Meleanor is trying to fry Lilia with lightning WHILE he's holding Egglleus omg. SEBEK'S CRYING FOR DEAR TAMAGO-SAMA! AND!
Tumblr media
Yuu-chan finally speaks omg! "S--Stop!""At this rate, the egg--!" They're all so concerned for the egg even when they know it'll hatch anyway. So precious!
Tumblr media
"Kheeheehee... What will you do, Lilia? Will you perish here with the egg?"
She's threatening to make fried egg out of her own son if Lilia REFUSES to run away omfg. She's so unhinged oh my lord!
Then when she strikes again. Silver blocks the blow for Lilia. Lilia was shocked and Meleanor gets angry, and when questioned, Silver says:
Tumblr media
"You two care deeply for each other, so why do you fight?! Please, please stop. I beg of you!"
Baul follows suit and begs Meleanor to stop, too. Lilia begs her not to go to battle.
Tumblr media
Lilia: "If we lose both you and Levan... I wouldn't know what to do."
Meleanor: "I will say it again. I will not lose. No matter how many of them gather, no matter how many times they gather, I will burn them to the ground. Again and again."
Meleanor: "However. On the occasion that I fail to return, then you still have that child. You shall make it hatch."
Lilia: "Impossible! A dragon needs its parents' magic and affection... It needs true love to hatch! I cannot give parental love. Even loving anyone... I can never make this egg hatch!"
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Meleanor: "You love me, no? Or were you lying when you told me you would marry me when we were young?"
Lilia: "Ha?! That was... That was over 200 years ago, when we were brats! Why are you bringing that up now..."
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Meleanor: "And you love Levan as well. You, my right-hand general, spent more time with him than I was married to my husband and left-hand general (Levan). You will surely treasure the child born of our blood. Wouldn't you agree, Lilia?"
Lilia: "What foolishness! Ha?!"
Lilia still struggles to object, but Meleanor starts enveloping herself in walls of thorns.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"One day, to the fae who dwell on this Kingdom of Thorns, Malleus will become the auspicious star that shines and burns brightly... And to the humans, a malefic star that they shall fear.
Tumblr media
"Malleus... My beloved child. I leave him to you, Lilia."
"This is my night's blessing."

“Fuck,” Bakugou cursed to himself, setting the knife down and grabbing a paper towel to tend to the small cut he had just accidentally put onto his index finger. Your home was filled with a savory aroma as Bakugou’s cooked dinner as he did every night.
“Are you alright, Katsuki?” You asked from the dining room, averting your eyes from your laptop and peering into the kitchen to check on your husband.
“I’m fine. It’s just a small cut,” Bakugou called out, grabbing and applying a band-aid from the cabinet and onto his finger. Afterwards he went back to the task at hand. “Where’s Suki?”
“She’s upstairs, I think she’s showering. Apparently they were working on training their quirks in U.A. and she said she felt disgusting,” you responded, reverting your attention back to the work you had left on your laptop.
“So they’re already training their quirks? I need to train with her more then.” Bakugou turned the stove off as he moved tonight’s dinner to a singular dish. He went over to the dining table where you were seated to set the table.
You furrowed your brows at him. “Katsuki, she trains enough at U.A., not to mention you train with her after she comes back from school too. You’ll overwork her if you do even more than that.”
“She needs the training. She has to get stronger if she wants to get better.” Bakugou spoke to you while walking back and forth from the kitchen to the dining table as he placed all of his dishes down for his family to share. “She’s gonna get her provisional license soon and I don’t want her to fail like I fucking did.”
“I understand, but you’re being too hard on yourself and on her,” you said, shaking your head at your husband who has a tendency to overwork himself.
“If she’s gonna be the best, she has to be better than me. And I’m gonna make sure she’s a hundred times better than I ever was in U.A.,” Bakugou stated adamantly as he sat himself across from you.
You sighed, closing your laptop and setting it aside so you could eat. “You’re impossible, you know that?”
Bakugou smirked as he was about to let out a snarky comment until Suki walked downstairs, a towel in hand as she was still drying her ash blonde.
You smiled at the sight of your daughter. “Suki! You’re just in time for dinner.”
Suki stopped as she took in her parents at the dining table and the giant spread of food Bakugou had prepared. “Oh, I thought I told you guys I wasn’t that hungry today…”
Bakugou whipped his head around to look at his daughter. “No you fucking didn’t.”
“Whoops,” Suki said, laughing cautiously as she rubbed the nape of her neck with her hand. “I’m kinda tired from all the training today so I think I’m just going to head to bed.”
You frowned. “Are you sure? Maybe eat just a little, sweetie.”
Suki shook her head. “It’s okay, Mom. I’ll be fine.” She turned to her father. “And I’m sorry, Dad. I know you worked hard to make all of this.”
Bakugou sighed. “It’s fine. Pay me back with training right after you get back from school tomorrow.”
Suki winced but nodded reluctantly for her father’s sake. “Alright.” She turned around and made her way upstairs as she called out, “I’m going to bed. Good night!”
“Good night, sweetie!” You called back out to her. You averted your attention to the delicious spread in front of you, once again thankful for having a husband who could cook so well and alleviate you from the burden of having to do so.
“That shitty kid needs to eat more,” Bakugou grumbled, shoving his homemade meal into his mouth in the process. “She’s not gonna get stronger if she doesn’t eat well.”
“I agree with you there. At least with the eating more part.” You took a sip of water. “I hope she’s doing okay. You don’t think she’s overwhelmed at school and she’s just not telling us, right?”
“She’s fine, you’re worrying too fucking much, Y/N.” He glanced back at the stairs before eating again despite his statement. He didn’t want to say it aloud as he knew you would start freaking out but he was also concerned. Bakugou always wanted what’s best for his daughter who was inspired by her pro hero father to become a pro hero herself. When Suki expressed her interest in becoming a pro, Bakugou had to physically hold himself back in a way to not overwhelm her with how excited he was with the news. And you could see it yourself. You saw the way Bakugou perked up and seemed more enthusiastic, in his own way of course, every time Suki asked for training advice or told Bakugou about her day at school. You loved and admired their bond and how much closer they were getting the more she developed her quirk and skills.
You leaned back, patting your full stomach. “That was delicious, Katsu.” You stood up with your empty plate in one hand and patted his head with your other. Bakugou glared at you as he stood and cleared the table.
You went over to the sink to wash the dishes, intent on putting your share of the housework as Bakugou cooked only to be lightly pushed out of the way as Bakugou began to wash the dishes.
“Katsuki!” You exclaimed. “You always do this. I’m supposed to be the one who cleans up when you cook.”
You attempted to push him back but unsurprisingly he didn’t budge as he ignored you and continued to clean. “Oh, shut it. Just go finish your paperwork over there.”
“Fine,” you huffed as you sat back down at the dining table. Instead of finishing your paperwork you sat begrudgingly in your seat with your laptop in your lap as you waited for Bakugou so the two of you could go to bed together.
Thankfully with Bakugou being Bakugou, he was finished in no time and the two of you went upstairs to get some sleep.
As you were situating yourself in bed, Bakugou stood in front of Suki’s room. He knocked on her door and the absence of a response prompted Bakugou to open the door slowly. He poked his head in and saw Suki fast asleep with her lights still on. He smiled softly at the sight of his sleeping daughter and even though he knew he was tough on her, he knew she was working hard to prove to him how she will become an incredible hero.
“Katsuki, are you coming?” You called from your room.
“Yeah, yeah,” Bakugou responded as he turned Suki’s light off and closed her door.
Tumblr media
The alarm blaring from her phone jolted Suki awake. She quickly turned it off, hoping it didn’t wake her parents in the same manner as it did her. The time on her phone read 3:30 AM as Suki slipped out of bed. She quickly changed out of her pajamas and into sweatpants and a sweater and tiptoed out of her room.
Suki glanced over at yours and Bakugou’s bedroom door, thankful as it was closed shut. Sometimes Bakugou would sleep with the door cracked open slightly as he was convinced he would be able to hear anybody sneaking in if anyone attempted to rob your home or attack his family. You would call him crazy and usually waited for him to fall asleep before closing the door all the way in which Suki was ecstatic that you did so that day as well.
Suki made her way down to the front door and took her keys and her jacket and left her home. She grabbed her bicycle that was propped on the side of the house and began making her way down the road. She shivered as the cold winter air hit her face as she rode her bike, her eyes watering as they searched for one particular person.
Suki smiled once she spotted who she was meeting at 3:30 AM on a school night.
“Took you long enough!” Yui, Suki’s girlfriend, called out from her respective bike.
Suki grinned at her girlfriend and stopped her bike beside her. “Are you sure this place is open 24/7?”
Yui nodded. “They just opened up. Did your old man catch you?”
Suki shook her head. “I even skipped dinner and I’m starving now.”
Suki knew she wasn’t supposed to be out so late but she couldn’t help it; she missed her girlfriend. In addition, during the day she was busy at U.A. and afterwards she would train with her father. In the evening she’d have to keep up with her studies and her homework, making it almost impossible to spend time with her partner. Not to mention, Suki still hadn’t come out to you or Bakugou.
It wasn’t that she didn’t trust either of you but there was a small, miniscule feeling Suki had in the back of her mind that made her fear your reactions to having a girlfriend. Thankfully, unlike Yui’s parents, you and Bakugou never mentioned or questioned if Suki had a boyfriend, but she knew Bakugou especially would disapprove of anything that would divert her attention from her training and studies.
“Come on, let’s go!” Yui exclaimed and the two girls continued down the road to the ramen shop.
Tumblr media
Bakugou woke up feeling immobilized. In an attempt to go to the bathroom, Bakugou tried to get up but couldn’t do so as you were literally holding him down in your sleep. Your arm was wrapped around his torso, your leg over his thighs, and your cheek was pressed against his chest. In moments like these he blamed you for making him feel sore in the morning.
“Y/N,” Bakugou said softly as he quite literally peeled you off of his body. He was successful and he laughed once he heard you groaning in your sleep as you turned the other way.
Bakugou went to the bathroom and just as he was on his way back to his room to fall back asleep right beside you, he noticed Suki’s door was ever so slightly left open. He knew she always criticized him for leaving his door open so he knew something was up immediately.
Bakugou went over to Suki’s door, knocking once again just as he did before going to sleep earlier and again there was no response. He pushed the door open, furrowing his brows at the sight of what was supposed to be Suki’s body under her covers but Bakugou was too clever to fall for something so simple. He walked closer to her bed and pulled back the covers, not surprised to see two pillows that were formed to imitate her body.
“She fucking snuck out,” Bakugou muttered angrily to himself. He threw the blanket back onto the bed and went back to his bedroom where you were sleeping. He shook you awake. “Y/N, wake up.”
You woke up frighteningly, sitting upright. “What? What’s wrong?” You asked confused and tired.
“Suki’s not here.”
“What?!” You exclaimed, immediately jumping out of bed and running to Suki’s room to check. You turned back to Bakugou. “Do you think she was abducted? Or kidnapped? Oh no, do you think one of those villains you fought came back for revenge?! Our poor baby–”
“Y/N, calm down,” Bakugou said, placing his hands on your shoulders. “She’s not kidnapped. That little shit snuck out.”
“What? There’s no way Suki would sneak out, Katsuki.”
“She put her pillows under the covers to make it look like she was sleeping.”
“But… why would she do that?” You questioned. This was completely unlike Suki, which made you ponder even more about her motive. Usually if she wanted to go anywhere or do anything, she would ask you or Bakugou for permission in which, most of the time, you both would say yes.
“Who fucking knows. She’s probably out drinking or partying. She’s fifteen for fucks sake.”
“I don’t know, Katsu, I don’t think she’s the type to do something like that. The only possibility that makes sense is…” You thought about it some more until it finally hit you. “Maybe she’s seeing a boy!”
“A what?”
“Come on, it’s the only thing that makes sense. I don’t think she’s the type to go out drinking.”
“I’d rather her go to a party than be alone with a boy this fucking late.” Bakugou clenched his fists at the thought. “I’m gonna go find her.”
“Wait!” Bakugou ignored you as he continued downstairs, grabbing his coat and throwing his shoes on. “Don’t go out and use your quirk.”
“Why the fuck not? It’s the fastest way to get to her.”
You sighed hopelessly at your husband. “It’s 4 AM, Katsu, your explosions will wake up the whole neighborhood. Just take the car.”
“I hate that fucking piece of shit,” Bakugou grumbled. “Fine.”
“And take this, too.” You tossed his phone that you had quickly grabbed, which he caught with ease. “Call me when you find her.”
Tumblr media
Bakugou felt himself getting more and more impatient as he drove in circles around his neighborhood. He knew Suki couldn’t have gone far as he noticed her bike was missing. He checked her friends’ houses that he was aware of for any signs of partying and checked every convenience store nearby as he knew Suki loved them. Bakugou cursed at his daughter internally as she had also turned off her location on her phone. The last place left to check was the new ramen shop that had just opened and you had begged Bakugou to try out with you once he had some time off from work.
Bakugou recognized Suki’s bike parked right in front along with another bike right next to hers. To his knowledge you were right; Suki was here to meet a boy.
Bakugou felt himself getting angrier. How could Suki sneak out for a stupid boy? Doesn’t she know training has to be her top priority? Boys are a distraction and wouldn’t do her any good. He felt justified in these thoughts as he didn’t start dating until after he graduated which was when he met you.
Nevertheless, Bakugou parked and exited the car. He was planning on busting the door down to the restaurant, scold Suki, and murder whatever stupid boy had stolen his only daughter’s heart.
And Bakugou fully planned to do so until he stopped in his tracks at the sight he caught through the window. Suki was laughing, leaning on the person next to her. It was a girl. Initially Bakugou assumed it was a new friend that Suki had made until this new “friend” kissed his daughter on the cheek.
At that moment Bakugou understood fully what was going on. He was still upset that Suki felt like she had to sneak around to spend time with her girlfriend and he still thought having a partner could be a distraction but Bakugou knew he shouldn’t be physically upset as he initially intended to.
So Bakugou waited, his arms across his chest as he leaned against his car and waited for Suki to come out from the restaurant.
Tumblr media
When she was getting up to leave with her girlfriend by her side, Suki couldn’t remember the last time she enjoyed herself as much as she did in that ramen shop. She felt so comfortable in her skin and wished she could spend time with Yui more so that she didn’t have to sneak out like she did that night.
“I had a lot of fun today,” Yui said as the girls thanked the shop owners and made their way to the exit.
“Me too. Maybe next time we can go on a date during the day and not 5 AM,” Suki joked and Yui agreed.
“Mhm. But do you feel comfortable telling your parents?”
Suki sighed. “I want to tell them soon. It’s just so scary.”
“I get it, believe me.” Yui pushed the door open and they both walked towards their bikes. “Text me whenever you’re free again.”
Suki nodded and gave her girlfriend a small peck. “Come on, I’ll drop you off.”
“Suki, I live literally right next door. If anything I should be dropping you off,” Yui said with a laugh. “Are you okay getting home?”
Suki nodded confidently. “Absolutely. I’m in U.A. for a reason, you know.”
The girls continued and finished their goodbyes and Suki watched Yui take her bike on a very short ride to her house. She waved to Yui once more before turning around to head back home in the opposite direction. And that was when she finally saw him.
There Bakugou was, still leaned against his car down the road with stern crimson eyes watching his daughter. Suki’s eyes widened at the sight and immediately wanted the ground to swallow her whole. “Dad?!”
“About damn time you noticed me,” Bakugou grumbled, loud enough for Suki to hear as she cautiously walked towards Bakugou.
“What’re you doing here? How’d you find me?” Suki’s bike fell on its side as she loosened her grip out of shock.
“I just wanted to check on you when I woke up and saw you weren’t in bed. Do you know how fucking terrifying that is?” Bakugou asked angrily. Suki winced at her father’s tone, looking down and away from the intensity of his gaze.
Bakugou sighed, calming himself down. After seeing how happy Suki and her girlfriend were together, he felt his initial anger diminish. “Why didn’t you just tell Mom and me you wanted to hang out with your girlfriend?”
Suki felt overwhelmed with mixed emotions. She felt exposed but also guilty for not being open with her parents. “I-I don’t know. It was hard keeping this from you.”
Bakugou watched Suki closely and briefly. He could see her body shaking in what he assumed to be fear. He had caught her in an intimate moment with her significant other, someone that she felt that she had to hide from her parents. And it broke Bakugou’s heart thinking about how difficult it must have been carrying a secret so big and integral to who she was as a person.
Bakugou took a few steps forward, closing the gap between him and his daughter and he embraced her. Suki, whose eyes were still fixated on the ground, was taken aback at this sudden act. Her father, one who rarely showed any physical affection, was hugging her so tightly. “I can’t imagine what it must’ve been like having to keep this secret.”
Suki’s vision blurred as tears began to well in her eyes. She buried her face in Bakugou’s chest and she returned the embrace. “I’m so sorry. I should’ve told you guys,” Suki blurted out in between her sobs.
Bakugou patted her ash blonde hair down with his hand, still holding her as tight as he possibly could. “You have nothing to be sorry for. I’m sorry for making you feel like you can’t be open with me. I know I can be shitty and tough on you but I’ve always wanted what’s best for you.”
Suki sniffled as she pulled away, rubbing her eyes and ridding her cheeks from the tears that had stained them. “It’s not that I felt like I couldn’t open up to you or Mom. I knew deep down that you guys would accept me regardless if I were gay or straight but I kept psyching myself out.”
Bakugou smiled softly, patting her back. “Suki, there’s nothing on this fucking Earth you could ever do to make me or your mother disappointed in you. Even if you decided to not be a hero anymore, I wouldn’t give a shit. All I want is for you to put your all into whatever it is you do and not to half ass anything.”
Suki smiled sheepishly. “Thanks, Dad.” Bakugou knelt down and grabbed Suki’s bike, wheeling it over to his car as he put it in the trunk.
“So am I off the hook for sneaking out?” Suki asked, hoping to hear the answer she wanted to hear as she walked over to the passenger side of the vehicle.
“Fuck no. You’re still in trouble,” Bakugou stated simply in which Suki sighed, not surprised at the answer. “Now you don’t have to sneak out to see your girlfriend, at least.” The two entered the car and Bakugou turned the vehicle on as he turned it around to head back home.
“Can I invite Yui over for dinner sometime?” Suki asked, looking at her father expectantly.
“Yeah. You gotta explain to your Mom what happened. She’s at home thinking you got kidnapped.” The two laughed as they made their way back home to you.

never wanted anything from you (except everything you had)
{ One-Shot AU for head, heart, hand. }
@saintbeau asked: I know you said in the Canon ending, up until a certain point, Oliver was planning to let the reader live. If he'd never decided to kill them, do you think they'd suffer a similar fate as Farleigh and be forced out? Or do you think there's ever a possibility of 'the pet coming with the house' so to speak? I think to a degree Oliver's yearning to take Felix's place could lead him to essentially slotting himself alongside the reader if they'd allow it.
Summary: After the death of your best friend and his sister, you can't bring yourself to stay at Saltburn, even when their grieving mother wishes you would. However, after several years away to process and grow, you find yourself back in touch with Oliver Quick, who's changed so much in the time you've spent apart. Fate certainly has a funny was of working out, so you're not entirely surprised to end up back at the place you'd once called home.
Need to Know: They/Them. Explicitly NB Reader. Reader is from a well off family but has pretty much been adopted by the Cattons. Oliver/Reader are endgame here.
Warnings: Very poor relationship with reader's parents. SALTBURN-CANON ENDING; Felix & Venetia are still dead, but we get a happy ending this time. Also not sure if it needs a warning but Oliver does admit to killing Felix.
A/N: 4162 words. This got away from me. this ends up being so painfully fluffy. it's VERY Oliver/Reader, Oliver's less of a bastardman and he doesn't kill Elspeth but her health is failing significantly like it does in the movie. i think i might have made him a better person as compared to the film, but it's still canon compliant mostly. it ends so fluffy and happy tho, i love it omg. AGAIN THIS IS NOT CANON TO head, heart, hand.

There is no world where you stay where Oliver wins.
But there's a world where you leave, heart too heavy with grief, where you transfer from Oxford and spend time as an adult reconnecting with your own family, where he finds you again. Your parents don't respect you as family, but you're granted access to their lives, to be in their line of sight; you become almost like a live-in assistant who takes meals with them but for whom they show no outward affection.
It's all you have left.
You tell yourself it's enough.
"That Catton fellow offed himself," your father says it with such idleness, as if reporting the weather.
"Sir James?" You almost choke on your breakfast, and father peers down his nose at you over his morning paper, giving you a smile that doesn't quite reach his eyes.
"Yes, sorry, I forgot you knew him -"
"Surely it doesn't say that he offed himself," your mother frowned, tugging at the corner of the paper to try and get a look at the article. They bicker lightly, charmingly, in the middle of this cafe about the death of your best friend's father, and what the article is saying or implying, but you just wonder about Elspeth.
Later, when you search through old papers and memories and notebooks, you find the number for Saltburn and call. Duncan's voice is familiar, as is yours to him.
"Captain," the old nickname is so gentle on his tongue, the most gentle you'd ever heard him be about anything. Then, as quickly as you'd heard it, the gentleness is replaced with apology, letting you know that Elspeth is unavailable, but that you'd be welcome to attend Sir James' funeral. You know you'd never be able to bring yourself to attend.
It's Oliver who reaches out, deliberate, in the months that follow. It's slow going, too formal for how intimately, how messily you knew each other for those few months in the Spring and Summer. He apologises, says he saw you on the cover of a tabloid trailing a pair of aging socialites and looked further into it.
"You looked -" he tells you over dinner in the city, beautiful, settled, no more of his youthful awkwardness; it had only been a few years, but how glad you were to see him, "fucking miserable," he says so gently, taking your face in his hands. Oh fuck, you'd missed him, missed his touch, missed how clearly he could see you - you burst into tears in the restaurant.
Dating Oliver makes you feel like a whole new person, raw, relearning yourself, realising you'd been living like a ghost since you'd left Saltburn. Your hyper competency had needed an outlet and your parents had provided that, but you were barely a person, to them or to yourself. Now you were learning who you were, alone.
Quieter. More focused and driven in your professional endeavours. As dangerously charming as Farleigh ever was. The memory of Venetia peeking through in your wickedly sharp wit. An echo of Felix in the affection you carried with you, in your smile, in your laugh. A living ghost, learning to love and embrace the ways in which you were haunted, rather than grieving for them.
You spend nights in his little flat, take refuge from your own life in his, and Oliver's the one who informs you that Elspeth has moved into town, leaving Saltburn echoing and empty, if not for the skeleton crew that maintains it.
"She wants to see you," there's a strange look in his eyes when he says it, something conflicted, almost dark, but when you smile, he too lights up.
Elspeth holds you for a very long time. In the middle of a cafe in walking distance for your both it turns out, there's tears in her eyes, and a joyful smile, and she doesn't let you go even as Oliver goes and order you all drinks.
"So beautiful, you've always been so beautiful," she murmurs, long, elegant fingers feather light against your features, no care for propriety here, "you're so grown up." It's like she's trying to connect the person you are now with the memory she has of you. Tears are welling in your own eyes.
"I'm sorry I left, mum." There's a lump in your throat and her tears start to fall as she takes your face gently, cradling you against her, laughing through her bittersweet memories.
"I never blamed you, pet, never," she assures, voice wet with tears but reassuring nonetheless. Oliver sits down on your other side, wordlessly leaning into you both, resting his head on your shoulder. The three of you stay like that for a long moment. You can hear Elspeth sniffling quietly.
The moment breaks, she lets you go, and when you sit back up, Oliver takes your hand, lacing his fingers with yours and resting your joined hands on the table. Immediately Elspeth's eyes focus upon them, and she gives a warm smile to your both.
"I cannot believe you've found each other again," and she sounds so genuinely joyful, "it's funny how the universe works out." Oliver gives a faint, bashful smile, leaning into you, bumping your shoulder for a bit.
"I'm a lucky man," there's something wonderfully, desperately loving in his eyes when he looks at you in this moment. It is, to him, the total and complete truth. Before you're overwhelmed by your urge to kiss him, however, Elspeth continues.
"After all that's happened, I am glad luck, and life, have brought you both back to me; I was just saying to dear Ollie the other day," Elspeth rests her cool, well manicured hand on your free hand, sitting on the table, "the two of you should come stay at Saltburn again."
Something constricts in your throat, grip on Oliver's hand tightening momentarily.
"I know," Elspeth is quick to move her hand to your shoulder, seeing the way your expression changes, drops, "but that house still holds so much love for you, my dear pet," and she takes a deep, shaky breath, finally admitting, "and I can't bring myself to be there alone."
Looking to Oliver, he gives you a gentle smile, nothing but sweet warmth and reassurance; he's changed so much since Saltburn, so sweet, so sublime. That version of Oliver didn't know how to love you or Felix in a way that was good for any of you, you came to realise, but this Oliver, oh this Oliver had crafted himself a home in your heart with love you didn't think anyone other than Felix had been capable of.
"It can be our home again," he murmurs, a sentiment Elspeth echoes like she hadn't even realised that was what she had wanted from you both;
"It can be your home again."
The drive to Saltburn feels like a memory, of young laughter and loud music and Summer sweat whipped away by the wind in Felix's convertible. The car you'd chosen to take with you is far more sensible, but still relatively ostentatious, and when you ask Oliver to drive, he of course obliges you. Still, the music is loud, and the day is warm, and even if the two of you are quiet, there's still a warm hand on your knee.
And you still feel loved.
Saltburn creaks and echoes with familiarity.
The doors open, and though you don't recognise the footmen either side of the entrance, you certainly recognise Duncan. He's older, of course, as are you. There's a touch of grey by his temples, and he's paler than you remember, but still prim, still gaunt and haunting -
"Mister Quick," until his eyes fall on you, and he softens almost imperceptibly, but you see it, you hear it in his voice, "and Captain Y/N," almost like it's an in-joke between you both by now.
"It's good to see you, Duncan," you tell him sincerely, and for the briefest moment he actually smiles.
"And you as well."
Everything's the same, just as Elspeth had assured you both. Everything's the same, just as when you'd left. Fled. Alone all those years ago.
Coming back, hand in hand with Oliver, it feels surreal.
Grand foyer, red staircase, secluded alcove that you and Venetia used to tease Felix about regarding his 'accidental' bout of cousin fingering, Henry Seventh's cabinet, the arch Felix claimed his grandmother haunted, the Green Room, gardens through the windows, Rubens that Felix never cared for but you had always appreciated. Still broken piano. Blue Room; still blue. The King's bedroom, not that you cared for Henry the Eighth, but Felix always liked to bring it up. The long gallery. Portraits of Cattons you had never cared for. Shakespeare's folios that you and Felix had spent a Winter going through, just to brag that you had, without realising how few people would care.
Sir James' teddy was absent from it's usual chair. Something about that makes something ache in your chest, just a little. So you look away, to the maze beyond the windows that you never want to go in again.
You know this house, this route, like the back of your hand even now. Oliver holds your hand tightly as you rest your hand on the intricate doorknob of the midnight blue door that you both remember so well.
"Are you okay?" Oliver's voice is quiet, is reverential, as you hesitate. Nodding once, you push open the door.
It still smells like Felix. His things are still here, still a bit of a mess. Books and knickknacks and photos. His wardrobe door is still ajar, the way you know you left it when you'd been scrambling to pack your own garments when you'd last been here, and his clothes still hang there, frozen, a moment in time.
It aches, but it doesn't... hurt. Not like you thought it would. It almost seems silly, to have this preserved for so long.
"Can we stay in here, Duncan?" You call out, knowing he must be around somewhere, he always was.
"I thought you might," Elspeth's gentle voice from the doorway makes you and Oliver both jump. But she's smiling at you both, and once the shock has worn off, you can't help but laugh. It sets you all off, laughing warmly, fondly, all three in Felix's perfectly untouched room.
Elspeth does, however, let you know that they've had the bathroom redone. She doesn't say it's because of Venetia, but you're quietly grateful nonetheless. You don't know if you could bring yourself to bath in there if all you could think about was Venetia's blood across the bathroom floor. It's different now.
When you try out the new tub, still claw-footed, still deep and soothing, there comes a knock at the door you'd left ajar out of habit.
"Mind if I join you?" It's Oliver, with a teasing little smile and hope in his eyes. He does not wait at the door like you know he once had, he is bold, he is unapologetic, he is confident in his love. Enthusiastically you wave him over, delighted to create new, better memories in this bathroom that no longer resembles the one you know.
There's still this strange kind of divide; Oliver, at times, still acts like a guest. Saltburn's been your home for too long for you to feel uncomfortable within it's walls, but Oliver's still always asking permission. For everything. He asks if he can borrow some of Felix's old clothes and looks relieved when you look at him like it's an absurd request.
"He's not going to be wearing them."
Elspeth gets this look in her eyes whenever she recognises any of Felix's clothes on Oliver, fond and nostalgic as she tells him she's glad they're no longer gathering dust.
"Beautiful clothes for a beautiful boy," she liked to say.
It takes you a few weeks to realise Elspeth's ulterior motives. Her health is failing. She has no family left. She needs people. As Oliver had pointed out so long ago, you were both desperate to be needed. Much like when you were younger, your own parents had no qualms about you living your life at Saltburn without them; they'd hire another assistant. The email they'd sent back to you did however note that you had been the best assistant either of them had ever had. It's the nicest thing they'd ever said to you.
Elspeth speaks to you alone one morning during the fall, the grounds turning all shades of golds and oranges.
"I..." your thoughts are moving too fast, her offer was so simple yet so overwhelming, "can't take Saltburn." A deep sigh escapes her, and she looks out over the grounds, but pets your knee, "I won't leave," you try to placate her, "you, or Saltburn, if you'd like me to stay; I'll be like Duncan -" this gets her to laugh, fond and bright, "but I think it will complicate things with my own family."
She tells you she understands. Her voice is getting weaker by the day. Then, after another long moment of gentle silence and contemplation, she speaks carefully.
"And Oliver?"
Part of you kind of knew this was coming.
"He might love Saltburn more than me," you admitted with a chuckle, "and he loves you dearly, you know that right?"
"He's such a strange, beautiful creature," Elspeth muses fondly, "I don't know if James even looked at me the way he looks at you," she smiles at you, expression turning soft and nostalgic for just a moment, "Felix used to look at you like that, didn't he?"
"In his own way," you agreed, unable to look her in the eyes while knowing exactly what she meant, exactly what she could see in this moment.
"They say we have more than one soulmate in our lives, pet," she says softly, reassuringly, and you look up once more. There's gentle hope and fragments of old grief that wrap around your heart as she continues, giving your knee a faint squeeze, "I think you're one of the lucky ones."
And your mind settles back on Oliver, how good, how kind, how loving he's been in the year since you'd reconnected. Finally, you're able to smile.
"I think so too."
Oliver seems genuinely surprised when you and Elspeth approach him with the offer. He keeps looking at you, confused. All you can do is smile, assure him that you want Saltburn to be in his name.
"I'm not abandoning you," you laugh, "I'll be here as long as you'll have me, help take care of any paperwork or maintenance or, well, calling people to take care of those things."
"They're a good house pet," Elspeth actually teases, while Oliver is still silent, looking at you in awe. He stutters through a verbal agreement, and Elspeth delightedly says she'll get the contract drawn up in the next few days.
"Why me?" Oliver finally asks, and Elspeth stands, wrapping her arms around him in a hug.
"You've worked hard all your life, Ollie, I can see that in you," she murmurs, "and you loved the ones so dear to me. I know you will love this home, and my darling Y/N, and one day I know it will be a family home again."
Oliver is quiet during supper, he keeps looking at you with this unreadable expression, almost grateful, but somehow intrigued. There's something lighter about him now, less tension carried in his shoulders, a small smile he can't quite get rid of. After you all eat, he offers you his arm and asks you to stroll the grounds in the moonlight.
"I thought it'd be you," his voice is so soft. The moon makes him glow. He's wearing the pale, linen shirt of Felix's that catches the light so beautifully.
"I could tell," you can't help but smirk, gently ribbing him. When he laughs, it almost sounds disbelieving.
"Saltburn was your home first."
"Saltburn is a place," you tell him, "my home was always the people in it."
"Felix was your home," he remembers when you'd told him that, how wide Felix had smiled when he'd heard it.
"And now," you're surprised by how your voice catches as you realise what you're about to say, "it's you."
"You love me," Oliver turns with wide, adoring eyes, while you can't help your shy smile.
"Of course I love you, you know I love you -"
"You love me-love me," he sounds like he's discovered the meaning of life, like he can see it in your eyes. Then, very suddenly, a whole new realisation seemed to wash over him, "I think I actually want to spend the rest of my life with you."
Oh! Is this -?
"I don't have a ring, fuck-!" Before he can get any further, you're kissing him, wrapping your arms around him, desperate to make him taste how much you fucking love him. Giddy and burning with desire, you feel like a teenager again, overwhelmed with delight and affection in this old house you call a home.
When you suggest that you meet his parents, properly this time, Oliver makes a face like he's bitten a lemon. It's a beautiful, cool mid-morning at the beginning of Winter, grey light reaching through the curtains to caress you and your fiancé, wrapped up in Egyptian cotton sheets.
"I've met them before," you remind him gently, hand splayed out across his chest as he looks at the ceiling, "I don't hold that Summer against you."
"Felix stopped... trusting me," his voice barely breaks a whisper, "he stopped loving me because of them," it trembles, catching, and you see tears in his eyes. A flush was rising up his cheeks, grief and a strange kind of fury overwhelming him it seemed, much to your surprise, "you should hold that Summer against me, should hate me, should -" it's spilling from him now, with such speed, such anger that it's almost frightening.
"Ollie, love -"
"I wasn't in my right mind, I was sick and obsessed and- and- and I can't believe I hurt you like that -"
"What are you talking about?"
Through his tears, his grief, his outburst, Oliver threw his arm over his face, unable to look at you, unable to look at anything in this room he now seemed to regret being in.
"I just wanted him to love me too," Oliver choked out, "I know you tried to help me - I can't believe I hurt you, I know you loved him - but I didn't want him to love anyone if he didn't love me."
"Oliver."
"I put the cocaine in his wine. I gave him the bottle. I left him there."
To your surprise, as much as the news hurts, it comes in a dull wave of grief, not the sharp, stinging kind you were braced for. What you don't expect is the sympathy that wells up inside of you for the man who just admitted to killing your best friend.
But you had spent years grieving for Felix, had come to terms with it, made peace with it. It's a shock to the system, of course, to learn he was murdered, but you can see the hurt, the guilt that Oliver had been carrying with him, and knows how it feels to be overwhelmed with love for Felix Catton to the point where you'd do unspeakable things with him in your heart. You'd ruined lived over one-word insults spat in his direction because that was who you were, that was what you did.
And you knew Oliver Quick, who he was, how he operated, the kind of desperate jealousy and need to be needed that became dangerous or perverse when they went unsated. Neither of you were the people you once were.
Carefully, you drape yourself over Oliver as he wept, wrapping him up tightly in a hug with one arm, other reaching up to brush through his dark, messy hair.
"Loving Felix makes us do terrible things," you murmur softly, fingers carding through his hair, "you took someone special from this world, but we can't change that."
"Why the fuck are you being so nice right now?" Oliver groans, voice full of disbelief, "I just told you -"
"You loved Felix and he stopped loving you back; you were drunk, and obsessive, and out of your mind with some psychosexual desire. You killed the man you loved, that we loved," you recount firmly, and he quiets down, still sniffling, "do you regret it?"
"Yes," he whispers.
"Are you lying?"
A long pause follows.
"I don't know."
"Did you ever stop loving him?"
"I don't think I ever will," then, moving his arm, he reaches out for your face, gently cupping your jaw. His eyes are bright red, smudged tear tracks shining on his cheeks, "I don't think you will either." You shake your head, confirming as much, before you turn your face and press a kiss to his palm.
"You're not that same person, Oliver, neither am I. The version of me from that Summer might never forgive the Ollie that killed Fi, but I know you now, and I know you love me, and you'll love this house, and the memory of Felix, just like I will."
"Why are you so good to me?"
"Because you're not a saint, and you're not a devil. You can't change the past. You're just a human, full of flaws, but you're better than you used to be, I know."
"I love you." He coaxes you forward, bringing you in for a passionate, messy kiss, murmuring against your lips, "I love you, I love you, I love you."
Still, you keep this revelation between the two of you. Elspeth never needed to know.
It was a small ceremony at the beginning of Spring on the grounds of the Saltburn Estate. Elspeth was barely able to get out of bed anymore, so the location was more for her sake than anything else. She'd insisted on taking the reigns for planning the wedding though, looking through folders and magazines with you and Oliver at her bedside.
A beautiful flower archway, Duncan officiating, and only your families as guests. At your suggestion and reassurance, Oliver had worked hard to repair his relationship with his family.
"You don't have to lie about being important anymore," you'd smirked at him, "you're inheriting the Saltburn Estate, you're marrying into my family; you're Oliver Quick, that means something."
Oliver's family had marvelled at the estate the minute they arrived at the property; his sisters and their partners seemed shocked and delighted.
"Is this your place?" One had asked you, eyes bright and incredulous as you and Oliver were giving them all the tour.
"Ollie's actually," you give him arm a squeeze as you give him a proud smile, watching as he ducks his head, flush with embarrassment.
"This is you house, Ollie?! What the fuck!?" Another shouted, even as her own partner laughed while asking her to tone it down.
Before the wedding even begins, his oldest sister has talked him into letting she and her children visit in the Summer.
It comes as a surprise when your own parents show up, though you suspect it's because Elspeth personally called to invite them, not because of you. They too are impressed by the house, but less so than the Quicks; they'd been there for gatherings in years past, after all.
When your grandmother arrives, however, that's when it all becomes real for you. Unlike your parents, she dotes on you. Your grandfather had been the head of the business when he'd been alive; your grandmother was a dedicated professional, but always a romantic at heart, which is where your mother claimed to have gotten her artistic proclivities from.
Oliver says you have the same, beautiful eyes, and she chuckles.
"He's a charmer, I see," she teases, but wraps him up in a hug. "You be good to them, Mister Quick," your grandmother tells him in a faux-stern voice as she leans out of the hug, "we're the kind of family you don't want to get on the wrong side of." Despite how she's waving a finger at him and doing her best angry glare, Oliver can't help but cast you a fond smile, wrapping an arm around you.
"I'm aware, ma'am; every day I feel lucky to have Y/N by my side."
This seems to sate your grandmother, who pets his cheek fondly, and tells you that you've got a good one.
"I think so too."
It's a beautiful, perfect day, the best day of your life so far, where the worst day is now but a mere memory. All that matters is Oliver Quick, and the love in his eyes as he looks at you, as he promises you;
"This house will be full of people who love you for the rest of your life."

If it is not too much trouble, may I please request a Yandere? Platonic! BSD x Arlecchino! Reader, let's say that the reader has played an important role in almost everybody's life.
For example, she took Kouyou under her wing when she failed to escape the Mafia, advised and convinced Fukuzawa to save Yosano, treated and viewed (15) Dazai as only a child and not the demon prodigy, never once used or placed Chuuya as the second choice, etc. Things like that, but the reader is still in the Fatui and does run the House of the Hearth and looks after orphans while also training them to be enlisted in the Fatui. So, they probably view reader as a parent figure and someone dear to their hearts and don’t want anything bad to happen to them.
A LIFE OF OUR OWN.
Yandere!Platonic!BSD x Arlecchino!Reader
A/N: I immediately worked on this request on seeing it omg anon you guys do not know how much I love Arlecchino ... also for here I use "Father", but that's only because in the game Lyney & Lynette call Arlecchino that. Feel free to pretend it's mother or something else!
Tumblr media
You're the second whole of their hearts.
They'll do anything for you ...
Father.
It's not a coincidence. To take one for an example. KOUYOU, that poor little girl who did nothing wrong. She was such a sweet kid, someone nice ... and yet she was there in the Port Mafia. Taken away and unable to live her life like a child should.
In an attempt to leave the mafia with a man she liked, it was rather unfornature enough – both were caught red handed.
And that man? He was killed.
KOUYOU was desperately holding on, wanting him to open his eyes, to survive and still find a way. And yet deep down, she knew that it would be impossible.
Good things never last.
She began to see the light as something meaningless. That the moment a flower born in darkness is exposed to light, it will wilt and burn away to nothingness. She can't escape. Not anymore. But that also wishful thinking.
That was until you came along and helped her up.
It was like a moment's heartbeat, the moment she looked up. You were right there – holding your hand out.
Even if you weren't expressive as to be expected out of sympathy for what happened, she can tell that you were no ill-intentioned person. So what did she do? She took it. Your hand. And gave you a smile ... one that faintly shined of hope.
Of course, she never left the mafia. But she had you to take care of her ... and treat her like a true daughter.
She was ecstatic to have family of her own.
You even gifted her a little plushie. Of course, of the the most fine and exquisite type of material. Your rich ass is flexing without even saying it out loud. slay
And you never treated her as a second choice.
Just like CHUUYA. As the time passed, he too joined the Port Mafia by boss orders. Honestly – you probably didn't give much of a shit, but that obviously changed.
Even now, your fatherish figure still remains after years. And that may as well never change.
He takes some great pride on his abilities, and he's rather smug about it himself. Although – sometimes he does question himself, and his humanity. Due to basically being merged and being Arahabaki's vessel.
But no, fuck that. You treated him as your own child, and although had more better things to do in the Fatui – this kid was insecure as hell and needed a parental figure.
CHUUYA adores you from the bottom of his heart. You showed him what it was to be human. To be alive. You gave him good reason and even let him visit the orphanage you looked after. Since he was merged with basically a God, you found it curious as well.
Well Arahabaki doesn't have a Gnosis so he's luckily safe
And then also, boom. Your attention extended towards his partner! DAZAI himself, of his young age. And from that time on, you already knew something was up with him.
Honestly – it can't be doubted. He was destined to live in the darkness forever. Nothing in the world can compel that deep etched loneliness in his heart; and even his late friend ODASAKU had acknowledged that.
Even after their unfortunate deaths, you were right there.
He was almost weirded the fuck out at first. You're not treating him like a monster. Or a demon. Not even his position and affiliation. You straight out threw those ourt the trash and instead? You treated him like your son.
It comforted him a little. To know he finally had someone to call his own. At first – just like anyone, he thought he'd lose you.
But you proved him wrong in various ways.
No matter how hard he tried, you kept him his side. Trained with him and succeeded in his defeat (much to his surprise), and gave him a few fatherly hugs and gifts that he would need and like. And DAZAI couldn't help it either.
He wanted you to be his real father quite badly. You were always there, and his eternal loneliness?
What's that again?
No. Even with that in mind, you never stopped to pursue and keep going with the mafioso. You'd go as much as to take him and meet with the rest of the harbingers, maybe taking CHUUYA and other executives from time to time.
Of course, avoiding The Doctor because it might as well just give back DAZAI his trauma.
And when he keft the mafia? You came along with him. Words cannot express how happy and relieved he was. He didn't want to loose his only comfort, his family. And if any9ne ever tries to threaten your familial bond?
He's gonna pull out the fucking demon prodigy card and show them how demonic he can be
In any case, same is due to everyone else. Like the fact you just always seemed to be there in the right place, at the right time. Like when YOSANO was being forced into healing soldier after soldier in the war.
The poor girl. Safe to assume the Fatui didn't really care about such and didn't participate in the war.
Much unless the Tsaritsa commands them to stop it, they may as well do that. But as of now they didn't really care. But that was only an 11 year old child ...
A child. You just had to take her in, didn't you?
And if not – in any case, you went ahead and got FUKUZAWA to save her. You reasoned with him, quite the good convincer yourself. You were a woman of a hundred, if not a thousand faces that could easily fool others.
So he took her in to the agency.
Although YOSANO was never told about what had happened in the sidelines, the moment she saw you walking away from the both of them – she just had that feeling.
She wants to thank you, if it's the last thing she did.
From the time that came on, you continued to do what you did and appeared, woving yourself into the hearts of everyone. At first, it was obviously never easy. But that wasn't a reason to give up. And you're you, would you seriously give up from that?
Many of them expresses gratitude in multiple ways, sometimes a bit unhinged – which you were yourself. There's not a sane bone in your body.
At least, that's what people like to think.
You've come this far into giving others a new life, being a father figure that everyone cherishes dearly and adores. Oh, and if anyone try to tear away that dream or hurt you – even a single scratch on that body of yours ...
There will be hell to pay.
You'd think they got very protective of their father. They can all quite collectively agree that they need no other familial figure in their lives other than you. Dearest you, who saved them from their shameful lives and gave them a future.
Even one who isn't supposedly a kid like SIGMA – he came from a book. He doesn't have a family. But correction, he does.
And it's you.
Or anyone else from multiple affiliations across. The Decay of the Angels, the Hunting Dogs, supposedly those that caught your eye in these several factions.
Suppose the easily jealous ones of seeing you paying attention to kids more in the orphanage, or giving a certain triplets more of time can get them boiling with anger quite enough. Even if it was wrong, it just seemed so right.
And so? They try to steal more of your attention away. This is one of the time they truly act like children once more.
CHUUYA would most likely not want anyone even gazing at your direction. Must they make things worse? You're around kids almost 24/7 and taking care of them yes, but you should only be taking care of him!
DAZAI acts like a child throwing a tantrum. No! No! No one can be with his father other than himself! How dare those kids call you their father?! He's livid, and tries to hide his anger and jealousy, yet he was visibly so eerie and tense.
KOUYOU can bet it was saddening to see you paying attention to work at the Fatui. Come on now, can you blame her? If you took her under your wing, you better be responsible. So she tries to invite you to her own missions and do fun together, just like when she was little. She wants your care.
YOSANO can tolerate it mostly, although at some point she comes with a breaking point as well. She's normally kind and likes hang around you and feel protected and loved, but oh, when you're not looking? Let's see ... pulls out chainsaw
So if a child or two goes missing in the orphanage?
Let's just say it wasn't anyone's fault, dear father :)

kim minji x fem! reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
synopsis: ever since you bought a new game for your ps5, you've been spending a lot of your free time with hanni, the only other member who knew how to play properly. minji gets tired of it eventually.
others + genre: 6th member y/n, 04 liner y/n, outgoing (and very loud) y/n, straightforward y/n...., 04 line just a bunch of bffs who parent maknae line togt tbh, fluffyflfuufyflfhfyf
notes: requested!, nothing much.. just hope u guys enjoy.. perhaps not proof read, VERY SHORT‼️
Tumblr media
"hanni behind you!"
"y/n i need a revive i'm behind the factory!"
"shit!"
"good game... didn't know players could control tanks..."
"yeah, well! now we know i guess.."
it had been a while since you spent a good portion of your first paycheck on a new ps5 and a first-person shooter game. and ever since then you and hanni have spent every hour of free time the group had playing.
which hadn't been an issue for you and minji!
or so you thought.
promotions for omg finally ended, so you and hanni intended to complete the game's storyline by the end of the day. you both slept early the night before, and getting on the game was the first thing you both did after taking a bath and eating breakfast.
unlike the rest of the girls, minji had schedules that day as a special mc, so she left the dorms an hour after you and hanni started your little game marathon. (neither of you forgetting a cheek kiss goodbye, despite hanni's disgust)
now you see, minji doesn't really get jealous easily, and if she did, she'd rationalize it without having the need to talk to you about it (not wanting to bother you). but with you spending almost every hour of your day playing with hanni, and doing so for the past week, it's been building up, and today was the breaking point.
when minji left the dorms, you were on the console, and when she arrived, you were still playing. the proximity between you and hanni didn't help much either, but you get cold easily and both of you were too lazy to get up and grab a blanket.
"oh! welcome back, min!" minji's worries left for a split second hearing your voice and a smile grew as she removed her shoes and coat in front of the door.
she sat on the couch behind you and hanni, trying her best to observe the gameplay, but ultimately failing as her eyes glued on your right arm intertwined with hanni's left.
"fuck i really need to pee.."
"let minji play for a bit she can cover."
hanni was gonna regret suggesting that.
"oh true." you turned around to face minji and handed her your controller before running to the bathroom. "PLAY WELL FOR ME, MIN!"
you should win a world record for fastest female peeing, 'cause it barely felt like a minute before you came back to the living room, drying your washed hands off with tissue.
"what the hell! i'm trying to detonate the explosives but someone's shooting at me! minji can you get them!" hanni exclaimed in fury as she focused every fiber of her being into the game's side puzzle.
your eyebrows furrowed as your eyes traveled to minji's half of the screen. she was definitely shooting someone! but somehow whenever minji's character shoots, the health bar on hanni's screen depletes.
realizing what was happening in front of you, you bursted out into laughter, hanni's face full of confusion and focus, minji's blank with a light smile.
"babe you're shooting hanni."
"WHAT THE HELL!"
but by the time you pointed it out it was too late. hanni's character died, marking it a game over.
"sorry about that, pham." minji managed to let out in between laughter. you sat beside her and set the game back to the main menu before resting your left arm around her shoulders.
"yeah.... sure.. i'm gonna take a nap." hanni playfully glared at minji before disappearing into the hallways to enter her shared room. "you lovebirds have fun!"
you let out a sigh of relaxation as you felt your girlfriend's head rest on your chest, your left arm pulling her closer. you heard a hum of satisfaction from minji as you kissed the top of her head before resting your cheek on her.
"you knew you were shooting hanni's character didn't you?"
you didn't hear any response, but a soft chuckle instead, which was more than enough to confirm your theory (that you thought you were crazy for to think of it).
"i love you, you know?" you felt her softly nod a yes before replying with a very soft "i love you too." that almost got drowned out by the game's background music.
"we'll deal with hanni's game progress later. how was work today?"

PILE 1
Who are they?
They can be a Gemini or have water influence in their chart. They appear more mature and older than they are. Or they could talk like an older person. They always try to act like a parent. They are a great friend and lover . They always try to make you feel comfortable with them. They can be your soulmate and they can be from a different country or have different backgrounds. They are very optimistic and have a innocent demeanor. They can have oo or u sound in their name. Someone who isn't afraid to try new things and likes adventure.
Your date with them
I'm seeing a couple standing in front of an amusement park . The male looks over the female and the female looks over the male. Excitement overflowing in their eyes. They hold each other's hand and enter the park. They first go to the strongman game. The male challenges the female to break the highest score and win the price. The female gladly accepts it and strikes the hammer and surprisingly scores the highest. The male is amused at this and has his mouth half open. The female gets the price and hands it over the male and the male gladly takes it. After this they both go to ride the rollercoaster , the female gets the ticket and happily walks over to the male. The male is horrified by the rollercoaster but still decides to ride it . During the ride, the female enjoys and the male is horrified. As the ride comes to an end the male looks as if he has seen a ghost and starts puking. The female helps him and after he feels a little better they go to the bumper car and now the female is horrified. The male looks over the female and smiles devilishly , the female shakes her head while looking at the male. The male holds the female's hand and buys the tickets. The female tries to run away but the male doesn't let her to. The male bumps his car with the female and the female tries to run away from his car but fails successfully. Now the male is having the time of his life and the female is running for her life in her car obviously. As the ride comes to an end the male is laughing while the female has a sulky face. The male goes to buy cotton candy for the female and they both enjoy the rest of their night. As their date comes to an end the female has her hands filled with gifts while the male is enjoying his ice cream. The female looks over at the male giving him a death stare, the male realizes his mistake and takes half of the gifts the female has. As they walk the female stops , the male looks behind and sees that she isn't walking anymore. He goes to her and leans over to listen to what he is about to say, the female kisses him on the cheek and says "Thank you for today " And smiles and then runs away . The male is now blushing with his cheeks looking like a tomato.
Omg I didn't want it to be this long 👁️👄👁️ well please take the roles according to your gender

PILE 2
Who are they?
They might have left a very toxic relationship or have left their family. I'm seeing that they might be going through a very hard time while meeting and I don't think they will be ready to have a relationship when they first meet you. But after they met you their mindset had a 360° turn and they started seeing things positively. They are someone who runs away from things and has commitment issues but something about you will change them or they'll change themselves for you. I'm getting that they have to manage a lot of things at a time. Very busy person. They can have earth placement, especially Capricorn with a little water. Like earth sun /moon and water rising or vice versa.
Your date with them
The female enters the luxurious restaurant and looks for her partner. She sees him sitting at the corner table alone and when their eyes meet the female smiles while the male feels as if the world had stopped for a moment. We can see his pupils expanding. Heartbeat going crazy as the female gets closer to the table. The male thought these feelings weren't meant for him and he was never going to feel them again after his past experience. The girls sits on the chair and apologizes for being late. The male is so lost in her beauty that he forgets to reply. As the male is staring into her soul, she crosses her arms in front of her chest and leans back on the chair while looking in his eyes, giving him a tough competition and suddenly she smirks . The male is now gets shy and starts looking around the restaurant. The female giggles at the male finding him extremely adorable. The male strikes a conversation and asks about her life and the things she likes. She talks and talks about her life while making many hand gestures, the male finding it cute supports his face on the palm of his hand and his elbow at the table to make himself comfortable to focus only and only on the female. The female notices this and smiles and continues talking. Now the waiter arrives and asks for the order. Both of them order the things they like and continue their conversation. Now the female asks the male something which he answers very nicely. Both smile at each other and continue eating. The male has food on the corner of his mouth, the female points it out, the male gets the napkin and tries to wipe it but doesn't get the right area. The now frustrated female snatches the napkin from his hand and wipes the food off his face , and acts like a mother wiping the mouth of a toddler. Both when realizing their situation get shy and look down on their plates. The male now realizes that she is the one he has been waiting for. As their date comes to an end, both standing outside the restaurant. The female is ready to say goodbye . As she is about to leave, the male calls out to her and says " Would you be my girlfriend? " The now confused female tilts her head and asks " I thought you weren't ready for a relationship? " The male now smiles and says " If it's you, I'm always ready " . The female now smiles as they both get in for a hug.

PILE 3
Who are they?
They are someone who doesn't think before speaking and rarely filters their words. Very cut throat but still very childish and immature sometimes. But they are, in fact, very in tune with their emotions. They are not afraid to talk about their emotions or cry. But they definitely don't like crying in front of people so they mostly cry in their bathroom or when they are alone. They are not afraid to wait for the right person and had a lot of patience. They are sort of mix or pile one and pile two haha. But a very fun loving person. They can definitely be your soulmate . Also they are not afraid to leave people behind or block people. This is probably a trauma response that they have. They are knowledgeable about emotions and not about logic, I hope I'm using the right words here.
Your first date with them
She was a beauty that every man wanted. She knew her worth and held her head high. She never gave anyone her time to waste. However deep inside, she always felt incomplete. Looking at people around her finding their love. She also longed to feel it. But when she fell for that one boy. She felt like her world was complete. She felt as if she was now complete. She loved him with all her heart. He was slow and didn't know what to do. But she still loved him. She helped him in everything, gave her everything away for him. And they were now happy. One day she came home to see her world crumbling in front of her own eyes. When she found her love lying lifeless on the ground. She felt as if her heart had been ripped off of her chest. She hurted to the point , she couldn't feel anymore. She left everything and ran away. She ran away from that place because everywhere she looked it reminded her of her past. Of him. She prayed before God, she asked him why did he take away everything from her? Why did he have to Hurt her? Why her? She was crying by herself, weeping for her loved one. Hoping he could be at peace now. As the day went by, she did get better. But the hole in her chest was never filled. She learned to live with it. One day while coming home from her work she saw someone lying in front of her home . Someone she found strange for some reason. He reminded of someone she wanted to forget. Though she helped him as a kind human. He felt something he had never experienced before. When she looked into his eyes for the first time, he felt as if his heart had stopped beating for a second. as they spent time together, they fell in love. The hope in her chest started to heal and she experienced love again. Now she promised to never leave him alone. They stayed together. All. The. Time. But there's one thing he has been hiding for a long time and probably will take it to his grave. That he came back from death for her.
( now I know pile 3 isn't a date but i feel like some one from your past is coming . Probably by changing themselves for you.)

Hey again! I was the anon that requested the spider noir x reader with their daughter. I loved it sm it was so cute! I was wondering if you could maybe write another fic like that but their daughter finds out she has spider powers just like her dad and freaks out which causes Peter and reader to freak out too? This idea popped up in my head recently and it’s been stuck 😭😭 Tysm for writing my last request tho!
HI ANONNNNN <333 omg thank YOU for the cute idea, i'm so glad youloved it <:DD I'LL TRY FOR THIS ONE TOO OMG (what if this is mayday's variant.......)
(reblogs are greatly appreciated, it helps get my content out there! if you guys like what you see, please reblog it too <:D)
Tumblr media
he wasn't just spider man anymore, he was now a spider dad; he wore that title proudly like a badge of honor, the efforts of his hard work at taking care of you and his little girl had paid off to see both of you smile. honestly speaking, there were many times when he'd worry about not being able to come home when duty called for him, but that never stopped him from doing so, again and again, without fail.
he was your peter benjamin parker, your spider man in the black trench coat with the black fedora, and with the biggest heart that was filled with love for little family you two have together. finally, peter thought as he came home and into the door, behind which, his loving spouse and daughter dearest would be waiting for him–he'd scoop them up in his arms and pepper them both with kisses as they giggle and squeal.
"dears, i'm--"
"peter! look at your daughter!" you exclaimed in a frantic voice as your expression became more and more worried. he raised an eyebrow at your growing concern over what appeared to be air as he looked around the living room. "ah, where... is she?" he asked as he took his coat off. he hung the coat up what he thought was the coat hanger, though it was a little lighter and softer than before, he had to admit.
you looked upon in horror as peter has still failed to realize where your daughter was. "dear?" peter asked as he was about to take his hat off, but realized he was patting his own head. you kept mumbling as you pointed to the ceiling, and peter's eyes soon followed where you were pointing. "what in the blazes...?" he murmured as he watched his little princess, three years of age, crawl upon the ceiling with her soft locks of hair hanging down as she gazed at you two, her beloved parents, gaze back at her in utter shock.
she giggled as she held peter's hat and coat, letting go of the coat at peter's feet, which he didn't even react to. he was just so...
"peter?" you asked aloud as you saw your husband's limp body lie down as he fell backwards, fainting from this new revelation. your daughter giggled as peter fell over, and she let go of the ceiling; but you caught her in a nick of time. she wanted to be on her father's chest right then and there, but you left her on the couch first and tried to wake peter up. all your attempts failed, however, and you instead dragged him onto the sofa to rest.
peter awoke to the feeling of soft, pudgy little hands prodding and poking his cheeks. he woke up in a daze, but recognized his daughter immediately. he chuckled as he held her in his arms and cooed to her. "oh, honey... you won't believe the dream i had. our little girl, she... she..." he muttered in a hoarse voice, having just woken up from the shock he was treated to earlier, only to have his daughter shoot a web in his face. she giggled, and he was left stunned.
"what did you dream abou--oh, not again..." you muttered with a small sigh as you tried to get the gooey mess off of peter's face. he didn't frown, nor did he get mad, instead... "darling, my little princess is a heroine." he whispered in surprise as he held her close, her babbling and dribbling all over herself. you sighed and gave him a small smile. "well, i... i don't know what to say or do about it. she does take after her father in, oh, in too many ways." you said as he looked over at you with a beaming smile, your daughter peering up at you with the same, lovable, beaming smile.
what an tangled up family you two have become, in the best way possible.
a/n: AND THEN PENI BECOMES HER ADOPTIVE OLDER SISTER AND THEY'RE A BIG HAPPY FAMILY <333

hiii i consider u a cass expert and since this has been eating at my brain for a few years at this point; do you have any thoughts on the way cain's poor excuse for parenting impacted cass on more of a cognitive/developmental level? like children need stimuli of all kind that she clearly didnt get even outside of literacy and social interaction and i think its super interesting to explore how cass has complicated relationships with things most people take for granted (like... did cain allow her to have any toys? to play any games other than the "two for flinching" thing? does she struggle with the fine motor skill needed for writing bc she really didnt have smth similar? omg is she ok?? i want to peel her like an onion so badly) sorry for brain vomiting over here i have thoughts and feelings about cass cain and its incurable
Anon you've come to the right place for incurable thoughts and feelings about Cassandra Cain! And you raise such a good point like there's no way Cain's abuse didn't leave her with more than just aphasia, illiteracy, cptsd, all the emotional issues... OK well he left her with a lot of stuff but still! You're definitely right that there's more. I'm no expert but one thing I know how to do is ramble about Cass, so:
In flashbacks we see young Cass doing a jigsaw of a rose in the dojo Cain's raising her in, which makes me think he did want to find ways to make sure her cognitive skills functioned even without words. Of course this is just me theorising but in terms of toys I think he would have carefully selected things that would stimulate her brain and improve her motor skills even without reading and writing. The image of David Cain carefully buying Jenga and Operation and making sure all the packaging with words on it never reaches Cass is now permenantly stuck in my head so thank you for that.
I do think she was definitely deprived of a lot though, and things like the jigsaw were clearly meant to be filler stuff for her before the actual fun games like "getting shot and dodging the next few bullets". I don't think Cain would have ever wanted Cass to be relaxed and comfortable enough to actually fully enjoy playing with toys, you know? If she was actually able to find things like jigsaws meaningful and fulfilling then his conditioning of her to associate getting shot with "fun game of dodgeball" wouldn't have been as successful. Cass may not have liked two for flinching but she did love the fighting and the dodging. Any thoughts of "why am I in pain when I could just be playing Jenga" would have never been allowed enter Cass's head. Which would be easy enough because (understandably so given the isolation) Cass looked up to Cain and got joy and fulfilment from seeing him smile. He doesn't care if she finished the jigsaw other than getting angry/worried if she fails. Whereas being able to assemble and break apart a gun while blind makes him light up with happiness/pride. So naturally, even with Cain making sure her brain isn't TOO different for her not to be able to function as the perfect weapon, she would still be deprived of important cognitive skills and stimuli.
The writing specific fine motor skills would definitely be impacted imo because while her training makes sure her hands can work a massive variety of weapons and probably permenantly injure a man in multiple places with each finger, writing is such a specific task that only comes naturally to us because we learned it so young. It can be learned later in life of course but the natural act of holding a pen and writing would feel so alien to Cass. And that's before you factor in her dyslexia like no wonder we only saw her pick up a pen once 😭 Cass being able to write the alphabet with any sort of ease and lack of intense focus would be a massive accomplishment given David Cain's fuckery.
And just in general being so isolated for most of her childhood would have impacted her brain so badly like even without the autism Cass must have been in overstimulated sensory hell after leaving Cain. So many voices talking, which she'd never heard before. So many smells and sounds and new textures and sights that are too intense for her eyes to handle. She missed out on an entire world and only got to start experiencing it when she was 8, that's got to have a longterm impact. I think as well as autism Bruce and Barbara had her tested for adhd due to all the symptoms she displayed. Doctors aren't clear if she actually has it or if its something different brought on by her upbringing. She spent nine years homeless and travelling so she's more adjusted than she was at the start but there's still times that the whole world just goes blurry and whoops panic attack time need to find an empty place and hide.
I'll stop here so I don't rant forever but thank you for giving me the chance to yell about head. canons and theories. Cass is indeed the most fascinating onion, and the layers are endless. Feel free to rant in my inbox whenever you want I love hearing other people's thoughts on her!

In every other universe, Gwen Stacy falls in love with Spiderman...
..
.
Maybe it was bad luck. Or maybe you were just too slow.
He's saying something, you can't tell what. He's looking at you. He's bleeding, he's bleeding too much- why did it have to happen today ? He was just meant to work and come back home. Like he did yesterday. Like he did for the last 1 278 days.
You can feel him clenching your wrist, he's trying to get your attention, but you're not here. You feel yourself drift in grief and sorrow and guilt. He brings his hand to the side of your mask, trying to lift it. But he fails. He fails as his last moments are spent in your arms, his last breath is spent looking at you.
Does he even know it's you ? You may never know.
What about the kid you were supposed to give him ? What about the kid who was already there ? How are you gonna explain to her that both of her parents left her now ? You can already feel the tears rolling down on your shoulder, the one of a kid who was broken twice by those who were meant to protect her.
You will never have the happiness of them knowing the truth, you can't make the same mistake again and again. You will always have to lie to keep them alive, in the end. Better to be a liar then a murderer, right...?
You wonder if somewhere, maybe in another universe, you're eating together with Minnie. All laughing, and talking about your lives, and being alive.
.
..
...And in every other universe. It doesn't end well.
-sincerely, the same anon that brought up the idea ;p
"How are you gonna to explain to her that both of her parents left her now?"

wait wait omg I have another question bc I was thinking about parents n such. you might’ve already answered this, and if so please link me bc I wanna seeeeee, but how exactly did things go down when Adam’s mom and dad died? Like how did he feel? How quickly did things change? Obviously I know things went Bad™️ but I’m still 👁️👁️ curious
aaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHGGGGGHHHGHHHJHHHFKFKRHDJFJHHHHHHHHH. alright
so in my little timeline world, adam was nine and a half when his mother died, and so very close to turning sixteen when his father died (a month before his birthday.) i— gosh. alex, my guy. it’s so much. it’s the crux of everything. like adam would still be shitty if they lived but the fact that they DIED? and when he was so YOUNG? my gosh. my goodness. okay.
when queen renée died, the rest of the world wasn’t too terribly impacted. she wasn’t the most active of queens (because of hidden mental and physical health problems, and the fact that louis didn’t really let her Do anything on her own. she was essentially a trophy wife) so while the country was SAD, and engaged in usual Mourning The Queen practices, life carried on. the throne had an heir so no one was super concerned (as they were when louis’s First Wife died… but that’s tea for another post.) the servants were pretty sad. mrs. potts got pretty close to her, and lumière & plumette really adored her, so this was a big loss for them. they knew how abused she was, how much she loved her son, how desperately she wanted to run away with him. it broke their hearts that she would never get the chance to know freedom again.
the servant who had been closest with queen renée was her lady’s maid, anne. louis had her fired, finding no use to her after he tried to fuck her and she refused. anne was devastated to leave adam behind, he was like a nephew to her, and she knew things would only get harder for him as he got older. she even considered staying, being one of louis’s mistresses just to be around to protect adam… but she couldn’t bring herself to compromise her own life for his, as much as she had loved him and his mother. so she left. and truthfully, if she had stayed, there isn’t much she would have been able to do. he wanted his mother and no one else.
louis himself hardly cared about renée’s death. he never loved her, only mildly cared about her at times. he had become increasingly frustrated with her over time, as she continued to combat him, and mostly as she continued to fail to carry another pregnancy to term. (giving birth to adam very nearly killed her, and she just ended up with issues that caused her to keep having miscarriages thereafter) (these issues would definitely have been fixable in modern day. but ya know.) so louis was, overall, indifferent. mostly disappointed in how poorly she performed as a wife and queen to him.
adam, on the other hand, broke into a million tiny little pieces that would take decades to recover from! his mother was his whole world. he struggled so very much, even excluding all the abuse from his father, he just Struggled. renée was the only one who could really get through to him. she spoke his language. she understood his needs even more than he did. so losing her really just felt like he was cast adrift in shark infested waters… with no hope of ever being rescued.
the staff did everything they could but it was hardly anything at all. louis became even more strict about their interactions with adam, because he found it absurd that the staff should ever feel friendly with royalty. but still, they tried to sneak around. they tried to tend to his wounds when he’d been hit too hard. following renée’s death, adam had terrible, awful nightmares. he’d wake up in the middle of the night screaming. he’d start crying and panicking and shaking. lumière started sleeping outside of his room, so he could come in and comfort him and get him back to sleep. louis eventually found out about this and put a stop to it, of course.
in the autumn (renée died in march) adam had turned 10 and was sent to boarding school. some of the time in paris, some of the time in italy. louis really just didn’t want to deal with him. he just Really didn’t like adam. adam was timid and shy and weak. he was nothing that an heir should be, and he hated that HE was his only heir. (which is why he hated renée so much for not giving him more sons.) (but he also hated adam, in turn, for BEING his only son.) (and, deep down, louis saw himself in him. louis used to be this way, as a child, but his father beat it out of him. the cycles keep on cycling…) so adam lost his mother and his home in a very short period of time, and it was wholly impossible to deal with. he was bullied by other school boys for being so shy and for preferring books to any other activity. (he especially Hated being outdoors.) he was also disciplined by professors for reading during class, or spacing out, or not understanding instructions and being scolded for asking clarifying questions that came across as questioning authority.
and when he came back home on breaks, he had no reprieve. his father was constantly barking orders at him, trying to get him to just behave “correctly.” he constantly yelled at him and hit him. sometimes louis would take adam along on trips because the people wanted to see the heir, (it was good for publicity), and adam always hated how fake his father would be in social settings. but he always very much studied him too. he was trying so hard to survive, so he studied what made the other people laugh, what made them LIKE his father so much. he studied so hard and he practiced his behavior in the mirror at night. he still fucked up, in louis’s eyes, all the time. he was never going to be enough, never going to get it right, but adam started to grow so twisted, so desperate for louis’s approval, because there was no other alternative. it was become louis, or die trying.
there was only one time that louis ever remotely appeared proud of adam. the prince was thirteen and louis took him hunting with the other men. louis pulled adam to a secluded spot, and they crouched down when they saw this really magnificent elk. just huge. louis told adam how to aim and get in position. adam’s heart was pounding so loudly in his ears, his palms were dripping with sweat, he was so scared he’d drop the gun. he held as steady as he could, his father’s words echoing in his mind, and he pulled the trigger. the elk falls to the ground. louis laughs. he LAUGHS. adam’s heard him laugh, at social events, but never with him. louis claps a hand on adam’s back (which makes adam flinch really intensely, but louis doesn’t even notice) and stands up. “good shot, boy,” louis says, now calling for the other men to come and see. adam is paralyzed as he processes what just happened. a dismal little spark ignites in his heart.
additionally at this age, thirteen, adam gets very into fashion. he realizes that wardrobe is a huge factor into being liked and admired, and boyyyy does he want to be admired. it’s also the year he starts school at the university of paris. he’s still a tragically shy bookworm, and he’s still very regularly picked on, but he finds a group of delinquents to be terrible with. they commit little crimes like stealing liquor from the professors’ quarters, and breaking busts and vases in the night. adam is still fairly quiet but they discover that if you get some alcohol into him, he becomes the life of the party. AND BOOYYYYYYY DOES HE WANT TO BE LIKED!!! he starts drinking and engaging with pretty much everything that can intoxicate him in any way. everyone suddenly LOVES him at parties. he explores sex and just how many ways it can distract him (and how desperately he craves the attention.) he forgets about everything. he loses himself. he loses the little sunshine that his mother adored. he loses the worthless creature that his father hates. he forgets the world. he’s free, for just a moment. he has everything.
the summer after he graduates from the university of paris, his father comes home from a trip with a bad cough. he’s been rather decrepit for a few years now, despite how young he is (47) but this seems worse. i will note, here, that i actually have written a fic about this period of time. i wrote it four years ago (january 2020, can you believe?) and it remains my longest fic (18.8k). it is A LOT. i was still building my lore and it honestly isn’t very well written at all. i was so proud of it when i made it, and i’m still proud of it in a retrospective way, and it IS all still my canon, but my gosh it’s so wordy. it’s just a lore infodump. i’ll link it here but really and truly feel no pressure to read it. it’s… a lot. but if you do want some intense introspection and lots of words! go for it.
but, i shall continue to explain and tell you all you need to know right here, lmao. basically, louis dies at 47, right before adam turns 16.
(oh, i didn’t really say what caused their deaths, huh? for renée, i think it would be so sick and twisted if she died from an STD that louis gave her. don’t you think? but i also just think she didn’t have a great immune system. she was sick a few times before this and recovered but was worse each time. so hey, take your pick. it’s all bad! as for louis, i think his lifetime of debauchery honestly just decayed his body at a much faster rate. he didn’t remotely take care of himself and he indulged A Lot. plus i’m sure STDs were involved. fuckin whore bastard. bitchass motherfucker. rot in hell you son of a BITCH— anyway. yep!)
louis dies and adam, at this point, gosh. how is he supposed to feel? he hated him. he hated that man more than he even remotely liked anything else. he hated him so much, he dreamed of his death, he longed for it. but now that it was finally here… what is adam supposed to do? adam grew up so twisted; forced to conform to his father’s ways, forced to bend into his mold, forced to crave his praise and basically started living for him. and now he’s gone. adam had really started to come alive with his father at parties. it wasn’t often but they really started to… look like each other. they were never close, and once the party ended and they were in private, louis still berated him for a thousand things he said and did wrong, still hit him and belittled him. but they had their shining moments in public, so adam had always counted it as a small victory.
and now it’s just. nothing.
so what does adam do? he spirals.
he descends into the madness, he leans into it. he needs oblivion, because he’s directionless now. there are advisors and elders begging him to focus on finding a wife so he can take the throne, but he shirks every responsibility he can. he continues his debauchery, he meets people, exciting people, lavish people, sexy people, beautiful, beautiful, GORGEOUS distractions. he drowns himself in alcohol and drugs and sex and parties and a glamorous life free of troubles. his father’s council (well, HIS council, now) still arrange royal balls that invite eligible women for the prince to meet, in the hopes of finding a wife so he can properly take the throne. he attends these balls because hey, a party’s a party. he gets so lost in himself. grows so cruel to those around him, so cold to the servants who had once been like family to him, so angry at the world yet desperate for it to like him.
he gets so lost and hopeless, his heart grows so wretched and angry, that one day… an enchantress decides to teach him a lesson.

omg that failed successfully kidnapping of myrah fic would be so funny to read 😭 myrahs failure of being a good captive vs aemond being a manic psycho husband would be great omg PLS if u have time write it!! if not just a crumb ,, mayhaps a speck
I imagine this taking place around Baelor’s second maybe third name day. A hunt happens sort of similar to ep 3 of hotd. There are couple of ways I imagine her being taken but this is one. This is little sections: How she gets taken, Aemond’s response, her annoying the shit out of them/them being incompetent lmao
Eyes Peeled
In way, this could techincally be Myrah’s fault.
Amal tells the story to this day. Myrah was ‘a runner’. As a young girl, if she saw something she liked or was bored of her situation, she simply left. It scared her parents to no end, but it was something they were sure she would grow out of the older she got.
The more aware of her surroundings… well the more she should’ve became more aware of them.
Otto advised them not to do the hunt. Claiming it would be a bad time to not only be out in the woods, but also showing the wealth of House Targaryen in the process. But Jeyne Arryn, despite making her support of Rhaenyra’s claim clear at the Great Council, was to attend. A show of support for another child of the Vale of Arryn being born.
Aemond had scoffed at the letter. Muttering something about Baelor being used for politicking.
Myrah was just surprised by the seemingly warm welcome knowing how the last two marriages that connected House Targaryen and Vale went. And with the fanfaire that came with being a Targaryen, it was important to her that pieces of how she grew up was also instilled in their children.
They will be of the mountains and lakes as much as they will be hot blooded, dragon riders.
She had felt sick all morning. It was only compounded by how claustrophobic she felt. Despite the sprawling tented area where they set up, the amount of people around made Myrah unusually antsy. Like she wanted to bolt at the drop of a hat.
Baelor squirmed in her arms, grabbing her cheeks between his little hands. Big eyes staring at her in amusement. Myrah can’t believe she gave birth to something so perfect.
….Then he proceeds to try and grab sapphire hairnet intertwined with her coils.
“Alright, let not do that to mama,” she whispers before putting on a shocked face. “Why don’t we go pull your father’s hair. Yes, let’s do that.”
Aemond was over by Otto and a few other members of Aegon’s council. With Baelor on her hip, Myrah puts a gently brushes against Aemond. Relief flooding his face at the thought of being excused from what she assumes was a boring conversation.
“Your son needs something to play with,” she hands Baelor over with a smile. His tiny hands instantly going to play with the ends of Aemond’s hair.
“I think his cousin has their toys.”
Myrah used the free hands as excuse to leave the tent. “I think there is wine outside.”
She will take in the sights since it is clear Aemond has no interest in it. Staying in the tent content to be around others he knows.
The spectacle that follows the family is something she must get used to.
It did not take long for Myrah to find what she was looking for. A spread of food and wine near the woodsy area where the hunt will take place. People watching was an activity she always loved. With new fresh air, she was able to breath and take in the array of people in the distance.
Before she can put the goblet to her lips, a voice startles her.
She notices flaming red hair and a beard to match before she even hears his voice.
“Quite the showing,” his voice is gruff.
She just nods, that same weird feeling she had all day seeping in. It is not she can explain but before her feet can carry away away to safety, everything goes black
Tumblr media
It takes little time before Baelor begins to fuss again. The whining turns into whimpering which turns into full blown crying. A cry for his mother, Aemond is sure. Baelor always became restless if his mother is not in eyesight.
Aemond understood on two different levels. Alicent often regales stories of how connected the two them were when he was a boy.
He too becomes fussy when Myrah is not around.
“She has two big babies to look after,” Aegon muttered one day.
So, when Myrah does not come back from getting the wine she wants. Aemond’s face begins to match his son’s. Distress written all over it.
He sends one of the guards in the tent out to find her. But the gaurd come back a bit pale, and instead of going to Aemond, he beelines to Otto. His grandsire’s back stiffens a bit before going over to Aegon, who sat in a festive, elevated throne. Cup in hand, and crown cocked to the side. The jovialness wiped from his face and replaced with confusion when his hand begins to whisper in his ear.
By this time, Baelor’s face is hot as he buried it in father’s neck. Aegon walks over fake smile on his face.
“Why don’t you give him to one of the nurses,” Aegon suggestion lowly.
Aemond only holds Baelor tighter. “Why? What’s going on?”
Aegon cringes, before motioning towards the guards behind Aemond to leave the tent. “Umm well,” he twists his rings on his fingers nervously before whispering. “I just think he should not be in your arms when I tell you this.”
“Aegon, what the fuck is going on?”
Aegon swallows. “Myrah has seem to be… misplaced.”
Misplaced. As if his dear wife is a hairbrush or a sock.
He gently sets Baelor on the ground. Blinking because he must have misheard that. “What?”
“I’m sure she’s just… around the woods. We will find her,” Aegon reassures. But Aemond feels the blood rushing from his head to his feet. The nurse Aegon called comes over to get Baelor from holding his dad’s legs.
“I - I need Vhagar,” he stutters out.
“No, I don’t think we need to disturb her, do we?”
Aegon knows how this will go. Aemond gets worked up, and Vhagar will follow suit. And before they all know it the forest around them will surely be burned to the ground. Gods forbid, any other place. A hand comes to Aegon’s throat. Criston, who was right behind Aegon, hands itch to grab his sword.
Aegon waves him off when Aemond’s squeezes a bit. They’ve always been ones to take their aggression out on each other; brotherly love and all of that.
“My wife is missing, and you’re tell me no?”
Well, when he puts it like that, and air stops flowing to his brain, who is Aegon to refuse.
Tumblr media
The sack is pulled from Myrah’s head, and her eyes squint as they readjust to the setting sun’s light.
She doesn’t recognize her surroundings, she barely did at the hunt inself. All she sees in the cave she in and body of water in front of her. She tries to move but realizes her wrist and ankles are bound.
“You were supposed try and grab the Queen Mother you imbecile. Or the Hand.”
She cranes her neck to see two figures standing by the trees. Myrah had not noticed how cartoonishly tall the red head was till he was being berated by a tiny blonde man.
“What value is she?”
Well then.
So, Myrah wasn’t the queen at one point, and she doesn’t advise the king. She’s still married to a prince and gave birth to another one. That counts for something. She would make an excellent captive.
“And gods forbid that psycho husband of hers comes looking.”
“Hey!”
As soon as she says it, she cringes. Both men snap their heads towards her. They both come over to leer over her.
“Shut it girl.”
“Make me,” she shoots back. Aemond would tell her not to push her luck. That being belligerent will not help.
“Gag her, Percy,” the short blonde looks up at his accomplice. The redhead pats his breeches, then gives a sheepish look.
“I don’t have it on me.”
Leave to Myrah to be taken by the dumbest men in the Seven Kingdoms.
“Look, if you guys let me go now, I’ll make sure nothing happens to you,” she nods. “No harm will be done to you, if no harm is done to me.”
The blonde lets out a squeak of a laugh. “You don’t make the rules here.”
Myrah shrugs. “Fine then, I will just wait for my psycho husband to come on dragon-back while you two figure out what the plan is.”
Percy and the other one share a concerned look.
“Galahad, do you think he will actually come with a dragon,” Percy, despite his height, seems to cower at the thought. Both of them eye Myrah to see if she’s bluffing.
“We have his wife, you fool,” Percy hisses. “What do you think?”
Percy storms off, hands on his hips, looking out at the lake to think.
“You shouldn’t let him speak to you like that,” Myrah fakes concern. Percy mouth down turns in a frown. “I imagine he won’t be too happy if things go side ways. And you will be to blame.” He gives Myrah a sad look before scurrying away to speak with the clear brains of the operation. Though considering the empty, open area they are at, that is not saying much in Myrah’s head.
Aemond is not crazy, never that. But one thing Myrah knows is that Aemond is diligent, almost paranoid, in the way he handles his family. With her, Baelor, his sibling, or mother.
He will be no different now.

If we doin soft Sunday,
Can we get lucie and Connor back together 🥹
Omg… I never did have them get back together last week. This is an angsty world we have been living in with Lu and Con. I’m so sorry! Let me fix it 🥰
Lucie is shaking as she pulls up her NYU portal to check the grade of her final she was sure she had failed when she walked out of the lecture hall on Wednesday. She exhales hard, thinking about Lio’s words and trying to tell herself it will be okay no matter what. She can retake the class next semester. She clicks into the final grade link, biting her lip hard between her top and bottom row of teeth.
Pass- 89%
OH MY GOD! She thrusts her hands in the air, fist pumping in her empty apartment. She runs around excitedly, leaping over her coffee table to dance on the couch.
“Oh my god, I have to tell Con!!!!” She squeals, rushing to her phone.
The phone in her hand becomes a wake up call. She can’t call Connor. That’s incredibly unfair to him when she broke up with him two weeks ago. She sets the phone back on her desk, then walks to the kitchen to grab a beer. She pops it open, taking a celebratory sip that feels more sad and pathetic than anything else. She looks at the 9:30am time, then goes to the sink to pour it down the drain.
Why does life feel so gray?
“Connor.” Her inner monologue begins. “He made sure all these moments felt special.”
After every big moment, Connor would take her out to one of her favorite restaurants. They would order an obscene amount of food and always dessert. He would hype her up to the waiter, telling them how amazing his girlfriend was.
“She’s so smart. Sooooo pretty too. She goes to NYU. Hey, do you guys have candles you can put on the ice cream? She deserves them."
Lucie smiles at the memory, walking back to her phone. She pulls up messages, sending him a quick text. She can’t stop herself. She wants him to know. Even if he says nothing back, she feels like he shares in this with her.
I passed.
She picks at her finger nails, turning her phone face down to avoid staring at it. His response comes in ten minutes later.
Of course you did. Proud of you, Lu 😘
Those words soothe her heart. And break it all at once. Tears fill Lucie’s eyes as she sends a similar text to Lio.
That’s great, Lu! Let’s celebrate with  🍣. Like 6?
Sushi with Lio is sure to cheer her up. She doesn’t have to ask where. She knows. There is only one place they ever get sushi. When she arrives there later that night, she scans the restaurant for Lio, but he isn’t there yet. The door opens behind her as she is about to speak to the hostess to ask for a spot for two.
It’s Connor.
“Uh… Lio had something come up with the team. He is sorry and sent me instead.” Bullshit, but Lucie doesn’t mind the substitute.
Connor and Lucie order half the menu, like always. They settle into nice, polite conversation that has Lucie wanting to pull her hair out by the end. Connor barely touches her, even as she tries to accidentally bump hands and knees where they sit together at the sushi bar. Damn him and his respectfulness. She wants him to run his fingers along the small of her back and play with her thong line through her satin dress.
As she finishes the last bite of Mochi from their dessert, Lucie feels dread fill her full stomach. Connor pays for the bill even as Lucie tries to wrangle the receipt away from him.
“You’re a poor college student.”
“My parents are millionaires.” She shrugs, putting her card back into her wallet.
“You’re never going to pay for a meal if I’m sharing the table with you.” She loves that about him. His chivalry. The way he holds the door open for her as they leave the restaurant. How he guides her to the left around a hole in the sidewalk. He steps off the curb, hailing a cab for her. He hands the driver a hundred, way more than the cost of the fair back to her place and the tip. His way of not letting her pay for that either. He turns back to her with the door of the cab open for her.
“I’m glad Lio had a thing.” Lucie murmurs as she steps off the curb. Her high heels clack the concrete and Connor watches her approach with wanting eyes. “Thank you for tonight. You always make me feel special.”
“You are special, Lu. You deserve all of this.” Lucie closes her eyes in agony, then leans in to give Connor a hug. Her nose ghosts along his jaw as he leans his head down to lean into hers. The hug is more than friends. It’s two lovers who ache for each other through their hollowed out bones.
“Don’t let go yet.” She practically cries when she feels his hands moving. He was gripping her tighter and she doesn’t know how much he is still holding back.
“Luc, you look so beautiful tonight.” He says into her shoulder. “Wanna kiss you so bad.” Lucie pulls away and puts her lips on his. Connor’s hands wind along her lower back, gripping her dress at her hips and crushing her into his body. “Come back to me. Please.” He sighs anxiously as she pulls away. “I’ll fix it. I’ll make everything better. Move in with me and Lio and we will figure out everything else out. Please. I will get on my knees and beg if I have to, Luc.”
“I feel so lost without you, Con. I’m so, so sorry. I don’t want this anymore. I want you and me.”
“Thank you Jesus.” He moans, shuffling her towards the open cab door. “Hey man, change of plans.” He says then rattles off his and Lio’s address. “Gonna make you mine all over again tonight.” He whispers in her ear, nibbling her ear lobe as his fingers wander up her inner thigh.

I WATCHED PRIDE AND PREJUDICE FOR LIKE THE 50TH TIME LAST NIGHT AND I HAVE MANY THOUGHTS!!! BUT IM ALSO SO SO SORRY THIS ID SO SO LONG AND NOT SMUT I APOLOGIZE
omg okok so imagine aegon, he’s THE spoiled and seductive womanizer prince of the regency era, always overindulging in food, drink but especially women. unmarried at 23(gasp omg), he has not lived a day where he hasn’t gotten what or who he wanted… unfortunately, his mother is insisting on him getting married, being the eldest and needing heirs, when he would much rather just continue his life of countless drinks and women….
but then! when visiting one of his friends estates in a small town by the sea, that’s when he meets the most beautiful girl he’s ever seen(you!) and he HAS to have her.
you come from a small, not very wealthy family, your parents precious youngest daughter, the last unmarried child in the family. while you know you should start entertaining the many suitors that come by your door, enchanted by your beauty, you would much rather sit by the sea and read novels of lands far away. that’s when aegon first sees you, walking to town as he heads back to his friends estate, focused intently on the story in front of you and not at all at the world around. he’s so captivated by your beauty at first, that he doesn’t look where he’s going and runs right into you. quickly steadying you with a firm hand around your waist and another around your back, he can’t help but feel a bit grateful for the situation, to be able to have your full attention and feel your body against his. before he can get more than a few words out however, you quickly move out his grasp, murmuring a thanks and continuing on your way.
in all honestly, you found him incredibly handsome but having very little experience with men has left you unsure of how to proceed in such situations. this doesn’t deter aegon however and only fuels his need for you. now, every time he sees you, he goes out of his way to talk to you, getting your nose out of your book and your attention fully on him. at first, you were very shy, only saying a few words but after a while, he begins to pry you out of your shell. you begin to enjoy talking to him, his flirty and bold nature never failing to make you blush. ever since he met you, aegon hasn’t had any intimate relations with any other women, not even thinking of doing so, not when he has you. he desires to take you to his manor, to introduce you to his family and make you his bride and princess. however, he’s suddenly called back, due to his fathers failing health. unable to say goodbye to you, he leaves his friends estate in the night, hoping to return quickly. with his sudden disappearance, you are distraught. you had thought he was in the courting stages with you and that you would perhaps be getting married sooner than you thought but his absence caused you unease in your heart. a family matter regarding your older sister and her husbands finances arises, causing you to depart to her home in the capital to help settle matters with your parents. while in the capital, you are invited to a ball with your family in the royal families estate, your parents insisting on finding you a good, wealthy match after aegon’s disappearance and your sisters husbands debts. at the ball, you try to remain a wallflower, desperately trying to escape the countless gentleman’s who ask you to dance with them. eventually you find yourself wandering the grand estates emptier halls, exploring rooms when you hear a man and woman speaking in low tones. you peek around a door, trying to keep yourself hidden when you see aegon himself and a woman seductively beckoning him. distraught and betrayed, you stumble, accidentally pushing the door fully open and aegon’s attention instantly is on you, shock on his face. you don’t give him any time to speak, simply turning and running away, back to the ball and to your parents, begging them to go home.
upon returning to your town by the sea, your parents tell you that they’ve secured a betrothal to an extremely old but wealthy man that will save your family from debt but take you far far away from them. feeling numb and resigned to duty, you just accept it.
meanwhile, aegon is very distraught. the woman you saw him with was one of his many past flings and had cornered him in a room when he had tried to take a breather during the ball. she had tried to seduce him and aegon hadn’t been interested, not in the slightest, but you hadn’t seen him reject her. he had tried to go after you the instant he got out of his shock but upon returning to the ball room, you were already gone.
the next week he spends in a daze, trying to get all family matters sorted so he can get to you as quickly as possible. he catches word of your betrothal and this increases his worry and need to get to you by tenfold. the moment he is released from his duties, he takes his trusty steed, sunfyre and rides throughout the night to you. it is the early morning before your wedding and you’re taking a walk while the world is still quiet, not being able to sleep with your heartache. suddenly, you hear a horses pounding hooves coming up the road followed by the sight of aegon, disheveled and dressed only in a white top and riding pants. the moment he sees you, he stops sunfyre and dismounts, quickly walking to your still form. there is silence for a few moments but then he breathlessly tries to explain his sudden disappearance and the woman you saw him with was simply an old fling trying to get back with him but he wasn’t interested in the slightest. you listen to him quietly, heart feeling relieved upon his explanation. putting a hand on his shoulder to calm him down and let him know you understand, he quickly grabs it, holding it in his larger palm to his chest. he confesses to you that all he truly wants and needs is you and that he wishes to marry you and make you his one and only bride. you tearfully explain that you will be married to an old man because of his wealth and your sisters debts but he assures you that he has much wealth, even more than the old man(bc hello? prince!!!) and he will pay off any debt that your family is burdened with. he vows to call off your betrothal the moment your parents awaken and overwhelmed with emotion, you throw your arms around him, kissing his cheeks and joyfully saying yes to marrying him. he wraps his arms around your waist, lifting you up and planting a firm kiss on your lips, elated that he finally has you in his arms and nothing could take you away from him.
THIS WAS SO SO LONG IM SO SORRY!!!! ILL WRITE SMUT FOR IT AFTER MY CLASSES BUT I JUST HAD TO PUT THIS OUT THERE FIRST!!!!
BOO I ATE THIS UP!!! respectfully I LIVE FOR THESE AUs and this one was no exception 🥵🥵🥵🥵
the ansgt, the tension GRRRRR FERAL!!!!
relieved there’s a happy ending now all we need is a little good ole smut 🤭
thank you for taking the time to write this up beautiful, it was amazing to read!!!!

Lost in a Dream?
Omg I haven't written for this in so long... I'm sorry to everyone who actually cares about my writing haha. Thank you to @whumpmasinjuly for getting me to actually write this chapter. Everything is still in chronological order. Thanks if you all read it!
No longer in captivity...
tw: Disosiciating, referenced rape but no details, starvation, sleep deprivation, body pains, hypothermia, numbness
Previous // ~ Jack Series ~
Jack was walking on cold pavement, everything around him had a slight shine from recent rain. The air was fresh and cool. The sun had set, there was still light, yet the world was quickly turning to darkness.
The air hummed a melody he used to know. The business of it. Of people going here or there.
There were adults on dates, hand-holding and giggling. Children running around, their parents trying to keep them in toe. Teenagers, older and younger than him, a group, ran by. Holding skateboards, a couple of them were further behind, on their boards to catch up. He flinched away, their laughter too loud and smiles too bright.
He kept walking on, swearing he could hear music...
In front of him was a red restaurant with white symbols. Perhaps another language, something in his mind tried to reason.
The restaurant door opened as a sweet-looking family left, and the aroma from inside filled the air. It smelled heavenly. He hadn't eaten for a couple of days and his stomach growled angrily at him.
If only he could control the food portions he was given. He'd be good! He'd be so good he wouldn't take much, just enough to keep his blood pressure ok. Just twice a day, he'd even skip Lily's cookies.
He found himself walking over before freezing mid-step. Hand resting above the door handle.
What... am I doing?
Where am I?
He looked at his half-dead reflection before the realization came to him. It was just a dream. He let out a weak laugh.
Just a dream. None of this was real.
Yet, it was a break from the pain and suffering. A time to think about a better place. Then again, he was breaking the rules.
Stop being ungrateful.
Stop trying to escape somewhere else.
Stop pretending you could be normal again. You never were and you neve-
"Excuse me." A gruff voice behind him. "Are you going inside or aren't you?"
"I-I'm sorry, S-Sir." He quickly pulled away from the door.
He rolled his eyes and grunted as he walked past him.
Jack's head raised at the smell from inside. He was so close.
Why not? Why don't you escape and give in, just this once?
The voice in his head was so small.
But it was so strong.
Too strong.
And he pushed the door open.
And he walked inside.
And for just one small, victorious moment he stood tall.
Who was he to act so confident? So proud?
He was quickly slouching again, hiding in the corner of the room where the lights were dim.
A waitress grabbed his arm and led him to a table when he failed to realize he was supposed to follow her. Her touch felt nice, like something he could trust. Someone he could lean on...
She was pushing him into a booth.
His mind went empty again, things happening around him. It was a dream he couldn't quite catch it. And when he came too, he saw a heaping bowl of ramen was placed in front of him, steaming hot.
"Enjoy! If you need me, call me over." She looked sympathetic to him. He didn't know why.
He picked up the fork and lightly tried to pick up the noodles, which slipped. Frowning down at the plate, he didn't wanna eat one or two at a time. He looked around desperately before seeing someone with chopsticks. Looking for his own but did not see any sticks on his table.
He continued to glance before seeing someone stab the noodles before swirling his fork. They collected into a bite-sized amount easy to take a full bite .
Jack smiled weakly, copying them when they did it again before tasting it, and oh-
Why didn't they allow themselves to dream more often...
The flavor was incredible. And as it's heat went down his throat he realized just how frozen he was. Bunching up into the booth and hungrily eating, no tiny bites just shoveling the food down. Holding the bowl in his hands. It burned, ha, as if he cared. He was eating a whole bowl of food, hot food. Food made for him. When he was done he slumped against the table. Humming weakly as the sweet waitress came over to get him to pay.
Pay? Pay with what...
You have to pay...?
He panicked quietly. Shaking suddenly.
To greedy. Greedy brat. You shouldn't have come you shouldn't...
Things started blurring again.
A man walked over, looking at him with disdain before hearing a sickening crack.
He was with Al, he was sure of it. Al had him in bed again and... he couldn't remember anything.
And then he woke up. The dream was over. He tried to lift his head but couldn't. He was soaked... did Veronica push him in the tub again?
It was quieter now. A faint sound of cars now and then and he couldn't move. Couldn't manage to stand.
He could lift his head, barely at that. Panting weakly, trying to fill his lungs with air.
Where- he was lost... the restaurant. The red restaurant. Maybe the back of it... it looked different but the amazingly bright red was still visible.
It wasn't a dream...
He was lost, and alone, and the rain was starting to fall again and he couldn't move.
So this is how it ends...

veronica mars rewatch 2x01: normal is the new watchword
• before I get into this season I’m gonna say what I remember from it: the bus crash that kills a bunch of students, including Meg :(, a scandal with a baseball coach who is the father of Krysten Ritter, and uh…that’s all I got lol. Oh and Duncan and Meg having a baby and Duncan running off (again lol) with the baby after Meg dies or something? like I definitely remember the bigger stuff but the minute details I’m like 🤷🏽‍♀️🫠 I’m sure there’s more stuff I’ll remember when I get to it but that’s all I remember for now. anyway moving on
• “you’re an 09er now..”
ok but she was technically an 09er before Lilly died. For like a very long time. So…
• oh shit yeah the cliffhanger of who showed up at the door. I’m guessing Wallace. Logan’s probably off being tortured by Weevil.
• god dammit it was Logan. Weevil already got to him.
• omg he was framed for killing one of the PCH bikers???
• also does he know his dad killed Lilly yet??
• it’s very telling and annoying, but also realistic, that Veronica only decided to help the people she likes. like she had no interest in finding out why that one guy failed the drug test until Wallace and Meg did.
• also I didn’t think cheerleaders were even drug tested…
• ahh they added dick and beaver to the main credits. lowkey a jump scare.
• oh god I remember Jackie. I did not like her at all. Maybe I’ll change my mind on this rewatch.
• “Got any enemies you know about?”
“Well there’s the Klan.”
Wallace 💀
• ugh they turned Meg into a bitch. It’s not bad writing per se bcause it’s in character for a teenager girl to be mad at another teenage girl, and in this case Meg is pissed at Veronica because Duncan broke up with Meg because of Veronica, but like cmon. I liked Meg.
• damn they really threw in a whole Logan killed a PCHer plot in less than one episode
• Veronica and her dads relationship is so strange and funny but I love it
• since when does principal Clemons have a kid????
• “eat any mystery brownies lately?”
I did that once. Did not know it was a “funny brownie”. Do not recommend.
• ohhh this field trip Veronica’s talking about this must be the one where the bus goes over the cliff
• holy shit I forgot charisma carpenter was in this!!
• I think this was the first thing I saw her in lol
• dude i can’t believe logan just made a sexual gesture with his hand and that aired on television like what
• I can’t believe Veronica convinced Mr. Clemons to listen in on the parents who hacked the drug test
• she’s dating Duncan now???
• ok she broke up with Logan because of how he’s been acting. Which I get, and there’s only so much she can take and doesn’t want to be associated with him and his actions, but I think it’s a little tone deaf for her to say she thought he’d move on and be him again. I’m not making excuses for Logan like he shouldn’t be terrorizing the town, but he is so beyond traumatized and has no one. How should he be acting?
• “Mrs. Dumbass”
“It’s Dumas, Dick.”
Alrjdjsshshha please I hate Dick with a passion but he has his moments
• omg Dick is talking about how the bus smells and that’s probably why it fucking crashed
• and Logan’s sleeping with Kendall Casablancas
• oh this baseball player is Jackie’s dad
• oh I remember now. Veronica tries to make amends with Meg so she takes the bus with her cause Meg refuses to take the limo with Veronica, but then they stop at a gas station and Veronica left behind so she’s thankfully not on the bus when it goes over.
• just think, if only Meg didn’t hold such a huge grudge and rode in the damn limo she wouldn’t die later!!
• also her being a petty bitch just saved Veronica’s life
• very interesting that Weevil would offer to give Veronica a ride despite everything that’s happened
• guys this was a wild ride and it’s only the first episode (I say guys as if multiple people read these, when I’m pretty sure only one person does lmao)
