Hi, hello.
Well hello there yeorobun! Hope y'all are doing well, eating well, resting well and having a great time!
Am i back yet? No no of course not because my shibal sekkiya of uni is taking up my whole time, i might as well just cry because i miss y'all, i miss this blog, i miss writing, i miss the friends i made in here, i miss chatting with y'all, you name it.
But anygays, you know what else i miss? Our Bangtan boys but also our Kookmin, ah! I'm having a hard time dealing with everything knowing i can only go back to older content from them for now or just the lil tid bits we get from them from time to time aka the posts on Weverse or JK's activity on Tiktok recently.
But you know, as an avid Goondori checker, i'm hopeful like.. A LOT, did you even realize Jin already did 86% of his term? Which leaves him with only 14% more to go that's like 2 months and 1 week only until he's back. We might be complaining how it's too long and we can't wait but with our everyday lives and while missing our boys too did we even notice that we waited that long already for Jin who is coming back very soon? So yeah i'm being very hopeful.
While i am very busy i still checked Twitter (X) from time to time to get some updates since quite honestly i hate being in the dark and having to come back way later to a buttload of information and updates makes it hard to digest everything at once so.. Anygays, not gonna say me regularly checking on them updates was anything oh so very happy since this fandom for some goddamn reason is still very toxic and very immature but whatever are we even surprised at this point?
I still got the opportunity to listen to Tae's new song "Fri(end)s" which i really loved and i loved the story conveyed through the MV as well, Hobi came up with a new album, i've been checking the updates and i'm only getting to discover it today SO EXCITED!!! I'm really proud of our boys.

Imagine how happy jimin would've been if JK posted something to support him in public ? For his 1st MV since solo work started. Especially when we know Jimin do appearciate posting about his special days alot. You all won't think about that and will keep on saying posting on sm is not how real life is, when deep down you also want JK to post but will act cool sane jikooker outside.

I DESPERATELY want to know why I have over 10 asks just like this one. (Which I mostly just delete as they come in) but all these people who are claiming to love and support jimin so much, are all just focused on Jungkook. My inbox is showing a starting lack of love and support for this MV. You are all harping on someone else for "not showing support" while showing none yourselves. And don't come back acting like it counts if you are streaming or talking about it and hyping it up somewhere else. Your support only counts if I can see it with evidence in my inbox FOR MY EYES. Duh. Idiots.
Would I (and everyone else) love a post from JK, of course. It's jungkook! Who wouldn't! But does it actually matter that much? For me, for the fans, for Jimin? No. Didn't Jin just shame yall for being so insistent upon social media posts between the members? "Even if someone doesn't post we are getting along fine"
I will laugh really hard at all of you if it later gets a story shared about them being together or anything similar. Or JK singing his verse on his next live. Anything similar. Or even posting later today. None of this is required from any of them though. Check your entitlement. Stop putting your own desires onto Jimin and framing them as his own. And maybe stop trying to be his white knight long enough to actually show some him some real support. Like Jungkook is probably doing.

Another day/week/hour of accumulating thoughts which haven't marinated enough.
That Zzinu guy (I can't remember his actual name) is really hanging out with everyone relevant in the industry, he's everywhere 👀 I saw him with RM on IG and at some concert, had no idea they were buddies.
Why did Jungkook come back just for a few days? What was that damn urgent to fly to Seoul only to go back to US in no time? I thought someone would enlist, but nope.
I took the bus downtown twice today instead of calling for a car. I have to stop being delusional and accept that I'm not rich.
I'm not gonna write a review of Tedros' album cause I don't feel there's a point, but I do have like a few things to say. Why is it being talked about like he started working on Layover 3 years ago? I mean, he started working on music, yes, but this thing that came out? That's like some team who probably put together the music a lot more recently. But hey, I'm just babbling so what the fuck do I know? Slow Dancing sounds good. I mean, nice enough to have it in the background in a playlist. All the songs feel too short, like they're some samples and they just decided to release them that way. Since his contribution was mostly singing the actual songs, it feels like he gave Min Hee Jin a pinterest board of who is Taehyung and from that entire thing, she created the Kim Taehyung artiste aesthetic. It's her vibe all over it. Just as it's her entire shtick all over NewJeans. It screams more MHJ than the actual idols.
I tried so hard in the past 30 min to stop myself from being bitchy, but I can't help it. To those who think that they got out of the jikook cult and now they're smarter and feel the need to still use the tag to post their bullshit? Wake up, you're still in a cult, you just switched to another. Absolutely pathetic. I wish I could fuck with pjms cause I admire the way they stand up for Jimin and they're like the most organized fanbase. But the moment they started using cult/tkkr narative and making Jimin sound like a puppet, I just knew they're not better. And a sign that I cannot affiliate myself to any group in this fandom, I'm riding on my own like I always have.
You know what's ironic though? Jikookers are basically the only ship fandom within bts who since the beginning and especially in the latest years, should have just sat back and relax cause they're so damn privileged. No other pair in bts is giving what dumb and dumber (I call them that with all my love) are doing together, but there's not a day in which I don't see stupid anons or jikookers fighting and bringing arguments. Waste of time!
And in that vein, pjms would only have to learn from their god damn classy bias who is no doormat and act accordingly. Fight for him without acting so damn stupid. In terms of artistry, he's the best out there out of this group and others in his generation. Isn't that fucking cool? And look at his behavior. Let army and kpop stans get frustrated thanks to Jimin's achievements and how you can contribute to that, not using the same foul language which only trashy stans are using. Do better ffs. Fix that attitude. And stop believing you know Jimin's brain and soul inside out. No one does. It only makes you sound like any other delusional kpop stan.
Key's Good & Great is out. I only had time to watch the mv once during actual work hours (fitting) and I can't get into anh details, but I liked the idea of workaholism tied to a simulation. There's tons of layers and stuff to be analyzed there, perhaps some other time.

Thoughts on Indigo
- Namjoon is amazing, full stop.
- him showing us his insecurities, his empty feelings, the not so beautiful emotions (but still so beautiful to Army) is amazing, truly a gift
- the last song on his album has given me a lot of thought, combined with Yet to Come, with J-Hope’s album, and with Astronaut - to me these individual works and what they’ve done together paint the most amazing picture. Don’t look back, the best is yet to come, be honest about your feelings, even in the darkness, and although we have to be apart, we will be okay, we will grow (like those nameless wildflowers), and we will come together again.
—to go deeper: The overarching message that ends Namjoon’s album is to look ahead, and Hobi’s is that at the bottom of Pandora’s box of pain and suffering is hope - and Jin, I mean his is that he has walked this path with us and we can handle his absence, and that’ll he’ll be back. To have hope for when he’s returned
— Combined with Yet to Come, together and apart the boys are telling stories of their pain but also their hopes
— there is sadness, But there is also happiness too, and family - it seems that the boys realize there are seasons to it all, for suffering and exultation. Right now, with things like Jin going into service, etc. those changes and growing pains hurt
- his statement about those nameless wildflowers seems like such an analogy to army, and even making them purple in the MV? Priceless.
— And I think why Namjoon was so insistent on his album being listened to in order was because he knows us well enough to know that we will focus on his pain, and he doesn’t want that
Anyway, I love him, he loves us, and we will continue to run - the Best moment is yet to come!

The Astronaut, single by Jin
Note: It’s been a long time and here I am, still stuck in ‘The Astronaut’. Gonna share some personal opinion on this and I swear, I’ll shut up.
Rating - 10/10
“A life, a sparkle in your eyes,
Heaven coming through,
And I love you.”
Where do I even start? I feel like no matter how much I rant, my love for this song can never be expressed in words. The lyrics, the music and the mv, all of these have their own charms. I just absolutely love it.
Let’s start with its lyrics. I love the references of the cosmos used in this song. If Jin was an asteroid drifting all alone, Army was his heaven, a safe place. When Jin is in darkness, Army shines upon him like the Milky way. “You became my universe” is enough to prove how Jin dedicates his life for us and how we have become everything for him. We all know from the previous solo works of Jin that he is someone who constantly doubts himself and it is the love of the Army that brings him back from despair.
Isn’t it amazing how Jin, and all the BTS members in general, show how grateful they are to us? I am also grateful to them for making us feel loved. This song directly touches the heart. It is, in fact, the best kind of love letter one can ever wish for. It is a song that feels too personal. I feel like it was meant for me, as an individual. That’s one of the best achievements of this masterpiece.
The music video is so cute. Jin, representing an alien crashing on earth, who apparently doesn’t have any emotions. The little girl of his neighborhood plays with him often and he unconsciously grows empathy within himself. On the day his spaceship is finally leaving to go back to space, Jin realizes that it is the earth that is his true home and comes back.
Here are a lot of indications. For a start, the little girl represents Armys. If Jin was someone without dreams, the Armys made him want to dream. Just like the little girl helped him with the development of emotions. Again, though unconsciously, when the alien Jin decided to leave for good, he left his helmet with the girl so that she doesn’t hurt herself riding the bike alone without him around. As our Jin was leaving to join the military, he had left his precious song and along with it, a lot of content for the Armys to enjoy in his absence. Even the morse code for ARMY was literally tattooed on his neck in the mv. Just like the alien Jin realizing that the girl was his true home and coming back to her at the end, our Jin also promises us his coming back after serving his time in the military. Hence, I love the music video so much and I keep coming back to it time after time.
I will forever be grateful to Coldplay for accepting Jin’s request and making this song a reality. They are the sweetest souls ever. It shows how a real artist can recognize and appreciate another great artist. I love the bond between Jin and them, especially with Chris. It makes me immensely proud how far Jin has come. While he considered Coldplay as his idol in his youth, he is now collaborating with them side by side. Both of their styles of music are evident in this track. As if two beautiful melodies came together to become a better version of themselves.
I can’t talk about the Astronaut without bringing up the concert in Argentina. Here’s another reason for me to be grateful to Coldplay. They really understood the significance of this song for the Armys as a goodbye gift from Jin and that’s why they decided to have him at their personal concert. I could see the admiration in their eyes when Jin was performing. I also enjoyed the part where Chris opened his arms for Jin to run and embrace him while he sweetly kissed him on the cheek. This interaction was everything. When, both Chris and Jin were singing together to my favorite part and they couldn’t help but laugh in between, we could see Jin’s sparkling eyes so clearly. It shows how overwhelmed he was with emotion. I won’t lie about crying to that part myself.
Finally, the “I love you” part deserves its own paragraph. Would you think that it wasn’t intentional of Jin to finish his last live performance for the Armys by saying that he loves us? I think not. Jin is a genius and an absolute sweetheart for that. The reactions of the Armys at the concert was genuine. They looked so happy and sad at the same time. And I love you too, my Jinnie.
I am fully absorbed in this piece of art. It has become a part of me and I am totally obsessed with it now. I thank you, Jin, for making me feel this way. This work of yours is going to live in my heart rent free for the rest of my life.

My head is spinning...
Have I mentioned I think Jimin has had flying yoga classes before? I mean, I know Jiminie is very athletic but all that twisting in that purple silk came really easy to him. I wonder if he could possibly be using this sort of thing as a supplement to running in order to stay flexible. I wouldn’t be surprised.
And K-jkkrs freaking out over today’s episode. I think mostly because of the couples pose they did. Mhmmmmmm.

And at the end of today’s episode: Run BTS will continue... thank goodness. We need to see them out picking those damn Muscat Shine grapes at the farm and Jimin and Jungkook eating half of the ones they pick.
Also I know I forgot to say all the members looked beautiful during the Busan concert. They were all stunning. Especially during Run BTS (the song). Surely they will release that as a follow up to Yet to Come with an MV and it will be eligible for the next round of AMAs, Grammys, etc. SURELY.... ? Lost opportunity if they don’t. I really want to know who got to lace up Jimin’s leather pants. Life is not fair. AND! 9pm (Central time) next Saturday night, we get a replay of the concert. I hope it works better, maybe if only half the world watches we’ll have a better streaming experience.
Just pre-ordered Jin’s new song, purple version 1 Weverse special. I bought it via USA Weverse to save shipping (I have to save up and buy everything of Jimin’s in a few months). So, the song will have Coldplay actually playing on it with background vocals by Chris and his son? That is beyond awesome. I love this so much. Ok, someone said the cute cartoon space man is on Instagram. What is the @ of the account? Please help.
Now I am seeing hints that the Disney+ deal includes A BTS SERIES!!! where they showcase daily life ... footage from the past nine years and music .... omg? Not enough info on that, NEED TO KNOW MORE!!!
The continuing saga of how badly the SK government has fucked up this whole military enlistment thing is ... frustrating... enraging... pretty shitty. I don’t want to talk about it. I will say something I will regret.

The garupa livestream was yesterday! the link to the live is here!
There isn't much I know about many of the covers announced so some news about songs and also irl information will be skipped!
The first news worth noting is some unreleased songs being released onto streaming platforms! self-explanatory, mostly
Afterglow will be getting an artist tie-up with the producer Jin. Designs for the tie-up's music video have also been released! Alongside the tie-up, Afterglow will be covering "Children Record (Re:boot)"!
"Hot, Hot! Sunny Love☆Summer!"'s 3dmv has been teased! It releases in July. Personally it's the best 3dmv right now the game has to offer! Here's a link!
Paid 3dlive costume dates have been announced! again, self explanatory.
Collab announcement!:
The mixed collab has been announced to be with Chainsaw Man! It starts in a day and a half as of counting!
The lineup for this event has also been revealed! ALL collab gacha cards will be 5 stars! The event cards are also both 4 stars! Ran, Toko, and Sayo, are all 5 stars, while Rui and Rimi are both 4 stars. The cards have already been revealed during the stream and on Twitter, so I'd say look there as I'm mostly concerned with the image limit lol.

It was announced that MyGO!!!!! will be added into the game Fall 2023! The video also reveals what seems to be their initial 1 stars (casual outfits) and 2 stars (band outfits in the thumbnail)! This will likely coincide with Garupa's 6.5th anniversary update!
There will also be some campaigns while It's MyGO!!!!! airs. A total of 130 pulls and 3000 stars will be given to players during the airing period, the first week of the anime's release will give us 30 free pulls and 500 stars, while every other week will give us a 10-pull and 250 stars each!
Finally, the Opening and Ending for It's MyGO!!!!! will be added to the game! Both have already released by the time this posts! The opening also contains an mv!
Mod's opinion: Pretty exciting updates all things considered, no gameplay updates have been announced other than mygo but still a collab and a new band announced isn't something you see every day. I can't wait for MyGO!!!!! to interact with the rest of the garupa cast!

Let’s talk: Busan and what came after

Hi guys!
After waiting in a limbo for four years we finally got the answer, being that the members will go to the military after all, as announced by HYBE a few days ago. I have a feeling that everything is slowly coming together like a puzzle into one whole picture. Of course we could speculate in which order they’ll go, who will go to which type of service and for how long, but I don’t think there really is any true point in that, instead it’s better to just wait and see. We’ll find out soon enough. One thing is clear that Jin will begin this new phase since we will have to say goodbye to him before the end of the year, by the end of this month even. Because of that we’ll be getting Jin’s solo song, The Astronaut, very soon.
With Admin 1 we had a few speculations about the song, the most logical (based on both going to LA at the same time, more or less) that Namjoon would be involved in the song, but we certainly didn’t see Coldplay coming at all. It’s yet another surprise no one had any idea about which only goes to show, once again, that speculating is fun but ultimately pointless. We’ve read at least snippets of the lyrics that were revealed with the album last night and it’s so romantic, and of course officially it’s said to be for ARMY but unofficially? We’ll never find out. So here, too, we won’t speculate about the song but instead wait until the song comes out next week and we get to listen to it and find out more about it from Jin. But looking at stores in our area it’s a bit shocking to see that Jin’s single album will cost about as much as WINGS does. Nonetheless we’re very curious about the song, its MV, and the pictures within the album.
And now a few words about what we got to see last week below the cut:
Starting with Jimin’s birthday. We might not have made a post about it, like we didn’t for JK and Namjoon either, but of course we wished him a happy birthday on social media and thought about him lots. We both thought Tae wouldn’t post anything again, just like he did last year, so we were only so much more surprised that he posted something and that he was the last one. Finally we got another vmin selca which made both of us yell in joy and surprise, even more so when looking at Tae’s emoji choice. And then to make it even more WOW Jimin reposted the wishes to his IG story, the first time he’s ever posted one (and he didn’t repost anyone else wishes, just Tae’s), and Tae went on to like Jimin’s birthday post on IG. The next day Tae also posted a picture of a Jimin bus with Jimin’s head in the frame as he was looking out of the window at the bus. So many cute interactions.
The Busan concert. Unfortunately neither of us was in Busan so we watched the livestream instead which meant that we, too, had to suffer through weverse and naver giving up and thus missed out on at least 3 songs which was very upsetting. So we’re thankful to vminies who were at the concert who caught all the cute vmin interactions and shared them with us, especially since there was quite something to catch.
As for the whole group itself, they presented themselves quite maturely and powerful on stage. You can feel that they are grown men and not a group of boys anymore. Sure there is still that freshness and enthusiasm for performing and giving their best, that they are still loving it and having fun, but their behavior and visuals have evolved and matured alongside them.
Since Tae is my bias I’ll start with him and I’ll admit that I’m very proud of Tae, who in my opinion has evolved quite a lot vocally since we last heard him at the Las Vegas concerts. He’s truly using his voice like an instrument and in a way that he knows exactly how to move us emotionally and how to touch us. His voice is completely different from the other members. I’ve seen a few snippets from the rehearsals where Tae showed us his opera like singing and it was brilliant, if he wanted to, he could take up a role like that, too.
All the members were brilliant, really. It was sad though that Jin had issues with his throat leading up to the concert and you could see it in a few spots that his throat was giving him a bit of a trouble still. I certainly didn’t expect him to announce that he would have a song next, since word was that it would be Namjoon or Yoongi, but it was a very pleasant surprise that had us very excited.
Speaking of Namjoon, I’m not sure where to start. Be it his mature look or his incredible stage presence that’s truly unmatched. Namjoon, more and more with each concert, grows when it comes to his presence and the way he carries himself, so much so that it seem like he’s more confident about himself and his looks, his talents. His aura is very striking. Along with Yoongi he doesn’t need to do much on stage and yet he still commands your attention effortlessly. The whole package he presents is truly something else and in a way it only makes me so much more excited for whatever he has waiting for us when it comes to his solo work in the future. I’ll admit that after Tae, Namjoon is next in line visually for me. He’s gorgeous, but a tiny bit less than Tae since Tae is above everyone.
As for Yoongi and Hobi, when those two stand on stage alongside Namjoon, it’s an absolute feast, it’s like a heavy train that gets more and more momentum and takes you along for an unforgettable ride. I love those three together on stage. I don’t know how Yoongi manages to rap so fast without getting out of breath or looking like it takes any effort at all, and how someone as small as him can fit just that much energy and power into himself. And also how much someone so calm and kind and warm can still also have this force that’s very much to be reckoned with inside of him. Hobi, after releasing Jack in the Box and performing at Lolapalooza, has gained even more confidence and transformed his presence. The choices that were made when it came to his outfits and his hair, truly whoever decided that style for him deserves a raise because he was absolutely impeccable.
JK like JK was solid as he always is and didn’t disappoint in any kind of way. Unlike many, or most, I didn’t quite like what was done to his hair for the concert, but each their own. He, too, stood very maturely and confidently on stage and was eye-catching in his presence and vocals.
Jimin. You could still see that happiness from his birthday and from being in his hometown radiate off of him and carry him across the stage with so much energy and that signature dancer prowess. He was in his element beginning to end and didn’t falter even once, and he got so happy and surprised when ARMY started to sing Happy Birthday for him, albeit very out of sync but that just adds to the charm. And as much as I like black haired or blond Jimin, I don’t quite understand his current hair color choice and when I saw him with his hair hidden I quietly hoped he might’ve changed it, which he obviously didn’t. But the hairstyle itself suits him so well and I really like this longer hair on him a lot.
Vmin at the Busan concert. I don’t even know where to start but fkdmwexf While all the members were doing their proper ending pose for RUN BTS, it seemed like vmin were overcome with joy and the need to share that with each other since, instead of doing the pose as well, they decided to hug and then seemingly fall to the floor together once the lights were off. No idea what else they were doing, if anything, but the fact itself just left us speechless and gave us butterflies. But I’ll admit that as much as that made me, as well as Admin 1, scream and squeak in excitement, just like many other smaller interactions that vmin shared, my absolute favorite moment was during the dance break in Butter. When they danced with Hobi, Tae and Jimin shared these big, happy, radiant smiles with each other. And another one that also made my heart flutter was when Jimin smiled at Tae and Tae got so cutely flustered and shy. And vmin were just so vmin during this concert. They were just so happy to be on stage and to share this with the members and each other. You could just see that they were simply doing this for each other, and that’s just so cute and this wonderfully gentle thing between them, so wrapped in fondness and the uniqueness of their bond.
Let’s not even talk about their interaction during Zero O’Clock during rehearsals where they first held hands (where it also looked for a moment like Jimin wanted to kiss Tae’s hand), then Tae caressed Jimin’s cheek and then pat his head before walking away before turning back and smiling back at Jimin, because I have no words still. It was just something they did for each other and not for the audience since there was none, except for their staff, since it was a rehearsal after all. From what we could see of the rehearsals there were quite a few interactions between them, ranging from just shared glances to actual small touches and silliness. It just highlights once again how close they are.
And then once you use hindsight and look at those moments with the knowledge we have now, as in that this was their last concert as seven until 2025 because of enlistment, then that only makes them that much more special. Their emotions must’ve been crazy and to know that they felt the need to share those moments with each other and make them their own, especially in Jimin’s hometown just after Jimin’s birthday, it truly shows you that there is no other bond quite like theirs.
Perhaps we should also soon talk about Jimin’s photobook since I have a lot of thoughts and theories on it, but that’ll come next time.
Lastly shout out to Admin 1 for editing this post a little which didn’t have any influence on the actual content just the language. Since they have more of a way with words than I do.

I was recently inspired by @its-hannjisung’s New Years Eve 2024 post to tell my journey into the land of K-pop thus far. (Incidentally, do you write K-pop with or without a hyphen? The first group I found was Stray Kids & it was with one music video of theirs in particular that I felt a new spark of hope flicker alive in my heart. (The MV was God’s Menu.) I was randomly scrolling around on YouTube late one night, watching another channel and trying to get my brain to go into numb survival mode in order to cope.
A few months prior, my parents and I relocated from our hometown to a different city in another state due to my dad’s work changing (he is the primary income provider/ “breadwinner” for our family at present). I had a full-time job of my own, with a good salary and excellent company benefits … yet sadly, I did not earn enough to stay behind on my own so I had to move with my folks. I was heartbroken, for I had lost my friends/ co-workers, my source of income (some of the best I’ve ever earned), & the remaining ½ a semblance of a normal life. Natural joy started to flicker and stutter out in the deepest part of myself and some days, I felt so desolate that it was as if my heart was being squeezed internally by an invisible, evil hand … and the liquid weeping from my soul was a thick, black & foul-smelling poison - grief. No one in my family nor other loved ones had passed away, yet I think you can see where I’m coming from. I recall going to bed one night in our new apartment in this new city and feeling my chest being tight … yet it wasn’t actual chest pains. It was hopelessness at our current family situation (which is still continuing to this day). 💔
So, it’s the middle of June 2022 & I’m watching a few videos on a channel I’d recently found. That channel was called Jin & Hattie. Go check them out, btw. They’re adorable. He’s Korean 🇰🇷 she’s British 🇬🇧. They’re also recently married (sometime in 2022 or early 2023, I don’t recall which). No, not the Jin from BTS, haha. 🤪😄💜 I glanced at the sidebar of video recommendations and my eyes strayed to one of SKZ’ videos that randomly appeared there. I may have even clicked on Maniac first, I don’t remember. The point is, God’s Menu caught my eye. I was captivated by the sound and beat of Changbin’s opening rapid-fire rap lines. The next thing that caused my heart to wake up was Felix’s deep baritone, of course. Everyone (& I mean anyone who’s even remotely heard of Stray Kids) knows what part of the MV I am talking about. Does Michelin 5 star ring any bells? 😏🔥 I don’t know what came after God’s Menu to be honest with you & the rest as they say “is history”. I recall reaching for my phone, which was resting on my bedside table next to my bed. I tapped into Apple Music as fast as I could and IMMEDIATELY began building a Kpop playlist. As I bunny-hopped from song to song of theirs, I would add it to my music playlist. Before the night was over, I’m fairly certain I had 20+ songs on that list. And oh, what a glorious list it is. (Flash-forward ⏭️ to the present day {January 2024, as I’m drafting this post in a Google Doc on my tablet} & there are now 141 songs on this playlist, totaling one minute shy under 8 hours … 7 hrs & 59 minutes, according to Apple Music, haha. The last 30-odd songs or so are ones I’ve heard on TikTok on various fan-made edits, so those naturally {to me…} MUST go at the bottom of my main Kpop list. Does that make sense?)
Here’s a brief look at my playlist (& yes, this is what the Apple Music playlist interface can look like). Obviously, this isn’t all of it … just a mere sample. ⬇️ (I need to update this photo of Jisungie as my playlist thumbnail. He’s my ult chief bias OF ALL TIME, btw. After I gave new life to this list of joy ⬆️🇰🇷, I was again randomly scrolling around on social media one day. This next step in my journey was on Facebook, a platform I’ve been on for the past 13 years. I’d clicked around and began “follow/ liking👍🏻” any Stray Kids-themed page I could find, both official & unofficial accounts. A post caught my eye & I stopped long enough to read it. It was talking about how the members enjoyed communicating with STAY on the bubble 🫧 app, both reading messages of support and sending out notes of their own. I remember thinking, what in the world is BUBBLE, so I went over to the App Store and downloaded it to my phone. 2 seconds later, I had an account created and soon discovered the public chat room feature. (This has been discontinued for some time now, unfortunately, due to harassment & bullying allegations between toxic fans and non-toxic individuals.) Had I not randomly [again with RANDOM, I know, haha…] got on bubble when I did and entered the first chat room, I would not have begun my online friendship journey with several different Stays.
I remember feeling a sense of connection to 3 people in particular at first, among the many I was talking with at the time on 🫧. One was a school girl, in her early teens; another was a young single mother in her early 20s; the third person was another young lady in her late teens, about to graduate from high school. The school girl was from the United States. The single mom was from a country in South America; (I am not going to say which country she lives in, to protect her privacy). The late teen was from a European country. It was not long before my new friends and I moved our conversations over to other social media platforms, where we could talk more easily. The girl, single mom and I began talking on WhatsApp. The late teen & I began chatting via private messaging on Instagram. It was only several weeks after the “conversation migration” between me and these people took place that JYP disabled the public chat room feature entirely. I distinctly recall saying to the school-girl friend that I’m glad I found the app when I did; otherwise, I would not have “met” them at all, nor had the blessing of their friendship in my life.
It was when I began texting back & forth with the single mom ⬆️ that I was first introduced to the lovely world of fan fiction (“fanfic” for short). She was writing a multi-chapter story that she was releasing to her Wattpad account, a few chapters at a time. Her native language was not English, so every 2-3 weeks or so, she would text me and the school girl 2 chapters to read and get feedback on, in English using Google Translate. (Single Mom did speak some English, to clarify.) Yes, her fanfic was Stray Kids-themed and it was beautiful. 🥰 I would read her chapter installments and write back what I thought was happening in each one; in essence I was loosely paraphrasing, NOT NOT plagiarizing her work, I hasten to add. ☝🏻 She was thrilled at these summaries, as I came to call them. She told me many times in our conversations that it was a joy to read her own story from another’s point of view. I assured her I was not re-writing or copying her ideas, merely paraphrasing and putting into English grammar/ punctuation what she’d already written … i.e. using her original “manuscripts” as a guide. This went on for the rest of 2022 & part-way into 2023. The school girl would text back when she could, having begun her freshman year of high school (or secondary school if you live OCONUS {outside the continental United States}/ means overseas).
The Late Teen was close to finishing her high school years, not beginning them. My interactions with her lasted only a few more months. I remember she was saving up for a new laptop computer & did indeed buy one. I know this because she proudly sent me photos of her new computer. 📸💻 I began interacting with her only several weeks before School Girl & Single Mom. It was around the time of the Maxident comeback (October 2022) that my conversations with Late Teen began to slowly trickle to a stop. This was a natural progression, neither of us ended communication, it just simply stopped on its own. And that’s the way life is - some people are in your life for only a short time & then they go away for whatever reason. I wished her well in one of my last messages to her & haven’t had contact with her since. We’re still “friends” on Instagram, but we do not talk anymore. And I am ok with that. 🙂 I hope she’s doing well and has enjoyed all the comeback albums since then.
My conversations with School Girl and Single Mom lasted longer than that & were frequent in nature. I still have individual chats with each of these young ladies on WhatsApp, plus the group chat I created on there between the 3 of us 🍜🍜🍜… yet it has been 3-4 months at least, if not longer, since I’ve had more than a few words in reply from either of them. That is totally ok with me too: the girl is now in her second ½ of 10th grade in high school & the single mom’s young toddler has begun a Kindergarten daycare class. I will always be there for them, any time, should they still wish to communicate with me.
As you may have noticed, there is a definite theme of randomness to all of my Kpop experiences thus far. This continues, as you will see. 😄
My next “online Kpop friend” I recall making on a Stray Kids STAY fandom chat room on the Discord app. And again, if it wasn’t for some more random scrolling around on Facebook & commenting on 1 post, the admin of that SKZ fan Facebook page would never have known to add me to her Discord chat room. This next friend I will name Flight Attendant, for that was her job. And again, to protect a friend’s privacy, I will not say what airline company she works for. We began talking just over a year ago, in mid-December 2022. After texting back & forth on Discord for a short while, I again found myself moving a conversation over to dm (direct message) on Instagram. It was a particular joy for me in chatting with this individual, as we were the same age (she’d come to tell me later on when her birthday was; she was only a few months older than me). Do not misunderstand that the previous 3 individuals (School Girl, Single Mom & Late Teen) meant any less to me, they did not. Everyone knows how fun it is to interact with someone your own age (or in your own age group), is all I am saying here.
I do not know if Flight Attendant still works for the same airline, has switched companies entirely or is even in the aviation industry at all anymore. The last we talked was around mid-August 2023, as she was planning to attend KCON 2023 in L.A. with her 2 sisters. ATEEZ and Stray Kids were both slated to appear in concert shows there, plus give fan-meet events as well. For the ½ a year (give/ take a few months in between) she kept in touch, she confided some very personal things to me … of which I always kept her confidence. I was honored & very humbled that she felt safe enough talking to me through our chat to share what she did. She had some very hard ongoing family dynamics she was trying to navigate, on top of maintaining a semblance of a normal life for herself in between working back-to-back 16+ hour shifts with little to no sleep, depending on her flight schedules. Everyone, the next time you take a flight somewhere, anywhere … please PLEASE PLEASE be kind & courteous to the cabin crew, particularly the flight attendants {both male & female}. They work very hard to make your travel as easy as they can. Some aren’t as nice as others, of course, yet I’d like to think the majority of them are decent enough folk. I think you get what I’m trying to say here. They deal with some very nasty passengers (“pax” for short) & giving your hard-working and under-appreciated flight crew even a little amount of kindness in return goes a very long way. They may not ever remember your name or your face after you leave their aircraft & the current flight trip, yet they will always recall the kindness of your soul in reaching out to them with a smile.
I messaged Flight Attendant back a few times more on Instagram over the following months (fall/ winter 2023), yet never received a response. After deliberating for some weeks, I deleted our private chat thread entirely (from my end) on Instagram Messenger. Flight Attendant, if you ever read this (this individual knows who she is), it was not intentional. I never heard back from you & only wished to say hello one last time. I hope you’re doing well & a new semblance of peace has re-entered your life after all the hard things you went through. Please reach out to me any time, I am still here. Discovered the world of spicy, adult only, Kpop-themed fanfic for the very first time … yeah, as in the MDNI (minors, do not interact) variety. 🔞❌‼️⚠️😏🔥 Look up the author “J.S. Lee” & her H3RO and Onyx series. Holy fuck. H3RO has 6 books, Onyx has 5. They can be bought on Amazon Kindle, read for free on Amazon Kindle Unlimited or purchased in regular paperback form (also on Amazon).
Discovered the even more lovely world of 🔞+ Kpop fanfic on the Archive of Our Own (AO3) website - OMG … I will get to more on AO3 shortly.
Found new skincare products & cosmetics… Crème Shop-brand, specifically the BT21 line of products … their face wipes I love, there’s a different scented one featuring each of the 7 characters. I have tried all 7 of them - my personal favs are RJ, Cooky & Chimmy. And they’re SO CHEAP!!!!! Only $5.99/ per package. YES!!!!!!!!!
The next step in my 🇰🇷💜🫰🏻 journey would have to be when I signed up for Felix’s chat ticket on 🫧. As of today (Thursday January 4, 2024), I’ve had his ticket for 352 days. I cannot believe it’s almost been a year already! Again, where does the time go? I couldn’t do all 8’s tickets each month (that’s $30-odd dollars), yet $3.99 for one ticket … more than doable. ☺️ I’d only been chatting with Flight Attendant for about a month when I got Sunshine’s ticket. ☀️🐥 For anyone else who has his ticket (& even if you don’t), you will know that he sometimes sends photos in large batches, often “spamming” STAY with several hundred messages at a time. Most of the texts are 1-2 word notes, while other times he sends several short sentences in one text. It varies. 59 second or shorter audio messages from him also are shared; if he sends one in Korean he’ll usually send 2-3 more in English (or vice versa). I will say that the more days you have a ticket, the longer a reply you can send back to the group member. At first, you will be limited to typing only 2-3 words back. If you’re patient, you’ll be able to type more the longer you have a ticket. 💕🔖
Shortly after this, I began reading some of my first fanfic stories on AO3. You don’t have to have an account to read anything in a web browser; yet if you want to comment, leave kudos for an author or post a work of your own, yes you do have to request to join the waitlist for an account. I only had to wait about a week or so before the website sent me the official “account creation invite” link.
I will say this about fanfic stories on AO3 … no matter the level of spice, fluff, angst & smut (from G-rated to R & beyond), they made me feel less lonely. It was liberating for me to put myself in the Y/N (Your Name) character’s position and transport myself into another world, albeit temporarily. Even if it is a quick re-read of a favorite one-shot story, it’s always a happy journey into Delulu Land I’m pleased to undertake. I still feel this way about the stories at the present time. Don’t misunderstand, I’m not 100% bereft of friendships and human connection irl to survive solely on fanfic smut. I have 2 other newer Kpop friends I have regular conversations with, plus I have my family about me in my home life as well.
This thought brings me to the next individual whose acquaintance I made. She is a very successful fanfic author on AO3, quite steamy 🔞+ stories mainly. Flight Attendant sent me a link to a story called Tangled; it’s written by ThisPeachIsDirty. Yes, the author’s name is all one word together, each word is capitalized. This story of hers is 60 chapters long & part 1 is complete. Part 2 has two chapters thus far, with who knows how many more to come. Peach🍑, as I’ll refer to her, is a very kind & caring individual & after reading my way through 60 chapters of pure bliss, I began chatting with her on Instagram Messenger. After a few messages were exchanged between us, she encouraged me to begin writing a fanfic of my own (therein being my first ever written sex smut scene). I vividly recall writing for a span of 5-6 hours straight one afternoon & happily sending Peach🍑 screenshots of my first feeble attempt at fanfic smut. I recall her complimenting my unique style, which she told me was unlike most of what she’s read & that I had a natural gift for writing. I don’t know about that per say, I’ve only posted a small handful of chapters (& that was back in August of last year, 2023). I’ve not abandoned my stories; I do have plans to continue with them, plus ideas on a spicy one-shot 3some between a made-up female Y/N & 2 male characters. Oh yes. 🔞🔥😈 Anyway, I digress. Please look up ThisPeachIsDirty on AO3 if you haven’t already. Subscribe to/ follow her content on there and leave a comment for her. You will not be disappointed, I can assure you of that.
One month prior to August 2023 (mid-July), I took the plunge and joined the TikTok community. I’d been collecting albums & other Kpop merch for the past year and slowly began making show & tell videos of items in my collection. I’m not after huge numbers, yet I’ve currently amassed 4,517 likes with 143 followers in the span of 5 ½ months. I think that’s a good accomplishment for 100% homemade, beginner-level content. What do you think? 🙂
I would mention my TikTok @ name, yet I wish to keep the more adult side of fanfic (that I’ve seen on Tumbler & AO3) separate from my merch show & tell videos. I do know for a fact that a few of my TikTok followers are minors … one told me in a direct message that she is 14; while another began her 6th grade year last fall/ is a few years younger. So yeah, I don’t want to have to worry about any “oopsey’s” crossover 🫣🫢😬 and a youngster reading something they perhaps shouldn’t … at least until after they’ve turned 18. As I noted in my short bio at the start of this post, I am 33 years old irl.
If you’re interested, my AO3 name's the same as on here - Jordan2delta. I only have 3 posts/ “works”, which are not complete. The longest story I have on there I’ve named Reclaiming a Spark. It’s Stray Kids-themed, yet I do not use the members’ irl names. You’ll see … I wrote detailed character notes at the end of the first chapter. I was …maybe… 4 chapters in on my Spark story, as I’ll call it, when I began receiving a few kudos & comments from other fanfic users on the site. One was Peach🍑, from before. Another individual who left me a kind note is a VERY talented AO3 author too; her name is Minnieprincess. Go check out her one-shot stories on the site, if you haven’t already. Like with Peach’s🍑 stories, you will NOT be disappointed. 😏🙏🏻🔥😈🔞 Oh yes. Yes, yes, yes x10. 🔥🥵
My acquaintance with Minnie🐭👑, as I’ll refer to her, brings me to the next step in my Kpop journey. Since August 2023 when she left her first initial comment on Spark for me, we’ve become dear friends. She is an individual who I know I will stay in regular contact with for the rest of my life.
Minnie🐭👑 & I began our friendship through an ongoing “comment conversation”, back & forth, on my Spark story. We exchanged maybe 1-2 very short messages on Wattpad before connecting again on Instagram Messenger. What followed in the months since then has been one of the most beautiful & meaningful instant-instant-connection friendships I’ve ever had in my life … ever. And no, I am not exaggerating in the slightest. I think she would agree with me. She lives overseas (I am in the United States 🇺🇸) & again, like before with Single Mom, Late Teen & Flight Attendant’s details, I won’t say what country Minnie🐭👑 lives in to protect her privacy. That is my preference. If that sounds weird or prickly to someone else, that’s not my problem.
Speaking a bit more on that instant-connection aspect … Minnie🐭👑 just “got” the subconscious portrayal of my main Y/N female character in Spark & left a detailed comment explaining her first impressions of my feeble writing. No, I’m not having false modesty either; that’s just how I feel about my own musings. The closer she & I became in our friendship, to where it is at the present day, was like a band aid of light to my heart. I found a missing piece of my soul in her friendship, plus a new home. It did not take the 2 of us long before we began referring to one another as “soul sisters.” Yes, this is a 100% real thing. We’ve come to trust one another enough to share things about our lives that are very personal & very private. To put this into perspective a bit more, I am only child irl. So, having Minnie🐭👑 as my “sister” is a gift I’m thankful for x10. 🥹❤️🩹
My sister ⬆️ & I talked on Instagram Messenger for several months before we moved our conversations over to WhatsApp … where we communicate to this day. Longer messages at last being able to be exchanged without time & message limit constraints, we began confiding things to each other in greater detail that we’ve not been able to tell anyone else ever before (& we never will). I’ve gained new confidence in myself, plus new respect for who I am as an individual … as a mature, adult female with a mind of her own & a heart that is perhaps too big, one that loves to give and share in equal measure.
One last thing on Minnie🐭👑 … a month ago, I mailed her a Kpop care box. It took 22 days to arrive to her doorstep. I’d bought her 4 different albums and several handfuls of smaller merch items, all of which she heartily adored. 💕🥰 Having the memory of video chatting with her on WhatsApp as we opened up the Rock version of Rock-Star together (we each have a copy) is something I will cherish forever and always think of when I look back through this album’s photo book. 🥹
What may happen next with my journey? I’m not sure, yet I have a few ideas.

Traveling overseas for the first time to visit my sister 🐭👑
Meeting up with Minnie🐭👑 somewhere in the US
Attending my first ever Kpop concert (preferably Stray Kids, tho an ATEEZ event would be awesome too)

Beyond these things ⬆️, I have no clue. No matter what happens though, I will raise my hands to the sky regardless in rejoicing at the light and hope of my soul this journey has brought (& continues to bring) me.

Since their next album seems to be the hyyh 10 year anniversary, do you foresee them returning to, maybe even finishing off, the bts universe story in a music video for that album? They'll probably have a lot more eyes on them than previous releases, which might make a mv following that storyline alienating to some new viewers, but also a mv ala I need you, particularly the extended version, tells enough of a story to not confuse people. I also think that kind of narrative and choreo-less mv might be a pleasant surprise to people that only know bts from their English trilogy. On the other hand, I expect them to do something powerful enough that they can do a performance like On with it for at least one of their releases. And then there's me thinking that, now that half of them are in their 30s and post-ms, they might do something explicitly sexy. They said (I think it was either namjoon or yoongi) that they're basically coming to devour in 2025, and there are so many ways I can see them doing that. The only thing I'm pretty sure of is that they'll want to put some distance thematically between the English trilogy and the new releases. Since it's also hyyh, maybe something closer to their sound then or earlier? Do you have any thoughts?
I really love your enthusiasm and a million apologies that I took ages to reply to you, but I'm about to confess to the top 5 opinions I have that might get my Army card revoked:
I don't care about the BU at all and am glad BTS don't really go there anymore. I like MVs with stories, but BTS playing characters and writing songs and albums around their own fictional universe, is so weird to me, I don't get it. I do not get kpop lore, sorry.
That said, I thought the HYYH 10th year anniversary thing was just another crash grab. They'll re-release the albums with some special content, maybe, and maybe there will be an exhibition, a fan event, a documentary, as well as merch, another book? Perhaps we'll get an old demo, or some unseen footage. I think only Jin and Hobi will be around for the anniversary (on April 15th apparently). I don't know if Hybe will wait for all members to be discharged to do something bigger. There might a concert? But I'm not really expecting a lot of involvement from BTS. This will be something created for the fans by Hybe imo. But my opinions are often wrong.
I see the HYYH 2025 album as a repackage album of sorts. Their next real album will probably come out in late 2025. I have no idea what it will sound like. They might go for another comforting, yet happier, YTC-style song - a fan song - or pull an ON again. The fan song might be a pre-release followed by a powerful title track. BTS will want to comfort fans and also make a statement. I don't think it will sound that surprising. BTS always surprises a little, but that's just expected. Maybe I'm a pessimist, but BTS are consistent. Unlike you, I'm very sure they're going to go all out on choreo to show fans they still got it. And I'm not so certain they won't release an English single. I think they'll release a Korean album, but we can't rule out the possibility of another English song. Fans are much more opposed to the English trilogy than BTS are.

So, my question is: do u think some things that jikook do in performances in tv shows r they choice/idea? Or they come from the directors? Or both? Like their performance of “Home” at jimmy fallon, when they sing “your love your love your love etc etc”, then the members get out of the room, leave just them there, the lights dim a little and they fall in the bed. So I think a lot of it depends and we may never know full details. I think they do get a say. For the Home performance like you brought up, there was clearly the theme of a home. Living room, bedroom, kitchen, stairs, etc all pieces of this set. There was also a clear flow to the song. They wanted to be able to transition from jikooks lines to Jhopes verse with him going up stairs to pan over to Suga for his verse and then back down to Jin. They also opened up the spinning room in great dramatic effect to reveal the room and all the members. So I don't necessarily think that leaving jikook in the bedroom was a specific choice in subliminal messaging vs just.... how it happened to line up verse wise. If taekook had been singing the first chorus of "your touch your touch your touch" etc instead of the second one, they probably would have been the ones left in the room. Same if it was vmin who sang those specific lines at that specific time together. So this i lean more towards directors choice personally. But they also could have just vibed around the room dancing like they were when everyone was in there. Was it their choice to be all "touch touch touch, love love love" on the bed before falling back onto it together? It is unclear. Lol but they probably did that part themselves. It's also cute how they will seek each other out for that part on stage almost everytime too.
This again, is another good example of WOW what a moment in official content. Lol I don't think this was directed. If this was planned, they would both be totally aware of what would be happening, yes? Lol Jungkookie looked quite taken a back/flustered along with the rest of us. Lmao Jimin saw his chance and took it. Can't blame him. This was all very homoromantic. What would be interesting to see though, is why they matched extra hard in red compared to everyone else's color palate matching and stood farther away as a pair for this performance. It really kind of highlighted them as their own duo a bit. Combined with the fact that Christmas is considered a romantic holiday for couples, and the overall homoromantic vibes given by all 3 things here (the matching, the separation from the group and Jimins cuddle move), it definitely was eye catching. So I think this one was all them (minus the styling).
Another one that is an interesting moment in MVs is how jikook were depcited starting their day in the same bedroom in a matching set of couples PJs. This one I think is super straight forward if you pay enough attention, it says something. And well Jungkook WAS the director for this MV. The choice was his. And he said multiple times that his choices for this MV was to depict reality.
I would DIE to know how this performance came about. This is clearly choreographed. Jimin and JK are clearly probably the one duo able to have pulled this partner dance off. But WOW the way they said a big F you to heteronormativity with this dance. WHOSE IDEA WAS IT BIG HIT?! I love it no matter whose idea it was though. So beautiful and stunning and amazing
Jimin and JK did their cute little Dynamite interactions in Jimins rainbow clothes themselves. Lol we saw in behind the scenes them try multiple different things together, including the one of Jimin just throwing himself into JKs arms without looking. And JK just automatically catching him with the biggest smirk on his face ever as he holds his hyung. Lol and then the piggyback moment during the bridge in the MV was so cute and 100% all them too. During their reaction video they were asked if they were told to do that and Jimin said that no, he just thought it would be cute. And wow it sure was! They are so cute.
Not a filmed performance or MV, but I feel like this has to count a bit too. Because this was ALL THEM. 100% their choice to just suck ears. Lol and then when people were saying it didn't happen, after the tour finished out and antis, shippers and akgaes started mass emailing the company to stop business gay and to seperate jikook, Big Hit released HD footage of the Rosebowl Jikook ear suck moment. I like to think it was their F you response to the haters and a show of support to their artists and to jikook themselves too. Whatever their relationship is. The homophobia was clearly not stood for. And Jikook did that too.
And again, not sure if this totally counts, but I feel like it does. Same with rosebowl, JK told us before these PTD Concerts to keep being jealous, he will keep holding Jiminie. And then picked Jimin up himself and carried him off to their car from backstage. It feels like a statement to me, and that one was clearly JKs choice and Jimins choice. They are beautiful.
And while this is just posing for a photo. It was them posing for a photo right after a press conference posted by Big Hit. Like damn jikook. Why do yall have your bodies faced totally towards each other like this all up in each other's personal space. The faces they are making too. This felt very intentional. And this was a pose they did on their own and yet the Company went ahead and posted as is. Feels like a bit of a statement in a way to me. Lol the spot the couple game has never been easier honestly in these group photos
And while we are on the topic of "you had to know what this looks like and you did it anyway photos..." Idk what this photoshoot was supposed to give as a concept except gay and in love. 😜 That unicorn was around and yet no other duos had this in their unit shoots and no other duos looked so damn couple-y in their duo shoots. And jikook went let's look like boyfriends on the beach ON TOP OF A RAINBOW UNICORN. Clearly yes, this is a directed photoshoot, but they do have some leeway in these shoots, you can watch the shoot in the summer package too. And just well... it sends a message and they aren't dumb! They have to have known what it looks like. Lol so directors choice? Maybe. But what an interesting choice this then was....
I hope this helped answer your question at least a little bit. Unfortunately we can't know exactly who made what choices and why for fact unless they specifically say something about it too, like with the Dynamite MV moments or jikooks 21st century choreo moments for ex. But I do think sometimes it can be more clear when its directed or otherwise too. Such as in winter package when the photographer says "jimin please put your arm around his shoulder" for ex. like kgpr's fall from popularity makes me so sad bc it didnt fall off bc it had finished, it fell off bc of executives rushing the franchise along, that led to bad writing choices... like i said, kgpr 'ended' in 2014 with mca showcasing a good ending, but the manga, a key component in even understanding mca's storyline, was only ever finished in 2019. which by then kagepro had already lost a lot of popularity. like....
like it didnt have to be like this :( they couldve taken their time with this. bc, ppl really liked kagepro back then... its hard to state just how immensely popular kagepro was during its peak, in like 2012-2014. it wasnt super mainstream popular like aot or anything, but it was the most popular niche thing at the time. if you knew vocaloid, then you knew of kagerou project. like people take mca for granted nowadays, but do you understand just how significant it is that an extremely indie novel music project thing was popular enough to receive an anime? and also, how jin was one of the earliest producers to make vocaloid songs featuring characters that werent the vocaloid themselves, and how he got so much hate for it at first. and did you know headphone actor was like, a demo song for IA? it was made with IA before IA was publicly released, yet managed to go viral. it was the first IA song to get a million+ views, even before IA was released. and also how ayano's theory of happiness mv holds the record for one of the fastest video to hit a million views on nnd, in less than 5 hours or smth...
like.. kagepro was Big. Bigggg. people loved this story, and they loved these characters. it was taking pixiv and nnd over by storm... like you had to be there to understand just how much people loved novel 5. bc novel 5 was released during kgpr's peak, during Mekakucity Records era, and before the anime. people were losing their minds over the plot revelations tying everything together, and it was the best selling light novel for that month too i think... kano shuuya fanart was everywhereeee. this is how much people liked kagerou project. but this buzz and popularity coincided with the releases of music videos and the anime. and instead of spacing out the production of those two medias, they were all rushed out in such a short amount of time 😞 its just very sad to me, bc you can tell just how passionate jin and sidu and all the other ppl who worked on it were about this project. jin really had a story he wanted to write, and it was a story that many, many people wanted to read about. but so many people dont pay attention to it anymore, or understand it (and to no fault of their own, with how convoluted kgpr had to become to fit in everything), even though it isnt completed... and the mekakucity reload anime is in copyright limbo. its all very sad 😞😞😞😞

So hobi had lollapalooza, Jin a concert with coldplay, joon a private concert with fans, yoongi a tour, and Jimin nothing ?!!!!! They didn't even let him have more than 2 mvs so i'm not really surprised. He wants to do a tour badly but thinks he doesn't have enough songs, wanna bet it's bh that told him that! He has 9 songs. He can do a short small tour and sing and dance or a fan gathering like Joon. Can we all please suggest it to him when he came live.

Yes, I understand but he did music shows - which is traditional route for an idol, a good one. Now, when k-fans directly asked him about tour he said not yet but he also said to look forward that means we gonna get pjm2!! I think he clubs both and do concert/tour. So, asking again in live i don't think it is good idea and certainly brings pressure on him and we don't know what his plans are especially after his bb #1 milestone. He loves stage, he loves fans singing cheering in concerts, hopefully he does in later half of year🤞 (ofcourse if things go smoothly). it's a wait and watch and I'm really annoyed on why they didn't gave him a visual album he wanted and in return he raised stocks for them😮💨.
