I was hanging out with my grandad, watching movies.

He passed away at the beginning of 2020, so I was grateful to get to spend some time with him even if it wasn't real.

It was bittersweet - but definitely more sweet than bitter.

So many people’s grandmothers were children while their grandfathers were grown ass men 🤢

Also some of their grandmothers were physically abused, being cheated on or just full on miserable and didn’t have much courage to just up and leave because back then because women were very limited and many couldn’t just walk out the door like they can now

“The Color Purple” perfectly narrates these stories and it sucks that it happened on a regular back then

Robert Ironwood (He/Him) is the leader of the ironstrikers, an infamous group of thieves and insurgents that lurks in new eden underground. The girl cares little for her grandfather's ambitions, preferring to follow her own goal of finding a girlfriend, but she remains very loyal and protective of the man who raised her and would harshly punish anyone who would dare come after him.

When I was very young I had a terrifying dream where my kneecap exploded and water or some sort of liquid started pouring out of it. my mom held me while I cried and water gushed out of my kneecap and flooded my grandma and grandpa’s house.
