Hi, may I have a ship for Stranger Things, Marvel, and Harry Potter (specifically the marauders) . I go by she/her and am bi with no preference so any gender is fine.

I’m about 5’5, dark blue eyes, medium length hair thats kinda too dark to be dirty blonde but not so dark that its light brown with slightly lighter blonde highlights throughout. Ive been told I typically wear what would be considered 90s type of style but leaning away from more feminine things tho I’m not opposed to dresses and all.

I do get pretty anxious when thrown in certain situations rather that be talking to a group of people or just one person. But on occasion and definitely when I get to know someone I never stop talking. I am a ranter and rambler which means I could be ranting about something that happened and then start talking about something else that may or may not be related to the original subject. Basically I will always find something to talk about though I do enjoy listening to other people talk. I am considered the mom friend because I tend to be the most logical. Im also a very determined, stubborn person who usually is kinda pessimistic but still has a huge imagination. And despite all the anxiety I am usually a relatively confident person and am not afraid to take up for anyone I care about. Also I am pretty good in school despite having a kinda bad memory. Also an INTJ, Sagittarius, and Ravenclaw.

I absolutely love writing and have for the longest time rather that be random original stories I make up or the various fanfics I have(lol). I also love drawing and painting and recently realized I’m actually pretty good at making art related to animals and the occasional landscape. I’ve also been a big music fan since I was a kid, I honestly dont know what I would do without it. I also really enjoy reading when I get the chance, like I could spend hours getting consumed by whatever I’m reading. Which also travels into me when I’m watching things. As in I spend a good bit of time just binge watching new or old shows. I also really like walking around and enjoying nature. Theres a few nature trails I love going on and would go to the zoo every weekend if I had the chance. Which also goes along to my love for animals. Also I do like going to random places with my friends.

And thats about all I can think of to say, hope it wasnt too much lol. But anyways, thanks in advance :)

Stranger Things: Jonathan! (I don’t know how other people feel about him but I think he’s a good character outside of S1) He’s not much of a talker but I think once you start rambling or just talking about different things he’ll jump in with you. Music is also a big thing for him, so he’ll have a mixtape for everything. Most would be related to you somehow, whether it's songs that remind him of you or songs that he loves and wants to share with you. You guys could find new places in Hawkins to adventure around. Like finding new trails that you guys can walk and he can take pictures of the scenery. He’d have you and Will’s art all over his room. Joyce would totally have a piece of your artwork on the fridge.

Marvel: Yelena! (I’ve yet to watch Black Widow, forgive me, but I think I have a good handle on her character) I think you're personal styles would mesh well together. She also seems to be a bit of a rambler so you guys could take turns talking about different things and it would never fizzle out. I think she would like going to different places with you, definitely the zoo. I get the vibe from her that she would just love it and you guys would end up going at least once a week. If you're the type to make playlists for people she would be obsessed with it. Like if you made her one it would be all she’d listen to and would make sure everyone knows that you made it for her. A great thing about her is I think she’d be able to help with your anxiety, she's one of those people that when she's around no matter the situation, your anxiety kind of melts away.

Marauders: Remus Lupin! Total Remus vibes and he’d love a Ravenclaw. He’s also a writer and would adore your stories and creating new ones with you. I think he’d enjoy listening to you talk about things that you like, no matter what that thing is. Honestly I think he’d love binge watching shows, he’d probably get really immersed in whatever you're watching. Remus also has mom energy, so having another person with that energy around could help you guys loosen up a little bit. Remus is a huge music fan and would constantly make you new playlists that remind him of you. Also, you're style would match well with his I think.

Chapter Twenty-Four: Misconceptions.

She hated that she cared so much now, everything was relevant, every mistake felt like a missed opportunity.

She'd almost kissed him merely a month ago, and she would've kissed him tonight if it weren't because he'd chosen to blame her for the attention some boys were paying to her.

For Harry, it made sense that Mel would rather spend time with a Quidditch celebrity or a popular Gryffindor than to spend it with him. He was jealous of the Slytherin that managed to change her mind about their least favourite house, and if that wasn't about enough, Erick also had a very attractive cousin, in case Mel needed more options.

She surely had the talent to befriend good-looking boys, she had to at least admit that.

Mel was always changing plans, giving him the best presents, defending his bloody honour! What else does she have to do to convince him that she will always choose him?!

"I saw it this morning, Severus!" An angry voice exclaimed over the bushes. "It looks almost fresh like they just tattooed it in my skin!"

"Really?" Snape's voice came out with disinterest. "Must've been a trick of the light..."

"You know it wasn't! It's an omen! A terrible omen!"

"Quite honestly, I don't see what there is to fuss about, Igor."

Mel realized she'd get in trouble if they were to find her eavesdropping on their conversation, so she tried to flee. However, she crashed against someone's front, Mel grunted and turned around quickly, "Sorry!"

Harry blinked in surprise, probably not expecting to see her.

"Severus, you cannot pretend this isn't happening!" The voice was getting closer. "It's been getting clearer and clearer for months. I am becoming seriously concerned, I can't deny it —"

"Then flee," Snape replied. "Flee — I will make your excuses. I, however, am remaining at Hogwarts."

Mel jumped out of Harry's grip, fearing that Snape could find a fitting reason to take points away since he seemed to be registering the bushes in search for rulebreakers.

"Ten points from Ravenclaw, Fawcett! And ten points from Hufflepuff too, Stebbins!– And what are you three doing?"

"We're walking," Ron told Snape. "Not against the law, is it?"

"Keep walking, then!" And with that, both men were gone.

"What's got Karkaroff all worried?" Ron muttered.

"Dunno, he was talking about some mark on his skin," Mel kept her eyes on them until they disappeared. "Said something about bad omens..."

"Since when have he and Snape been on first-name terms?" Harry asked in confusion.

"Is weird–" She shared a look with the boy, then remembered she was mad at him and turned hot on her heel without a second glance.

"Wait!" Harry called after her.

Unfortunately, she had to stop a second time when she heard Hagrid's voice coming from the bench ahead of them. Mel hushed him and indicated both boys to be quiet before pointing at the bench. Harry turned to see if they could go back and tapped Ron's shoulder to get his attention and tell him to go back. Ron strongly refused when he saw Fleur there with her date and pulled them closer to the shadows so no one could see them.

"You better hope Snape doesn't find us here, Ronald," Mel whispered angrily.

"Shh!"

"What did you know, 'Agrid?" Madame Maxime was saying.

'I hate this, I hate this, I hate this,' Mel echoed in her mind, eyes fixed on a beetle slowly crawling up the reindeer statue where they were currently hiding.

"I jus' knew... knew you were like me... Was it yer mother or yer father?"

"I — I don't know what you mean, 'Agrid..."

"It was my mother. She was one o' the las' ones in Britain. 'Course, I can' remember her too well... she left, see. When I was abou' three. She wasn' really the maternal sort. Well... it's not in their natures, is it? Dunno what happened to her... might be dead fer all I know..."

"Mel," Harry tried a second time. "Mel, I'm sorry about what I said before, I didn't mean–"

"Are you really trying to do this now?" She hissed. "Shut up!"

"Me dad was broken-hearted when she wen'. Tiny little bloke, my dad was. By the time I was six, I could lift him up an' put him on top o' the dresser if he annoyed me. Used ter make him laugh... Dad raised me... but he died, o' course, jus' after I started school. Sorta had ter make me own way after that. Dumbledore was a real help, mind. Very kind ter me, he was..." Hagrid blew his nose loudly.

Mel jumped and Harry pulled her back quickly, she noticed his hand lingered on her waist afterwards. She didn't try to push it away, for now.

"So... anyway... enough abou' me. What about you? Which side you got it on?"

"It is chilly," Madame Maxime stood up. "I think I will go in now."

"Eh? No, don' go! I've — I've never met another one before!"

"Anuzzer what, precisely?"

The hand on her waist tightened and her shoulders tensed, they were preparing for impact.

"Another half-giant, o' course!"

" 'Ow dare you!" Madame Maxime gasped. "I 'ave nevair been more insulted in my life! 'Alf-giant? Moi? I 'ave — I 'ave big bones!" She stormed off into the castle, after a minute of dense silence, Hagrid walked slowly in the direction of his cabin.

"C'mon," Harry's voice startled her again. "Let's go... What's up?"

"Did you know?" Ron asked. "About Hagrid being half-giant?"

"I didn't," Mel replied.

"No," Harry shrugged. "So what?"

Ron grimaced, he shook his head, pushing them forward. "I'll explain inside, c'mon..."

Mel didn't want to go back inside with them, but the curiosity was killing her and she needed to know, no one talked until they reached a table.

"So? What's the problem with giants?" Harry was the first to ask.

"Well, they're... they're... not very nice."

"Oh, I understand everything now," Mel said sarcastically.

"Who cares? There's nothing wrong with Hagrid!"

"I know there isn't, but... blimey, no wonder he keeps it quiet, I always thought he'd got in the way of a bad Engorgement Charm when he was a kid or something. Didn't like to mention it..."

"But what's it matter if his mother was a giantess?" Harry insisted.

"Well... no one who knows him will care, 'cos they'll know he's not dangerous... But they're just vicious, giants. It's like Hagrid said, it's in their natures, they're like trolls... they just like killing, everyone knows that. There aren't any left in Britain now, though."

"What happened to them?"

"Well, they were dying out anyway, and then loads got themselves killed by Aurors. There're supposed to be giants abroad, though... They hide out in mountains mostly..."

"I don't know who Maxime thinks she's kidding," Harry grumbled. "If Hagrid's half-giant, she definitely is. Big bones... the only thing that's got bigger bones than her is a dinosaur."

"Are we sure is not a misconception like several from around here?" Mel inquired. "Take muggle-borns, for example..."

"Oh no, not at all. Giants are awfully violent and let it very clear during the last war... wonder how Hagrid's dad got one interested..."

"Let's not talk about Hagrid behind his back, all right?" Mel looked around. "More so when there are so many people that could hear."

Five minutes later she was considering to go find the twins and join their table when Harry tried to apologize once more.

"Mel?" He inched just a bit closer. "I'm sorry, I really am– I didn't mean it."

"I know that," She scowled. "You said it anyway, and it hurt."

"That's why I'm sorry," He seemed truly repentant. "I didn't mean to make you cry–"

"I didn't cry."

"I saw your face when we found you," He turned his body, now he was fully facing her. "I felt awful, even before I saw you... I don't want to stop being friends."

"Me neither," She grumbled. "What d'you suggest, then?"

"I want to know if you'll forgive me first," He said with a hint of hope. "Will you?"

Of course she would, she wanted nothing more... She also wanted to yell at him that he had no reason to be so rude. Blimey, why did he have to be so stupid?

"Yes," She glared, "but don't ever talk to me like that again, I'm not the type to take advantage of nice boys and you know it. It's awfully rude, and I have enough of that."

"You won't hear a word of it again."

"Okay... What now?"

Harry smiled shyly. "I can offer you a dance before the ball ends? I know I messed up the last one..."

She could've refused and kept her chin up for the rest of the night, she could've even said she'd rather dance with Goyle than to give him the satisfaction of saying he got to dance a third time with her... but she really wanted to dance with him.

"All right," She stood up and walked without waiting. "Just one. I don't feel like holding hands with you for long periods of time."

"What about short periods of time?" Harry asked, happily following her like a puppy.

"If you find a way to get away with it," She replied with the tiniest smile. "You may certainly try."

By midnight the ball was coming to an end, it wasn't the perfect evening Mel had dreamed of, but it had been nice, even educational. She saw Hermione walked past them without a second glance. Ron had it coming, he and his need to be in a bad mood about everything all the time.

As they started their way upstairs, a voice called Harry. It was Cedric, he rushed over to meet them halfway, leaving Cho Chang at the foot of the stairs.

"Yeah?" Harry asked in confusion.

Cedric looked at Mel and Ron with mistrust, both kids gave him a weird look and kept walking, understanding the message.

"He sure acts like he's worth a lot, the idiot," Ron scoffed.

"Cedric didn't do anything to upset you."

"Cedric?" Ron replied as they got to the second floor. "I wasn't talking about Cedric."

"Then who?"

"Krum! Strutting around the castle, going to the library and talking to Hermione like he has the right to... to interrupt your study sessions."

"Are you jealous?"

He looked scandalized, "Why would I be?"

"I honestly don't know."

The rest of the walk was quiet until they entered the common room, Hermione was waiting for them, arms crossed and a stare that Mel knew all too well.

"Well?" She asked.

"Well, what?"

"Are you going to apologize?"

"Apologize?" Ron gaped. "I did nothing wrong!"

"Yes, you did!" Hermione stepped forward.

"Godric, have mercy..." Mel groaned, walking up to a chair and sitting down heavily.

The Gryffindors that were arriving paid no mind to their argument, most of them were too tired to even notice what was going on.

"I was only telling the truth!" Ron continued loudly. "This has to be another way to get more points on the next task, I don't like it and neither should you!"

"Well, if you don't like it, you know what the solution is, don't you?" Hermione was shaking in anger, her hair was slowly falling down from its bun and her face was getting redder.

"Oh yeah? What's that?" Ron yelled back.

Harry arrived then, giving her a puzzled look.

"Just let it happen," She mumbled.

"Next time there's a ball," Hermione continued, "ask me before someone else does, and not as a last resort!" The girl walked out of the place and straight to the dormitories.

"Well," Ron said, blinking a few times in confusion, "well — that just proves — completely missed the point —"

Mel stood up.

"Get over it," She patted his back and went upstairs.

Howgarts houses for Marble Hornets and Creepypastas

Take pity on me pls I been stuck in my bed for 2 days in a row because I'm sick and that means random ideas will come to me at any moment (I also saw a Harry Potter movie)

Marble Hornest:

Tim Wright/Masky: Gryffindor. Gryffindors are known for their courage and for me you must have alot of courage to do what Tim did.

Jay Merrick: Ravenclaw. His dedication to the whole investigation just scream ravenclaw to me.

Alex Kralie: Ravenclaw. He was doing a freaking short film, ravenclaw valeus creativity so... yeah.

Brian Thomas/Hoodie: Hufflepuff. Yellow- ok no, but he seems to care alot about loyalty and friendship like any hufflepuff.

Seth: Hufflepuff. I have no idea about Seth tbh lol, but because of his dog he is a hufflepuff.

Jessica: Gryffindor. AGAIN I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT JESSICA BUT SHE SCREAMS GRYFFINDOR TO ME SO SHHHH.

The Puppeter/Jonathan: Slytherin. He is a manipulative asshole.

Judge Angel/Dina: Hufflepuff or Gryffindor. The whole judge thing make it difficult between does two so you decided wich one is better for her.

Laughing Jack: Prob a teacher tbh. But I see him as the Head of Slytherin and the potion teacher or the charm teacher.

Slenderman: A teacher again. Prob Head of Ravenclaw and either Herbology or Care for Magical Creatures.

The Operator: Either the headmaster of Hogwarts or a teacher. Prob teacher of Defense against the Dark arts or Transfiguration.

Zalgo: Headmaster of howgarts or Head of Slytherin. Prob teacher of Defense Against the Dark Arts or History of Magic.

spy au w/ saphael

war with love

so simon is a spy and everything

he gets sent to be roomies with raphael and befriend him

and then to go to a wedding where valentine will be there and take him out

and at first everything is cute! and domestic and fluffy!

like they meet in chapter one and backgrounds are established

and in chapter two they get a little bit more domestic where simon is a night owl and raphael has these late shifts and falls asleep on simon

and then theres a city tour!! and near the end there is this open mic singing thing and so obviously they go bc simon and raphael sings and simon is just w o w

meeting!! raphaels!! friends!! and learning more about the past. and this wanting to learn spanish for raphael and also a fancyish meal

raphael learns that simon is learning spanish and teases him lke a lil loser but is also really happy. then they find vida mia snow and sim gets sad bc he doesnt wanna leave raphael ever

then theres more opening up (via viddia atta girl) and their first kiss and stuff. or maybe that hapens in the last chapter idk. simon also gets a job at a flowers place NERD

he gets flowers for like. everything

they go out shopping and also they go out clubbing and simon gets drunk and he makes out with someone who isnt raphael and has sex by mistake

bc now they’re exclusive and raphael is sosososo upset and that trust is betrayed

and they fight and simon feels like shit and he almost leaves bc valentine isnt worth this pain

but he stays. raphael is worth it. vidia is worth it.

its super awkward tension bt it slowly defuses down and raphael finally is willing to talk

and he forgives simon bc he will always forgive simon

and they fall into a familier patter and simon finally meets raph’s family

and then its the pre wedding days where again flower everywhere and theres a job loss confession on raphael’s behalf poor bby

they get matching outfits and simon is reminded of his mission and so he does it well and thats good

and wedding day huge slurs are also thrown around a possible fight but its all okay.

and then simon finds out raphael is an assassin and his next mark is simon so he runs with vidia.

magnus bane

magnus knows both parties and will not take sides

he consoles raphael and his heart goes out to simon

when raphael decides to leave the orginzation magnus supports him and gives him lita

raphael spends years looking for simon but he never asks magnus bc he would never pressure his friend like that

he also knows about lita and loves her and is like a father to her

lightwood siblings

alec finds out thru magnus and after a while he listens

and he realizes that yeah raphael is a lil shit but hes alsoa good person

not all monsters do terrible things and so he develops a relationship and in actuality he also uses raphael to make sure simon and his family stay safe

eventually izzy finds out bc alec can never keep anything fro her

and izzy and raphael!! have a great friendship!!

they speak spansh to each other and are so comfortable with each other and are so good in fighting and sparring

and its so awkward when simon finds out that they knew this whole time but never said anything

but neither of them would betray the other bc friendship

and are super pissed with simon

but they work with him and as time goes on they get a little bit easier with him

so this is in another universe and like mia and raphael have a pretty damn good relationship

and he tells her and she comforts him when hes at his lowest

she and lydia have a thing and its so secretive no one knows [but raph, and magnus. and simon shh]

and lydia is besties with simon in this universe and kinda found out on accident??

shes a spy ffs she overheard some shit and investigated

it led to a h u g e mydia fight

regardless they made up and they also kinda know the story individually and arent taking sides

they just love both people want want the bet i love them

mia and vidia get along great once the initial shock is over tbqh its awesome

and like mia and lita already besties so its a+

so saphael fund this poor baby girl all abandoned and obviously took her in

simon wanted to name her after a disney fairy FUCKING NERD but raphael wanted to name her after his sister and so they came to a compromise where her first name would be vidia and her middle name mia after IZZY!! SISTER! OC!!! and her last name snow bc they found her on a bench and she was so delicately wrapped she looked so soft

they took her in and raphael is really good with kids with and simon is so!!

her mother couldnt take care of her she left a note and its so movie-like its almost sounds fake.

since they dont know her birthday they decided it would be on the day they found her.

Emmeline Vance was born to a pureblood family, though not one of as much renown as many of the great ‘sacred 28.’ her family attended pureblood functions while she was growing up, but it was only because her father liked making the ministry connections

when she first got to hogwarts, everyone figured that emmeline would end up in hufflepuff, even her. she was incredibly surprised that the hat placed her in ravenclaw and even thought that it had made a mistake at first

but then once she got to classes em discovered this.... voracious love of learning. she found that nothing made her happier than reading and discovering new things and she was super driven in her classes. she found out that she was actually really gifted in magic and suddenly everything that the hat had told her made sense

THE WAR

Emmeline has never been one to enjoy conflict, so the rising tensions over the past few years were incredibly uncomfortable for her at first

eventaully she found her voice when she saw a first year muggleborn being picked on by older students. after that, she started convincing her friends to keep an eye out for the younger muggleborn students and protect them if needed

Her family has always been fairly moderate, but she has taken it a step further by being openly against blood supremacy and anti-muggle rhetoric. sometimes she worries that her vocal opposition will endanger her parents positions, but she knows that she couldn’t forgive herself if she stepped aside and let people get hurt

her position ended up driving a wedge between herself and her former best friend (wanted connection), which has put a lot of strain on her emotionally. she doesn’t want to give up on people if she can potentially bring them back from the dark side, but she also doesn’t feel right in associating with people who openly advocate for evil

her intentions after graduation are to join up with the aurors, which shouldn’t be too difficult for her with her grades and training. she has been taking dueling incredibly seriously lately, which is what really prompted her to join the competition. she needs to know whether she is strong enough to protect people

PERSONALITY

okay so my girl is just like… a sweetheart.

all she wants is to keep Her People safe. unfortunately, this is not particularly easy when you’re at war. she’s basically the consummate mom friend tho tbh. takes notes for people who are sick, makes sure that they’re eating regularly. she knows how hard things are right now and she just wants to help however she can

she’s one of those people who see the best in everyone and so she has a bad tendency of giving people too many chances

one thing that’s really tough for her right now is that she doesn’t want to give up on people affiliated with the Dark Lord- they’re just kids, and most of them are only following in their parents’ footsteps. but she also can’t forgive them for the way that they’re treating others, and she doesn’t want to associate with that level of hate

highkey loves to laugh so like she loves anyone who will laugh with her

ive been watching your scenes to rewatch and ive been crying at literally all of them. out of curoisity, what are your favourite ouat scenes? either sq or general? also side note, i love your latest fic, such an interesting premise. i get so scared every time someone says an order and emmas forced to comply, that scene with the trolls had me on edge. and the fact that cora must suspect something about emma now - im so scared but excited ahah :D have a nice day :)

OH I super dropped the ball on those omg, i have so many others!! but i haven’t been able to rewatch in a long time, it hard 😩

of course i LOVE almost every swan queen scene!! it’s hard for me to pick favorites because nearly every one pings something else inside me omfg. I don’t think there’s a single sq scene I couldn’t write an essay about WHOOPS. so lemme try to answer this with just some of my favorite non-sq scenes 😅

Emma in True North: hoo boy, this is probably in my scenes to rewatch but that scene on the road, MAN. there’s so much careful buildup with emma’s abandonment issues and how much she sees herself in nick and ava. and they have a chance she never does and dammit, she fights for them!! she fights for two kids just like her and they get their moment and jmo turns that realization into agony with sheer artistry in emma’s FACE in their final moment. god.

Regina in We Are Both: this was the episode that sold me on Regina! tbh i’d marathoned s1 as soon as they announced mulan was going to be in s2 so i hadn’t been focusing much on thinking before that?? and then suddenly there’s Regina, in all her rich and layered stories, and i fell hARD. the whole narrative of the episode- Regina resisting parental abuse until she becomes what she’s always feared to be free!! and that translating into her saying ‘no, this isn’t going to continue to the next generation. even if i lose the only thing that matters to me.’ do u ever stan!!! I DONT KNOW HOW TO LOVE VERY WELL. END ME.

Emma in Firebird: listen. never follow ur idols to ur next fandom or you’ll suddenly realize they actually hate women and then get ‘’’muted’’’ for ‘’’yelling at her too much’’’ but jane espenson did a GOOD with the flashbacks in this one (present day still literal and figurative hell tho!!). The concept of Emma’s jacket as armor isn’t an original one, but the execution was honestly stellar. Emma forging this connection with an older hardened woman who can’t let go of the past either!! emma destroyed and remade into the lady we met on her twenty-eighth birthday. GOD. SHE FINDS HER DAUGHTER. and i gotta say, the vulnerable-tearful-young thing jmo was doing w emma in s5 didn’t work for me in terms of what present day was trying to convey, but it’s a perfect fit for that flashback, i WEPT.

Regina in Quite A Common Fairy: Lana OWNS the cave scene with Tink, god. The depth and breadth of emoTION. The episode and the narrative itself builds it up from episode one! because this regina on the road to redemption but finally giving us a glimpse into the emotional and mental state she was in as the young queen- she has all this rage and she’s SUSTAINED by it, it’s her only real truth and constant and she’s terrified of what might happen if she lets it go for even an instant and chooses hope instead. (Lana’s voice when Regina says she’s afraid that without rage she might just ‘—float away’ is something that has stayed with me for a long, long time.) REGINA PULLING OUT HER HEART TO MAKE A POINT. far from the last time she will, but how affecting!! god!!

Emma and Snow in S1: There are a few moments i’m thinking of (and i’m literally writing this on the treadmill so pls forgive the lack of episode names) and all of them are so stellar, god. The moment when Snow finds Emma living out of her car early on. Snow and Emma sitting at the table at the loft holding hands. Emma lying down next to a crying Snow. Snow yelling at Emma for being so selfish when she tries running off with Henry?? EMMA SHOWING UP AT MARY MARGARET’S DOOR SEARCHING FOR A ~PERSON~ AND MARY MARGARET SILENTLY LETTING HER IN. Snow and Emma work best in S1 in the silences and the fights, where they’re allowed to just care and be family, and I treasure each of those moments as much as they do.

Regina and Zelena in the Kansas: There’s a lot of effort put into this dynamic right near what seemed like the end, playing with how exactly Zelena perceives her happy ending to go- and then Regina strikes it all down by being different, by changing, by being someone Zelena hadn’t believed either of them capable of. And then Regina goes to Zelena’s cell and offers her!! sisterhood!! my god. i instantly fell in love with the dynamic in that moment and i’m forever pressed that the ‘it’s nice to have family in town’ line was cut. because you can tell that regina craves family and craves unmaking this second monster of her mother’s and zelena was going to TAKE that second chance and hey! this seems the perfect time to go off-message and

Belle in Family Business and Heroes and Villains: imma be honest, i like belle just fine in the early seasons but i have zero interest in rumbelle, which means a lot of fast-forwarding through her scenes. But these two scenes were ENCHANTING. Mirror Belle preying on Belle with the truth that she’s afraid to face! Emilie does such a fantastic job conveying so much cruelty in that scene, I was gaping and enthralled and hoping shattered sight was going to work exactly like that (and tbh props to ginny for doing a hella creepy snow at the start of Shattered Sight). And that town line scene!!! What a stunning, evocative scene. Belle reclaiming agency and taking action in such a 100% cold-blooded but necessary way!! that’s my ravenclaw babe!!!

Mulan and Aurora: I was young, and I Believed, and I Believed for a very long time. I am appalled at my naïveté too, don’t worry.

Regina in Enter the Dragon: LOOK it’s not about the leather but it’s a lil about the leather!!! I really appreciate both Regina in the past and present in this one and also how gay it is, and I’m most charmed by lil evil pep talking nugget Regina who just wants you to be the very best villain you can be! It’s such an artful melding of the exuberance of young!Regina and the delight in chaos of eq!Regina and i, for one, am a fan.

Emma (and Henry) in The Stranger/An Apple Red as Blood: my gOD. Okay I think one of the first times I cried while watching this show was in Emma’s desperate, hysterical denial to August about the curse. She’s so clearly hit rock bottom and she’s TERRIFIED of believing and it’s breaking her. SHE DIDNT ASK TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYONES HAPPINESS. SHE DOESNT WANT IT. THAT IS CRAP!!!! i love her!! i love emma swan!!! i do!!!!! and then moving into the end of the next episode when she tells henry she’s leaving and just!! ‘henry! life isn’t a story!’ man this show had some incredible early work. sigh. emma kneeling in front of henry begging him to listen! my god.

Regina in the Cricket Game: so i’m leaving out all my fave sq moments which severely limits the number of regina and emma scenes i can talk about here but the flashbacks in this one SURE ARE SOMETHING. regina has hit rock bottom in this set and you feel it in every moment, in her REGRET THAT I HAVE NOT CAUSED MORE PAIN and frickin stABBING snow and that dark scene with the candle oh god. this is a regina who doesn’t think about looking back anymore but who doesn’t think about looking forward, either, and she’s terrifying. it reminds me a lot of the scene later this season in Welcome to Storybrooke where she takes out snow’s heart and ‘see? i can have everything’ but there are tears sliding down her face. regina in enraged despair is something to behold!!

Henry (and Emma and Regina) in Operation Mongoose: Henry doesn’t often get lengthy times to shine that aren’t about other characters, but he was literally a YA hero in the author’s universe! man! what a kid! and his scenes with bandit Regina are some of my all-time favorites, as is that heartstopping moment when he reaches the top of that tower and flings the door open and Emma KNOWS him. reader, i wept. i wept hard. talk about your earned moments!!!

Emma as Dark Swan: posture! clothing! positioning! voice work! dark swan was a revelation i’m still rightfully bitter about, because she was EVERYTHING in those early episodes. the way she caressed snow’s face in first episode of 5a. the faux-innocent with the calculating eyes on the ship with whats-his-name. every interaction with henry where she was trying to be a PERSON. the way she moved! the way she felt more reptilian than human! i wanted to know everything about her!! (then i did and quit the show lol) honestly some of jmo’s best acting to date, i’m forever in awe.

That Still Small Voice: look, this is an episode about a cricket and it remains one of my favorite quality ouat episodes. Archie sells it best as an adult influenced by his past without quite knowing it, and Archie and Henry make for a really engaging dynamic in here. There is nothing about Archie’s professional behavior that doesn’t make me want to scream but this remains a very, very good episode.

Emma in Sympathy for the De Vil/Lily: okay this is cheating a little because so much of this is also Regina but!! Emma individually shines in this narrative and throughout 4b. From the moment she finds out about what her parents had done, you can watch it slowly draining a part of her?? yes her eyes got redder but there was also this kind of apathy about EVERYTHING. And tbh the Cruella episode is pretty awesome on its own (I love the slow revelation that Cru is the villain, what a stellar execution of a fave trope) but WHEN EMMA KILLS HER. In the exact moment that Cruella says ‘heroes don’t kill’. that’s what pushes emma over the edge!! and then emma ready to kill again the next episode because she feels like she’s sliding into an abyss, i couldn’t BREATHE. emma is incredible when the narrative lets her be angry, and i wanted So Much More. Speaking of which, Emma getting angrier and angrier and almost losing it in The Snow Queen was more of that anger!! i am HUNGRY for it.

Regina and Snow in The Evil Queen: This episode is messy af but damn did my heart skip a beat when a hooded hero saves Regina and tears off her hood and it’s SNOW. This episode does so much of what makes Snow/Regina so fascinating and frustrating, both in the present and the past. Their interactions in the woods moved me! changed me! and Regina had already crossed the point of no return but oh man, oh man, the way they’d almost gotten somewhere for a minute there.

Regina and Henry in Save Henry: A classic, a work of art, and I’ve said so much about it in the past that I’m exhausted just thinking about expressing it all again now. But what a STORY of an evil queen who falls in love with a little boy. What a narrative!! The promo pictures from this episode came out when I was sitting in the hospital for a checkup while I was expecting my daughter, and I was tearing up and the nurses thought it was about the ultrasound. I’M NOT PROUD. This is a love story!!! And it culminates again in A Curious Thing, by the way, which put another ten years on my life, an Epic !

Emma and Henry in New York City Serenade: boy was this a journey, but I was absolutely spellbound omg. This was a love song to a fantasy but it’s a fantasy that never unmakes Emma– she’s afraid of commitment and happiness and everything permanent in her life that isn’t Henry, but she’s still going to take that leap despite herself. It’s a wonderful character study that captures Emma’s essence in a new world, with a new past.

Snow in The Miller’s Daughter: Snow is at her best when the show isn’t painting her with rose-colored glasses and we get to see her darker side, and I don’t think she ever gets quite as dark in the first three seasons as she is when she’s standing there, smiling earnestly at Regina as she tells her that the key to Cora loving Regina is in the poisoned heart she holds. My god. It’s so incredibly cold-blooded and vile, and it’s absolutely the kind of manipulative pragmatism that suits Snow best. I am enthralled and horrified.

Neal and Emma and Henry and Gold in Manhattan: This is one of those really cool scenes where even though I don’t particularly care for half the characters within it, everyone acted the hell out of it and it’s so GOOD. There’s so much tension and you’re holding your breath through the squabbling, and then Henry shows up and you KNOW. You know what’s going to happen and you’re terrified for Emma and it’s so visceral, right up until the instant when Neal demands Henry’s age and Henry shouts ELEVEN and my god, my god. What a reveal. What a scene.

There are more!! so many scenes and moments i’ve loved over the years. Emma and young!Lily! Snowing in Snow Falls! Anna of Arendale!! Snow and Emma in Lost Girl!! Ruby in Red Handed! The David/Emma dragon fight in A Land Without Magic! Regina tearing out that heart in The Doctor and meeting Daniel again?? Regina and her father in hell. all of Hat Trick. i think twenty is a good place to stop, but hoo boy, when this show was good, it was GOOD. alas.

I don't know if you're still in the hp fandom (let's be real tho, once ur in there's no getting out!) But what are your head canons on Ron as a dad, I always imagined him as a stay-at-home dad :)

Ron Weasley is a good father. That’s the first thing to say.You wouldn’t necessarily think it if you could spy inside his house but he is.He’s a good father. Anybody could tell you that.

When kids come into the shop, Ron knows exactly how to behave.He’s the fun dad-figure, naturally paternal, the one who’ll encourage you injust the right amount of mischief and then sweep you up and cuddle you until it’sbetter when you get hurt enough to cry.

He’s all big-displays-of-affection andwearing-emotions-on-sleeves. He doesn’t do well with rational, logicaldiscussions about feelings. He couldn’t dissect his children’s emotions downfor you. He couldn’t chart the best way to deal with them over coming days.What he can do, though, is comfort—oh, he does comfort so well. Steaming mugs of hot chocolateand a listening ear for as long as you need it. Big hugs, woolly dad sweaters,the circle of protective arms to let you know you’re safe and loved. So very,very loved.

The problem is that his children don’t want that.

Rose is a grown-up at three years old, plagued by visionsshe won’t admit to and clinging so hard to the cold logic she prizes in hermother. She doesn’t know what to do with a father like Ron, who always says thewrong thing in his ferocious desire to be there for his daughter and who can’twrite love sonnets but who knows exactly when and why his wife needs herfavourite meal cooked at the end of a long day. Rose doesn’t want hugs. Rose wantsto understand feelings and rationalise every reaction she comes across. Hugsdon’t help her do that.

Hugo shrinks from exuberant displays of affection, slidesaway from hugs and shivers when you touch him for too long. He stares owl-likeat his father when Ron tries to sit down and have a hearty conversation aboutthe day. He flinches away from casual arms-around-shoulders. Ron tries so hardto remember but this is his son, andhe can’t shake the instinct to wrap him away from the world.

So Ron Weasley is agood dad, but he’s not the dad best suited to his children.

It’s when his marriage breaks up, ironically, that he getsto be the dad he’s always tried so hard to be. The daughter he never knew aboutturns up on his doorstep one afternoon. All Ron can think as she walks into thekitchen is how like Rose she looks. They could be twins.

“I’m Lo,” the girl says, staring Hermione down. “Leonora. I’msixteen. My mum says your husband is my father.” Her accusing finger finds Ron, shrinkingand desolate in the corner.

Ron doesn’t have to be as quick as Hermione to get the mathsdone. He remembers the night with Daphne Greengrass clear as a bell—the sickshame that followed like an Unforgiveable Curse to the gut.

“You’d kicked me out,” he says after Hermione has banishedLo and Rose and Hugo to the front room and put a muffling charm on the kitchen.“You said you wanted a divorce. I was drunk, Hermione, I was drunkand sad and stupid. I was twenty-two years old and I thought you never wantedto see me again.”

Hermione throws a glass at his face. “I was depressed!” Hervoice is nails on a blackboard. “Rose was three months old, she wasn’t sleepingever, I had post-partum depression, you knew—you knew! You knew I didn’t mean it.”

Ron spreads his hands. Helpless. “I thought you did. Thattime, I really thought you did.”

Twenty minutes later he’s standing in the front garden witha suitcase in one hand and his unexpected daughter by his side. Rose and Hugoare watching from the front window, their expressions so guarded. He wants toprise them open and beg them to forgive him.

“Mum has a spare room,” says Lo, picking at her fingernails.“If you want.”

Ron turns to her. So like Rose—but those eyes. Dark as abroken promise.

“Better not,” he says, and lifts one shoulder in an awkwardshrug. “It’s been years.”

“Sixteen,” agrees Lo. Then she smiles, and it’s like sunbreaking through clouds. Ron can’t believe how much it makes her look like him.

He goes to Percy’s, because Percy won’t tell if he’s askednot to, and his daughters are too wrapped up in themselves to pay any attentionat all.

Over the next month, Ron gets divorce papers and a new houseand no word from Rose or Hugo at all. He writes them a letter and blurs half ofit with tears.

Lo plucks it off a side table when she’s round one day. Shekeeps coming back and Ron hasn’t figured out what to do about it. He isn’t surehe wants to do anything, truth be told. The fact of another daughter is like amiracle he feels too slow to appreciate.

“You sound desperate,” says Lo, and scrumples the letter upbefore he can stop her. “Don’t be desperate. It was sixteen years ago and she’dkicked you out. You don’t owe anybody any apologies.”

Ron finds himself coming over dadly before he can help it. “What—yes,Lo, I do. I did a terrible thing.”

“You were on a break.”

“We were married. We—listen, I’d made a promise. Acommitment. And I broke that. I had a newborn daughter and I left Hermione todeal with her and her depression all by herself.”

Lo kicks her feet up onto the sofa and gives him a wide-eyedstare. “She kicked you out.”

“She was ill.”

“Not your responsibility.”

“I love her,” says Ron, knocking her feet down. “She was mywife. Of course she was my responsibility.”

It occurs to Ron, as he stares his new daughter down, thatmaybe she’s been taught very different ideas about responsibility.

“You don’t have to carry other people.” Lo’s voice is bored.She’s already done with the argument. “Let ‘em go if they’re dragging you down.”

Ron sits down across from her and reaches for her knee. Heshakes it gently. “You can’t always do that, Lo. Sometimes you have to stick itout.”

It isn’t until later until he realises that’s the first timethey’ve touched.

She doesn’t brush his hand away. She lets it rest there,considering. When she doesn’t argue back he takes it as a victory.

More wins come slow and sure. She comes to him to tell himthat she’s got all her OWLs, except from Herbology because, come on, plants areboring, and anyway who wants to concentrate on plants when Professor Longbottomhas got his sleeves rolled up and those lovely forearms on show and—

“Merlin, Lo, shut up,” says Ron, and reaches to cover hermouth with his hand. “Neville is one of my bestfriends. He’s old enough to be your father!”

Lo pulls his hand away. “I have absent daddy issues,” shereplies, truculent. “My psychiatrist says I need a positive male role model inmy life.”

“You’ve got one now,” Ron says. “Tell me what you got inCare Of.”

Rose got all Os, obviously. Hugo’s on track for the same.Ron is fiercely, achingly proud of them, but then he’s listened to themdebating new technological leaps and decades-old case law and impossiblephilosophy for years. Everyone in the family expected the Os.

There’s something about Lo’s face when she shows him thesingle O in Transfiguration that lights something up inside Ron. The quiet,secret pride on her face. The irreverent delight when she admits that she waspredicted As if she was lucky.

It feels harder won, somehow. More precious.

During the Christmas holidays she comes to him in a flurryof indignant tears with a suitcase in either hand.

“Mum’s pissing me right off,” she growls when he opens thefront door, her eyes raw and red. “She’s being a real bitch.”

“Don’t talk about your mother like that,” says Ron, andsteps back to let her in. He might have been avoiding Daphne since their single, horrifically awkward conversation three days after Lo blew his world apart, but he’s still not letting that slide easily. “And watch your language.”

“Leave me alone.” Lo lets her suitcases fall from her handin the hall and then sits down right there and bursts into fresh tears. “Hernew boyfriend doesn’t like me. Thinks I’m spoilt. Keeps trying to make me goback to school for the holidays.”

Ron is down on his knees and gathering her up in his armsbefore he knows it.

“Stay here, then,” he finds himself saying later over hotchocolate. “I’ve—um, there’s a bedroom for you. If you want it.”

She goes pink behind the mug. “Really?”

“Really. One for Rose and Hugo too. Just, you know, in case.”

Lo’s hand creeps across the table and squeezes his. “Just incase.”

The amazing thing is that Rose comes. Right after the mostawkward Christmas dinner of all time at the Burrow, she comes over. She’s notsurprised to find Lo sprawled on the sofa playing Xbox.

"We’ve been texting,” she admits to Ron when they’re alone inthe kitchen. “I, um—just wanted to check on you. Make sure you’re not starvingto death.”

“I seem to remember doing all the cooking, young lady.” He’steasing, mostly. He still can’t believe she’s come.

Rose stays for tea. She sits and has an actual, civil conversationwith Lo. Ron has the sneaking suspicion that they rather like each other. Fromthe back, they’re impossibly alike. He watches them in the sitting room,playing Xbox in companionable silence. Occasionally Rose turns and laughs atwhat Lo is saying and it isn’t until Lo does it back that the spell ofsimilarity breaks.

Rose has always had Hermione’s smile.

Weeks roll on. Lo goes back to school but she calls him moreand more and more. Her mother is taking holiday after holiday, chasing lovearound the world.

For the first time in his life, Ron has someone to utiliseall that crashing comfort and affection on. He goes up to Hogwarts and takes Loout for lunch to distract her. He tries to visit Hugo at the same time but hisclosed-off son is more closed-off than ever.

It’s Lo that bridges that gap. She marches right out of theSlytherin common room, up to Ravenclaw and drags Hugo out by the ear for a walkone weekend. Hugo sulks the whole way to and from Hogsmeade, but the next timehe pitches up without complaint.

It’s funny. Ron never thought an illegitimate daughter wouldbe the thing that brought him closer to Rose and Hugo.

It doesn’t stay too acrimonious between him and Hermione.She reaches back at last. When she says she’d be willing to give it another go,Ron’s astonished to find himself saying no.

“I think I’m better,” he admits to her, head hanging. “Ilove you. I always will. But I think this is better for us both. Honestly, I’vebeen flailing behind you and the kids for years. Since they were born, it feelslike. You discuss Quantum Mechanics over breakfast and all I’ve got to talkabout is Quidditch. It just—I think this is the right thing for all of us.”

Lo moves in with him when she graduates. She doesn’t reallysay she’s doing it, it’s just that one day Ron realises she’s taking up threewardrobes and his porch is full of Jimmy Choos and two thirds of the stuff inthe house belongs to her.

Because he’s a good dad, he nags her constantly aboutgetting a job and moving out. Also because he’s a good dad, he secretly hopesshe’ll stay with him just a little while longer yet.

And when Rose decides to move in for a year or so, justwhile she’s got a job close by…well, that’s fine by him too.

1.How old were you when you read the Percy Jackson books?

I was 11 when I first started reading them 😂 I was a tiny bby

2.What year did you read them in?

Does this mean academic year or actual year? Because I read them in year 7 (6th Grade) so that would have been in somewhere around 2010 I think???

3. What caused you to read them?

My older brother had read them and recommended The Lightning Thief to me and a selection of books were being given out at my school for free to encourage kids to read and The Lightning Thief happened to be one of them. And the rest is history 😂

4.Which of the series have you read in the PJO universe?

All of them~ I have read every book in the PJO, HoO, KC, and MCGA series and I’ve just preordered The Dark Prophecy at my local book store so I can keep up to date with ToA. I’ve also read all the side books like Demigod Diaries and Demigods and Magicians, and the two books of Professor Percy and they’re all aligned in chronological order on my book shelve because I’m a fucking nerd OTL

5. What is your favorite series in the PJO universe?

Oh god help me. I don’t know??? I love them all for different reasons??? I find myself ranting most to other people about HoO but the Magnus Chase series is probably my favourite because not only is it a wonderful story but The Hammer of Thor was the first time I had ever read about a genderfluid character and the way Alex was portrayed was just so wonderful to me that I will reread that book over and over again, specifically on his pages because it’s kinda like seeing a little bit of myself in my favourite world. It heightens my sense of escapism and belonging there that’s for sure XD

6.Who is your favorite character?

Overall?? Either Zeus (because he was the world’s first fuckboi) or Bianca Di Angelo. As an older sibling, I could never imagine leaving my younger sibling all alone just because I wanted a bit more freedom in my life. It’s incredibly selfish and I just can’t ever forgive her for it. She may have been a hero and an interesting character and I was really torn up when she died but I will never forgive her for the way she treated her younger brother.

8.What are your headcanons?

THERE ARE TOO MANY TO LIST!!! But one of my main headcanons that I will list here (I’ll message you others if you ever read the whole universe) is that Nico and Anubis know each other and get along. Now this started because they’re described as looking very similar to each other (black, shaggy hair, dark brown eyes, pale af with a similar fashion sense of just black on black) and it kind of snowballed once I read Son Of Neptune. Because to me, it would make so much sense for Nico to know about other pantheons long before the other demigods. Why? Because Death is universal across mythology. And Nico, as the son of Hades, needs to know about his death rituals which- I think- would lead him to researching the other pantheons and learning that immortality really is forever. But yeah, i just love the idea of Nico and Anubis being friends and looking out for one another because they both understand the stigma around death but they’re both actually kind of dorky the minute they stop being angry??? But yeah, there’s just one of my headcanons and look how long that took to summarise OtL

I try to OTL it’s just, with characters i love and adore so much I’m so scared of doing them a disservice??? If that makes sense? I’ve got a thousand scenarios in my head but when I try to write I end up starting at a blank screen for 30 minutes before going back and rereading the books again XD

11.What’s your favorite scene?

From PJO- When Percy offers Pandora’s Pithos to Hestia as an offering. It’s just such an important act at the time and I just love it so much!!!!From HoO- uuuurgh it’s a tie up between Jason comforting Nico after Croatia and then the ending with the two camps and Reyna being a badass. From ToA- I know this isn’t really a scene but when Apollo makes the remarked about Achilles, Briseis and Patroclus because Iliad jokes~~ 😂 but other than that, probably when Apollo starts to realise how shit a parent he actually is and feeling kinda guilty about it. I just love seeing him evolve as a person rather than stay the same immortal fuckboi forever. From KC- THE FUCKING CAN OPENER!!! I laughed for about an hour when I first read the bit when Carter finds out about Horus possessing him. I actually couldn’t read past that bit without laughing over and over again 😂 From MCGA- When Alex was lying down on the Bifrost. I always imagine it as a very beautiful scene because he’s got this rainbow light all around him but it also makes me feel sad for some reason I’ve yet to pin down. But yeah, Alex being pretty and melancholy surrounded by rainbow light~ From Demigods and Magicians- probably when Setne gets sucked into the snow globe. That was a good day reading that.

I have a few! Reyna and Nico. Can’t stand that ship. Also Octavian and Rachel. Or anyone with Rachel really. Same with Percy and Artemis??? Like, no???? Artemis is a maiden for eternity, she has no interest in men whatsoever??? And Rachel is the oracle of Delphi so she’s sworn to not be with people for as long as she is the oracle??? I just don’t get it.

16.What house do you think Percy is in?

See this is really hard! Percy is certainly brace and noble enough to be in Gryffindor but he is fatally loyal to the people he loves and he works incredibly hard which are more Hufflepuff traits! But at the same time he can be cunning and tricky when he’s in a fight. But he’s not really ambitious enough to be a Slytherin and, while intelligent, he won’t follow up on an idea just because of the allure of knowledge so he’s not really a Ravenclaw…urgh I want to put him in Hufflepuff but idk. Either Hufflepuff or Gryffindor.

17.What house do you think Annabeth is in?

Either Ravenclaw or Gryffindor. Like she will battle past her ADHD and dyslexia for the pursuit of knowledge and to better specialise herself in the areas she wants to but at the same time she walked into her worst nightmares, then fell into Tartarus, got out of Tartarus, then went to war all within the span of a month and a half. That takes Gryffindor courage right there. So yeah, either Gryffindor or Ravenclaw.

18.Thoughts on Luke?

I always feel really bad for Luke. Because he’s so relatable. It’s easy to see how he made the choices he did because he honestly thought that the Titans could be better because the gods mistreatment was all he had ever known. And it hurts what happened to him because he is the classic tragic hero; he made the wrong choices and the minute he realises what a mess he’s made of things, it’s already too late to stop anything. But he was able to do the right thing in the end and I just get really emotional whenever I think of that scene. It hurts too much 😭

19.What race do you think Percy is?

I don’t really know. I mean, we know he’s got a lot of his appearance from Poseidon so that means he should look very Grecian/Mediterranean, maybe he even has a sort of olive skin tone??? Idk. I guess whenever I think of Percy I just think of the kids I used to see on skateboards down at the local park. But yeah, probably Grecian if I had to pick.

20.What do you think of Frank and Hazel’s relationship?

I think it’s really cute. I like how it’s so fresh??? Because with Percabeth that relationship grew out of friendship over five books and Jiper has a natural flow to it with all the fragility and insecurity of a new relationship so it still works. But Hazel and Frank knew each other for such a short period of time before they started crushing on each other and I think it’s sweet to see kind of the love and first sight thing but warped slightly due to the complications that come with their lives. It’s interesting to see them struggle through all the confusion of a brand new relationship but still trying to keep themselves together. It’s nice to see that kind of love rather than the comfortable love of Percabeth or the steady love of Jiper. 21.What do you think of Calypso and Leo’s relationship?

I love it!!! At first I was skeptical but their banter and denial was really funny and the way Leo was determined to make it back to her. I had always wanted someone to treat Calypso right and I’m glad that Leo has someone now who will see underneath all the humour as well as appreciating him for himself :)

23.What did you think of the movie?

I liked the visual effects but that was about it. And even then it was like, nice snakes, now where’s the plot??? I really did not like those movies. They need to be buried with the Avatar movie that never existed in my opinion.

24. What are your thoughts on the upcoming musical?

I’m really looking forward to it! I think they cast a really good Percy and I really like what I’m hearing so far. I love musicals and I understand there’s a bigger limit on what you can do on a stage compared to a film so I’m more lenient towards differences between the stage and the book.

25.Do you own any of the books and if so, which ones?

HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH…..I have doubles of all of them OTL but there’s a reason for that!! One copy for myself so that I can always read them and then I lend out the second copies to my friends who are curious about this world that I won’t ever shut up about.

26.Which character are you most like, personality wise?

Idk really. Maybe Will??? Because I’m kinda easy going and I try to help out other people but if you piss me off you will know about it??? And it always takes people by surprise if they don’t know me very well at how angry I can be??? But yeah, maybe Will.

27.Which character do you look the most like?

If any of the characters have rainbow hair, I have not been informed of this! Nah but I don’t know. Without my coloured hair I just kinda look like a ghost with brown hair and colour changing eyes OTL Maybe Sadie because I used to be blonde but I dyed my hair so many times it turned brown and she streaks her hair a lot so yeah, Sadie Kane :)

27.If you could cosplay as any character, who would it be?

Okay I have cosplayer Nico before but I’m going to be cosplaying Alex at the next con I’m going to (unfortunately without her heterochromia because I’m allergic to contact lenses OtL)

28.What’s your favorite cover from the series?

Is it bad to say Blood of Olympus because Leo’s got a chainsaw in it? XD but yeah, actually Hammer of Thor because the Wolf mask on that cover with the eerie green glow across it is really cool!!

29.What are some books you would recommend to another fan?

Assuming these are books related to the PJO universe then The Demigod and Magicians crossover collection are definitely worth the read (assuming you’ve read both HoO and KC) and the Magnus Chase series because they are definitely worth branching away from the Greek and Roman gods.

If that means other series in general then His Dark Materials for definite and probably the Iliad.

30.Do you have any merchandise related to the series?

I do! I have a tshirt with Percy’s quote about procrastination on it (deadlines don’t seem real to me until I’m staring one in the face), and I have a matching charm bracelet, hair bow, earrings and necklace set with pendants that all say Camp Half-Blood on them

31.Any fan casts?

Not really. As long as they look the age of the characters *glares at the film* and they have the majority of the same features *again glares at the films* then I don’t really mind too much.

32.What did you think of the ending of Heroes of Olympus, if you read it?

I personally loved it. I agree it did feel a tiny bit anticlimactic over in Greece what with the gods kicking butt for the first time in the entire series but what happened between the camps and Gaia’s forces there was really cool. And the reconciliation of the camps afterwards and how everyone was getting along was really nice. And of course, the fact that Calypso was finally freed was a big A+ in my book.

33.Would you want to be connected to the Greek, Egyptian, Roman, or Norse Gods?

I think, as far as connected in the PJO universe way goes, I’d want to be a Magician for the House of Life. Because at least then I get a choice in whether or not I want a god in my life. If you’re a Demigod you get no choice whatsoever. If you’re just a magician then other than fighting in the apocalypse, you have a choice on what you want to do with your life (plus magicians can use electronics without calling down monsters on their heads)

34.What character from the universe do you think you would be best friends with?

Idk. It’s a tie up between Sadie, Leo and Magnus because they all have a sarcastic wit which I find hilarious but they all have differences that make me want to befriend them. Like with Sadie I could hang out with her any time of the week, and she has a really gives-no-shit attitude that I love (because I give too many shits about things) but at the same time she really cares a lot about her family and her friends which is important to me. Leo is hilarious in general but at the same time really insecure about stuff and I love helping people out and learning from them so I’d probably latch on to Leo and not stop bothering him about machines because all of it is really interesting. And then Magnus is a sarcastic little nerd who tries to be tough but is actually a sunflower and yeah, I have a lot of friends like that 😘😘😘

35.What’s the saddest scene from all the books?

Bob asking whether Percy would say hello to the stars and sun for him. That kills me every time to even think about. Fuck, now I’m crying 😭

36.What scene makes you the happiest?

Any scene of platonic friendship and love is guaranteed to make me happy. But most of all, when Hades told Nico he wanted him to be happy. That just killed me inside because it’s such a difference from the Last Olympian and Nico deserves happiness after all the shit he’s been through.

- Seriously, Dumbledore KNOWS Harry lives in a cupboard. Was it too much to ask for him to send somebody to intervene? Is this one of those “suffering builds character” bullshit moments that mentor-type characters like to put heroes through? FUCK. THAT. - Most of my notes for this chapter were just INCOHERENT RAGE. - But at least Harry is still a sassmaster. Not that I condone fatshaming but “a pig in a wig” is a wonderful line. - Who the hell gets 39 birthday presents and why is Vernon encouraging his son’s tantrums? :/ - MRS FIGG IS IN CONTACT WITH DUMBLEDORE WHY COULDN’T SHE HAVE DONE ANYTHING DEAR GOD. FUCK THESE PEOPLE. - Harry needs a hug. - “My hair growing back immediately? My clothes shrinking on the spot? I just appeared on the roof? It’s just a thing that happens. - Also surely that sweater would have fit Harry at some point. - Also also Harry accidentally Apparated what a little badass. - I have been to this zoo and this reptile house and my mother has photos somewhere - Snakes don’t have eyelids, I would just like to point that out. - He’s speaking Parseltongue! This will be a Thing! This is foreshadowing! - This snake is a lot less scary tho - People (and snakes) from Brazil speak Portuguese, not Spanish smh. - NO MEALS. NO. MEALS. Someone please hug this child. - No really imagine if Sirius hadn’t been arrested or there wasn’t some kind of bullshit legislation keeping Remus from taking him (I assume it’s illegal for werewolves to adopt because lycanthropy in this book is an allegory for homosexuality? Idk). He would have been so much happier. My heart hurts. Everything is pain.

Discussion question: Can you forgive Dudley since he’s primarily a product of his surroundings? What about Petunia? How do you feel about her knowing her hatred of magic stems from jealousy?: It’s not really Dudley’s fault and he does get better. Even though up until OoTP he is a disgusting loathsome little turd. Petunia, however, has no excuse. It’s like a more mild version of “cool motive, still murder”— yeah, you’re jealous, but you’re still abusing a child and making him live in a cupboard and not feeding him. Sorry Lily was a witch but damn, woman, get over it.

Yeah, in the first Avengers movie Loki introduces himself like

“I am Loki of Asgard, and I am burdened with glorious purpose.”

(And then Dr. Selvig just has to say “Loki? Brother of Thor?” and ruin his moment)

That picture…oh my. Well, since I don’t exactly go around staring at people’s butts, especially when I’m watching movies (that can wait until I’m at least 16), I wouldn’t know if he’s truly burdened with glorious posterior or not…

Why am I laughing so much right now

Honestly I feel like I’m still at the maturity level where I find these things funny instead of attractive/sexy

Though since I’m 13 I guess it would be slightly worrying if I did found anything sexy lol

YEAH you watched the movie! And I know. Loki gets steadily worse as the movies go on but in Thor 1 he’s definitely relatable and it’s easy to feel for him. My other fave from Thor is Darcy (I also ship Darcy/Loki AKA tasertricks. Idk, it’s one of my crackier ships but it’s also pretty popular in the MCU fandom…possibly because Darcy is one of those sassy minor characters who get shipped with everybody and everything).

And now you’ve seen Loki’s daddy issues. At least his mother is a good parent…?

Don’t be salty Queen Luna! My hair isn’t that long either (it’s like the same length as Thor’s in the first movie, and my mom probably isn’t going to let it get any longer lol).

Wanda- Eliza (I think you said you haven’t seen Avengers 2 yet, so I guess you’ll understand why I picked her when you see it…it was mostly a choice based on personality. Wanda is Scarlet Witch and while shipping her with Thor is extreme crack and a little bit creepy considering she’s the youngest avenger (minus Vision, who was literally born yesterday), I didn’t really want to have Jane as Eliza. Jane’s nice but she’s not fleshed out enough to be Eliza, plus she and Thor sort of break up later on)

Natasha- Angelica

I feel like Tony-Steve could also be a good Burr-Ham relationship, but I have no idea who would be who. Personality wise it’s really mixed up: Tony has Hamilton’s ambition and talent with words (he’s also reliable with the LADIES) as well as his slightly selfish attitude, but Steve has more of the incredible determination and sense of justice. And for the roles they play, I feel like it’s more Tony=Burr and Steve=Ham (Tony’s jealous of Steve in a way after all- this is the guy who is the perfect hero, the golden boy he can never hope to be, the man his father considered his best project. Plus, their moments in Age of Ultron and Civil War…) but I’m not sure…

And one more thing:

Loki vs. Burr: Who is saltier?

Yeah, Touka might not be one of my favorites but don’t kill her off ;-; at least not now.

Oooh, Ravenclaw definitely seems to suit you! :D But the little bit of Slytherin…you know, I’ve always considered Loki a Slytherin with shades of Ravenclaw (faint, but they’re there). You balance each other out, Luna/Loki was meant to be :)

Lizzy is DEFINITELY best girl. I mean, come on, look at everything she’s done for Ciel!

Remember how Steve mentions in his first movie that he never learned how to dance? Well, I look like an injured octopus when I try to dance, so just imagine… I’d step on his feet, he’d have no idea what to do with his hands, we’d trip over each other’s legs. It’d be an awkward mess.

Then again, I’m so uncoordinated that dancing would probably not go well even if my partner was someone really graceful like Loki or Natasha lol)

Loki fangirls are a mixed bunch. There are the nice, intelligent people who love to make theories and headcanons and write really beautiful fics. There are the more casual fans who just like Loki and/or his actor, Tom Hiddleston.

Then there are the people who worship the ground Loki walks on and believe he can do no wrong.

(Let’s see…killed his biological father, tried to kill his adoptive brother, almost committed genocide, tried to take over an entire planet, fantastically racist towards humans, may or may not have brought his adoptive father to a sticky end…

To be completely honest, my first reaction isn’t to look at the booty either, unless it is the first thing I see. Even then, I’ll quickly get over it. and when I saw that picture, I wanted to laugh out loud. I would’ve if it hadn’t been 3am with most of my family sleeping. Thor of Assgard really had me cracking up, though.

I’m pretty sure that that picture would make most people laugh, instead of finding it sexy XD And I unfortunately can’t find any sufficient pictures that’ll show if Loki’s got the booty or nah.

To be absolutely honest, I don’t like Jane. She just seems like she was thrown into the story to hame some Thor romance and that’s it. There was no real character development in the movie for her…

I was a bit bored in school today, which means my brain was working at full power, conjuring the weirdest scenarios ever. Here’s one of them High school au, where Loki is the soft nerd who always gets protected by his mighty Jock brother. that’s as far as i got, but i do find the idea of Nerd Loki quite amusing XD
