“Sweetheart…” Jefferson’s voice softly echoed through yours and his home office, leaning against the doorframe.
“Now’s not a good time, Jefferson.” You say, not looking up from the stack of papers in front of you.
Jefferson sighed and pushed himself off the doorframe and walked in the office, closing and locking the door behind him before approaching the desk. He leaned down, kissing along your neck and shoulder, his teeth nipping on your skin hard enough to mark you up. You bit your bottom lip and tilted your head to the side to give him more access.
“Jefferson…” You breathed.
“You need to take a break, darling. You’ve been grading papers all evening.” He says in almost a whisper in your ear.
You opened your mouth to say something, but a gasp left your lips when you felt Jefferson’s hand disappear inside of your blouse and into your bra, gently squeezing one of your breasts. Your eyes fluttered shut and you melted into his touch. You felt your panties dampen.
“Jefferson, Grace is home.” You say.
“She’s spending the night at a friend’s house. We have the whole house to ourselves, honey.” He says.
He took his hand out of your blouse and began to unbutton it while his other hand disappeared underneath your skirt, rubbing your clit through your wet panties. You moved your hips against his hand, wanting more.
“You want more, sweetheart?” Jefferson asks huskily.
“Yes please!” You begged.
Jefferson pulled you up from the chair and pushed it aside. He turned you around and kissed you hungrily. He pushed your blouse off your shoulders, letting it fall it the floor. One of his hands expertly unclasped your bra. He pulled your skirt down your legs, letting it pool around your feet. You stepped out of it, kicking it to the side. His hand slid down your stomach and into your wet panties. His fingers rubbing from your clit to your tight entrance causing your pussy to clench around nothing.
“Jefferson, please…” You begged.
“Bend over the desk and spread your legs for me, darling.” He whispers in your ear.
You obeyed his orders, bending over the desk and spreading your legs and gave him a perfect view of your wet pussy, waiting for your husband to make the next move. He placed kisses along your spine before getting on his knees behind you. His hands grasped your thighs, placing kisses on them, making his way up to your pussy.
“I’m gonna make you feel so good, sweetheart that the only thing on your mind is me, your husband.” He says.
Your hands grasped onto the edge of the desk when his lips latched onto your clit, his tongue circling it. Your mouth fell open, moans of his name leaving your lips.
“Jefferson…” You gasped. “Oh yes!” You moaned.
His finger circled your entrance before sliding it inside of you causing your hands to grip the desk tighter.
“Oh fuck!” You moaned.
He move his finger at a decent pace while his tongue continued to flick your clit. His other hand snaked up your body, blindly finding it’s way to one of your breasts. His thumb and index finger pinched your nipple causing your cunt to clench around his finger at the sensation. Jefferson slid a second finger inside of you. Your jaw dropped, breathy moans leaving your lips. Your nails dug into the wood of the desk as his fingers and tongue fucked you.
“Yes! Oh fuck yes!” You moaned loudly when his fingers hit your sweet spot.
His tongue moved faster against your clit. His fingers moved faster, continuing to hit your sweet spot. He pinched your nipple again, this time a little hard which triggered your orgasm to start building up.
“Oh baby! I’m almost there!” You moaned.
“Give it to me, darling. Cum for me.” He says huskily.
His fingers pinched your nipple one more time before you came on his face and fingers. His fingers and tongue fucked you through your orgasm. Jefferson took his fingers out of your pussy and his lips off your clit. You leaned against the desk, catching your breath. Meanwhile, Jefferson was stripping himself out of his clothes. He hovered over you, turning your head to the side to kiss your lips.
“You’re being such a good girl for me.” Jefferson praises. “I think you deserve more. What you think, darling?” He asks softly.
“Mmm yes, I do.” You hummed in response.
Jefferson pumped his cock in his hand a couple times before lining it at your tight entrance, slowly sliding it inside of you, inch by inch. He turned your head again, kissing you once more when his cock was deep inside of you. His hands grasped your hips when he started thrusting. His thrusts were fast and loving.
“Always so fucking tight.” Jefferson moans, tilting his head back.
You felt every vein of his cock rubbing along your walls. Your hands gripped the edge of the desk tighter. His hands left your hips and slid up the front of your body, helping you stand up straight, your back against the front of his body. One of your hands continued to grip the edge of the desk while your other one found its way to his hair, your fingers tugging on it. His hands roamed your body, cupping your breasts and gave them a squeeze. A moan left your lips and your back arched off his body.
“Jefferson…” You moaned, your jaw dropping and your eyes fluttering shut.
Jefferson always takes your pleasure seriously, especially when you’ve been working hard and you deserve something for it.
“How are you feeling now, sweetheart?” Jefferson asks almost in a whisper.
“Amazing!” You gasped. “More!” You begged. “I want more!” You tell him.
“I’ll give you everything you want, my darling.” He says.
He didn’t just that. One of his hands snaked down the front of your body, stopping on your clit and began rubbing it in circles. A tingle went through your body when you felt the cool metal of his ring against your clit. One of your hands grasps Jefferson’s wrist to keep his hand in place. His fingers applied more pressure on your clit as he was rubbing it. A moan of his name left your lips. You arched your back in pleasure, pressing your breast more in his hand. Your head was against his shoulder. Your cunt clenched around his cock, feeling your orgasm building up.
“I know you’re close, sweetheart.” Jefferson says in your ear. “I know you’re on the edge. Cum for me.” He almost whispers, kissing your neck.
Your eyes rolled to the back of your head and your jaw dropped, a moan of his name left your lips as you came. Jefferson fucked you through your orgasm, getting closer to his own orgasm. His thrusts got sloppy momentarily, but quickly regained it. A moan, followed by a curse word left his lips as he came inside of you, painting your walls. He laid his forehead against your shoulder as his thrusts came to a halt. You two stood there for a moment, catching your breath. Jefferson pulled out of you and turned you around, holding you in his arms so you didn’t fall due to how wobbly your legs are at the moment.
“Feel better, honey?” Jefferson asks, kissing your lips sweetly.
“Mmm, much better. Thank you, baby.” You say against his lips.
“Let’s get you cleaned up and to bed.” He says.
Let’s just say that grading papers was the last thing on your mind for the night.

The Wondrous Ways of The Mad Hatter
((DAY 1 OF CHRISTMAS))
Jefferson (OUAT) X Reader
Word Count: 1,171
Warnings: Fluff
Summary: Jefferson comes to your rescue with his hat and takes you to his cottage in the Enchanted Forest where the both of you spend Christmas in his cottage.
A/N: I know I'm a little late like 7 days haha but I think that if I try hard enough I'm able to catch up with the Christmas Masterlist :) Day 1 of Christmas writings and I'm new to the seasonal writing so be nice please and give your love and support :)
Tumblr media
"You guys are always doing stupid stuff like that… What's the point of even dressing up like 'the perfect family,' when we're clearly not!" You slam the cutlery against the table and gets up to go into your room as you lock the door before sitting on the bed. You leaned your head against the headboard and sigh to yourself.
You loved your family more than anything in the world except for when they lied to themselves while knowing the truth. It wasn't always this way. You did have a perfect family until your mother got into a gambling addiction. Your father had no choice but for him to divorce her. He did, however, remarry which made you look forward to always seeing him happy but at what cost?
You were always the oddling though. Liking different things from your half-siblings because of the wide age gap seeing as you were much older than them. Of course, it was okay to like different things because it meant that you had a personality compared to Asher and Ezekiel or as they liked to be called, Ash and Zeke.
You were thinking about how you were going to spend your time after making your decision to stay at home while your family went out to celebrate Christmas. However, your thoughts were cut short and interrupted as a man opened your closet and stepped out from behind it.
"Hi, where might I be?" The strange man with a funny-looking halloween-esque costume looked around before questioning you while taking his hat off.
"Y-Your standing in my room," You looked at him confused as he stood there dumbfounded before you giggled softly as you covered your mouth.
"Yes… right. I better get going then."
"No, wait! What's your name?" You questioned him wanting to know as you weren't going to let this random man with magic leave before granting your wish for Christmas this year.
"My name is Jefferson," He replied while bowing respectfully before going to you to take your hand and kiss it gently.
As you tell him your name you realise that something about him stood out to you. He looked as though he was dressed like The Mad Hatter. You questioned him to see if he was to which he replied and invited you to his cottage where dreams come true so that you could see it for yourself.
You nodded and grabbed a few of your things before standing behind him as he reopened your closet door. He stepped into it taking you with him to his cottage in the Enchanted Forest. As you crossed the portal it was like lightning had flashed past you in an instant. You blinked and realised that you were now on the other side of this unknown portal but were in an old-looking cottage.
As you wandered the cottage, taking an interest in its design, you bumped into a little girl who introduced herself to you as Grace before being interrupted by someone as they cleared their throat. You turned around to face Jefferson again seeing him pick his hat off the floor before walking to you.
"That's my daughter, I hope you don't mind."
You shake your head not minding at all as you smile at Grace while rubbing her head before she leads you to her room as you laugh while looking back at Jefferson.
As Jefferson prepares dinner, you and Grace are sitting in her room playing with her dolls while having 'tea' before you proceed to braid her hair and help her to find something nice to wear for dinner.
As time passes you get more hungry and tired and decide to go check on Jefferson sneaking up behind him.
Jefferson turns around holding the scissors in his hand before putting it down realising that it was a split second away from your face, "SORRY!"
"It's okay," You smile at Jefferson before realising that you're being cornered against the counter as it brushes against your lower back.
You continue to look up into Jefferson's eyes smiling at him and giving him mixed signals as he cups the right side of your face. As you looked away Jefferson directs your face to look at him again before he leans down to kiss you as you tilt your head allowing him to.
"Papa-" Grace walks into the kitchen from her room with a doll in her hand before looking up and seeing the adults in front of her breaking apart to pretend like they hadn't just kissed as she smiles innocently at them.
"Dinner's almost ready, Grace," You told her as you smile back nervously before looking away and going to prepare the table for them.
Grace nods and takes a seat before talking about her doll and how she needs it to be sewn back together as the seam tore apart. You agreed to help her as you felt a connection to her, almost like she was your own daughter. Jefferson brings the dinner to the table as you tell them how thankful you are to be able to spend Christmas together with them before eating.
When dinner's over, Jefferson cleans up and washes the dinner as you help him to tuck Grace into bed before taking her doll and sewing it back up together as you sat in the living room. Jefferson comes over a while later when he's done with the washing of dishes and sits beside you.
"Thank you for your help tonight with Grace," Jefferson admires you sewing the doll as he tucks a strand of hair behind your ear.
"That's okay. She's a sweetheart," You continue to sew up the doll as you reply to Jefferson.
Jefferson continues to admire you as you can feel his gaze on you before quickly finishing up the stitches and leaving the doll on the table. You feel Jefferson's fingers on your chin as he turned your face to look at him before he leaned forward to kiss you. Jefferson carries you to his room and lays you on his bed as he lies beside you cuddling you.
"Goodnight, doll," Jefferson whispered softly before closing his eyes and going to sleep as you reciprocated his actions.
When you awoke the next morning, you found that you were back in your room on your bed. You felt something in your palm as you opened your hand to discover a handkerchief in it. There was also a top hat sitting on your bed with a note. You sat up and leaned forward to reach the note before taking it and reading it.
'If you wish to see me again, wait till nightfall before tapping on the hat five times' - Jefferson.
You smiled reading the note before taking the top hat and flipping it as you put it on and laughed to yourself. You then took it off to hold it to your chest as you laid back down and closed your eyes thinking about Jefferson and how you intend to impress him tonight.

The six men were madly in love with the same woman. At first, trying to get Y/n to believe they truly loved her was complex and challenging, but the more persistent they were, the faster she started to believe and fall in love back.
They all had certain things they’d do for you that the other could not.
Tumblr media
Bucky would comfort you when you’d wake from terrible nightmares, staying with you and making sure you’d have a warm glass of milk and some biscuits, smothering you in kisses until you’d fall into a peaceful slumber.
Tumblr media
Steve would bake with you when your cravings would take place, covering the kitchen with pies, biscuits and anything sweet. Sometimes, it would end in a playful food fight as you two love to compete.
Tumblr media
Ari would build a massive fort filling it with your favourite snacks while your favourite movie would be on tv. He’d cuddle with you as you stared at the screen and speak line for line, grabbing some snacks but missing because you were so focused on the movie.
Tumblr media
Jefferson, or Mad Hatter as you’ve nicknamed him, would make you flower crowns, knowing they were your favourite hats. He’d bring you into his little section and stand behind you as he taught you how to make the perfect hat.
Tumblr media
Andy would tell you stories and hold you tight against his chest as he’d let you in on his day and the cases that would pile up. He’d feed you fruits as you listen to him before he returns the favour when you tell him about your day.
Tumblr media
Lance would help keep you healthy. He’d do any type of exercise with you, buy you all the workout clothes you’d need, he’d help you stretch when your body needed it or massage you when your body became too sore.
They treat her like the queen they know she is, ensuring that she knows they only have eyes for her. They’d never dream of being with anyone else, and the thought repulses them. They’d rather drink bleach than be with another woman.
They would die for you, kill for you and many more. You have never felt so loved and cherished before. They never want to upset or make you mad, and each man will beg for your forgiveness if they think you are the tiniest bit upset or angry with them.
They remember the first time they made you mad. It was hell for them. You wouldn’t speak to them for a week. No matter what they did to try and make you talk to them again, you wouldn’t budge. When you finally calmed down and collected yourself, it was a relief when they heard words leave your lips and be directed toward them.

Killian Jones x Fem Reader - Ouat
Picture this, in ouat you as a character represent the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland but your not a cat your a witch, a mischievous one  and the mad hatter is your bestie. You were in the first curse so your in storybrooke and right now you and Killian happen in season 4 or 5, to sum you and Killian's relationship up your lovers in secret. (This is my first time writing smut so it may not be very good and descriptive)
Tumblr media
“You know I really think your as mad as I am y/n.” My bestfriend Jefferson says as he shoves a donut up his mouth.
“I’m not mad, I’m simply mischievous. There's a large difference between bonkers and rebellion.”
“ I’m pretty sure there's a short difference between bonkers and rebellion.” Jefferson mockingly says.
“Whelp I think it’s time for me to go, I’ve got to go pick up Grace from school or wherever she is these cursed days, catch you later y/n!”
“I’ll think about that!” I watch Jefferson run off near the street and around Granny's, now that I think about it I want Granny's, especially the hot chocolate . I walk to Granny's and make my way inside, I catch a familiars eye and the next second he approaches me.
“What do you want Killian, and can you get out of my personal space your very suffocating.” It’s weird how he isn’t drinking yet he still approaches me in public especially when he’s really close, he usually does this in private. I really need to start going to Granny’s when Killian isn’t here, I can’t risk unwanted attention literally.
“Well what I want love is y-”  I walk out Granny’s hoping he doesn't follow or finish his statement  but of course Killian being Killian follows.
“What I was going to say before you rudely walked away from me was, actually I don’t feel like telling you since you’ve been such a bad girl but maybe you can do something for me to hear it.” I keep walking away but what if I did what he wanted me to do for him, I already know what he’s going to say or do I? I turn around facing him, letting him know I want whatever he’s going to make me do with a mischievous grin.
“So you’ll do it?” Killian says with an eager smirk.
“ Well, some go this way, and some go that way. But as for me, myself, personally, I prefer the short-cut. Yes I’ll do it.” I disappear and appear again but this time much closer to Killian before pulling in Killian for a kiss, with my powers I teleport us in his room, well in a room on his Jolly Roger.
“Easy there love, your forgetting your playing my game.” I roll my eyes in response which will probably make me a bad girl in his game.
“what was that, did you ignore me? Such a bad girl you are.” He puts me on his bed and I wrap my legs around his waist, as he touches my leg he moves his cold hook slowly closer and closer towards my clit. I’ve got to admit he has successfully gotten me horny and wet.
“ A while ago I was going to say is I want you, and right now I’ll make you want me no matter how long our little game last.” He takes his hand and his hook off my thighs only to take off his belt and take his cock out, he then moves on to me taking my underwear off under my skirt.
“Do you want me now?”
“Mayb-” He pushes himself into me without warning, I let out a loud moan, as I grip on to his back along with leaving a scratch on his back, I catch a glimpse of him holding onto his sheets, gosh damn it he’s going to go hard.
“Maybe? Maybe’s not good enough love, rethink that for me.” Within a moment of catching my breath he pushes his cock deeper inside me leaving me pushing my nails in his back and letting many more loud moans escape my mouth.
“So do you have an answer now love or would you like me to keep going?” No matter how many times I try to catch my breath I know damn well he won’t slow down, he’ll go faster. I can feel his hand move up from my thighs to my breast to the point where he’s ripping off my shirt and my bra underneath.
“What a wet girl you are huh.” I can hear a low moan escape his mouth but other than that I’m practically his toy, “I wan--t you.” because of how many times I’ve tried to catch my breath I’m practically hard to hear plus how loud the bed is.
“Love speak up, I can’t hear you quite well.” Killian says as he goes even faster and deeper in me, at this point I’m completely paralyzed. He did not lie when he said we would fuck till I said I wanted him, and right now it seems like it would take me forever to say it. He kisses my chest up to my neck where he gives me hickeys, now I want him.
“I want you.” I stumble upon saying hoping it's enough and loud enough. “Good girl, that’s more like it.”

The devil you know
Vampire!jefferson x reader
Part 10/10
**October 31 st, 2020 – Halloween Eve**
“Trick or Treat!”
Three sets of gleeful eyes peered up at Jefferson, and he chuckled.
“Oh my, how delightful! Let’s see…Alice in Wonderland, the White Rabbit, and…my goodness, are you the Mad Hatter?”
The boy blushed, but he beamed proudly. “Yes, sir, he’s my favourite.”
Jefferson chuckled as he dropped the candy in the children’s bags. He leaned down and whispered loudly to the child in the Mad Hatter’s costume.
“He’s my favourite, too.”
Jefferson was laughing to himself as he closed the door and set the bowl on the stairs. You peeked your head in out of the kitchen and he walked in.
“This has been great fun, it’s a shame they didn’t have something like this when Grace was little. I could just see her, the little hellion, hopped up on a sugar high and running down the boulevard in her costume.”
You smiled. Jefferson had told you everything that had happened during the transformation, including his “trip” to see Grace. You were so glad that he’d finally gotten the closure he needed. Now he was able to speak of her with happiness instead of sorrow and regret.
He came up behind you, wrapping his arms around your waist. A sizzling kiss to the underside of your jaw, and he nipped the sensitive spot. You moaned softly and twisted, searching for his lips greedily.
Jefferson’s hands drifted down to your thighs and he lifted you, setting you on the counter. The sound of his name murmured from your lips drove him further, lustful kisses trailing down to your collarbone as his fingers inched up your thigh, slipping under the hem of your sweater. He grinned.
“You naughty little thing…if you only knew what you do to me.”
“You’re not sick of me yet?”
Jefferson snorted and kissed you hard, as if to prove it. “Never, darling. I’ve waited a century for you, I just didn’t know it until I met you.”
“One year ago, tonight.”
“A kiss that set my soul aflame,” he said, licking at your lips. “You bewitched me then, Y/N, body and soul…and you still do.”
The doorbell rang, interrupting his sinful exploration of your mouth. You growled. Jefferson hummed and nipped your jaw.
“Duty calls, my dear.”
He pecked you once more on the lips, then went to answer the door. Still reeling from his attentions, you turned back to the sink. As you dipped your hand back into the soapy water, a pair of rings glittered from your left hand.
You and Jefferson had made it through approximately two months of “courting” before he broke down and proposed. Your parents had been surprised, but Jefferson was nothing but a charmer and a gentleman, and they approved wholeheartedly. The wedding had been beautiful, held right there in Storybrooke.
From there, you traveled. Taking a leave of absence from work, you’d seen the sights and done the things Jefferson had only dreamed about, after years of wandering lost and alone in the darkness.
Jefferson was like a new man unleashed upon the world. His enthusiasm and stamina were unparalleled, and you had never felt quite so alive. In truth, you’d felt like you’d been asleep your whole life, reborn and awakened the moment you’d bonded with him.
Your life since then had been happily domestic. The spark you felt for him that first day had turned into a raging inferno that time hadn’t dampened one bit. Jefferson doted on you, spoiling you with displays of his affection while still encouraging you to pursue what made you happy. He lifted you up, gave you confidence, and you loved him all the more for it.
You still worked at the morgue. In fact, Dr. Whale had retired a few months ago, promoting you to Chief Coroner. The hours were infinitely better, allowing you to finally shift to a normal work schedule. Jefferson had decided to open up a small used bookshop in town, right across the street from Granny’s. It did a fair trade, and most of all, he was happy.
Mrs. Conrad hadn’t stayed on too much longer after the night the curse was reversed. Other wayward souls to guide, she said. You had both begged her to stay—the mansion was huge, but she refused to hear it. She still visited from time to time, although she also said she hardly needed to check in—you had Jefferson well in hand, according to her educated opinion.
“Well, that’s the last of them, I imagine…it’s getting quite late,” Jefferson said, interrupting your thoughts. He turned off the porch light and blew out the jack-o-lanterns decorating the steps. His brow furrowed when he saw the look on your face.
“Y/N? Are you all right?”
You smiled at him as you dried your hands. “Perfect, love. I was just lost in thought…everything that’s happened in the past year.”
“Yes, it is a bit dizzying when you think of it like that.” He tenderly rubbed his thumb across your cheekbone. “Come, sit with me by the fire, I want to cuddle with you.”
“Okay, just let me go change first.”
As you changed out of your jeans and sweater, you smiled. It was that soft, inward smile that all women get when they’re carrying a happy little secret.
You pulled out the ultrasound picture, and held in in your trembling hand. The other rested against your abdomen, and you bit your lip in excitement.
Your first appointment had been today—you and Jefferson had been trying for a few months, and although you got the initial confirmation a couple weeks ago, you’d kept it from him until you could be absolutely sure. You didn’t want to get his hopes up.
Carefully tucking the ultrasound back in the envelope, you bounded down the stairs where the love of your life was waiting for you. Jefferson was stretched out on the couch, his hair a little rumpled and the top two buttons of his collar undone. He grinned playfully and patted the empty space next to him. You wanted to devour him right on the spot, but first…
You slid in next to him and held up the envelope. “Trick or treat.”
Jefferson took it, frowning. “Darling, what’s—”
For a moment, he just stared at the picture, and the only sound in the room was the crackle of the fire in the hearth. Then his eyes widened when he realized what it was.
“Is…is this…are you…”
You nodded, smiling as your eyes burned. “I’m pregnant.”
“H-How long have you known?”
“I’m about eight weeks…I wanted to make sure everything was okay before I told you. I didn’t want to get your hopes up. I’m sorry, Jefferson.”
“Don’t be, I’m just—god—I feel like I can’t breathe, I’m so happy!” He laughed, taking your face in his hands and kissing you. “I don’t know whether I’m going to cry or faint, or both!”
“Please don’t,” you laughed. “Just kiss me again.”
He hummed and did as you asked. Your forehead, your cheeks, the tip of your nose and the curve of your jaw, nothing went untouched by Jefferson before he finally settled his lips against yours in a wildly passionate kiss that nearly incinerated you on the spot.
Finally he pulled back, resting his forehead against yours and looking at you as if you were the most wonderous creature he’d ever seen. Gently, as if you were made of glass, Jefferson placed his hand flat against your belly, feeling the subtle curve there.
“So…everything truly is all right, then? You’re all right? And…th-the baby? They made sure?”
You nodded smiling at his concern. “Everything is coming along just fine. I even got to see the heartbeat today. If you come with me next week you can see it for yourself.”
Jefferson nodded. He looked over at the picture of Grace on the side table, and his lips twitched in a bittersweet smile. When he looked back, you were startled to see the tears starting to brim his eyes.
“Sweetheart, what—”
Jefferson shook his head, his bottom lip quivering as he kissed you again. “You’ve given me another chance, Y/N. Another chance to live, to be happy, and now…a chance to be a father again. A chance to have a family with you.”
He pulled you into his arms and nodded to Grace’s photograph. “I know she’s looking down on me, and right now, she’s smiling. I can feel it.”
“Oh, Jefferson.” Your own eyes were starting to burn.
He pulled you even closer and kissed the palm of your hand, settling it over his heart.
“You’ve made me so very happy, Y/N…I’m the luckiest man in the world, to be able to call you my wife. I love you, my darling girl.”
“I love you too, Jefferson.”
Outside, the last of the ghouls and goblins ran back home with the spoils of another Halloween as the former vampire and the coroner curled up together in front of the roaring fireplace, lost in each other’s embrace. They had their whole lives ahead of them, and Jefferson was truly free at last. Free from the demons of his past and the curse that bound him to it, free to live, free to love, and free to start a family with the woman he loved more than life itself.
And so they lived, happily ever after.

True Love’s Kiss
Summary: Jefferson loves his family but when Regina puts (y/n) under a sleeping curse he risks it all to save her only to end up separated from them for more than 28 years. Also shout out to @fangirltrash15 for asking for this fic. I know you didn’t ask me specifically but I hope you like it.
Warnings: Spell check? We don’t know her!
A/N: This is the longest story I have ever written in one sitting and I loved writing it. I honestly love writing for Jefferson. He’s such and untapped potential for fanfiction and I blame that for his lack of screen time which I blame on the fact that he was dating Jennifer Morrison and they broke up so I guess it was weird for him to be on the show but there was a wonderland spin off and there is no reason he shouldn’t have been on that.
Tumblr media
Jefferson was making his way down the street like he did every night. Only stopping outside the Tea Grove cafe to look through its window on the other side of the street where he couldn’t be seen. He watched as the young woman in the store turned off the open sign and began to sweep away at the floors. He just loved walking by her store to watch her close up at night. He knew he could never talk to her. In this life she didn’t know him and he couldn’t tell her what he knew because knowing was the worst curse.
The enchanted forest.
(Y/n) was running through the forest. Dodging every tree she could and jumping over the big roots of trees that stuck out of the ground. She ran until she eventually found a hollow tree to hide in. She did her best to remain silent while she caught her breath but her hiding place must not have been good enough...
“I found you!” Said the little blonde as she popped her head into the tree (y/n) had hidden herself in.
“So you did sweet Grace,” she laughed “at least tell me you found your father first.” (Y/n) climbed her way out of the tree and finally stood up.
“She did.” Said a slight grumpy voice from behind the tree.
“Oh well good, that means at least I didn’t lose.” (Y/n) said smiling and laughing at the handsome man who was leaning against the tree.
“Just because grace found me first does not mean I lost.” He huffed.
“It kind of does,” He rolled his eyes. “Oh come on, admit it, you're just upset that you lost to a girl at hide and seek. Come on admit I beat you.” She said teasing him and pointing at his chest.
“Ok find you beat me, you always do.” He laughed.
“Damn straight.” (Y/n) said finally getting close enough to Jefferson to throw her arms around his shoulders and pull him down for a quick kiss. Making a mental note that grace was still there.
She had been living with Grace and Jefferson for a couple of years now but she was always sure to keep things g-rated around Grace. Especially since she wasn’t Grace’s actual mother, though she loved Grace no less, (y/n) knew she could never fully replace her like that.
“Come on papa let’s go back to the house and have our tea party.”
“Of course my dear Grace,” Jefferson said holding his hand out for his little girl. Grace took her fathers hand and then offered her other hand for (y/n).
Present day.
(Y/n) finished locking up the store and turned to head toward her car. It was pouring down rain and as she opened her umbrella a gust of wind blew it out of her hand and down the street. She quickly chased after it down the road. She paid no attention to the road as cars tried to swerve around her. As she made it to the other side of the road she ran down the sidewalk never getting much closer to her umbrella till a strange man finally caught it and walked over to her.
He set the umbrella straight and held it over her head. “You uh... dropped this I think.”
“Thank you, so much really.”
He seemed nervous or even panicked. She had never seen him around before which was so strange for this small town. “Here I’ll walk you to your car.”
They both walked back up the street till they reached her car. He helped her get in and handed her the umbrella. “Thank you so much, uh I actually don’t know your name.”
“Jefferson,” he said with pain on his face.
“Well it’s nice to meet you Jefferson, I’m (y/n). I guess you’re sorta like my knight in shining armor tonight aren’t you? You really saved me out there.” She laughed.
He frowned at the ground before looking at the girl in the car again. “Trust me I’m no knight and you didn’t need my saving.” He said before walking away from the car.
The enchanted forest
After having visited the market that evening with Grace, (y/n) came back home to find the queen's Carriage sitting by their house. (Y/n) bent down to her knees so she was at eye level with the young girl. “Wait, stop Grace. We should hang out in the woods for a bit ok? We can play our game for a while.” She smiled at the little girl.
“Who’s at the house with papa?” She questioned being the smart girl she was.
“I think it’s the Queen.”
“The Queen, at our house. What does she want? Shouldn’t we go inside and check on papa?”
(Y/n) rubbed up and down Grace’s arms. “No sweetie. Me and your father made a deal a long time ago that if our past ever came back that one of us would stay with you. He doesn’t want you to ever be alone. Ok? So for now let’s go into the woods and play our game. Your father can handle this.” She smiled.
After spending sometime in the forest the girls walked back to the house. This time with no carriage in sight. When they went inside they found Jefferson sitting at the table in the kitchen contemplating the box in front of him.
“Papa!” Grace ran and hugged her father.
“You're both back late. Did you enjoy yourselves at the market?”
“Yes we did but when we got home we saw the queen's carriage so we stayed and played in the woods for a while.”
“Oh I see. Grace why don’t you go play in your room while I talk to (y/n) for a moment.” She smiled and ran off to her room.
(Y/n) frowned and set down beside Jefferson. “What did the Queen want?”
“She wanted me to portal jump.” He said running his hands through his hair.
(Y/n) began to rub calming circles on his back, “and what did you tell her?”
“I told her I didn’t do that anymore. I have a family now.”
“And so she just left?”
“Yeah I think so.”
“ I doubt that she doesn’t have a plan to come back.”
“I know. When Regina wants something she’ll get it. Whatever the cost.” (Y/n) rest her head on his shoulder.
“Is that why you brought out your hat? Incase she comes back?”
“I don’t know. I just keep thinking maybe it wouldn’t hurt to just do one more job. We wouldn’t have to worry about money ever again. You and Grace wouldn’t have to live so poorly.”
“Jefferson, me and Grace are just happy with the life we have. We don’t need money to be afamily and we need you here. With us.”
He smiled faintly and kissed the top of her head. This was why he needed (y/n) she reminded him of why he put that hat away. He belonged here.
A couple of days later
It was getting late and (y/n) still wasn’t back from the market. She left hours ago and it was almost supper time. She should be back by now and Jefferson was beginning to worry.
With the sun beginning to set he grabbed his hat and told Grace to go stay at the neighbors house till either he or (y/n) came home. He knew they had once said that in times like these one of them would always stay with Grace but he needed to bring (y/n) back home.
He knew exactly where she was; he didn’t need to look. He quickly made his way to the queen's castle and by nightfall he marched through the doors. No guards stopped him so obviously he was in the right place and the Queen wanted him here.
He finally reached the queen's quarters and tossed his hat bose on to the floor. “Here that damned hat Regina, now where’s (y/n)!”
“Calm down mister Jefferson. We both know that I don’t know how to use that hat without ending up somewhere useless. Only you know how to use it properly. It’s useless to me but if you're looking for your little girlfriend I’m sure I can help you with that.” She stood up from her seat and walked over to the middle of the room where Jefferson stood.
She waved her hand and a mirror appeared. “Here this will show you anyone you wish to see.”
He cautiously took the mirror from Regina and held it in his hands and thought of (y/n). The mirror in the cloud of smoke showed through a picture of (y/n), she appeared to be unconscious, almost appearing to be dead.
“What did you do to her!”
“She’s fine Hatter. She’s only sleeping.”
“Wake her, I know you can!”
“Well of course I can but why would I do that? Not to worry though, if you want to wake her on your own all you have to do is give her true love's kiss.” Jefferson's face dropped. “That is if you believe in your true love?”
“I love (y/n)”
“Yes but is it good enough? I mean does she truly love you? All you can offer her is a small house with little money and a daughter who's not even hers.”
“And what do you want? What would I have to do in exchange for you waking her?” He said through gritted teeth.
“Like I said before. I want to go to wonderland of course.
Present day.
Jefferson set alone in his house like always, using his telescope to check on his family. He hadn’t been able to stop thinking about (y/n) since he last saw her on the street.
Ever since Emma came to town he’s had this annoying hope that maybe she could break this curse and he could be with his family again. He knew it wouldn’t be that easy though. He abandoned his family many years before the curse, who says they would want him back now. Besides, Emma was convinced in not believing in magic. He tried to show her and despite all his proof she didn’t believe him.
As he peered through his telescope he spotted a glitter in the sky. It seemed as though it was moving closer like a wavy. Before he could even process it the wave washed over him. At first he felt nothing, like nothing was different but he looked back through his telescope this timing aiming it at the town square. He could see everyone coming out of their shops and houses and hugging and reuniting with people on the streets. He couldn’t believe it, there was no way this was possible. They were waking up.
Jefferson passed back and forth through his whole house. This was all he had waited for for 28 years, even longer when counting the time he spent in wonderland. But he couldn’t muster up the courage to go find his family. He finally forced himself to go outside onto the street. Families and reunited loved ones pass him all around. He slowly made his way down the street but not long after the first wave he saw another come toward him. This one was like smoke, purple smoke. No one had time to cover for shelter but as soon as it covered the street it was gone. Everyone began to panic but he knew what this was. He had been a dabler of magic; he could feel it here.
Pain rang through him as he thought of what would happen now that magic was in town. He quickly ran down the street toward the little tea shop he had passed millions of times before. When he finally reached the shop there was a small crowd of customers who crowded around the entrance. As he approached the crowd and tried to push passed through them, he heard a familiar voice.
“Papa!”
“Grace, my darling” he hugged his little girl as hard as he could, too scared to let her go.
“I was going to find you but (y/n) found me first. She was fine but when the smoke came by she collapsed. I don’t know what’s wrong with her papa.” He did his best to calm the girl and then stood up and pushed the crowd away to finally reach (y/n).
“No no no, this wasn’t how it was supposed to happen. You were supposed to be fine in this world.” He knelt beside (y/n) and held her unconscious form in his arms.
“We tried to help her but we can’t tell what’s wrong with her. Someone already called 911.” Said some man in the crowd.
“They won’t do her any good. This is a magic problem and it needs a magic solution.” He snapped. He tuned the rest of them out as they all stood around them. He leaned his forehead down to hers as he brushed some hair out of face. “(Y/n) if you can hear me… I I need you to wake up. Ok?” He paused for a second but she didn’t move. He closed his eyes and pressed a small kiss to her forehead.
(Y/n) eyes flew open and she jumped as she quickly awoke from her sleep. She looked around her and saw Jefferson and sweet Grace by her side. She smiled, finally being able to remember them after seeing them everyday but never truly seeing them. She cupped Jefferson's cheek with her hand and smiled. “How did you know that would work?”
He laughed slightly as he took her hand and placed a kiss in her palm. “I didn’t.” He swiftly pulled her into a passionate kiss with all the love he could conjure. “I love you”
(Y/n) smiled, “I love you too”
Jefferson pulled his family into a hug as they all sat on the floor. He had been dreaming of this day for too long. “Let’s go home” he said smiling at his small family.

Pairing: Jefferson x reader
Words: 1300+
Author’s note: I have been wanting to write for Jefferson for so long. He is another one of my favorite psychopaths. Funny enough I got the inspiration to write for him while listening to Fairytale on my way to work. I hope you guys enjoy!
Warnings: Fluff and angst
You panted as you leaned back against a tree. You looked over to see Jefferson looking back at the way you just came from. “How many more enemies are you going to make?”
He chuckled and looked at you. “You agreed to come, y/n. There is no backing out now.”
You rolled your eyes. “You’re mad, you know that?”
He walked over to you. “And yet, you’re still with me.” You smiled slightly before looking away. He placed a small kiss on your head before walking away. “Come on. We have an appointment.”
You blushed as you followed. “An appointment?”
He hummed as he took the sphere out from his bag. You looked at it before trying to grab it. He pulled it out of your reach. “No, I don’t know what this thing can do and I don’t want you getting hurt.”
You pouted before sighing. “Fine.”
You were broken out of your thoughts when you heard the front door close. You smiled when you heard Paige run to you. She wrapped her arms around you, hugging you from behind. “Hi mama.”
You turned and gave her a smile. “Hello, my dear.” You kissed her on top of her head before looking up at your husband. He smiled at the two of you before making his way into his office. Your smile faded slightly when he left. Things were never like this. You wanted this life just with a man who you loved. You wanted him. But he doesn’t remember you.
“Mama?” Paige said after a few moments of silence. You looked down to see a worried look on her face. You bent down and grabbed her hands.
“I’m fine, my love. You go and get ready for dinner.” She nodded before running off. You didn’t know why you were the one to be playing her mother. A part of you thought it was some sick joke the queen was playing on you. As much as you would have loved to be her real mother, that spot belonged to someone else.
You watched as Jefferson paced back and forth. “Jefferson, calm down. Did something happen?”
He looked at you with a smile. “Yes. Something wonderful. Priscilla and I are having a baby.”
You felt your heart crumble. Everything you had wanted with the man in front of you had been officially destroyed. You held the tears at bay and gave him a smile. “That’s great! I’m so happy for you!” He sat down in front of you and grabbed your hands.
“Y/n, Priscilla and I have been talking and we would like you to care for the baby when we’re away.” You frowned slightly.
“What do you mean?”
He squeezed your hands slightly. “I have decided that you’re not going to be doing anymore jobs with me anymore. I don’t want you getting hurt again and if you did, I would never forgive myself.”
You sighed before nodding. “I understand.” You said quietly as Jefferson looked to your side. His hand grazed the spot where you had been wounded. You grabbed his hand and gave him a soft smile. “I’m fine.” You said quietly. You placed a finger under his chin before making him look at you. “Jefferson,” He looked into your eyes before kissing your forehead.
“Thank you, y/n.”
“For what?”
“Everything.”
-
You stood outside of the school waiting for Paige to get out. You looked around to see some of the other mothers standing and talking to each other. You rolled your eyes slightly knowing they were talking about you. You looked towards the group again to see a man standing across the road. Your heart skipped a beat when you took in his features. He looked a lot like him, Jefferson.
“Mama!” You quickly looked towards the school to see Paige running towards you. You smiled before giving her a hug.
“Hello, love. Did you have a good day?” She nodded as the two of you made your way to your vehicle. You looked over across the road to see the man gone. You frowned before looking around, finding that he was nowhere to be seen.
“Mama, is everything okay?”
“Yeah, I just thought I saw an old friend.” You looked around once more only to lock eyes with Regina. She gave you a smirk and a wave before making her way to her vehicle. Anger ran through your body. It was her fault you were stuck in this place, a place with no magic. It was her fault that you lost Jefferson. It was all her fault.
You took a deep breath before driving the two of you to her mansion. You wanted answers and you wanted them now. Paige looked around before looking at you. “Mama, what are we doing here?”
“Stay here, love. I have to have a quick chat with the mayor.” You got out of the car and made your way up to the house. “Regina.” You said as Regina and Henry stepped out of her vehicle.
“Ah, y/n. It’s nice to see you again. How can I help you?”
“Is he here?”
“Is who here? I don’t know who you’re talking about.” She said as she gave you a slight glare. You glanced at Henry and then motioned to Paige in the car. He got the hint and made his way to your vehicle. You crossed your arms. Regina sighed. “Yes, he’s here.”
“And you decided to keep his daughter away from him?”
Regina sighed again. “Well, I gave you what you want. To be her mother.”
Your heart fell. “Not like this. I was not meant to be her mother. Priscilla was.”
“And look what happened. Because of their reckless mistakes she died and left their daughter motherless. I just filled the gap. She already thought of you as her mother since you helped raise her.”
You became silent as you remembered watching the two play out in the woods as you made supper. Tears came to your eyes. “Does he remember?” You asked quietly.
“Yes, he does. He thinks he’s the only one. Here, this is his address.” She approached you and gave you a piece of paper. You looked down at the address on it before looking at her. “He knows you and Paige live together. Let’s just say he keeps a close eye on the two of you.”
-
You looked up at the mansion before looking at the piece of paper. This was the address Regina gave you. You took a breath before making your way up to the front door. You hesitated before knocking on the door. Your breath hitched when he opened the door. You took in his look. He looked just as handsome as always. Your cheeks became slightly pink as you reached out to touch his cheek. “Jefferson,” You whispered as he melted into your touch.
He smiled slightly as he pulled you into him. “Hello, y/n.” Tears came to your eyes as you melted into his touch. “I missed you.”
Your arms tightened around him. “Why?”
He frowned before bringing you inside. He broke the hug and wiped your tears. “Why what?”
“Why didn’t you come back?”
His heart broke when he heard you ask that. He never forgave himself for leaving you and Grace behind. “I’m so sorry, for everything.” He placed a kiss on your head as more tears fell.
“Regina told me that you still remembered. Why didn’t you come find us?”
He sighed. “I didn’t want to face the fact that the two of you didn’t remember me. Nor look at you when I left. Even when I promised I’d be back for tea.” You frowned as he looked away. You placed your hands on his cheeks before placing your forehead against his.
“I forgive you, Jefferson. I always will because I love you. Even if I try not to, you will always have my heart.” He smiled before looking into your eyes.
“I love you too, my love.” He said before softly kissing your lips. You immediately melted into the kiss. He broke the kiss and placed his forehead against yours again once more. “Let’s go reunite our family, my love.”

Take Me Away
Tumblr media
Pairing: Jefferson x Reader
Words: 2800+
Author's Note: Pre-Grace Jefferson owns my ass and I decided to write a little somethin' somethin' for him. Hope you enjoy! 🖤
"Why did I try to do this?" You ask yourself while handling about ten books. The hardcover novels press against your face as you blindly traverse down the long dimly hallway. You hear two pairs of footsteps and you gradually move out of the way to see the Queen and a man you don't recognize.
"Where is he, this wizard?" She asks, slapping her hands against the leather tunic she's wearing, "you promised to bring him to me."
Regina's eyes meet yours and you provide a small smile. "Good evening, my Queen," you greet while trying to do a semi curtsy. Your gaze moves to the tall gentleman beside her, causing your breath to hitch in your throat at the beauty of him. "Sir."
"Evening, Y/N," the Queen smiles gently and notices the two of you locking eyes. "Jefferson, this is one of my loyal servants, Y/N L/N."
Jefferson leans forward slightly, offering a silent hello before he tears his gaze from you. You continue your way towards the library when your boot trips over an object in front of you. A gasp leaves your lips as the books in your hands go flying and your knees come into contact with the floor.
"Shit," you quietly curse before pushing yourself off of the floor. You wince a bit as your knees begin to bleed and decide to ignore the pain, so you can get everything cleaned up.
"You okay?" Jefferson asks you while crouching beside you, a few books resting between his large hands. "That was quite the fall."
Your cheeks flush and you clear your throat before nodding your head in reply. "I'm okay, nothing I haven't handled before. Sorry to disturb you two," you apologize and bring your gaze towards the Queen.
"Nonsense, Y/N. You know your safety is my priority," she tells you before taking a couple of steps towards the two of you. "Are you sure you're alright? I can call the infirmary."
"I-I'm good, your Grace. If you excuse me," you stutter and grab the books from Jefferson before walking away from the two.
Jefferson's blue eyes watch you walk away, his fingers tingling slightly from your touch. Regina crosses her arms and smirks at the traveler. "Have you ever been in love, Jefferson?" She asks while the two continue making their way down the hall.
"No," he tells her bluntly and the Queen chuckles in response to him.
"Well, it looks like you've met your match," she teases, causing the tall man to roll his eyes.
"I don't even know her. That's not possible."
Before the two reach the garden area, Regina leans in closely before whispering, "anything's possible in Wonderland."
You finally make it to the library without knocking the books over again, your mind still replaying the interaction between you and Jefferson. You gently bite your lip as you slide the books back into their place on the shelf, hoping that you'll be able to see him again soon.
You don't have many friends around the Kingdom since you're too shy to befriend and of your fellow servants. Your ears perk at the sound of voices becoming louder and glance over your shoulder.
Jefferson walks by the library with the Queen and another man you didn't recognize. Your feet start to run towards the archway before you realize what you're about to do.
"Jefferson!" You call out to the man, causing him to halt in his tracks before whipping his head around. Your cheeks flush as you suddenly become nervous, all of their eyes on you. "Uhm, I-"
The blue-eyed man takes a glance back at the two behind him before reaching his hand out. "Come," he mumbles and leads you back into the library.
You fiddle with your fingers and feel Jefferson's hand gliding along your lower back, your heart pounding in your chest. "Sorry to just… interrupt," you mention and the man in front of you gently smiles down at you.
"It's alright, although, I do need to get back to them," Jefferson chuckles while fiddling with his jacket.
"Right! Sorry! Uh, I was just wondering if I'll ever see you around?" You question him with flushed cheeks.
His blue eyes widen at your words, surprised that you would want to see him again. "I- Well, I happen to be getting a royal passport," he tells you with a small smile. "When's your next day off? Do- Do you get days off?"
A giggle leaves your lips and you nod your head in response. "We do, yeah. I happen to have one next week," you grin, tucking your bottom lip between your teeth. "I'll see you then?"
Jefferson nods his head before resting his hand on your forearm. "Absolutely," he smirks, your eyes meeting his blue ones and you feel yourself melt under his gaze.
Your breath hitches in your throat as the brunette leans down to press a gentle kiss on your cheek. Jefferson squeezes your arm lightly before pulling away. Your heart pounds against your ribs as you watch him walk out of the library and release a breath you didn't realize you're holding.
Wow, he's attractive…
-
"Aha!" You grin, finally finding a few patches of mushrooms after searching the woods for almost an hour. You place them into the basket you're carrying and pick your head up upon hearing twigs snap behind you.
Your heart pounds wildly as you whip yourself around. A sigh of relief leaves your lips as Jefferson stands in front of you, his fingers fumbling with his top hat. "I hope I'm not interrupting," he chuckles and you let out a laugh as well.
"Not at all. Just picking some mushrooms for the Queen," you mention with a smile.
Jefferson takes a few steps closer and notices the dark bags under your eyes. "Have you been sleeping?" He asks while reaching his hand out and you feel his thumb drag across your under-eye.
"Uhm," you start and scratch the back of your neck, "not really. The Queen… she's been- she's been running me everywhere."
You chew on your cheek as you glance up at the brunette, seeing his face fall a bit. "I'm sorry, doll," Jefferson whispers and you shrug your shoulders.
"It's alright. I- I just don't know what happened. She's changed," you sigh before leaning your head on his chest.
Jefferson rests his hand on your back, gently stroking it as the two of you stand in silence. "If you ever feel the need to get out or get away from her for even a few hours, let me know," he mentions and you nod your head against his chest.
"Thank you, Jefferson. I hope to see you soon," you tell him and pull yourself away from him. The blue-eyed man smiles and you lean on your toes to press a kiss to Jefferson's cheek.
"You will. Can't get rid of me that easily," he smirks and a chuckle leaves your lips.
You mumble a quiet goodbye before turning on your heels, making your way back towards the castle. Jefferson lets out a sigh as he watches you get further and further from him, running his fingers through his hair.
Regina's screams are heard as you step into the castle, your blood running cold. "Where is she?! She should be back by now!" The Queen yells at one of her servants, her hand slapping against the table she's sitting at.
"I'm here, your Grace," you pipe up, feeling the anxiety rising in your chest.
Her head snaps towards you and motions for you to come closer. "Finally. Did you get what I asked for?" Regina questions and you swallow thickly before setting the basket of mushrooms down in front of her. "This is all you have?"
"I- I couldn't really find any," you stutter and the Queen lets out a sigh.
Your breathing becomes heavy as she stands up from her chair before walking towards you. "You were gone for hours, Y/N," she states and you nod in response, agreeing with her. "What else were you doing?"
"Wha-"
Regina slams her hand on the table beside you before wrapping her hand around your throat. Your eyes widen at the action and grip her wrist. "What. Were. You. Doing?" She seethes, her dark eyes glaring down at you.
"I-I… Jefferson stopped me while I was picking," you tell her truthfully and the Queen shoves you away roughly.
"Jefferson," she scoffs and moves to sit back in her chair. Regina waves her hand towards you, mumbling for you to get out of her sight.
Your hands shake as you make your way towards your room, letting out a deep breath. After closing your bedroom door you rest your head against it, taking a few breaths before running a hand through your hair.
A few tears slip from your eyes as you slowly make your way towards the window, eyeing the treeline of the forest. You press your lips together and glance over your shoulder before deciding to leave the palace.
You hug your arms as you finally make your way into the woods, seeing the sunset behind the trees. You're hoping Jefferson's lurking around the forest still, knowing he's supposed to be in town for a couple of days.
"Jefferson?" You call out, glancing in every direction while making your way towards the hot spring. A sigh escapes your lips as you hear the silence around you before slipping your shoes off. "Might as well go for a dip."
"Jefferson?" The brunette's head snaps up at the sound of your voice. Jefferson furrows his brows as he wonders what you're doing out here so late.
He gathers his things quickly and places the top hat onto his head before heading in the direction your voice came from. Jefferson's blue eyes widen as he comes across your figure sitting in the hot spring, your bareback staring him right in the face.
"Y/N?" He gently calls out, not wanting to startle you.
You jump anyway and cover your chest, glancing over your shoulder to see Jefferson standing fifty feet from you. "H-Hey," you stutter while your cheeks flush. "I didn't think you were out here."
"Sorry I didn't answer. I-I was trying to pinpoint your voice," he chuckles nervously while scratching the back of his neck. "But, I can see that you're bus-"
"Join me?" You suddenly burst out, your eyes widening at your own words.
Jefferson's fingers tangle with one another as he debates the offer. He clears his throat while checking you out before taking a few steps closer to the spring. "You sure?" He questions.
You bite your lip before nodding your head yes. You turn your gaze away from the six-foot-tall man, allowing Jefferson to undress without your eyes peering at him.
The water behind you splashes and you glance over your shoulder to see Jefferson waist-deep in the water. You lower yourself into the water, making sure your chest is covered before turning to face him.
"When was the last time you did something like this?" You ask him while gliding your hands through the water.
"I've never done this before," Jefferson mumbles with a quiet laugh, seeing his cheeks blush.
A giggle leaves your lips and you move closer to the brunette before sitting down on one of the rocks beside him. "It's really relaxing. You should try it more often," you inform him with a smile.
Jefferson sits down beside you and notices the light bruising on your neck. He slowly raises his hand and glides the back of his fingers along the bruised skin. "What happened?" He whispers and your eyes meet his blue ones.
You swallow thickly before clearing your throat. "Uhm, the Queen wasn't pleased that I was gone for so long," you mumble and Jefferson furrows his eyebrows. "It's why I'm out here… to just get away from her."
"Run away with me," Jefferson offers, lifting your chin with his index finger.
"Wha-" you cut yourself off, your breath hitching in your throat. "Are you serious?"
The brunette grins and leans his face closer to yours. "One hundred percent," he whispers and you feel his breath fanning your lips.
Your eyes flutter shut as his lips brush against yours. "And where will we go?" You question, bringing your hands to his shoulders.
"Anywhere you want, darling," Jefferson grins before connecting your lips with his.
A short gasp leaves your lips and you raise your hand to his face, cupping his cheek. Jefferson moves his hands to your waist, dragging his thumbs along your wet skin.
"When do we leave?" You breathe out, panting a bit from the kiss and Jefferson lets out a chuckle.
He kisses your lips again and glides his tongue across your bottom lip. You part your lips and your tongues battle for dominance, a moan leaving your lips as Jefferson's grip on you tightens.
"Do you need anything from the castle?" He asks after pulling away, his nose nudging yours gently. "Cause we can go right now."
You wet your lips, breathing heavily while glancing up at him through your lashes. "Take me away, Jefferson," you grin.
-
A door slams shut and your eyes snap open, your body jumping at the loud sound. "Jefferson?" You whisper, reaching your hand out towards the Hatter only to find the space beside you empty.
Your brows furrow while you throw the covers off of your body, getting up from the bed. You look around the small hut you and Jefferson reside in, running a hand through your hair.
You let out a sigh of relief upon seeing your handsome man standing in the kitchen. "Morning," you grin, causing the brunette to jump in his spot before he glances back at you.
"G'Morning, gorgeous," he smiles and wipes his hand on a rag before walking towards you. His arms wrap around your waist and he kisses your lips lightly. "Did I wake you?"
You hum and nod your head in response, bringing your hand to his hair. "Just a smidge," you giggle before biting your lip. You run your fingers through his hair, noticing how long it's getting. "Are you growing your hair out?"
Jefferson shrugs his shoulders as one of his hands rubs your back. "Do you hate it?" He asks and you shake your head. "Then, maybe."
"Could definitely tug on it more if you do," you wink and wet your lips, tugging on the brunette strands gently.
You watch Jefferson's blue eyes flutter shut, a short groan leaving his lips as his grip on you tightens. "Sweetheart," he moans, nuzzling his face into your neck.
Giggles leave your lips as Jefferson kisses your neck, feeling his breath against your skin. "I love you," you whisper, one of your hands moving to his shoulder. "I love you so much."
Jefferson lifts his head, his blue eyes meeting yours and a large grin comes to his lips. "I love you, Y/N," he mumbles before connecting his lips with yours.
You kiss him back immediately as butterflies swarm around your stomach. "I've got something to tell you," you mention against his lips.
The brunette pulls away from you a bit and furrows his brows. "Okay…" he trails off and you see the nervousness fill his eyes.
Your heart pounds against your chest as you grab one of his hands before placing it on your stomach. Jefferson wets his lips as his gaze moves to his hand for a few seconds.
"Remember when we talked about the future?" You ask, biting your lip.
"Y-Yeah?" He whispers and gently rubs your stomach with his hand. "Are you-"
"Yeah," you grin, and tears come to both of your eyes. "I am."
Jefferson's eyes flutter shut once again before resting his forehead against yours. "Ar-How are you feeling?" He asks and you chuckle softly.
"I'm good. Just a smidge tired lately," you grin and Jefferson mumbles incoherently to himself, his gaze moving back to your stomach.
"Marry me," he breathes out and your breath hitches in your throat. You look up at him through your lashes, seeing the seriousness in his eyes. "I want to be with you for the rest of my life."
A few tears slip from your eyes and you nod your head rapidly. "Yes, yes, absolutely," you sob, bringing your hands to his cheeks. You press your lips against his and Jefferson slips his tongue past your lips instantly, deepening the kiss.
Jefferson lifts you into his arms, carrying you towards your shared bedroom. "You're the greatest thing that's ever happened to me," he mentions while looking up at you.
You card your fingers through his hair, pressing a gentle kiss to the tip of his nose. "Thank you for sweeping me off of my feet," you giggle while Jefferson carefully sets you on the bed.
"I would do it a million times over," he mumbles, hovering over your body before kissing your lips.
"I can't wait to be a family," you grin and both yours and Jefferson's hearts flutter in your chests. "You're going to be an amazing father."
Jefferson nudges his nose with yours and presses a light kiss on your cheek. "And you're going to be an incredible mother, my love."

“What is all of this stuff?” Grace asks you, amazed by everything around her.
“It’s a market with Christmas treats.” You say.
“Can I get some?” She asks with puppy dog eyes.
“Of course you can, sweetheart!” You smiled.
Grace squeals in excitement and ran to the nearest shelf. The shelf had all kinds of candies. From salty to sweet and savory.
“Grace, don’t go too far!” You say, catching up with her.
“I’m sorry, mommy.” She apologizes. “I just like this place a lot.” She says.
“Me too.” You say, smiling in agreement.
Grace seen something on the top shelf that she wanted. She jumped and tried to reach for it.
“Mommy.” She turns to you. “Help me please.” She says, doing grabby hands.
You picked her up, settling her on your hip. Grace reached up and grabbed what she was trying to reach a moment ago.
“What is it?” You asked, setting her back on the floor.
“Chocolate snowman.” Grace shows you. “Mommy, look!” She says, running to the shelf with the stuffed animals.
She jumped up and down with excitement while pointing at a white bunny on the middle of the shelf. You walked over to her, grabbing the bunny and handed it to her.
“Can I get it please?” She asks.
“Yes you can.” You say with a smile.
Grace’s eye caught a glimpse of the treats in the glass case in the bakery. She immediately made her way over to it with you following behind her.
“What do you think papa would like?” You asked her.
“Muffins!” She says, pointing at the assortment of muffins.
“Good choice. Should we get cookies and brownies?” You asked.
Grace nodded her head with excitement. You told the employee behind the counter what treats you wanted and she gave you a box of the treats you requested.
“Let’s pay for everything.” You say to Grace.
Grace followed beside you to the front counter to pay for everything. Grace gasps loudly when she sees the hot chocolate stand outside the door.
“Mommy, look!” Grace says, tugging on your sweater and point at the hot chocolate stand.
“You want hot chocolate?” You asked, looking down at her.
“Yes please.” She says, nodding her head.
“Lead the way.” You tell her.
You followed behind Grace as you two made your way to the hot chocolate stand.
“I want the one with mini marshmallows and the red and green sprinkles.” She says.
“Good choice. Which one do you think papa would like?” You asked her.
“Umm…” She looks at the menu for a moment. “This one.” She says, pointing at the peppermint hot chocolate.
“That looks good. I might get that one too.” You say.
“What would you ladies like to order?” The employee asks.
“I would like 2 medium peppermint hot chocolates and a medium hot chocolate with red and green sprinkles and mini marshmallows.” You tell the employee.
The employee nodded and made the hot chocolates, handing it to you in a cup carrier. You paid for the hot chocolates and then you and Grace went to the car.
“Can I have my hot chocolate please?” Grace asks after buckling herself in.
“Yes you can, sweetheart.” You say, reaching your arm back to hand her the hot chocolate.
Grace held it carefully with both hands. She was so excited to show her papa what she got that she was almost bouncing with excitement in her seat.
“Jefferson, we’re home!” Your voice echoed through the house.
“We have treats!” Grace shouts.
Jefferson greeted you two with a hug and a kiss.
“Did you two have fun at the Christmas market?” Jefferson asks.
“Yes! Look, papa! I got a new bunny for my collection!” She says, showing him the bunny.
“It’s cute.” He smiles.
“I’m going to put it with my other bunnies!” She says, running to her bedroom.
Jefferson followed you to the kitchen as you put the treats on the counter. He wrapped his arms around your waist from behind and kissed your cheek. You smiled and turned around, placing your arms around his neck and stood on your tippy toes to give him a sweet kiss on his lips.
“What’s in the box?” Jefferson asks curiously.
“Treats.” You tell him.
You turned back around to open the box, Jefferson’s arms were still around your waist.
“Ooh, everything looks good.” He says, looking at the assortment of muffins, cookies, and brownies.
“This is for you.” You say, handing him his hot chocolate.
“Thank you, honey.” Jefferson kisses your lips again.
You and Jefferson started to kiss passionately when you guys heard little footsteps coming into the kitchen.
“Gross! Don’t do that neck to my treats!” Grace shouts, making you two laugh.
“Sorry.” You and Jefferson apologized.
“Muffin please.” She says politely.
You grabbed a plate from the cabinet and put a muffin on it, handing it to Grace.
“Eat it at the table.” You tell her.
Grace nodded and made her way to the table.
“Looks like you two had an amazing day.” Jefferson says, kissing your cheek.
“We did. You should come with us next weekend.” You say.
“Sounds like a plan.” He says, kissing your lips.
“What did I say about kissing next to the treats?!” Grace shouts from the table making you two laugh again.

Jefferson helping his very pregnant wife bake even though he knows she should be resting, she doesn’t want to sit around doing nothing 👀
i absolutely adore stubborn wife and anxiety and worry ridden jefferson. this trope is just adorable. you are doing the absolute most by suggesting this. thank you for your genius brain cells💗💗
-
“Sit.”
“I’m not a dog, Jefferson,” Y/N didn’t even bother to look at him, continuing to grab at the jar of sea salt that sat in the top cabinet. Her swollen feet nearly threw her off balance with the marble kitchen counter she stood on, but she was nothing if not a determined woman. Every Sunday morning she’d make sweet treats, a little tradition of hers to visit the market later in the early day and her dear friend Emma to test taste honeys and give out sweet cinnamon donuts to the town children who ran amuck. Jefferson joined her occasionally, but usually she shooed him off because he either complained about the freezing Maine weather or he scared the kids with his less than warm greetings and grumpy demeanor. He truly was a menace to the children of Storybrooke. “I can get it if I just had a little more height on this counter, I can feel it just near my fingers.”
How could she not see the dangers in doing this? When he’d married her he had known that she was a wild, free, yet stubborn soul, and that was what he loved about her. But at six months pregnant she was already having trouble breathing after going up the staircase in their own house and his back massages every night were due to both his obedience to his heavily pregnant wife and to the fact that she had too much energy bottled up in her tired body. She didn’t know when to rest.
“Y/N, darling, please sit.” She continued to ignore him. “Y/N.” Silence except for her small grunts as she reached for the ingredient. “Bunny.” She muttered a curse under his breath and Jefferson found that he was let with no choice. “That’s it, your fun’s over.”
On tall, sweatpant-covered legs, he stalked over to where she balanced precariously on the counter and swung an arm under her knees and the other waiting for her back to fall into. She landed softly with a squeal and groan, immediately complaining. “I was right there, I can get it myself.”
“But you don’t have to, Y/N” he set her to a sitting position on the counter, so he could look her in the eye. Even pouting and angry she glowed, with her sage green smock dress trimmed with crocheted lace pulled over her swollen stomach, keeping home to their baby girl until she was ready to pop out. Which is why it pained him to let his beautiful wife down, but he needed more than anything to ensure their health.
“I know that it’s fruturating you can’t do things anymore,” he held her gently, rubbing the smallest of circles against her growing belly, “but that’s why I’m here, bunny. ‘M gonna take care of everything just alright. I will go into town myself and give the donuts to the damn kids and I’ll be nice if that’s what you want. Just need to make sure that I keep you and our little baby safe, alright?”
Y/N leaned her arm forward so she could poke at his cheeks, still flushed from a good sleep the night before. “Alright, my dear Hatter. But if you’re going to go into town that means you have to help me bake and you must deliver some donuts to Granny’s.”
“The old bat thinks I’m insane,” he grumbled as his wife played with his fluffy, mussed chestnut hair.
“May I remind you that that ‘old bat’ still has our Grace staying over since you needed me so badly to yourself this weekend.”
“I forgot about that.” He sighed, moving away from his wife to reach up and stand on the counter himself to grab the salt. “Damn it.”
She laughed at him and he shrugged it off with a few quick-witted comments, but they both knew he’d do anything for her. And the baby, of course.

As Peter and Y/n walked up through the rounded driveway, up to the front door. Standing there was nerve racking to both for different reasons. Despite the nerves Y/n took a deep breath and knocked on the front door.
“Dad” Y/n practically whimpered at the sight of her dad, for the first time in what felt like forever.
“Y/n” Jefferson said stunned. He couldn’t believe his eye’s. Afraid tht this was another cruel joke from Regina like remembering, he had to ask to be sure. “Is it really you?”
Y/n’s face broke out into pure happiness as she nodded. “Yeah. Yes, Daddy. Its really me.”
Jefferson reached forward pulling his daughter into his arms as he stepped out on to his front porch. “H-How? Why? But, h-how?”
She let out a happy laugh, wrapping her arms around her father. Holding him just as tight as he’s holding her. “That’s a long story, Daddy. But I’m back now. I’m here to stay. And I’ll explain it all with time. I promise.”
Peter watched the father and daughter reconnect. It was obvious to Pan that the man before him truly missed his lost girl. Their lost girl I guess you could say. That is a fact that Peter knew comforted Y/n. That her dad obviously really missed her. And now she’s not lost anymore.
After awhile Y/n let go of her tight embrace around her father, on turned to Peter with a smile. Still in her fathers arms. “Thank you, again Peter.”
“Love, you can stop thanking me.” Peter smirked, teasing her with a raised eyebrow.
“Well I’m gonna thank you. For anything and everything you’ve done for my daughter. An thank you for bringing her to me.” Jefferson cut in. Peter could tell how grateful the man was by the look he was betraying in his eyes. Peter gave him a small nodd in acknowledgment of his gratitude.
“I wanted to do this for her, and Peter Pan Never Fails.” Peter switched the focus of his eyes from her father  back to his lost girl when he spoke the end of his statement.
Y/n smirked at him shaking her head side to side in amusement. “No, no he doesn’t.”
Peter smiled, teeth showing and all. He took a few steps towards her and placed a kiss on her cheek, leaning down a bit to do so. “Bye, Love.”
With those words Peter gave her one last smile before turning and walking away from the mansion that would now be where his lost girl would be calling home. Before he could get to far away Y/n yelled out. “Hey Peter!” Pan turned around to acknowledge her. Wondering what she might be stopping him for. “I expect for you to come visit.” Y/n smiled at him giving him a knowing look.
Peter nodded, looking down letting out a puff of breath at the obvious reasons as to why she told him that. It was reassuring all the same. “I will, Love. You’ll have to come back and visit as well. We’ll all miss you.”
“Count on it.” She promised
~
The End....
* Should I write a oneshot or a couple of them to belong to this series about the reader settling into StoryBrooke? Or going back to visit Neverland? Or Peter maybe some of the lost boys coming to visit the ready?

Pairings: Jefferson Hatter x Reader
Warnings: Ummm... Angst, Fluff... I think that’s it? Oh, and some swearing. :)
Summary: When everyone is stuck in Storybrooke, you become Grace’s mother. But when the curse breaks, who knows if you will be able to see the girl you had grown to love (and her handsome father) again.
A/N: Sorry, I suck at summaries, but enjoy! This is like my oldest WIP, so I’m proud! 😅☺️
************************************************************************
Locking the door of the café, you smoothed down your uniform before fishing your keys out from the bottom of your bag. It was nearing the end of September, not cold enough that you had brought a jacket with you, but cold enough that you had wished you would have at least brought a sweater or something. Head down, focusing on finding the damn keys, you didn’t realise you had walked straight into someone, until you felt the impact.
It felt like walking into a wall. Your head snapped up and you stumbled backwards, about to hit the ground if it weren’t for the pair of strong arms wrapping around your waist and catching you just in the nick of time.
“Shit! I’m so sorry! I wasn’t looking. Are you okay?” You frantically uttered apologies as soon as your feet were steady on the ground.
“I’m okay, sweets, don’t worry yourself about it.”
You became slightly flustered at the pet name, but quickly brushed it off, thinking about how he said it so casually.
“If you’re sure.” You gave him a small smile before continuing. “I would stick around but I’ve got to get back to my daughter, sorry.”
You turned and started slightly jogging back to your car when you heard The Mystery Man call out.
“At least tell me your name, sweetheart!”
“It’s Y/N!” You called over your shoulder as you made your way down the street.
......
“Paige? Sam?”
You steeped into your house calling out your daughter and her babysitter’s name.
“I’m here, mama!”
A smile lit your face as you saw Paige run towards you. You embraced her in a large hug before turning to Sam.
“Hey, thank, and sorry I was late. How much do I owe you?”
“Oh, honey, don’t worry about it, you know how much I love staying with Paige.” She waved your hand away as you reached for your wallet.
Sam was and elderly lady who lived a couple houses down the street. She was always kind to you and your daughter, and refused your money most of the time.
You bit down on your lip, anxiously, before checking with her again.
“Sam, are you sure? I mean, I was late today and I’m pretty sure you have better things to do.”
“Oh, nonsense, dear, now put that money away before I make you.” Her threat was playful and non-existent, but it still made you comply.
“I’ll see you next week, dear... goodbye Paige!” Sam called out, and, after hearing your daughter’s reply, she headed out the door while you thanked her, yet again.
You made your way to you daughter, who was in the living room, reading. You plopped down on the sofa next to her and pulled her close to you as she snuggled into your chest.
“What’cha reading?”
“Just a book, mama.”
“Mhm. Have you eaten?”
“Yep! Sam made pasta.” She replied before going back to her book.
You watched as she furrowed her brows. The book looked complexed for her age but she seemed to be enjoying it nonetheless. You smiled and kissed the top of her head before heading to your room and changing into more comfortable clothes.
Your mind drifted back to the handsome stranger and you hoped you would see him again. Hopefully, many times.
You returned to find Paige dozed of, tiny snores erupting from her form. You smiled, and picked her up, carrying her into her room. You gently placed her hon the bed and covered her with the duvet. You kissed her forehead before heading out of the door and into your bedroom.
After the long day you had had, the moment your head hit the pillow, you were out like a light.
......
The next day started like any other. You woke up and freshened up before waking up Paige. As she got ready, you made breakfast. The two of you sat down to eat when a sudden feeling of uneasiness came over you. Then again, but stronger. And it all became clear.
Your life before Storybrooke flooded your brain, vivid images of forests and castles and…
You looked up and met Paige’s eyes. You didn’t know her before Storybrooke so you didn’t know her real name. She looked as shocked as you were, perhaps even more so. She probably had a life, with a family. She was the closest thing you had had, having no real family in Misthaven.
“What’s you name, honey.” You asked her tentatively. Although she was no longer your child, you still cared for her deeply and the thought of leaving her broke your heart.
“Grace.” She replied in a quiet voice.
“What a beautiful name.” You smiled and she returned a small one.
“Do you have any family, darling.”
She nodded.
“My papa.”
“Do you remember what he looked like?”
“Yes. He was tall, he had blue eyes, like mine and longish light brown hair. We lived in the forest.”
You nodded along, deep in thought. You weren’t sure you knew anyone who fit that description.
“Shall we go look for him?”
You reached for her hand and you led her outside.
Understandably, there was chaos. People ran back and forth, shouting the names of their loved ones.
You and Grace looked for her father for the whole day but there was no luck.
……
The next few days were the same, although a little calmer with some sense of normalcy. Grace continued to stay with you as the search for her father continued.
After a week or so, the two of you grew worried. You managed to constantly reassure the young girl but you couldn’t help feeling anxious all the time.
You held Grace’s hand as you crossed the street, heading towards her school. You hugged the girl you had grown to love before kissing the top of her forehead. You let go and started to walk back before you heard hurried footsteps. You abruptly turned to see Grace running towards her father, shouting out. Your heart sank. You knew this was inevitable but it still didn’t prepare you for the real thing.
You were about to head back, when you saw the pair walking towards you. You stayed rooted with furrowed brows as they came closer. Only then, you got to see who the man was.
The Mystery Man from the café.
Your brows furrowed and your jaw dropped slightly. You would never have guessed he was a father.
As they approached you, you put on a smile and extended your hand towards the man.
“Y/N, right?”
Your smile became genuine as you heard he remembered your name.
“Yes. It is. But I do t think I caught yours?”
“Jefferson.”
He shook your hand as you tested out his name, liking the way it rolled off your tongue.
“I just wanted to say thank you. For looking after Grace all this time. I don’t think I can thank you enough.” He chuckled.
“It was no worries. She is the sweetest child. You’re lucky.”
“That I am.” He gazed lovingly at his daughter before turning back to you.
“Um, I was just wondering if you were free, if you’d like to join us for dinner, tomorrow maybe. Take is as my way of thanking you.”
“Oh! Like I said, it was no worry at all. You don’t have to do anything.”
“Please. I insist.” His voice was firm and it sent a shiver down your spine.
“Well, if you insist.”
“Perfect! Does 7 work?”
“7 is perfectly fine.”
“Great! I’ll see you then, sweetheart.” He gave a subtle wink which made your heart skip a beat.
As you both turned your separate ways you couldn’t help having a giddy smile show up on your flustered face. You got to see the girl who you had grown to love as well as her handsome father again.
Win-win.

I love Jefferson so much! I probably haven’t got the timeline correct but oh well. Thank you for reading!

Mr. Loverman | Jefferson/Mad Hatter x reader | pt 1
Picture this since before the curse you and Jefferson have been best friends, your character is the chesiare cat but a witch version ( NOT A FURY 💀) . This is staged during season one during the time of the curse, your memory is erased but he still remembers you. ( Also Jefferson doesn’t have a daughter in this!!!)
Tumblr media
“I don’t get it, how could Mary Margret escape her jail so easily? And why did she ?”
“I don’t know Emma Storybook seems to have a lot of chaos and unanswered questions lately, like a book with a bad ending .” Emma stares for a quick second before bringing her attention back to the road.”
“You’re right, Storybook has been chaotic lately along with a ton of unanswered questions.” We share a smile, Emma quickly looks back to the road and so do I. Right at that moment we see a man in the middle of the road.
“Shit!” Emma yells while pulling the car to the side of the road, there was no damage to the car but to the man there was.
“I’ll go check if he’s ok!” I run out the car and meet the eyes of the man.
“Are you okay?” I ask the man, he seems off put them but then again he’s limping.
“I think so.”
“You sure?”
“I’m fine, nice to share the road with cars so late.” He seems to stand tall even though he’s limping, I look back at Emma, she currently is walking out of her car towards us. I turn my head back towards the man who I think was smirking at me a second ago.
“What brings you out here in the middle of the night?” The question brings me off guard, I don’t met a bunch of strangers who start a normal conversation after they were almost hit by a car.
“I’m looking for a dog.” I don’t mean to call Margret an insult but I usually call people by an animal based of their personality, well in a way it’s not an insult more kind’ve like a compliment?
“Well I hope you find your dog.” He manages a chuckle which confuses me, why would he find it funny well actually I get it.
“Thank you.” I give him a light smile, he smiles back and looks me up and down with a slightly bigger smile.
“Are you sure your okay, your limping?”
“I may have twisted my ankle a bit, but I’ll live!” He laughs and I let out a small laugh with him, his eyes follow mine like a secret admirer.
“I am so sorry, I didn’t see you there!” Emma pops runs up to us, and I catch a glimpse of disappointment in his eyes as soon as Emma comes but I may be seeing things.
“I’m fine, really I’m fine.” Emma then brings up his limping leg and suggests to bring him a ride.
“I Can walk perfectly, just a little twisted, you know my house Is down the road on Mcqill. It’s kinda a quick walk.” I raise my eyebrows at his comment and smile a quick smirk while my eyes are stuck on his.
“Kind of a quick walk?” I smirk and let out a small laugh, I end up convincing him to let Emma drive him home.
.
We arrive at his house, I gotta admit is seems luxurious. He walks up to the door but he stops in the way to turn to me.
“You know I never got your name even though you saved me from a painful walk.” He smiles and has a small laugh.
“Y/n, my name is Y/n!”
“Nice to meet you Y/n, my name’s Jefferson.”He shakes my hand, his grip is tight for a bit before he slowly lets go of my hand.
“Nice to meet you too Jefferson!”
“You know I have some warm tea inside, do you both wanna come inside and have some?”
I look at Emma who still stands beside the car waiting for me, she shakes her head no in which Jefferson gives me a frown.
“I insist.”
“Yea, I would love to have some tea with you.” My voice a hint of nervousness in which he gestures me to follow him, I look back at Emma who follows behind.
.
I’m closer to Jefferson than Emma, I sit next to Emma while we both sip our tea. Jefferson walks up with a map.
“I’m a bit of an amateur cartographer, mapping the area is a hobby.” He opens the map widely and I eye it in awe, he must’ve noticed because he smirked in satisfaction.
“Maybe this will help you track down your dog, what’s his name?”
“Spot!”
“Cute.” As I look at the map I can feel his eyes on me, he brings up his hand to my hair but lowers it out of self control.
“Well, Route 6 runs the boundary of the forest. So, if we just follow that we should be able to…” I look to Emma and she seems out of it, like she’s about to pass out.
“Emma, you okay?”
“Something wrong?” Jefferson’s question follows behind mine.
“I’m just feeling a little… dizzy” I hold onto Emma making sure she falls onto to the couch and not the floor.
“Let me help you, we both hold onto Emma helping her lay on the couch, I stay by her side holding her tight.
“Your limp?” Emma points out and I look in her direction, he stops in his tracks and meets my eyes. I suddenly feel a slight of dizziness take over and I fall on the floor, Emma passes out and soon Jefferson is by my side.
“Did you….drug us?” He holds on to me tight and carries me upstairs, when he finally settles me down on a bed upstairs. At this point I’m close to passing out, he lays besides me while strolling his fingers through my hair.
“Who are you?”
“You don’t remember me now but soon you will, I’ll make Emma fix this and soon you’ll be in my arms again kitty.” I shoot him a confused look before passing out with is touch.
“Sleep well my love.”

Dreams Come Alive
Summary: you wake up from a coma....
Warnings: dark themes, mentions of a coma, fright, angst, fluff if you squint hard enough
Pairing: Jefferson (ouat) x gender neutral reader
You flinch audibly as the door creaks open. You can’t shout out in fear. You can only whimper as the large metallic door creaks open to reveal the deranged monster that’s come to do his way with you one more time. You’d lost count of the assaults you suffered. You’d lost count of the number of creatures who had tortured you. There wasn’t a second of your consciousness that you weren’t praying to whatever deity rested above to give you a break from this hell.
But as the door banged against the wall behind it, there stood a man wearing a white collared shirt with matching pants and shoes. God? You thought as the man crept closer to you, his stare never wavering from your beaten and bloodied body.
“Y/N,” the man smiled softly as he approached your bed, palms resting along the guard rail that surrounded your bed. “We were beginning to think you’d never wake up, darling.” His voice sweet like sugar. It sent a chill up your spine.
“Hmm?” You hummed in a muffled frantic tone, your eyes growing wide in fear as the man walked around your bed to your window. He tugged at the string, allowing streams of sunlight to flow into the dark room. “Mmm mmm mm?” You struggled to speak as the man approached you again, his eyes full of tenderness. But you didn’t buy it. The creatures were after you! He had to be one of them!
“You fell into a coma twelve years ago.” His tone remained calm and civil. “Your parents had given up hope that you’d ever wake up after you were attacked. How are you feeling? You can speak, don’t be afraid; I came to check on you. You were thrashing around in your bed again. I can see why this is upsetting.”
“Huh?” You blinked and shook your head slightly, fully aware of the softness of the pillow beneath your head. The soft linens underneath your body suddenly felt warm. “Mm?”
“Take time to adjust,” The sudden reality of the heart monitor to your left caught your attention. You looked down at your body and started clawing at yourself before the man gently took your hands and placed them beside you on the bed. “You went on a camping trip twelve years ago with your parents. The campsite was attacked by a family of bears. You were mauled horribly before they could get you away safely. You lost a lot of blood and your organs went into shock. The men who rescued you wanted to put you out of your misery; your parents forbid it.”
You breathed in deeply as you noticed that you were safe. You weren’t in danger. Your life wasn’t in danger. You weren't being attacked by demons or monsters. You were in a hospital room. The sun was shining brightly through the window and the nice man standing beside you felt like warmth. “Your parents donated thousands of dollars to keep you alive. Do you want to speak to them or do you need to eat first? Do you need time to adjust? Tell me what you need.”
“Rest,” you mumbled, barely recognizing your own voice. “Tell me who you are.”
“ Doctor Jefferson Hatter,” he smiled, showing you his medical tag. “You don’t look a day older than myself. I’m glad I came to see you finally awake and talking. There have been false alarm throughout the years, however, this one is as true as day.”
