.
“Hey, Bulk!”
He startled at her call, blue eyes darting down to fix on her. “Miko? Do you need something?”
“Yeah!” she put her hands on her hips. “You’ve been distracted ever since the desert. What’s the deal, big guy?”
He blinked slowly, then sighed. “That obvious?”
“Just to me!” she said cheerily, clambering up to perch on his knee. “So, what’s the deal? Spill!”
“It’s something Wheeljack said. At crash site, there was, uh, a lot of carnage.” he said. She could tell he was picking his words carefully to avoid going into too much detail. That was no fun! “And, well, Jackie mentioned some of the damage looked familiar, but he couldn’t figure out from where. And he’s right. It was familiar, but I just can’t put my finger on it.”
“Well,” Miko kicked her legs. “You guys said it was probably a ‘Bot, right?” At his nod, she continued. “Then maybe it’s familiar cause it’s the damage caused by a specific ‘Bot?”
Bulkhead made a noise of frustration. “We kind of figured that. But that’s the problem. We just don’t know who.”
“So, you know they’re a ‘Bot, and the damage they did was really familiar to you and Wheeljack, but you can’t figure out which ‘Bot and from where the damage is familiar?”
“Yeah, that’s pretty much it.”
“Hmmm…” Miko tapped her chin. “Yeah, okay. Now I see why you’re distracted.”
He chuckled, lightly tapping her head with a finger. “Thanks anyway, Miko.”
“Yeah yeah, no problem.” she said, distracted herself now. Now she was lost in thought, and over the same conundrum as Bulkhead!
Just who was this mystery Autobot?
——————————
The day had started out peaceful. Frankly, Wheeljack had been bored. Which was why he was quite thrilled with where it had gone, in the end. Ratchet had found an energon mine, and Optimus had asked him, Bulkhead, and Arcee to go check it out and collect what they could. They’d come, and they’d managed to get quite a bit of energon piled up by the time the action had started.
There has been the sound of a ground bridge, and then Breakdown had stepped out from it, followed by a gaggle of vehicons and eradicons. And then, of course, the clash began. Breakdown had gone straight for Bulkhead, and that left Wheeljack and Arcee to take on the drones. For a while, he’d let his processor blank, his frame moving on reflexes alone as he struck down an ‘Con who came into range of his blades. He didn’t notice anything around him as he fought, his swords cutting through armor and limbs and throats alike.
When he next looked up, Bulkhead had backed Breakdown into a corner. So much so that the former Wrecker had been forced to call for a ground bridge and retreat. But, of course, these were Decepticons they were dealing with, so nothing could ever be easy. Less than a minute after Breakdown had been forced to flee, another ground bridge opened and spilled out a horde of vehicons and eradicons.
“Scrap.” Wheeljack hissed.
This wasn’t good. True, the drones are easy to take down, but in large enough numbers they started to wear a mech down. They’d probably get out of this fine, but it’d be cutting it close. Arcee gave a fierce cry as she dove back into the fray, and Wheeljack exchanged a nod with Bulkhead before both Wreckers joined her. Working together, they managed to thin the horde down until there were few left.
And that, of course, was when things went wrong. Arcee had gotten too close to the edge of a nearby cliff edge, and one lucky shot her her stumbling back and over. Bulkhead reacted quickly, lunging forward and shooting out his wrecking ball for his teammate to catch. Wheeljack, meanwhile, roared and lunged forward to take out the rest of the vehicons so they couldn’t offline his friend while the big green lug was distracted.
Too late, he realized he’d forgotten about the eradicons in flight above him. In fact, he didn’t even realize they’d been there until he heard the sound of blades rapidly slicing through the air and the snarl of a powerful engine. Then there was the sound of blaster fire, and eradicons dropped to the ground around him.
Before he could look up or turn around, Wheeljack heard the sound of a transformation sequence above him, and then a heavy metal form dropped to the earth at his back. He whirled around, bringing his blades to bare, ready to slice the helm off whatever ‘Con had tried get the drop on him.
He froze, his swords mere micrometers from slicing into the throat of the offending bot, and then he slid his battle mask aside and grinned fiercely.
“Well well well, look what the turbo-fox dragged in!”
——————————
Will was not having a good day. The higher ups were getting uppity about the ‘Bots. About Wheeljack in particular, actually. They kept throwing a fit that the Wrecker wasn’t a permanent addition to Team Prime, and that he came and left as he pleased. Apparently, their displeasure was rooted in the fact that having another Autobot on the team more permanently might make them end their war a little earlier. The pencil pushers up in Washington just didn’t understand that matters were a little more complicated than that. Of course, they also refused to listen when he tried to explain that he, nor they, had any say over how the alien military handled its individual soldiers. And when Wheeljack kept leaving, they kept getting angry. Then they took that irritation out on him. Hence, he wasn’t having a good day.
He had come down to the Autobot’s base to talk to Prime about some of their more recent missions. Including the one in the desert. None of the bots had actually cleaned up the mess left behind there, and some humans had recently stumbled across it. It had been….fun, to explain that away. So, he was here to remind Prime to be a bit more careful about leaving messes on battlefields where humans might stumble across it. Will had also been ordered to try and convince Wheeljack to stay, though he wasn’t holding his breath on that one.
As he leaned against the railing, talking with Prime, he heard noise from Ratchet’s direction. The medic was talking to someone, probably one of the bots who were out, and then he was opening the ground bridge. Arcee, Bulkhead, and Wheeljack came through, carrying cubes of energon, and they set it all in the corner. When Ratchet went to turn off the ground bridge, Bulkhead stopped him.
“Just a second, Ratchet. We have a guest coming in.” he said, seeming cheerful.
“A guest?” Prime spoke up, frowning.
“Yep!” Wheeljack grinned. “He’s one of ours! It’s the ‘Bot from the escape pods!” he gestured at the ground bridge, and all eyes turned to it.
Will heard the metallic sound of Cybertronian footsteps, and then a form appeared, silhouetted against the light of the ground bridge. The bot walked forward, and as the ground bridge powered off Will got his first good look at Earth’s newest Autobot.
“Optimus, everyone, this is Whirl.” Bulkhead said, grinning. “He’s a Wrecker, like me and Jackie.”
Whirl certainly looked like he’d fit in as an elite soldier. The blue Autobot was tall, with digitigrade legs, and pincer-like claws in place of hands. His arms were a little odd, and Will was quick to realize he seemed to have some sort of rotors in each arm. His most startling feature, however, was his head. He had a cylindrical head, and no face to speak of. Instead, he had a singular, large golden eye set into the center of his head. He also had thin, sharp protrusions coming off his back, which Will swore looked like helicopter blades. Hell, even the bot’s feet were strange, looking like someone had bound the front claws of a bird’s talons and left the back claw alone.
For a second, the Autobot base was silent. Then Nakadai broke it.
“Another Wrecker?” she gasped, racing down the stairs of the entertainment nook and running up to the new bot. “That’s so cool! You look awesome! It’s really great to meet another bot, especially another Wrecker like Bulk and Wheeljack! Your claws look sharp, I bet you can do a lot of damage with them! Tell me, how many ‘Cons have you taken on with them?” she asked, excited.
Whirl startled, blinking down at her. “Oh, hey.” he spoke. “You’re one of those little organics. I didn’t know you guys kept some of the locals around.” he said, directing the last statement at Bulkhead.
“We don’t.” the green bot replied. “These guys are…a special case.”
Whirl shrugged, then turned back to the excited human at his feet. “Fine by me.” he chirped, crouching down. “Hiya!” he greeted Nakadai. “You’re very energetic! I like that!”
Nakadai cackled, clearly thrilled that the large bot was matching her energy. “I’m Miko!” she thrust her hand out.
Whirl blinked again, and then his eye was curving into a thin arch that Will swore was his approximation of a smile. “Oooh, I’ve seen this with you lot!” God, the new guy sounded giddy. “It’s how you say hello!”
Whirl held out his own hand, letting Nakadai grasp the tip of a single claw in hand before waving his hand up and down slightly. She laughed, her whole body pulled along with the movement, and let go once he stopped. Once she was stable on her feet, he reached out and very carefully tapped the tip of one claw against the top of her head.
“I like you!” he announced. “Any tiny organic brave enough to run up to the Whirlybird gets an okay in my book!”
Wheeljack laughed, walking over to his former teammate as the blue bot stood back up. He slapped Whirl’s back with a grin. “Well that’s good, because the humans are kinda a fixture here, so if you wanna stay you gotta get used to them!”
Whirl responded to the slap by punching his claws against Wheeljack’s shoulder. “Rough as always, Wheelie?” he said, the edge of a growl under his voice.
“No!” Bulkhead cut in before Wheeljack could respond. “No brawls in here.” he scolded.
Both the other bots pouted. Or, well, Will thought Whirl was pouting. It was hard to tell. “You’re no fun.” they said together.
Off to the side, Prime made a sound that Will knew to be the Cybertronian equivalent of clearing his throat. “Whirl.”
Immediately, that odd head snapped in his direction. Prime continued. “I am pleased that you have safely found your way to us. I must ask, however. How did you come to find yourself on Earth?”
“Is that what this fun little mudball is called?” Whirl made an odd clicking noise. “Neat.”
“Whirl.” Prime prompted again.
“Right.” he said. “See, I was actually a few star systems over. Had my own ship, ‘cept I crashed it. Managed to make it on my own, but then the ‘Cons found me. Was running low on fuel and not in the best shape, so they managed to nab me. Took me to this big ship, I think they were planning on sending me to old Megatron cause of our history.” Here, he waved his hand and clicked his claws in a gesture Will could only call dismissive. “Managed to get out, and I hijacked an escape pod. Next thing I know, I’m crashing on this planet and waking up to a ‘Con welcome party! I dealt with them, of course, and then went to figure out where I was! I scanned a new alt-mode, then lay low and tried to figure out the whole deal with Cybertronians here. Then I stumbled on Bulky and Wheelie, and here I am!” he finished, throwing his arms up partway as if in celebration.
Prime blinked, clearly trying to sort through the information. “…you have history with Megatron?”
“Unfortunately! Megzy hates me! I’m positive he wants to see me die very painfully!”
Will really didn’t understand how he could say that so cheerfully.
“I…see.” Prime clearly did not. Nonetheless, he continued. “You have had a long journey to come here, Whirl. I regret to inform you that Megatron is also on this planet, but if you would care to stay and join the fight then my team will welcome you.”
Whirl blinked, lifting a claw to tap at his chin. Did he have a chin? Hell if Will knew.
“Megzy’s here, eh? Well, it’s not like I was trying to avoid him anyway.” Whirl shrugged, then his eye curved in that grinning arch again. “What the Pit, I’m in! I’d be happy to join your little crew, Prime!” he chirped, his arm coming up to snap a salute.
Except as he did, it caused the armor plates under his arm to shift and reveal a wound leaking energon near his armpit. The blue of the energon was similar enough to his paint that it hadn’t been noticed in the excitement, but now as a drop of it fell to the ground, the wound was definitely noticed.
Ratchet in particular was honed in on it. “You’re injured?” he demanded, taking a step towards the new arrival. “Why didn’t you say anything? Let me take a look at that, I can repair it.” he grunted.
Whirl stepped away from the medic, his eye narrowing. “You’re a medic, yeah? I’ve heard a lot about the famous Ratchet.”
“Yes, I’m a medic.” Ratchet snapped. “Now stay still and let me look at you!” He made to get closer.
“No need, Doc! Just point me in the direction of the medical stuff and I can take care of it! I’ve treated myself plenty of times before!” Whirl said cheerily.
“Oh no you will not!” Ratchet growled, reaching for the other bot.
Whirl made an odd noise then, one that made every bot in the base go still and stare at him. His engine seemed to snarl, and his armor shifted and flared, making him look significantly larger. The rotors in his arms spun to life, a high pitched humming filling the silence. His eye focused on Ratchet, the protrusions at his back twitching.
Slowly, Ratchet backed off, raising his hands and taking a few steps away. He pointed down the hall to where the makeshift medbay had been set up. “Down that way.” he said calmly.
After a beat of silence, Whirl relaxed, the harsh glow of his eye fading as he nodded and trotted off. Once he was gone, Will spoke up.
“What in the name of Sam Hill was that?”
“A threat display.” Arcee supplied helpfully.
“Threat display?! Are you saying he threatened Ratchet? Prime, did you just invite a bot onto your team who’s a danger to the people here?” Will demanded.
“No!” Bulkhead yelped. “It’s not like that! Ratchet pushed too far.”
“How?!”
“I did.” Ratchet agreed. “He was clearly uncomfortable around me. I should have backed off when he first gave signs of discomfort.”
“He still threatened you!” Will yelled.
“I would like to know why as well, Bulkhead.” Prime said seriously.
“Whirl’s not a danger to anyone here.” Wheeljack said, sounding dead serious.
“Then what was that?” Wil demanded.
“Whirl…doesn’t really like medics.” Bulkhead said, sounding hesitant. “I think he might even have a fear of ‘em.”
“What? Why?”
Wheeljack snorted. “You all saw him. Why do you think?”
Will didn’t know what that meant. But there was silence for a moment, and it seemed like the other bots did know what that meant.
“Oh.” Ratchet was quiet. “That’s….yes. I should have predicted that.” he sounded almost faint.
“I see.” Prime murmured, tone somber.
“Oh, Pits. I didn’t even think of that.” Arcee seemed deeply uncomfortable.
In the corner, Bumblebee beeped something and shifted, refusing to look at anyone.
Will exchanged a look with the kids, who were clearly as confused as he was. Then he turned back to the bots. “Prime! What’s the deal?”
“It is not my place to say, Agent Fowler.” he said grimly. “I do apologize for causing confusion, but that information is Whirl’s alone to share.”
“But he’s not a threat?” Will said carefully. He didn’t understand what was going on, but he was smart. He could read between the lines. Whatever Whirl’s deal with medics was, it was related to some sort of trauma. He wouldn’t pry, he knew better.
“No, he is not.”
“Then I guess I should go inform the powers that be that there’s a new bot in town.” Will sighed, stepping back and heading to the elevator.
Oh, this was going to be fun to explain to higher ups, he could tell already.
—————————-
Whirl found the makeshift medbay easily. After that, it didn’t take him long to weld the gash under his arm. He used a rag to mop up the mess of energon on his armor, then tossed it aside and looked around. He couldn’t help but feel out of place. He’d seen the rest of Prime’s team. They were all Normal, were all Good and Unbroken. Whirl…wasn’t. He was Wrong, was Shattered and Twisted and Bad. But he had to keep going, didn’t he? It wasn’t like there was much else he could do. Not with the War raging on.
The copter bot sighed, his optic shuttering as he sagged where he stood. He was tired, okay? He’d been fighting for so long. He’d left the Aerial Corps because he hadn’t wanted to fight, he hadn’t wanted his life to be defined by violence. He’d been Good and Whole, back then. Back when he’d still had his hands and his shop and his watches and clocks. Back before the Senate stole it all from him.
The memory of his loss burned through him, white-hot and raging. His engine snarled, and before he realized what he was doing he raked his claws along the wall, drawing deep gouges into the metal. He stared at the damage, his engine growling with pent up aggression. He had to fight. It was all he knew. Ever since he’d lost his watches, all he’d known was violence, violence, and more violence. Now, it was the only language he knew, the only thing he understood. He lived and breathed violence, and with every passing day the storm raging in his helm grew worse.
Whirl wasn’t sane. He was well aware of that fact. But what was he supposed to do about it? There were no psychologists, not among the Autobots or Decepticons. Even if there were, he wouldn’t go. His thoughts were his own. He wasn’t about to bare his spark to some soft little processor-doctor in the vain hope it might help. It wouldn’t. He knew that. Medics, of the psychiatric kind or otherwise, never wanted to help him. Even when they had to treat him to save his life, it was always the bare minimum he needed before they kicked him out of their medbay. Medics weren’t good. Not to him, never for him.
He stared at the damaged wall for another beat, then turned his helm away and walked out of the room. He stopped, surprised when his exit was met with the sight of Bulkhead. Immediately, he forced his EM field to project cheer and humor, forcing down the exhaustion and melancholy that he knew had been wrapped in it before. No one could know. Everyone already knew ol’ Whirlybird was insane and prone to fits of violence. He wouldn’t let them know how bad off his processor actually was. It would make his end goal for the end of the War easier to get away with. He didn’t want to be helped. “Help” was usually just another excuse other bots used to hurt him anyway.
“Bulky!” Whirl chirped. “Fancy meeting you here! To what do I owe the pleasure of your company? Don’t tell me the Prime asked you to escort little ol’ me?”
Bulkhead seemed mildly confused but mostly amused. “You’re still the same Whirl, aren’t you?” he grinned. “No, but Jackie and I got one of the spare rooms here set up for you. It’s only got a berth in it right now, but if you’re staying on Team Prime you’ll need your own space.”
Whirl blinked, cocking his helm. His winglets fluttered at his back. “Awe!” he cooed. “You shouldn’t have! I’m flattered!”
He chuckled, then gestured with one large hand. “This way. I’ll show you were it is. Optimus said you can rest and regain your strength for the rest of the day, but tomorrow he’d like to talk to you and explain our situation here.”
Whirl set off to follow the big green bot as he walked off. “Fine by me! It’ll be nice to recharge in a berth again! Lemme tell ya, the ground on this mudball isn’t comfortable at all!” he complained. “I made the mistake of recharging in some of that organic plant matter once, and I’m still picking out organic bits from my seams!”
Bulkhead chuckled, grinning over his shoulder. “Yeah, Earth can be pretty messy sometimes. It’s a pretty neat planet, though. I think you’ll like it, especially the humans!”
“Well, if the rest of the tinies are anything like that Miko one, then I probably will!”
“Miko’s a class all on her own.” Primus bless him, Bulkhead seemed proud of that. “She’s my ward. Optimus assigned her and the other two children to three of us when they accidentally discovered our secret.”
“Awe, you’re like a proud creator. That’s adorable, Bulky.”
“Wha-no!” he sputtered, field flaring with embarrassment. “It’s not like that! I just take care of her while she’s here! She’s a good kid.”
“You’re not helping your case, buddy.”
Bulkhead groaned, coming to a stop in front of a door. “Oh, just shut it, Whirl.” Despite the harsh words, there was no true anger in his voice. “Anyway, this is your room. I’m going to go join the others. You’re free to do what you want.” he said, then spun on his heel and hurried off, likely to escape further teasing.
Whirl stared after him in amusement, then opened the door and slipped in, letting it slide shut behind him. As Bulkhead had said, there was only a berth in the room, but he could add to it as time went on. Besides, right now he only needed the berth anyway. He padded over to it, and let himself fall face-first into it. He kicked his legs and flopped around to get his whole body into the berth, then rolled and twisted until he’d gotten himself wrapped in the mesh blanket that had been left on it.
He was tired. He’d been traveling for a long time without proper recharge. He could deal with the things to come in the morning. Right now, he just wanted rest. Whirl sighed, optic slipping shut as he relaxed. In the silence of the room, he let his processor wander, slipping from thought to thought until recharge took him.
And as day turned to night and and rest of the base bedded down, Whirl slept on, dreaming dreams of all the things he had been, and all the things he could be.
———————————————————————————————————
So, I don’t really have an excuse for this. I like Whirl. He was fun in Cyberverse, and when I realized he existed in other media I got excited. Full disclosure, I didn’t read the comics. But! I do know a bit about him from other sources. So this was my interpretation of Alligned Continuity Whirl. Idk if I’ll continue this. I might, it was all very self-indulgent.
But, anyway, let me know what you think! I hope y’all liked it. Whirl is fun to write. He’s going to be a horrible influence on Miko, just know that in advance.
Until next time, folks!

Here it is - the moment my heart switches from like to love, for Crichton and the show, on every rewatch.
It is such a little moment. Aeryn and John escaped and Aeryn made contact with Crais, her superior officer. Of course, neither John nor Aeryn know that Crais wants to kill John because of the accident which killed Crais' brother (And this is so the Farscape ethos - John is doomed and hunted for a moment of pure bad luck that happened the moment he ended up here, a moment he did not know about and cound do nothing to change. As he said in a much later episode, they’ve basically found the map to the cruelty of the universe.)
And there is the scene. John is captive, peacekeeper guns all around him. Crais circling him like his personal piece of property (Poor John. This is only a start. This is not the Aurora Chair, not Grayza, not Scorpius, not Scarrans, not Harvey). John watchful and realizing the wrongness (and OMG his innocence breaks my heart) and Crais telling him he'll dissect him. And Aeryn speaking up and telling Crais (and I love this. She didn't have to say anything. She didn't have, she should know it's a risk in such a society) that she didn't believe John was capable of killing Crais' brother because he is not intelligent or brave enough. And Crais, crazy Crais, fixating on her and asking her in this tone 'just how much time did you spend with this human?' And. And. And. This is the moment I fell in love with John Crichton all over again. He gives this quick, intense glance at the situation and he speaks up (to Crais), quietly and a little bit desperately: 'Not much, not much at all.' Why? It's so hard to put into words. I think because in the middle of all this (where there is the probability of him being killed in a gruesome fashion) he speaks up for Aeryn automatically, without the second thought. Maybe because even though as an alien he has no idea what is going on, he catches on so quickly, judges it so quickly, recognizes the danger to her, before she does herself. Maybe it's the seriousness, and the intensity, and the reassuring little nod he gives to her. Even utterly helpless himself, he tries to save Aeryn. This Crichton is not yet the Crichton that will literally turn the galaxy upside down to save the woman he loves, not someone who will make impossible choices and bear it all, but it's all in there already, all the qualities, and you can see that. In a way, knowing how all of these people will end up makes it even more delicious. Seeing Crais, all neat and orderly, before he went so crazy and AWOL (and his dishevelment definitely paralleled his fall from grace) and way before he redeemed himself. Seeing D'Argo as a self-concerned, immature, angry being. Seeing Aeryn as Peacekeeper Aeryn Sun, not a complex evolving human being yet, not a woman, not a being of her own will. But the seeds are still there. I cannot imagine other peacekeepers speaking up for John, trying to save him a bit. When John says 'You can be more' that is the thing. There is a 'you' in her to be more. There is something to start with. She has a soul that is not warped past return. And the chemistry between the two? Amazing. Even in this first ep, where they are nothing more than reluctant allies at first, disdain on her part and confusion on his. Btw, that first meeting? I love it love it love it so much. I watched 'pilot' after I've seen S4 and I remember going, as Aeryn threw him against the bulkhead and hit him and then demanded his rank and serial number. 'John, meet the future mother of your child.' Heh. God. It amazes me how far the two will come and yet how organically. And it's so true about all the relationships. Watch D'Argo and Crichton interact here: the anger on D'Argo's part the 'he is crazy' on John's. They don't even tolerate each other and yet by the end they are the best of friends. I love that Farscape, even though its romantic relationship was so crucial (didn't David Kemper or someone describe Farscape as a 'love story') also had all these incredible, well-developed, organic, fascinating other relationships: friendships, familial. Another thing I love? John saves the day with his brain. God, how much do I love that. He is a scientist, not a military guy, not a 'space jockey' like his Dad. He is a scientist. And that is why he can never get used to collateral damage, to killing, no matter how much of it he does, he is forced to do. And the show never forgets that. Farscape is one of those rare fictions (because I am not just talking about shows, but movies and books as well) where I do get convinced that John is indeed brilliant. And that he loves the science, he loves discovery, he loves the work. Despite wormholes being tainted so much with everything else, he is genuinely excited, involved in working on them. I keep remembering the S3 finale where even though he is pretending to work for Scorpius, he can't help but get into it, where equations literally pour out of him in scribbles everywhere, on windows, on pieces of paper, writing on his own arms. John is an obsessive. Here it is yet small: he wants to prove his theory. And even in the middle of the escape he is excited that it's proven. His obsessiveness will of course be brought out spectacularly by his stress later on, and his feelings, but it's already here.   But to get back to what I was saying: I just love that he gets to win with his brain. And that is consistent. Because that is why he becomes the defacto leader of Moya. Not his amazing fighting prowess. He becomes quite competent in the later seasons, but he will never be pure warrior the way D'Argo or Aeryn are. It's his brilliant, crazy, completely creative plans. That, and the power of his conviction. John's conviction is an utter, absolute, contageous thing. It's not brought out fully yet, but I am struck by the foreshadowing of when he tells Aeryn to come with them, tells her she can be more, changes her life. It's the same conviction that will later have him walk into a Scarran station, unarmed, most wanted man in the galaxy, to get Aeryn out. And getting the Moya crew to come with him.   But then, all of John is already here, just not forced to the surface yet. His crazy humor as way of coping with the insane universe about him. The core of steel (he is lost and dazed in this new word which is great because he is in a way proxy for the audience, but he doesn't bend before D'Argo e.g. and he is adamant to D'Argo about taking Aeryn with them or no one escapes), the inner decency and basic kindness (that kindness will be almost beaten out of him but shadows will always remain) when he tapes up the broken eye-stalk of the DRD - “merely” a mechanical critter on Moya. Oh. GUH.
@mousieta I am so glad we are doing this!

Tumblr media
That’s so something he’d try, but of course everyone around him would stop him because duh, that’s a sure way to lose a finger. XD
Tumblr media
Oh, I’m sorry, but due to my energy levels being through the floor, I’m not really taking requests at this time.. <:{
Tumblr media
Happy new year to you too! I uh.. wish I could say I did heh..
Thank you! However uh.. I don’t think I’m going to be up for drawing anyone's suggestions. My energy has been completely drained lately and I have no energy to draw anything other than things I personally really want to.
I’m not usually one for live action movies, or particularly scary ones for that matter. But I’ll keep that one in mind. :}
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Wh-where you goin?? I didn’t get to say I love you too!
Tumblr media
Hi, thank you, glad to hear that you like my headcannons. :}
Although unfortunately I don’t have much to say about what I think would happen after the incident. :{
Perhaps the crew would be a little shaken after hearing about Pesos broken flipper? Injuries like that are a big deal, Peso is basically completely out of commission until he recovers. And that might stress the crew out a bit, you know, not having their medic firing on all cylinders for a while.
And I feel like Peso would have to teach some of the crew, like Kwazii and the Captain some extended first aid because no one knew what to do with his broken flipper. He would have to teach the crew first aid and some other important things because he cant always be there for them when something goes wrong.
I feel like it would bug the Captain somehow as well that Peso broke his arm. Like, he’s the Captain, how did he let this happen? Even though the situation couldn’t be helped, I feel like he’d still feel guilty over it all somehow.
Kwazii would probably hover around Peso a lot too. He’d be so worried for his little buddy and would want to constantly check up on him. He’d probably play games with him, talk, do puzzles, whatever, just to keep the little guy company and help him feel better. Because despite how calm Peso seemed when it was first broken, I feel like it would freak him out later in. I know I would be too scared to move or even look at my arm if I broke it. Just the knowledge that the bones inside my arm are all screwed up would freak me out too much to do anything.
With Peso, I feel like he was calm because he was on a bit if an adrenalin rush, and after he calmed down I bet it really start to hurt. That could be why Kwazii spent so much time with him, he was just upset and hurting and just wanted someone to hang out with him until he got better.
Tumblr media
A lot of artists seem to like fanart for some reason. I personally don’t..
It feels kind’a like you stole my character or idea and decided that you were going to do what ever you wanted with it. Which I know isn’t the case but that’s just how it feels.
It doesn't feel like a gift, it just feels like you stole something from me you know?
Fanart just doesn’t feel good to me, I cant understand why some artists like it. And I don’t understand why I don’t like it either, it just feels bad for some reason. Me not liking fanart is why I urge people to make sure the artist is okay with fanart before you draw something for them. <:}
Tumblr media
Thank you, its nice to hear that you actually wanted to get all caught up heh.. Yeah I guess I started drawing a bunch of Octonauts stuff out of no where huh? When times get this low you just kind’a slink away into your comfort shows right? S’all normal.
As for going through a rough time? I sure am, we all are. I thought it was rough a few weeks ago, but now things have just come crashing down on me, and I cant even talk about it on here.
Tumblr media
Thank you very much for all the kind words and encouragement! I really appreciate it, that’s just what I needed to hear. <:} ❤
Tumblr media
I watched it, and man I cant wait to see what they do with that new gup!
I was going to leave a link to the video here, but when I tried to go to the link you sent me the video had been removed..
Tumblr media
As someone who is terrified of bees and other bugs, they better not come back.
Tumblr media
Aww thank you! I’m very glad you like what I make! :}
Tumblr media
I use FireAlpaca. Its a free art program that is simple enough that beginners can get the hang of digital art pretty easily, but has enough features to make some really complicated pieces. I’ve seen that you can even animate with it although I’ve never really gotten the hang of it..
Its got its weird quirks and there are a few annoying buggy things here and there that take some getting used to, but overall 8/10 would recommend. :}
Tumblr media
Its interesting, although I don’t personally hold it as one of my headcannons, I have no issue with anyone that does. :}
Tumblr media
Aww thank you, so far its been.. well terrible, but uh. hoping for a brighter future..
As for how they’d react to rain? Hmm..
I had this idea that the first time Bulkhead experienced rain he was out somewhere with Miko goofing around. It started to rain and at first Miko was just annoyed, thinking she’d have to go back to the base.
But then Bulkhead out of no where starts to flip out, he scoops up Miko, transforms and speeds away, all the while clearly having some kind of panic attack. He races to a nearby cliff and rushes into a little cave for cover. He’s rattling and is asking Miko questions like, “A-Are you okay? Did it get you?- W-We’re you burned??” Miko gets him to chill out a little and he manages explain why he’s freaking out.
Even after Miko comes out of cover and dances in the rain to show him that its safe, Bulkhead is still too frightened to go out there. He’s spent his whole life being afraid of rain because he knows that it burns you and can even kill you if you’re in it for too long.. So even though he’s being shown right before his optics that, clearly, its safe. That primal fear of rain is too much for him and he doesn’t move.
They eventually called for a ground bridge and Bulkhead bolted through the rain and raced through it. He told the other bots about rain and how Miko claims that its safe on this planet, but that still didn’t stop them from experiencing that same primal fear when they came into contact with rain themselves.
There was supposed to be another time when Ratchet and Arcee were taking the kids home from the Base. Arcee had Jack and Ratchet had Miko and Raf.
They were almost into town when It started to trickle. Jack was surprised that it was going to rain in Jasper of all places, but he was also annoyed because he was going to get wet. But then Arcee and Ratchet both hit the brakes and freeze up. “Did you feel that?” Jacks about to ask “feel what?” when Ratchet says “Yeah, yeah I did..” Raf asked Ratchet what is wrong, but then the rain really picked up. Out of no where Ratchet starts freaking out, “RAIN!! GET TO COVER!!” Arcee and Ratchet Floor it for town.
They rush into town and find cover in a run down gas station that’s on the edge of town. Ratchet’s alt form is literally shaking and Arcee is really freaking out. Both of their primal fears making them forget that rain is safe on this planet.
“Are you okay? Jack? Ratchet? How bad are your burns?“ Jacks just like “huh??” But Ratchet goes “I-I don’t know, I don’t feel anything yet, were you burned?” Jack tries to say something but Arcee goes, “No I don’t think so, Jack gave me cover, are you alright Jack? Were you burned?” Finally Jack gets a moment to talk and asks what the heck is going on. They explain that on their planet rain is acidic, Jack then stands in the rain to prove that its okay, but just like Bulkhead they’re still scared.
Miko gets out and jumps around in the rain to show that its safe while Raf tries to explain to them that its really only water. They’re both not convinced and stay put. Raf gets out, cups his hands together and collects some rain water. He brings the water up to Arcee and Ratchet to show them that its just water. He even drinks some of it to prove that its really okay and not acid.
This convinces Arcee and she slowly inches out into the rain, eventually managing to get into it. Although she’s still nervous, after realizing that its safe she encourages Ratchet to follow suit,
Ratchet manages to inch his way out too and they both shakily take the kids back home. They come back to base and tell everyone their story, but again, that fear of the rain cant be reasoned with right away. It takes a bot to experience it personally to help them realize that this planets rain is harmless.
With Bumblebee and Smokescreen it could’ve been just like Bulkhead. Out with one of the kids, it starts to rain, the bot panics and the kid calms them down and explains that its just water. With Optimus, I feel like a human wouldn’t have been around to explain it to him. There could have been a time where he was out on a solo mission and it began to rain.
Like every other bot, Optimus has this instinct to hide from the rain, so he does and finds cover. He contacts Ratchet and tells him the situation, Ratchet tells him that he’s been in the rain before and it shouldn’t hurt him. Optimus is still nervous but he steps out from undercover, sees that its okay and moves on without really mentioning it to anyone back at base. The very same thing could’ve happened to Ultra Magnus later on now that I think about it..
With Wheeljack? Imagine him, Bulkhead and Miko were out driving somewhere, Miko is with Bulk and Jackie is following behind them. It starts to rain and it freaks Bulkhead out a little but he’s mostly okay, Miko reminding him that its harmless. Meanwhile Jackie slams on the gas and swerves off the road into the forest. Clearly no one told him that Earths rain isn’t acidic.
Bulkhead follows him and finds him in his alt form rattling and tucked really tightly underneath a big tree. They’re trying to talk to him and get him to relax but he’s clearly stressed out. Miko climbs out, goes up to him and manages to talk him down. Explaining that Earth is different than Cybertron, and that their rain is not toxic or acidic. Its just water. He calms down enough to come out of hiding but he’s still clearly on edge. He sticks close to Bulkhead and doesn’t talk much for the rest of their trip.
I feel like all transformers, con or bot, had a freaking out over rain moment at some point. Except for soundwave probably, I think he’d feel a liquid falling on him from the sky and not react because it doesn't hurt.

“The Octonauts is a British children's television series, produced by Silvergate Media for the BBC channel CBeebies, and based on the children's books written by Vicki Wong and Michael C. Murphy.
The show follows an underwater exploring crew made up of stylized anthropomorphic animals, a team of eight adventurers who live in an undersea base, the Octopod, from which they go on undersea adventures with the help of a fleet of aquatic vehicles.
Although its technology is fictional, the exotic creatures and locations that the crew encounter are based on real marine animals in their natural habitats. The show's subject matter has been compared to that of Star Trek and Thunderbirds blended with Jacques Cousteau. The show was animated in Ireland by Brown Bag Films for its first four series. The show was renewed for a fifth series in 2018, with Canada's Mainframe Studios taking over animation work.
Two new "movies" have been available on Netflix only since October 2020: The Octonauts and the Caves of Sac Actun (which takes place in a cenote in Mexico) and Octonauts and the Great Barrier Reef (a musical)”
I feel like this quote from the Octonauts wiki does a better job of explaining it than I ever could. :}
Tumblr media
I feel sorry for the poor thing. <:{
It was a Gup destined for greatness someday, but because of unfortunate circumstances it was converted into an artificial reef.
Its just like the old Octopod. Destined for greatness, just imagine all the adventures that ship could’ve had with the crew.. But because sea creatures got to it before they could, it was doomed to a life of darkness at the bottom of the ocean.
I feel bad for those poor Gups and other mechs that just didn’t make it.. 😔
Tumblr media
No I still have some bread left over, here  (╯°▽°)╯🍞 Sorry, it might be a wee bit stale.
Tumblr media
Oh I bet he gets hurt all the time and tries to play it of a bit so he can keep running around. Usually he does something stupid and gets hurt and he’s too embarrassed to really go to Peso about it. Or sometimes the injury would seem insignificant to him or the pain is tolerable enough that he thinks it’ll just go away eventually.
Maybe Kwazii doesn’t really avoid Peso’s care on purpose? Maybe he could have a high pain tolerance? Like, imagine he does something kind’a dumb and as a result gets his arm got stick under the Gup-B or something. When he frees himself his arm does hurt a bit, but it looks fine to him so he just thinks “eh”. He figures that the Gup-B isn’t very big or heavy, his arm wasn’t stuck for very long, what could possibly be wrong with it?
He comes back to the Octopod and casually tells the Captain what happened. The Captain seeing Kwazii gritting his teeth and holding his bent out of shape arm like that instantly made him turn right around and go get Peso. Peso wants to examine his arm but Kwazii’s all like, “Nah its fine me hearty, Its probably just some bruising.”
Well, put his arm through an X-ray and turns out what do you know he broke his arm in three places.
And Kwazii’s just as surprised as everyone else that his arm is broken. He’s like, “It was only the Gub-B! Is it really heavy enough to crush my arm??” And the Captains like, “The gup was ON your arm?? Of course that can break it!”
XD I bet Kwazii gives everyone a headache.
Tumblr media
Thank you! :} And well, its more innocent than you might think. People have wondered if they were self harm hints or something more dark like that, but really its not that at all.
You see, I’m a bit of a clean freak. I usually wash my hands up to 40 times a day, no exaggeration. I would usually wash my hands with dish soap, which really does a number on your skin.
So, washing my hands 40 times a day with dish soap, plus drawing on paper for several hours a day meant that my hands were so utterly dry that they’d bleed. My hands were always bleeding and covered in Band-Aids like 24/7.
All of this was going on around the time I made my blog and designed my little avatar character. I wanted to give my character something unique, like an accessory of some kind. Like gloves, a watch, a scarf, a bag, something.
Then I looked at my hands and thought you know? What if this strange aspect of myself was added to my character? Its ominous, its unique, it looks cool.. I think I’ll do that.
So now my avatar has bloodied banged all over its hands. Later on down the road today I try to wash my hands a wee bit less and I lather my hands in lotion religiously now. So my hands are much better and don’t bleed anymore. But those bloodied hands are now like a trademark of my character, so I haven’t removed them,
Although with this new uh, “playful” cat I have, I suppose the Bandages now resemble my real hands once again haha.
Tumblr media
I looked it up and I didn’t find any info saying that its common or even normal for cats to have just one baby. So its safe to assume that Kwazii must have had at least a few siblings. As to where they are or what happened to them?. Well..
The life of a pirate is a dangerous one. And I find it odd that with how often he’s mentioned his Grandfather, he’s never mentioned any siblings..
Perhaps... they’re.. you know.. dead? Kwazii’s Grandfather could be the last living member of his family. Which is why if he ever mentions his family or his pirate days, he only ever talks about his Grandpa. Maybe talking about his siblings would be too much for him?..
Man, I gotta polish that into a headcannon or something, that stuff is angsty as crap. Imagine if he was attached to the Octonauts in a way no body really understood? What if his old crew was like his mom, dad, siblings etc, and he mostly became an Octonaut because he had no where else to go after loosing them? Now that his family are all gone and his Grandpa is missing, all he has is this new crew. He would become hyper attached to his new crew and all of his care and tenderness comes from a fear of losing them just like he did his real family.

Hi it’s 4:43 AM and I’m back with another t h i ng. AKA apparently I write Destiny 2 fan fics at at the pre ass crack of dawn now.
Presage mission + “another one for the trauma jar D2 meme” + a love for all things Drifter related bc this poor insufferable soft man is a total fucking gem and I will never, NEVER EVER forget about those tapes that he made for our guardian to find = this stuff below
no beta, so don’t come at me for grammar issues unless you’re gonna be nice about it.
WARMTH
Drifter saw the flashing notification before he heard it, the chime muted beneath the Gambit livestream. His ghost had marked it as a priority message, something important to get at. On screen a massive Taken ogre quivers into existence. Nice. Team A was doing great and unless Team B pulled off one Hell of an invade two times over he doubted they’d catch up in time to challenge Team A. His hand hovers over the message, but his eyes flick back up to the stream. Team A’s coordination has been top notch all match and now was no exception. Drifter watched as two of them casted their supers on the Primeval ogre and it’s envoys. Orbs of power litter the field. Moments later Team A’s titan flies from off-screen in one of the most electrifying thundercrashes he’s ever seen. Globs of exploded ogre cover his hidden cams, soon to dissolve into nothingness. Gambit sirens wail and Team B’s Taken are reigned back into their cages. “Alright alright alright, last match of the day and it was a good one for Team A. Team B? Not so much.” Drifter pauses speaking into the mic, a little drama, before continuing in his showman’s tone. “Ay, but that’s what tomorrow’s for! Come on back and queue right in. Drifter’s always hungry.” He ends with a chuckle that doesn’t rise to his eyes and as soon as the guardians transmat to their ships he closes everything down. A message alert pops up on his console again, marked red for priority and sent almost half an hour ago. Damn, he thinks to himself and runs a weary hand over his face. Drifter’s other hand is on the edge of the console, index finger tapping it anxiously. Fuck it, how bad can it be? Drifter opens the message, tension rising to his shoulders, but then he freezes and his shoulders drop. He traces a few words of the message, forlorn sadness easing the laugh lines and crinkles at his eyes away. A few taps and the console goes dark. Drifter turns away and stands for a moment at the door. He lets out a sigh before starting again, yanking off his gloves before trudging towards his cargo container room.
There’s a lantern hung on the hook outside of his cargo container, the interior dark. Across the snow that never seemed to leave the Derelict, he sees whispered hints of someone carefully walking or rather, half-gliding over it. Through the gloom he spies a small pile of stuff he doesn’t remember making and an obvious lump in his bed. As he draws closer Drifter sees that the pile is actually carefully stacked warlock armor and the sleeping lump in his bed, is The Guardian. Yet again. Drifter’s lost count how many times it has been since he first offered the Guardian refuge aboard the Derelict. The first time they took him up on his offer he found them later, sleeping in a corridor standing against a bulkhead. He let them be since it was an out of the way spot. Eventually he showed them his bed, the Derelict’s only functional bed and told them to make use of it. Until now they hadn’t and he would still find them sleeping in various places aboard his ship. Sometimes with or without some pieces of armor, but also never like this. In plain clothes, more or less, sleeping bag haphazardly pulled over them. So vulnerable. And so tortured.
In sleep, Drifter found that the Guardian was an almost entirely open book. Nightmares haunted them more often than not. Sometimes so strongly that the Guardian would thrash about while asleep, murmuring feverdly, occasionally coherently about what they relived in their dreams. Tonight seemed to be one of the Guardian’s more silent nightmares. No thrashing, no murmuring, but the tight grimace of their lips and furrowing of their brow betrayed the Guardian's silence, showed their distress. Drifter steps to the cot, gently pulling the sleeping bag over to cover them better. Task done, he sits at their side and tentatively brushes a few stray strands of hair from their face. As he does so, the Guardian visibly relaxes, some tension dispelled from their face. It pulls at him more than he thought, making his chest tighten uncomfortably.
“Don’t take your armor off around me, kid...I’m not someone you oughta get comfortable around.” Drifter can’t help but let the whispered words fall from his lips at the sight before him. It was all too tragic. Too fucked up. So much pinned upon one guardian. One person. His hand moves before he realizes it and softly he cups their face, thumb tracing their jawline. Beneath his hand he can feel the muscles twitch and then slowly relax from the strained clenching of their jaw. Another measure of stress slips from their sleeping face. Drifter lets out a breath he was unconsciously holding. For a moment he thought the Guardian was going to wake up. Another trace over their jawline and Drifter takes his hand from their face. Quietly he murmurs, “why are you here…” as the tips of his fingertips trail over their cheek. He pauses, feeling impulsive and...something else...when he glances at their lips. Drifter lets his fingers ghost over their skin, tenderly coming to a rest below the Guardian’s cupid’s bow. He lightly traces the shape of their lips, feeling it out. Soft and a bit dry. There’s a thin crease of dried blood where they must’ve split their lip during combat. Or maybe bit it open themself on a previous restless night. He’s seen it happen before. Once even their tongue.
Drifter closes his eyes at that memory, a faint tremble visible only in his hands. He just about had a heart attack when he saw the Guardian slouched over with blood streaming from their mouth, sitting just outside the Gambit transmat room. He had shaken them awake, and his shock only grew when he saw them open bleary eyes and wipe the blood off of their chin as if it was normal and summon Ghost. The usually talkative bot didn’t say anything, but the way it healed them instantly and then bumped their forehead before leaving —he knew. Drifter knew that this must have happened several times before. “Mind if I...sleep s’more...here?” Their sleep-heavy voice caught his attention again and Drifter lifted his hands from their shoulders. “Nah, kid.” Drifter stood up and half turned, waiting for them to do the same. “C’mon, hurry up! I ain’t so mean to not lend you a spot to sleep.” The Guardian rose slowly to their feet, eyes unfocused and mind miles away from here. Something in him stabs at the sight and Drifter can’t face them looking so...worn. He turns away. Shoving hands deep into his pockets he starts walking, pausing only once to confirm the Guardian was shuffling along behind him. He shows them how to get to the sole cot on the Derelict.
A hand on his wrist snaps Drifter out of the memory. He looks down to see the Guardian awake, eyes somewhat clear. There’s confusion in their expression and he feels their lips move beneath his fingertips. Ah. Hastily, he pulls his hand away, clearing his throat. “ ‘m, sorry...about that.” Heat flushes his face as he turns to avoid eye contact. It’s silent for a while. Drifter stares at the rivets holding a seam of the cargo container together when he hears the crinkle of the sleeping bag being moved. He does his best to look discreetly out of the corner of his eye, but is caught. Drifter holds the Guardian’s gaze until they break off to shift towards the wall. Lifting the sleeping bag they look at him directly and motion for him to lie down. “It’s too cold.”
Drifter freezes. His mind hitting a brick wall too thick to just power through. He’s stunned into a very rare silence. Uncertainty and confusion write themselves out upon his face. Seeing him be so still, the Guardian drops the sleeping bag to place a hand on his knee. “You asked...why I come here.” They speak slowly, as if unsure about what they’re saying and are figuring it out as they say it. “You...you don’t use me like everyone else.” They look away from him, cheeks faintly pink. “Zavala, Ikora, the Vanguard...they mean well, but...they don’t get to treat everyone as people. They need a killer? I kill. Answers? I seek. Someone who might survive the impossible? I survive. Unconditionally. Righteous things and unspeakable things... Because I am a guardian. I don’t have a name. Many ghosts just go by Ghost...I’m the only guardian without a name. There was just...never time for one, and…always so much to do. Lives to save. Futures to fight for…” They trail off, eyes slightly unfocused, perhaps lost in nightmares they haven’t escaped yet. “You bring Gambit, but it’s never a real pressure to join.” Their hand slips from his knee, becoming a loose fist on the cot.
The coiling thing in Drifter’s chest squeezes painfully. He shifts, almost stands, but then changes his mind. To Hell with it all. Shucking off his pauldrons, he shrugs out of his duster and kicks off his boots. Awkwardly, Drifter lays down on the cot —it’s made only for one after all— but gives up on trying to leave space between him and the Guardian. Laying on his side, he shoves an arm under the pillow and motions for the Guardian to come closer. They move over slowly, a little unsure now. Drifter grabs the sleeping bag and covers them both with it. He’s left that arm out, unsure on how much contact would be wanted. When he feels the Guardian shivering, Drifter almost stops himself from draping that arm over them. But he doesn’t stop himself. Instead he gently pulls them close to him until their back presses against his chest. They feel oddly cold despite being recently asleep. Drifter summons a measure of solar light over his skin, just enough to let soothing heat roll off. He feels the Guardian relax, shoulders dropping the tension that had remained.
Minutes pass and just as Drifter thinks they’ve fallen asleep, the Guardian quietly speaks. “It was so cold there...and twisted…” His arm around them tightens protectively for a moment. “Where did you go? Recent mission?” The Guardian nods slowly, voice a little louder, but twice as worn out as before. “Presage...the Glykon.” Drifter hums a short acknowledgement, turning over their words in his head. He was aware of the Vanguard operation, already heard snippets of Osiris live on comms reporting tidbits back to the Vanguard. The Cabal ship was a house of horrors. Thinking on what he knew of it, Drifter came to a sudden, sinking thought. “Did you…?” He isn’t able to finish his question, half knowing what the answer would likely be. Again, the Guardian slowly nods. The tightness in his chest returned with a sting before the Guardian spoke their confirmation, a small tremor rolling through them at the memory. “...alone.” Drifter holds them close, knowing no words could ease the turmoil in the Guardian’s mind. He holds them and keeps his Light near and solar-filled to stave off the Derelict’s iciness. Eventually the Guardian’s breathing levels out and Drifter can tell they’re sleeping. Several hours later he drifts off to sleep as well. When he wakes in the early morning, Drifter opens his eyes to see the Guardian’s face next to his, still asleep. It’s the first time he’s seen them look so at peace.

What if Sari was the child of TFA Unicron... that's where her protoform came from and also Unicron is the Earth like in TFP/Bayverse... How would Optimus, Bumblebee, Bulkhead, Ratchet, Prowl, Megatron, Ultra Magnus, Sentinel, Sari's human dad and Sari Sumdac herself react to learning all of this?... I know Sari's dad and OP's team would love Sari no matter what, but I still wish to know how they would've reacted to the horrible, terrifying truth! 😈 Do UM and Sentinel both wish to kill her?...
(Mod’s notes: Okay so in TFA there are no gods in this universe/continuity so I headcanon that Unicron was one of the first cybertronians to be built, but disappeared after some incident in cybertron’s forgotten pass, so the legend of him and his true origin is lost to time. Maybe he was the original guardian of the allspark who knows? So his personality is gonna be different from his other counterparts)
Professor Sumdac: That explains where she came from. It’s megatron’s kid it’s the god damn planet’s child. Well at least Unicorn is rather calm about it. And he still loves his child.
Optimus: Unicron. THE Unicron! Oh boy Optimus feels like having a sparkattack from this information. This doesn’t change his opinion about Sari.
Bee: Very much freaked out that Sari is related to Unicron! Holy scrap, he thought being related to Megatron might be bad, scratch that, this is worse. Bee is a bit hesitate to be around Sari at first but after a bit he starts to hang out with her in proper again.
Bulkhead: He’s a bit worried by this revelation, but it doesn’t change his opinion on Sari.
Prowl: He’s fascinated by this, he thought that Unicron died long ago, but this explains why this planet is so odd and changing. Prowl is now more observant of Sari now to see if there is anymore quirks that links Sari to Unicron.
Ratchet: This explains why Sari is so strong for her age. This only makes Ratchet want to keep careful watch on Sari when using her powers.
Bonus
Megatron: what. The. FRAG?!!?
(Okay so the reason why I didn’t do the others is because it would be too much to the post, so the limit of number of reaction five at a time so I don’t overwhelm myself.)

We’re at the end of the road, folks.
And god damn, I feel so validated by my Sojiro characterization. Wow. Thanks for basically making me canon for ten more seconds, Atlus. XDDD
So when last we left our intrepid heroes, they were laying at the bottom of the Jail of the Abyss, because Ichinose is an asshole. So we had to fight our way back up, carrying Sophia’s unconscious body. Which wasn’t that bad; the Jail isn’t very big. We left Sophia at the door to keep her safe, and then charged back into the hall of the Ark to hack Ichinose’s exploding crystal box thing.
Ichinose doesn’t understand why we came back.
Tumblr media
So, yeah. I guess like... bizarro-world Maruki? Maruki wanted to alleviate suffering by granting everyone’s wishes. EMMA’s going to make it so that people can’t wish for anything.
After a kick-ass hacking battle set to the new version of Rivers in the Desert, Ichinose yells at us about our right to judge. Why should humanity keep this painful world, just because WE’RE strong? Just because we’ve never screwed up or suffered?
Which, clearly she has no idea who the fuck she’s talking to.
Tumblr media
We’ve worked too hard to listen to that kind of bullshit.
Ichinose proclaims that “humans don’t need hearts” and charges up the laser crystal to blast us again, and Sophia steps in to block the attack. She’s still fighting Ichinose’s control even though Ichinose insists that she’s just a faulty prototype.
Apparently Ichinose created Sophia in the first place because she spent a lifetime being called a heartless doll, so she made an AI to help her learn about the heart.
Tumblr media
I think you’re the problem, but not for the reasons everyone else is saying.
But she got angry when Sophia started asking questions of her own and basically tossed her aside, until EMMA found her and dropped her into the Shibuya Jail.
And Sophia, unlike her creator, has learned and grown, and is tired of being given orders. She’s ready to make her own choices.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
That is certainly a persona.
I gotta admit, they got me. I was wondering why Sophia didn’t have her arcana yet, but for some reason, I also wasn’t expecting her to get a proper persona. I’m now wondering about the implications of someone being able to code an AI capable of developing a soul that can summon a persona. There’s a zero percent chance that Ichinose had any access to plumes of dusk, which are the reason that Aigis and Labrys gained enough consciousness to have personas. So Sophia is legitimately a miracle piece of technology.
Pandora is an interesting choice, but I dunno if I can articulate that beyond a surface-level, “Oh, because she’s Hope, and Hope was still in the box.”
Tumblr media
I swear to god, every major villain in this game is trying to be Goro Akechi. For the last goddamn time, we don’t kill people. Get up, Ichinose. We’re leaving.
Ryuji literally grabs her by the arm and drags her out, because she’s trying to stay behind. Which just confirms for me that if Goro hadn’t put up that bulkhead door, we’d have dragged his stupid ass out of the Ship, too. XD
Back to the real world, and Tokyo is blacking out, and the Tower is losing its shit.
Tumblr media
The metaverse is fusing with reality, the Tower is becoming the Tree of Knowledge, and hell yes we are climbing this tower after all!
Morgana points out that this is the same thing that happened last year, and Zenkichi freaks out a little bit.
Tumblr media
You’re lucky you moved to Kyoto, sir. You missed quite a bit.
I love these kids, though. They’ve got so much black humor about this whole god thing.
Tumblr media
The metaverse encroaching on reality means that everyone has to cram into the bus in their thief gear. Zenkichi, please. Your hat. Sir.
Tumblr media
I love climbing this tower. I’ve been here, too! Also they have butter. XD
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I was expecting the Mementos version of the lower observation deck, and instead I got some weird amalgam between Mementos and Azathoth’s boss chamber.
Tumblr media
We had to fight Metatron as the guardian of the last elevator, which is another parallel to Yaldabaoth’s archangels. And then it’s up to what I guess used to be the high observation deck to fight the big box.
EMMA insists that all humanity wants is to let it give them all the answers, and it throws them into some sort of alternate fog world full of the voices of the public.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Thieves are all separated, trapped in the fog. Each of them has to find their way out, and they realize that the fog of the Desires is protecting EMMA. EMMA knows exactly how calling cards work, so they won’t work on her. Instead, the Thieves decide that they need to send the calling card to the public, so that they’ll become aware of their desires again and the desires will crystalize.
...oh come on, Atlus. We’re right in the endgame.
Tumblr media
One last hacker battle to break into EMMA’s server room in the tower, and Futaba and Ichinose manage to hack EMMA itself to deliver a calling card to everyone at once.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Love you, Zenkichi. We’ve taken out two gods already. We’re good.
Confronting the Ark again reveals a bunch of freaky tentacle arms grabbing the desires, and then the box turns into some sort of massive figure that looks sort of like Yaldabaoth, except less robot and more seraphim. It literally names itself the Demiurge, so I feel like EMMA may be drawing something from the lingering dregs of Yald’s influence? It’s cool.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Clearly no one told you what happened to the last false god that thought it knew what was best for humanity. ;) “Hope binds humanity to misery” is bullshit.
After a... not very difficult first phase, the Demiurge reveals its true form, and we split into three teams to take out its support orbs (modeled after the sephirot) and the main body.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I really liked the setup for the last boss. The teams were the first instance where it was really apparent that the whole team was fighting together. Each of the three battles was happening concurrently, and destroying the orbs has a concrete effect on the main fight. I wish we’d gotten to do things like this more often, especially during the Shadow Thieves fight.
That said, the main body was actually the easiest part of the fight? All the attacks were really telegraphed, and not particularly hard to avoid. Except for the spear jab.
But it finished off with a full-team all-out attack, and that was awesome.
The desires began to return to their owners, and we get to bask in a job well done once again.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Upon returning to the real world, it’s the next morning. Sophia’s happy that she got to be a hero, Zenkichi’s heading off to properly arrest Owada, and the rest of us need to head home, because we were supposed to be home last night. Zenkichi can’t figure out why we consider him a phantom thief, since he “only joined [us] to use [us]”. Which is silly. The Phantom Thieves are built on the bonds of friendship and stalking! It’s too late, Zenkichi. You and Akane have been adopted.
I’m a little disappointed we didn’t get to tell Akane the truth. That would have been great.
Atlus personally reaches out and pats me on the head, because Sojiro has the absolute perfect reaction to his kids coming home after a nationwide manhunt for them.
Tumblr media
I feel so valid making him serve Lavenza coffee and be completely nonplussed about a guy marrying Death. I love him. We’re so lucky to have Sojiro. XDDDD
The next day, the kids have a celebration party for their victory, and learn that Akira is going home the next day. This kid needs to catch a break. He can’t even have a few days to relax with his friends. X’‘‘D
Everyone goes to see off Akira, though we detour to Shibuya to meet Ichinose. A news report shows that Owada was successfully arrested, and apparently Ichinose tried to turn herself in to the police, and they didn’t believe a word of it.
Tumblr media
This is just highlighting my issues with Maruki. Even if he doesn’t think he did anything wrong to society as a whole, he never apologizes to them for what he put them through. Especially Akira. Ichinose turns around and helps them stop the final boss, and her last scene is her apologizing to the Thieves and trying to make amends for her actions. Maruki’s last scene is... “If things get bad, you can start over like me! Now we’re even!” We are not.
Sophia leaves to help Ichinose learn about the heart, Akira promises to come back for winter break, the Phantom Thieves go their separate ways once again, and the credits roll.
I’m gonna leave my final impressions in a different post, because this one is long enough already. So... look forward to that?

Starscream's Final Goodbye...
What if when Starscream was taken by Meg after Darkest Hour and Star mocks, defies and refuses to beg to Meg even while getting beaten up, Shockwave offers to erase Star’s mind so Meg could make him be loyal again: Star is scared, but still refuses to beg and asks Soundwave to record him so Star can say his goodbyes to his friends before his mind is gone. Soundwave agrees and Star tearfully thanks the autobots and kids and says that he will miss them! Soundwave, Knockout, Breakdown and Dreadwing’s reactions to Star’s final words to the autobots please?
Also how would the autobots and children react to the video? 💔
Here’s Star’s speech:
“Hello Optimus…autobots…children… I bet you’re all surprised that I survived the explosion… Honestly, I’m surprised too… But I’ve always been hard to kill… I have some good news and bad news, everyone… Good news is that I’ve finally lost my fear of Megatron! No matter how much he beats me, I never begged! I even laughed in his face, while he was beating me! Even when he used the patch on me, I defeated him! My body hurts, but my spark feels so free!… But obviously Megatron doesn’t like that and now… Now Shockwave is here on the Nemesis and he gave Megatron the idea to erase all my memories so Megatron could make me always loyal to him… Megatron said yes… And if Shockwave succeeds… I won’t remember any of you… If that happens… I just want you all to know that I-I-I…”
Starscream starts to cry softly…
“I love all of you! I’m gonna miss you all so much! I never thought I would have a family again after losing Skyfire and my trine, but you autobots gave that back to me! Thank you for everything, especially you Optimus… You gave me a chance when no one else would, even if I didn’t deserve it… That chance made me a better person… I want all of you to remember me as this better person, instead of the monster I’m going to turn back into… Optimus, you have to defeat Megatron and win this war… And if I have to be destroyed too in order for the autobots to win… Then that’s okay… I’d rather die then be Megatron’s slave again… Optimus Prime, you’re my best friend and my brother and I’m so happy that I met the real you… Bumblebee and Smokescreen, I know both of you will become wonderful leaders someday… Bulkhead and Wheeljack, thank you for the stories… Ratchet, thank you for always healing me… And Arcee, I’m so sorry for what I did to you and if Cliffjumper saw you now, he would be very proud of how strong you are… Raf, Miko and Jack, you’re all so brave and loyal despite your small sizes, I always liked that about you 3… It’s been an honor fighting with you, Autobots… Goodbye…"
⭐
I’m sorry for repeating the same question in the beginning, but I wanted to send you the speech too! 😅 (Ultra Magnus isn’t in this speech, cause he wasn’t in TFP before Darkest Hour and Star hasn’t met him yet!)
So what do you think?

SHADOW OF THE SITH, CH. 3
Tumblr media
TRI'AMA_RISHI.
"If I hear one more person refer to me as a Howling Tempest gang leader, I will not hesitate to stab them through." Tri'ama deadpans, just loud enough so that anyone nearby could hear. Pierce stifles a chuckle as some of the pirates look away quickly from her gold tinged glare. The blonde sith was already tired of the pirate infested planet, and being considered one was infuriating. Being feared wasn't horrible, but if she was going to be feared, she was going to be feared for her status as a Sith lord, not some wayward gang leader.
Rishi was...interesting. Whatever vision she'd got to send her here was about to be shoved to the very back corners of her mind and she'd just wait to see what occurred because of it. After two years of being driven up the walls by the incompetent dark council (moreso by Darth Nox, but she digressed), she was ready to give up and hunt down the blonde Sith to get on with this Revanite business. She'd surprisingly had more fun then than wallowing in memories, alcohol and dealing with less than intelligent political leaders. The smell of salty water was settling into her bones and the near constant chatter of squatters and criminals alike nearly made her force choke one of those damned monkey lizards if their owners weren't holding onto them.
Damn those infuriating laughs of the tiny bastards.
The new armor helped with the heat of the planet itself though. The heavy armor that she typically donned on adventures proved to be too much within even an hour of being on planet, and she'd immediatly switched it out for a hooded half shirt, sleeveless, with a thinner pair of armored pants and clunky but breathable boots. Anyone one this planet with half a brain would steer clear of her anyways, so her midriff would be fine.
Had it been three years ago, she was sure she probably would've gotten at least a wolf whistle from Pierce, but the man had been surprisingly silent on her new look. Protective, even. Her haircut would have to wait until much later, as the blonde strands were beginning to inch down the nape of her neck and stick there. Tied back with a silk band, she'd had to lower her hood once she'd found some inch of shade and remove her respirator just to relieve herself of the pent up heat in her body. Zykken's information to find whoever did have said information on her was going to take a lot more than just her willpower to get done. She'd sent it to Vette to look it over, then extending it to Pierce, but the three of them couldn't make heads or tails of the intel. Her mind kept wandering to the person who was supposed to be good at these things, good with the insane amount of aurebesh that needed to be decoded, and it was hard to keep those thoughts at bay. The datapad, well, that was another story entirely.
And the Red Hulls. Some cannibalistic gang that apparently had also recently arrived on Rishi. Only days prior before she had landed, something about them had flared up and they were the literal talk of the small town. Some were beginning to gossip that the two new gangs would eventually fight each other, and at this point, she wouldn't exactly stand down if it meant they'd accept she wasn't a gang leader. Hell, those in the cantina when she killed Gorro still didn't believe her, even after she'd killed him by throwing him against and a wall and then progressing to snap his neck with just a twist of her fingers. People here were either stupid, or blind. Or both, if she was being honest. Gutter trash didn't always have brain cells rattling around in those skulls of theirs.
Guzzling down another unidentifiable drink (assured at force choking range that it wouldn't kill her and-please let me down-replenshing electrolytes and hydrating-yes please let me down ), she swiped at her forehead to keep the sweat from dripping into her eyes again. Looking over, she jabbed an elbow at her companion, "Aren't you dying in that pack of armor, Pierce?"
He didn't immediatly answer (a bad sign, Vette had been rather unresponsive while they were on Tatooine and though she'd reassured her, the blue twi'lek had passed out a half an hour later. The same with...him), and she forced a bottle of the blue liquid into his hands, "I'll be fine, m'lord." He finally responded after chugging down the contents and looking visibly relieved. Most would assume she was ruthless and vile with everyone, but even the literal hulk of muscle had carved out a place in her heart. She'd rather not have him collapse on her because of heat exhaustion.
"We can always head back to the Fury. It's been a long day, and there's no reason to force ourselves to stay out here when there's nothing to be found." She admits, the sun beginning to set over the shanty town as she disposes of the bottle and stands from her perch on the barrel. "Whatever's out here can be hunted down tomorrow if it truly is that much of an issue."
He chuckles darkly, "You were the one who forced us out here. Sure it'll cool down once the bloody sun is out of the way," he pauses, most likely because she's reclipped her respirator on and raises an eyebrow, "that's if you want to, m'lord."
She rolls her eyes at the formality. At one point, she saw it as a sign of power, having people respect her and be so absolutely fearful they always added her title, but there wasn't really a need for someone like Pierce to continue grovelling at her feet in such a manner. Well, maybe not grovelling (he pressed her buttons as often as Vette did, but those two were the only in the galaxy allowed to do so), but something closer to begrudging respect that she didn't enjoy. It was just, too close to the things he used to say. "If that's how you want to do it, then we'll stay out tonight, Ash."
The corners of his mouth quirk up into a bit of smile, one of the few times she's ever referred to him by even an inkling of his first name. They continue walking along for a bit, one hand always on one of her sabers before she can hear a crier droid clanking around the boardwalk. Stopping Pierce abruptly, she can just barely make out the droid's buzzing speech, "The Red Hulls have issued a challenge to the Howling Tempest gang! In an alleyway tonight, you may even find the two duking it out over Raider's Cove! Who will come out on top and really rule the Cove?"
"You were challenged?" He asks and she gives him a half shrug before turning to him, clearly even unsure of what he was talking about, and then her eyes were looking skywards at a building before smirking at the lieutenant. He sighs, "Leg up, eh?"
He does so, crouching down so she can climb over him to find a handhold to climb up the building, much like the small beats that stole every shiny thing they came across. Among the dizzying array of streets they could get lost in, it'd be easier just to scout the streets and find a general area of where the thing was clankering around. It was harder than expected, but easier than it had been once on Dromound Kaas when she'd attempted to scale a building to find a newly-appointed lord who thought it smart to disrespect Vette. Holding a hand over her eyes, she dangled precariously off the building with one hand and scouted the cove. While none stood out immediatly to her, something glinted harshly against the sun, and she had found her target. "Three klicks north, we can catch up if we hurry."
"Three? How can you hear that bloody thing then?" Pierce questions gruffly, just barely catching her as she slides down the building, air knocked out of him. "Sure there isn't one closer trying to blast our ears off?"
"There are so many alleys in this damn town, I'd rather go get the one I saw and pray it's still there." She says, nodding towards her sleek silver speeder bike. He climbs on first, and then her behind him as he revvs the engine.
He chuckles, throwing a look over his shoulder as she hooked one leg over the seat, "You gonna hold on this time?"
"If I must." She says, rolling her eyes. She wonders if he can tell how comfortable she's gotten around the soldier, willing to put her arms around his waist and lean into him. This, this isn't love. She knows that, though the struggling had only gotten worse after he had left. He was willing to let her sleep with him, but never pushed her any further than necessary. Let her cry, let her even take advantage of him at one point in some drunken fit she's forced out of her mind. She wasn't quick to say it didn't mean anything, it did, it meant she trusted him enough not to throw him out the air lock, but did admit she didn't have feelings for him. A small part of his mind had always been closed off to her, but at that moment she couldn't sense any repressed part of him. No regret, no sadness. Just...raw relief. Relieved because this meant she was regaining sense and was becoming herself again.
Not defined by someone.
Not defined by a hyphenated last name.
Just, her.
It left them much closer than they once had been, and less likely for him to get thrown through a bulkhead at every scathing remark he made. And every Watcher like position she made him take in retaliation. If the man hated one thing, it was being stuck on the ship and watching the action from above. To imagine the things that would've transpired if she'd given her heart to the lieutenant instead of the captain, how things probably still would've ended badly, just much more violent.
A thought for another night.

NAJI_RISHI.
"I didn't ever challenge anyone to gang war..." Naji mused, pulling her robes tighter around herself, as if that would help hide her in shadows of the dark town more than the force stealth would. Nadia shifted at her side, growing bored with the hiding technique. "If I didn't, who did?"
"I'm not sure, master. I don't think there's a signal force signature out here that would give them away either." Nadia remarks. It's a tad spooky speaking to a literal shadow, considering she couldn't even see her, or see her facial expressions. The darkness of Raider's Cove wasn't helping either, and it was a tad difficult to even know where anyone was. A dark furred Cathar had managed to sneak up behind her on the way to the alley way, and he was lucky he was just out of pole saber range. "You're really still keeping up this pirate thing though? It'd be easier to just abandon it all together."
"At this moment, we don't have anything to go on. It is easier to simply wait for the Howling Tempest's to show up and we can question them." Naji whispers, standing from her sitting position. It was still hot, but thankfully much cooler than it had been days before when they'd landed. She and Nadia had to hide in the cantinas to keep them from passing out. Jedi robes were, unsurprisingly, heavy and didn't leave much room for air. The two, keeping from garnering any unwanted attention, ended up in overcoats and looser tan clothing. Hiding the sabers had been harder, but the darkness of any room compared to the sun outside was enough to hide them. They ran into less questions than expected, other than the occasional 'so who are you running from?' from the occasional spacer.
"Be careful, please?" Felix had asked her once she was halfway off the Polaris, still a tad frustrated that he wouldn't take her with him to Rishi. Well, he acted as if he were unaffected, but he was pouting on the inside. "Dunno what I'd do if you died when I was away."
"I won't die, Felix. But if it makes you feel better, I promise to be careful." She says, rubbing the back of his hands with her thumbs. Calloused, roughened by years of war. But something about his eyes softened her insides to jelly. Dark, chocolate brown skin in comparison to her own sun-kissed pale hues, hazel orbs in comparison to her own azul irises. They were different, force blind, force sensitive, but she enjoyed their differences, and to think she'd let a pirate take her away from her soldier. "I love you." She whispers, pressing a kiss to his lips before Nadia appears at the top of the stairs.
"I love you too, Naj." Nadia passes by him, and he ruffles her white mop of hair, "Same goes for you Nadia. Be careful."
"Alright, alright." She says, trying to brush his hand away from her hair. While Nadia wouldn't say it, and still had a place in her heart for the memory of her father, she and Felix had a hard time not regarding the girl as their daughter. "Whatever you say, Felix." Nadia deadpans.
She nearly laughs herself, as dad was just on the tip of her tongue as Felix waved a final goodbye to the two women.
Still spooked her that someone had framed her as the leader of a cannibalistic gang even before she'd arrived. Sent a shiver down her core just listening to the rumors that quickly spread about her. Eating people? She wasn't anywhere near a picky eater, but the wide berth that had been given by most of the pirates and terrified looks behind their stoic appearances made her rethink going vegan.
Whoever really did go around eating people, she'd hunt down another day.
She heard the engine of speeder getting louder and louder, then abruptly stopping in front of the alley that she and Nadia had been hiding in. Pressing what she thought was the girl flatter against the wall, she was able to catch a larger man, decked out in black armor, making his way into the alley, rifle drawn. Others, the drunk night crowd she'd learned over the last few days, were slower to move away than the mostly sober ones who darted into shops or ran further into the alleys.
The woman who trailed after him, a woman on a mission with a lightsaber drawn and a red kyber crystal igniting it, made her blood run cold. No, no it couldn't be. It had to be some other Sith who just happened to be on Rishi at the same time as her. But one wavering gaze to where she and Nadia were hiding in plain sight, was enough to confirm that the Wrath had less than benevolent intentions of being here.
She pretended not to see her. Reaching out in the force, Naji could only feel a wall. Something between the force and her emotions, something she couldn't reach through. But it was ill-timed, because while attempting to do so, she had taken her mind off the Wrath long enough for the woman to pick up the roof of a stall and hurl it towards their current position.
Nadia just barely yanked her out of the way as the wooden roof crashed against the side of a building, and for a moment her ears were ringing as wood rained down on her and her padawan. "If you challenged me, show your face!" The Sith called out, all too close to where she and Nadia had just escaped near death. "I know you're here."
Hide your thoughts, hide your thoughts, she tried to reassure herself. The other girl couldn't see her, but reaching out to her in the force, they were quick regain their footing. Chunks of the roof came again, but Nadia forced up a barrier just in time, and Naji was quick to wrestle with the chunks from the Wrath. No longer invisible to the Sith and her companion, shots were fired off by the soldier as Naji managed to multi-task a bit and force a basket from a stand in his direction. With the Sith distracted, the chunks were in her control and she threw them back in their direction.
The two were quick, she'd admit. Too fast. Too soon, the Wrath had retaken the situation, and the soldier ducked out of the way, firing off a couple shots before his companion threw a chunk at the shield. Nadia was beginning to struggle, and as much as she tried to keep the woman distracted, she was beginning to fixate on the girl, growing closer and closer to the two before Naji could do anything. The wood was beginning to pound on their little safety bubble, and the gold light it was giving off was beginning to waver as Nadia's willpower did as well.
They had both gotten rusty over the last few years of being off the front lines. Now, they were paying for it.
"You wanted a challenge?" The wrath nearly purrs, before throwing one large panel of something from behind her. "Have one!"
Nadia ducks out of the way, rolling on her side as Naji puts up her own force shield, before something most literally pierces her shoulder, and she crumples in pain. Blood is beginning to gush from the wound, and her hand comes away sticky as she tries to figure what's happened. Eyes trained to the ground as she readjusts herself to be on her knees, her eyes trail upwards to the scantily dressed Sith Lord, and a quick reach with the force finds the rifle toting man now behind her that she hadn't seen before.
She's about to say something scathing before a fruit of some sort gets thrown -more like force thrown- at the Sith, and it clocks her in the head, a grunt escaping her as she can almost feel Nadia's giddy thoughts. Something she hadn't taught the girl, but it nearly made her laugh as anger flashed through the woman's eyes.
She raises one arm, and her heart stops when she hears struggling from her padawan, from her Nadia. Coughs, ragged breaths, as she holds her shoulder, hissing through her teeth from the pain. "Let her go!" Naji coughs out, red staining her pale fingertips.
The Wrath quirks an eyebrow, before Naji hears a slam and sees the woman throw her arm out to the side. Nadia hits the wall with a sickening snap, and Naji is about to have string of explatives leave her mouth before she hears more footsteps coming from the opposite direction. "That is enough!" With an Imperial accent.
Just barely turning her head, she can see green and black clad figure along with a red flash before she manages to stand herself. First, she rushes to Nadia, who groans first as her blue eyes crack open. Nothing seems to be immediatly broken, which fills her with undeniable anger. Fury, nearly, at the Wrath for hurting the girl.
There is no chaos, there is harmony.
There will be chaos if she hurts Nadia again, she thinks to herself.
"This wasn't the most conventional way to get them here, but I didn't think it'd lead to a fight!" Theron's voice, raspier than when they'd first met, but turning from Nadia's rising form, it's most definitely the SIS agent and his Sith companion. Her outfit had changed, but her blonde hair was still present. "Maybe you should've rethought this whole Sith and Jedi thing, Lana."
"I believed that the Barsen'thor would calm the situation first, though it seems the Wrath didn't give her the chance." Lana rubs her temples before turning to her, "Naji, it's been a while."
"It has." She grimaces, as the Wrath doesn't make eye contact with her. "You couldn't have sent a holo?"
"Discreet methods, I apologize for not making our intentions clear." Lana turns back to the Wrath, "You attacked the Barsen'thor?"
"In my defense, I was challenged by the leader of the Red Hulls at these coordinates. I didn't recognize them, fought them because of it. I wanted answers for why I was here and why someone pretended I was a gang leader." She responds, crossing her arms as her soldier reholsters his rifle. "You would have answers for me, wouldn't you?"
"We had to lure you here under false pretenses, but Lana thought it'd be smart to bring you both. Something about Revan being too dangerous to deal with, especially with only one of you, that we needed both." Theron responds, "This...wasn't supposed to happen."
"We're not the most predictable people either, Shan. That excited to see me?" And there it was, the same old Wrath with her flirtatous nature. That, hadn't changed even though her companion had. The burly man didn't seem to react at all, possibly they were weren't involved as she'd previously assumed.
"I..look, Naji will she be alright?" Theron asks, as Lana continues conversing with the Wrath. He hisses through his teeth once he gets a good look at her. "Will you be okay?"
"Nothing some kolto and meditation can't fix, Theron." She shakes her head and allows herself to smile, "It's good to see you too."
