Warning/s: Innuendos. Two of the movies featured in this story are horror movies.
Note/s: This story is a little dated and it hasn't seen the light of grammar check.
Dedication: To all my classmates and our adviser during my Grade 11 year in High School, thanks for all the times we shared. Including this one, the movie marathon that inspired this story. Hope you're all doing well and that we can cross paths one day! 😁✌️

I ran to the door and knocked twice before I opened it.
I panted heavily but I paused when I only saw only person in the room: Sang-Ook.
"Only you?" I asked, a little out of breath.
He looked up from his phone before he gave a small nod.
"Yeah," he said and I nodded at him.
"Well!" I took a deep breath before I raised the plastic bag I was holding to eye level. "I bought it! Where should I put it?"
"Uh," He pointed at a table where there was another plastic bag.
I just nodded and went inside the room before I placed the plastic bag I had beside the one on the table.
I heard someone knock on the door and I turned to see that it was Ae-Cha.
"Yo!" She greeted.
"Hey!" I said with a smile.
She placed the plastic bag she had beside mine and we talked for a while.
We were talking when Eun-Jeong came in with Minhyuk close behind.
"Jagiiii!!!" She greeted and engulfed Ae-Cha in a hug.
"I always thought I was your Jagi." Minhyuk pouted and I laughed at him.
"Ha!" I heard Ae-Cha laugh. "I was her Jagi before you came into her life."
Minhyuk smiled at her before Eun-Jeong opened the topic about squid crackers.
"Speaking of squid crackers." I smirked at Ae-Cha and she just rolled her eyes.
"Looks like you're gonna be eating him." Minhyuk smirked.
"Aiyyyaaaaa!" Ae-Cha blushed.
"Ya! Stop making fun of your daughter, Lee Minhyuk!" Eun-Jeong playfully scolded him with a smile but not after she laughed at his comment and when she saw Ae-Cha's reaction.
Oh, by the way, they have this made up family tree: Sang-Ook and Iseul married and had twins, Mi-Cha and Eun-Ji. Mi-Cha married Sungjae and had Eun-Jeong. Eun-Jeong married Minhyuk and they had Eun-Kyung and Ae-Cha.
"But speaking of squids," I butted in. "Where is the infamous squid?"
I'm sure they got the hint.
"I don't know." Ae-Cha said. "Maybe he's swimming in the ocean?"
Minhyuk snickered.
"Ya! Answer seriously!" Eun-Jeong said.
"What? How should I know? Do we even live in the same house?" Ae-Cha shrugged.
"Uh, yeah. You do." Sang-Ook said.
"No, we don't." Ae-Cha defended herself. "By the way, where's Iseul?"
"She's on her way." Sang-Ook replied.
"Hey, Jagi," Eun-Jeong said to Ae-Cha but both Ae-Cha and Minhyuk looked at her, waiting for her to continue.
"Wanna come and buy some utensils?" She asked.
"Sure!" They both replied and Ae-Cha just collapsed in a fit of laughter. I laughed along.
"I was speaking to Ae-Cha." Eun-Jeong said to Minhyuk.
"How was I supposed to know?" Minhyuk shrugged with a mischievous smile.
"Okay, just come with me. Both of you." Eun-Jeong sighed.
"Bye, [Y/N]!!!" Ae-Cha waved at me before she followed Eun-Jeong and Minhyuk out of the room.
I waved back at her before I was left alone with Sang-Ook again.
Tumblr media
"EUNNNN-KYUUUUUUNNNGGGG!!!!" Eun-Jeong yelled. "WHERE ARE YOU, EUN-KYUUUUUNNNGGGG?! IT'S ALREADY 10!!!! EUNNNN-KYYYUUUUNNNGGGG!!"
Ae-Cha and I were laughing, Eunkwang managed to feed the three fish we all bought last month. It was on one corner of the room.
Sang-Ook was with Sungjae, they're busy with their phones. Probably playing a game of some sort.
We were all sitting on the floor. Iseul was already hugging a pillow, Mi-Cha was busy texting on her phone, Hyunsik was beside me with a smile and Ilhoon was in the bathroom for some odd reason.
"EUNNNN-KYYUUUNNNGGG!!!" Eun-Jeong angrily typed messages to Eun-Kyung.
Well, we're gonna have a movie marathon and it was Eun-Kyung's responsibility to bring the laptop we were going to use.
"Guys!" Our class adviser-Sir Dak-Ho-walked in, carrying a black bag. "I got the projector."
"Seems useless without the laptop." Ilhoon commented, he just got out the bathroom when Sir Dak-Ho arrived.
"Also, Ae-Cha." He said when he set down the projector on the table. "I need you to help me make a poem."
I looked at Ae-Cha and she had wide eyes, it was like she was saying "Seriously? Me?".
"I'm not good at that." She said.
"Lies." I said, teasingly.
"I haven't written a poem in yeeeeaaarrrssss." She exaggerated.
"Come on, you can do it." Minhyuk appeared at the doorway when Sir Dak-Ho asked for help.
Ae-Cha didn't need any more convincing so she just took the offer.
"Ugh! Eun-Kyuuunnngggg, where are youuuu?" Iseul said.
"Has anybody tried contacting Peniel?" Minhyuk asked.
"Out of coverage area." Mi-Cha replied.
"Aigoooo!" Ilhoon sat down. "We all knew this was gonna happen."
"Let's just think of movies to watch first while we wait." Hyunsik suggested.
"Horror!" Iseul, Mi-Cha and Eun-Jeong said.
"Oh no!" Ae-Cha finally spoke up after she gave Sir Dak-Ho the paper she wrote the poem in.
"Ya! Don't worry! I'm here with you!" Eunkwang hugged her reassuringly.
"Ha! We know you're scared too!" I said.
"Ya! Don't!" Eunkwang tried to shush me.
"I'm here!" Changsub appeared at the doorway.
"Oi! Where's your food?" Sir Dak-Ho asked.
"Huh? We were supposed to bring food?" Changsub asked.
"Didn't we tell you?" I asked because we all agreed to the rule that you can't watch the movie if you didn't bring food for everyone.
"Ya! You can't go in if you didn't bring food!" Sungjae said and the whole room became really noisy.
"Okay, okay! I'm sorry! I'll go and buy food. What else isn't here?" Changsub asked.
"Pizza?" I suggested.
"Yeah! Pizza!" Sang-Ook said, suddenly happy at the thought.
"Okay, okay. Be right back." Changsub said and he left.
Tumblr media
"EUN-KYUUNNNGGG!!!!" We all yelled when we saw her and Peniel at the door.
"So this is 7 AM to you?! 11 AM?!" Eun-Jeong yelled at her.
"Unnie, what took you so long?" Ae-Cha asked.
"They were doing something!" Mi-Cha laughed and sang "Something" by Girl's Day.
"Oi! Peniel, you better took it easy on her!" Ilhoon supported Mi-Cha's comment.
"Eun-Kyung, we were waiting for you for soooo loooonnnngggg!" Iseul said.
"Aish, how could you make us wait so long?" Changsub laughed.
"Don't tell me there was a checkpoint because you always make that as an excuse." I said.
"It's not our fault there was a checkpoint." Peniel said and placed the food on the table with the other foods.
"Ya! What took you so long?!" Eun-Jeong threw a pillow at Eun-Kyung. We all threw pillows at her that it looked like we were having a pillow fight.
"Checkpoint." She replied and we all groaned.
"And also the cheese sticks! It's better to eat them while they're hot so it's just newly cooked." Peniel said.
"Well, enough of that!" Eunkwang said. "Let's all just watch the movies!"
Tumblr media
We all munched on our food as we saw the opening credits of the movie, "Coming Soon".
Everyone was somehow snuggled with someone. Sang-Ook and Iseul were in one corner of the room, Mi-Cha and Sungjae were beside them. Eun-Kyung was with Peniel, her head was on his lap. Eun-Jeong was with Minhyuk, both of them were laying down. Ae-Cha and Eunkwang were cuddling in a corner with a red Hello Kitty blanket, they looked really cute in that corner.
To the others, Ilhoon and Hyunsik were near the food table. I was beside Changsub. Sir Dak-Ho was right beside the projector and laptop, he was like the operator.
"Wait a minute," we heard Ae-Cha say and we all turned to her. "Why does this seem familiar?"
"That is the scariest horror movie I ever watched." Sir Dak-Ho said.
"Synopsis?" I asked as I looked at him.
"No spoilers!" Sang-Ook said.
"Shhhh! It's starting!" Ilhoon said and we all went to watch it for a while.
"Hey! I know this movie!" Ae-Cha said when a certain scene made her remember something. "It's the movie about that actor who died and-yeah!"
Ae-Cha shut her mouth and we just continued to watch it.
There was a sudden jumpscare and everyone couldn't help but scream.
I was so surprised that I actually hugged Changsub.
I could feel him become stiff before he kind of chuckled.
"Sorry! Sorry!" I said and I stopped hugging him.
"No, it's okay." He smiled at me. "You can hug me whenever you feel scared."
I don't know if I was blushing but I felt my cheeks heat up.
I know that Changsub had this personality that he can kind of act like a father but it was kind of nice.
I just nodded.
"Thanks."
I saw him smile at me for a while before he turned to watch the movie.
I took this for a moment to look at everyone.
Sir Dak-Ho had a poker face on as he watched the movie. Sang-Ook was whispering to Iseul that the jumpscare was over. Sungjae was kind of busy trying hard not to laugh at Mi-Cha. Eun-Kyung was hiding her face on Peniel's stomach and she was saying things like "I don't wanna watch anymore". Eun-Jeong had both of her hands covering her eyes and Minhyuk was convincing her to open her eyes. Ae-Cha and Eunkwang were hugging each other tightly, Ae-Cha had her eyes shut but she was starting to open them to check if it was over. Hyunsik and Ilhoon seems to be getting interested of the movie.
There were a few more jumpscares as we all watched the movie. I had to hug Changsub and he was nice enough to tell me when it was over, sometimes he would pat my back and rub circles on my back just to reassure me.
When we were nearing the end, we stared at the end credits.
"Ae-Cha, is there more on this movie?" Eun-Jeong asked. "Like, is there anything else?"
"Uhhhh. . ." Ae-Cha hung her head.
Before she could even answer, the monster popped on the screen! Making us all scream at the top of our lungs.
"YOU WANT TO SEE ME DIE?!" She yelled at us before the screen went black.
I was probably hugging Changsub like my life depended on it. I was already hiding my face on the side of his arm.
"Ae-Cha, is there more?" I asked, my voice shaking a little.
"No. . ." I heard Ae-Cha said. "I think that's it."
I slowly looked around.
It's over.
I gave out a sigh of relief.
"Hey, it's okay." Changsub said. "It's over."
"Thank you." I managed to shoot him a smile and he smiled back.
Somehow his smile made me feel calm and I feel safe when I'm with him.
Tumblr media
We decided to take a break for a while so some of us went to the bathroom.
"OOOOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!" We all heard the booming voice come closer towards our room.
"OIIIIIIIIII!!!!!" Ae-Cha yelled back while she laughed.
"Oh, no." I groaned.
I know that voice anywhere. It's our noisy classmate that is like a giraffe. Hak-Kun.
He burst into the door with a plastic bag in hand.
"Oh! Great! More food!" Sir Dak-Ho said.
When everyone settled down, we began our second film. It was another horror movie, I think it was called "White"?
"Ooohhh nooo, I think I won't be able to sleep for a year." I heard Ae-Cha said.
Everyone got comfy and watched the movie.
It was Korean and was about a girl group but still, it was horror.
We all watched expectantly. The main character was in a dark corridor, not a sound was heard. When suddenly. . .
"AHHHHH!!!!" Hak-Kun screamed and we all screamed too.
I hugged Changsub again and I felt him kind of pull me close. I had my eyes shut but I could hear Sir Dak-Ho and Hak-Kun laughing.
"Aigoooo!" I heard Eun-Jeong yell and Hak-Kun just laughed harder.
"HAK-KUN!!!" Ae-Cha yelled.
I opened my eyes slowly and carefully let go of Changsub to look around.
It turns out Hak-Kun was playing a joke on us by screaming when there wasn't really anything happening.
I rolled my eyes at him and continued to watch the movie.
He can be such a jerk sometimes.
Tumblr media
Another break before we start another movie. A few more of our classmates came and the food was added.
This time, we're watching "The Proposal".
"It's good, sir." Eun-Jeong said. "Really guys. Trust me on this."
"This is the second time someone told me to watch this movie so why not?" Ae-Cha shrugged.
"Well, considering this classroom has a lot of lovebirds." I saw Sir Dak-Ho gaze at us. "I can understand that."
"Hey, you have So Hyun." Ilhoon pointed out. "At least you have someone, not like us. We only have the food on this table."
"I thought it was Lisa?" Hyunsik asked.
"OOOOOHHHHH!!!!! TWO TIMERRRR!!!" Hak-Kun yelled.
"Ya! Your voice!" Eun-Jeong reminded when the movie started to play.
Over time, I started to get a little tired that I started to get uncomfortable.
"You want to lean on my shoulder?" I turned at Changsub who said the offer.
"Um. . ." I hesitated for a while. "Are you sure?"
"Yeah, yeah. It's okay." He said so I leaned on his shoulder as we watched the movie.
Tumblr media
"Sorry guys." Ae-Cha apologized during the break we had after we watched "The Proposal". "I really have to go, it's getting late."
"Awwww. . . Don't go, Ae-Cha." Iseul pouted.
"Yeah, just one more movie." I said.
"I'm really sorry, guys. But I really need to go home." Ae-Cha apologized again.
"I guess that means I'm leaving too." Eunkwang said to us before he turned to Ae-Cha. "I can't let you go alone. I don't wanna face your mother's wrath."
Ae-Cha laughed.
"Oh, get a room!" I yelled before laughing and I saw Ae-Cha shoot me a confused expression.
"Hey, don't! My daughter is too young!" Minhyuk said before he looked at Eunkwang and Ae-Cha. "Don't make me feel old by giving me grandchildren!"
We all had a good laugh before we finally let them go.
"Bye guys!" They waved at us before they left.
The next movie was a little bit on the mysterious side.
"Ae-Cha would have loved this movie." I said. "She really likes mysteries."
"Yeah, too bad she had to leave." Minhyuk said and we all watched the movie.
Tumblr media
"Okay, I guess it's my time to go." I said to everyone in the room during another break.
"Hey, [Y/N]." Mi-Cha said. "It's already dark, maybe you shouldn't go alone."
"Yeah, it's pretty late already." Hak-Kun said.
Wow, it's surprising that he suddenly cares.
"Want me to accompany you home?" Ilhoon suggested. "I can always go back here."
"Ah, no but thank you though." I said and smiled at him a bit.
"I'll come with you downstairs." Eun-Kyung said and she stood up to come with me.
We were walking in a rather dark hallway, it's creepy.
"You should be careful, get home safe." Eun-Kyung said when I suddenly felt a hand on my shoulder.
I screamed and then Eun-Kyung screamed along with me a few seconds later.
"I don't wanna die!" Eun-Kyung screamed and she almost sounded like she was crying.
"Woah! Woah! Calm down!" We heard Changsub's voice and we heard someone laugh.
A few seconds later, the lights shined above us and we saw Kang-Dae and Changsub.
Eun-Kyung became a little angry and started to scold Kang-Dae but Kang-Dae didn't seem to regret what he did.
"You're leaving?" Changsub asked me.
"Oh, yeah." I said. "It's already late, I really need to get home."
"I'll help you get a ride home." Changsub said. "Is that okay with you?"
I nodded.
"Sure, thanks."
I turned to look at Eun-Kyung and she was still giving Kang-Dae a lesson.
"Hey, Eun-Kyung." I said and she looked at me. "I should go. Changsub's gonna help me find a ride home. Is that okay with you?"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, sure. Stay safe." She said quickly before she went back to scolding Kang-Dae.
Me and Changsub went downstairs.
"Hey," I said as we walked out the school. "Thanks for today."
I saw him smile.
"No problem." He said and we reached the side of the street to wait.
"I wish we could all do this again." I said as I looked up the sky that was full of stars.
"Maybe we could." He said. "One day, someday."
A few minutes later, a bus stopped in front of us.
"Well, I gotta go." I said. "Thanks for today."
"No problem. Take care!" He said before I went in the bus.
I sat down by the window and I waved at him, I saw him wave back with a smile.
The bus started to drive away and I saw him fade out of view.
"One day, someday, I hope we can do this again."

Ae Jeong in the 10th episode makes my blood boil and I watched 23 minutes of the episode.
Why Ae Jeong wanted to break up with Oh Dae Oh (from what I know)
1. Didn’t pay her enough attention (or in her words she started to love him more)
2. He cheated on her (but we see from Oh Dae Oh’s reaction that he didn’t do it and it’s just a misunderstanding)
This is literally so stupid and I’m so mad because they could’ve resolved this 14 years ago if she would’ve talked with him and not ran away without saying a word.
Not only that she barges into his house to talk about the past but as soon as they start doing it she just shuts the conversation off and just goes: “it doesn’t even matter anymore”.
THAT WOMAN CAME INTO HIS HOUSE. THREW THE GUEST OUT. ACTED LIKE A JEALOUS GIRLFRIEND. SAID THAT SHE WANTS TO TALK ABOUT THE PAST JUST TO DO THAT.

Kim Ae-ran 16 <tks 山後 tks> : The shadow Back. :
  Chapter #4
- Love Story of Minju and Jeongman -
The first edition of Channel S's soap opera <Laughing> broadcast: the end : , .
Seung-yeon, Shin Dae-eun, Song Joong-ki's Good Man,,,,,,
Who is to end with, . :Dowry : Papapot : :Dowry :Dowry ::
Minju and Jungman first greeted each other in 1998, when Minju was 12 years old.
"Hello?" Minju said hello to Jungman, who is chubby.
"Yes, hello?" Jung Man replied to Min Ju's greeting. Democracy and democracy saw different shapes. It felt like a statue of a mold printing hot iron. Cellist Gustav Bach's Songmok Painting was inspired by Kim Heung-do's genre painting, which imitated Shin Yun-bok's painting, which was born in South of Korea and grew up in South of Korea.
Gustav Bach's disciple, (-ccsbaby) Meli, who inspired Western painter Gustav Bach, color dumping on the opposite side of the tree. Martin's technique was introduced to the art world, and it was during the speech of Bill Gustav Carly, the leader of Britain's middle-aged labor movement, which resumed in Britain around the 1980s. He went up to the podium of an elementary school playground of about 80 people and threw his "revolutionary comrades" and "Love of the Love," a painting by Melira, which he stole, on top of a charred, twisted band of trees. That's why it was later called "next Gustav Bach": Love in the Landscape: 's author (-ccsbaby) is abandoned by Melira.
"Have you ever heard German cellist Gustav Bach play?" I asked Jung Man of the democratic course during his first class with him. Jeong Man replied to him, "No."
"I've never heard Gstav Bach play."
"Sir, yes."
Minju nodded at Kim Jong-man's innocent answer. Then he looked as if he had just lost interest. Jung-man didn't know whether Kim Min-joo lost interest in herself or cellist Gustav Bach at the time, but that evening, when she crossed under the street lamp in front of her house after class with Kim Min-ju, she hugged her arms in unexpected chills. And she couldn't sleep that night. Perhaps it lasted 48 hours and 48 days, (during) which Kim met Kim Min-ju to tutor, eat, and share his thoughts on Gustav Bach's philosophy as a cellist. That was the first day the two spent the night.

More Testimonies

Since Moon has died, some very interesting testimonials are showing up at Tparents.org  Here we have one from Sun Ae Kang who just happens to be another one of Moon’s early converts who were convinced to give up their families to follow him. This seems to be a prerequisite for all of Moon’s six Mary recruits up to this point.
http://www.tparents.org/Library/Unification/Talks2/Kang/Kang-130700.htm
http://www.tparents.org/Library/Unification/Talks2/Kang/Kang-130900.htm
Not only is she alumni with Won Pok Choi at Eh Wah University but she seems to have been rather well off before she encountered Moon. Her experiences are extraordinary as Moon advises her to leave her husband and go to Japan with Papa San Choi where she is promptly arrested and sent to prison. She engages is frenetic church activity until she happens upon one of her abandoned children…..
“Following this, a workshop camp for university students was prepared and 240 students partook in it. A few days after the camp started, I noticed a student approaching me. After I closely observed the student, I realized it was my youngest son whom I had left behind eleven years ago. He ran to me saying "Mom” and I was quite surprised. He did not want to leave my side anymore. Seeing him so weakened, my heart was in much pain. I inquired about his state and heard that after his sister had gone to the United States, he could not go into the army and his life had lost a sense of direction. I then made a big decision; the feeling that he might put an end to his life if I were to leave him in this state, came to me, so I told him to stay with me. I reported this to Father and he gave me his permission. I suppressed my gratitude and joy and started raising him from the bottom. I made him do the lowest chores starting from feeding the pigs, dogs and chickens and carrying their food in buckets, to outside work such as weeding pepper fields. While doing this, he participated in the camp for university students and newly realized the Divine Principle; he started becoming internally strong and even helped me attend Father and the True Children. Just thinking of how other members would have resented me if I had asked them to do what my son had done, I came to a deeper understanding and appreciation of lineage, family connection.“
Does this not sound a little over the top? Do you think this woman may have been brainwashed by Moon and his cohorts? Apparently Mrs. Kang is not an idiot though as she is tasked with high level proselytizing for Moon’s new found anti-communist message, Victory over Communism.
”We both paid a visit to the governor of Gangwon Province together with Mrs. Jeong Sun Choi. After receiving the governor’s permission to give a lecture to the officers of the Gangwon provincial government, we invited Chang Rim Choi to give the lecture. The lecture received a great review, enabling us to give a lecture to even the public officers working in the city of Chuncheon. On this foundation, our activities developed by the day and we could convey our message to the chairman of the Promotion of Reconstruction Committee, the director of the YMCA, pastors, universities and even broadcasting companies. We even visited the Army Second Corps, but could not meet the commander. So we went all the way to the Counterintelligence Division and asked to talk to the general in charge. An officer reprimanded us saying, “Do you know what this place is?” We had lunch at a cafeteria for army officers. We also talked with the adviser on the troop information and education and the director of a broadcasting station.
Once, a Moral Re-Armament (MRA) movement leader paid a visit to Gangwon and invited religious figures under the name of the provincial governor. I remember being the only woman invited. After the governor’s skilled greetings and personal introductions, we listened to the motive and purpose of MRA. After the presentation, the governor then said, “I would like to welcome Mrs. Rang, being the only woman here today, to say a few words” and made me stand. I tried to press down my beating heart and thought, – This is the moment I should convey Father’s teachings.“ I started by saying, "There cannot be a result without a cause. Hence, we can see a cause through its result.” All the participants on that day, including the governor, appeared quite surprised by my message. Many said they had difficulties comprehending such a highly philosophical lecture. Since that event, the chairman of the Promotion of Reconstruction Committees always comes to our church and give words of encouragement whenever the community leaders’ meeting was held. The entire Chuncheon area, starting from the governor to those working in the local government felt like members. However, I aimed for more, thinking, “How can I make all the people of Gangwon listen to the lecture?” So, I made another request to Governor Pak. According to him, the Home Affairs director, the Public Affairs chief, and the local section chief had to all agree on my proposal. He suggested that I meet them. I went to their offices at the provincial government building almost every day. With a heart that I had to accomplish this before Father returned to Korea from his world tour, all the prayers and dedications I invested paid off and I ended up persuading all those who opposed us.
One day, a local official, Seok Bong Lee, and I urged the Home Affairs senior director with earnest hearts. He gave in with a smile, saying, “No matter how hard I try, Mrs. Kang’s enthusiasm just outmatches mine.”
The next day, I met the local section chief and he quietly revealed to me an internal problem and told me to talk with the chief secretary. Soon afterward, I went to the chief secretary. The chief secretary reported the matter to the governor and once he came back, he instantly summoned the Home Affairs director and the local section chief and told them right in front of me, “Why are you opposing what other people are doing? Tell everyone that if they don’t do it, it will be the same as committing hara-kiri.” He instructed that an official notice be sent immediately. I met the Public Affairs chief and raised my two hands up saying “I am a Unification Church member” and then put them down. He told me that I looked like an innocent child when I did that. He told me that his heart did not feel like his at all. I was certain that our pleas were conveyed to Heaven and that it was God who was helping us.“
This statement is incredible because Mrs. Kang establishes for us a direct link to Frank Buchman’s Moral Rearmament Movement.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moral_Re-Armament
If you search deeper you will find that the MRA worked in close collaboration with the C.I.A. if they were not completely co-opted by them. The chairman of the Promotion of Reconstruction Commitees is also a familiar contact as he shows up in Deaconess Oh’s testimonial packing a pistol and threatening to kill Moon.
http://www.tparents.org/Library/Unification/Talks/Oh/Oh-130501.htm
My assumption is that this guy dispenses aid money from the United States which usually came with strings attached. We now get a sense that post war Korea was probably crawling with C.I.A. agents who were looking for likely subjects for their classified projects. (Search MK-ULTRA for a little homework assignment.) All of these early testimonies are quite valuable and you get the sense that these poor women could not tell a lie to save their life. God bless Gary Fleisher for posting them on his impressive archive. Keep up the good work.
Peace and blessings, Frank F

‘Duke City’ Soo Ae lost everything
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
‘Duke City’ Kim Mi-sook killed Lee Yi-dam. Kim Mi-sook, who framed Lee Chung-ju for murder, threatened her with the words, “I will trample everything about you thoroughly.”
In JTBC's 'Duke City', which aired on the 2nd, the tears of Lee Seol (Lee Yi-dam) and Jae-hee (Soo-ae) were drawn.
In response to Jae-hee's declaration of revenge, Han-sook (Kim Mi-sook) said, "Calm down. Have you forgotten where you looked and ran to? What can you do with your back on me? What do you think she can gain by fighting this Seo Han-sook?” she snorted.
Jaehee said, "If you can't have one, it's enough to trample everything down. To expect. She's going to ruin it very thoroughly," she said, grinding her teeth.
But her declaration of war was short-lived. When Lee Seol was murdered in front of Jae-hee, Jae-hee was engulfed in shock. Lee Seol's friend Yong-seop, who met Jae-hee at her site, said, "You say you don't know anything and you have to run away quickly."
Meanwhile, while he was alive, Lee Seol met Jun-hyeok (Kim Kang-woo) and revealed that he should have asked Jun-hyeok for his sins 7 years ago, and that Hyeon-woo was his son.
Junhyuk replied, “Are you telling me to believe that word? Where is this craft? Who are you doing this to?” He strangled Lee Seol, indignantly. Embarrassed, Lee Seol resisted, leaving a scratch on Junhyuk's body.
When he heard the news of Lee Seol late, Jun-hyeok scoffed at Han-sook and said, "I knew how scary he was, but you are a really great person."
Han Sook took one more drink of her and handed the forged suicide note to Jaehee. So I guess I wanted to say I'm sorry to meet you one last time. I wouldn't have had the courage to even that," she said sophistry.
She went on to add that she brazenly added, "I think it would be better to take pity on the child's pitiful life and let this happen quietly." Jaehee was furious at this.
Earlier, while Han Sook summoned Jun-hyeok, he sent an employee to kill Lee Seol. On this day, Han Sook-eun admits, "I removed Kim Lee-seol," but she said to Jae-hee, "Calm down now. If you stop here, forgive me for everything. But if you disobey my will, everything about you will be trampled on very thoroughly, step by step,” she warned.
Accordingly, while Jae-hee is at a crossroads of choice, at the end of the play, Jeong-ho (Lee Chung-joo), Jae-hee's ex-boyfriend and assistant, is framed for murder, heralding an uproar.

Was It Love (Spoiler Free Review)
The best moment of this drama was SF9 appearance and the kid being a fan of them.
Tumblr media
One day No Ae Joeng founds out that the director of the company ran away and now she’s the one who has to pay the loan he took and to do that she decides to create a film.
While her mom is busy with the movie her daughter Ha Nee is trying to find her dad and he may be closer when she thinks.
This is a very predictable drama, when you start you already know who’s going to be the father and who will Noh Ae Jeong will end up.
But even knowing that I just continued watching and slowly I began to hate every character that was in the drama (okay not every, gangster and the teacher are still the best).
The most annoying character by the end is Noh Ae Jeong, maybe she thinks we can all read her mind or something? I think someone should tell her that people need to talk to understand each other and she really need to learn how to do that.
I think that’s where the drama went wrong, it had a chance to think of something a bit better but the scriptwriter just got lazy and said: “Everything is just a misunderstanding!”
It was hard to watch and finish this drama because I knew that most of the time I will just get mad because they’re not talking. And if you’re asking: “Why you still completed it?”
I don’t have an answer, I’m just bad at dropping dramas and I’m still learning how to do it.
Spoilers: they even made them break up at the very last second, like what????? WHY????
Overall, this drama is just stupid but maybe you like getting frustrated because of the lack of conversation that characters are having and I’m not here to judge.
I’m a bit torn by how I should rate it because I didn’t like it but it was a bit better than the last drama I finished (Men Are Men)...
3.5/10

THE 8TH NIGHT
Nama film: The 8th Night
Genre: Horror
Rating pribadi: 5/10
No jump scare at all. Bener-bener biasa aja.
