Introducing the Boo Hoo!

Hey there! I’m @hereforthesteddie and I was super excited to do the Steddie Big Bang again this year! Unfortunately life happened and I didn’t get there fast enough. So excited to see what they do and to support the community as a reader!

But I still crave the external deadline for writing a new fic, the supportive community atmosphere, and the hyping up eachother’s fics in the posting season.

So I decided to make a fool of myself in public and say, anyone else want to write with me?

chapter 275 the search quirk is a quirk to locate a person and know ther weakness it was when shiggy saw them so AFO knows Deku weakness

I hate the Search quirk for how poorly it's explained.

Also, by that logic, everyone is Deku's weakness because the whole warscape backdrop lit up like a Christmas tree. That’s not to say Katsuki isn’t Izuku’s weakness. I just think that argument is unnecessary when you have much better literary support stashed in other places.

Like how Izuku trusts the OFA secret with Katsuki and only Katsuki even when it doesn’t make sense to the audience.

And how Katsuki later sort of catches onto that

and onto the true role he plays in Izuku’s life rather than just his adversary.

How even back then, Izuku lost control over his power when his emotions over Katsuki got the better of him.

How Izuku values Katsuki’s advice and seeks out his approval.

How Katsuki inspires Izuku in ways no one else ever has.

How in stressful times Izuku is able to keep his cool even when his loved ones are threatened, but the tipping point that sends him over the edge is always Katsuki

even when it’s not a particularly life-threatening situation.

How a threat to Katsuki represents a threshold over which Izuku easily loses control

and that weak-point is what AFO has discovered.

AFO has had enough context clues to help him figure it out.

I’ve been publicly calling Katsuki Izuku’s weakness for a year and half now, and it was something I based in the text. No one needs chapter 275 to come to that conclusion. Not even AFO. :P

I personally see Fire Spirit as the equivalent of the sun Legend

I don't really have an in depth explanation other than like "fire hot and sun hot so fire spirit is sun" and I feel like at some point they might make a sun themed Legend

With this one easy trick, you can have as much hay as you want!

Light terrorism

Preferably when your animals aren't in your barn (or coop), put down a cherry bomb and let it do its thing. Once there's free spaces, you can get all the hay you want out of your hopper

(Just make sure you have something else equipped or you'll put the hay back in every time you click on it)

Boom. Stick that in a chest and you'll never run out of hay, or silo space, again

I’m finally getting around to fleshing out my fantasy setting in the form of like a pdf or some shit. where I break it up into sections describing the land and the people and the cultural groups and such. and in terms of making names for things I’m literally just using an English to whatever dictionary and picking out words in two different languages that I feel work well and then I cut them up and mash them together. it might not be the biggest brain thing on how to make names but its what I’m going with.

The Continent is currently called Hauldrak btw. and the setting is something I just call Cloudy fantasy. its not exactly noblebright and its not grimdark either, its like the embodiment of the vibes of a cloudy day.

honestly just in general it's very exhausting to try to analyze media that is literally meant to be analyzed, only for the replies to be filled with people arguing not against your analysis, but against the premise that the media can be analyzed at all.

i don't even know what to say about it without starting to really betray my frustration, so i'll just settle with— just don't engage with analysis posts? I'm serious. if you're typing a response to a media analysis post, reread what you've written and ask yourself "is this comment/response against the very concept of analyzing the media at all?" and if the answer is yes then delete it all and go sit in the shame corner. throw your curtains away if you want to so bad and stop telling me that I'm not allowed to hum and haw at the fact mine are blue
