Crocodad AU where immidiately after having left Dragon and his baby boy Crocodile finds an 11 year old Robin. And while he's 100% only recruiting her so they can make a beeline for the Poneglyph and Pluton in Alabasta by the two of them... Crocodile accidentally sorta kinda adopts Robin.

At this point Robin's been running for her life from the Government for three years so her deep trust issues and fear of betrayal are starting to take root in her little heart. Like perhaps they haven't taken fully over yet, and being still a child I'm sure Robin might've still had that genuine hope that she could find a safe place to stay in. But I'm sure the though of "what'll he'll do with me once he gets what he wants?" would be nagging at her at the back of her mind. Meanwhile Crocodile's struggling between the pain and hurt he's already gone through and given him his trademark trust issues, as well as the aftermath of The Dragodile Divorce. But he also has his Fresh Paternal Instincts and probably misses his baby. So when given a small, scared child who is running for her life, being chased by the very same Government that'll want his son dead if they ever find out about him... Yeah that might fuck with your brain a little

You know this post was supposed to be just that first paragraph and just a few footnotes from the following two paragraphs. And then I kept on Having Thoughts. And I kept on writing them down. And oh no what happened when did this post get so long (Look I was going to either kept on writing my Additional Thoughts in the tags or I just put them in the actual fucking post)

Like considder this: based on this one SBS, we can kinda tell that if Crocodile was given a chance to raise a child, that child would be a spoiled little shit, right

So in this scenario, where Crocodile's looking after lil Robin, would he be kind of torn? Unsure how to feel about her?

Because on one hand, this strange child would have the potential to not only ruin his plans, strip him of his Shichibukai Privileges by outing him and his plans to the World Government, but also put his son in grave danger by extension (if she found out about him having been involved with the Revolutionaries and/or having a child). But on the other hand, his paternal instincts could make him want to spoil this poor little girl rotten. But only because he needs to (perhaps literally) buy her trust so she'll behave. No other reason, he doesn't feel sorry for her one bit, no sirree. (But maybe he did feel sorry for her, since his son could very well end up exactly like her. Poor little thing) (Which is why he needs to nuke Marijoa out of orbit as soon as possible, no matter the cost, and this child can't get in the way of Crocodile protecting his son) (But also this is a child. Like how bad could she be. Besides all he really needs to do to win her trust is be nice and make her feel safe, right?)

Of course, while I'm suggesting Crocodile could have some parental instincts, realistically, he hasn't actually spent any time being, you know, a father to a child (looking after his newborn for an unknown though short amount of time aside), so it's possible he wouldn't even know how to parent Robin even if he wanted to, would he? (Like taking care of a newborn and an 11 year old kid aren't the same either) So if he was kind of just emotionally flipflopping between No Trusting Ever and It's Just A Kid for God's Sake, Crocodile trying to be nice to Robin to make her feel safe and then telling himself to stop being so soft and vunerable... Yeah that would make for an absolute mess of a relationship. (Not to mention, let's be real, dude's a scary motherfucker too, and a bloody giant compared to itty bitty baby Robin. He could keep on accidentally scaring the shit out of Robin (who would be On Fucking Edge To Begin With) by just Being Himself. Like for example, can you fucking imagine if he caught Robin trying to cheer herself up with a little "dereshishishi" only to tell her to stop because "it was stupid"? 'Cause I can imagine him doing that, and boy howdy would that make Robin feel bad)

Or who knows, maybe Crocodile was just Born To Be A Dad, maybe he just Fucking Gets It. Like Crocodile is canonically pretty good at manipulating people to do what he wants them to do (see: how he played Vivi like a fiddle), so knowing Robin's position and understanding how she feels, maybe he COULD completely nail how she needed to be treated. Not being too familiar but still making her feel safe and happy, knowing exactly when to be stern and when to spoil her, etc. Dude just goes off and wins the Dad of the Year Award while being a deadbeat dad himself. The only thing Crocodile would have to worry about then would be making sure HE doesn't get too fond of her. And certainly that could never happen, he's so in-touch with his own feelings and so grounded, he's not a softie, get outta here. Or maybe he does but never realizes until it's too late and good luck backpedalling on those emotions now dumbass

Alright so, the reason I went on that whole rmble is just that like. I'm so interested in the relationship Robin and Crocodile already have in canon. I'm so facinated and curious about how the two feel about each other, considdering they did spend 4 whole years of their lives together as criminal business partners, though neither ever trusted the other. A partnership that was only ended because Robin betrayed Crocodile, out of her own trauma. (God, I want to see these two "reunite" so bad, I want to know how they feel about each other now after the timeskip and Robin joining the idiot in flipflops who foiled Croc's plans)

My question here is just that... if they had met 13 years earlier, would things have been different? Especially if Crocodad Real? Because as I mentioned in the begining, Robin would've been on the run for only 3 years by this point, as opposed to 16 years before running into Crocodile. Simultaneously, this would be before Crocodile went onto spend an entire decade all alone, slowly losing his marbles in his emotional solitude. They'd both be emotionally traumatized, yes, but would it have been as bad in this scenario? Like I did start this post kind of joking about Crocodile adopting Robin, and for clarity's sake I don't think they'd have like a father-daughter relationship nececarily. But it would be a strange relationship still, because we'd have two broken people, both struggling to trust anyone. One who had lost her mother and her only friends, leaving her all alone and afraid while running for her life. The other a father who had just given up his son whom he probably missed dearly. Both having these holes in their hearts from loss of family, holes that could not be filled with replacements. But could they find comfort in each other anyway, because they still as people occupy similar roles to their respective loved ones? If they both could just get over those trust issues?

Okay I've been going off on the Emotional Side Of Things for this AU Concept, THERE'S PLOT TOO

So if Crocodile did pick Robin up like 19 years ago, that should be before he set up base in Alabasta, long before he had built is homebase and financial empire etc.

Now the thing is, while we don't know when, where and how Crocodile learned about the Ancient Weapons, Pluton specifically and how the lead on it would be in Alabasta... Considdering Crocodile did once upon a time aim to become Pirate King, it would make perfect sense if he had learned about Poneglyphs during his past adventures, as he would have needed to get the Road Poneglyphs to find One Piece. And while the World Government did bury the truth about why Ohara had been burned down and why Robin had been given her bounty (remember, the WG claimed it was because she had sunken a fleet of battleships, which she had not, it was because she could read the Poneglyphs), considdering this is a Crocodad AU specifically, you could totally make an argument Crocodile could've learned about what actually happened to Ohara from Dragon and co. So, just to make this AU work, you could just assume Crocodile learned about the concept of the Ancient Weapons from Dragon. And who knows, maybe he overheard the truth about why Robin had been given her bounty from Dragon too (maybe Dragon was able to get intel from Garp in secret) or while going to Marijoa himself to attend a Shichibukai meeting or something IDK.

Maybe he learned about Pluton being in Alabasta before finding Robin by accident, and maybe they made a beeline for Alabasta the second Croc recruited Robin. Travelling takes time and the guy would've most likely had to find an Eternal Pose to Alabasta just to get there (also canonically Robin didn't enter the Grand Line until her 20s so they should've met in West Blue probably, since that's where Ohara was) Or maybe Crocodile had to haul Robin around for a few months while looking for That Missing Piece of Information that would lead him to Alabasta. (Imagine the two travelling from like island to island, library to library, Crocodile trying to find that leads while Robin's just so excited about ALL THESE BOOKS (she's helping too with the research) (but to her, research is playtime, so she's just having the time of her life) (Also, notice how Crocodile's Theoretical Child is a fucking loser ass nerd? Yeah Crocodile would encourage Robin reading and studying, surely. And that would be fucking cute))

But like, once they set sail to Alabasta...

Sure, Crocodile could try to do it The Slow Way that we know he tried in canon, building trust and creating his little empire etc. But also, in canon, Crocodile couldn't have jumped into action head first because without Robin, even if he had found the Poneglyph he couldn't have read it and found the location of Pluton. Crocodile choosing to do it the slow way may have been partially because he didn't have much of a choise and it could've felt like the smarter move long-term.

But in this scenario, he already has Robin. Yes, he could do it the slow, secure way.

But what'd be there stopping him from infiltrating Cobra's palace and kidnapping him (in the night, when nobody suspects a thing), demanding Cobra to spill the beans lest Crocodile kills him and/or his pregnant wife* (*Vivi was born 10 months after Luffy so depending on how long it's been between Crocodad leaving Luffy behind and this scenario... Yeah either the wife is there, still pregnant, or there's a newborn Baby Vivi)

Like it'd be a risky move but depending on how ballsy Croc's feeling and how confident he feels in being able to kidnap the king without being noticed... Yeah he could probably do it. And I'm sure he'd have no problem killing Cobra either, if anything it'd be required if he didn't want the Government to find out he was out to find Pluton, and god knows Cobra would tell on Crocodile if left alive. I could see Crocodad being maybe a little iffy about killing Baby Vivi though (it's not like the newborn baby could report him to the WG anyways), but if nothing else, he just needs to be able to pull off the bluff of his life to convince Cobra to do as he's told. And we all know Crocodile's good at convincing people.

The only question is, how would Robin take that?

Watching Crocodile go into Full Murder Mode, hearing him say he'd kill a pregnant woman/a newborn baby if he didn't get what he wanted? Like yeah, I'm sure 11 year old Robin would be fine with that, that wouldn't make any alarm bells go off in her head at all, it'd be fiiiine. IT WOULD NOT BE FINE, SHE'D BE SCARED SHITLESS. That fear of "what will he do with me when he gets what he wants"? Well, Robin may not have found the answer to that question in particular, but she certainly found the answer to the opposite question, and it's not good

So say Cobra, kidnapped (perhaps with Baby Vivi) by Crocodile in the night, guides the two to the Poneglyph under the tombs. Crocodile puts Cobra out of his misery because he's not needed anymore. And he asks Robin to read the Poneglyph for him.

Robin, who has spent the last little while, be it weeks or months with Crocodile, him having become her "guardian", the thing keeping her safe. Crocodile, who has now shown how cold blooded and cruel he can be. Robin, who might be scared out of her mind. Of him.

And the Poneglyph says Pluton, the thing Crocodile wants, isn't there. It's in Wano.

What's she going to do?

I am actually going insane over the difference in how Hunter and Wrecker approach the whole situation this episode. Both are obviously prioritizing Omega's safety. Both know and understand how important getting the information they need is and that getting it can and will cost them. And yet...

Hunter is doing exactly what we expected him to do after last episode - he's hyperfocused on protecting Omega and getting the information at all and any cost. His desperation is showing in the way he is willing to do literally ANYTHING to get it, the shadiest, most dangerous things - he doesn't like doing it, he'd rather not be doing it, but he does it without a word of objection, and almost without a thought about his own wellbeing and no I do not want to think where it might lead. He's doing it because he must, because that's the only way to keep Omega safe. Even Fennec notices this:

"Just seems odd. You're both willing to work for me, considering our past. That information must really be important to you."

Every time he's about to dive into the water or do anything else risky this episode, I can almost hear his brain going for Omega, for Omega, for Omega.

But Wrecker is more careful. He'll follow Hunter anywhere and do whatever it takes but he's threading carefully. He's pointing out risks and second guessing every move:

"Yeah, I don't like it. We can't trust Fennec. Not around Omega."

"We're working for her now? We don't even trust her."

[Hunter] "What choice do we have? We need that information."

---

"it's risky" about disarming booby-traps

---

"Oh so we take all the risk and you get all the reward?"

and only doing it when Hunter gives him a go. He's even growing frustrated and then really getting pissed at the way Fennec is using them to do her dirty work and risk their lives while she stays on lookout (for real, that "You heard me!" sounded real furious.)

And it's probably because they've already lost Tech, then Omega got captured and now Wrecker just doesn't want to take unnecessary risks. And it's also a matter of yeah we're doing this for Omega, but we're no good to her if we end up dead.

I'm really excited (and scared) to see how this develops further.

. feels extremely guilty if he ever hurt you in any way, or upset you

. would probably just disappear for a few days because he can't face the fact that he's hurt you. but obviously he comes back because the boy can't help himself

. tate is your ride or die. he would die for you all over again if you asked him to and alternatively would kill for you if that's what you required

. makes silly little handmade gifts for you. tate can't leave the house so he has time to be creative

. board game nights/dates are very frequent with the two of you. it's even better if it's raining outside, it sets a nice vibe

. loves, loves halloween. the two of you would carve pumpkins together and sit for hours in your room telling ghost stories and drinking apple cider

. if tate had his own way, you'd never meet his mother

. you do eventually and she probably hates you lmao, but do we really care let's be real here

. tate is the kind of boyfriend that would make a playlist for you as a present

. he'd try his hardest to make sure you don't find out about his past. which lasted about 2 months max because you're not stupid

. violet, vivien and moira would try and protect you at all costs. they're like your three guardian angels, whether they decide to show themselves to you or not

. i imagine you'd actually get on with violet really well

. this could go one of two ways with tate. he'd love it, both girls he'd loved were getting along, makes his life easier. or, he'd hate it. hate that you choose to spend time with the girl that broke his heart

•I 100% belive this man got some yandere tendencies going on. He's obsessive and determined and will not hesitate to fight for what he wants or believes (even if it means body slamming a poor guy into a train but ayways)

•Miguel it's the type of yandere who won't show his love, he's not verbal, you won't even realize his feelings till he acts on them.

•He might not be the hopeless romantic type, but he cares deeply and believes that he knows what's right for you. So yeah, Miguel doesn't really care about what you have to say.

•Is he violent towards his darling? Well, not intentionally...you see, he gets riled up easily and when he gets angry he doesn't really measures his actions.

•The only way he could potentially hurt his darling is if she tries to escape. Spider or not, Miguel would haunt you down and drag you back to him no matter the cost.

•During the chase he acts crazy, rabid. He's the predator and you're the pray; so good luck hiding cuz the thrill of the chase gets him going.

•Towards others then yes, there's not if or buts. Miguel it's aggressive towards those who harm you or try to take you away from him, he has no mercy or control with them.

•Miguel is down to kidnapping, he might keep you locked up in that techno-bubble trap or perhaps go as far to get a little warehouse for you to live in.

•Also I feel like he would go as far as web you to the bed to prevent you from even thinking about running away.

(In a nsfw take he might web you to the wall or even the ceiling to get his way with you and act on his low desires)

•Whatever the decision might be, Miguel it's going to have his eyes on you 24/7.

•Listen, he's aware that his behavior it's fucked up and all, but deep down his delusional too.

Miguel calms down his anxiety by thinking that maybe this was supposed to happen, it's the right thing to keep you close and safe.

•He has seen too much and knows that the world it's an unforgiving place where anything bad can happen at any time. Miguel doesn't want you to be at risk, he can protect you from all that, he knows he can.

•He's just doing what heroes do, it's his duty as a Spider-man.

•Sometimes, Miguel let his mind wander through all his delusions and daydream a bit.

• Is it selfish to want a peaceful life full of love? He knows he can give you a beautiful life, he can be a good lover, a good husband, a good dad.

•Being this close to finally reach happiness and get his own family makes him have a little bit of hope for the future.

•To be able to have his pretty wife and a baby. Maybe with a bit of luck he'll be able to have a daughter of his own, his Gabriella.

•Yeah, Miguel would surely try for kids. Deep inside he truly believes he can be good, that you both could have a good life

•"Esto es lo mejor para ti, trust me." Miguel repeats that phrase over and over again like a mantr, at this point he's not even sure if he's still trying to convince you or himself.

Platonic Yandere Ghost x Reader Headcanons

Warnings: Yandere behaviour, possessive behaviour, unhealthy behaviour, implications of murder, vague implications/spoilers of Ghost's past, etc.

This man is one of the most possessive yandere candidates in all of MW2.

He's just lost so much already (if you've read the comics, you know).

After your initial meeting, he saw little reason to interact with you; after all, you were just another colleague - just another face at work.

But you were persistent.

Or, rather, you were just doing your job -- looking out for him, interacting with the rest of the 141, showing your personality to them -- and, eventually, Ghost couldn't keep you out.

It would be too obvious that he was trying to remain indifferent to you, to push you away.

So he allowed himself to listen in on your jokes, let you laugh at his, allowed you to bear witness to his rare anecdotes.

You'd trade some of your own, revealing more and more of yourself and your past to Ghost. As well as the rest of the 141.

Over time, the longer Ghost spent in your presence, the more he felt as if your dialogue was meant for him.

Sure, the others were around to listen, but he felt like you were speaking in another voice, one that only he could hear.

An underlying tone which said to him, in a gentle whisper: "Protect me. Watch out for me as I have done for you."

He tried to shake off this delusion at first, believing it to be some sick power fantasy rooted in the insecurity he'd felt as a child - the lack of safety he'd had then compared to the security you made him feel now.

It took him a while to realise, but he managed, somehow, through his own resistance and reluctance, to understand that what he was feeling for you was trust.

And though he trusted the rest of the 141 to look out for him, to make sure he didn't get killed by a stray bullet or an enemy, he trusted you in a way that was personal.

And this feeling only worsened - grew - during the moments where it was just the two of you in the common room in the late hours of the evening, isolated from the others not just by distance, but by experience.

Sleep - or a lack thereof - could make Ghost a little loose-lipped, and he'd end up recounting quiet tales about missions that, looking back, someone like you wouldn't have survived (in his opinion).

Thoughts of you asking him, pleading with him to protect you flooded his mind whenever that happened.

So when he realises that he appreciates -- nay, loves you -- as a friend, it's all over for you.

He lives for your cuddles, your gentle touches, your words of praise and affirmation.

They make him feel loved, wanted - something he's never felt before.

Will kill anyone who speaks, or even thinks, ill of you.

I'm not joking; people who used to bully you when you were a recruit have all but vanished, claimed to be M.I.A.

Nobody but Ghost knows what really happened, and he'll take those secrets to the grave.

He's stuck by your side during missions as if you were glued together.

All the while, he's thinking of ways to get you omitted from the 141.

False accusation, injury (he couldn't bear to hurt you), trauma...they were all viable (but not necessarily preferable) options.

And with each day that passes, his adoration for you only grows, swelling to proportions that both frighten and enthrall him.

He was convinced that he couldn't love - couldn't feel anything - after everything he's been through.

But you, you've managed to prove him wrong.

And for that, he will lay his life on the line to protect yours - to stow you away where no-one will ever hurt you or even know you.

It's just a matter of time. He's a ticking time bomb with something to lose, and he'll protect you regardless of the cost.

He'd fall madly in love with you if you explain something to him from the modern times or just by being yourself. Yep... man here loves you for talking to him NOT just because he's Captain America but as Steve too if you get what I mean

He'd most probably stalk you and make sure you're 'safe'. He finds it completely normal though. The way he sees it is he's just patrolling the place you live at to check for 'any signs of disturbances' to stalk you and drink in your divine beauty. Might even get some of the other Avengers like Natasha and Bucky to help him since they're like best friends and stuff

Completely POSSESSIVE and obsessive as hell. Oh, and not to mention kinda delusional too

The world is a harsh place according to him and he needs to make sure you're safe at any cost. And yes, he will kidnap you if he thinks you're in danger. But not before he finds out more about you and your likes and dislikes and even your relationships with other people, which he doesn't like that much. He wants you to be the only person to depend on and it just infuriates him when you go and hang out with other people. Was he not good enough for you? To cope with his jealousy he's going to try spending more time with you like training together and you both going out more often together

Will most likely kidnap you if he thinks you're putting yourself in danger but don't worry, he'll make the room and the house to your liking. He'll get all the things that you love like fluffy pillows and stuffed animals and books etc. etc.

Good luck trying to make people believe that he kidnapped you. They'd most probably recommend you to a doctor or something because who would believe the chivalrous gentlemanly Captain America would actually KIDNAP someone?? And Steve will most CERTAINLY find out about you trying to tell someone about that and he'll be really disappointed in you. He might scold you like how a kind dad scold his child but if you test his patience levels too much he might just have to teach you a lesson

Don't bother trying to escape from him. Security around you is HELLA tight and plus even if you did manage to escape, one: How in the absolute HECK did you manage THAT?! And two: He'll track you down anyways and trust me, he has ALL the resources that he needs for getting you back in literally less than 24 hours

Normally Steve doesn't get angry THAT much but you better watch out when he DOES. He might lock you in a room if you've tried escaping from him or forcefully cuddle with you since he thinks you feel neglected. Or else he might yell at you at why you're being ungrateful and stuff like that. Yes, it pains him to say and do things like this but he WILL discipline you by any means necessary but he won't do anything to you without your consent of course. Even when he's angry, he's STILL respectful. Well... at least to YOU that is. When it comes to rivals... oh boy.... they're going to kiss the Earth goodbye in less than half a second if someone gets the bright idea to mess with him or you. The Avengers are an exception to this which means you absolutely can NOT go to them for help

He will get absolutely PISSED if he sees Tony talking to you and he'll drag you away from him gritting his teeth. Normally the 2 of them don't get along too well and when it comes to you, he's literally aching to punch him in the face when he sees you talking to him. You're going to have to assure Steve you love him and not let him go and cuddle with him after that. You don't wanna make boi here sad now, DO you?

He wants to have that All American lifestyle with you. You know with the painted white fence, maybe a golden retriever and a nice villa and 3-4 kids. Maybe even more. And when he gets to know you're pregnant, his obsession and over protectiveness of you will shoot up to the roof and out to space. He's an awful cook but he tries his best. In an attempt to help him out, you cook with him and give him some tips. Your help is beneficial but that doesn't mean that it won't always end in disaster. After training him for a while, Toya was trusted with the duty of making dinner. He decided to make Thai green curry with noodles however, when he realised that you were out of noodles and coconut milk he substituted them with spaghetti and cow milk. Havoc embarked and later that night, you were served a dire bowl of spaghetti in milk. You couldn't touch the meal and ordered takeaway pizza for the two of you instead 😭

I love how Friede is becoming a softie and being a guardian to liko and roy. His friends are enjoying watching the change too xD

YESS gosh what I've been enjoying through the last twelve episodes is the progression from 'I'm a hired bodyguard' to 'These are my Kids™'.

Let me just ramble about Friede is Becoming a Dad moments I've noticed and adored up until episode 12:

In the first couple of episodes, he was quick to assure Liko when Sprig got nabbed. Asked her for some time so he can be properly sure that they have a lead so they're not seeking blindly. When they did find where Sprig is held at, he stopped her from rushing in without a plan and instead, acted like bait to draw Amethio's attention while she goes to save her cat. Yes hi Liko do you think he's going to let you run into danger like that.

When they got to the island where Roy is at, aside from the fact that he saved the pair from the angry Bug-types, he didn't dismiss Roy's feelings of wanting to be Fuecoco's partner. He simply wanted him to understand that it's a two way street; Roy can't singularly push his feelings without considering Fuecoco's as well. Allowing him to stay on board for the night (with Cap's permission too) so he'll have the time and opportunity to convey these feelings to Fuecoco? Yeah, that's the Dad in him peeking out.

Of course, we can't forget the time where he sees Liko's curiosity with the island Pokemon and decided to delay their return because of it. The way he watched Liko and then smiling like that? He's compromising for his kid right there.

When the Explorers attacked, even Amethio got annoyed with the way he kept getting distracted from the fight. I feel like ordinarily, Friede's not the sort to keep his eyes away from battle but he does so here because he's worried for Roy. He can't help it when there's the potential of that Rhyhorn doing harm unto Roy and Fuecoco.

He was relieved when Fuecoco pulled off his Ember but of course, his inattentiveness costed him when Amethio went straight for Liko. He's trying to get to his kids!!

Look at him being so supportive of Roy and Fuecoco being partners! And how happy he is to know that both of them were brought together by the RVT flag! That's another kid acquired yes sir.

I imagine this goes both ways. Friede thus far has prove the be quite the protective guy, not just to the kids but to his crew in general. He's the captain of this motley crew. These people from different walks of life all came together under the Rising Volt Tacklers flag where their motto is "chase each mystery we see until it's solved." Well it's no mystery that the good captain here has become Dad to the kids on board.

Also this shows Friede and by extension the rest of the crew doesn't force Dot to change who she is. They know she's reclusive, grumpy, strict but they more or less leave her be. I personally find that nice to see.

I adore this bit because while he gets to munch on the doughnuts Dot doesn't touch, it goes to show that he cares that Murdock wants to make something that she'll eat. His encouraging words are not just towards the kids!

Friede trying to give advice to Roy in this moment was so sweet! He's trying to be a good role model to his kid (now if only he sat through the whole advice giving moment).

Look at him witnessing and trusting Roy in his battle! That's a proud dad look right there!

And look at how happy he is to know that Dot ate Murdock's doughnuts! He's just so sweet!

SIRS WHERE IS YOUR KID.

See I can't be normal here I just can't not when he watches Liko standing up for herself and expressing what she wants with that warm look and smile and that whispered I'm happy for you FRIEDE THE DAD IN YOU IS JUMPING OUT.

AND THIS RIGHT HERE. SPOKEN LIKE A TRUE DAD. FRIEDE PLEASE DO YOU HEAR YOURSELF.

I WAS JUST AHHH AT THIS MOMENT. HE TRIES TO ACT LIKE HE'S NOT WORRIED BUT HE'S THE FIRST TO HEAD OUT THE MOMENT HE LEARNS THAT THERE'S A PROBLEM. I love how Murdock and Orla (rightfully) called him out on that!

HE IS WORRIED FOR HIS KIDS!!

HE'S READY TO RUSH OVER IF THEY'RE IN TROUBLE!!

I SWEAR THIS MAN NEEDS TO STOP EXPRESSING HIS CARE IN THIS SOFT, WHISPERED VOICE AND ACTING LIKE THERE'S NOTHING WRONG!!

HE KEEPS CALLING THEIR NAMES IN WORRY LIKE KIDS CAN YOU PLEASE STOP BEING WHISKED AWAY BY PLOT SO YOU'D STOP WORRYING YOUR DAD!!

DON'T WORRY MISS MA'AM YOUR DAUGHTER IS SAFE WITH HIM HE'S READY TO PROTECT HIS KIDS WITH HIS LIFE!!

Also I wholeheartedly believe that based on the bits of scenes that was shown, he's pulling out that terastalization because he got cornered and gotta fight but he HAS TO GET BACK TO HIS KIDS THEY'RE IN DANGER!!

So yes those are the moments that I like and I think showcases how he's just being a Dad to Liko and Roy (and sometimes Dot). If you've reached the end, thank you for listening to me ramble. As you can see, I have a lot of feelings for him 🥰🥰🥰

there's something so special about fit's lore stream, and the build up to it? best lore so far hands down, no questions asked for me.

don't get me wrong, cellbit's federation arc was fun but in terms of storytelling, it felt (to me) way too rushed to feel real or poignant from a character perspective, and railroady from a overall lore perspective. it had no build up, no time to sit and fester, and sure there'll be consequences but frankly, it fell flat. it's not the sort of plotline you go through in a week, and it was more stressful than satisfying.

fit has been dropping this and letting it build for weeks, always leaving me questioning whether it was a troll or something else. it was a blink and you miss it moment in the middle of someone else's stream, a little uncomfortable and suspicious but also completely harmless, and unassuming. and then fitmc from 2b2t turns around and drops not only a massive plot point (is he hired by the host? by someone who railroaded the host's plan? why were the people here picked? what's the point of putting them together? where does the federation come into this?) but also just… a really solid character arc.

a man from a world that's broken, chaotic, baren, who can't trust anyone except for himself signs a contract to do a job, and what does he find? home, a dystopian nightmare of a home but a beautiful one still. family. friends. a son to love and care for on his own, a responsibility he's never wavered from for a second… but he still gave his word. he finally bites the bullet and tries to reach out to his employer, tell them things have changed and while he'll do as he agreed to, "have they considered the cost of their request?"

he loves his son, loves these people, he grieves with them and wants to protect everyone, but knows he's in a position where he can't win -- he was doomed from the start, having gotten here knowing more than the rest and knowing at the end of the way, when push comes to shove they won't trust him. but he's used to not being trusted -- he just wants to help protect these people, while keeping himself and his child safe.

his message doesn't go through, his plea doesn't reach anyone's ears.

don't send me in dark despair from all that i hunger for but open your angel's arms to this stranger in paradise and tell him that he need be a stranger no more

fitmc from 2bt2 indeed. he's a tired man from a loveless place, and for the first time in his life he doesn't want to be a stranger anymore. how unfortunate for him, prayers are rarely answered.

"you want to leave?" eden tenses. instinctively, he holds you tighter, thinking of the time you actually managed to run away. it was a while ago, but he could still feel the cold spike of fear as he tracked you through the forest.

"what," you say. "you don't trust me?"

it's not that he doesn't. he wants to. he does. it's just that after being alone for so long, he's finally found you, and now you want to leave?

the forest provides. its boughs offer wood for shelter, fruit for food. its animals bare their necks to gift flesh and fur for meals and warmth. and then there is the quiet, which is something the town never had. the quiet that eases eden's nerves, lets him think.

in the wilderness, there is nothing else he could want. he thought that after being here for a while, you would feel the same. he's provided for you, hasn't he? he's been good to you. why would -

"eden." your fingers brush his hair away from his face. what would he do, knowing he'd be without your touch? "i can hear you thinking."

it's not like him to lose his composure. on a hunt, it could cost him a meal - a bullet whizzing far past its target. in this moment, he averts his gaze. swallows.

"is it because there's someone else?" he says, quiet.

you had a life before him. he's well aware of that. before, when he would watch you spend your afternoons at the lake, he would occassionally see you have picnics with a brunette boy with a voice so soft that you had to move closer just to listen to him.

fear wraps cold tendrils around his heart. was that who you wanted? someone who still had kindness in their eyes?

"i have you." your lips feather across his cheeks. "how can there be someone else when you're all i need?"

need. it's such a terrible, wonderful thing, isn't it? before you, he thought he never needed much. since the night you told him you would stay, the thought of being around you has become as essential as air. as cherished as the quiet.

he needs you. but as much as he wants to keep you within his reach, eden knows you well enough that a cage would be the last thing you would ever want.

"a day," he says. your lips hover over his, your breath sweet with the scent of berries you had picked together earlier that morning. "nothing more, and you come back."

the kiss you give him is full of relief, gratitude. he pulls you onto his lap and the couch creaks at the shift in weight. when he brings his mouth to your neck, he bites you hard enough to leave a bruise. the throbbing will give you something to remember him by while you're gone. you touch the bloom of broken capillaries with a smile.

the next morning, he holds you tightly at the end of the forest path.

"i have to be back before breakfast tomorrow," you say, muffled by his embrace. "it'll still take me hours to get to town."

it's fall, so the leaves crunch beneath his feet as he takes an uneasy step back. there's a chill in the air, so he adjusts the scarf he's given you around your neck.

"you can come earlier than that," he tells you. "it'd be better if you do."

i'd feel better if you do, he thinks.

you smile knowingly and take his hand. he swears he'll never get used to it, how tenderly you hold him even after everything he's done. even though he is who he is.

"i'll miss you, too," you say before you leave.

for a moment, after he watches you walk through the bushes, he thinks about following you. of course, he would only do it to make sure you get there safely. he'd promised to protect you, didn't he?

but you didn't need that. you were already strong when he found you and you had given him quite the fight when he brought you to the cabin. he was sure you were capable of protecting yourself. for both your sakes, you had to be.

he slings his rifle over his shoulder. how about a deer for dinner once you got back? you always liked his venison roasts. they take long to track, but even longer to cook. at least it would give him something to do while you're away.

hours later, eden lowers his rifle. the shot is clean - straight to the temple without any damage to the hide. he hefts the fallen doe over his shoulder. this early in the season, she hasn't shed too much of her fat gained from the spring and the summer. her meat will make a fine roast, one worthy of welcoming you back.

eden dresses her away from the cabin, gathering her hide and meat. in a few days, he'll come back for the bones after they've been picked clean.

the weather is cool enough that he can place the flesh in the root cellar until he's ready to use it. there are still a few hours left in the day, so he uses them to strip the hide.

as he draws the fleshing knife over the stretched skin, his mind wanders.

normally, he'd find peace in the monotony of this kind of work, allowing his mind clear while you read a book on the patio's rocking chair. but now, all he could think about was where you were. all he could think about was how silent the cabin was without you there to fill the air with your laughter. when he looks up, he watches the empty chair sway in the breeze.

once he's done fleshing the hide, eden eats a late lunch of stewed cabbage and sausage. it's the last thing you prepared and while it's delicious, it does not soothe the ache of your absence.

dinner isn't any better. he eats quickly, sopping up the broth on his plate with a hank of crusty bread.

once he curls up with a book by the fireplace, it's only then that his mind quiets. for as long as he could remember, he's always loved reading. stories were his first escape. they allowed him to imagine a future different from his past.

the first time you had asked him to read to you, he was confused.

"your voice," you told him. "it's pretty."

"pretty?" he scoffed. "that can't be the right word for it."

"like thunder rumbling in the distance." you kissed his neck, your hands slipping under his sweater. "a shift in the tide." his breath caught. "i could listen to you all night and it would never be enough."

right now, eden flips his way through a weathered paperback, the spine cracked white throughout.

soon, the both of you would fall back into your routine.

he feels more at ease - somewhat - but perhaps it's because of the anticipation that flutters in his chest. the day is almost done and tomorrow, as promised, he will wake to welcome you home. the thought warms him like the first sunrise of spring, melting away the long winter frost.

still, his chest tightens.

what if he never heard your knock? what if dawn came and you didn't? you wouldn't do that, would you? you would keep your word.

ah, but he's done so many bad things. he hurt you, even as you kicked and clawed at him. back then, he was selfish, wanting nothing else but your body to warm the cold nights.

things were different, now. the way you looked at him was softer. fond. at night, you would take his hand and hold it until you fell asleep. in turn, he'd wake you with a kiss to the forehead, waiting until you stirred in his arms. eden was yours and you were his. you wouldn't leave him. you wouldn't you wouldn't you wouldn't -

the book falls apart in his hands with a sharp rip.

"fuck," he says, placing the ruined pieces onto the couch.

he takes a deep breath, deciding that it would be wise to turn in early. that way, he'd get enough rest to properly take care of you after your long trek through the forest.

the bed is cold when he slips in. outside the cabin window, the crickets croon softly in the night for their lovers. eden places a palm against the bed's empty space, his fingers gathering the sheets. it takes a long time for him to close his eyes.

the next morning, there's a knock at the door.

eden is there just as you swing it open.

"the way back is so much harder," you huff, dropping a couple of duffel bags onto the floor along with your backpack. "i tripped on so many roots. maybe we could spend a day clearing the path more?"

sweat has plastered your hair to your forehead and your cheeks are red with exertion. there are fragments of leaf debris sticking to your skin. you have never looked more beautiful.

eden gathers you into his arms.

he takes you on the table, lays your body down like a feast. the oak whines against the cabin floor, but it holds. when he carved it a few years ago, he made sure it would be sturdy.

eden gathers you into his arms and you wash up quickly, the both of you eager to spend the rest of the day together.

"such a sweetheart," you say, kissing him on the cheek. "you missed me a lot, didn't you?"

once you're clean, fed, and settled, you begin to unpack the spoils you gathered from town. there are the hefty duffel bags full of eden's supplies: boxes of bullets, rope for snare traps, canned food, and kerosene for the lamps.

from your backpack, you procure extra sets of clothes you bought at the mall along with a short guides on canning produce and soapmaking you found at the outdoor shop. he glances at the pile of ruined clothing he had torn to get to you and scratches the back of his neck, embarrassed.

lastly, you take out a hefty rectangular bundle wrapped in brown paper. it's secured with a ribbon made of twine.

"what's this?" he asks.

you look at the fire, sheepish. you were never very good with words.

"i know the paperbacks are cheaper, but they're too small for your hands," she says.

he tears through the packaging. inside are hardcover copies of his favorite books, along with some new releases.

"you like their work the most," you tell him. "i've noticed that you reread their books a lot."

eden is speechless. you thought of him, then, even though you were gone? he takes a moment to imagine you perusing the bookstore, scanning the shelves for something to take home with you.

"i don't know what to say," he says, setting the books on the table beside him. when was the last time he'd received a gift? for the life of him, he can't remember. if he had, then that memory has been long buried by the past.

"you could thank me," you say, taking his hand to your face. your eyes darken as you slip two of his fingers into your mouth. "or you could show me."

warmth ignites his core. he pulls you closer, hunger making him lick his teeth.

one day is long enough.

sunlight filters through the glass windows. he smiles, admiring the sight of you finally back in his arms.

you don't make it out of the cabin until the next morning.

Hey, I'm new to your page but I totally read your rules. Here is my request: Can you give me a headcanon of TP! Link and OoT Adult! Link reacting to their wife getting hurt by a theif. You can decide if the Link's are yandere.

OoT! Link:

I believe due to the circumstances he and Hyrule had to endure, this Link is very mature, paranoid and can be stoicly serious to the point that it might get self-destructive. After all, his and Zelda's mistakes they did as kids had cost the future of their home and loved ones. The paranoia comes from knowing there can be absolutely, terrible things in this world that can happen at any moment that are out of his control. Not even gods could stop Ganandorf so there isn't much that he could do either.

Hence why he is also so serious and mature - having been forced to grow up quickly and basically skip part of his life in order to even be capable to defeat evil. You can imagine how quickly he can turn 180°.

So when his dear wife is attacked, Link is quickly outflinging his sword. Darting his eyes left and right as he hunches in front of you and only talking when telling you to stay back.

Link can get awfully severe when innocent people are hurt...but it becomes so much more intense and scary when his beloved gets injured.

Yet...there is a sense of relieve when Link sees that it is only just a thief. He has dealt with many of that kind and while he does defeat them just as quickly and throughouly as any other opponent, at least it isn't something more dangerous.

There are all kinds of things in this world...time ripping friends apart...lost souls wandering the earth for revenge...an unstoppable moon daring to fall on a town and squash people's dreams...

So he feels relieved that it is only a thief.

Though he is sure to throw some insults at the criminal for daring to hurt his wife. Could it be that they were targeting you because of him?

There goes his paranoia again.

In fact, he might be on the look out for the next few days because of this. What if that wasn't a thief but something more? Days must pass and he would need your reassurance that everything will be fine and that you are fine for him to calm down.

A yandere OoT! Link, however...

Would throw the thief out of the house, questioning what they were thinking hurting his wife and that they will pay for it. He might challenge them to a duel only for the sake of wanting to hurt them but if they run off, he'll let them. Pathetic.

Will barge back in and mother and smother you like no other. This is his fault. He is supposed to be the Hero of Time yet he couldn't fully protect you from a mere thief. Link will stay by your side and on look out for days, paranoid while keeping and hugging you close while decrying himself.

He has lost so much...he will not lose you.

He is sure to make the thief regret everything if he ever sees them again...

TP! Link:

TP! Link is just as mature but a bit more trusting and softer than his ancestor in spirit.

He easily has a very caring nature from having grown up in an idyllic village filled with laughing children and tame, cute animals...

His sudden transformation into a wild beast though, left him a bit unsure of himself and frightened...he never thought he could get his old life back.

He also had faced the natural cruelty of this world he inhabits. The Twili, the monsters, what desperation can make people do, the vile hostility he experienced by his peers for being a wolf.

The world has hardened him but he refuses to cave into his fear and distrust of others. There will always be good people in this land.

Just as there will be bad ones...

Link is also quick to deal with a thief though he won't feel any relieve seeing a "mere" thief. Danger is danger and he won't let anything harm you.

There is a slight chance that, when you are in a safe place, that Link might talk to the thief and ask them what they were thinking. Their criminal actions caused someone to be injured...his wife...is that the kind of life they want?

However, if they aren't persuaded, Link is quick to deal with them or scare them off.

Will be sure to take care of your wound and pepper you with kisses everywhere EXCEPT the injury. He is a tad bit too afraid to hurt you accidentally.

Link refuses to have you do any work. As hardworking as he is naturally, he will go overboard with taking care of everyhing, including you. Will have you ride Epona when you need to go somewhere. Will only leave you be with him or trusted people to look out for you.

Naturally, Link will also grow more protective.

Yandere!TP! Link is much more ruthless when dealing with the thief. He won't even consider talking things out with this scum and only make them pay for hurting you.

If he feels especially hostile, he might attack them in wolf form.

I believe the more his yandere tendencies get out of control, he would show/manifest them all in his wolf form and truly become a beast then.

Link is not going to let you be hurt...

Will not let anyone BUT himself take care of you. It's less about distrusting others and more about feeling more assured that he is right there to care for you. He also believes he can do it much better than anyone else (even doctors, wow, petty much)

Hugs you tight and also peppers you with kisses but much more frequently. Is as soft as he can be as he somewhat...just slacks and leans against you, feeling disheartened that this happened in the first place. Like a loyal guard dog, he turns 180° at dangers, however.

SORRY FOR TAKING SO LONG TO ANSWER I needed to figure out how it would happen (idk if this is complete or not but it should be)

anyway bbnb!jay meeting Arrakore!

oh he would FREAK OUT

Like, real and heavy panic attacks that make me absolutely tense every time I write them

He would not feel safe every time he's around Arrakore, and panic alone in a room as soon as he can or something I think.

because Nadakhan kept lying to him about how djinns really were (for intimidation purposes mainly, but also because he was pursuing his own sort of ideal that lead to him getting banished from his homeworld (I'll explain all that in another fic that's taking me a while to write dw about it for now)), Jay is going to think Arrakore has to be lying all the time, or at the very least playing with them

He might even think Arrakore might be planning revenge for his people, like Nadakhan had, or is at the very least working with him or something

First scenario. First meeting might be Jay freaking out with his powers going insane, and him actually loosing control for the first time in a while. This might lead to Arrakore trying to help him control his powers, only for everything to get worse.

Or, second scenario, Jay might attack on purpose, trying to get rid of someone he knows is an enemy. There's no way that djinn would be on their side, and his friends trust him cuz they don't remember. That's it. Nya? She trusts the guy, but she can be wrong, and that's okay. He'll do the dirty work for her

3rd scenario would be Jay not attacking, after being told by the others not to, but being tense, not letting him out of his sight for even a second. Or trying to avoid him.

If it's during his amnesia, I'm considering the first or third being more of what could happen. I do like the idea of him not knowing why he's so scared, why he's so terrified of someone he's never known

Maybe even have Nadakhan's face replacing the Arrakore's every now and then, and him not really knowing what to do

I have multiple ideas mainly because I'm not done with my fic, and I have not decided on what the resolution of his emotions or powers is going to be. I mean, I have something I consider a vague idea, but based on how I handle it, Jay is going to have more or less control of himself whenever things like those are going to happen to him

Also, depending on whether Arrakore knows it's because of Nadakhan or not, his actions are going to be very much different as well

Cuz he knows how much of a twisted bastard the banished prince was, and he knows he must've done something terrible if Jay panics whenever he sees him like that

The worst in this, is that I see Arrakore being a kind and good soul, always trying to help out the lightning ninja

only for it to ultimately fail

But yeah! Overall, Jay would be terrified, and not trusting of Arrakore. He'd even try to get rid of him at all cost, and if he understands that his friends trust that guy, then he might try to do that behind their backs. I am one to believe Jay would be ruthless when it comes to a situation that is serious, especially if it's to protect his friends

An even twisted way for things to happen, would Jay taking sorta revenge about Nadakhan on Arrakore. How? Plenty of ideas there, idk if you guys want me to elaborate cuz this is already VERY long (and I'm sorry about that MJKERRLGK I digress easily help)

(Of course this would be resolved but it would take TIME. so so much TIME. And I am one to take time and write a lot when it comes to comfort and all so yea.)

okay, full disclosure, this will never be written. i have no intention of ever doing so. if someone else is willing to take a crack at it be my guest but this would be too much for me to handle

so, here it is

In main story laoft, durant does not see roman and remy's dalliances as important or a threat to him/his control over roman.

in this story. he does

in an agonizing display of cruelty, he kidnaps remy and presents him to night roman as a gift.

its a terrible position - roman cant reject the gift and risk durants anger, which will end in disaster for both him and remy... but niether can he accept it and walk back into his day life with the knowledge that remy will remain here, trapped, alone with durant, and impossibly far away from anything roman can do to protect him

Roman takes the only path he can find - feign gratefulness so deep that he no longer had need of his day left, and giving it up. because at least if theyre both trapped remy's not alone.

Remy and Roman disappear the same night, stolen from their beds without a sound or a trace left behind.

In wickhills, Logan is incandescent with fury and patton cries so miserably the woods and hills around his house are bone-dead silent. not even the birds want to sing in his presence.

May sits alone in her house, the door locked, refusing to answer for anyone.

The Adams' put up posters across all of southeast ohio knowing nobody is going to call

And emile watches them all and churns with guilt because he didnt know remy, not really, so why does he think he has a right to be this sad?

Back in faerieland, things escalate in a bad way very quickly. Durant coerces Roman and Remy into increasingly intense sexual scenarios for his entertainment.

in the midst of this, having only one other person you can rely on or trust can, coupled with the rapid increase in intimacy, cross the wires a bit, and wwhoops, Remy and roman are in love now

Remy: or whatever passes for love in this shitshow Roman: you dont get to tell me i dont really love you Remy, crying: ok

and tbh, all of this is more of just context for what im ACTUALLY interested which is

they get out. now what?

Because in the meantime, Emile has reached out to patton, we still have LAMP and remile, and now we have pair-of-cats-that-cant-be-separated creativisleep

Logan: you thought canon logan had anger issues? ha. ha i say. this logan would kill a man sooner than let them make roman or remy even slightly uncomfortable. he'll snarled at his own mother if she gets too close. he'll snarl at thomas, though he'll feel bad about both. this is actually! not great! because logan tried to guard from the outside looks a lot like Guards Keeping Us Inside to remy and roman, so they have to figure out how to navigate logans nuclear reactor protectiveness vs it wigging roman and remy out.

Virgil: Virgil waking up is the catalyst for them getting free, and in the midst of his horror falls in QP love at first sight with remy, who was so brave and so strong and kept roman safe when virgil couldnt.

Remy: i dont know if 'safe' is even slihtly accurate Virgil: the safety of his heart and mind are of equal importance to me as his body. you have cherished both, and you can have anything you ask for as long as i live Remy: [gay fluster noises]

Patton keeps determinedly dragging emile to mays house (where they are holed up for close access to dizzy and jax) even though Emile feels like he's intruding

Patton, constantly on the verge of tears: I almost lost Roman and i've decided im in love with all of you and i CATEGORICALLY refuse to lose anyone else Emile: um Patton: RE. FUSE.

so pattons HOPE is that they all wind up in a big polycule pile, and its doesnt... not do that, but its not quite as clearcut as all that.

Theres stumbling blocks at the beginning withboth remy and roman wavering on whether or not their romantic feelings are genuine, and subsequently wondering if the fact that theeyre still in love with Emile and LAM respectively means that they arent.

this would go through some oscillations of both of them trying to deny those feelings to "prove" their love for each other, vs trying to push the other away so they can go be with p[eople they "really love"

do! not! separate them!

in my head this ends with romantic LAMP, Romantic Remile, Romantic Patmile, and QPR losleep and sleepxiety - everybody else is friends and cuddle buddies

Remy is actually super comforted by the fact that Patton is in love with him/attracted to him but never asks for more than friendship because he knows remy isnt. Metamour besties.

Dizzy suffers a lot from this ordeal (she hid from durant and subsequently roman, knowing if he found her as romans familiar it would be catastrophic) so their bond is.... stretched, lets say. overtaxed. she's a little sicklier. a little smaller, a little more timid. hides in remy or virgils jackets frequently

All of which is to say that this is a fraught extended metaphor that sometimes trauma changes you, and it changes your relationships, and it changes the way you feel attraction, and all of that is okay. it doesnt make those feelings or relationships less real or loving or valid.

anyway this is my monster. im not going to write it (please dont ask) but some people have expressed that they were glad i still shared it, so have some bite sized angst

Warnings: nothing worrisome. fluff.

Shiro

And he knows you is like "PROTECT AT ALL COSTS"

chances are they saved you from some group of idiots with bad intentions. So Shiro is a good listener after that. you stay with them because well, there is not much choice.

Cleaning up the castle a bit, cooking with Hunk, making sure everyone is well fed and happy, you pretty much become a space mom.

And Shiro is the space father.

Try to help you reach things on the high shelves. Although he finds it cute, he himself will lower things from the high wings to avoid future accidents.

He is not very sweet but he will eat everything you cook.

Yui is about 1.58 and Shiro is more or less 1.80, HUGS WOULD BE FANTASTIC.

He is by far the most gentle of all. Understand that having that attitude all the time can be a great mental drain, so if you need a break or be the one to take care of for a while. Count on him.

Saying how he appreciates how you raise the morale of the group in your own way .

It's too cute, I can't-

Keith

It is the most difficult by far, but not impossible (especially with your attitude).

At first he saw you more as a victim, a poor soul in a way. I didn't expect you to be so...lively afterwards.

See how, despite everything, you continued to be happy, cheering everyone on-CHEERING HIM, taking care of him, worrying about everyone...

It made me see you more as a survivor than a victim.

It made him respect you for handling the situation like that. At the same time he began to show more interest, in a way.

Similar to Shiro, he shows his appreciation to you for acts of service. Not only helping with the heavy stuff, but also being the first to jump in front of you if there's an attack on the castle.

Again, he doesn't have a sweet tooth, but if you ask him to try something for dinner, he'll pretend to grudgingly if he does.

When they move into some sort of relationship, not much changes, except that it's more open and the protection kicks in.

If Keith gets mad at something or someone(coughcofLANCEcofcough) he will go straight to you to vent, this is especially true when he becomes the black lion pilot. You want to know if what you are saying is valid or if you are getting carried away.

You are by far the most trusted person on the ship (along with Shiro).

Lance

Lance is the one who falls the fastest, and falls HARD

Make it very clear to him when he wants something with you, but not in the same way as when he is casually flirting with someone. They are like a little more personal questions, you know if he can have something with you.

Lance misses life on earth a lot, it is a fact, that you want to take care of him, listen to his problems and assure him that he is not the "seventh wheel" of the group means A LOT to him.

Also since you don't invalidate his concerns and contrast them with real, positive facts about him, he doesn't have to be the clown of the group to be able to talk to you.

That's probably why he fell in love so quickly.

Chivalrous ASF, opening the doors, giving up the seat, helping with heavy things that he can barely carry, etc.

There's also a bit of insecurity about dating you, he's full of doubts about whether he's really enough for you, comparing himself to the other paladins in the party. Although you shut it up immediately because you know it's true.

Cuddly! Lots of hugs and kisses on the cheeks. Especially if you did something like cook for the WHOLE group or just walked a healthy line between helping everyone and helping yourself.

He definitely wants to introduce you to his family (especially if you don't have one of your own)! He assures you that they will receive you and love you just as much as they love you!

TOO CUTE I CAN'T-

Hunk

! kitchen companions!

Both can spend hours and hours exchanging recipes, telling cooking stories, experiences, etc. and never get bored.

They have something like a system to be able to make meals between the two of them so as not to overload the other with work. eg, you the desserts, the dinner, you the dinner, the desserts, miti miti, etc.

They taste each other's food 🥺

Hunk is also considered the most morale booster in a certain way, so under no circumstances will he let you feel bad or inferior to them just for not being a paladin! You help in many other ways!

It's the best shoulder to cry on if things get too tense or if you just can't keep happy for once, that's okay.

similar to Lance, he wants to introduce you to his family, his parents more than anything, he knows that children naturally love you, but it is very IMPORTANT that their parents approve of you.

Needless to say, you have it around your finger ;).

Pidge(romantic/platonic)

She's used to being the one the group cares about most as the youngest, so your joining is a breath of fresh air.

Don't get her wrong, Paladins respect her, but not in the same way that YOU respect her. You still see her as a child, but you also recognize her brilliant mind and trust her to protect you.

You are very aware of her, whether it is for her to bathe, remember to eat, sleep long enough, etc. You remind him a lot of a mother hen.

She may seem upset about this at first, but it's really because you remind her of her own mother, which makes her nostalgic and somewhat sad.

But he quickly gets over it because he KNOWS you're doing it with their best interests in mind.

Love your food, really love it, especially if it tastes like peanuts.

If he gets in trouble with Lance or any of the Paladins, he goes and hides behind you, like a little kid with an evil grin.

Damn gremlin.

Allura

Girls' nights Girls' nights Girls' nights Girls' nights Girls' nights-

They become friends very quickly! She gets along very well with paladins, yes, but with you it's a whole new level.

I doubt Allura has ever been attracted to a woman, so when she starts to see you differently, she doesn't know what to do or whether to act "normal."

I'll probably even go to the other paladins for advice because lance and Koran don't help much.

I think she is the one who tries the most to hide this crush, more because she wants to give the image of a confident and determined leader, she wants to take the courage to say it.

And when she says it, she also gets nervous and somewhat clumsy. But adorable.

PROTECC will not hesitate to use brute force if you put yourself in danger.

Protective, even worse than Keith.

Afternoons of hair care with the space mice (seriously LOOK AT HER BEAUTIFUL HAIR).

Lotor

Let's be honest, you probably met him when he was held prisoner by the paladins and he had some degree of appreciation for you at first.

But then you started to worry about him (maybe because he reminded you of yourself when you were saved by the paladins) and you couldn't leave it like that.

So, for the sake of his mental health and your peace of mind, you made sure he was…comfortable in a way.

The Paladins+ Allura OBVIOUSLY didn't want you to do them, but there was little they could do to stop you.

You brought him food, water, things to entertain himself, blankets in case it was cold, you tried to make small talk, etc.

At first he just thought it was out of pity, so he rejected you the first few times.

But he realized pretty quickly that it was more like... empathy. you felt identified with him. So he wasn't so rude to you and started to appreciate that, you treated him like a living being regardless of his race. he likes you

When they let him walk through the castle of lions, he will most likely thank you for the good treatment compared to how the paladins saw him.

Try to "thank" you in other ways, mainly helping you out when the other paladins aren't around or can't handle it, learning a little more about human culture, and generally speaking more generally to pass the time.

If Allura and Keith were bad with overprotection, Lotor is that squared. Now that he appreciates you, there is no escaping affection.

Also, Lotor is TALL, even taller than Shiro, he could easily throw you over his shoulder and not even break a sweat.

He just can't help but find your human being too ADORABLE.
