“They were in Manhattan, living in the freest country you can imagine, and they’re saying they’re oppressed? It doesn’t even compute,” Yeonmi Park told The Post of students at her alma mater, Columbia University. “I was sold for $200 as a sex slave in the 21st century under the same sky. And they say they’re oppressed because people can’t follow their pronouns they invent every day?”
The 29-year-old defected from North Korea as a young teen, only to be human-trafficked in China. In 2014, she became one of just 200 North Koreans to live in the United States — and, as of last year, is an American citizen.
Now, three years after she graduated from Columbia with a degree in human rights, Park is raising alarm bells about America’s cancel culture and woke ideology.
In her book “While Time Remains,” out February 14, Park writes how she made it all the way to the United States only to find some of the same encroachments on freedom that she thought she left behind in North Korea — from identity politics and victim mentality to elite hypocrisy.
“I escaped hell on earth and walked across the desert in search of freedom, and found it,” she writes. “I don’t want anything bad ever to happen to my new home … I want us — need us — to keep the darkness at bay.”
She implores readers: “I need your help to save our country, while time remains.”
Park first made headlines back in 2015 with her book “In Order to Live: A North Korean Girl’s Journey to Freedom” and for her bold claims that the woke environment she endured as a student at Columbia reminded her of North Korea.
In an interview this week with The Post, Park recalled what it was like to be a North Korean defector who escaped tyranny and oppression only to meet college students intent on claiming victim status and earning oppression points. She dubbed her alma mater a “pure indoctrination camp” and said many of her classmates at New York City’s most elite school were “brainwashed like North Korean students are.
“I never understood that not having a problem can be a problem,” Park said. “They need to make injustice out of thin air or a problem out of nowhere, because they haven’t experienced anything like what other people are facing in the world.”
She was born in Hyesan, North Korea, the second child of a civil servant, and grew up under the rule of then-Supreme Leader Kim Jong-il under the bleakest of conditions.
Tumblr media
In the first five years of her life, an estimated 3.5 million North Koreans died of starvation. Park recalls hunting for cockroaches on the way to school to quell her hunger — even as the Kim’s regime banned the words “famine” and “hunger.”
“Darkness in Hyesan is total,” Park writes. ”It’s not just the absence of light, power, and food. It is the absence of dignity, sanctuary, and hope. Darkness in Hyesan is … watching your parents and neighbors hauled away by police for the crime of collecting insects and plants for their children to eat.”
After her father was arrested and sentenced to hard labor for the crime of trading dried fish, sugar, and metals, the Park family’s life in North Korea deteriorated even further. Finally, they planned their way out.
“I didn’t escape in search of freedom, or liberty, or safety. I escaped in search of a bowl of rice,” she writes.
Park’s sister fled North Korea first. Park, then 13, and her mother followed, crossing the freezing Yalu River into China. But rather than finding her sister, the pair fell into the hands of human traffickers who sold Park into sexual slavery.
After years of forced slave labor, a still-teenage Park was finally able to break free and travel across the Gobi Desert to Mongolia with the help of Christian missionaries. From there, she went to South Korea where she found refuge and was granted citizenship.
Seven years after they were first separated, Park also reunited with her older sister. But they found out that their father had died shortly after he managed to escape to China.
Losing him, Park said, made her “step into a different life: one dedicated to human rights, and improving the lives of people suffering under tyranny. A life of meaning. A life that would make my father proud.”
When Park was a young girl, her mother told her the most dangerous thing in her body was her tongue and warned her that, if she said the wrong thing or insulted the regime, her family could be imprisoned or even executed.
“That’s the end of cancel culture,” Park told the Post. “Of course, we’re not putting people in front of a firing squad in America now, but their livelihoods, their dignity, their reputations, and their humanity are under attack. When we tell people not to talk, we’re censoring their thinking as well. And when you can’t think, you’re a slave — a brainwashed puppet.”
Since her time at Columbia, the New York City-based author and activist has started a YouTube channel, “Voice of North Korea,” where she shares information about life under the regime. She also joined the board of the non-profit Human Rights Foundation, where she works with dissidents from around the world and, most recently, helped with efforts to drop anti-regime leaflets in North Korea.’
Recently divorced, Park is also now a mother to a five-year-old son. She wants him to have the same freedoms she found in America — but is afraid they’re under attack by pernicious woke ideology, and especially identity politics.
In North Korea, Park said, the government divides citizens into 51 classes based on whether their blood is “tainted” because their  ancestors were “oppressive” landowners.
“That’s how the regime divided people. What an individual does doesn’t matter. It’s all about your ancestors and the collective,” she explained.
Now, when she sees Americans indulging in race essentialism and identity politics, she said, it feels eerily familiar.
“They say white people are privileged and guilty and oppressors,” Park said. “This is the tactic the North Korean regime used to divide people. In America it’s the same idea of collective guilt. This is the ideology that drove North Korea to be what it is today — and we’re putting it into young American minds.”
Park told the Post she hopes her second book serves as inspiration for Americans to fight back against false promises of “equity” while they still can.
“I really don’t think that we have that much time left,” she warned. “Already all our mainstream institutions have the same ideology that North Korea has: socialism, collectivism and equity. We are literally going through a cultural revolution in America. When we realize it, it might be too late.”

In Donald J Trump's CPAC speech, the United States is a dark and menacing place: violent crime is rampant, the economy is in free fall, people are starving in the street, and our military has collapsed in corruption and mismanagement. We are ripe for conquest by Vladimir Putin, who does everything right. But every factual claim Trump made isn't a fact; indeed, the situation is the diametric opposite of the one that Trump claims.
Here are the facts on crime. Starting in the early 1990s, crime dropped rapidly in the United States. The causes were complex — owing much to improving economic conditions and innovations in policing strategy. Following a decades-long decline, violent crime rose during the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2020, President Trump’s last year in office, murder rates climbed by nearly 30 percent and assault rates by more than 10 percent.
Here, too, the reasons are complex, but may have much to do with the pandemic. Covid-19 proved to be a generational disruptor in America, instigating social and economic hardships at all levels of society. For example, the country saw an economic decline and increases in unemployment due to businesses that were negatively impacted by shutdowns. We saw a surge in firearm ownership and shooting incidents, at least in the cities that track this data. It was also a period of tremendous isolation. After-school programs and other critical services and interventions that cities relied on to confront violence were shut down.
But since 2021, violent crime has started to fall. According to the FBI, as of 2022 violent crime rates had fallen by 4 percent and murder rates by roughly 7 percent since 2020. Preliminary data suggests those declines accelerated in 2023. In his Saturday speech to conservatives, Trump also spoke a good deal about an immigration crisis in America, making misleading statements about what he referred to as migrant crime and noting it will be “far more deadly than anyone thought.” Here, again, the former president was not truthful. There is no evidence of a migrant crime wave, including in New York City, which the former president referred to in his remarks today. To the contrary, statistics indicate that there has been no surge in crime since April 2022, when Texas Gov. Greg Abbott began bussing migrants to New York. Additionally, research reveals that undocumented immigration is associated with a decrease in property crime and additional research finds that Fentanyl is primarily trafficked by U.S. citizens.
Although violent crime appears to be receding across the nation, the American public is not fully aware of this trend. Most Americans believe that crime is rising, including 78 percent of independent voters. This gap between crime and perceptions of crime is not new — it’s a decades-long trend. Gallup routinely asks voters whether they believe crime is higher or lower than the previous year. Even in the midst of the decades-long decline in crime, between 1990 and the mid-2010s, Gallup records only two years when a majority of voters did not believe crime had risen. Although the reasons why crime increases and decreases are complicated, we know that various social, economic, and environmental factors, such as growth in income and an aging population, are significant drivers of crime rates. We also know that investing in our communities through funding after school programming, anti-violence initiatives, and safe “third places” — like parks and community centers — helps build long-term safety.
Creating thriving and safe communities are goals we can all embrace. But misleading the American public about the truth and distorting reality is not the way to deliver public safety.

Kwanzaa 2022-23
I have been celebrating Kwanzaa for 2 years and I noticed that my wisdoms always enhance around and during this holiday. Since it’s such an enlightening holiday, why is it not talked about as much? I believe that Kwanzaa is not celebrated throughout most households due to programming which is "accepting someone else's ideas and thoughts as your own." Racism still exists, but since it's no longer the social norm (in some places) it is not always in our faces or it is in a roundabout way, therefore many people forget about the past and ignore current issues. In the 1960's our ancestors were still fighting for the right to be treated with respect and equality. In addition, our people could not live in specific/rich neighborhoods, work full-time jobs, and were (and is still) targeted by police because it is a legal excuse to mistreat and kill black people. Even Kwanzaa was created during The Black Power movement in 1966 as a way to unite, empower, and restore culture.
Tumblr media
Pirkle Jones, Kathleen Cleaver and the Black Panthers (“Free Huey” rally, Bobby Hutton Memorial Park, Oakland, CA, Sept. 22, 1968, from: Black Panther), 1968–69.
What Kwanzaa Represents
Why would a holiday that teaches you about African culture, value, and coming together as a community and family be considered stupid? Because of programming, that is why it is essential to ground yourself and remember about your bloodline and who you are. You have been given back the opportunity to create businesses and shape the world how you want it to be, hence that I said "given back the opportunity." If a TikToker can influence the world with a simple dance then you can do anything you put your mind to.
Why Your Family Has Issues
Programming is dangerous and it is destroying our community, so before you blame your dysfunctional family, it is important to remember the reason it is dysfunctional. It is not because of your parents, it is because of the enslavement of your people that rearranged the black family structure to focus on survival and dominance. Could you imagine being enslaved and having your children pulled out of your arms to be killed or sent away? Could you imagine trying to be a good family man but you are forced to relocate and never see your family again? Or how about being forced to impregnate many women and not have the right to be an active father when you deeply wanted to? These things and more went on for thousands of years which affects the psychology of the future bloodline which is your grandparents, your parents, and you. Did you know that many black people were still working on plantations in the 1960's?
You Are What You Eat
They are still trying to separate our community in a roundabout way! What music are you listening to and what is it saying? Is the music telling you that you should disrespect, mistreat, and speak badly about your opposite gender? Or is it telling you to do drugs, disrespect people who are in poorer situations than you, and to praise money over morality? Before you blame the celebrities, you have to remember that they are working for the puppet masters, hence the word "masters." If you listen to the hip hop station there are barely or no songs that are positive for your brain but if you turn on the pop station then it is a little bit different... Listen to Tank talk about this. Music is not only about rhythm, it teaches you how to think and live your life.
December 26 2022- January 1, 2023
I will post each day during Kwanzaa about the 7 principles. (Series finished early)
I will post about teachings that our ancestors would have taught us during the end of each article.

School shootings in the US: Fast facts.
This story was originally published on January 19, 2024 by CNN reporter Alex Leeds Matthews. These statics are so stunning I am posting them here.
There have been at least three school shootings in the United States so far this year, as of January 18. None were on college campuses, and three were on K-12 school grounds. The incidents left two people dead and at least eight others injured, according to CNN’s analysis of events reported by the Gun Violence Archive, Education Week and Everytown for Gun Safety.
CNN cross checks these reports of school shootings against school and police accounts and media reports. All incidents of gun violence are included if they occurred on school property, from kindergartens through colleges/universities, and at least one person was shot, not including the shooter. School property includes but is not limited to, buildings, fields, parking lots, stadiums and buses. Accidental discharges of firearms are included, as long as at least one person is shot, but not if the sole shooter is law enforcement or school security.
In the first year of the pandemic, when schools were closed, there was a major decline in gun violence incidents on school grounds. Since then, recent years saw a stark increase in school shootings, with 2021, 2022 and 2023 all setting records since at least 2008. There were at least 82 incidents in 2023, but 2022 was one of the deadliest years, with 46 fatalities, according to CNN’s analysis. That year saw the shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, where 19 students and two educators were killed and more than a dozen others were injured.
Students and educators have engaged activism around the issue of gun violence, and some educators have quit the profession.
Some states in the south have seen the highest rate of school shootings relative to their populations since 2008, according to CNN’s analysis. Washington, DC had the highest rate — 5 total shootings, more than 0.7 per 100,000 people — while Texas had the most overall with 55 school shootings. Meanwhile, just five states — Montana, Wyoming, New Hampshire, Vermont and Rhode Island — had no school shootings in that period, according to CNN’s analysis.

Maybe the TRAs are focused on the wrong group. A transwoman was killed by a woman using her words to "misgender" but by a violent man who used a gun
By Miriam Marini
Detroit Free Press
An 18-year-old Highland Park man was arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Asia Davis, a 36-year-old transgender Black woman.
Carlos Lamar Scotland, 18, is facing four charges, including first-degree murder and felony firearm, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy announced in a press conference Friday. Davis, also of Highland Park, was found deceased with a gunshot wound to her head in a Highland Park hotel room in June 2023, prompting an investigation by Michigan State Police.
On June 1 at around 11 p.m., Highland Park Police officers were dispatched to a hotel on Woodward Avenue for a reported shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Davis inside a hotel room. Scotland, who was a minor at the time of the incident, allegedly shot Davis and fled the scene. Worthy declined to speculate on potential motives that may have inspired the shooting or the exact nature of Scotland and Davis' relationship, citing concerns for the security of the case.
At the time, Davis had recently finished nursing school and was on the path of a new career, according to the prosecutor's office. She was known to be a generous and compassionate person, Worthy said.
"Back in 2016, I was concerned and actually lost sleep because of the public perception of Detroit," Worthy said. "There were many unsolved murders of trans women of color. No one seemed to care at all. Nothing was really being done. No one was really investigating, and their lives seem to matter to no one."
And thus the Fair Justice Michigan Project was born. The organization is a partnership between prosecutors’ offices and law enforcement in Wayne, Ingham, Oakland, and Washtenaw counties that focuses on advocacy and education of LGBTQ+ and women's civil rights in Michigan. Fair Michigan special prosecutor Kam Towns is leading the prosecution in Davis' case.
"Having worked (at the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office) for 30 years before I took this job, I have a general sense of homicide rates in general, but specifically to the LGBTQ community, I can't really address that," Towns said. "I will say this, I feel like people are more brazen. They don't hide in the shadows as much as they used to when they go after members of the LGBTQ community. I've seen that as a change, that they feel more emboldened and more empowered to just act out in a way that they normally wouldn't."
Davis is one of at least 32 transgender and "gender expansive" people who fell victim to fatal violent crimes in 2023 in the United States, according to the Human Rights Campaign. Half of those 32 victims were Black transgender women.
Scotland is facing charges of first-degree murder, felony firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, and resisting and obstructing a police officer. While Scotland was a minor at the time of the incident, he will be prosecuted as an adult, Worthy said.
His probable cause hearing is scheduled for March 26.

Murder, Disturbing Human Remains
A Bergen County prosecutor called the statements and actions of Lodi resident Nicolas Coirazza "chilling" following the fatal stabbing of a Cresskill woman in June 2020.
Coirazza was sentenced by Bergen County Superior Court Judge Carol Novey Catuogno to 50 years in prison for the fatal stabbing of Divna Rosasco and for attempting to dump her body in Overpeck Park with the aid of her teenage daughter.
Coirazza was also sentenced to eight years for desecration. The sentences will run concurrently. Coirazza had previously pled guilty, and his attorney had asked that he be given a shorter 35-year sentence.
Rosasco was reported missing just before midnight on June 15, 2020. She was found weighed down in the waters of Overpeck Creek in an attempt to hide her body. She had been stabbed 55 times, 34 of those in the head. She also had neck wounds as well as defensive wounds.
Prosecutor Meredith Kunz said Coirazza didn't stop stabbing Rosasco until he heard her gurgling on her own blood and that he "flippantly" talked to officers about what happened.
Kunz said that at one point, Coirazza looked into the two-way mirror and was "primping" and lamenting about his appearance.
When handing down her sentence, Novey Catuogno said Coirazza was "devoid of emotion" during much of his interview with police and that he lacked remorse and empathy.
She referred to statements Coirazza made during his police interview, saying that Rosasco was "content to sacrifice herself so he would get in trouble."
Novey Catuogno described the wounds Rosasco suffered, noting many of them were not fatal and that she imagined the victim must have been terrified.
Rosasco was found after a Bergen County sheriff's officer conducted a regular check of the county park just before 2 a.m. and discovered Rosasco's abandoned car. When the officer checked the car, it appeared someone had tried to conceal who owned it, which made the officer realize that something was off.
A K-9 unit brought police from the car to the creek, where Rosasco's body was discovered wrapped in a bedsheet, with a plastic bag wrapped around her head and her body weighed down with cinder blocks.
Ron Bar-Nadav, Coirazza's attorney, told the court that his client was only trying to protect a young girl from being "terrorized" by her mother and that the girl had begun cutting herself and threatening suicide.
Kunz said the defendant wasn’t a “well-intentioned” man coming to the teen’s aid but someone two loving parents were trying to protect their daughter from.
Kunz said the Rosascos became concerned about their daughter when she began to withdraw from them and that their concern led Rosasco to look through her daughter’s phone, where she found a video of Coirazza masturbating and photos of the daughter and Coirazza together. The parents came to believe their daughter was being groomed by Coirazza since he was an adult and their daughter was 14.
Before going to the police, the Rosascos met with Coirazza and his family and told him to stay away from the girl, Kunz said.
“Despite being given a chance by her parents, he still continued to have contact, he continued to speak with her,” Kunz said. “Not only did he still have contact, he went into the family home.”
Kunz said the defendant was the problem in the family and the reason for the turmoil.
Coirazza rejected a plea offer. The prosecution offered Coirazza 45 years to plead guilty to murder, desecration and employing a juvenile in a commission of a crime. The 45 years would run concurrently with the 10 years for desecration and employing a juvenile in a commission of a crime respectively.
Bar-Nadav said turning down the prosecution’s initial 45-year plea deal was a “devastating mistake” and that the state could have offered 46 or 47 years rather than 50.
Bar-Nadav did admit it would be challenging to argue defense in Coirazza’s case as he had wounds on his hands from the knife used to stab Rosasco.
He plans on appealing the judge’s sentence and the denial of his suppression motion. At an earlier hearing, Bar-Nadav attempted to have some of his client's statements to the police suppressed. Bar-Nadav argued that Coirazza hadn't slept in two days and he was redirected every time he mentioned retaining an attorney.
“After being awake for about 48 hours ... I think he was falling asleep in the middle of the questioning,” Bar-Nadav said. “I think he had no ability to really understand what was going on.”
Bar-Nadav claimed exhaustion made Coirazza make up stories.

F-22 USAF Raptors start exercises to prevent aggression in the Baltic skies

The fifth-generation F-22 fighters of the U.S. Air Force that support the NATO Allied Air Command air armor mission along the eastern flank performed an Agile Combat Employment deployment at Ämari Air Base, Estonia, on May 8, 2023, to prevent aggression in the Baltic Sea region.
In early April, the 94º Expeditionary Fighter Squadron of the Langley-Eustis Joint Base unfolded 12 F-22 Raptors to Powidz Air Base in Poland, in support of the critical mission, which increases Integrated Air Defense and Missiles (IAMD) and the System Capabilities Alliance Counter-Integrated Air Defense (C-IADS) to protect the nearly

U.S. Army Engineering Corps spokesman Chris Bailey spoke about the improvements made to the Ämari base in recent years, with the help of U.S. investment.
“We provide accommodation for people to carry out Baltic air policing, so we provide a dormitory so they can reside at the base,” Bailey said.

"We built a maintenance hangar so that they can keep the aircraft out of the elements in Estonia, we built two parking yards - one is a dangerous cargo parking yard, allowing them to unload dangerous goods without being close to the personnel, and we built a tactical hunting yard, with 12 parking spaces for fighters," he continued.
This work began in 2015 and will be completed soon, at a cost of more than 32 million euros. The final installation to be built will be a fuel tank of 2,000 cubic meters.
The spokesman for the Estonian Air Force, Siim Verner Teder, said earlier this week that the arrival of the F-22s: "It allows the rehearsal of cooperation with the allied and Estonian air forces already based in Ämari and the familiarization with the airspace of the eastern flank of NATO".
The Baltic nations - Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania - are located in a critical corridor of air, land and sea, which requires a coordinated approach between the Allies to maintain and sustain international freedom of manoeuvre throughout the region.

Also deployed in Estonia, the Royal Air Force Typhoons are conducting the NATO air policing mission in peacetime. The U.S. ability to rapidly increase other units deployed with fifth-generation fighters expands the Alliance's ability to integrate into all domains.
An effective IAMD structure incorporates air, land, maritime, space and cyber domains to provide full spectrum airspace reconnaissance in the face of complex adversarial threats. Police in El Paso, Texas, say a second person has been taken into custody following a shooting at a shopping mall Wednesday that left one person dead and three other people wounded.
Interim police chief Peter Pacillas said that Cielo Vista Mall was still considered a crime scene, and that it would remain locked down until authorities had completed their investigation.
Pacillas stressed that the danger had passed.
“There is no more danger. I want to repeat that: There is no more danger to the public,” Pacillas said.
The two people in custody and as well as the victims are males, Pacillas said. THIS IS A BREAKING NEWS UPDATE.
AP’s earlier story follows below. EL PASO, Texas (AP) — Police in El Paso, Texas, say one person was killed and three other people were wounded in a shooting Wednesday in a shopping mall.
One person has been taken into custody, El Paso police spokesperson Sgt. Robert Gomez said. No immediate information was given about that person.
Police were looking for another person who could have been involved, Gomez said. No description was given.
A weapon was recovered at the scene, Gomez said, but he could not provide more information about that.
“It’s too early to speculate on motive,” he said.
The three who were wounded were taken to local hospitals, Gomez said.
University Medical Center in El Paso said in a statement that two male gunshot victims were being treated there. They were in critical condition. The condition of the third victim was not immediately known.
Gomez said police believe the scene is secure and that officers are sweeping through the whole mall to verify that.
“This is a large scene,” Gomez said. “It’s going to take some time to clear the mall.”
Authorities have set up a reunification center at a nearby high school.
Police earlier said the shooting was reported at the shopping mall’s food court.
Wednesday’s shooting at the Cielo Vista Mall happened in a busy shopping area and across a large parking lot from a Walmart where 23 people were killed in a racist attack in 2019.
The United States has seen dozens of people killed in mass shootings so far in 2023, most recently Monday at Michigan State University, where three students were killed and five more were wounded. In January, 11 people were killed in the Los Angeles-area city of Monterey Park as they welcomed the Lunar New Year at a dance hall popular with older Asian Americans.
In 2022, more than 600 mass shootings occurred in the U.S. in which at least four people were killed or wounded, according to the Gun Violence Archive.

On Monday. February 13 2023, two school shootings happened. There were probably more, but I didn’t look it up. Let me tell you how these are connected.
In Lansing, Michigan, the city I was born in, at MSU, the alma mater of my father, and the current university of my cousin’s 2 children. A young woman, Elise, a junior, who actually looks like me, was on the other side of campus when the guy went into that classroom. She is ‘ok’ safe, scared, in shock, traumatized, perhaps permanently.
Her younger brother, Jack, a freshman was in the building. Not the classroom, but in Berkeley Hall. He is ‘ok’ safe, scared, in shock, traumatized, perhaps permanently. Imagine the horror and the fear.
Now, the second shooting:
Denver, Colorado, the city I was raised in, at Denver East High School, my alma mater, and the current high school of my sisters son. A young man, Jude, a freshman, who is a varsity soccer player, was in his classroom when his teammate and friend was shot in their school parking lot. He is ‘ok’ safe, scared, in shock, traumatized, perhaps permanently.
That’s 3 kids in my family. On the same day. Do you hear me? THE SAME FUCKING DAY!! The same day. Don’t tell me to be rational. Don’t tell me I’m in your fucking prayers. Go donate money to the families. The boy that WAS SHOT IN THE FUCKING HEAD IN FRONT OF HIS HIGH SCHOOL ISN’T DEAD!!!! It’s not looking good, but his family could use some cash.
And none of mine were ‘hurt’. I’m not attending funerals. My sister, my cousin, their kids? How do they get through this? How do they parent this? How do they get their kids to go back to school? And be successful? And healthy? And and and. How do you comfort them when the nightmares come?
And thank fucking god there was a metal detector inside the high school where it did not one iota of good.
It’s a complex problem. Gun control, social services, media (mainstream and social), police, lack of culture, systemic racism, dysfunction in all levels of government, a nation divided in half by hate; violent all consuming blind hate; color coded hate -black and white, red and blue, corporate greed, and more….but no one is sitting down at the table to even try to peel the onion. Think tanks put ROVERS ON MARS but can’t keep 3rd graders safe in Uvalde or Sandy Hook or the younger siblings of my college friends at Columbine! And let me tell you how many fucks I give about rovers on Mars. (Lots of tax dollars on Mars, kids. $25.4 BILLION dollars to NASA IN 2023) let’s take one years nasa budget and fund a mass shooting solution think tank and see if they can do something with it.
FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK
I’m angry. And a woman today in my office told me it’s gods plan. It’s in the Bible, the end of days. I told her to shove her Bible up her ass. And when it’s her family I will remind her of her god and his plan. AND!!!!!
Her/ their ignorance is not as valuable as my/our intelligence. But (social) media has given them a platform to be loud. From the red neck swamp rat to the hallowed halls of the highest government offices
Thoughts and prayers are not enough. Stop voting for pussies. Stop following bullies and bigots. Stop teaching your children that gun violence is acceptable. What happened to having a fist fight at the bike rack after school? Stop allowing your kids to disrespect others. Stop disrespecting others. Don’t heckle the President of the UNITED States on national television. It’s tacky. It teaches others that this behavior is ok. It’s not. Do you hear me? It. Is. Not. Send cash to the victims. Spread love and tolerance and logic and thoughtful legislation and rational gun control and severe punishment for the guys shooting up our families. And don’t plea bargain weapons charges down.
The bullies in my high school in the 80’s were plenty mean. The terrible, troubled kids. But they didn’t have AR15’s. But now….
Fuck

This tragic tale is a story of Vile’s Bonnie and Clyde.
A couple of bandits who thought they could steal the world—a girl who isn't afraid of dying and a boy who’s always by her side.
The roles are reversed, but it's the familiarity of Bonnie and Clyde, A couple of criminals, and their glamorized crime spree across the united states of America. This story is not for the weak-minded, as real true life crimes of Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow inspire this.
June 9th, 2023: 6:34 am
Laverna smiled as she watched Devlin sleeping on the king-sized hotel bed. They were in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her long hair was dangling over her face as she watched him. The two troublemakers were on summer vacation.
Their fake IDs sat on their nightstand under the aliases of Bon Park and Chestnut Burrows—a newlywed couple spending their honeymoon in the city of sin.
Yesterday, they spent all day at the mob museum, a highly educational experience for the pair. Laverna had a habit of checking out any museums on the topic of crime, prisons, spies, and death. Devlin found quite a few of the displays on chemical warfare fascinating, as his medium is mad science. He’s the type of guy who should be working with the OSS, CIA, and FBI on how to tranquilize their targets without barbaric measures,
Laverna kisses Devlin's cheek. His unshaven stubble rubbed against her soft skin.
“Wake up, chestnut,” she commanded before playfully nibbling on his ear.
He laughed as this brought him out of his deep slumber. “Good morning, Bon Bon.” He answered as his eyes opened in the sun-filled room. He yawned as he rolled over with a bad idea in mind.
He pinned Laverna to the bed. Her tiny wrists perfectly fit in his moderately sized hands
He held her hands above her head as he observed her beauty.
“It’s time for your medication. Then we can get breakfast. Do you want room service or to go eat out?” He explained as he eagerly watched Laverna’s smug reaction to being restrained first thing in the morning.
“I hate my medication. Let’s go out today,” The dark-minded thief sarcastically answered as Devlin climbed out of bed to fetch the medical bag.
After a few hours and one pesky injection later;
Laverna and Devlin were exploring the city. Hand in hand, they walked as they eagerly eavesdropped on every conversation.
“Al Capone’s bulletproof car was so cool.” A man excitedly said to his wife
“It’s a shame Bonnie and Clyde’s car didn't have a chance..” Replied the wife as they hurried down the street.
Laverna’s eyes lit up as she overheard the names of Bonnie and Clyde. She was working on her collection of stolen goods, and the death car would be the most treasured piece in her wicked little collection of death and torture devices throughout history.
Devin Crooks watched Laverna’s eyes light up with hellish delight. This facial expression doesn't scare him at all. “I know that look. You found a sweet treat you won't leave without.” whispered devlin into Laverna’s ear.
They spent the next few hours hunting down that piece of American history. Finally, they found it was not in the casino, that it was listed when they searched online. It was on another casino floor; Laverna imagined her car called black magic, locked up on display in a casino if she died. Her name goes down in history. The concept of casinos owning infamous late criminals’ cars confused Laverna. Was her mother’s car on display in a museum? Laverna shook that messed-up idea out of her head. She wasn’t a Saylor anymore; she was a Heist, A subdivision of the sandiego legacy.
Laverna tilted her head sideways; She imagined the pain of being shot by a firing squad. Her body shivered as she bit her red-painted lip. Another part of her mind was formulating a plan to take this car home. It had no engine; It looked like something you bought off a police department auction lot. Now, she thought about it; The poor thing was bought from the police in Louisiana, and it could certainly use a loving touch.
Devlin found himself observing a blue western shirt; The shirt was ripped up; as the last person to wear it was Clyde Barrow. Devlin noticed the shirt size was the same as the one on his back. Devlin looked down at his button-up shirt; it was surreal. It was the same color as Clyde's last taste in fashion.
His hands tugged down at the hem of the woven fabric as he faced deja vu. A feeling of nausea filled his stomach as the implications were evident. He wouldn't admit it to Laverna; his gut screamed not to steal that car.
Unlike Laverna, He didn't believe in ghosts, sixth sense, and fortune telling. Yet, he promised to start thinking about it; If history repeats itself.
Laverna felt the opposite; She felt this was an outrage, despicable and horrific to make a cheesy tourist attraction out of the short lives.
She wanted to make the world pay for its crimes against the young lovers. She stomped her right foot angrily.
She would bring the legend of Bonnie and Clyde back to life.
She wanted to paint these states red as her plan was finalized.
Yet, stealing a car like this in a busy casino will not be an accessible fleet
Laverna and Devlin felt quite cocky after stealing Bonnie and Clyde's death car from the buffalo bill hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Laverna spent her time fitting the old car with a new engine. “Let’s bring this legend back to life.” She chuckled as she slipped under the hood of the v8 Ford, littered with bullet holes.
Devlin was happy to help the pintsized lawbreaker in her mechanical work.
Laverna didn’t care that she was ruining the car’s price of five million dollars. It was her belonging now, and she felt like the Underworld was smiling.
Devlin, on the other hand, was feeling a bit concerned as he could swear he could hear the phantom sounds of gunshots as Laverna wired up the car.
They were hiding out in Arcadia, Louisiana, USA, approximately 11.8 miles away from the town of Gibsland, where Bonnie and Clyde met their demise.
The one thing Devlin knew about Laverna; she wasn’t afraid of anything. The same dangerous, reckless, and criminal behavior that Bonnie and Clyde were infamous for.
He was the more stable of vile’s criminal lovebirds. His job was to keep Laverna alive and away from her many enemies who had a vendetta against her. He was considered her bodyguard despite only being five foot 6 inches tall. He was strong and displayed a sense of self-preservation that Laverna merely lacked on her own.
The press excitedly labeled Laverna and Devlin, the 21st-century Bonnie and Clyde. It thrilled Laverna to death, and for Devlin, it was a mediocre reaction.
And for Carmen Sandiego, it was as if three black crows hung on the telephone line outside the window she sat in front of as she read the newspaper detailing the infamous car’s disappearance made by her determined pupil. It was a bad omen; she could feel the hairs stand up on the back of her neck.
Laverna climbed out from under the hood. She was confident that she would be driving this thing for a ride very soon. A genuine smile tugged on her face as she wiped her grease-stained hands on the front of her black vest. “Well, does Devlin desire to ride this bad boy back to our hideout?” She asked, although she wasn’t expecting him to disagree.
“It's past midnight; Let's head out in the early daylight. We don't want to cause a stir after dark. We might find a couple of bandits who won't appreciate us.” A worried devlin explained calmly, not to anger his beloved.
She rolled her green eyes at his unusually cowardly response to her command disguised as a polite request to ride the car through Gibsland and out through Shreveport, Louisiana, and return home to their underground bunker in the Ozark mountain countryside in northwestern Arkansas
“We don't have time to wait like that; the police are already on our tails since we stole this car three days ago. We will land behind bars if we change the schedule I have created for us.”
“That’s a fourteen-hour drive. We gotta pedal to the medal.” She continued as she stepped behind the wheel. She sat in the place where another famous criminal died. Her hands were on the steering wheel of the eighty-nine-year-old getaway car.
“We should have waited eleven years. “. Devlin explained as he climbed into the passenger seat.
“So it will be exactly a hundred years and 12 days after their massacre?” Laverna gruffly said as she turned the makeshift key in the Initiation.
The replica engine bought from an acquaintance of Carmen Sandiego hummed to life.
Laverna could care less about the dirt, oil, and nearly century-old blood stains she was sitting in.
Devlin felt shivers down his spine as he closed the passenger side door.
It was June 12, 2023, at 12:58 am, as they set off onto Louisiana's roads; this was the state Laverna grew up in. Devlin noticed one thing; the car had no seatbelts as Ford started the addition of seatbelts in 1955 which is twenty years after this car’s manufacturing date. The inquisitive Devlin Crooks loved historical facts; however, at the moment, He’s stuck riding down dark country roads in a shattered car with holes that made a slice of Swiss cheese jealous. It's just that with Laverna, the daredevil behind the wheel, having no seatbelts is like being thrown around in the dryer on the fastest spin cycle. His redhead banged on the back of the seat as she skillfully Maneuvered In and out of obstacles.
His knuckles grabbed onto the leather seat beneath him as they drove into the night.
“Laverna, slow down.” He commanded as a deer jumped in front of their car.
Laverna skillfully skidded the car around the deer. “Ya know, We aren’t doing Bonnie and Clyde a favor by going slow, “ She answered as she looked in the rearview mirror.
Laverna turned her night vision contacts on, which allowed her to see perfectly in the dark.
Devlin couldn’t see a thing; Laverna’s night vision contacts gave her perfect vision allowing her to blaze down the road in Clyde Barrow’s signature style.
The hours went by quickly; Eventually; they arrived at Gibsland exhausted from nearly forty-eight hours without sleep
Laverna backed the car into a wide area of the woods for an hour or two of sleep.
The time was 4:01 am as Laverna rested her head in her partner in the crime’s lap. He kissed her forehead as the coyotes howled and the crickets chirped under the light of the waning crescent moon.
Devlin could barely make out the moon’s shape behind the tall trees they hid behind.
“A waning crescent moon, Laverna taught me that means ending.” He said as he watched the four-foot-eleven bandit sleep peacefully in his lap.
He decided to rest, too; The worst-case scenario in his position was not to protect Laverna from harm.
He set the alarm on his gray smartwatch for 6 am, and the couple dozed off briefly.
It was a disturbed sleep; they lived out of the car like its previous occupants. The sounds of their breathing filled the vehicle.
Laverna's snores comfort Devlin as he sleeps lightly; He knew Laverna wouldn't listen about what she dubbed his well-trained overprotective nature. His left hand was wrapped around her chest as they slept.
Her knees were pulled up in a defensive position. The girl whimpers from her nightmares. Devlin hugged her a little tighter as they rested.
She stirred a little as her leather boots kicked the seat
His hand rubs her side to soothe her as they sleep.
Beep, beep. The alarm went off, causing Devlin to stretch his arms and legs.
It was a bit startling; for a moment, he had forgotten he was in this situation with Laverna. He shook her awake. She rubbed her eyes as she adjusted to her surroundings.
She looked at Devlin and smiled. “Good morning, sugar.” She said, allowing the southern accent she usually disguised to come out for a rare moment
It wasn’t a typical Southern accent; it seemed mixed with several other accents.
“Morning, Vern,” Devlin said before stealing a kiss from Laverna.
Laverna closed her eyes and allowed herself to get carried away.
She didn’t want to break the kiss, yet it was time to get back on the road. However, it would be wise for them to waste their limited time.
Devlin tried to stall Laverna; he yanked her tie, causing her to fall off the seat into the floorboard.
She quickly recovered to her position and restarted the engine. She backed out of the woods and onto Highway 154, unaware her brother and the maniacal association of underhanded evil-doers, aka the mauve, were setting up their fun.
They wore vintage detective outfits and hid among the shrubbery and bushes. The six men held loaded automatic rifles and eagerly awaited Laverna's arrival.
It’s unknown who tipped Charles off; perhaps he knew his twin sister better than she knew herself.
Maybe; the knowledge of history repeating itself brought out the gang to end the spree of a cocky eighteen-year-old girl who enjoyed the Adrenaline high from her life of crime.
Her twin brother didn't care that another person would be annihilated in this firing squad. He loved the smell of gunpowder and the smoke his pistol. More than he cared about protecting innocent bystanders.
He was already licking his lips in anticipation; the girl survived his last assassin attempt. How can she survive what the legendary Bonnie and Clyde couldn’t? Only a true goddess of thieves will escape this vendetta.
Laverna smiled softly as the sun rose overhead. Her eyes adjusted to the natural light as she slipped a peppermint into her mouth.
It wasn’t long until the car rolled into the area.
A shot went off, alerting Laverna to the danger.
She tried to exit the car only to find the doors wouldn’t open; This caused her to panic.
Her brother walked over and pointed an automatic rifle in her face. There was a sinister look on his face as he yelled at his men to fire.
It wasn’t long, yet it felt like forever as the bullets burned through Devlin and Laverna’s flesh.
The silence as Laverna and Devlin fade out of consciousness.
Time of death: June 12th 2023 6:34 am
The fog rolled in and the car vanished.
A poem was left
The trails end by bonnie parker
‘Someday they will go down together
They will bury them side by side
For a few, it was grief
For the law, a relief
But it’s death for Bonnie and Clyde ‘
It was signed with the initials c.s
(( p.s they didn't actually die))

Black History Month is an annual celebration of achievements by African Americans and a time for recognizing their central role in U.S. history. Also known as African American History Month, the event grew out of “Negro History Week,” the brainchild of noted historian Carter G. Woodson and other prominent African Americans. Since 1976, every U.S. president has officially designated the month of February as Black History Month. Other countries around the world, including Canada and the United Kingdom, also devote a month to celebrating Black history.
Tumblr media
Origins of Black History Month
The story of Black History Month begins in 1915, half a century after the Thirteenth Amendment abolished slavery in the United States.
That September, the Harvard-trained historian Carter G. Woodson and the prominent minister Jesse E. Moorland founded the Association for the Study of Negro Life and History (ASNLH), an organization dedicated to researching and promoting achievements by Black Americans and other peoples of African descent.

Known today as the Association for the Study of African American Life and History (ASALH), the group sponsored a national Negro History week in 1926, choosing the second week of February to coincide with the birthdays of Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglass. The event inspired schools and communities nationwide to organize local celebrations, establish history clubs and host performances and lectures.
In the decades that followed, mayors of cities across the country began issuing yearly proclamations recognizing "Negro History Week." By the late 1960s, thanks in part to the civil rights movement and a growing awareness of Black identity, "Negro History Week" had evolved into Black History Month on many college campuses.
President Gerald Ford officially recognized Black History Month in 1976, calling upon the public to “seize the opportunity to honor the too-often neglected accomplishments of Black Americans in every area of endeavor throughout our history.” Today, Black History Month is a time to honor the contributions and legacy of African Americans across U.S. history and society—from activists and civil rights pioneers such as Harriet Tubman, Sojourner Truth, Marcus Garvey, Martin Luther King Jr., Malcolm X and Rosa Parks to leaders in industry, politics, science, culture and more.
Black History Month 2023 Theme
Since 1976, every American president has designated February as Black History Month and endorsed a specific theme.
The Black History Month 2023 theme, “Black Resistance,” explores how "African Americans have resisted historic and ongoing oppression, in all forms, especially the racial terrorism of lynching, racial pogroms and police killings," since the nation's earliest days.

Dalai Lama Previously Took Selfie With Democrat Mayor Charged With Possession of Child Pornography
Tumblr media
The Democrat mayor of College Park, Maryland, resigned from the position one day before being arrested for possession and distribution of child pornography. Disgraced mayor Patrick Wojahn, 47, was arrested on Thursday after stepping down on Wednesday. Wojahn is facing a total of 56 charges related to child pornography. Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) wrote in a press release, “on February 17, 2023, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children notified the PGPD that a social media account operating in the county possessed and distributed suspected child pornography.
The image and videos had been uploaded to the social media account in January of 2023.
Through various investigative techniques, PGPD investigators discovered the social media account belonged to Wojahn.” Eleven days later, on February 28, PGPD detectives served a search warrant at Wojahn’s home.
They seized multiple cell phones, a hard drive, a tablet, and a computer. “Wojahn is charged with 40 counts of possession of child exploitative material and 16 counts of distribution of child exploitative material.
He is in the custody of the Department of Corrections,” the press release continued. Law enforcement said that there is currently no indication that Wojahn produced any of the child pornography himself. “We send a clear message to anyone involved in this type of material that units like this are looking, they’re working every day to make sure that we have a safe county and a safe state,” said Prince George’s County Police Chief Malik Aziz during a press conference. Wojahn’s case remains an open and active investigation and anyone with information is being asked to call detectives at (301) 772-4930. The department added that “callers wishing to remain anonymous may call Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477), or go online at www.pgcrimesolvers.com, or use the “P3 Tips” mobile app (search “P3 Tips” in the Apple Store or Google Play to download the app onto your mobile device.)
Please refer to case number 23-0009239.” The City of College Park released a statement saying, “last night, after business hours, Mayor Patrick L. Wojahn submitted his letter of resignation as Mayor of the City of College Park, effective immediately on March 2.
Mayor Wojahn has served in this position since 2015 and on Council since 2007.
The City of College Park thanks Mayor Wojahn for his many years of dedicated service. “Effective immediately, Mayor Pro Tem Denise Mitchell will serve as presiding officer until a Special Election is held and a new Mayor has been sworn in.
Per the City Charter, a Special Election must be held within 65 days.
The City’s Board of Election Supervisors will convene to schedule the date of the Special Election.
Details about the upcoming Special Election, including candidate packets and voting information, will be posted on the City’s website at www.collegeparkmd.gov.
The candidate elected as Mayor in the Special Election will serve until the next Mayor is seated following the November 5, 2023 General Election.” Wojahn’s resignation letter reads as follows: “It has been a profound honor and privilege to serve the City of College Park since 2007 as a City Councilmember and your Mayor.
However, effective immediately, I must resign my position. On February 28, 2023, a search warrant was executed on my residence as part of an ongoing police investigation.
I have cooperated fully, and will continue to cooperate, with law enforcement. While this investigation does not involve any official city business of any kind, it is in the best interests of our community that I step aside and not serve as a distraction. I have great trust in the ability of Mayor Pro Tem Mitchell, the City Council, and our staff to carry forward what we have accomplished. Many of you have already reached out with well wishes and thoughts, and I am eternally grateful.
I am stepping away to deal with my own mental health.
I ask that you continue to keep me and my family in your prayers. Sincerely, Patrick L. Wojahn”

Mr. Doran said her killing was “the reason sex work should be decriminalized.” The murder of anyone is a tragedy but of course a man is using this as a reason to make it legal to exploit women and girls.
Koko Da Doll, Star of Film on Transgender Sex Workers, Is Killed in Atlanta
The 35-year-old was featured in “Kokomo City,” a documentary about four Black transgender sex workers that won awards at the Sundance Film Festival this year.
Tumblr media
By Michael Levenson
April 21, 2023
Koko Da Doll, who was featured in “Kokomo City,” a documentary about four Black transgender sex workers that won awards at the Sundance Film Festival this year, was fatally shot in Atlanta on Tuesday, the film’s director said.
Koko Da Doll, 35, whose name was Rasheeda Williams, “was the latest victim of violence against Black transgender women,” the director, D. Smith, said in a statement.
“I created ‘Kokomo City’ because I wanted to show the fun, humanized, natural side of Black trans women,” Ms. Smith said. “I wanted to create images that didn’t show the trauma or the statistics of murder of transgender lives. I wanted to create something fresh and inspiring. I did that. We did that! But here we are again.”
The Atlanta Police Department said that it was actively investigating three violent crimes against transgender women this year — the fatal shooting on Tuesday, another fatal shooting on April 11 and a shooting that critically injured a female victim in January.
“While these individual incidents are unrelated, we are very aware of the epidemic-level violence Black and Brown transgender women face in America,” the department said in a statement.
The department said it was exploring the possibility that the shootings were motivated by hate.
But it added: “In these cases, our investigators have not found any indication the victim was targeted for being transgender or a member of the L.G.B.T.Q.+ community, and these cases do not appear to be random acts of violence.”
The police did not release the name of the victim in Tuesday’s killing, and an investigator at the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office said on Friday that the victim’s family had asked that the name not be released.
The police asked for the public’s help in identifying a person who was seen on surveillance footage. A brief video clip released by the Atlanta Police Department showed a person wearing a football-style jersey with No. 2 on the front walking through a parking lot and up the stairs outside a house at night.
The Human Rights Campaign said that at least 10 transgender or gender nonconforming people have been killed in the United States this year, although many of the deaths are not reported or are misreported.
