Summary:
Izuku never gets One For All, and never goes to UA. Away from Bakugou, he finds that most people don’t care about his Quirklessness as much, and actually makes friends in his class.
This, however, gives rise to a new problem - namely lots of confessions to the sweet and smart boy. In his attempts to make them stop, he lies that he’s dating UA star Todoroki Shouto, certain the lie will never come to light.
Sucks that Shouto stops a villain attack on his school while interning with Endeavor. Trying to keep up the lie Izuku takes Shouto aside and asks him to play along for his classmates.
He doesn’t expect Shouto to come back to his school and keep up the act.

One moment he had been doing super fine as an underpaid employee at a convenience store to make money in case no one finds any interest in him within the next four years, and the next, he's being told to pack his bags by his admittedly distanced social worker, who drove him to a shady apartment building and got him settled with the grumpy, unshaven man that lived there.

Touya Todoroki was the firstborn of a famed hero: Endeavour, being born to high expectations of fulfilling his father's hopes, only for Touya's body to crumble under said hopes and dreams.
This led Touya off the pro-hero path his father wished for and something more manageable; like being a frontman to the infamous band that calls itself The League of Villains, which recently came up on the Hero Public Safety Commission's radar following the sudden retirement of All Might, due to their less than-favourable opinions on the current hero system.

Izuku had finally done it! He trained for 10 months to inherit All Might’s quirk in time for the entrance exam, and he finished just in time! Sure, he got 0 villain points and shattered three of his limbs in the process, but he saved that girl! Surely that counts for something, right?
Except, Izuku doesn’t get into the Hero Course. Eraserhead tells him that his quirk is just too dangerous to himself and others to let him in just yet, that he’ll have to start in General Education. During the war arc Dabi killed all of the todoroki family except him and shouto, he was after shouto when he got caught and put into tartarus, along with the cannon deaths of some hero’s and how little the people don’t trust the hero’s after the war arc,nezu came up with the idea similar to the school festival so that for one; civilians would gain more trust in them and see that they are kids too, for two it would help boost morale,each character of 1-a is given a role and the script of Hamilton in it is changed to fit their world. But the play may have drama but what happens behind the curtains is truly what’s important.
