MNCR merch...
It has a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Gender neutral. Functional. As one person said: it's merch for grownups.
You can even kind of assign members' aesthetics to the items: candle is Jungkook, that bar necklace is Jimin, lotion and lip balm to Hobi, rings to Yoongi, etc.
The prices listed on the preview are most likely the price tags in the Seoul pop-up. They are very reasonable, like the necklace is about $22 USD. And fyi, it only comes with the rectangular bar pendant and does not include the ring. It's interesting they added the ring just for a promo pic.
Anyway.
The sweatshirt is about $65 USD. The candle is about $26 which is what those 3-wick candles at Bath and Body Works cost at regular price. About $20 for the crate and it seems large enough to be very useful.
If this merch makes it to Weverse Shop, which we expect it will, I'm not expecting the prices to remain low. And then add in shipping... ugh.
Personally, I'm not a huge merch buyer. We'll see what the prices are when it all hits Weverse Shop.
Some are underwhelmed by the designs and the fact all of that decoding/puzzle solving we had to do only culminated in this pile of good.
Some are trying to reconcile the fact the photocard images appear to have been taken back in 2021 and none of the members look like that anymore. That is the case in any set of photocards. All of that collateral material must be produced way ahead of time.
That's ok. Not everything will please everyone. It was still fun while it lasted and seemed to clear out the negativity for a while.
The locations run concurrently for the most part. It's not a traveling show. They all close by the end of June, some open for longer periods than others. Some open longer than a month, one barely ten days. That's a long time just to sell merch. Unless there's something else to push while these shops are open. I guess we'll see.
Jin will be back while these shops are still open.
I just gotta say that there was some planning that went into this. And they started a long time ago. They probably had gotten a lot done (photocards) and then had to pause and regroup when things went somewhat off the rails in 2022.
Who knows, maybe Namjoonie's puzzling delay in enlisting (and perhaps the others) was because they were working on something else that goes along with this Monochrome project...

I KNOW IT'S NOT THE SAME but the fact that its the same design, a ring strung on a chain, and a tab shaped pendant... it's jikook coded for sure.
And another thing... the pop up location in Tokyo... isn't that the escalator that they are going down in that scene in GCF Tokyo? The Tokyo pop up will be where Jimin and Jungkook filmed GCFT. See that mirror-y stuff on the sides?

Hair clips of the sun.
Jungkookie had little hair clips in his hair during his birthday weverse live on Sept. 1, 2022.
This was the live when Jin brought him a crate of grapes and then molested JK's bunny birthday cake with them. And during this live we found out that Jimin and Hobi were JK's only visitors that day.
Even JK thought the hair clips were cute... what's that you say? Not hair clips? E-clips? OOHHHH. EEEE-clipse of the sun.
Well... Jungkookie did say he EXPRESS ordered them. So technically they were e-clips.
Never mind then.

I am thinking about 6-13-2013 debut Jimin and if he only knew that almost 11 years into the future, on April 5, 2024, about one year after his song becomes the first Korean solo song to reach #1 on the BBHot100, his first true solo single would reach 1 billion streams on Spotify and that it would be the 613th (!!!) billion-streams song in Spotify history. AND the fastest Korean-language song to reach that milestone.
Jimin, you did well. The blood sweat and tears and mindset you had on this day back in 2013 have culminated into this tremendous accomplishment. SO FAR! I can't wait to see what you can accomplish in your career in the future!

Bangtan weekly report
I hope everyone is having a great day so far. It's been a busy week/weekend for Bangtan.
Hobi's Hope On The Street album dropped on Friday and I got my ass to Target first thing to get it!
The album is amazing, as I knew it would be. Hobi continues to amaze me. I'm struggling to find the right words to express how I feel about him. As I told my bestie, Hobi is the blood and bones of BTS. Namjoon might be the big brain lyricist, the leader and Yoongi might be the constant melody maker and realist, but Hobi makes the whole thing come alive and beat with movement.
The first two episodes of the HOTS docu-series were also amazing. To hear and see him delving so deeply into the thing that makes him who he is and therefore makes BTS what it is brought tears to my eyes.
The Hope On The Street Pop Up location in Seoul is an overwhelming success as were the parties that Hobi threw for fans in LA, Chicago and NYC.
Items from his Hybe studio are on display at the Seoul pop up event and merch that is available there might be the same that will be available on April 9 on Weverse Shop.
Neuron dance lessons were being conducted today and look like they are being filmed. Maybe they will end up in a future Bangtan Episode! If you'd like to see more of what's inside the pop up, you can view this thread on X.

Yoongi has entered the Nonsan Training Center, the same one where Namjoon and Tae did their basic training. Yoongi's basic training will last 3 weeks and then he will return to his alternate service assignment. He looks so good! (sarcasm)
And it was mentioned that Jin accompanied Yoongi on this day. Jin wasn't going to let Yoongi enter military basic training without having his only hyung in the group see him off.
Speaking of Jin, his Weverse post for March was 77 DAYS LEFT!
Jimin has made a scholarship available at the Department of Physical Therapy at Dongeui Science University in Busan. According to the information, Jimin made this donation prior to enlisting. Physical therapists are important in his and the members' lives to keep them healthy while performing at such high levels.
Taehyung was spotted at a soccer match in Chuncheon. He was with a group of fellow soldiers in uniform. However, also present were Manager-nim and several recognizable Hybe security guys. Interesting.
Namjoon shared some moments from his weekend with us. I will assume he is taking his proper holiday now that he's past the 100-day mark of enlistment. He visited Sorol Art Museum in Gangneung, he hugged the sky at a beach, smelled the cherry blossoms and was lurking in and about the Hybe building because he saw a banner from Army. It's possible the banner was installed by the owner of a nearby restaurant.

And I can't leave my precious Kookie off this week's report. We don't know if he and Jimin have taken the vacation that is due them now that they've also passed the 100-day milestone of their enlistment. They've completed just over 20% of their obligation as of yesterday/today and tomorrow they will be promoted to Private First Class II.
We've seen more pics of Bam than of JK this year.

I sat here in front of this computer to watch the premier of the Set Me Free Pt 2 MV on March 17, 2023 and let me tell you... my eyes about fell outta my head. I gasped. I cried. My chin dropped to the floor. I may have drooled, I don't know, prolly so. I don't think I took another breath until the song was over. I cried again.
The timeline went insane:
And then we had to wait until March 24 for Like Crazy and the rest of the album. And when we got it, it was absolutely exquisite. The anguish, the realness, the tenderness... changed the way I viewed Jimin. And in the year following the release of this very personal collection of songs, he showed us his album-making journey in the form of a documentary. I don't have adequate words to say how proud I am of him.
As of today, Like Crazy is now the longest charting song of all-time for a Kpop soloist on Spotify Global (357 days and still charting).

And another thing...
Korean news media hyping how BTS has continued to release content with no gap even while enlisted in the military.
Yonhap News.
KBS News.
"Is this BTS' military service?" astounded, like... what kind of military service is this where the members are still active while they are enlisted??
They've even coined a new term to describe it: Rubber Shoe Content.
Apparently this sort of thing has not been done before, at least not to this extent, when an idol group is on break fulfilling their military obligation and release things for the fans while they are away.
"They are creating a new activity model to fill the gap with so-called 'rubber shoe content' for fans waiting for BTS, from music videos and entertainment documentary films to offline events."
The planning that had to have occurred and length of time it took for all of this to be produced... BTS and their staff, along with their agency BigHit and the resources available to them via Hybe, were able to carry out this extensive effort so that we would continually have things to look forward to while they are away. They worked hard before enlisting for us.
And we know more is coming! Wait until K-news sees Jimin and Jungkook doing MMA in their sleep!!

White Bear Artillery Brigade.
I'm not here to share anything earth shattering or reveal new information. I'm just going to elaborate on what I know and how I see it. Feel free to form your own opinions.
Ok so, from everything I know, this is how I'm understanding it (long ramble)...
Republic of Korea (ROK) Armed Forces is one of the largest and most powerful standing armed forces in the world. At any given time, it consists of about 600,000 active duty soldiers and approximately 3 million reservists.
Soldiers are automatically transferred to the Reserve Forces upon discharge from their initial active duty service and serve four years in the Mobilization Reserve followed by four years as a Homeland Reservist. No one ever talks about this. They are not "free" following their active duty service. They are still considered reservists.
Jimin and Jungkook are in the White Bear Artillery Brigade of the 5th Infantry Division of the Republic of Korea Army (ROKA).
ROKA itself, the Army, is the largest of the military branches. The other ROK military branches are ROK Navy and ROK Air Force. The ROK Marines are part of their Navy forces.
It might be difficult to fathom the scope and size of ROKA. Here is an outline of the structure. You will need to scroll down a ways to see where the 5th Infantry Division falls. It is under Army Ground Operations and then under V Corps (Corps 5).
The White Bear Brigade consists of the:
195th, 196th, 205th and 988th Field Artillery Battalions. The 196th is also called YELLOW DRAGON.
I do not know which Field Artillery Battalion Jimin and Jungkook are assigned to.
Each of these Field Artillery Battalions are scattered in different locations but tied to the 5th Infantry Division. The 5th Infantry Division's top general controls these Field Artillery Battalions.
And the term "field" only means they are not located at the training base where Jin is.
It means they are out in the "field" in another remote, secluded strategic location, away from the main base, where if necessary, they and their artillery, can be deployed efficiently and rapidly should this action be required.
They don't see Jin any more. He is at a separate location.
The front line between South Korea and North Korea is lined with hills and low-lying mountains, they will be nestled up in there somewhere.
"Field" does not mean they are living in the middle of a farm field in tents, cooking food over campfires. It means they are at a base somewhere in the hills and mountains. This base will hold lots of other soldiers, though not as many soldiers as there are at the original training base where Jin is because that's sort of a hub where they deploy the newly trained soldiers from.
Simple terms: Jimin and Jungkook are out there in the middle of nowhere near the front lines at a base where they take care of weaponry like tanks and the ammo for tanks in case they have to quickly respond to an attack. Heaven forbid.
Anyway. How many ways can I explain that? Obvs a bunch.
Military jobs.
There are probably dozens of jobs that an Army base like theirs requires.
Cooking food to feed all the soldiers is one of those jobs. Cleaning the kitchen after cooking is part of that job. There were rumors since January that Jungkook was a kitchen worker. Those in the K-military call it Kitchen Police. And then JK just said he is cooking rice and cleaning up to the ceiling so that pretty much confirms he is indeed a Kitchen Police.
In the context of him being enlisted in the military and him coming to tell us he is doing good in the military, he is telling us he cooks rice and cleans up afterward.
He didn't mean he sometimes randomly cooks rice in his room. Nor did he mean he made himself a snack. It doesn't mean he also has a second job of cleaning. Everything he does will be associated with the Kitchen Police.
Their days are very regimented and structured. He will be one soldier on a team of soldiers tasked with creating enough food 3 times a day to feed the entire base. It is a full time job.
The rumor for Jimin is that he might be in a role that involves maintenance. Maintenance of what? We don't know. But what we know about Jimin is that he was on the robotics team in school, he has leadership skills, and he made a bunch of LEGO kits and a miniature house model in front of us during several weverse lives. Is he putting together computers? Is he reassembling machinery? We don't know.
The Companion Enlistment Program.
The buddy system was created in 2003 in order to foster better outcomes and psychologically stronger soldiers. It allows those who choose to enlist under this program to be with someone who they can gain this support from throughout their enlistment. That's the whole point. To be together during their enlistment.
The age range is dynamic. Every year this range progresses one year.
For 2023, the age range for this program were those born between Jan. 1, 1995 and Dec. 31, 2005. For 2024, the age range will be those born between Jan. 1, 1996 and Dec. 31, 2006. And so on.
The reason is because only Korean men between the ages of 18-28 are conscripted. 2023 was the last year Jimin was eligible for this program.
The criteria is very specific when choosing this type of enlistment. You can't "game" the system by enlisting in this program for reasons other than the ones the military has set for this type of enlistment. It's the military... they are masters at the "game." Strategy, out-thinking the enemy, creative warfare... that's their gig.
The barracks where Jimin and Jungkook sleep will be the same. The bathroom where they wash up will be the same. The cafeteria where they eat will be the same. Their recreational facilities will be the same.
It's the same base, same facilities. They may not be in each other's faces while they perform their jobs every day, but they see each other EVERY DAY. They sleep together EVERY NIGHT.

Every time I say that I go "hammer time" and think of MC Hammer and the song starts in my head...anyway... I'm a dork.
I can imagine Jungkook's day starts a little earlier than Jimin's because the kitchen will need to be ready to serve breakfast for the rest of the soldiers.
There might be other teams/groups who also begin their day earlier than others. Perhaps they all gather and do some sort of brief, early morning drills or general chores before heading off to their respective posts/jobs for the day. I don't know, just guessing.
The kitchen team would do things like take in supplies, store the supplies correctly according to regulations, place orders for more supplies, gather the ingredients to make that day's menus, prepare the foods according to specified recipes, serve the food, maintain and clean the serving area, maintain and clean the cooking appliances, cookware, cooking utensils, clean the food trays and eating utensils, clean the kitchen from floor to ceiling, plan and prepare for the next day's menus, doing any preliminary prep like thawing frozen food, etc.
Menus are not decided on a whim. The Army will have set daily menus and have contracts within the country's food industry to provide ingredients and supplies in bulk.
I used to think it was slightly odd to obsess over the food they were being served in the military. But now I'm keenly interested. Is there a jikook food tray account on X?
As I don't really know the details of Jimin's job, I can only guess that he reports to his job, carries out his duties just like Jungkook and just like all their fellow soldiers. His duties may be similar in that he inventories supplies, orders new supplies/parts. Or he might be training for a specific skill like polishing glass for gun scopes or something. I just made that up to use as an example.
Of course, duty on base would be vastly different from combat if they were to actually be activated to fight. I don't want to think about that.
Perhaps during the course of their week, they all attend classes or lectures or informational meetings or whatever. I don't know. That's just a guess. But somehow, information would need to be shared and continuing training would need to occur.
At the end of the day, they'd head back to their own barracks and enjoy their evening of free time. They'd get their phones for a short period of time. From what I understand, depending on their location, their wireless signal may not be reliable or strong.
Maybe they work out. If so, they do it together. They are accustomed to doing that so there's every reason to think they'd also work out together while enlisted.
They can decompress in the company of each other, relaxing, being themselves in the comfort of familiarity. They can talk about things that they accomplished, things they learned or situations they got embarrassed about.
They can make jokes with each other, poke fun at each other, commiserate, empathize, laugh, express frustration or joy with each other.
If they have enough moments of privacy, they can vent about assholes they had to deal with or they can hype the nice people they interacted with during their day.
Or they can just relax in the company of each other in silence and nothing else.
You know... all the things you do with the person you are most comfortable with... the person they wanted next to them sharing the ups and downs of this period of their lives. It works out wonderfully for them.
Then lights out and go to sleep and do it all over again the next day.
Anyway. I send up my thoughts every day that they are safe, healthy, eating well, and that their bodies and minds are strong. I am thankful they have each other. It is day 97 into their service. 451 days remaining. FIGHTING!

Hello everyone.
A sign of Yoongi! Literally! his signature on a wall at the grand opening of actor Ma Dong Seok's (or Don Lee) boxing gym. Is Yoongi doing boxing workouts now?
Even Chef Baek and Psy attended this grand opening. Yoongi's signature had its own separate panel on the wall...
Kookie finally came home to Weverse:

I know they take aptitude tests etc. to discern what military specialty/occupation/job they would match better. It is fitting he's ended up in a job that keeps him indoors in a very methodical environment doing something he's already shown an interest in.
There's a chance those who work in the kitchen have to wake up a little earlier than the others to begin preparing the food.
And it tickles me to think there are probably many who surround him who address him as hyung.
AND! I know when he sees Jimin enter the cafeteria, he gets the hugest brightest smile on his face. If he has any say-so in the kitchen, he is making sure someone makes and serves the biggest pancake, best pork cutlet and gives Jimin a huge serving of pork and kimchi stew.

I think the organization of "promotions" for Fri(end)s was excellent. I am 100% sure Tae came up with the idea of having people he knows react to the MV. The fan meet that happened yesterday, scheduled Stationhead listening parties and the WKorea thing is pretty brilliant too where it appears he'll sing the song in a prerecorded clip to be posted soon.

This Wednesday will be the 100 day mark for Jimin and Jungkook (Tuesday for Tae and Namjoon). I wonder if all soldiers reaching that mark immediately take their 3 days off (or however many days it is) or can they choose when they want to take it?
I'd like to think Jungkook would be able to squeeze in a little bit of time enjoying one of those $1000 bottles of whisky that we spied in his fridge. I would assume he'll also swing by the house construction to pick out colors and flooring and such. I hope they get to eat some really good food and see all the people they want to see.
I learned they've been conducting readiness training and drills this past week with the U.S. forces stationed in South Korea. The report I read said they've doubled the scale of their drills this go round. (big worried sigh).
If you are in the northern hemisphere, I hope your allergies are not bothering you too much.

Sooo, Tae's Fri(end)s...
...here's my mind-numbing ramble about it.
In the teaser short film: Images of an apple, alphabet cereal (SIREN), crossword puzzle with the word "feed", glass of milk?, the word "dine" made of ice? (I see no "dumpling" here. Where's the dumpling?) Not looking good for Vmin-ers. Again.
Along with upside down "friends", and the newspaper headline that seems to read: "...ationship becomes eternal by e..." and you can't see the entire thing but the next word created by red thread is "desire".
The red thread being pulled undone.... Red thread of fate which supposedly means: The two people connected by the red thread are destined lovers, regardless of place, time, or circumstances. This magical cord may stretch or tangle, but never break. This myth is similar to the Western concept of soulmate or a destined partner.
But the red thread is broken and we end up with just the word "end".
Sooooo.... let's extrapolate (come up with plausible explanations from what we know):

CROSSWORD (left-handed person): 35 across = feed
BLACK MAGNETIC POWDER (commonly used for fingerprinting): friends>end

The colors...
Pink... it was pink with white text at first but then a broken phone is in the mix (makes me think about all that photo-leaking mess when we first got wind of Tae and Jennie) ... and now Pink... and black... HMMMMMMM... black and pink... hmmmmm?
iPhones are notoriously difficult to hack these days. I wonder if one of the photo leakers is one of the subjects of the photos... just sayin'...
Could this "love song in the Pop Soul R&B genre," as it is described, be about, you know... Jennie? Black... pink... I know what we've heard but seriously... who really knows anything? Not I. But I have eyes and a brain.... that over thinks.
The funniest thing is if any of his solos or especially the cult show up at the party event and adhere to the dress code... HAH! Tae, you clever little devil.
Release date: March 15 which is not White Day in Korea but more historically infamously known as the Ides of March. Is the song about Brutus and Julius Caesar? Friendship gone wrong? Maybe that's too plebian of me... anyway...
So I will be here waiting to find out if Fri(end)s is another invigorating song that will let us experience the full breadth of Tae's charms just as Seven was described as the full breadth of Jungkook's charms... *ahem*... or if it's something completely different. We'll see!

I wonder what they are doing every day.
Others: Jimin and Jungkook are not together right now....
Me: I disagree...
They are within yelling distance at all times. They have to yell because *cannons* duh. FIRE IN THE HOLE! POWWWWW
Jimin and Jungkook might not be up each other's asses all day (that's a regional phrase meaning up in each other's business aka side-by-side constantly but not the other thing some of you think that means) but they most likely do the same tasks, spend their mealtimes together, sleep next to each other.
They are most likely in close contact with each other during daylight hours. They are sharing the same experiences at the same location in the midst of the same fellow soldiers under the same leaders and commanders. That is my guess based on what I've learned about this type of conscription they chose to do and what I know about the military in general.

Jimin's last notes to us were a tad wistful in that he said time will eventually go by and we'll see each other soon, as well as how much he misses us and he thinks about that every night. Maybe that day he posted that was particularly challenging. It calms my nerves knowing Kookie is there to share, commiserate, bolster and support.
But (cue the disclaimer) no one really knows. We've not had any accounts of what they've been up to, just inferences. Those "others" who claim to know are trying to cope because they are still strangling on bullshit of their own making.

Yep, its time for...
The Weekly Bangtan Report. It will be a short one.

One enterprising investigator Army visited one of the locations and was told by the cafe owner that yep, they were contacted and told a pop-up event would happen this month!
And I keep forgetting, we're not only getting a mini album of songs but we're getting a documentary series at the end of the month!

I know, they are probably besties only for this promotion but whatever. It's funny as shit.
I had always thought Tae's deal with this investment company was an interesting choice for him. This company's target market would skew to older males who have money to invest. It is also based in Indonesia. With Tae involved, he might attract a younger demographic as well as female clientele.
When I first learned of this partnership it made me strongly believe he is creating an awareness in this demographic for the purpose of already being a familiar name when he returns from MS and starts doing TV drama acting gigs. That's my best guess. I dont' know though, the fact it is based in Indonesia ... anyway.
Next up: Jungkookie! makes a brief appearance in The Kid Laroi's documentary... which of course probably means The Kid will be in JK's documentary along with everyone else JK's worked with since 2022 or 2023.
And Namjoon actually being in the military band has been more or less confirmed by him because of the pic he posted on his Instagram stories of he and his fellow soldiers. He tagged them and if you look at their accounts, they are indeed involved in the military band. I need Joon to explain to us what other music instruments he can play.
In other news, Lee Soo Man, former CEO of SM Entertainment has stated he will or has sold his remaining SM stock to Hybe giving Hybe an over 12.5% stake in SM Entertainment. That reality K-drama is ongoing.
All that other total motherfuckery going on at the former bird app can just die and go to hell including that bogus top 100 kpop artists ranking from Billoboard.

Happy Birthday Hobi! Neuron Crew has posted a happy birthday tribute on their social media channels. Here is the video on YouTube:

Neuron Crew are a group of Hobi's dance colleagues and friends from pre-debut. He's known them since middle school. This video was shot at Daedong Plaza in Gwuangju, Hobi's hometown city.
I was wondering last time if we'd see him in between training groups and here he is! The birthday boy himself was out and about. He saw his birthday banners and posters! I suspect this is possibly near his apartment building.

Namjoon.... there is that sus image of him playing the saxophone in a red military band uniform (not gonna post the pic). Is it an edit? Ok, so let's think about this.
When have we ever heard Namjoon say he knows how to play the saxophone? That would be approximately zero times he's ever said that. You'd think we would have had some Taehyung/RM interactions or conversations over the years involving saxophones. Nothing.
Do you know how hard it is to learn to play a wind instrument?
And there is only that one single suspicious image. Usually there are multiple weird sneaky angles, blurry shots, etc. I'm just saying I remain skeptical until I hear more from a different source, or from Joon himself. I've seen several pics supposedly of Jimin and Jungkook, one of them sitting in a cafeteria that looked hella real and then the original pic is shown and it's just... wow... edits can be very deceiving.
Joon posted a Lunar New Year message to us on Weverse:

Other Bangtan related news this week: Enhypen released a cover of I Need U. Some people are speaking negatively about it. What the ever loving fuck is wrong with you people?
That song was important for BTS, it was their first TV music show win and it was IMPORTANT and a big WIN for them that broke the door open. They were about to give up!
Be flattered that BTS is of a calibre that other well-known artists want to cover their songs! That being said, if you don't like the way they covered the song, fine, just move on, there's no need to be mean-spirited about it.
Last weekend, a Japanese TV show seemed to tease/spoil a hint that possibly high profile celebs stayed at a resort in a town outside Sapporo recently... the hint was "Dynamite." This was the resort:

Bangtan weekly report...
I wanted to do a Bangtan weekly report. Since January 15. But between real life and complete disinterest over what's been on the timeline I just haven't had the time or desire.
But, nevertheless, we press on.
I love IU's song and the MV starring Tae. He did really good. I've watched all the behind the scenes, hers and his.
The account on Instagram called @ rpwprpwprpwp (how do you pronounce that rr-pwip rr-pwip rr-pwip?) keeps posting images of Namjoon and now there are theories that the images are representative of each song from his next album. We wait(TM).
Everyday, hoping Namjoon and Tae are doing well in their assigned posts.
And hoping Jimin and Jungkook are doing all right. Thanking the universe everyday that they have each other to fall back on. I wonder if Jimin's love for snow will somewhat be tempered a little after this winter and next...
The Standing Next to You Usher remix behind the scenes videos were fun. I'm glad JK had the opportunity to work with Usher. I know the experience meant a lot to him. I miss his lip rings. He told Polyc he'd be considering a new tattoo when he was discharged. Can't wait...
I hope Yoongi is doing something he can at least consider is worthwhile. Just a tiny hint of what he's doing would be awesome but I understand if we never get that until he's discharged.
Excitedly anticipating Jin's discharge, as well as Hobi's. Jin's message yesterday was nice and now that we're about 4 months away from his discharge, I think about what might have been going through his mind at the time he recorded these messages. Hobi just graduated another bunch of new soldiers and will get some time off. Maybe we'll see him out and about on his Instagram this week.
For now, laying here, no thoughts/head empty.

Fun facts: That was Sept. 18, 2021 and they were headed to NYC for their UN speech and where they also performed Permission to Dance in and around the United Nations building.
This was the first airport fashion we saw since February 2020. About 19 months since they'd been to an airport (except to film a Dynamite live performance at Incheon airport sometime in November 2020 for the James Corden Show.)
That black baseball cap is either the same or identical to one Jungkook sometimes wears (we found out later they arrove arrived got to rode to the airport together).
Jin and Hobi are wearing matching LV jacket and pants. Pretty sure that pic was posted on Weverse but since Weverse is acting like a one page website built on Wix tonight I can't confirm that.
Memories....
I love this Jikook picture 💜💛 It's just a picture showing them together at the airport. We can't even see their faces. Simple. Yet it says so much. Just look at their bodies, their heads leaning against each other's. JK resting his hand on Jimin's shoulder, showing us his tattoos. The vibe is so different from other duos, who also took pictures on the same day:
