It was like a flashback. Like Peter was living the first time he saw you again. A night he could never forget.

You were wearing your favorite party dress, the one that seemed to be made for you. Peter immediately noticed you that night. Like you were the only person in the world. And you noticed him too, the sad boy who drank his beer alone. At some point, you were lip syncing a Sinatra song to Peter. You didn’t know him but from the look on his face, you thought he needed a little distraction. A few minutes after, you were sitting on the sink and Peter was between your thighs. Giving you the kiss of your life. Giving you the best fuck of your life.

You couldn’t tell the exact moment you fell in love with Peter. Or the moment Peter fell in love with you. It was just so obvious that you were all you both needed right now. You lived this relationship passionately. You could compare it to a fire: you kept putting woods in it to make it look good and live for a long time. But no fire can beat the shower. No relationship could fight a huge secret.

Peter never told you who he really was. He kept disappearing to save the world without you ever guessing you were dating spider-man. And when you asked him about what he was up to when he wasn’t with you, Peter lied. Saying he was with friends you knew he wasn’t with because you bumped into them that same night. Saying he was with May when she told you she hasn’t seen Peter in ages.

You convinced yourself Peter had found another wick to his fire. When you accused him of cheating, Peter got mad. “How could you ever think I would cheat on you?” he screamed in the middle of your small kitchen. You saw the anger but it didn’t matter. “Because you kept lying Peter! You either tell me to truth or disappear.” You screamed at him. Hoping it would him realized he had to tell the truth.

Peter left that night. And you haven’t seen each other ever since.

And tonight, Peter was looking at you, dancing in the living room. In the same party dress. With a Sinatra song playing in the background. It felt like the story was starting over again. And Peter wanted to do this right this time.

When you turned around and saw Peter, you lost your breath. Because he was as beautiful as he was when you left him. Because he was as sad as he was when you met him. You didn’t know if you should go to him or run away. It was a losing battle. Every night, both your heart and your mind were screaming Peter’s name. You couldn’t escape him.

You didn’t think twice before walking in the empty corridor. You weren’t surprised to see Peter’s face appearing only a few seconds after you. “I’m sorry.” He whispered like he feared losing the opportunity to be with you again. That if he spoke too loudly, you would remember all the bad things that had happened between you.

You didn’t answer to his apologizes. Instead, you cupped his head and kissed him desperately. Peter’s hand went from your thighs to your back, lifting your dress to touch your skin. He needed to feel it, to know you were there with him. For real. You grabbed his messy hair with one hand, pulling it to keep him close to you. Your other hand looked for a handle. You kept kissing each other while entering an unknown bedroom.

You stumble on the bed behind you, with Peter on top of your body. When you felt his excitement against you, you couldn’t hold it and moaned against his lips. This sound, this sweet sound that made him lose his mind every time, made him realized what he was doing. All he wanted to do was keep kissing you and let him his lips go everywhere on your body. But maybe it wasn’t the right thing to do. “Maybe I shouldn’t stay.” He whispered against your lips. He was already breathless from your kiss; he was eager for more. But he didn’t want to break you. Not again.

“Maybe I just don’t care.” You replied while your hand went between you, looking for the zip of his pants. You did it so many times in the past you knew his body by heart. You couldn’t resist touching the line of hairs on his stomach, the one leading you directly to pleasure. Just like Peter couldn’t resist kissing you from your neck to your chest like he always used to do.

It was desperate. The room was filled with your moans. You almost forgot how good Peter’s body felt against yours, how good he felt when he was in you. Like it was still meant to be.

You both needed each other right now and were willing to put away all the bad things. You were still mad at Peter for lying. And at any other occasions, you wouldn’t have let him kiss you. If he met you on the street, Peter would have never come to you because he was still mad you thought he was unfaithful. But tonight, was different.

Once you let the desire consume you, you were still laying in Peter’s arms. You couldn’t leave them already. You let him kiss your forehead like he used to do. “I want to try this again.” He said against your skin, and you looked at him with confusion. Peter’s face was still so close to you that he brushed both your nose and mouth with his lips when you moved. “I hope that we’re worth saving…” you whispered. And as an only answer, Peter kissed you softly.

You knew you won’t be able to handle the lies for too long. And Peter knew that too. He knew that if he wanted to keep you, he had to make it work. But right now, all that matter was that you were in each other arms. Like you were supposed to be. Tomorrow could wait.

lunar new year’s with the avengers

summary: chinese!reader celebrates lunar new year with the avengers and co.

Ok so, this is set in a magical reality where no one died in Endgame, the Eternals didn’t get yoinked into space, and NWH didn’t break my soul.

Just deal with it I want to be happy.

Assuming you manage to force them all together for a party, you’d probably go all out.

Tony and Pepper would definitely give you money to buy overpriced food and decorations.

You get to buy a new qipao😩

I feel like the aliens and Asgardians would really enjoy learning about your culture, different humans having different traditions would probably be really interesting to them.

Mantis being fascinated by human food. Poor girl lived on Ego’s planet her whole life.

Peter trying to research as much as he can and showing up with a bunch of peonies he may have snatched from Central Park.

Shaun, Xialing, and Katy actually understand what’s going on and bring traditional foods.

You all would probably skip out on traditional fireworks, and go for sparklers instead.

That one Tumblr post about Peter mocking Dr. Strange using sparklers.

If you really want fireworks, Sprite or Wong might summon something for entertainment.

Someone definitely showed up in white and you may have thrown red clothes at their face.

The Eternals probably influenced some of the traditions, so you’ll get a fun story out of that.

if you have it at Tony’s lake house there’ll be a big bonfire and a bunch of marshmallows, because even if it’s not tradition it’s still fun.

If it’s at the Tower then get ready for the most crowded movie night you’ve ever had. It’ll probably start with Disney movies, then get to more adult ones as people filter out.

Favorite Color: Blue! Though to be honest, I generally lean towards the cooler color spectrum, so I adore most colors in that spectrum.

Currently Reading: I’m not currently reading anything, but I plan to reread The Language of the Stars by Louise Hawes!

Last Song: I have two because I did listen to this song a few hours ago, but it’s still incomplete. The last complete song I listened to was Liar Dance by DECO*27 while the last last (incomplete) song was Queen Fox by Raon Lee. (Plsplsplspls Feb 9, hurry up, I want the full version sosososo BAD)

Last Series: Depends whether I completed it or if I’m still watching it. The last series I completed was Yurucamp while the series I’m currently watching is Forest of Piano.

Last Movie: Snow White. Watched it with some friends because Yana said that you’d enjoy the current Twst JP event more after watching Snow White.

Sweet, Savory, or Spicy: This depends on my mood, to be honest. 🤔 Right now, I’d rather taste something savory, so savory it is! 😋

Currently Working On: There’s this Azul fic that I’m working on to celebrate his birthday. I’m far from done, and I still have to fix a lot of things. 😅 Hopefully, I can upload the first chapter by February 17. 😩

Yugc crush daydreams 😍😍

[This is highkey inspired by Otto (youngvd) and Jessyka on Instagram because they’re exes but they’re still best friends and they basically still look and act like they’re in a relationship]

I️ keep having daydreams of us like dating and going out together and there’s literally nothing wrong, but we mutually agree that we just want to be [best] friends.

So we stay friends, and we act more like best friends who flirt occasionally. And there’s sort of this unspoken understanding that we’re both still attracted to each other but we shouldn’t cross the line with each other

Like we make boundaries like no kissing, little to no flirting in public or around potential romantic interests, and things like that. It’s just lowkey so like no one gets the wrong idea

From time to time, we might lock arms or hold hands, give a kiss on the forehead (him) or cheek, or rest my head on his shoulder, but in a platonic way and mostly when we’re alone 👀❤️

We talk all the time and we’re actually best friends in the sense that we enjoy each other’s company, know each other inside out and are there for one another 🤗❤️

Like it’s literally just us two all the time as best friends instead of bf and gf or exes. I️t might be confusing to people who knew we dated, but we know what we are to each other so it’s nbd to us 🤷🏾‍♀️✌️

Both of us watch out for the others mental health and well being. We look after each other when we’re sick or not feeling well, like if I’m on my period. And we’ll give each other advice when we’re feeling sad, or confused or unsure 😩❤️

We still have the same hobbies like classes (Gospel Choir), and we’ll do face masks and challenges together like the whisper challenge, bean boozled and the spicy noodle challenge

We’ll take each other to cool, new places and on cute little dates, but as friends so we can show others later on. Sometimes downtown, sometimes to see a new movie, but always together 👀🤗

And when we’re on breaks, we go on little road trip adventures to places like Niagara Falls and Montreal and other places that aren’t that close but that far

We post pics and videos of us on our Instagram and snapchat stories and I️ occasionally post a pic of us on my actual page with a super meaningful caption reminding him what he means to me ❤️🤗😩

We tell each other casually how much we love the other, and it’s always coming from a place of genuine platonic love of our friendship not romance 🤗💯

And we become more spiritual and close to God this year together, bringing him to church occasionally, sending each other verses from the bible, going to Gospel concerts together, praying for each other everyday 😍👌

And he motivates me to work out and I️ motivate him to eat healthy so we both can be on our healthy body grind for 2018. And we’d be each other’s hype(wo)man 🔥🔥✌️

We’ll give each other cute little gifts like friendship necklaces/bracelets and stuff for our birthdays or whatnot. Or just unexpectedly get the other something we’ve been wanting for a long time

And like when we go out we’ll both still remember what the other person’s bubble tea order is, or what the other’s shoe size is, or which artist they are currently on and stuff like that

And our families know of each other, in person and through social media. And they all get along and are really fond of each other 😩🤗💕

And we still invite each other over to family gatherings, holiday celebrations, weddings or important events, with the exception of funerals

We’re totally happy for the other person if they get into a relationship with someone and that new person will actually become both our best friends

And he’s cool with my friends, and vice versa and we can all chill as one. There’s no awkward vibes or weird energy, just pure genuine fun and awesome people ✌️🔥

When a bunch of us link up, it’s always a blast and never a dull moment. All of us really enjoy each other’s company and always miss each other and they become squad 💯👊

When we miss each other, we’ll call or FaceTime one another just to have the persons presence while we’re doing school work or simple tasks ☺️😘

We bring out the best in each other when I️t comes to school and work and people and personality. We’re always trying to develop into better people together 🙏📚👩🏽‍🎓💛

It’s a deep ass relationship but no matter how much people question it or are confused, we always just say we’re best friends because we are. And we overall just make each other happy being around each other without the stress and title of a romantic relationship such as bf and gf. Basically like friend soulmates 🤗💖💓
