started reading discworld. reading the night watch series first. have now finished guards guards and men at arms. going absolutely insane about multiple things, mostly related to samuel vimes, but right now the thing i can't stop thinking about is the reveal at the end of men at arms that.
carrot is a descendant of the last king. vimes is a descendant of the guard who led the revolution and killed him.
and here they are, the two of them. carrot knows. vimes does too, maybe. but they're not going to mention it, of course, because everyone knows that carrot is a good man. and good men should never be king.
‘I have to say, for a self-taught man he is a pretty good poet – good grasp of the metaphor. They are all written to somebody called Millie.’
‘That would be his wife,’ said Tiffany. ‘You must have seen her in the village – more freckles than anyone I’ve ever seen. She is very sensitive about it.’
Preston nodded. ‘That might explain why his latest poem is entitled “What Good Is The Sky Without Stars”?’.

Listen. I know a lot of people headcanoned Crowley as being better with kids than Aziraphale because of his time as a nanny, and being more caring but:
Tell me it isn't more like THAT??? X'D
Crowley would love to play the mean demon on the poor child who would be laughing and screaming "more! more!!!" everytimes, while Aziraphale would tell the best stories and soothing them to sleep with his sweet voice.
2000s Modern Crowley (April 2022 shoot, 2023-4 edits) 😎🍎🐍
This is the version from the Hell and bus scenes of the first episode, with the half-up bun. Also, the most closet cosplay out of all the Modern Crowley variations, with a black undershirt, a suede, mid-thigh length coat, and the biker jeans, snake print boots, sunglasses and chain necklace I specifically got for Crowley back in 2019.
Watching Good Omens with my homophobic parents day two:
Opinions: You're gonna watch THAT thing again? (left the room)
Basically I made sure my father was out while I watched.
My mom was cleaning up.
And there was peace until season two episode 4 where that demon called Azi "Azirapapapa" or something, and there was the whole magician thing, so my brother (also a teenager but younger) came out of the room with a Pokémon card in his boxers (the only thing he wore) yelling "Azifafa" and "Azirapapapa", and said "shut up" to my mother when she asked him about it (I would have been exterminated instantly), so I managed to survive
Haven't watched last episode yet-ill tell you how it went as well a bit later
