Today was an up and down day as a Ghostie to be honest, but right now? I'm actually happy.

I'm not gonna be consuming any qsmp content unless Bad decides to play on the server and I'm extending my Qsmpblr break indefinitely BUT I just wanna share why I'm not upset about this development in the hopes that I can help other Ghosties or other communities who might be a little bit more upset, see things from the brighter side.

I came back from having dinner, I'd left Bad's stream up on my TV so I just sat back down to continue watching the chat torment Bad while he played.

I'd already seen the documents on Twitter so I knew what had happened and I was just trying to enjoy Bad's stream and not think about it too much that our little Sunshines were now officially gone.

But I literally only managed to watch a minute or two of regular chaos content before I heard Bad's sad little "Hi Pomme" and he started talking with Lumi in chat. I was literally fudging crying by the time Shade (Dapper) showed up as well.

Then with Lea (Dansir) and Pancks (Agent 18) hanging out for a little bit too I was just, I mean it's Bad's allergies bro, they're contagious I swear.

The only thing that was upsetting me about the announcements earlier in the day about their admins leaving the project wasn't that they were leaving. Nah fuck that, they should do whatever they feel is their best option and if that's leaving the server then they should leave the server, simple as.

What was upsetting me was the thought that after a year of getting to know them, not just as their characters but as their adms too, we might just never see them again.

Those little guys were just amazing within their eggy shells or not, I mean hell when they were playing other characters like capybaras we still knew who they were, we just got to know them as a whole and I was so sad that we were likely gonna see a few of them go as they left the Quackity Studios team.

But seeing Lumi and Shade tonight hanging out with the Ghosties and Bad, teasing him and talking to him like normal even after they've formally left the project. I'm honestly glad that people have decided to do what was the best option for them.

The situation was toxic, there's no denying that, and I'm so happy that people are realizing that and doing what they feel is best for them.

But I'm so so so glad we still get to see them and they're not just a blip in our memories. I imagine we'll be seeing Shade and Lumi in Bad's chat every once in a while (I mean hey, Lumi said that Bad wasn't getting rid of them lmao) and it's just nice to know they're still okay even if we won't see their eggy characters any longer ❤️

ohh thank you so much for all the kind words :) sometimes i feel sad because people enjoy these characters so much and i do not give them any real lore but ill try to answer these questions to the best of my brain power. if you havent read the big overall summary post i did awhile ago its tagged somewhere under #adm.

i have no idea how tall they are. it is assumed andrei is noticeably shorter than misha but not too much shorter.

as far as clothes go, (this is so stupid) but they were designed by TWO different people and at the beginning i never had any intentions of using misha outside of enigma but then i started writing more song about him. misha was designed by @roseclemshipper and the general idea back then was some mash between that bitch from ungray days, ci flower, and a wolf plush from ikea (we made a mood board). andrei was designed by lon and i think i told him something along the lines of "tactical combat boyfriend" who knows. i think they are silly and clash with eachother in a good way.

idk exactly how he got the scar but id like to think it was whatever caused him to need the eye visor screen thingy in the first place

IMMEDIATELY GETS ON THE SOAPBOX the thing about him tHE THING ABOUT HIM IS- and I do not CARe what anything else anywhere else cough cough tries to say about him , I am CORRECT or at least I am correct wholeheartedly in Elysium where fenixe and I are in control —

the short answer is he fits within my favorite character trope trend of all my favorite ocs (Maci, Chal) and the long answer is specifically what I mean is that Loki is the most desperately insecure, frantically jealous and attention-deprived disaster of possibly all time.

and it’s that, to combat this, the utterly insane solution HE found was to adopt this… this DEMEANOR, this Sneering and Smirking Haughty Veneer of Calculated Scheming Aloof Supervillainry— well, retired supervillainry. Everything he’s ever done, all his actions — -and then generally, his incessant compulsion to swerve around genuine emotional vulnerability, his crucial need to not only appear as if he’s all put together, but to appear like he’s WINNING (winning what?!)- is just, the most utterly batshit way to handle??? feeling like that??? to handle an entire lifetime of feeling NOT GOOD ENOUGH and an entire lifetime of UNENDING COMPARISON and an entire lifetime of NOT MEASURING UP and— this??? this is how he deals?!?!?!?!

ELoki - being shown genuine love and ACCEPTANCE and EMBRACE for who HE is instead of who he isn’t - and promptly locking himself behind like ten doors to crumble into dust about it - it’s just sooooooo????

This is so funny Loki does actually have very specific and famous arch nemesises but he snidely professes to be retired from the supervillain lifestyle and so he OF COURSE doesn’t REALLY care what the a vengers are doing, unless of course they were to mildly inconvenience him in ANY way and then they’d be his archnemesises again. Honestly Loki is a person that just kind of collects these into an infinite list, anyone who’s ever slighted him or even mildly annoyed him is an enemy forever. I also want to say that he considers Hecate to be his absolute enemy and Hecate has always been and continues to be warm and friendly to him bc that’s a fully one sided rivalry fgkfkgkgkgkg

Within Elysium, hmm let’s see Loki also famously dislikes Eris NOT because of anything she’s done to harm the palace but bc she’s also a goddess of chaos and it makes Loki feel territorial and threatened 😠 but also OH an actual and legitimate answer is - like everyone else’s - Thanatos???? He’s of course on Loki’s shitlist forever due to That Whole Series of Events (Thanatos siphoning Loki’s powers to attack the palace, culminating in Thanatos’s explosion into jars) and like. It is unacceptable to attack his family but EVEN MORE unacceptable to trick HIM and make a fool out of him in the process absolutely how dare you (worth mentioning that if interrogated about this certainly Loki would only admit to the latter…..)

now onto the Libby section!!

❤️ - What is one of Libby’s best memories?

oh this was an IMMEDIATE answer that came to my mind and it’s gotta be one of Libby’s FIRST memories of her very own that is, when Loki made her real, since before that when living as a hallucination of Chal’s she and Chal had all the same memories — and I think it IS when Loki made her real. like, that very moment. Chal had gotten to sleep for the first time in her life ever and her hallucination of Libby was fading; the deal she’d made with Loki & Ty & Bel was that if she could try to be nice for a week they would make Libby real and bring her back, Chal held up her end of the bargain but it was an entire week without her. Libby’s very first memory of her own was becoming tangible — and immediately getting to tacklehug Chal for the first ever time :’)))))

✂️ - What is one of Libby’s worst memories?

……Well. hey. Due to her time living as a hallucination of Chal’s….. she and Chal……. Share the same memories, s… so…………

however due to many traumatic events and also severe sleep deprivation neither Libby or Chal remember everything from their earlier childhood, Libby remembers a little bit more than Chal does but, collectively they’re missing so many gaps. Hell, Chal’s even covered in scars - besides the shoulder scar that we all know what the cause of was - they have NO idea where all those came from 🙃 some things are just too horrifying to hold space for in your brain!

A few years ago Libby had had a couple of sessions with Epione, the palace therapist who’s helped Chal (and Maci, Epi, Tory, many many people) and Epione had asked her to talk about some of her bad memories. Well, all of Libby’s bad memories are of watching Chal be terrorized by her parents when she was younger. The specific event she’d talked about then was of generally how the Keres daemons, Ker’s minions, would basically follow Chal all around to tattle on her to Thanatos and Ker if she ever did anything “wrong” and on one such occasion, a mortal Chal had been trying to kill had escaped. The Keres daemons watching had all turned on Chal, accusing her of showing mercy to the mortal who’d gotten away, dragged her back to Ker and Thanatos, and —

And then blank. Libby, just like Chal, quietly haunted by the memory of the terror of it, of being brought back before them— and then a gap of several days later. All of Libby’s worst memories are just like that. oops! AUGH.

C) They rarely award any Hollywood film over other European films.

Im sorry but when I tell you some passionate fans who “love” Seb have 0 understanding of his career, films and industry in general…its so embarrassing.

Exactly, he is an executive producer. He wasn’t competing for the golden bear (aaron was tho!).

In europen film festival they tend to award non american movies for obvious reasons, you really have to be outstanding to win the prize for the movie or for screenplay/acting (ie joker or cate)

In fact the other English language feature that was awarded was the opening movie with cillian, who won best supporting performance

About Sharper idk, but I have high expectations about his performance since after this role A24 decided to make him the executive producer of ADM / the way it was an anon on DM who's usually hated and called unreliable by his fans but this particular blind was accepted as truth immediately ahah. // LMAO Are you serious? We didn't even need a blind on DM to come to this conclusion. Seb did do Sharper before ADM, and if A24 offered him an opportunity as an executive producer on ADM after Sharper, it's pretty logical to conclude that it was because they loved his work. Or do you think they would have done that if they thought Seb sucked? That's just common sense.

“Like you would know!” he retorted to her before grabbing her and yanking her onto his chest as he laid down on his bed.

“You’re dating a girl who flipped off the press twice, you cannot look at me and say your family possesses logical thinking.”

“That’s valid, I won’t dismiss that,” he laughed.

They let the news play in the background as they cuddled. Jason still had his stitches in and he said it was because Dick said, “You’ve been moving too much’ and the two of them laughed, knowing that that was likely going to be the outcome. They knew what they did, they knew it was worth it. Dick probably didn’t think it was worth it, if he even caught on,

Bruce had reamed Jason out for that, because Bruce did catch on. Bruce had to play the parenting role in this all, and he knew what Jason was like. He knew Jason likely wasn’t prepared for the escapade and journey they had took.

He was right. Jason wasn’t prepared for that, he didn’t have the necessary items for it. Y/N and Jason didn’t care about that at the time, so they didn’t even bother to realize. Kids will be kids, Bruce supposed, and he hoped for the best possible outcome out of this. He knew Jason wasn’t ready, he didn’t know if Y/N was ready, but he knew if what he was scared would happen actually happened, he’d support the two of them unconditionally.

But they would continue to do their own thing as time went on, and even at 3 in the morning, no one could stop them from doing what they wanted, what they needed.

That was the beauty of the chase they had done to get to this point, the drama, the love, the pain, it all got them to the point where they were side-by-side in his bed, naked. Obviously they were going to have sex eventually, they just didn’t expect it this early on, but they also seemed to be speed running the entire relationship to the good parts, where they knew each other like the back of their hands, just enjoying the quality time they got with each other.

Yes, it was soon. But it worked for them, and that’s what mattered to all of them. Not just Jason and Y/N, it mattered to his family that even if they were quickening their pace, they were happy and understanding of sometimes it just goes a little faster than one would expect. It doesn’t mean it’s bad or doomed to fail, it just means it’s clicking in a lot of ways others didn’t.

Jason had a dating rep he didn’t like to admit. He was known for being a womanizer, a playboy, someone that dads everywhere didn’t want their daughters to be with. He was given this through the fact that he did have women come in and out of his life. He didn’t want it to be this way, but that’s how it ended up being when some women, most women, would crack under the pressure of his life. He moved fast because he thought it made up for the craziness that was his life.

So, when he found out that Y/N didn’t like the press very much, he was ecstatic. He knew she didn’t know about what was being said about him everywhere, he knew she didn’t feel scared either, when she proved time and time again that she had a backbone to stand up against the press. Was she one-of-a-kind for this trait? No. Barbara also exhibited this with Dick and their relationship. But Jason had been so shit on by women he tried to date that Y/N was a nice change.

He didn’t want the press to be her new norm, that running from them would become her life, but he also didn’t know if that bothered her for a while, until he saw the articles. The ones calling her names and insulting her every feature, physical and character traits she had shown them. He knew that of course, with the games she had been playing, that they would insult her, and with the court case going on with her attacker, they were just more vicious.

That’s why he demanded she get into Dick’s car the morning after he found out about her drinking, not because he didn’t trust her or anything, but he knew with the ongoing case that she’d be bombarded worse than before. She realized this was his reasoning eventually, probably when she was in his arms.

Her dating streak had been better, but it still wasn't the best. She had a lot of secrets she felt like she needed to hide because of how they made her feel, but eventually she would come out with her stories, the assaults, the bad men, the way they used and used her and how she let it slide.

Being assaulted was something a lot of the population had to deal with and cope with, most likely never actually telling people of their assaults and just letting it simmer, deep, deep down in their brains. Wishing it would have just not happened.

She wanted to talk about it, but she had also healed so much from it with the help of Jason. Sure, he didn’t fix all the issues she had with exes, but the fact that he didn’t treat her the way the others did, sure as hell helped.

Writing and dance also helped her cope with a lot of the bad things that had happened to her. She figured if Jason went through bad things, he had an outlet too, because he did seem torn up, but not massively affected. Maybe he was good at hiding how he felt about it all, but maybe he had a way to deal with the trauma.

She knew his parents’ stories and how he was so young during so much of it, and he hoped, prayed even, that he had coped well with those events. But she had no control over most if not all of the events that transpired and how he handled dealing with them.

Both of their minds had a thing for wandering away from them at the worst yet best moments. When she got a call.

“Hello?” she questioned into the phone, when an automated voice returned.

“This is a prepaid call from Gotham County Jail. From inmate ‘Justine Wong’, to accept this call, please dial 1.”

She did.

“Thank you for your cooperation. All inmate calls are recorded. Your account balance is $40.50.”

“Y/N?” Justine asked.

“Hey, I’m here.”

“So, we have an issue,” she joked, “How much do you remember?”

“Nothing. I don’t remember anything.”

“I figured, fuck.”

“It seems issues follow me wherever I go, huh.”

“No, no. It’s our fault, myself, Kaitlin, Thomas, Christopher, we all dragged you out of the house and got you drinking. I barely even remember how it got to where it ended.”

“Well that... that isn’t ideal, Justine. Do you know when your court date is?” Y/N asked.

“I don’t even know if the guy is pressing charges, I hope he doesn’t.”

“You can say that again,” she joked.

“I’m sorry I dragged you into this mess, I took you to the bar that night.”

“You did, yeah.”

“I should have known better.”

“It’s... it’s not that you should have known better, man. It’s... it’s that a bunch of unfortunate circumstances lead us to this point,” she tried to say to comfort her friend. She did feel like it was Justine’s fault in a way, but she didn’t know if fighting with her over the phone while she was held in jail for bodily harm charges was the best idea.

“I feel like you’re mad at me,” Justine admitted.

“It’s not important, really. We can talk about it in anywhere from a couple months to a year, hoping you get lucky.”

“I think we all want to get lucky, Y/N.”

“I know.”

“I think we’re running out of time here, with the call.”

“We are.”

“Well, I love you, man. I’m sorry about all of this.”

“I love you too.”

Click. She paused for a second, with Jason sleeping next to her, she questioned a lot. Whether these friends were even worth it at the end of the day. She had changed so much since she last saw them, trying to cut clean of alcohol, drugs, partying. And trying to better herself,

But she knew all 3 of them were trying to do so too. They really had just ended up in a bad situation. It was 4:34am, and she was just lost in thought when Jason turned into her in his sleep. She smiled.

She played with his hair a bit while he slept, trying to just calm herself. He seemed sweaty, and clutched his bed sheets with one of his hands, She thought maybe he needed comfort right now, not her. She didn’t ever notice this behavior before these moments, and it concerned her.

He was a grown man having nightmares, she assumed, but she didn’t like it. He deserved to sleep peacefully throughout the night when he woke up in a cold sweat, clutching his sheets and having his hair stroked.

He didn’t question it and just laid on top of Y/N, and let her stroke his hair as he tried to go back to sleep. They didn’t say anything, either of them. It was just really early on a Thursday morning, and they were making the best of the situations they had been thrown in.

There wasn’t any tension between the two of them, but they knew they were a ticking time bomb, that eventually they would fight and the supposed ‘Honeymoon Phase’ would be over. They didn’t like that thought, that one day they might be at each other’s throats, forgetting that a problem in the relationship is them two versus the issue and not them vs. each other. Fighting with their s.o scared them.

Jason would fall asleep in her arms, slowly drifting away into unconsciousness. But he would exhibit the same behaviors as before. The fear in his face was palpable.

But Y/N was asleep this time, so when Jason woke, trying to scream, he slapped his hand over his mouth and cried, he didn’t want to wake her, but he also craved just telling her what had happened and how sleeping was so, so much harder for him than she thought.

People thought the nightmares had slowed, but he just got good at hiding them.
