Hello! I hope you’re doing well! I really love your posts! I’ve learned so much from them. I saw your post about iris, and I found it really interesting. I'm having a bit of a hard time understanding what it means in my chart. I have iris conjunct ascendant, in the 1st house, and it’s in Libra. ☺️

libra iris (7°, 19°): these people are very aware of the promises they make as well as those others make to them. when promises are broken, they naturally are willing to negotiate and compromise - they are pacifists. they do not want to fight others; they prefer peace and calming energy. libra being air, may make a libra iris person very quick and nimble on their feet or very fluent and articulate with their speech.

aquarius iris (11°, 23°): these people make great commentators, announcers, and/or counselors. they are pros at being moderators and being non-bias in a situations. they know the social etiquette in most every circumstance - they know what is expected. this area of your life (social affairs) may be very fast paced compared to those around them; they may have lot of social activities.

1h iris: these people are very moral and have a positive philosophical line of reasoning when it comes to their promises, actions, and general words. this is a placement in which the pace of this person is generally very quick: their actions, sense of adventure, disposition/wit, etc.

iris (1h) - asc: positive aspects: you are likely to be seen as moral and just - people around you trust that you won't do them dirty. you won't play favorites or be a "yes man." you are a quick person, people may even say they have no idea how you fit all that you do into a day. you may be very witty as well and people may just about adore for that. negative aspects: you may be seen as switzerland in human form. people may wish that you show some sort of opinion at some point in time. at some point, someone will move quicker than you that is simply how life is - it may not be in old age either, the phrase "big fish in a small pond" comes to mind. your tongue may move too quick in a situation as well as and get you into trouble. be mindful of wit verses critical nature.

Una clasificación que puede ser un paso significativo dentro de su gran sueño, que es representar a la Argentina en el maratón olímpico de los Juegos de París, dentro de dos años. Desde fines de los 80, las carreras de largas distancias y el maratón comenzaron a popularizarse entre las damas, Graciela Bargas llevó el récord a 2h.57m.16s. y luego surgió Norma Fernández. Pero, tras correr desde muy joven en maratón, luego desarrolló una positiva campaña en mediofondo. Griselda González fue quien elevó el nivel de la prueba y dejó el récord argentino en 2h.30m.32s. durante el maratón de Turín (1997), marca que permaneció intocable hasta hace  muy poco. Representante olímpica argentina en dos oportunidades -10 mil metros en Barcelona 92, maratón en Atlanta 96- Griselda posteriormente decidió competir por España, país en el que ya llevaba varios años radicada y así lo hizo en los Juegos de Sidney. En la década pasada, varias fondistas comenzaron a exhibir sus progresos en esta exigente disciplina y alcanzaron su condición de olímpicas y mundialistas. Entre ellas, estuvo la antecesora de Florencia en la base marplatense, María de los Angeles Peralta, hoy titular de la Federación Atlética provincial. Mar del Plata se constituyó en uno de los ejes para el surgimiento de muy buenos corredores en medias y largas distancias. Y si “Marita” Peralta y el “Colo” Mariano Mastromarino –bronce panamericano del maratón en Toronto 2015, entre otros logros- fueron los símbolos de aquel momento, hoy lo son valores como la propia Borelli, su hermana Mariana (medallista sudamericana de 1.500, recordwoman nacional de distancias como 1.000 metros y la milla) y el ascendente mediofondista Diego Lacamoire, quien también ha incursionado en distancias mayores (el último sábado, por ejemplo, estuvo entre los top de las 10 millas de Comodoro Rivadavia). Bajo la guía técnica de Leo Malgor desde sus comienzos atléticos, Florencia Borelli siempre asomó como un verdadero talento. Lo hizo en un principio en la pista, donde su destino parecía estar en las pruebas de obstáculos: alcanzó la final de los 2.000 m del “steeple” en el Mundial sub 18 de Bressanone, en 2009, en el mismo certamen donde Braian Toledo llegaba al podio de jabalina. Sumó otros éxitos en los 3.000 con obstáculos –incluyendo un Sudamericano u20- pero después tuvo la pausa por su maternidad y por la búsqueda de nuevos horizontes atléticos. Las temporadas recientes marcaron su gran progreso. Obtuvo un resonante triunfo en el medio maratón de Buenos Aires 2017 delante de calificadas atletas africanas, con el entonces récord nacional de 1h.11m.58s. También se proclamó campeona sudamericana de los 5.000 metros llanos en Lima 2019, tal vez su distancia preferida en las pistas: ya corrió en ocho oportunidades por debajo de los 16 minutos y alcanzó su clasificación al Mundial de Doha (para los Juegos de Tokio, con el nuevo sistema, quedó muy cerca).  Tuvo que afrontar múltiples dificultades, como el mundo entero, por la pandemia, con los entrenamientos suspendidos por la pandemia durante varios meses de 2020.  Aún así retornó para una gran actuación en el Mundial de 21k en Gdynia, bajando su récord argentino a 1h.10m.30s., que también representa el segundo registro del  historial sudamericano. Y sus avances en los últimos meses fueron ostensibles. En la temporada de pista del 2021 llevó los récords nacionales a 9m.08s.84 en 3.000 metros y 15m.33s.71 en 5.000, y logró la medalla de plata de esta distancia en el Sudamericano de Guayaquil en un vibrante duelo con las hermanas venezolanas Edymar y Joselyn Brea. A su retorno, decidió encarar la aventura del maratón, en el que sólo  tenía un antecedente (lejano y sin mayor presión, en su ciudad natal). Impactó con sus 2h32m27s  al ganar en Buenos Aires, extendió esa serie en el medio maratón marplatense y cerró el 2021 con sus 32m.38s en el Nacional de Ruta sobre 10 km en San Isidro, apoderándose de otra plusmarca argentina. Fue premiada con el Olimpia de Plata y, de inmediato, inició su preparación hacia Sevilla. La misma incluyó durante las últimas semanas un ciclo en la altitud de Cachi (Salta) junto otra de las grandes maratonistas argentinas de este tiempo, Daiana Ocampo. También Ocampo llevaba ritmo de récord en Sevilla, inclusive más rápido en sus parciales hasta los 30 kilómetros que los registrados en octubre pasado en  Chicago, pero declinó y no pudo mantener aquel standard, cerrando la carrera en 2h.32m.36s para el puesto 23. Marcela Gómez, la otra integrante de este excelente trío de fondistas (que también compartieron la experiencia mundialista en Gdynia), tuvo que abandonar, también a la altura del km. 30, pese a algunos parciales promisorios. Marcela había logrado el récord nacional de 2h.28m.58s. en este mismo circuito, dos años antes, batiendo así el registro de Griselda González e inaugurando la era de las “sub 30” para nuestras maratonistas. Aquella actuación le valió la calificación olímpica y la participación en Sapporo, en agosto pasado. En su camino hacia el récord en las calles sevillanas, con largada y meta en el Paseo de las Delicias, Borelli también se apoderó de los récords nacionales de 25 y 30 kilómetros, con 1h27m05s y 1h44m25s respectivamente. Ahora es la poseedora de todas las marcas en las carreras de calle/ruta, incluyendo en esa lista los mencionados 10k de San Isidro y su performance en Gdynia (récords de 50m12s en 15 km, 1h06m56s en 20 km y 1h10m30s en medio maratón). Lo hizo recién con su tercera participación en esta distancia, con una gran madurez para encarar su preparación y con toda la confianza que le dan estos resultados. Mentalidad ganadora y, a la vez, un espíritu de optimismo que contagia a toda la comunidad atlética: Florencia Borelli es una animadora para todos los corredores en cada una de sus presentaciones. Enak ya jadi si A mah udah lulus langsung kerja, gak kaya aku....

Enak ya jadi si B udah S1 bisa langsung lanjut S2 dgn mudah gitu, hmm....

Enak ya jadi si C mah udah lulus langsung nikah, lah aku?????

Enak ya jadi si D mah baru nikah udah hamil lagi, kok aku....

Enak ya jadi si E, mulus banget dah idupnya tuh. Lempeng aja gitu.

Enak ya jadi situ, bisanya komen mulu muehehe..

Bukan hal langka rasanya jika di keseharian kita yang semakin dewasa ini dibumbui oleh pernyataan seperti diatas. Apalagi di era yang apa-apa langsung upload, tentu itu semakin memudahkan iri pada siapapun yang melihatnya. It's real! Fact!

Dan tentu, kita pelakunya. Entah sebagai pembagi momen atau penerima momen. Right?

Saking banyaknya melihat perkembangan hidup orang lain, sampai lupa bahwa kita pun sama, sedang hidup. Hahaha.

Kita lupa atas segala capaian yang Allah beri dengan sedikit uji, letih, atau payah.

Tahukah kamu?

Saat kamu berfikir ingin ada di posisi yang sama seperti si A, sebenarnya ada si HIJKLMNOP.... yang ingin berada di posisimu.

Saat kamu mendapati dirimu tak sesuai keinginan, sebaliknya orang lain melihatmu begitu sempurna atas pencapaian.

Seolah semua yang ada di media sosial itu keren, kecuali saya. Haha.

Makanan yang terlihat olehmu enak, belum tentu pas di lidah. Misalnya saya nih lihat orang makan durian tuh bawaannya kok enak, pas dicoba LUARBIASA rasanya enek. Sorry banget ini mah.

Ya sama dengan apa yang kamu dapatkan saat ini. Melihat orang lain kerja kantoran di perusahaan terkenal dengan gaji yang WOW pasti membuat kita sedikit iri. Yakin sedikit? Banyak sih kayanya.

Mungkin kita yang masih lalu lalang dengan membandingkan harus lebih tepat perbandingannya. Digeser coba otaknya (hahaha canda), dari nasib orang lain yang menurutmu 'enak' ke nasib orang lain yang menurutmu 'belum enak'.

Dan perlu kamu garis bawahi, kalau perlu di CAPSLOCK.

Apa yang kamu lihat pada kehidupan orang lain itu sebatas penglihatan. Kamu tidak tahu bagaimana perasaannya, jungkir baliknya, susah, senang, sedih dan proses lainnya. Kita hanya berkenalan dengan HASILNYA, tanpa tahu detail PROSESNYA.

Jadi, tak perlu bilang again and again: Enak ya jadi dia mah, iya sih da dia mah blablabla... Mulus kek perosotan TK.

Yakaaaali.

Anak kecil mau naik perosotan TK saja harus menaiki tangganya dengan hati-hati dan takut diawal dulu, barulah ia tahu sensasi perosotan seperti apa. Nggak ada yang mulus seperti apa katamu tadi. Kurangi mengomentari orang lain dan keinginanmu untuk ingin sama dengannya.

Kita itu unik. Unik itu kita. Seperti yang saya bahas di Tak Perlu Sama.

So, bersyukur atas apapun yang kita raih saat ini ya. Dalam hal apapun, yakinlah kita itu unik. Dari situ kita bisa belajar 'be greatful for what you have'.

Bersyukur itu tak perlu menunggu kaya. Kita bisa melakukannya dengan sederhana. Apapun yang Allah beri, syukuri. Dimanapun Allah tempatkan, syukuri. Siapapun disekeliling kita, syukuri. Kapanpun Allah kasih, syukuri. Kenapa jalannya begini, syukuri. Bagaimanapun ujiannya, syukuri.

Jadi kalau ada orang lain mewawancarai kehidupan kita dengan 5W+1H nya, kita bisa jawab dengan santai, tenang, stay cool.
