Jaskier: *singing about the conjunction and using specific names*
Everyone: “There goes Jaskier, making his characters again”
Vesemir (who knows the actual story of the conjunction and how Witchers were made): “bitch what the ACTUAL FUCK?”

Larkstone = fanon Geraskier
If you have ever shipped Geraskier in your life I need to put y'all on Larkstone. When I say watching Blood Origins will be the best 3.5 hours you will spend watching Witcher content I mean it.
Eile is a master assassin who yields twin knives from the Raven clan and left in order to pursue her true passion of music and become a bard
Her instrument of choice is a nyckelharpa and get this -- she goes by the pseudonym of Lark. That's right. The entire show she is known as "Lark" the former assassin turned bard.
Her music also reaches the entire continent and her song "Black Rose" is what inspires the low born elves to rise up against the high born
She is genuinely hitting so many of the marks that people look for with fanon Jaskier content but it's CANON and I love her.
And then Fjall Stoneheart is in the Dog clan of elves and is tasked with protecting the royal family but ends up getting banished after being caught having sex with Princess Merwyn who he is supposed to just be guarding.
Fjall ends up becoming the first witcher.
And when I say their relationship has so many things people look for in fanon Geraskier:
Fjall growls like actually growls
his eyes turn black whenever he feels strong emotion (including while him and Eile are having sex)
Eile calms Fjall down by singing to him
SHE CALMS HIM DOWN BY SINGING TO HIM
They fight together beautifully and a lot of their arc is learning to work together while they fall in love
the two of them travel together
they literally have a scene where they are sitting in a clearing at night looking up at the stars what more do you want
I just need all the Geraskiers to please go watch Blood Origin and become as obsessed with these two as me.

they say witchers can't feel but the first thing the first witcher did - before he killed, before he destroyed, before anything - the very first thing he did was love.

Their birds are born in a nest of pain
One thing I loved with BO is the constant parallels and the mirror playing between Éile and Jaskier. And there is one sequence that I found great that came back in my mind recently. It held a parallel I didn't think of before.
When Éile is trapped in her memory, in the mist, we saw what created the Lark in the first place. Hence the bird she extracts from her entrails after seing her younger self committed atrocities for her clan. She used music as a fugue state. And later she became bard when she couldn't bear it anymore.
The Lark is the name she gave herself to cut with her traumatic past but it's born from it.
As for Jaskier... He became The Sandpiper after the traumatic events of The Seat of Friendship. We still don't know what he saw nor how he survived. But when he spoke about it briefly to Yennefer, his eyes couldn't lie. And his voice slightly broke when he referred to the endless circle of hate and the horrors that will touch anyone that would be seen as the other...
Éile's bird made her a bard. Jaskier's bird made him a protector. They rose out from their pain and trauma to make them grow.
