i could go crazy with the star wars g/t but i'll keep it modest for your sake BUT! kanan is sooo underrated because i feel like he would just be so quiet and reserved. he's already very unorthodox as a Jedi but he has his moments where he's actually super wise and thoughtful and yes he can be a lot at times but he's probably the calmest presence on that ship if we're being completely real. but if he caught a tiny he'd let them go and let them come at their own pace. he's just so gentle that one day while he's meditating the tiny approaches him of their own volition

no you're right because he's SO interesting. a tiny would be in awe at how reserved he is, like they've never seen a human like that before. he's one of the only people where it's actually in-character for him to let a tiny go after discovering them. it would make the tiny SUPER curious and they'd have this desire to want to get to know him, which doesnt exist with any other human. kanan giving them space would almost be misinterpreted as disgust or indifference to their presence and they'd think he hates them for some reason. and when the tiny finally works up the courage to go up to him he's just so calm, like "no i dont hate you" and is totally cool with explaining meditation to them. UGH he's so INTERESTING

sometimes I think about that guy on amazon who reviewed pride and prejudice and did an entire angry, weirdly math focused rant about how awful darcy is and then ends it all with "I could carve a better man out of a banana"

For the bats, it didn't start with a boy. It didn't start with a scared, bruised, and bloody boy seeking their help on patrol. It didn't start with bumping randomly into a clone of one or the other Wayne boy on the street.

It started slowly, after an Arkahm outbreak.

Some rogues didn't turn up even after a while.

Twoface, Clayface.

The Bats hoped, Hoped they were taking a break and not planning something together.

Other people turned Up. Men and women in white suits. They seemed to be looking for something. Or someone.

Then other rogues vanished.

Killer Croc, Mr. Freeze.

It came to a head when Red Hood witnessed Riddler being kidnapped by the Guys in White.

He was actually in a fight with Scarecrow at that moment as a Lazarus green beam shot out of an ally a block away. A second later he heard Riddler's pained cry and saw the man flying out of the ally and onto the street. His side was smoldering, clearly having been hit by the beam and Riddler had a little trouble getting to his feet. Unfortunately for him, two men in white used the moment to stun him with a Taser, put him in a collar that was also attached to handcuffs, and shoved him into a white van that followed the men out of the ally.

Hood didn't quite believe what he just saw. He questioned the filter of his helmet when Scarecrow offered his help on fighting the people in White.
