I will admit: not everything aged well. Be also prepared for:
-it‘s v white. If they have characters of color, they sometimes work well. And sometimes it‘s embarassing to watch bc harmful stereotypes (not often but yeah. It happens.)
-Bodyshaming: the girls tease each other about their height, weight etc. and sometimes it can really become a lot/too much.
-Rose is so often the butt of the joke for not understanding situations. I think a lot of neurodivergent folks can relate. And it can hurt to hear the same old mean comments again and again
BUT
-This is a series which was never afraid of complicated topics
-First and foremost: the queer advocacy and topics were and still are amazing. The found family of it all alone.
-Also: death,being sick, being disabled. Getting old. Not performing the gender The way one would like to (anymore) (so. yes. Dysphoria. In a way). The financial aspect of it all. These are important topics which are treated with humor (of course) but also with respect
-it‘s a kind show which has its heart in the right place
-And i mean

• I have never met a stronger person than one with Sun square Saturn/Pluto. There is nothing that this individual cannot overcome and trust me in their life it’s always something that they have to deal with. All of their life is full with challenges and obstacles that are really hard to handle, but these people… ❤️ They have to fight with something or someone all the time, there is no chance for rest. And the saddest thing is they don’t even realise how strong are they, instead of that they always criticise and underestimate themselves and never let themselves to doing what they want. Most of times this aspect has something to deal with problematic male figures in the life of the person. Sometimes can be a father, but i have noticed more often it’s about spouse/partner. They just attract abusive people who try to control them, because of their lack of self esteem. Incredible inner strength and I admire them. Hats off! 👏
• Venus in 5th house and their love for children. 🚸 I mean if i have to pick a teacher for my child it will be someone with this placement. The way they communicate with kids is so unpretended, they can make the child to feel like they are equal. They just have that joyful and childish personality, which perfectly match with the energy of the kids. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that they want kids (especially if it’s in the sign of ♒️ ♍️ ♑️ ♈️), let’s not forget that 5th house it’s also about what are the things that brings joy to us. Venus in this house can sometimes indulge too much in the pleasures of life and not want to take responsibilities like children. 🍬

• Mars in 8th house and their s*xual desire 24/7?! What’s that? 😅 Yes, they are pretty good when it comes to that part, but does anyone else have noticed how they can stand without having s*x for a really long time. ♾️ 8th house also represent taboos, and Mars in here can feel some sort of restrictions when it comes to s*x. Especially if Mars aspecting Moon or in Cancer, will seek emotional connection first, or their s*xuality strongly will depend on what’s going on in their inner world. Clarke Griffin Appreciation Week 2023!
Hey Clarke Kru! It's been a while since Daily Clarke Griffin has had an event, don't you think? Well, it's time to change that! We're bringing Clarke Griffin Appreciation Week back for its third year! As always, the event will run from October 24th to October 30th. (We start on Eliza's birthday and end the day before Halloween, it's the perfect time to celebrate Clarke, not to mention it's her birth month too!)
As we've done before, a list of prompts have been selected for each day to give you some inspiration for what you create for the week! Like we have said in the past, this event is hosted for all types of content creators, whether you make gifs or graphics or moodboards or videos or fic, we try to pick out themes we think will work for everyone. Check them out below!
Prompts:
Day 1: Favorite Look — For our first day we'd love to see your favorite Clarke outfit/look! Do you love her classic season one outfit? Maybe you like the black and blue outfits of season two! Or maybe give a nod to her temporary outfits like the Ark flashback or one of her dresses? Maybe you think her short hair could use some more appreciation, or you could even make a compilation of all her different hairstyles throughout the years!
Day 2: Favorite Underrated Friendship — We've done favorite friendship/dynamic, but what about a pairing that you think deserved more love? Maybe you wished we got a lot more out of the Clarke and Wells relationship. Maybe it's another one of the delinquents like Miller or Harper. Or what about Clarke and Roan? There's tons of duos to choose from, tell us your fave underrated relationship!
Day 3: Color — For this day we want to challenge all of your beautiful creative minds by channeling color! Whether that be one single color that makes you think of Clarke or a whole plethora of colors by making a rainbow edit! You could even use a color palette generator for some inspo if you want! Anything goes!
Day 4: Lyrics & Poetry — We love seeing things like this in the fandom and we want to see some more! Find a quote of some sort, whether it comes from a song or a poem or even somewhere else, and let it inspire you into creating something beautiful to celebrate Clarke! This could be in the form of gifs, moodboards, fanart, even a songfic! Whatever you want to create, we want to see!
Day 5: Bi Pride — It's not Clarke Griffin Appreciation Week without bi pride day! As always, we'd love to see all the bi love whether it's with a bi flag inspired gifset, a moodboard with cute bi aesthetics, maybe you could even use some lyrics from your fave bi musician as inspo! (Gentle reminder that this day is about bi positivity, we're here to celebrate Clarke's role as a bi leading character!)
Day 6: Halloween — The holiday is right around the corner and we'd love to see some fun and spooky ideas! You could do something orange and black themed, you can make an AU edit like Clarke as a witch or a werewolf! Maybe a manip of what you think Clarke would dress up as. You could also do some spooky horror-inspired editing if that's your thing. Even a Halloween drabble if you feel like writing instead. We hope you have fun with this one!
Day 7: Free Day — As always, we're going to end the week by giving you free rein to do whatever you like for the final day! If you have an extra idea or something you've been meaning to post, now's the chance to do it! It can be funny or shippy or completely AU or even just another compilation of your favorite Clarke moments! It's the last day so we want to see what you love to make!

>utterly merciless character assassinations one after another ive dedicated hours to this ive gotten so cheerful and hopeful about it and now i crumble into devastation as i announce each subsequent assassination i'm talking character arcs that spent the entire long ass webcomic being built up being entirely subverted out of fucking nowhere. it's like liveblogging an 80-car pileup. gnc girl has suddenly magically decided that actually she just needed to recognize that she could be beautiful even while bald and has put on a cartoonishly pink skirt and bunny hoodie. protagonist who has an incredibly complicated relationship to her heart monster goes from genuinely debating letting her die to "i wouldnt give her up for ANYTHING <333" power of friendship for no apparent reason. etc. etc. to quote myself in the moment "to be clear about the scope of fuckupery here they Character Assassinated the masc girl and it's actually only the third or fourth worst mistake." <- briefly after this message i bumped it down to Fifth worst mistake. character with her brain as her monster has an entire arc where the point is another character learning they can't "save" her from her monster because she is her brain/they need to think more carefully about what they perceive as the "real" her ends up concluding her arc by out of fucking nowhere saying "ive let my real self lie dormant" Et Cetera.

2023 In Books!
Due to mild fatigue, 2023 was a bad reading year for me - I did not reach my yearly 2-books-a-week goal for the first time since I began logging them, and many of the books I did read did not agree with me. But I still found ten fiction and 7 (!) non-fiction books I had to shout out for the end of the year.
Top 10 Fiction
THE RED PALACE by June Hur
A historical murder mystery set in Joseon Korea, featuring crystalline prose, a painstakingly evoked historical setting, and an understated romance in a dark atmosphere of terror, secrets, and palace intrigue. Despite being written for a young adult audience, this book impressed me with its complex picture of a deeply flawed real historical context.
TOOTH AND CLAW by Jo Walton
A Victorian style comedy of manners in which every single character is a dragon, from the dragon parsons and spirited young lady dragons to the crotchety old dragon dowagers and feckless young dragons-about-town. All of them wear little hats. Sheer cosy perfection.
DRAKE HALL by Christina Baehr
My bestie surprised me this year by spontaneously producing four whole novels pitched as "cosy Victorian gothic, with dragons". I haven't read the final edition of DRAKE HALL yet but it's sunshiney, summery, cosy goodness. With dragons.
CRIMSON BOUND by Rosamund Hodge (re-read)
A dark and bloody fantasy full of lifegiving female friendship, ride or die siblings, theology, guilt, and stabbings. This one also contains gratuitous St Augustine quotes, a one-page retelling of the VOLUNDARKVIDA, and a love triangle that exists to present the heroine not so much with drama as a proper ethical dilemma.
EMILY WILDE'S ENCYCLOPAEDIA OF FAERIES by Heather Fawcett
The story of a mildly autistic lady academic researching faeries with her flamboyant rival professor, who is probably secretly an exiled fae king…but the annoying part is his habit of making his students do all his field work. Cosy, thrilling, hilarious.
THE LAST TALE OF THE FLOWER BRIDE by Roshani Chokshi
This gothic-infused psychological thriller was dark, creepy, and sometimes heavy, but it's also a tale that flips the roles of innocent maiden and Bluebeard, engages in valid Susan Pevensie Discourse, and ends on what I found to be a genuine note of hope and healing.
THE COLDEST GIRL IN COLDTOWN by Holly Black
This book tackles vampirism as a metaphor for the evil hidden in the human heart, and it's epic, bloody, twisty, and monstrous. I couldn't put it down. Not sure I'd recommend it for the target audience, but it's mature and well-crafted enough to be enjoyed by grown-ups as well.
THE WITCHWOOD KNOT by Olivia Atwater
I've read a number of Olivia Atwater books, and this one is head and shoulders above the rest. The best blend of gothic and fae, like a grown-up LABYRINTH, with one of the great fae butlers and so many subtle yet walloping feels. It felt like an old fairytale in the best possible way.
BEHIND THE CURTAIN by WR Gingell
The WORLDS BEHIND series is about trauma and healing and repentance, and in this, the fourth book, everything comes decisively to the boil as our favourite twisty knife uncle pits his wits against an enemy who very uncomfortably mirrors himself.
Top 7 Non-Fiction
(because I couldn't get it down to just five)
TWO VIEWS ON WOMEN IN MINISTRY by Beck & Gundry (eds.)
Four New Testament scholars from a range of complementarian and egalitarian perspectives debate the question of women in ministry, with a lot of detailed scholarship. If nothing else, this book proved that this is something orthodox Christians can honestly disagree about, because there are significant exegetical strengths and difficulties with each position - it's time to stop seeing women holding ministry positions in the church as tantamount to heresy.
REFLECTIONS: ON THE MAGIC OF WRITING by Dianna Wynne Jones
This collection was magical - funny and sad tales of her life, many good and passionate thoughts on books and writing, and one absolutely marvellous study of narrative structure in THE LORD OF THE RINGS. Absolutely delightful and highly recommended.
PATERNAL TYRANNY by Arcangela Tarabotti
A 17th-century nun takes aim at the misogyny of early modern Europe, wielding razor-sharp logic to argue boldly for the equality of women. But it's Tarabotti's passionate faith, which somehow managed to survive moral injury and spiritual abuse, and even came to see hope and encouragement in scriptures which must so often have been used against her, that will stay with me.
THE GOLDEN RHINOCEROS: HISTORIES OF THE AFRICAN MIDDLE AGES by Francois-Xavier Fauvelle
A series of bite-sized essays on the medieval history of Africa from approximately the Islamic conquests of the 7th century to the arrival of Portugese colonists in the fifteenth. Each essay offers the most fleeting glimpse of a long-vanished, half-imaginary world of often breathtaking sophistication and splendour. I loved them.
ONE HOLY LOCAL CHURCH? by Bojidar Marinov
This short book, which draws very solidly on past luminaries like Rutherford, Gillespie, Spurgeon, and Hodge, helped me think through some of the questions I've been asking myself about ecclesiology and the role and authority of elders, particularly as I've been rethinking women in ministry. Terrific.
TEN DAYS IN A MAD-HOUSE by Nellie Bly
"People on charity should not expect anything and should not complain." In 1887, the American "girl reporter" Nellie Bly got herself locked up in a New York lunatic asylum, and this shocking expose was the result. Sometimes, nineteenth century attitudes towards women and the poor were beyond parody.
A PEOPLE'S TRAGEDY: THE RUSSIAN REVOLUTION, 1891-1924 by Orlando Figes
Some aspects of this book have aged poorly - the unthinking acceptance of Russian imperial aspirations, for instance - but apart from that, this is a sweeping, epic picture of the Russian Revolution, covering three decades and every level of society, from daily life in the village commune to the political rivalries of Lenin's declining years, without ever becoming dull or bogged down in detail.

Some rambling about itsfunneh's YHS and Kyran's and Alec's friendship
Just finished watching the 1st season of YHS!
It's.... KIND OF A MESS? Once again the plot is everywhere and they're not very good at pacing.
Slightly unrelated to the plot; what bothered me the most was the outdated gender roles being pushed on every time.
--"You punch like a girl." (not the extra misogynistic flavour in this quote) "I'm going to roast marshmallows.. LIKE A MAN!"
There's also another episode where they're looking to buy a present for senpai and Kyran said that Gold shouldn't buy perfume for the former because HE'S NOT HER BOYFRIEND?? ANYWAYS This was 7 years ago and I'm not saying you should harass or cancel the krew for this or whatever (it's extremely pointless and it won't go anywhere). I'm just criticising it because this type of generalisation leads to stereotypes. AND THEN these stereotypes both dictate the way you behave because you're scared that people will put you down and brush you off.
ANYWAYS, I didn't mean to make a long ass paragraph about this but here we are.
Pushing aside the ordeal abt the writing pushing these gender roles, there's a paradox about that and the relationship between Kyran and Alec. It's kind of funny because there are some elements in their dynamic that could become a good conflict between them and it could also say a lot of things about how society works and how words have a lot of power.
- Kyran is your shy reserved weeaboo who's often played as the comedic relief because of his tendencies to just suck at physical activities (me asf)
- Alec is the shady hardworking stereotypical bad boy. He's a murderer's henchman solely because he needs money to support his family.
There is a lot of potential to talk about what boys (and equally girls) have to endure in society and how it can be dealt with.
HEADCANON STUFF HERR!! But if you tweak some stuff, Kyran has the archetype of the guy labelled as "too feminine" because he's not athletic and actually voices out his emotions. But evidently he doesn't want to be seen as feminine because it has negative connotations; when he says "I'm going to roast marshmallows.. LIKE A MAN!" it LITERALLY sounds like he has a fragile masculinity because... society. And I'm not blaming it at all haha... I feel like we've all experienced a slice of this.
Conversely, there's Alec who actually fits into the masc category; he's effortlessly athletic and doesn't feel... much I guess. He doesn't really voice out his emotions like AT ALL but he is put down often because he's kind of seen as a delinquent by most people.
So there's this whole thing between the fear of being called feminine as a masculine individual and being feared by most people simply because of the way you dress/act.
I think that's already a really strong foundation for what will ensue next.
So in season 2 we get to know how they first met in kindergarten.
Kyran was getting bullied by some random dude. But Alec just beats the crap out of that person (which he refers alec as the "MEAN BOY", once again supporting my stuff with Alec being seen as a bad person. But thats just my interpretation of it, like there are so many and tbh u would call anyone mean for punching you if you rhink youre right ig). To me it just kind of makes their friendship a little more complex!
1. it shows that Alec genuinely doesn't give a fuck about who Kyran is as a person because regardless of who he is, that kid was doing something wrong. Alec is a decent person for standing up for someone who couldn't do anything against what was happening at the moment. I know they were like 5 but it shows that in nature Alec instinctively does things for what he believes is right (and it's not the only example of Alec doing something nice).
2. To me it says a lot about how children just don't care about who they're playing with based on physical attributes or whatever UNTIL society makes them learn that it DOES matter.
And these facts are so bittersweet to me because in the camping episode of season 1, they just voice out each other's insecurities. It's not even funny anymore LMAO.
"you're a delinquent!" + Alec poking "fun" at Kyran for being childish/not-a-man-TM, but you could interpret him as just asking these questions out of curiosity. He's actually less confrontational than Kyran in the episode.
Despite knowing that they used to look out for each other and accepted each others' QUOTE AND QUOTE """""" flaws""", whatever outbreak happened between these two must have caused a huge impact on each other's perception of each other. An impact that made them internally say "people must've been right. Alec IS a bad person after all. Kyran IS too emotional."
There's another layer of salt to the wounds because deep down Alec probably also agrees with Kyran for being a delinquent because he's Yandere's henchman.
Some suggestions that could've made this story a bit more engaging and interesting, at least for me:
- making alec hate horror + gore would make more sense to me because his side job is to literally cover up someone's death and all of that.
- we get 0 reasons as to why Alec likes Funneh. I feel like they could've played on the fact that Alec didn't make any friends after Kyran and has always been viewed as the bad guy. But then Funneh just doesn't care about that prejudice and hangs out with him anyway?
- the 2 plots (funneh's life + yandere's killing spree) should've been a bit more intertwined. Murder cases in high school aren't peanuts. I feel like it could've been fun seeing Kyran dragging Gold and Funneh into this whole detective thing meanwhile Alec is reluctantly coming with them and having some inner conflicts. Actually, they should've fleshed out their reasons as to why they're doing this whole detective thing in the first place. There needs to be a huge drawing force as to why, yk? Maybe drawing some inspiration to Heathers and Be More Chill could've been fun too!
- Despite them being in America, I feel like we should've seen more people of colour? Like african descent americans. Their thing literally takes place in THE USA yet most of them are like... white or asian or mixed

Ten Books to Know Me By!
Tagged by @honeyteacakes! I really loved your list of books, I saw the scarlet pimpernel on there and did a happy scream!
1. Little Women - Louisa May Alcott
This was a formative book for me throughout my childhood and adolescence. I must have read it almost 10 times. I struggle to read it now (some parts just hit too close to home for me) but I hope one day that I’ll be able to return to this wonderful novel.
2. Daughter of Time - Josephine Tey
This book altered the course of my life, no kidding. If you love history or true crime this book is seriously for you. It will definitely make you rethink everything you know about the way history is written, the way historical individuals are portrayed and why stories are so important.
3. Persuasion - Jane Austen
All of Austen’s novels have impacted me massively, but this one is my favourite. The way that romantic love is portrayed in this book is so beautiful to me, the way people’s personal flaws are portrayed as something that can be forgiven and accepted. This is a very hopeful book, and it is also an incredible portrayal of what it’s like to live with anxiety.
4. Neverwhere - Neil Gaiman
I love all of Neil’s stuff, but this one is probably my favourite. It was the first of his solo novels that I read (after Good Omens). It’s fun, imaginative, terrifying. I fell in love with the idea of urban fantasy thanks to this book, and I think it was super influential on the development of my own writing.
5. Santaland Diaries - David Sedaris
I love the combination of cynicism and sentiment in this book. It's funny, it's real (if a little overexaggerared at times). It also makes me feel better about myself and my struggles with employment. Plus, David Sedaris was probably one of the first gay people I was ever aware of.
I also worked as a Christmas elf in a store (not Macy's, unfortunately) so I feel a forever connection to this book.
6. The Wizard of Earthsea - Ursula K. Le Guin
This book confounded me when I first read it as a child. I didn't like the main character, I found the plot complicated. But returning to it years later, I fell in love with it. It's a book about becoming a better version of yourself, about fucking up majorly and trying to put things right. And about love and friendship. Plus there are further books in the series, and a dragon. What's not to love?
7. War of the Foxes - Richard Siken
I know a lot of people have read Crush, and while I absolutely love it, War of the Foxes is a gentler piece of work which explores some of the same themes from a mature perspective. There are some absolutely beautiful poems in this collection and I really recommend it for anyone who wants to contemporary poetry!
8. 163 Days - Hannah Hodgeson
Another favourite poetry collection! This is a beautiful, unique piece of work that discusses life limiting illness, hospital, and what it's like to be disabled in an able bodied world. It takes a lot to make me cry but this book moves me so much and brings me so much joy, too, because it exists! And I can feel just a little bit less invisible because of it.
9. Cold Comfort Farm - Stella Gibbons
The funniest, most ridiculous book, and an absolutely brilliant satire of British countryside life. I quote this book ALL the time. It is my lifetime ambition to own a cow called Useless.
10. The Song of Achilles - Madeline Miller
Another formative book which did so much for me as a young queer person. The fact that this book was "mainstream" and loved by so many people (including people who may not have naturally been queer allies) made the difficult conversations easier. It was really important for me to be able to bring this book home without having to hide.

Vetrix has always been very gay to me. I always see people with these headcanons of him having a wife or smth but honestly I CANNOT see him with a woman. He’s very unashamedly a boykisser. His kids are all test tube babies, he’d sooner de-transition than willingly sleep with a woman.
He gets kind of weird around woman, kind of a mysognist because of internalized transphobia he needs to get over. Doesn’t excuse it but he’s trying </3
And technically not a sexuality hc but he’s very transmasc to me (or agender, depends on how I feel)! He uses He/They/It/Xe + Neos because why the fuck not. I like headcanoning old men as trans!! Just come and stop me >:3
7. A quote of them you remember
It’s either, “Maybe I’m just a bad dad!”, or “Your father always talked about friendship, and it only ended up being his undoing.” I might be misquoting that second one but its f the Shark Vs Quattro duel and it TORE MY HEART APART??? FUCKING CRIES????
5. Favourite Ship
Fathershipping, undoubtably. I know Most sub Fans are crazy about scientistshipping (which I do ship, to a lesser scale) but I find Fathershipping cuter. It’s funnier because the dub leans farther into Fathershipping and the sub leans more into scientistshipping. For context in episode 55, when Byron and Kazuma sit by the fire he makes a comment about faker being a good friend, but in the dub it’s changed so that Kazuma talks about how much of a good friend Byron is or smth to that effect. Funny detail I noticed :3
Like. Byron literally ASKS Kazuma to let him go into the portal (where he could’ve presumably died) because he wanted him to be safe instead of him. It takes SO MUCH to want to die for someone. There were also two tents in episode 55. THEY ARE LITERALLY IMPLIED TO HAVE SLEPT TOGETHER AUGHHH
I could go on a bigger tangent in another post (which I’m sure I have), but I just think their sweet.
Also I Hope I don’t get in trouble for this but their dynamic post-Barian world/astral world is just that one image of a hamster trying to eat a whole banana. Yes im implying what you think I am. Don’t ask
23. Future Headcanon
You know how Vetrix wasn’t reverted back to his original body? And how he’s just this stupid little baby man who has to go through puberty again? Yeah. He grows up into the most INSUFFERABLE (albeit like 50 year old) teenager, starts listening to Linkin Park and finally gets his drivers license for like the second time. He’s still very boykisser tho!! Tbh it’s only really exacerbated because hormones
28. The most unnecessary thing they did?
The whole possessing Shark thing. As much as I think him gaslighting Shark into thinking the evil homophobic rat killed his sister, what was the point lol. Like he could’ve stopped faker without Shark either way??
Also on another point but I have an issue with how Zexal villains are just treated as borderline evil until their redeemed and just do nothing of substance again. Vetrix is one of the worst cases of this. I could go off about this more in another post if asked.

i will fight tooth and nail about the fact that the ant-man movies are the best movies from the mcu. if there is any mcu movie i rewatch and don’t scrub through, it’s this one.
8) Girl VS Monster
this movie is pure art. diemata’s “nothing’s gonna stop me now” is a cultural reset for me. also the skylar/ryan/myra throuple just about being canon when they sing “had me @ hello” together at the end of the movie??? we love to see poly rep
7) Knives Out
this movie is just art. i love a good murder mystery and this is great with a rewatch. i think glass onion was really great too but this one in particular will hold a special place in my heart.
6) Lovestruck
i’m SO mad that they moved this to hulu premium because it used to be on the freeform app. but basically it’s a movie musical where a woman takes a de-aging potion and tries to get her daughter’s husband to cheat on her daughter with her now young self. it’s got drew seely and chelsea kane singing “dj got us fallin’ in love” and i want to perform this dance at my wedding. also “how can i remember to forget” is SUCH a good ballad
5) Enchanted
who doesn’t love enchanted? it’s my favorite disney movie and though the sequel is mid, the original will ALWAYS be the best. the “so close” scene where robert starts singing UGH my heart.
4) Crazy Rich Asians
this is one of those movies that i find myself rewatching a lot with my family specifically. we can quote some scenes verbatim. we just love this movie. it’s a delight.
3) Room
this is a big change in tone but i just love this movie. i stan brie larson. stream “finally out of p.e.” that album slaps. but yeah it’s just heartbreaking and it’s always great on the rewatch and jacob tremblay is so good and so is brie larson and i just love it. it hurts me but in the best way possible.
2) Free Guy
i can’t articulate how much i love this movie. ryan reynolds. jodie corner. joe keery. the guy who plays rajit in basmati blues. it’s so funny and it’s one that i will never get sick of and it just brings me so much joy.
1) I Kissed A Vampire
this movie is awful. it’s terrible. it’s near unwatchable. but it is my Favorite Movie. i know so much of it by heart. i know the choreography. i know every lyric of every song. i bought the deluxe album on apple music. i’ve watched it with every person who lets me subject them to this awful movie. i’ve had friendships threatened because of this movie. i know way too much about this movie and the actors in it. i’ve seen the original web series just as much. if you haven’t watched the movie and love bad movies, watch it. it’s got drew seeley as an angsty vampire who is SO politically incorrect named trey sylvania. it’s got lucas grabeel (ryan from high school musical) as the lead. and it’s got the 17 year old daughter of the producer playing the main female love interest and her performace is absolutely grueling and i love her so much. apparently she works with snakes now??? go you queen.

Thoughts, opinions, and a just for fun timeline. Google and a couple tumblr rabbit holes later....disclaimer lots of rumors with receipts for rumors.
I too find it weird that the same people talking about Johanne used to describe MK, Rikke, and Fanny the same exact way. Down to the same wording. Except they used to go after MK'S tattoos like they're a bad thing. People were awful about her, and the rest. Now Johanne and his family and friends are getting it too.
Now they act like a friendship, spanning 7 years, is something "more" bc he likes her posts. Lol I bet he likes a lot of people's/friends posts, guys and girls. Probably a lot of private accounts too bc a lot of his friends went private bc people kept posting his friends' videos and pics. I don't understand why he can't like any of the accounts he follows without it causing a stir. Lol liking a post isn't a big deal lol. People can be friends, it's not like he doesn't have TON of female friends lol. I doubt he's still pining for her, and probably hasn't for a long long time.
It's not like he hasn't dated since or before (Olivia who rejected him supposedly 2017).
And he's older now and probably has sown his wild oats and wants to settle down with the woman he loves (Johanne). And I think, personal opinion, that now he has someone who matches him, loves him as he is, and let's him be just who he is. All goofy funny husky puppy energy Alex. That's great imo.

That twitter/x post and IG posts don't seem to be focused so much on privacy. As some claim he's all about, I've always thought he was only private when he wanted to be. That's his choice. 😊😊 So I'm still not getting how Johanne ever "violated" his privacy.
So MK only likes his RC posts/posts that have Johanne in them. That's sweet she probably LIKES Johanne too. She's probably happy for her friend.

I don't know what their friendship is like in private, but I'm sure he sees her posts. Not counting the post from his birthday, he "didn't notice" her 24 posts, 20 times in a row. I think that if she hadn't posted the video with Johanne, he probably wouldn't have liked her post from his birthday either. He didn't even like the trailer and poster of their film that she shared. Within 30 weeks, he managed to like 3 posts by MK or 2 posts by Hedda, with whom his acquaintance is probably based only on last year's holidays in Sicily and during this time he didn't have the opportunity to like one of his friend's 20 posts🤔 Alex is not someone who is on social media 24/7, but he also doesn't seem to be someone who doesn't use Instagram quite often. He just completely ignores her. At first, I thought that some anons' assumptions about Fanny's feelings for Alex might have been true and that was the main reason he distanced himself from her a bit but after reading this seemingly funny part "that bitch Johanne complained to him about Fanny not wanting to follow her back or made up something to make him dislike her" , it dawned on me. On March 17, Johanne liked Fanny's post for the first time, which was also liked by Alex, then Fanny added a post that only Alex liked, and on April 1, she added a post that both of them liked and that was the last time they were active on her profile (not counting the birthday post). When I read the quoted passage, I laughed and thought that they can't be that childish, but it's damn likely. If that was the reason, imagine how pathetic their conversation about it must have been.

I personally would enjoy stuffing my face in with some good ol’ Dennys. I’m looking at you, Grand Slam.
3. What do you think is the NUMBER ONE most important thing in a relationship or friendship?
Open communication. It genuinely makes or breaks a relationship– while I do understand full on lying to keep face, honestly if someone wants to hear the truth let them have it. Because they want to be honest, and they want honesty as well, that’s something that must be reciprocated.
4. What is the best advice someone has given to you? Describe the situation if possible.
You can teach someone how to cook, but you can not teach someone how to be motivated. I was applying for summer jobs within my hometown– I gotta make some money for college and all and totally not save for some new headphones that cost a hundo. Basically, there was this Asian fusion food near the hospital my mom works at, and I thought “sick, a place where I can eat after I volunteer”. I walked in, gave my resume, and showed off the food handler’s card that I carry around in case I want to impress that nonexistent person about my total dedication to food safety. I got a call back and an interview: we talked for a bit about my interest and after hearing about how I was genuinely interested in learning the recipes to the foods being sold at the restaurant, the mans literally smiled and laid upon me the quote that haunts me in my sleep. It… it personally is something that does haunt me. Every day, I wake up thinking about it and reflecting on what I did yesterday. Did I spend my time effectively? Did I do the things I had to do? It is a personal challenge for me to be dedicated to maintaining high grades while balancing my own personal life, and the quote pushes me to achieve that.

Bro, why does my hair and eyes make me look like I’m plotting revenge? On one hand, it’s super funny. On the other hand, it’s not me.
10. What is something you regret doing or not doing? Would you change it if given the opportunity? Why or why not?
I regret not getting the 8 hours of sleep last Sunday as of writing this. Have you seen my Facebook post on the Fellowship page? “hurdur look at me visit me from 9AM-10AM to 9AM-closing” I say, down 2 shots of espresso and 3 cups of matcha green tea from Trader Joes. But that is the sacrifice I want to make to just catch up on my diddly-darn classes if I must. In fact, I want to emphasize RIGHT NOW that the people reading this should stop procrastinating and actually take care of the business that you’ve been letting collect dust for about 10 seconds now whilst you speak with your friends at the CoHo. I personally wished I got the sleep because guess what? Few days ago I passed out at 10PM and woke up at 6AM feeling like the absolute king of the world. I felt like Alexander the Great after his recent conquest if I take my multivitamin gummies. And you KNOW I take my vitamin C because I don’t want to get myself scurvy out in the cold and unforgiving Northern California. Honestly, I regret the times I would stay in my dorms and I should probably start going out a bit more. BUT at the same time I love spending time alone and find it very fun watching Conan clips and laughing to myself like a maniac. Is it sad? Yeah, definitely. But is it something I’m much more comfortable with and much more peaceful? Absolutely.
