YOU ARE NOT A WANNAREXIC IF YOU EAT OVER YOUR CALORIE LIMIT. A wannarexic is someone who pretends to be anorexic for attention and then go back to eating normally no problem. A wannarexic is someone who only doesn't eat around others for attention and doesn't care about calories or fat. A wannarexic is someone who only pretends to be anorexic to get sympathy.
If you aren't any of those things then you aren't a wannarexic. Anorexia is a mental illness, and it's okay if you binge because that's how your body works. Please, babies, you aren't wannarexic because chances are everyone reading this post is actually anorexic. Send love to others who think they are wannarexic for binging.
My favorite quote is "If you're doing it in private with no one watching then you aren't faking." All of us count calories when no one is watching, you aren't faking. I love you, and if I can love you then you can love yourself.

27th: 300 cal
28th: 1,200 cal (meta day)
29th: 200 cal
30th: liquid fast (250 cal)

Rules:
54oz water a day (at least 27oz)
5k steps a day (at least 2.5k)
proper weigh-ins every other day
burn at least half the cals ate off
chew at least 20 times between bites
one glass of cold water before and one glass of warm water after everything eaten
at least 6h sleep
at least 16h between meals
stair stepper 30 minutes every weekday home
additional 20 minutes of workout every weekday
10 squats or sit-ups whenever in bathroom at sisters apartment
no sugar (natural ex. the one in fruit, don't count)
multi vitamin and fish oil with first meal and iron pill at 8pm everyday
take perscribed meds normally
no fast food (only get water or diet pop when with friends/family)
1 cup either turmeric or green tea with cinnamon, mint, and honey every day
take lax a max of twice a week (unless it's miralax)
pvrge no more than once a week
if a fast is broken early, finish the remaining time within the month
if drinking on the weekend, burn the total amount of cals before drinking again
post/reblog th!nsp0 + m3alsp0 each at least once a day
burn off extra cals or add to timer based on cals left
burn off all binge cals within 24h or add to timer based on total cals binged
1-50 = 1h = 1,000-1,099
51-100 = 2h = 1,100-1,199
101-150 = 3h = 1,200-1,299
151-200 = 4h = 1,300-1,399
201-250 = 5h = 1,400-1,499
251-300 = 6h = 1,500+
overeat = total cals over limit
binge = eat that many cals in 1-3h
"add to timer" = fasting timer that starts midnight on the first day of next month
