Matching bracelets w/ Takemichi Hanagaki.

I made a bracelet with Takemichi’s name on it so I’m writing about it.

Contains; Tooth-rotting fluff. You and Takemichi having matching homemade jewelry. a corny ass ending but something soft for the soul. Fem pronouns.

You remember it like it was yesterday even though it was twelve years ago. You made matching bracelets for Takemichi as a tribute to your little friendship. That friendship had bloomed into a little relationship between you two.

“Eh? What’s this?” Takemichi asked, looking at the bracelet with your name on it. You blushed slightly and turned away from him. “Just…something special.” You say lowly. Takemichi smiles and slides on the bracelet, it was a perfect fit for his wrist.

“It looks so nice, thank you _______!” Takemichi compliments. You smile, happy to know that he likes it. “If it ever breaks, just let me know and I’ll fix it, alright?” You tell him. He nods and smiles, watching you walk off into the distance.

You never took the bracelet off even when you were being a badass and punching the absolute shit outta people. Takemichi remembered during a random fight when he saw you wearing the bracelet while punching some goon. It made his heart flutter knowing that the bracelets actually meant that much to you.

Twelve years passed and he still kept the bracelet. He had always took a glimpse at it when times were hard or when he thought about you. Coincidentally, he met you again in the rental shop where he was looking for a movie. As he searched the shelves, he bumped into you while he had scanned the shelves.

“Ah! Excuse me-“ He paused, seeing that damned charm bracelet on your wrist. The beads spelling out his name had made him realized that he had bumped into the very woman who made the bracelets. The woman whose name was on HIS bracelet.

You look up at him and your eyes slowly widen as you see the bracelet on his wrist. “T-TAKEMICHI!?” You exclaimed, surprised to see that he still had the bracelet on. Takemichi was speechless, still in shock to know that he had bumped into you. “_-______…” He muttered, tears beginning to appear in his eyes.

You smile, happy to see him and his stupid crying face. “Hehe…a crybaby as usual…huh Takemichi?” You said, your lips quivering. Takemichi hugs you tightly so happy to reunite with you.

And with that, the lost bracelets had finally been paired again.

Okay, first of all, this is not a hating Shinichiro post. I swear it. This is just me having brain riot and thinking in how many times Shin was a questionable example for kids and teens around him and how we seem to forget about it but it's kinda hilarious when you put all of them together (except for Sanzu, that is never funny, my poor lil gremlin 😭)

I know most of this things were because he was also too young, oblivious and reckless. I know that, but it's funny to bully him with affection anyway 🙈

(and in the more serious ones, he was too dissociated and too out of everything, I know that too)

So... Here I go, random Shinichiro moments for all of you!

Leaving Inupi to look out the shop.

Inupi, who looks like a cute potato here and it's deffinetly too young for it. Canon unpayed intern Inupi, yuhuuu! 💜

Him smoking around bikes all the damn time.

In his shop where Inupi was and could blow out the whole block. But also in his garage, where Draken and Mikey used to watch him fix the bikes. Shin, don't, that's dangerous! (I would say "if you wanna kill yourself do it but don't drag others with you", buuuuuut... Yeah, he did it and everyone got drag on that, so why bother to say it? 😑)

Probably just a prank, but.. Really, Shin? You ran away and left Izana there? I know, I know, you're a dumb teen, but c'mon, think for once! The whole interaction makes me laugh and want to smack Shinichiro in general, to be honest.

Did I say Shinichiro created Sanzu? Yes? I'll say it again, I don't care. Again, I know he was dissociating and all, but, but... It's fine to kill people for Mikey mindset is now installed successfully on Haruchiyo's brain, yuhuuu! 😭

The amount of total disregard for Haruchiyo's mental health here is too much and should be a crime. The "keep the secret" part don't make it better. Specially, specially, when Shinichiro himself is not going to keep it, he's about to say everything to Wakasa. But Haru? Shhh, you should keep the secret, I'm sure this is not a huge burden for a teenager that suddenly have two set of memories!

(Well, not everything, he probably forgot to tell Waka about Haruchiyo remembering it, because in the final battle it didn't look like Sanzu ever talked about it with Wakasa and I wanna think they would if he knew... Look, another Sano forgetting about Sanzu, yuhu! 😑)

But, for real, this sentence is Wakui being hilarious because c'mon, poor Takemichi!

Edit: I didn't put the poorly way Shinichiro handled everything about Izana and Mikey because I consider canon doesn't give us enough info on that. Same with Emma. What happened? Why Izana never met them? I have my hc, of course, but we don't know for sure. So... I can't ramble about how badly he managed that! (Badly, for sure, I just don't know exactly how and how much)

Sanzu stans try not to hate senju challenge: failed

Why do people blame senju and not mikey too? Whether it was senju or sanzu, what happened does not mean that it should result in actual bodily harm. "It was senjus fault, she deserved worse, i hate her she's a terrible character" she was a child that was excluded by a group of boys whom she probably saw as friends. They didn't hang out with her and she saw a toy she was interested in and wanted to play with it. But it broke? And that could happen any time?

And i also do understand that it was Mikey's dark impulse that probably resulted in him hurting sanzu but this still doesn't mean that its senjus fault?

They were kids. Senju was scared, Mikey was basically "under the influence" and unfortunately it meant that 4 children were traumatised that day

What I love about Takemichi and Chifuyu's friendship is that Chifuyu somehow combines Takemichi's two worlds - the one before Toman and the one when he was already a member of Toman.

What I mean is that Chifuyu is the only person from Toman who has developed a closer bond with Takemichi's friends that he knew before joining the gang.

I realize it's mostly a matter of them all being from the same division, but I believe their relationship goes beyond that. That the relationship between Chifuyu and Takemichi's old friends is not due to more "official", related to their division, relationships, but rather because they share a common friendship with Takemichi.

Takemichi had friends before Toman. However, when he joined the gang, he began to make new friends that did not clash too much with his old friends. Most of the time we see that these are two completely different worlds. Even when his old friends eventually join the gang themselves, I felt like they were a bit out of place.

This changes, however, when Takemichi's two worlds meet in a place that should be a safe space for the boy, where a normal teenager could hang out with his friends - in his room.

At that moment I thought that Takemichi's closest friends were in one place. That together they are here for him.

From that moment on, it is clear that they are not only members of the First Division, but also friends.

Chifuyu was not only Takemichi's friend, but also someone they could rely on. He became THEIR friend.

In case of problems, Akkun, Takuya, Kazushi and Makoto can turn to Chifuyu for help. And I firmly believe that it's not just because he's their vice captain, they can just trust him like someone close to them.

When it comes to their relationships with other members, I get the impression that they are more "official". Akkun, Takuya, Kazushi and Makoto do not have any major interactions with the other boys.

The exception may be the last battle, where Mitsuya's presence is more visible, but I can't imagine Mitsuya just hanging out with Akkun, Takuya Kazushi and Makoto. In turn, I can totally see Chifuyu spending time with them even without Takemichi's presence.

Yes, you could also say that Hakkai also became somewhat closer to Takemichi's "old" group of friends when they all ended up in the same high school.

But honestly, I doubt they would have developed a closer friendship if it weren't for Chifuyu's presence. After all, at some point Takemichi, Hakkai and Chifuyu became an iconic trio who came together to help the young Shiba. Their friendship was also on a completely different level. And Chifuyu was a person already in two of Takemichi's friendship groups. I don't think Hakkai would be able to make friends with the other guys right away, because Takemichi himself had never introduced his old friends to anyone else.

I have the impression that Chifuyu contributed more to bringing the boys closer to Toman than Takemichi himself. Because Takemichi himself didn't even introduce his old friends to this world. They themselves joined the First Division under Takemichi, but it was Chifuyu who became the bridge between the two worlds. I bet he started it all.

When Baji showed Chifuyu what friendship was, Matsuno began to take it very seriously. And at every step you can see his commitment to friendship, not only his own friendships but also other people's, often leading to him starting to form bonds with them.
