Honestly, I watched the ep with emma and seeing Draken cry like that hurt me soooo bad. So I'm gonna write some sweet cutesy stuff abt Draken being sooo in love with his pretty gf. And Her taking care of him bc he deserves it.

I always think it's so cute that they call eachother's gf's in Toman their 'wifey' omg
Draken is def 100% calling you his wife all the time. Some of the members of Toman even call you by his last name just to mess with you. It's become such a routine joke that it's just become standard. Yall are together 24/7 anyways, might as well get used to it.
On the topic of that. He will never ever call you out of your name. Not unless it's a petname or something like that. He thinks guys who call women out their name should be jumped. He won't let any other guy get away with calling you out of your name either.
He's super protective of you. He prefers to keep you in his line of sight when you guys are out with gang members just because he knows there are other gangs who play dirty who can attack at any time. He knows other members of Toman will protect you, but nobody can protect you like he can protect you. He's definitely the type to drape his jacket over your shoulders. Not only does he think it's cute, but it also lets anyone know that you are his.
He's an arm around the shoulders kinda guy. For some reason, holding hands in public gets him a little flustered, but he'll totally put his arm around your shoulders and pull you close.
He tries his best not to let you know when things are getting to him, but you've been around him long enough to notice what it means when he gets quiet, or when he's clenching his jaw more than normal. Please, please, please take care of him. He appreciates it more than he lets on. Especially when you let him sleep in your cute room. He likes to tease you about you unfathomable amount of plushies and pink items, but it's genuinely the most comfortable place he could ever be. He gets the best sleep of his life there, and you think it's so cute. Literally this tiktok .
Sometimes, guys literally just need to be held by their girlfriends. Of course, he isn't the type to ask though. You might notice he'll be a little more touchy, but he's more silent. However, if you join him in your bed and wrap your arms around him, you just might hear him huff a huge sigh before wrapping his arms around you. You're home to him. Play with his hair and watch all the stress and tension melt from his shoulders.
On really bad days, for example when Pah or Kazutora went to jail, he will seek you out and just pull you into a hug, resting his chin on your head. He'll mumble something simple like
"Just needed to hold you."
Otherwise, he's really content with being the big spoon when you cuddle. He's a big fan of rubbing your back when you cuddle. He's also the type to latch onto you when you're cooking, wrapping his arms around your waist and resting his chin on your shoulder while you cook and just resting his eyes. There's just something about you that brings him peace.
He's also the type that gets SO embarrassed when he gets caught staring at you. His friends tease him about it all the time, but he can't help it when you're just being...you. He gets a soft smile on his face and he drifts off in his own little world. If he's feeling bold, he just may walk over to place a kiss to your temple, or wrap his arms around you.
Draken is also a very perceptive man. He absolutely will notice if you got your nails or lashes done. Even if you so much as try dressing a new style, expect some kind of attention drawn to it. He'll grab your hand and admire the new set, or tilt your chin up to look at your eyes and compliment your lashes, or even stepping back to admire your outfit.
As we all know, tokyo rev boys are literally ALWAYS OUT. Which means they often pass shops and things. Occasionally, he might buy a sanrio plushie or cute keychain or trinket to give to you later on. He's very familiar with your obsession with cute things after listening to all your rants.
He's an old-fashion gentleman as always. Opening doors for you, walking so that you are on the inside part of the sidewalk, always making sure you're seated and not him in an area crowded with limited seats, holding the umbrella for you both ect. If he has one helmet and you're riding with him, he's 100% making sure you're wearing his helmet. He thinks you look cute in it anyways.
If you have any younger siblings, he definitely tries to show off just a little. He likes being seen as cool and stuff, and its kind of cute watching him lift heavy stuff or show off his bike to impress them.
HE LEARNED HOW TO DO YOUR HAIR. He watches you do it, and watches youtube videos. He knows the specific products for your specific hairtype, and if you ever need or want help in any part of your hair process, he'll help you. He's so damn good at detangling, even if you're tenderheaded.
He takes your problems seriously. He thinks guys who brush their girlfriend's problems off as insignificant are assholes. He's genuinely there for you always. While he may tease you a little if its not something that causes you a lot of distress, and may add some jokes about 'just beating them up' here and there, he always has really good insight on what to say. You can have deep conversations with him and he likes that about you. He's always in awe of how you can think of things he's never thought of.
Overall, he's such a caring boyfriend. At least he tries to be. He's easily flustered and tries to play some things off as cool, but that man will genuinely move mountains for you. His relationship with you is a comfortable one, thats heavy on you both checking in on eachother and making sure you're ok. Even though he's not the gentlest person ever, he tries his hardest for you.

like, you left jason love letters taped to his cabin door, pretending to be a secret admirer
jason was a blushing flustered mess every time he found one
and then, one evening, he was spending it inside his cabin reading when he heard footsteps approach the door.
it piqued his interest causing him to walk towards the door and wait for a moment.
then a slip of paper slid under the door of his cabin, the now familiar pink glitter gel pen handwriting being a welcome sight
without a second to lose, he whipped the door open to reveal you, crouching down near the door of his cabin
it took you a second to register what happened before you swallowed thickly, raising your hand slightly and waving it

Walk in The Gardens
Summary: Odin arranged you to marry Loki, and you're ready to just get it over with. But what if there was something real between you two?

Notes: this request is so cutesy i love it!
You didn't know what to expect when Odin chose you as his son's wife. You were taken to the palace by some royal guards where Frigga met you once you arrived. She was very welcoming and helped prepare you to meet your soon-to-be husband. She chose the perfect dress for you, helped you with your hair and asked you questions about yourself as she got you ready. It was nice, but you just wanted to get the whole marriage over with.
You heard of tales about arranged marriages how the husband and wife at most were friends, but some marriages weren't as simple as that. You didn't want to jump to any conclusions since you hadn't met the prince before, but you were hoping you two could get along enough to stand a marriage.
From what you had heard, Loki was a trickster and lived in his brother's shadow most of the time. He kept to himself, wandering the gardens or reading in the library instead of partying with Thor and his friends. You could respect Loki for that, you'd choose alone time over a party any day. Frigga talked highly about her son, making you feel a bit hopeful for this marriage.

Frigga led you to the throne room where Odin and Loki were waiting for you. You fiddled with the flowing sleeves of your dress as Frigga opened the door for you. You could feel Odin staring you down as he sat on his thrown, but beside him was Loki. You glanced at the prince and you could tell he was as nervous as you.
You reached the throne, bowing in front of Odin. "Thank you for choosing me, All-Father," you said, still a bit shaky even if you had rehearsed a thousand times in your head.
"Yes, well, my son needs to be wed," Odin replied, his tone uncaring.
He gestured for Loki to go to you. Loki did so and you bowed for him. When you straightened back up, he gently took your hand and pressed a soft kiss to the back of your knuckles, your face warming at the act.
"I-it's a pleasure to meet you, Loki," you said quietly.
"The pleasure is all mine," he replied, smiling at you. "Would you like to take a walk in the gardens? They're beautiful during the sunset."
"That sounds lovely."
You looped your arm around his and he led you to the gardens.

He was right, the gardens were beautiful as the sunset. You two kept a slow pace, enjoying the gorgeous flora around you and each other's presence. You two had asked each other the typical questions, about childhood, family, things like that. You found yourself quickly warming up to him and maybe even falling for him. It was hard not to.
You came to a stop when you saw a balcony looking over the land behind the palace. You quickly walked over and stood by the railing, admiring everything as the sun slipped behind the horizon. Loki walked up and stood next to you, and you could feel his eyes on you. You looked over to face him, a small smile pulling at your lips.
"Why are you looking at me?" You asked softly, tilting your head to the side.
Loki blushed and glanced away. "Um, no reason."
You giggled. "I'm surprised Odin had to arrange your marriage. I thought women and men were tripping over themselves to have the chance."
This time, Loki laughed. "I wish it was that way, but no. I don't really...interact with anyone outside of my family and Thor's friends. I prefer to spend my time in the library or out here."
"Well, if you'd let me, I would love to join you," you said.
"I would...enjoy that," he replied, looking back at you.
You felt yourself start to lean closer to him, and him do the same. Your eyes dipped to his lips then back to his eyes. Loki closed the gap between you two and pressed his lips to yours. You melted into the kiss and his touch when he wrapped his arms around your waist. You wrapped your arms around his neck, pulling him closer. His kiss was softer than you expected, and sweeter, too. You didn't want it to end, but when you two pulled away, you could tell many more were to come.
You leaned your forehead against his, a smile on both of your faces.
"I think I'd choose you even with out this whole, uh, arrangement," you said, causing the two of you to breathlessly laugh.
"I'd choose you, too, darling."

I'm not sure if I'm an INFP or an ISFJ, but most of the time I go for INFP because that's the first result I got. Personality wise, I'm very, VERY shy at first. I don't really talk unless I'm asked something or if I'm with someone I consider my friend or at least I feel safe around. I'm not asocial, just terrified of either making a fool out of myself or making the wrong choice of words and be judged. I am soft-spoken and people sometimes say my voice is cute? I'm also asked many times to raise my voice. I don't like harsh words; I mean, no one does, but I'm particularly sensitive and the slightest hint of annoyance or anger makes me want to cry. I guess it goes without saying that I'm easely intimidated ;; I always do my best to help as much as I can, but I have trouble setting my boundries and sometimes people take me for granted. I can be lazy, but ironically enough, I am very hard working. Even if it's hard for me to do something when I don't feel like it, I push myself in order to get the task or tasks done. I hate leaving things undone because I get stressed easely
As for my appearance, I'm kinda short (150cm/4'11ft) and a bit chubby. I have long hair that I rarely tie up because I'm very insecure about my face. I'm often told that I have this "innocent"/soft facial features that make me look approachable. Once someone told me my face matches my personality because one can tell right away that I'm shy at first glance. I always wear dresses or skirts and my style is overall cottagecorey/cutesy. I often wear pastel colors
I don't consider myself particularly interesting. I'm a "go with the flow" kind of woman, but I'm working on voicing my wants and needs and learning to think about myself too. I enjoy many things and I'm up for almost any activity. Just don't expect me to enjoy loud parties or drinking ^^' I'd rather go to a quiet PUB, on a walk, or have a party with friends only. I'm very physically affectionate and a huge romantic; I always daydream about meeting the one, haha

speculating what the s8 islanders will look like as an excuse to draw lol idk why im not going in order here's the sports physiologist
ok so obviously my art style is a bit simpler than the game's and I didn't take a ton of time to render it but I think the elements are there and here's my reasoning (warning this is long lol)
the disclaimer is I read the application once and then started drawing so I think in my head I got it confused and thought this was gonna be the Bobby/Rafael cutesy fun guy of the season and rereading it now I realize I am wrong, but I still stand by certain choices.
Sports physio/cycling thing was a big thing for this. I think he shouldn't have very defined abs but the game will draw him like that. Cyclers tend to have skinnier torsos but bigger thighs/legs and I didn't draw the legs bc I'm lazy but know that in my head, he's got thick thighs. I didn't draw him with like a huge chest or arms also because of that, but because it's still LITG, he does have some definition on his arms, just not a lot. I really think I could see this guy working in sports physio.
And because he takes care of people for a living and is the "big romantic," I think he needs to look very charming, to a point where he's almost disarming. (This is where I got it in my head that he's the Bobby/Raf of the group bc lover boy vibes. Personality wise he feels like Rohan imo who is similar). Therefore I drew a lot of his features as very soft (softer jawline, fleshier nose) but also just big round eyes to draw you in. I looked at Tyrique from love island season 10 for a bit of inspo because I think he's got such a pretty face but still is pretty masculine, and he has big round eyes so that's why I did that.
I also decided on curly hair, in part because of my confusion with Bobby/Rafael, but also I think it adds to the charm because it's clearly styled but tries to look effortless. I used a younger picture of Dev Patel for it. That's also why he has a little bit of facial hair to help age him up but also works with the aesthetic I was going for. The piercings are fully a self indulgent add-in, I just it's attractive.
Ok so this is where it gets confusing because I did intially draw some sharper features on him and had a different color palette for his skin and hair. I was imagining him as "spicy white" just because Bobby and Raf are mixed so they would change it up just slightly for this guy. I think nothing that's too contrasting to make him look brooding like Joyo. So initially this was definitively a tanned white guy with curly reddish brown hair, some facial hair, and a defined nose, and then I was like this is really close to Rocco. So I changed some features and some colors and here we are now at ethnically ambiguous? I'm not gonna think too hard about the ethnicity of this character because this is fake and it's fusebox's problem when they release the real character.
Looking back, if I redrew the character, I'd go for full or half South Asian just because I did use dev patel as a hair reference. But also maybe just hopeful because aside from Angie, the other South Asian rep in recent memory I can think of is Marshall (messy), Ozzy (messier), and Suresh (messiest), so I just think we should get a cute one. (also Priya, Rohan, and Arjun who aren't nearly as bad but only one of those is a LI and they're sort of dead right now so)
anyway overall the process of drawing him was kind of a mess because I had confused some things in my head and like I said, was accidentally drawing Rocco (underrated design btw) but this was the first one I did and I don't think I'm right, this is just a fun little activity for me and he's the first one I drew so I wasn't very sure about a lot of things.
so if you read this far congrats for getting though my ramblings. The next ones I'm doing aren't nearly as complicated 😂😂

Jacket!!!! Ye olde varsity I got at the very beginning of my transition thinking "Oh fuck yes I am going to pass so hard in this" and. Well. It never worked I just have never passed a day in my life I don't think 😔 Eventually it just became a beloved test subject and has since gone through a bit of a transition itself LMFAOO
Some Notes:
> A lot of the decorations are taken from old backpacks I loved dearly that got absolutely fucking destroyed by the weight of all the shit I'd lug around in highschool LMFAO (sketchbook, diary, all kinds of notebooks...). Never had the heart to get rid of them. Specifically: The pink zippers, the holographic pockets, the glow in the dark stars, and the holo angel wings!
> The pink/blue checkers are from a small decorative quilt I thrifted years ago, I wouldn't be surprised if it was handmade (it's super soft material, btw! Important LMAO). I only took out one line of squares, I plan on stitching the rest of it back together (haven't done it yet though LMFAO). The reason for this was to upsize the jacket, so I can button it without it clinging. The pockets were added for funsies ESP cause it lined up very well and aren't really practical LMFAO (BUT YOU CAN PUT THINGS IN THEM! If you want!! 🎉🎉🎉)
> The patches (esp the name/pronouns one) were the first additions actually. Eventually more and more things were added, but I will say all the pins on the opposite side of the patches were haphazardly placed for a concert I VERY BADLY wanted to look good for LMFAOO (that's when the stars were added too! Fighting for my life on the car ride over speedrunning sewing and trying not to throw up about it AHAKHSKSHDK)

This jacket was my first plunge into customization and punk fashion, I didn't have a plan and still don't have one (and I think it kind of shows lmfao). I do worry that it's too soft and cutesy. Kind of the whole point for me, when it came to leaning heavy into punk, was to feel sharper, like I had some bite to me. I might be getting closer, but I think I'm still just kind of a silly guy LMAO. But, I do think in a way, esp as my first project, it represents me well -- where I started, what I loved before the beginning, what I tried desperately to be, what I still wish for, reuniting with the things I loved and embracing them in a brand new context. It's still an ongoing project too! So maybe as I keep growing, it'll grow alongside me, maybe finding that grit I've been striving for along the way.

so i saw a tiktok where someone was talking about fandom colors and their video was mostly reflecting on 3rd gen, but they made a comment that they weren't sure if fandom colors were a thing for 4th gen anymore. and i was kind of like huh, now that i think about it, idk if i've heard of 4th gen groups having fandom colors either, so i went to kprofiles about it
and i just clicked on the profiles of a few bg's and gg's each so it's not like i can speak in absolutes here, but i did look at all of what i consider the top/most active groups bc i felt like they would be a good representation of the trends of 4th gen. and interestingly, none of the boygroups i looked at had fandom colors listed, while most of the girl groups i looked at did
and maybe i'm analyzing it too much, but i always felt like fandom colors played a big role in defining a group's brand and identity. because if you look at some of the most popular 3rd gen groups and their fandom colors we have (forgive me that i'm not going to get the exact color names right, i know they have specific names, but part of the point i'm trying to drive home is that these colors are recognizable even by non-fans):
nct with a neon green. gives of modern, experimental vibes, which also describes their music perfectly. just like their music, it's out there, it's loud, not everyone likes it, but for those that do, it's super fun. none of this is an insult, it's perfect marketing for them imo
twice with peach and pink. it's very girly and fun, again, like their music. it's not a hot pink that might be associated with more sexy concepts, it's softer, which fits the cutesy-ness of their music
seventeen with rose quartz & serenity. also pretty soft and cutesy, again, it fits their early concept of boyish and bright songs
blackpink with, well, black and pink (not sure if this is technically official, but like, c'mon). pink, again, very heavily associated with girliness/femininity, while the black brings some edginess to it, which also perfectly fits their brand
and like, i know some of the explanations i'm giving may sound stereotypical (pink is a girl color, etc.), but like it or not, as a society, we do associate certain things with certain colors, and that's the reason these color choices can work so well for branding. (and i'm not saying those expectations can't or shouldn't be subverted, just that, when it come to things like gg's and the color pink, we know it's not a coincidence)
but anyway, going back to my point of fandom colors helping to define a group's brand/identity. i wonder if the reason 4th gen boy groups don't seem to have fandom colors is because they don't have as set of a brand or concept as it were? and i want to disclaim that i don't say this to be like "4th gen bg's bad :(" bc personally i enjoy a good number of 4th gen bg songs, and i do think 4th gen bg's are worthy of having fans. anything that may sound like criticism is more directed at general trends and how companies are choosing to market their groups. but i'm also going to avoid listing specific groups so no one feels like they're being attacked lol
(also want to disclaim that i'm talking purely about title tracks here, i think in general bsides are inherently less important to overall branding and allow for more exploration so i'm not taking that into consideration)
honestly i can think of a few 4th gen bg's that have a very distinct and consistent sound, and those few also didn't have fandom colors listed, so maybe this argument doesn't hold water. but i feel like i've run into a lot of 4th gen bg's that completely change their sound every comeback. and i don't think this is inherently a bad thing, but i do think it is harder to, from a marketing standpoint, acquire a lot of casual listeners. you might get them interested in one song, but if they don't get that same sound they like for the next song, and they're not invested in the members, what's to keep them interested? but they can still keep afloat if they have enough dedicated stans that will listen to whatever the group puts out
so you end up with a bunch of groups that have no solid identity in terms of like, a distinct, recognizable sound or visual brand. and i think, ironically, this is why for the casual listener, a lot of 4th gen bg's can start to run together, which is why you get a lot of people complaining that "all 4th gen bg's sound the same". which is obviously subjective and not something everyone agrees with, but i think it does stem from more than just 2nd and 3rd gen stans not liking change. i genuinely think there's been a big marketing failure when it comes to 4th gen bg's
the reason i don't think this has been an issue for 4th gen gg's comes down to their audience compared to bg's. it's pretty much always been the case that gg's tend to be more popular with the general public and casual listeners, while bg's tend to have bigger and more dedicated fanbases than gg's (again, tendency, i'm not saying there aren't any dedicated gg stans or that bg's are never popular with the general public). because of this, bg's have always had more freedom to experiment with their music and their concepts, because they have dedicated fanbases that will support whatever they put out, even if they don't really like it. and, of course, because everything gg's do is seen under the lens of misogyny, and in general get harsher criticism than bg's do. so gg's on the whole kind of have to stick to a set brand and not experiment too much (or at all) in order to be successful
again, none of this is meant to criticize 4th gen bg's as a whole, and definitely not meant to criticize individual groups or their fans. ultimately there are a lot of people that stan these groups and enjoy their music, and as long as people are having fun, then it's fine. but i do think it's interesting to look at how the marketing trends have changed and how it might contribute to some of the criticisms we see of 4th gen bg's in particular. and obv i don't know everything that goes on in the kpop industry, so maybe i'm missing something obvious, but these are just some thoughts i had that i wanted to share :')

- There's nothing really soft about Tank, except for maybe his brains but that's something we'll talk about another day. But then you come in, and he swears his entire world just gets a tiny bit brighter.
- He's fine admitting he has a soft spot for you, it's not something that can be held against him in any capacity because he'll shout it from the top of his lungs.
- He ADORES you. Your insight, your personality, your looks, everything about you is so, so special to him. He has a hard time putting it into words but you'll know, because through every kiss you can feel his complete and utter fascination with you.
- He's honestly tired of his crew's combined cynicism, so you would have immediately caught his interest when you first joined them on their "adventure."
- Tank is not above throwing hands with the crew if they overstep boundaries with you. He's a little possessive and you're the first good thing that's happened to him in a while, so there's no way in hell he's letting you go.
- He knows you're strong. It's another thing he loves about you. (Dempsey loves the type of woman that could kick his ass tbh. Fuck what canon says.) But that won't stop him from being a bit protective. If you do some type of awesome stunt, he won't hesitate to complement you on the "badassery", but don't miss the way he mutters under his breath that he wishes you'd be a bit more careful.
- You're the only one in the crew who can always make him laugh. ALWAYS. Even if something you do or say is particularly stupid and Tank rolls his eyes, he still chuckles under his breath. If you bring it up, he may just say "whatever" but you'll never fail to see the way his eyes light up at your shenanigans.
- He will also join you on said shenanigans.
- If anyone in the crew says something even slightly negative about you, don't be surprised when they come crawling to you apologizing with a black eye and perhaps even a couple broken bones. Scold Dempsey all you want, he'll just lazily smirk at you and say something about how he's just defending his lady's honor.
- He'd call you "my girl" all the time honestly. Just imagine you get some sick ass headshot and you hear Dempsey from behind you say "that's my girl" with that nice fucking voice of his. I'd faint.

jungwon -> uhh okay for some reason i remember being able to pick him out sometimes by his eyebrows sksjsks 😭✋🏻 don't ask why. so yeah, he was eyebrow boy for a while aND HIS DIMPLES TOO !! i loved them, in such a sucker for cute dimples on cute boys :c i've now adopted him and he is 1/2 of my sons, the other being park jisung ofc 😌

Jumin:
In Jumin’s eyes, there was no one else on this earth as beautiful and ideal as you.
To him, you were all he ever dreamt of, and you were his and it was so wonderful.
But Jumin is observant, and so he noticed your lack of self-esteem rather early into your relationship.
The way you’d make small comments about yourself, the way you’d seem to stare at yourself in your reflections…it was so obvious and he hated it with a passion.

If you are self conscious about weight, he will touch your problem-areas lovingly, and will pay extra attention to them while making love.
Jumin will also totally get clothes tailored to your size, be you tiny or plus sized.
If someone is rude to you and says anything bad to you, he would be absolutely furious internally, and would have that person regret trying to make you feel bad, usually he’d just coldly roast them publically, but if they’re someone who makes you feel like entire horseshit he will definitely make sure that they end up getting fired from their job/in some sort of legal trouble by pulling some strings.
Yoosung:
He loves you immensely, this is just a fact.
So when he realises you dislike you, he’s so upset and distraught.
How could you possibly be insecure..? Well, he sometimes feels insecure too, but you were literally perfection so how on this Earth could you not love yourself?
He likely didn’t notice it as quickly as Jumin would, but because he himself has insecure tendencies, Yoosung would still realise your lack of self-security relatively quickly.
He would try and take this seriously, and would sit you down and try to explain his concerns to you, explaining how much he loves you and how it hurts him when you say something bad about yourself.
From then on, he would encourage you to compliment yourself instead of putting yourself down.
Jaehee:
Jaehee understands insecurity, though not on the same scale as you do.
She’s a busy woman, but she loves you, so it may take her a while to even realise your insecurities but she eventually will.
Once she notices your vibrant insecurities, she becomes deeply concerned and turns on MumMode(™)
She would glare and probably shout if someone insults you, standing up for you because dammit, you’re beautiful and lovely and if other people were too blind to see it they didn’t deserve to have you in their lives.
She’d spend more time with you to ease any insecurities regarding her or your relationship with her.
Zen:
He hated the idea of you disliking yourself and being insecure, because you were literal perfection to him; flaws and all.
Most likely than not, his fans would tend to attack you and your appearance, and he really loathed when some of them said things bad about you.
Seeing you so upset over such rude comments broke Zen a little inside.
Eventually he would send out an official tweet, declaring that anyone who insults you isn’t a true fan, because if they really supported Zen and his career and life they would accept you, and if the hate on you doesn’t stop, he will quit.
It was a gamble, but if giving up his dream would be the thing he had to do for you, he would do it.
Thankfully, the tweet did the job and the hate on you stopped, but the damage was already done.
So he would spend time assuring you of how lovely and beautiful you were.
Saeyoung/Seven/707
Saeyoung knows well how it feels to be insecure and unsure of yourself, and he would notice it almost immediately from the way you looked at yourself in the mirror.
Tries to act like he doesn’t realise it, but he would subtly try to assure you in soft, cutesy ways.
If your insecurities get really bad, he’d probably sit you down and make an attempt to be fully serious as he explains his concerns regarding your insecurities and may well suggest (or maybe even plead) for you to agree to get some counselling, as he softly holds you and assures you that you’re his ideal lover, etc.
If he finds out someone else is feeding your insecurities, he will make sure that person is REALLY fucking sorry. Hacks their social medias, and basically screws their lives the fuck over.
V:
V understands very well what it feels like to be insecure and uncertain of yourself, physically and mentally.
So he notices your lack of confidence in yourself rather quickly, and it bothers Jihyun so deeply.
Would suggest counselling and therapy right away, mainly because he himself is trying to get help for his own mental struggles.
He would leave cute love notes for you around the house, you’d find them all over the strangest places! They’d remind you he loves you, thinks you’re absolutely stunning, etc.
Photographs of you EVERYWHERE!!! He’d take SO many pictures and happily display them to show his utter admiration of you; you’re his one and only muse, after all.

i love love love how you write neil and andrew, they are literally so in character it hurts... i'm writing a fanfic for the big bang but i have no idea how to write them, thank god they're mostly background characters. do you have any tips tho??
aw thank you so much! i know i write them a little bit softer than they actually are, but that’s a deliberate choice i made (…after election day hahahahahahahaha) bc i’m a wuss and i just want everyone to be happy lol. in my big bang fic they are like anti-soft. it’s bleak.
full disclaimer, this is all my personal reading of andrew & neil and a lot of people write them differently depending on personal taste and interpretation (i highly recommend @ravenvsfox for what i think is one of the truest-to-the-books portrayals of andrew i’ve seen! also @badacts writes an AMAZING neil)
that said here is my advice (this got long so it’s under a cut):
it’s important to keep what motivates them in the back of your head anytime you write them and also what they THINK motivates them.
i wrote about this a bit months ago when i was planning my quidditch fic, but: neil thinks he’s motivated by a need to survive, when in reality he’s motivated by some (potentially universalize-able but we won’t get into that here) desire to find a home & have a family
andrew is a little bit more abstract bc he’s motivated by his promises but also (as we see when kevin tells neil the best way to manipulate someone is to know what they want) the idea of having something to motivate him—which kevin thinks will be exy, but which imo seems to end up being neil/the potential for a healthy relationship/his own recovery
the other thing is to just try and figure out their speech patterns, which i know is kind of hard bc half the characters of this book talk like they work for dr. drakken from kim possible or like the human personifications of /r/i’m14andthisisdeep (which is hilarious bc the other half talk like normal chill young adults)
except when talking to andrew, neil is rarely sarcastic and doesn’t tell many jokes. he also doesn’t react to others’ jokes/sarcasm, just takes their words at face value. i imagine this changes as he gets older and adjusts to having people he cares about & who care about him around him all the time (because he does soften by the end)
andrew on meds never shuts up and you really just can’t get a straight answer out of him. he does cutesy sing-song jokey things like a little kid in a horror movie. tells lots of jokes, talks like a b-movie bad guy.
andrew off meds literally does not talk to anyone other than neil unless it’s to threaten them. i feel like i took this for granted my first read-through of the books, but it’s really obvious afterward.
and when he talks to neil, it’s all life or death stuff & very straightforward even if he sometimes lies by omission. he talks like hemingway, all very bare minimum, no floweriness, gets straight to the point. if you know me, you know i like to write characters who can’t get a full sentence out of their mouths without an en-dash or another character or another thought interrupting them. andrew doesn’t do that. he spits out full sentences that are full thoughts that are unembellished and no one ever interrupts him.
finally, and this might not be relevant to your fic but because i’m an anxious person it’s always relevant in mine, there’s the different ways their anxiety manifests!
neil’s are obvious because we’re in his head—restlessness (running), constantly checking his roots earlier in the books when his hair is still dyed, counting in every language he knows to calm himself
andrew’s are less obvious because it’s not always apparent to us that it’s anxiety—checking his own pulse might be one, smoking, obviously hitting things (that time he punches the wall after higgins shows up, the time he puts his fist through a window after riko pops up at kathy’s show, sparring with renee, etc), sitting on the roof because his fear of heights makes him feel … normal maybe isn’t the right word, but it’s the first one that comes to mind
anyway i hope this helps! like i said this is just stuff i keep in mind when writing and editing andreil, especially the stuff about the way they talk because it’s so unnatural for me to write that way. if not, feel free to ask me more questions and i will answer them!
