Also his voicelines towards each Disney Villain points out to his "potential overblot form(the phantom from the Prologue)" like "I'm growing out my mane like the King of the Beast!", "I want to have the Sorcerer of the Sands' staff!", and "I want to be as big as the Thorn Fairy's dragon form!" all of those traits that he wants to be are present in that phantom!!!💥(Grim noooo)

I hope next year we'll be given Grim vignette🙏🙏🙏 its probably not given right now because any lore about Grim might spoil whatever they're cooking🥲🥲

maybe the theory that "Malleus will end up at Ramshackle because he'll lose his dorm's spirit(nobility and elegance) since he overblotted" is true.... you know,,, bcs Diasomnia is the most privileged dorm you can be sorted in (they have special dishes at the nrc cafeteria iirc) and Ramshackle is obviously the most unfortunate one 😂😂 pspsps malleus if u get dethroned by being the king of the abyss Ramshackle will always be your sanctuary!!

My English professors are so lucky I wasn't in school when I saw Sonic 2 or I woulda immediately forced them to read an essay analyzing the inherently imperialistic mindset of the owls taking an extremely valuable resource (the Master Emerald) from a foreign nation (the Native-coded echidna) because they believed they knew better how to handle that resource than it's foreign owners (and what it says about current cultural views that the audience is clearly expected to see the owls as the good guys despite this)

#can you tell one of my favorite classes was imperial and post-imperial era literature #this is not an invitation to discourse btw #i'm just sayin I 100% would've subjected a college professor to my thoughts on Sonic film lore #and then I woulda written a second essay #analyzing how the way modern media portrays native and native-coded people has changed so much in the past few decades #and that this is likely the reason why the movie echidna aren't written as greedy conquerors like the old game lore has them

The 100 Favorite Movies Challege

As a huge movie buff, I thought I'd try something fun on here. I have decided to launch a new internet challenge: "The 100 Favorite Movies Challenge". The rules are pretty simple and straight forward. You create a list of 100 of your personal favorite movies in alphabetical order, post the list on your home page, then nominate other people/users of your choosing to do the challenge.

There is no limit to what movies can be included on your list. Films within any medium (live action or animated), genre, and decade are more than welcome. Whether it's longtime favorites you were introduced to when you were younger, favorites that you've picked up over the years, or recent discoveries or releases that quickly became your favorites, anything and everything is on the table here.

I'll start off by sharing my list. To be clear, I have way more than 100 favorite movies, but to have the number be anything past that may be a bit much for some people. “Your spark isn’t your soul’s purpose.”

Is life really all about finding our purpose? When we’re kids, we’re taught to dream big, discover our passion and hence, ourselves. But when we don’t find that thing we want to do for the “rest of our lives”, we can feel like a failure.

Soul is a journey of this unborn soul called 22 who doesn’t want to live. But by chance, she’s able to travel to Earth and experience life. She wasn’t fascinated by the “purposes” we think like playing music, teaching or barbering. Instead, she enjoyed eating, walking and feeling a cool breeze.

A spark is not a life-defining purpose. It’s simply the little moments that make us happy we’re alive. 22 never needed to find her purpose to live because it’s living itself that is the purpose.
