I’ve wanted to bring this up for years and haven’t because I always felt like it was almost too subtle to notice, but today I decided I don’t care, you all need to appreciate this if you haven’t noticed it already:

Gravity Falls, Scary-oke, when the Pines family starts singing to the zombies, after one climbs up and gets close, if you look closely, you can see that Stan is gently pushing Mabel back away from the zombie.

I personally recommend watching the scene, because I feel like it’s easier to see what I’m talking about, but in case you want pictures, here’s the screenshots:

It’s sssssooooooooooo subtle, but you can see that when Stan and Mabel are moving backwards, he has his arm in front of her, and then when they get back far enough, he puts his arm down.

Just a subtle cute thing I noticed of Stan being protective!

I really struggle to characterize Ford outside funny science dickhead. And struggle to draw. And color. And exist.

Ford was testing the effects of the alien adhesive at different temperatures, Stan grabbed the stirring spoon to sneak a taste, got some goop on his hand, Ford helped remove it from his hand while the glue was still setting. However, he wasn’t quick enough and their hands got stuck together, and the rest is history.

Fanon. The real Ford died a long time ago in Bill's dimension. (ru/eng)

When Stan launched the portal, not the real Ford came out of it, but a creature created by Bill from the remains of the original. The Ford clone had the same memories as the original, and he didn't know who he really was. He also disobeyed Bill and all this time seriously thought that he was a real Ford. Anyway, unknowingly, he helped Bill get into their world, keeping silent about the sphere in front of Mabel and the rest of the family, as his creator wanted. When the truth was revealed, Ford's clone tried to commit suicide, but Stan wouldn't let him go. Stan didn't want to believe that it wasn't his real brother. And if Ford had killed himself, Stan would have done the same when Mabel and Dipper left Gravity Falls.

Imagine a Ford clone saying:

"Stanley, you know I'm not real. Let me go."

To which Stanley would respond:

"I don't care. You're the last thing I have left of my family."

Представьте, как клон Форда говорит:

- Стэнли, ты же знаешь, что я не настоящий. Отпусти меня.

На что Стэнли ответил бы:

- Мне все равно. Ты - последнее, что осталось у меня от семьи.
