He is a tired university student who majors in biology and thrives to earn a position in the medical field
And that means becoming a coffee addict and endless nights of staying up late to study

I can see him being so focused on his studies to the point where he doesn't interact with the internet much

Due to how busy he is, he doesn't have the time to find a job
He lives off of the money his parents send him every month lol
That was until someone introduced him to the wonders of the internet…
One of his friends—Childe, told him something about a streaming platform and he should go check it out
And that night when he got home, he pulled his laptop out and searched for it
He also learnt that people can earn money streaming whatever
For instance, most of the people streams "let's plays"
He scrolled down a little and he found people streaming… questionable things, and he was baffled they get paid for it
So that means, he could stream anything he wants and he'd earn money from it, as long as he has a certain amount of viewers

And an account was made
This basically becomes his part-time job now
He usually streams to tutor struggling students and you best believe they were very thankful
He'll sometime do "study with me" streams too
As he takes his fifteen minutes breaks from studying, he'd talk to his viewers
And when I tell you this man has the driest humor ever—
That's what got his channel to grow
Viewers would clip his dry ass jokes and post them onto other social media platforms, which caused his view counts to blow up
As he got more and more popular, his viewers would beg him to do gaming streams
With how dry his humor is, they thought his commentary would be gold…
And they're absolutely correct, they get to see a different side of him too
Surgeon simulator is the very first game he was introduced to by his fans, to get him interested in gaming
Man's cursing every time when he accidentally drops something
"Now, we put this lung over— Shit."
Cue chat spamming the Kek emote
It's been months since he started to stream and things are going pretty well for him
He comes back home from his lectures today to find his Discord server is filled with loads of fans telling him to check a game out, mostly because of a certain character
The general chat is flooded with hundreds, and I mean hundreds of pictures of them
And Lo and Behold
It is you
The moment he first has his eyes on you, his jaw drops
God DAMN YOU LOOK FINE AS HELL

You’re probably under a lot of pressure with all submissions, so I just want to sing you some praise. I’ve always ignored the poll blog on tumblr up till now, because every one I came across was tournament style, or had polls that were surveys about us personally, which I’m not terribly interested in.
Your’s is the first I ever really enjoyed, because it’s all for fun and we can request polls. Do you know any other blogs with this format?
Thank you. I am enjoying this. It's just more work than I originally thought it would be. I personally, I'm not aware of any other blogs that do polls but not tournaments. If anyone does, do you want to put it in the comments please
Now I do wish there were more poll blogs that didn't take things too seriously and didn't do tournaments. I don't do them because this is supposed to be fun and I don't have the time to do bracketed tournaments. I knew they would be a lot more work than just making random polls based on requests.
Plus there's just more freedom so I can allow rematches at any time. So if you feel like your character was robbed or lost because of recency bias or a bad picture. You can request a rematch. You could even submit your own picture as long as it's not fanart if the photo was the problem in your opinion. Just make sure the first poll has ended.
You want to do cursed meme polls and watch the world burn in the tags? Go for it. I might be silently judging you though. But isn't that the reason you can make requests anonymously? I mean I've accidentally created a monster. So I don't think your cursed poll could be any worse.
So does anyone know of a similar poll blog that doesn't do tournaments. Leave it in the comments please

Little Update !
I updated my rules a little, because I felt like some things I consider important weren't clear / underlined enough. I also added some bolding and colours to the Rules page, to make the focal points stand out more.
It would be great if you gave the whole Google doc a read, but since I know that it's long and people are busy, here's a list of the main changes / additions:
Matching effort: I match the energy and the interest I receive. I always do my best to send in non-starter memes (OOC memes, HCs memes, etc.) when I see a mutual reblogging one. However, if the effort remains completely one-sided for weeks, I’ll stop engaging you outside the threads we have ongoing. The same goes for IC communication, plotting and carrying on a scene in threads. RPing is a two-way street, so I’d rather use my energy with people who prove to me that they want to and like interacting with me.
Drama & the likes: This blog is a drama-free space. I don’t reblog callout posts or the likes. If you do, please tag them accordingly so I can blacklist them. Same goes for vague-posting and negativity towards others. If I see you reblogging / posting this sort of thing regularly I won’t follow you / I’ll softblock you.
Also, if you think that bullying and sending death threats to people over the fictional content they engage in (no matter how “problematic” it might be) is right and just, DON’T follow or interact with me. Bullies are NOT welcome on this blog.
Interactions: I’d prefer if you were interested in at least two of my muses, to allow me to keep interacting with you even if I were to lose inspiration for one of the characters you have chosen.
Format: My default format is small text with icons and bolded dialogues. If anything about it bothers you, feel free to let me know and I’ll alter the formatting of our threads according to your needs.

Hey besties, as you have likely noticed-—I haven't really been active. Truth be told, I had a pretty bad depressive low followed by some really bad burn out that left me unable to do anything more than a few scattered short things here and there and even those took a lot of like energy to push myself to do. I've been in a very frustrated and restless place with my blog in the aftermath of this.
My drafts are stressing me out. Knowing that I owe shit and can't remember with who or where we were in the thread is stressing me out and kind of hindering any attempts at coming back and trying to be active again. Coupled with the typic Tumblr RPC thing of more or less having to rebuild your blog engagement from the ground up again after taking more than a few days off is very energy-consuming.
With that being said, I want to come back and be active and consistent again. I refuse to give up on this hobby and I love my little bastard man still. However, I think I'm going to have to make some significant changes going forward to make that happen.
DRAFTS.
Unless we have a multi-note and plotted thread going, assume they have been dropped. It's just too much to try and track everything down and remember where I was going with a lighter thread months ago or whatever when I was replying to it initially. It's making me freeze up and so nothing is getting done. Following this post, I'm going to be working on fully culling my drafts and likes of any threads I owe.
ASK MEMES.
I am going to be leaning on these heavily. Not much is changing here as this is my usual. I just will likely not be posting any more starter calls or attempting plotting calls or liking them. I'm going to be 99.9% ask meme interaction orientated. Any plotted or long form shit is going to be naturally pursued when I'm interested or have ideas instead of trying to force myself for the sake of it or because I feel expected to as I have in the past.
NEW THREADS.
Here is where I'm going to lose some of you. I'm going to be a burst RPer more than I have been in the past. That means I am going to be relying on shorter note interactions that may get dropped pretty quickly. I'm going to rely on no pressure threads that we can just mention and build off of in new interactions. A quick but gradual development through shorter lifespan threads, if you will. Sort of like climbing a lot of stairs to a certain point of development instead of trying to climb one giant mountain of a single heavy plotted thread at a time.
Does this mean I'm not going to do ANY plotted point A to point B threads? Nah. I'm just going to be very, very selective with them and I'm going to need both of us to be at the same level of passion, ig. Plotted shit and long term shit takes A LOT for me to keep going and so I need both of us to be 100% interested in the story and each other's characters, etc. I think, at this time, I only have 2-3 of those threads/storylines active.
NEW FOLLOWERS, NEW INTERACTIONS.
I'm not going to close myself off completely to following new people or taking on new followers...but I am done more or less screaming at walls or low key begging people to stop being anxious or intimidated and interact with me. I'm mega anxious myself but I do the bare minimum of being the first to send a meme, to like interaction calls, etc. If I am doing this and being the one to make the first step and I still don't receive any sort of energy returned...I'm dipping. I don't have the time or patience anymore to play chicken with people or to coax them into threading with me and I've caused myself plenty of issues in the past by trying to stick it out in the hopes things change.
IN SUMMARY
I know this portrays me as that dreaded flake RPer who starts shit and never finishes anything. I am hoping dearly that building off these unfinished threads will compensate for that lack of long form threading. I am aware this is going to not track with some of you as it's not an RPing format that is compatible with everyone and I accept that and I totally get it if some of you stop reaching out or unfollow or whatever. However, I'm going to be doing what I need to do in order to actually BE here. I'd rather be a tad bit of a flake but still get something done and enjoy this hobby somewhat instead of just sitting here frozen and getting nothing done because I don't want to be seen as a flake or dissuade people from interacting with me further.

BEST TIME TO WRITE : i find it impossible to write before and after work, i don't even try anymore. if i don't have at least one day out of the week where much of what i do in that day is writing i am unwell. if i start mid-morning i tend to find i can get more done.

We don't have to write anything that makes you uncomfortable (!!!exclamation mark!!111!), but they might come up.

I prefer to keep it simple when it comes to formatting. It looks cool, but reading paragraph after paragraph of double spaced text hurts my eyes.
I'm a big fan of making my muses suffer :D I love angst and exploring dark, gritty plots. If you have any triggers, let me know before jumping into a RP with me, aka the angst queen, so we're all on the same page.
My ADHD often influences my activity. Sometimes I'll reply super fast, sometimes it takes me ages, and sometimes I can only focus on specific threads / muses.

Mun =/= Muse, I obviously don't condone any of Lorroakan's bs IRL. He isn't a nice person. He is a toxic, abusive piece of work. While I will absolutely respect your boundaries OOC (if you talk to me beforehand about them, pretty please with a cherry on top), I won't tone him down on main. If that's not your cup of tea, block buttons exist. Use them.
Please don't soft-block me, I have the memory of a soggy pickle. Hard-block.
Protecting your online space is a mature thing to do, and I promise I'll 100% support that. No questions asked, no hard feelings. We're all here to have a good time.
IV. SHIPPING / RELATIONSHIPS
Speaking of having a good time: We're sex-positive and kink-friendly in this house. I enjoy a raunchy smut-driven RP as much as the next depraved soul, but I won't write smut on the dash. The steamy stuff will be moved to discord or IMs.
This blog is multiship, male lean. Matter of fact, I love to ship, so if that's something you'd like to do, slide into my inbox. Fair warning; Lorroakan isn't particularly interested in romance or sex, and he's a prick. Ships will most likely be toxic / one-sided (with the potential to develop into something wholesome over time!).

I usually don't do romantic pre-established relationships (some exceptions may be made for "what if" scenarios, or if I know the mun), but what if your muse was Lorroakan's childhood bestie? GENERAL
Lorroakan is in his early-mid 30s, fairly young considering his achievements (mostly obtained through deceitful methods).
He presents himself as the great archmage of Baldur's Gate, but while he is a compentent wizard and keen enchanter, he is nowhere near as powerful as he claims to be.
Lorroakan laid claim to Ramazith Tower after its previous owner mysteriously disappearend, and he refuses to share the knowledge it holds (at least for free).
He is originally from Athkatla, one of the wealthiest cities in Faerun, but he grew up in the shadows of its splendor. His family (mother, father, two sisters, four brothers) could barely make ends meet, but Lorroakan has always been ambitious and harbored dreams of one day being just as wealthy and powerful as the elite of the Gem District. The practice or use of arcane magic is explicitly illegal within the city of Athkatla, but that didn't stop him; he practiced in secret whenever he could get his hands on a spellbook.
PERSONALITY IN A NUTSHELL . . . as interpreted by the mun ;
Ambitious, diligent, intelligent, clever, creative ; selfish, arrogant, manipulative, power-hungry, petty, vain.
He has a superiority complex ; he is vain, has an overly high opinion of himself, makes boastful claims that aren't backed up by reality, has a habit of putting down those who outshine him. In truth, behind his inflated ego, he is insecure and has low self-esteem. Not that he'd ever admit that. In fact, he wouldn't even admit it to himself.
(The way I see it) Lorroakan isn't a straight up villain. However, his ambitions and narcissistic nature drive him to commit morally questionable, and at times, outright despicable acts.

important uncle nina announcement
hello dear friends and earth angels. i have gone back and forth, done a lot of thinking on the matter and for the time being, it is with a very, very, very heavy and love-filled heart that i have decided to put peppermint on hiatus. <3
i'll go into more detail under the cut.
***at the bottom of the post, i created a sparknotes version if you don't want to read all that <3
in the beginning, i was writing peppermint to have fun and it was all i wanted to do with my free time because it was my nice little hobby. i did not feel any immense pressures around it and it was a very relaxing and cathartic experience for me. i was very empowered by all the kind and wonderful comments i got, but instead of taking my time, i felt like in order to keep you all interested and happy, i should put chapters out as fast as i can and not have you wait which...very quickly spelled disaster for me.
my summer disappeared. i cannot recall some of the days because i spent them forcing myself to write. my hot girl summer became a rot girl summer and it was the worst depression episode i have ever had. i self isolated from my friends, my family, i holed up writing. i was getting devoured by peppermint. my irl suffered because i was trying to stay 'on schedule' or mass produce my fanfic. :(
peppermint also fell into mild popularity a couple chapters ago and i was very excited because i had never had something i'd written get this much attention before, so i made all these social medias, tried to be the people's peppermint princess, be exciting and cool and flashy and was spinning in so many directions at once...
and at some point it all started to be too much for me.
this fanfic was no longer a funfic. it was something that i was struggling to write but trying to write to keep everyone happy. this is not to say i don't love peppermint i just need space from it. it just...takes a lot out of me because of the formatting and length...i found out i'd written about 170k....plus formatting and my friend told me that i had written the length of two full novels. without much break. which is kind of scary, no? impressive but also damaging.
so i am putting peppermint on hiatus.
i've decided not to force myself to write it. i will write it when i feel good and inspired, be that paragraphs or one line, two words. be in in two days or two months. peppermint will come out...whenever it does. no announcement. but for now please don't expect it from me.
i am thankful to have such a kind and loving fanbase for my fic and i have not experienced any cruelty but please please please do not badger me for pep or details about pep. please don't ask me when it's coming back, when it will be updated because i do not know and i don't want to write it under these conditions. i love pep but i can't write it right now in good conscious.
i know i left you all on a difficult cliffhanger, so you are welcome to ask me about 14 individually and if you don't mind spoilers i can tell you as little as a small detail to the whole chapter if it will ease your mind. i also would not mind telling you everything i'd planned to write in my fanfic. i honestly want to talk about it so much. just please treat me like a normal person and don't shake the fishbowl please.
because i still love it very much however, i will still try to answer ask memes, headcanons, one shots, questions for me, on this tumblr. send anything you want! all is very valued and appreciated by me, especially love and kind words at this time. i also think i may be 86ing the twitter...all the social medias, the tiktok, this tumblr, discord...it was waaaaay too overwhelming. so for now. you can message me here, on ao3 and i will take an occasional discord message.
even as pep is on hiatus...i will still be writing possibly. i started a crimson dawn au fanfic called rem(ember) on ao3. it's not going to be everyone's cup of tea and it certainly isn't peppermint, but i am very passionate about it. it is the fanfic that i was going to release if i didn't release peppermint -- i just didn't have the courage.
( also i am not replacing peppermint with it, writing rm is just helping me heal my relationship with writing, curing my writers block and providing me with a lot of the joy i lost towards the end of pep. i am writing it for me. and that feels empowering. )
i'm not sure how regularly that will update either, but chapter 2 will be out soon because i have 75% written and i am excited about it.
you do not have to read that fanfic if you don't want to! like i said, i am just having fun writing something gritty and fresh and raw and weird and starting over. i'm learning to let myself do what i want to do instead of what i feel other people want me to. and this...is what i feel like i want to do right now. i'm sorry if it's not the news you wanted, but i had to be authentic to myself.

Bold fashion, Luciel's startlingly bright hair, and energetic personalities when combined - the two of you were impossible to miss whenever you cruised by in one of Seven's sports cars. To those in your circles, you were - well, you were still all those things. But you were also known to be considerate, knowledgeable, and highly creative. Out of all the members, it was often the two of you who were able to most consistently produce innovative solutions to problems that came up.
The love between the two of you already proved itself once - and Luciel couldn't wait to see what would come next in your shared story.

His words and over-the-top lovey-dovey comments are still always sincere - he resonates with your works, and if you ever steal the headphones off his shoulders, don't be surprised to hear your music echoing back at you.
What with your humor and Seven's memeing, there is never a dull moment in the RFA chat. Even after Luciel tones it down later on, you two will always be a source of lively energy, especially when you're both together. You're able to bounce off one another's quips almost instantly, like it's second nature. You're also both very intelligent and knowledgeable. Yoosung will always come to you first, though, for help with subjects you know well; it's up to you whether you decide to help him, or do a little trolling.
Seven is delighted to find someone with as many varied interests as him; he will always take you up on an offer to join you in an activity you enjoy. He may be good at it, or he may absolutely suck at it - but he'll always give it a try and have fun with the process! Sometimes he'll pretend he's bad at something, too, like when he pretended not to know how to skateboard - but you see right through the act, because of how he handles himself in the small details. Later on, your more artistic pursuits will be intriguing for Saeran to hear about and see in action. Any and all of your date ideas are fine by Luciel. In fact, why not do multiple in a day? (He's a bit hesitant to leave Saeran alone, but as long as your most trusted maid is at home to babysit, he's down for anything and everything.) Expect many handmade gimmicks and knick-knacks from Saeyoung. Like the robo-cat, his gifts have dual purposes beyond just appearance, though sometimes while on a date, he'll sneak something simple home, like a flower you stared at for too long (yes, plucked straight from the neighbor's garden as is, he's a menace like that) or a keychain from your favorite anime. Enjoy these gifts - they are all given sincerely and with love!
When you give him a drawing for the first time, Seven is just... floored. What did he do to deserve something so precious and intimate? It will be his most treasured item, even long after you've settled into life together. He will take in every little detail, every sketched line or color, and his heart will never fail to skip a little faster than normal. This is, after all, the fruit of conscious effort and labor by you made with him in mind. It's proof that you think about him. It's proof you care. That's more than enough for him, yet you choose to share even more - and my, how it makes him realize how impossibly lucky he is.
It was love at first sight for Seven. The moment he saw you on that camera, he was gone. Your fashion, your looks, the way you carry yourself... He wasn't lying about the 2.35 seconds - he couldn't look away. And of course, over the time you spent on the messenger app and in person, he only fell deeper for you as he got to know your personality and soul. In the BG i've been working on SEN ranchers, a big dogs fic, and SEN docsuma! I published a total of 81,043 words ! what the hell. girl. um.
If i were to actually tally the amount i wrote this year it would probably be a good 30k more, since I have so much I wrote for just me, or just friends, or that isn't up to my publishing standard, or I can't post until later—all that stuff. Sometimes you write gift fics yk! fun stuff <33
