My "Main" (my main blog that I use as a secondary- this is my main, I post here!!!!)!

My name that gets used the most is Jett, but I have a collection :3 (Jett, Rowley, Alex, and Wolf.) I'd prefer there be variety, so if you'd like then feel free to call me whatever you want out of the list.

I do art. Literally that's it lol. I have a set of rules when it comes to this.

-Don't ask me to do gore or NSFW of real people.

-I don't do straight up NSFW. I'll do characters in less clothing than normal, but that is as far as I'll go.

-If you want me to draw someone, please don't do it without their permission. I like to post my art alongside the reference, and if I can't then it's a bit annoying for me. If it's someone who regularly posts their face, that's different. But if it's someone close to you, please provide some form of proof they permitted it. Or I can just send it to you.

-Do not claim or repost(not to be confused with reblogging!!!!) my art. It's gonna be difficult, because I typically prefer to put a big 'ol watermark on there but still don't.

-If you have me draw something and want to post it, please just reblog. If you don't, then please @ me. That SHOULD be it, if not or if you have a question please feel free to ask and I'll respond and put the answer in here.

Talking about stuff!!

I love to talk about things of all kinds, so please talk to me about stuffs!!!! Please, avoid spoiling things I show interest in! I'd like to talk through my ask box, as I don't check my inbox nearly as much. I do not have the app on my phone, I access through mobile website. Please be patient, as that means I might be slower to see my notifications.

Please be patient with me if I need something to be rephrased. I'm a teenager, and I sometimes struggle to read and convey my feelings and emotions. As of writing this, Sunday March 17 2024, I am going through something really rough for me and I am not in a good mental place, which may make me a bit more emotional to respond to things. I am very childish when it comes to how I behave and talk sometimes, and I might act in ways you might think of as weird or creepy. If I start to weird you out or make you uncomfortable, please do not hesitate to let me know.

I love having recommendations!! References, games, ideas, anything you think you could have me try out then go ahead and lemme know!! I like having multiple options and second points of view, so if you want to provide that to me please do!!!!

My blog is a safe place!!! I do not want people to feel unsafe or unsupported, so if you ever want to vent or get advice on things, you can always message or ask me things!! I will always give the answer that I think you should/need to hear! Obviously, if you don't want advice and just want someone to listen to you, you can always do that as well. Just a quick (I just need to be heard, don't advise me.) Is fine, and I won't try to help in ways you don't need. Obviously, if I think you need professional help I will inform you and provide options. I have friends who have gone through some rough stuff, and if something helps them then I'll research it and if I think it'll help you too, then I'll recommend it to you.

the og Ghostbusters having little mentor moments for the new Ghostbusters

Loved that Ray was along for the ride in Frozen Empire, he wanted to get stuck back in, and he wanted to help Pheobe and Podcast with the mystery

but it would've been great if just occasionally Ray (or Peter, or Winston, though they weren't interacting with the new guys on a personal level much) just dropped a couple of tips he'd learnt from his time, or just helpful anecdotes from back in the day - the kind that you're confused by at the moment but later make you go "oh shit, that's why they told me"

I always thought is very tricky to draw that wrinkle that goes from the nose and around the mouth and still male it look good, but gosh you nail it in every art, super expressive and pretty. Looking at all your drawings 🔍🕵‍♀️ to properly appreciate and study it. But wow really in love with your art style is so expressive and pleasing to look at, and the colors are so pretty 👌👌👌👌

i LOVEEE drawing wrinkles!!! it makes faces soso so expressive and i try to add wrinkles to every character i draw whenever i can. and the fact i also love drawing characters smiling (they make me happy, so i want to be able to share my joy to other people by drawing them smiling too!) which of course makes that wrinkle around the nose and mouth more prominent :-)

im not a person that can draw well from memory, i use references excessively even if it doesnt turn out the same way from the reference im copying from in the end 😊

i drew these out real quick but i have no clue how to explain any of these so i just thought about sharing it with you anyways!

call it "cheating" or whatever, but most of the time i even trace over the reference just to have a base i can copy the expression im trying to draw from. i do art for fun and if it makes my process that much easier then. well!

anyhoo, ignore the fact these are all mr lassos... i just love him a whole bunch 💛

Oooh you want to know what bit of misinformation about Sonic that really upsets me? Nearly everything about Fleetway Super Sonic.

Fleetway Super Sonic isn't its own transformation, it's Fleetway comics take on Sonic's standard Super form and. Fleetway Super Sonic is never even called that in Sonic the Comic and is just called Super Sonic even when Super Sonic became a separate character than actual Sonic. However there is alot of people who say that Fleetway Super Sonic is basically the original Dark Super Sonic and even will have Super Sonic introduce himself as Fleetway is fics when he really shouldn't.

ohhh i was just thinking about this not too long ago . to be honest this is kinda a sonic fandom pet peeve of mine like yeah i understand calling him fleetway super sonic as a way of making it clear which super sonic youre talking about because stc's take on super sonic is very different from any other version of the transformation. but i see so many people talk about him as if fleetway is like. his in universe name ? when fleetway is just the name of the comic company ? ive never even read stc and i knew that. overall its harmless but it still makes me go Okay but thats not correct .

#also when people say ''fleetway sonic'' in reference to super sonic and not normal sonic Like hello that doesnt make sense #i dont know enough about stc to know what he actually acts like and what the stories involving him are like #so i cant really. look at fanart of him and decide if i think its out of character or not #but with how widespread the name misconception is i have to wonder if a lot of people making fan content of him #actually know anything about stc? or if theyre basing their perception of him on Only fanart and fanfic and stuff #ive seen some people blame the name misconception on those annoying f/nf videos that were flooding youtube a while back #and that could be part of it especially among younger kids #who are getting a lot of their sonic info from whatever garbage the youtube algorithm is feeding them #but thats definitely not the root of it because i had been seeing it for years before that #idk #asks #anyway ive been thinking about reading stc lately actually i was thinking about it before i got this ask #might start soon. who knows

aka the timber scouts! they're basically just a bunch of kids in a sort of guild prep-course. so, not a real full official guild, but functions like one. all the kids have different woodland animal gimmicks to go with the scout vibe. They have a very loose shared uniform too, they're pretty much allowed to customize however they want as long as they keep the white button-up, brown outerwear, dark brown bottoms, and brown boots. also like a lot of kids in other guilds, their weapons are toys or otherwise "safter" items. Aftermare Week 2023

Day 6: Flight

Okay, so for this day I couldn't help but think of Flighteningverse (can you guess why? XD), so I thought, why not? And we have Sanguine trying to help Fracture to learn how to fly. Saying this now, this is not canon to the story. By this point, Fracture's wings are healed enough to work, and Sanguine helped with massaging them to get him ready for flight.

#random personal stuff #Struggle Wednesday: Trapped at the Reference Desk Edition #featuring! sluggish computer that refuses to load anything because the coworker who previously used it thinks you log out by restarting #AND phone call from a student wanting us to magically solve a database error that I never heard of until just now #AND all my colleagues who might know about this have dropped off the face of the earth #it's fine I will be fine #but why do people with questions I can't answer wait until the 1 o'clock hour to pester us #and maybe I need to corner coworkers before they leave and ask what today's crisis is and how to address #because I am not IT I do not work with the databases I just interlibrary loan the books #and I would not be stuck at this desk if it were not for a rude student last semester antagonizing my boss at closing time #(long story how it all connects but that's where the change in scheduling started)#anyway I wish that student a very pleasant become a better person who is actually considerate of others
