To this day people still try to push the Glados is Chell's mom theory despite there being no evidence AND the devs directly stating portal 1&2 is a love story. It really upsets me as someone who feels a very deep love for the portrayal of their messy and painful relationship.. for that to be erased by some straight white man who thinks he knows better bc he reached so hard his arm fell off.
