please enjoy my analysis of these two's dynamic bc i can't stop thinking about them.
bonus w/ their actual in-depth feelings on their dramatic ass divorce :
i also feel like i should clarify what i mean by "florian's main goal." in mjverse, (aka my interpretations of the game's universe,) florian & juliana are siblings and essentially act as co-protagonists. while juliana is the more talented battler of the two and ends up serving as the main protagonist of the victory road & starfall street storylines because of that, florian wants to become a pokémon professor so he focuses on helping out arven in the path of legends storyline while filling out the pokédex. the only reason why he's a competent trainer is so that he doesn't get completely bodied by wild pokémon in the midst of doing field research. and yes, knowing that probably ends up making kieran's complex about his own skills as a trainer even worse.

It's official. I have finished The Sunshine Court. I have so many things to say and yet have no idea what to possibly say. It was perfect. It was absolutely perfect and heartbreaking and gut wrenching and an insane emotional roller coaster and everything i could possibly have asked for from Nora. Like she really truly delivered and i'm so fucking INSANELY grateful she has shared this story with us after all these years. We do not deserve her.

Alabasta Ace is so funny.
Like the strawhats keep commenting that Ace is so polite and restrained compared to Luffy but like. This dude drags himself out of the ocean just to thank them for looking after his brother and offer to help wash dishes. Mans asks "Are these guys bothering you?" and proceeds to blow up an entire fleet with his bare hands. He trips over himself to make sure all of Luffy's crew likes him and no, really, you don't mind that he's a weirdo???? That we, I mean he, are feral little insane guys who take up space and emotional labor and are kind hard to handle? Really???? Cool cool cool hey just a reminder I can help out with anything that needs doing. I got lost in the desert but donnut worry in the 0.6 seconds since you last saw me I have somehow acquired water and provisions for several weeks. Don't ask me how!
Peak oldest sibling behavior.

I want. Four to get appreciation. Because
Four gave a ton of unnoticed help when Twilight was injured
The fight with Wild was difficult, and I know we're all concerned about his negative view of the shadow crystal
But Four did something that no one else really thought of to help- He took care of Twi's stuff
From the beginning he told Twilight to not worry about them
So Four took care of pretty much everything but the others (that Sky and Wars handled)
He took care of Epona
Which is so very important- he took care of Twilight's horse. After her arrival at the stable Four followed up on her
And for Epona, a horse so attached to her human, having some company can help so much for reassurance
He took care of Twilight's stuff
He got Twi's shield- his bags and equipment, and organized it into one place
And he was worried. He obviously found the shadow crystal while handling Twi's stuff, but his negative reactions to it were out of concern.
Also- because of his placement in this scene
I'm fairly convinced Four was ready to start cooking before Wild showed up (since he's beside the counter with food supplies). At the very least he had the basket of fruit out for everyone -but he was literally standing with food behind him- he thought of everything
And he did housekeeping!
Wars payed for the inn, so Four took care of the inn
Realistically these boys were probably not too concerned with tidyness. Four got all of Twi's things on one table, and took care of the room they stayed in
Organizing tables and Twi's things, having food supplies ready, and opening the curtains- overall he was the one tidying up the inn
Four helped in a huge way! He took care of Twi's horse (Epona is so important), his equipment and shield and bag, as well as the other rooms in the inn
Four filled in all the little tasks that others didn't think of. He helped in ways that were needed, but not obvious
There's a lot of problems with the shadow crystal and with Wild, and I don't know what's gonna happen in the future
But don't forget this- don't forget that Four was one who stepped up in an almost unnoticeable way
Don't forget that when everyone was barely holding it together, Four visited Twilight's horse and took care of his things
No matter what develops in the future- this amount of care shown is important ya know?

💀Mac stealing candy while also traumatizing children and causing heart attacks for s**** and giggles, while over here Wukong is in the front of every door, pushing and shoving any kid in his way leaving a trail of crying screaming children while trying to charm the house owner to give him more than one king size candy bars from each and every house.👻🎃💕🍫
🍭They are both the worst trick or treaters out there an MK has to supervise them from now on😠
Also here's a good scenario I came up with all drawing them.
what if the whole gang goes out for Halloween shopping picking out costumes or material for their costumes and macaque pics of ghosts / zombie/ anything that reminds you of the Dead. Mac's costume upsets monkey King to the point he tries to ignore or tries to bully him into a better costume anything that doesn't remind him that he's actually half dead or maybe out of guilt / fear he just doesn't want to see him macaque in that horrific way again.

how do you clone a fey? that's trick question; and fey love those!
@the-navistar-carol (<333) brought up a good point while I was talking about my changeling danny au with her -- Dani! How would she exist in this au? Danny's a changeling - a fae. How would Dani, a clone of him, be created? How do you make a fey? Not through any means that Vlad is doing; you can't make a fey through unnatural means, considering the Fair Folk are nature. And Vlad's not a fey himself -- he's a halfa, even if he could make a fey, it's not in his best interest too. He's a powerful ghost, but even the weakest fae can overpower the strongest ghost. He won't want a clone of Daniel to be more powerful than him.
(In a three tier hierarchy it goes Ancients -> Fae/Mythos -> Ghosts. They all live in the Infinite Realms, but on different Planes. The fae live above the Ghost Zone in the Fey Wild, while the Mythos live beside the Wilds or down in the ghost zone depending on where they are. Places like the Frozone, the Athens Acropolis, and other such large islands climb throughout all three Planes.)
(While Ghosts can travel into the Fey Wild, its generally advised against as the ectoplasm tends to manifest differently there due to close contact magic. It can make it rather disorientating for a ghost, and as human spirits, the Fae living there would jump them faster than they could blink. So unless you're willing to play mind games with 'steal thy name eat thy face' fae, most ghosts keep out of the way of the Wilds. Fey can travel down into the Ghost Zone, they just don't bother.)
That's of course, not taking into account if Vlad even knows Danny's a fae himself. Vlad doesn't ring me as someone who really cares much about ghost culture or the going ons of the GZ. He might be aware that fae exist, but the moment he realizes he can't use them for personal gain he just doesn't bother with them. The risk is greater than the reward, and he'd rather not get eaten. But lets assume he's aware by now that Danny is fey, and has to take that into account while cloning him.
So, how does Dani exist? Good question! Honestly; i'm not sure. She might not exist at all, or if she does, she's more halfa than fey. Vlad would need a lot of human dna and ectoplasm to balance out all that fae magic. He manages to steal DNA from Jack and Maddie to do it, and since Jack's fey ancestry is very dormant its much easier to use alongside Danny's DNA.
In turn, it results in a little girl whose more human-ghost hybrid than clone. With that little extra boost in fey magic making her not a fey, but still relatively powerful. Dani is less of a clone and more of a lab-grown little sister. It's a rather tedious, complex process that has Vlad tearing his hair out trying to figure out. But he does eventually figure it out.

Coming on here really quick to say that just because Benedict Bridgerton doesn't like society or tries to get away from girls at balls doesn't mean he's gay.
But actually, has everything to do with the fact that he's always been the second son. The first in line for Viscount if Anthony were to die before he has a male heir.
He's the spare.
The runner up.
Everyone's second choice. Nobody's first choice.
Hell, there's even a portion of the ton that doesn't even know his name. Just that he's a Bridgerton.
Him breaking from society rules is because he wants to have a purpose and doesn't see the ton as really having a purpose. It's just a marriage mart where people are auctioned off to the highest bidder. Real love matches don't happen that often. He's constantly fighting with who his last name is and trying to find himself apart from that last name. It's the name Bridgerton that matters to people not Benedict himself.
So, he finds something he enjoys. Art. Something where he can be himself. Express himself freely without judgement. Because art is what you make it. It's entirely up to the one in front of the canvas. And then what happens? He finds out that his brother bought his way into art school. Did you see how excited that precious golden retriever was when he got in? Aside from the fact that he was high as a damn kite when he read the letter, that was something that meant so much to him. And then in the end to find out all of your hard work, your labor of love, actually meant jack fucking shit to anyone because his brother tossed some cash at the school. And that was what mattered. A donation. Not Benedict himself and his talent.
Could Benedict be bisexual? Sure! I wouldn't have a problem with it on the condition that it was actually happening, and it was well written and had time given for character development. And it wasn't used just for ratings. They've already skipped his season once, to wait any longer doesn't make sense. And if they did it now and then immediately introduced Sophie people would just be bitching that they were Queer baited. When actually that's not what is fucking happening at all. I don't understand how Benedict going to a party held by his art mentor, walking in on him having sex with a man, getting pissed off at said art mentor for his gay lover trying to find a wife and that he is lying and manipulating women translates to Benedict being gay.
Luke Thompson has also said before that Benedict is a very open person, not necessarily sexualy, but open to life.
He needs to be in order to figure out who he is. Him being with Gen in season one was the viewers introduction to Benedict not giving two shits about society. That hard-working people are just as deserving for nice things and his company just as much as anyone else is. His threesome with Gen and Lady Granville was experimentation. That's cool and fine. IDK what's going on with Tilley Arnold (i mean I have two guesses and I don't like either one). But him sleeping with different women isn't him lying to himself about his sexuality. It's him trying to make a connection, trying to find something for himself that gives him that sense of purpose.
Then when he's at his lowest point...
SOPHIE BECKETT ENTERS THE FUCKING CHAT!
Anyway, my point is that all of Benedict's character development is leading him to Sophie.
Sophie Sophie Sophie.
Why?
She's the first person to get to know him. To understand the fact that he's not just a second son but a human being with emotions and talent and deserves to be celebrated for those talents and to have his emotions comforted (she calls his family out on it and gives two shits in doing so). Sophie Beckett is a girl who grew up in horrible conditions. Tormented by her stepmother and stepsister. Turned into a slave inside her own home. Her mother died giving birth to her and the Earl being her father isn't even something that's allowed to be talked about. He's cold and distant with her. Not to mention the fact that her stepmother embezzled her money. Straight up stole her dowry. She's been abused, mistreated and despite all of that, she's still a good fucking person. A person, a woman, who sticks to her principles because at the end of the day that's what she has. And she refuses to put a child in a situation like she grew up in.
They see parts of themselves in each other. Sophie lifts Benedict up to who he's meant to be. Gives him a purpose. Benedict calms Sophie protects her (and yeah Book!Ben does it in a really red flag kind of way) and shows her love for the first time in her entire life. Introduces her to a family who accepts her for who she is and loves her, not in spite of it, but for it.
I just don't understand why fandoms as a whole push sexualities onto characters. I understand the need for more representation, and I fully support that. But we should be creating more roles for those sexualities not just shoving them onto people. Especially when it's the woman of the heterosexual couple that always gets torn to shreds when a fandom decides that a man should be gay instead of straight. You can't give viewers the LGBT support they want and then shit on feminism in order to do it. Bridgerton introduced us to Granville and Lord Wetherby, they gave us a gay storyline that could have been really intriguing and heartbreaking and lovely and then they just didn't fucking do anything with it. Netflix (and other networks) don't actually give a crap about it, no matter how often they want us to believe they do. What do they care about? Ratings. That's legit it. They don't care about creating genuine stories for those of that community. They care about money.
Anyway, I'm rambling now.
IN THIS ESSAY I WILL!
