if you draw enough monster ocs, when you go back to drawing a human character, it feels like "sameface syndrome" everytime, by virtue of their face being. human.

I want Alasdair to be short enough that he has a bunch of short boyfriends that #feel tall around him? bytte was going to be like 6ft max but then i thought about making her taller and like. what if i made her taller #headloose is not that /short/ but he is Not Tall and prolly pretty lean? twink build for sure #and of course all these short /tall distinctions come with a bias of relativity to my own height which i categorize as medium height #but short ppl call me tall and insist its not average and tall ppl call me short. (5'6) and then i have to factor in how the gender changes #the dynamic of a height like my height is Short For A Man but medium to tall for a Woman. which id argue is medium height bc mens heights #are socially held to high standards (hehe) and also i know ethnicity/race is also a factor? but im out of tags. rip. bye

Do you have any advice/tutorials on how to make healthily round characters? You do them so well!

Hi I really want to answer this with like my doodles and stuff but I’m out (might reblog the stuff later) but so want to say just use a LOT of references. I got used to not using references most of the time because Ive build a somewhat small mental library in my head but certainly its not absolute or perfect, but If I want to focus on a certain piece I really look for references! OR use the mirror.

My main advice

Build a mental library full or references; Even if the reference you compiled are not the same body type/shape, you soon learn to incorporate them in actually drawing round characters.

You can try building this mental library not just by searching online but ACTUALLY STUDYING ONESELF, by that I mean your body. Try taking videos of yourself and pause on frames that could potentially make a good dynamic reference!

Build a habit of drawing different character bodies. I cant say I’m an expert nor really follow this rule since I lack understanding, really but one of my discovered inspirations before I drew characters like these is the Dungeon Meshi Artist. They draw different shaped characters so well, take inspiration from them!

Pay attention to distribution of fat and muscle. (again I’m not an expert!!!) Pay attention to HEIGHT and WEIGHT of the character. What I usually do is that sometimes I estimate how much torso is going to on or legs so it looks proportionate

I learned that chibi is similar to what Im doing. I guess I learned chibi with round shapes aka bunch of circles and ovals, but irl those are more of chunky sausages(?)

BE CONFIDENT on your SKETCHES. I usually start small in sketching like big canvas/paper small lil “chibi” characters. Practice a pose u like then choose what you want to focus and render on

I feel like I’m saying this more for myself hut fundamentals! fundamentals, fundamentals fun d a ment a l s ! In anatomy, lighting & generally in art is key component to everything really!

Welp might reblog this with some visuals hopefully when I get home! I do think I still need more practice despite all the drawings I made, I feel like it still lacks dynamism that would be appealing at first glance.

if it contributes to anything, I think my coloring also makes the piece “look” soft.

i made this spiderman back when the atsv had just come out. german expressionism design infodump under the cut :^) also the name isn’t solid i don’t speak german

so glad i held off my knee jerk instinct which was to just slap spiderman’s face on cesare the somnambulist and looked at other influences.

my rules were these:

exaggerated but alien silhouette, distorting the shapes of the body to create something that is not necessarily attractive, chic, or to modern tastes, but rather is effective. (i think i still didn’t get close enough to an unusual, unappealing silhouette and my modern design sensibilities still snuck in, but i tried to convey the two differently sized body segments of a spider)

realism/practicality is like tenth on the list of priorities. if his universe is a silent film, there will not be long, fast, acrobatic fights like other spidermen have, so you can get weirder and more ornate than a simple bodysuit

top priority is returning to the base concept of A Man with the Qualities of a Spider, prowling the city with unknown intentions, and the emotions that would prompt in a paranoid Weimar-era public. this spiderman is Trying to evoke creeping terror

art style should take influence from Weimar-era film and theater posters as well as other interwar German art

he should fit into a universe which is all stark black and white, with vertigo-inducing angles and bizarre shapes. he and his world should be uncomfortable and disquieting for outsiders.

should seem potentially inhuman - you can’t tell if he’s man, monster, or machine

i’m really pleased with how the design came out! GE has such a fun and bizarre costume design language to tap into. it was hard to render a costume that’s just different materials of black :~) in my head, the lighter grey parts on the torso and limbs are semitransparent black chiffon/stocking material; the black spider on the chest and the stripes on the limbs and the mask and the collar (which is supposed to resemble mandibles) are black velvet; the eyepieces and 6 additional “eyes” are metal and glass; the spiderweb headpiece is plastic; and the poofy shorts are a more rigid material, maybe velvet or taffeta lined with some thick felt. when i was drawing it i was picturing them in vinyl but i think the era i’m targeting would make vinyl slightly anachronistic, even for a theater-type costume. obviously the toe curlies are just velvet over wire.

i’m calling it earth-90125 which is fritz lang’s bday in yy/mm/dd format. it says something else on the drawing i think, cant remember what that number means

also i realize “conrad veidt + peter lorre” is a fairly wild thing to ask someone to picture given that their faces are opposites in most meaningful ways. here’s faceapp’s attempt at combining their faces which i will grant is slightly more skillful than mine and pretty close to how i was picturing peter. just imagine him more quiet and reticent and sweaty and nice than he looks here

THE "I HATE TO BE RUDE" AHAKGSQKG3KWHQJSUANSHDNGN PLEAAAAASEE ANON DONT LIE TO URSELF U KNOW DAMN WELL THIS WAS WRITTEN WITH CONDESCENDING INTENT LMAO but to answer ur question; yea i do! admittedly im not the best at it as i lack experience (i dont draw nudity very often so the opportunity barely arises) but i do have a general understanding of how its meant to look and yes i will continue drawing tsumugi as a stick with big boobs over and over! because this is the body type i headcanon her with and i think it suits her. i know boob sizes arent that deep, but a figure like hers carries a more "motherly" vibe to it (theres a reason we say "mommy milkers" n shit after all) plus it adds to her "hot klutz anime gf" energy. theres a Reason this portrayal is so common in the broad enstars community (including JP/KR/CN/etc artists too). when coming up with femstars portrayals my priority is not in giving you representation (that was never even there to begin with); it is to try and translate what made the character good in the original and keep that energy in this new version. now, sometimes adding a larger bit of diversity DOES help translate over the characters energy, and its a win-win for all! it just simply is not how i picture tsumugi in my head (but this does not mean i eat up those different portrayals of her any less!!! i think its super fun to see and she will always be absolutely gorgeous!!!!). if you disagree with my headcanon of her you quite literally do not need to consume my art. no one is forcing you to look at what i make. Pick up a pen and draw the tsumugi of your dreams yourself

and before anyone brings it up: yes!! skinny ppl can have big busts!!!! crazy, isnt it?? ud never expect it from the way yall discuss it! boob sizes are determined partially by fat, yes, but also genetics and if uve undergone pregnancy (the mommy milkers.....) so its INCREDIBLY weird to see people constantly talking about how those of us who draw tsumugi like this "dont know how women look" when yall dont even research the shit you spew. the reason "big boobs skinny waists" is something we've been fighting against in media portrayals is because there was a time where that was ALL THE PORTRAYAL OF WOMEN WE'D GET. THAT IS UNREALISTIC. women come in ALL shapes and sizes, and to dictate what women Can or Can't look like is fucking misogynistic and i cant believe you people dont realize this. i cant believe you dont realize the harm in what you say. alot of skinny people with big busts end up getting breast reduction surgery because 1. those mfs are heavy and 2. everyone sexualizes them!!!!!!! their bodies are viewed purely as something pornographic!!!!!! and no one wants that!!!!!!!! which shit like THIS (something being wrong with having big boobs) perpetuates. often times they hide their busts by wearing baggy clothes, which hides their figure and they end up looking a few sizes bigger just to avoid being viewed as an object. its sad!!!!! and now theres a new wave of people BODYSHAMING THEM??????? and for what??? because men think big boobs are hot???? why can women only exist in contrast to men???? why must women always think about how men will react to how they look or behave?????? why cant women of all body types just EXIST. why must there ALWAYS be someone we punch down at???? bodyshaming isnt suddenly cool just because youre shaming something men get off to

i love whenever i'm reading a fanfic and it's so sweetly emotional that you feel your own emotions kicking in. so whenever i hear my work has that effect on someone else it's one of the nicest feelings in the world and WHAT DO YOU MEAN FAVORITE IKE AND/OR LUXIEM FIC EVER. that's super high praise thank youuuuu sobsobsob

the ogs remember the poll i ran like a month ago about if ike should have freckles or not. shoutout to the landslide victory, if i remember correctly 97% of voters wanted ike with freckles! so glad that worked out, it works so well with the star theme and the difference between an online friendship meeting irl, and how reader loves them because it's a reminder that they have so much to learn about ike and are ready/willing, and also, freckles are just plain adorable. ike is just plain adorable. put them together and if i were richer and thirstier i'd be commissioning an artist

real talk tho i feel like ike goes from 1 to 100 whenever he catches himself simping over reader before the off-collab. either he's really good at acting composed, being normal, just interacting with his best friend like best friends do... or he's a stuttering, blushy mess that wavers like jell-o.

ike's the type of guy to sleepily check twitter before going to bed and whenever he sees pen and paper on his fyp it's like he snaps awake. maybe even squeaks or goes "a!" if it's especially.... you know. sometimes he can't even comprehend that people want him and reader to. well. his mouth goes dry.

and then he feels so dirty and embarrassed just because it's there, but... he's still looking at it. is it bad he's still looking at it? it definitely is but it's captivating, in a way. somehow. the artists are so talented, and somehow they nail your body language to a t, and the way your hair swoops above your eyes, and draw you with the cutest little expressions, and—

ah, who is he kidding.

in moments of weakness it triggers something in him to bury his face a little deeper in his blankets, pretend the screen's light would cool the heat pooling over his cheeks, and search the hashtag himself.

not even three pieces of fanart later, he has to throw his phone face-down on the mattress, cover his blush with a pillow, and now he's definitely squealing. it's healing and it makes him ill. it's... pretty. you're pretty. and he's pretty dumb for letting a silly crush distort itself like this.

the worst part is that some of these line up a little too well with daydreams he wanted to lock away until the end of time. he likes when he takes the lead. the stunned, puppyish expression so rare it only shows up on your face during the biggest plot twists during a stream, but coated in a darkened blush as he pecks them on the cheek, elegant and composed. calm.

ohhhh, this can't be good for his heart. especially when ike himself is so red-faced just thinking of it. calm, his foot.

still with the pillow over his flush, ike feels around for his phone and sets it on his nightstand. he chides himself. that's enough internet for the day, eveland! now quit acting like a shoujo high schooler in love and go to bed already, it's not going to happen!

he sets his face into a determined frown as he lifts the pillow and sets it aside. with any luck, he'd go the rest of the night without thinking of reader and his feelings for them.

the frown eases as he nestles into his blankets and tucks himself in. soft sheets and warm comfort greet him as he shuts his eyes, and he enters the fluffy haze of sleep as he slips into dreamland...

...is what he'd like to say, but not even ten seconds later his eyes snap open and jerks upright in bed. wait, i'm acting like i'm in love?!

he sits with the thought seeping through his brain like a corrosive acid, filing through every little moment he daydreamed about you, and when those don't paint him a picture he likes, he tries to recall the moments he shared with you instead. those are even fonder, and even worse.

he slaps his hands over his face and sighs, and when it sounds lovesick he sighs even more.

how do you make your oc screencap edits?? i also have a td oc and i dont really know where to start 😭

ok so!!! i use firealpaca which is just my usual drawing program. so i'll keep using it as a reference for my steps but of course im sure whatever similar program u use should have similar features

i'll be long winded for funsies as usual 💕

FINDING YOUR SCREENSHOTS

the key to decent td edits is to flat out trace screenshots whenever possible. stock pics will do, but of course itll be a lot more fun and less obvious if u use a screenshot from the show and put it into your new context

in terms of making your ocs, you will likely have to do what someone once called "frankensteining" your pics. this is where you use pics of other characters for their specific features and put them together since your oc doesnt have official screenshots to trace. this also absolutely comes in handy w canon characters! maybe you have a pose but u need them to be sitting. so try to stitch together two different pics to get what u need

it will look very scary but just trust the process. here is a random example i made using a dawn screenshot (where i removed the background), gwens eyes and eyebrows, and kittys hair

the sketching part is semi-optional. if you think you can freehand the lineart then go ahead but i assume your oc wont be a complete copy of something found in canon and therefore you will have to draw the newer/different features (such as the hair or the outfit) at least a little bit. and sometimes when i frankenstein the pics, my brain gets all overwhelmed so sketching makes me feel better jfbdjdnd

(in terms of my own oc, i screwed myself over bc his body type is so unique i gotta freehand it like all the time 😭

you can see i traced his head from his render (ALWAYS DO THIS BTW!!! TRACE CONSTANTLY), but then the body was freehanded using a canon pic as reference because tracing the pic wouldve been inaccurate)

THE LINEART

yes the iconic td thick, sharp, flat lineart. i achieve this by using a normal pen tool, turning off the pen pressure, and then turning up my pen stability to 40-60 (very high). you could use a curve tool if that works for you! but i would suggest against that for ALL of it bc the tool just wont respond well to rly drastic curves and such

the pen size varies on the pic. if the characters are close-up, itll likely be a bigger one. and then the characters' little details and facial features are usually a slightly but definitely noticeable smaller size. for the most part, ive had the bigger pen size at 13 while the details are around 9. or big size 10 and smaller size 7.

heres my technique:

as u can see, all of my lines go a bit too far. this is so that when im done drawing them, i can go back in and slowly erase where they meet and get them all sharp and pointy. this is just how i personally do it lmao. when it comes to facial features and other stuff that doesnt connect to anything, just get a close look at your reference to see how thick or how thin the edges get and do ur best to erase the edges to the point where they should be

THE COLORING

not much to it! the bucket tool is the best way to go. again just get a good look at your references just in case any parts have the lineart also colored in

THE BACKGROUND

you can find some generic td background pics on google or u could get them from the show and try to erase any character in the way lmao. if ur recreating something like, say, a dunc/ney scene w a different ship, then its very tedious but youll have to do your best to erase the canon characters and piece the background back together.

i like using the smudge tool a lot for this!!! just kinda pulling whats already there towards the characters. to save time, put your drawing visible on a top layer as you do this so that you dont have to edit the ENTIRE background, just what you need

THE RENDERING

ok so heres a big one imo. after youre done, youre gonna have to fuck up the quality at least a little. well not that u HAVE to but like..... to match the standard quality of a td screenshot? ive never seen a td screenshot in perfect hd quality outside of stock art. so u could blur ur drawing just a little bit. maybe add in the teeniest bit of chromatic aberration (just set it to 1 or -1). not ALL of them together but u do whatever u gotta do

my personal favorite is blurring just a little and then saving it as a jpeg (around 65-80%) so that its pretty crunchy and looks all the more real

obviously not a NECESSARY step but just something to point out. especially if ur background isnt the best quality so the characters have to match it

this one from yesterday i didnt even redraw topher bc i was lazy and he looks fine enough. i just put danny onto the pic to cover the other character. so i blurred danny a little bit and then saved it in a pretty low quality so that they match one another. look at those pixels. that crunch.

SO THE TLDR IS just trace and copy your references as close as possible. if you cant find a reference for your character, try finding another character w something close enough

reiner likes to just ??? lay on you ??? lol like his favorite type of hugs is being hugged if that makes any sense at all. he kinda likes to just lay or stand there and nuzzle himself into your chest or neck while you hold him <3 hes simple and needs a hug every once in a while (every single day)

porco cant help himself from lifting you up every single time u hug lol....even if its just a little lift or if its a whole spin around dramatic production, he likes to feel strong :/ which is corny but whatever...he also likes carrying you in general whether its on his back, bridal style, over his shoulder, etc. big burly manly man who definitely doesnt wash his ass

would you mind sharing how you go about drawing the anatomy (body/legs/tail in relation to head) of a cat? its like the main thing i struggle with that i cant seem to find all too many tutorials for. apologies if youve answered something similar you just draw really good cat bodies & poses

i have NO idea how to put my thought process into words but i do have this image which has helped me very much (its a pic of a cat i saw here on tumblr that i just drew lines over) and also one simple rule that ive been trying to follow lately: the cats head (w/o ears) should be able to fit into the cats chest area and if it does not your head is too big

heres an example i drew quickly !! i also want to say that this is if you want your cats to be relatively anatomically correct (or at least how my brain says it should be) if your style says otherwise that is OK!!!!!!!!!!! do whatever you want idc . i also do break this rule and make heads too big occasionally (usually on kits cuz its funny looking) head size compared to tail doesnt really matter (to me) tails are very silly fun to draw and i like to have fun with it and leg size i usually base off of whether or not i think this cat would be able to stand up (ex: i wouldnt give a cat like the one at the bottom on the pic above skinny thin tall legs their legs would be chubbier and thicker) i also often draw necks too thin because well thats just how i draw them which doesnt matter too much the only rule with that i put in place for myself is the body has to be at least a LITTLE thicker than the neck er i dont think i have anything else to say the only other thing i think i could give you is breaking down the different body parts (like i did on the first image) for some of my designs which could maybe help ? if you want that then just send an ask! actually with that breaking down different body parts if you want to learn good anatomy id reccomened just finding images of cats online (preferably ones with different body types & simple poses) and then segmenting off their body parts like i did in the first pic it helped me alot when i used to reference images (now most of my poses just come from my head) because then i had a structure to draw off of (think of how some people draw human bodies with boxes and circles and triangles) ok im done for realsies now sorry i couldnt helpp too much im bad at explaining my though processes lawl

its not actually a bad thing that oda only depicts women he finds attractive because as far as the content of the personalities of women he finds attractive he has amazing taste. he just really needs to diversify how he draws them visually.

i am insulted generally when people dont acknowledge that the visual designs and the personalities of women he depicts come from the same place. (i think it says more about you than you think when you say "i cant believe oda would want to design (insert female character) as attractive!") while on face value this is contradictory because oda does like to play with the idea of feminism repeatedly in his work to various degrees and various amounts of success and failure if you think about it from his perspective it is absolutely not. and in general i would say that the depiction of nami and robin as attractive is a good thing (because of their personalities and because the reasons they are framed as attractive have substance. i think nami speaks for herself here)

it's just that he draws them as overly conventionally attractive and that it gives off the impression they need to be conventionally attractive to have the substantial framing of their unconventional traits as attractive in the first place.

every woman in one piece gets this treatment. (which is bad, obviously, but it does come from logic that makes sense.)

at worst though it gives off the impression that even women with personalities outside of what the patriarchy deems palatable need to be conventionally attractive to have substance or weight.

im a big advocate for namis design as a design i think is good for her specifically but I can argue for a more unconventional design (making her fat for example) and i will do so now.

I think what's lost in Nami's design is nami is constantly playing with what is acceptable for a woman and what isn't, the juxtaposition in her personality is a key component of her character, which is lost in her design. she just appears as a "normal girl character" and looses the tension that makes her so compelling. one can argue namis design is too conventional and that she wouldn't adhere this closely to what is expected of her, visually. she doesn't need to be this conventionally attractive, as the core competent of her design that conveys important elements of her character is her femininity, not her conventional attractiveness. it doesn't actually matter if she's conventionally attractive or not, because what she subverts is the expectations of women, femininity and how hyper-femininity is perceived within the context of the norm. none of that requires her to be conventionally attractive, and I think in the beginning her design aimed to juxtapose and create tension in the way I'm thinking here (her early early designs, pre ts base design) but that over time became more and more feminine and so the tension was lost. but if she were fat for example, the tension wouldn't have been lost at all. even in her post ts design, where she remains ultra feminine making her fat gives back the tension between conventional and unconventional in her design, as well as having her visually take up more space, indicative of her personality. she's not afraid to take up space.

I would go into how robins design is bullshit now but robins design is just pretty obviously bullshit there's no argument to be made over whether it'd be better with a different body type it just would.

I HOPE THIS IS ALRIGHT TO ASK but ive admired how you render for a long time and you mentioned a while back in a post that you'd studied light particles n how they work and i have been. deathly curious as to how you went about doing that... drawing from reference and doing studies of course, but was there any particular way you went about it? i hope this finds you well. anyways . sorry ! thank you for your time

no need to apologize, and thank you so much for asking! not sure i can provide the best explanation, but most of what i learned was off of youtube and some blog-ish websites. this probably wont make any sense at all but ill try my best.

The Anatomy of Shadows

a big part of it was learning the anatomy of shadows, specifically the terminator and different varieties. heres a diagram,

terminators are just where the light and shadow meet. you always want to be able to tell where the terminator starts and ends!!! be CONFIDENT and BOLD with them!!!! they communicate so much information about structure

more on the different types of terminators/shadows. the ones i most use are cast and body.

a great example of these is the rembrandt triangle, composed of the shadow cast by the nose (cast shadow) and the shadow of the cheek (body shadow). body shadows are so so aewsome because they represents changes in planes. cast shadows r just kinda there. but i think they get softer the further away from the object they are since the light particles wiggle their way underneath and create reflection/ambient light

Ambient Occlusion and Light

SPEAKING OF WHICH!!! ambient light is basically just, the light particles that are bouncing around in a scene. imagine you're at the beach and its a really cloudy day, the shadows arent gonna be dramatic like they would if you were in a dark room with one light source.

youd think that we're kinda like. enveloped in light by default but no, we're pretty much always in shadow. shadows are the normal part. light is a strange freak that broke into your house and fucked everything up.

more about ambient occlusion. ambient occlusion just occurs when objects get close together and light cant wiggle its way in, as stated earlier. heres a shitty example. AO is key to realism.

Lighting Focus or Whatever the Fawk its Called I Forgot But There's Definitely a Scientific/Cinematic Term For This

another thing. level of detail in shadows is gonna be way different than in light and vice versa. u know when u spend a bunch of time outside and u go inside and its just solid black for a few seconds? its a similar idea here, ur eyes are so focused on the lit area they dont even give a shit abt the shadows.

because of this, i try to keep shaded areas blurred. a lot of detail is implied, just let the viewers mind fill in the blanks.

last but not least,

Subsurface Scattering (on the skin, at least)

can i be so honest with you for a second??? i dont actually know what this means, like in depth. im sure this has something to do with light penetrating through semi-transparent skincells and illuminating blood,, but i cant be sure. thats just an educated guess. past oakley is always smarter than present oakley for some reason.

i usually combine it with reflected light to create a more cohesive look. burt like... yeah... theres plenty of people who can explain this better than me

how to find your style

i think its a bit easier than you think to find your style. when i was finding mine, i thought it was hard and i made alot of mistakes that costed me alot of money but years of feeling uncomfortable in my outfits. so lets start.

do not follow the trends

there is so many trends now a days and it comes and goes in a few days or weeks. when you dont know your style, its easy to mix up your style and what fashion trend thats in. i think pinterest is good to look for things but to a certain extent. there’s a difference between trends/ fashion you like and what you like on you but it’s easy to mix that up when you’re just figuring it out.

know what you are comfortable in and what flatters you

for example, i feel kind of uncomfortable in v necks, turtle necks and low rise jeans, certain cuts and silhouettes doesnt flatter my figure, i know certain colors make me look paler and some wash me out. it takes a bit of research to know this and sometimes you just know. i never liked v neck even when i was a child but i forced myself to wear it as a teen because people said it flattered my chest and every girl wore it. i cant lie it was cute but it made me insecure and i did research on other alternatives. square neck cuts still flatters my chest but i feel comfortable in it. understand your figure and research what type of silhouettes compliment it. pay attention to certain colors that wash you out and wears you instead of you wearing it.

figure out who you tend to look at for fashion inspiration

for me, my mother is my fashion icon. she was in her 20s when she had me and i saw her dress in 2000s fashion and early 2010s fashion. i wanted to dress just like her and i love that kind of fashion. 2000s fashion have a few subcategories but its the 2000s latina fashion so big hoops, lip gloss, cheetah, tight jeans, low cut tops, you get the look. look for someone you look up to for fashion, it doesnt have to be family obvi or anyone actually, you can look for a specific style or many styles.

i made two pinterest boards, one i got inspo from and i had a few folders.

another board that were my closet basics and i also had folders for

winter and summer tops

winter and summer bottoms

outerwear

shoes

accessories

this helped me when buying my clothes and if i get stuck on what i wanted to wear.

dont box yourself

i have so many styles i love and wear and thats fine. i dont label myself in just one category. i will dress in y2k fashion and the next like a grandma. its okay to have different style sense and its so much fun to play with styles.

start with the basics

i think this is a broad statement to start with basics because maybe my style basics is jeans and tees, while yours is skirts and tube tops. this is why you have to learn what you like and find what basics would go with that. basics are items that can be versatile in many outfits. for example, i started with basic color tops, jeans, basic dresses. these were items that i could make an outfit and be comfortable in and then i invested in more 'staple' pieces to make it my style.

dont worry about others

some styles are a bit more out there than others and if you like a style you know draws attention, dont be afraid to wear. if it makes you comfortable, confident and happy with yourself then dont pay attention to the chitter chatter. its easy to say than do and its a work in progress but live for you not the acceptance of others.

How did you grasp anatomy so well? I mean it seems like your able to draw almost any body type, I'm so amazed 😭

im not sure! I'm learning every day...i actually still have a lot to learn, like for example I cant draw big hips very well LOL... i think a lot of it comes from looking at different body types, and even then, while learning to draw a specific one you are able to see that sometimes slight differences can change a body completely....
