Biology Headcanons

They still have their original turtle eyes! We just cant see them because the art style lol

They're (canonically?) warm blooded

Reptiles take a lot longer to heal than mammals, which is a trait that carried over after the mutation. When they were little they would get a lot of infections (its hard wrangling 4 children under ten, Splinter had a hard time keeping every single cut clean). They own a lot of bandages (specifically fun cartoon band aids) because they have to wear them for much longer periods.

They! Make! Turtle! Sounds! And they picked up some rat sounds from Splinter! Splinter knows what all the turtle sounds mean, but never makes any himself. The first time April heard the turtle sounds she demanded they teach her. She cant make them exactly so she'll make a similar enough sound and they'll joke that she's just got a thick accent

Like most reptiles they will continue to grow throughout their lives! Thats why future!Leo was so big

They've eaten plenty of questionable things growing up. And still will if bribed with enough money. One of the reasons they love Run of the Mill so much is they serve Yokai food aka food with some gross stuff (ex. that pizza with eyes the twins ate when they took April)

Splinter has no idea how old they actually are. Neither does Draxum he didnt exactly care what day his subjects were hatched he just needed them to be juveniles. They were mutated 13 years ago so in reality they are all (mentally?) 13. Splinter needed to put someone in charge while he was gone and the reasoning was because "he's the oldest" because how do you argue with that? And then eventually the kids asked who the second oldest was and Splinter panicked and just went in height order. He randomly picked birthdays and accidentally made Leo 20 days older than Donnie

Splinter's DNA is the reason they're such good ninjas. Somehow. I dont see how thats genetic but yep thats the reason. They pick up moves really fast, so growing up on Lou Jitsu movies and having easy access to youtube allowed them to learn moves visually. Splinter also gave them all a crash course on fighting before he ever let them start going off on their own

Growing up

Splinter named them after colors! Growing up he had to color code everything to avoid "but its mine" disputes. It took him a while to figure that out so they actually didnt have names for that time.

April was the one who started the twin debate. At the time (she was idk 10?) she didnt understand how two siblings born in the same year could not be twins.

Raph and his duty of older brother is essential for the family, but the most substantial role is held by Donnie. Splinter is the father but Donnie is the true provider. Before Donnie got old enough to play around with fixing things the family lived a very different life. Donnie is the reason they have a tv, working kitchen appliances, clean water despite living in a sewer, electric lighting and heating. He's the only one who regularly brings money in and organizes things like online shipping or grocery delivery (thank you internet!). Donnie looks at something and sees something entirely out of the box, and then makes it a reality. Leo found the area that became the lair, but Donnie is the one who made those concrete tubes a functional home. And he did it all just to see if he could. Splinter didnt think he could do it, but it kept the boys entertained all day so he let them have at it. Splinter feels guilty so much has fallen on Donnie's shoulders over the years, but he is so grateful that Donnie turned out to be so smart

General

All the brothers are really smart, just in different capacities. Donnie prefers engineering and computer science but also picks up other science subjects fast. Leo's is harder to see, it manifests more in quick thinking, puzzles, and people skills. He's also really good at math. Mikey is good at seeing patterns, in both objects and relationships. Raph is in emotional intelligence, particularly internally.

When Cassandra said "my friends call me 'Casey'" she meant that only to Splinter, and the rest still had to earn the right to call her "Casey"

Raph and Casey (Sr) somehow become best friends. No one expected it.

Donnie has scars on his shell, but most of them are from minor everyday things and not true fights. Raph has the most scars due to his tendency to use himself as a shield to protect his brothers

Leo, Donnie, and Mikey all feel like they didnt earn their spot on the team. Leo because he feels he doesnt offer much (canon), Donnie because if he cant make tech he thinks hes useless (canon), and Mikey because he's the youngest and his brothers are therefore forced to include him (headcanon)

At one point Mikey tricked Splinter and Big Mama into going on a date

Draxum and Donnie got stuck in a situation that forced them to bond. They both pretend nothing has changed but it has

Not only does Leo come to Sr Hueso to complain about his life like Hueso's a bartender (canon), but so do all the brothers. Sr Hueso keeps reminding them he's not a therapist

Their s2 finale outfits (gif up top) become everyone's mission outfits

All the boys love the joey pouch (its basically a incubator and theyre reptiles). April finds it disgusting (its a very hot and tight space made of flaps of skin and you cant move without lots of effort)

At one point the boys all try to get jobs. Raph tries the Hidden City but gets run out by the police again. Mikey somehow talks Sr Hueso into giving him a job. Donnie attempts to work for Big Mama but in disguise. Leo somehow ends up helping Draxum out in the high school kitchen. None of them last the week. Raph doesnt make a day, Mikey gets into a argument with a chef on day four and quits "on principle", Donnie got discovered on day 2 but out of nostalgia's sake (being her exbf's son) Big Mama let him stay on but it got uncomfortable fast so he bailed also on day 4, Leo finds out he's outlasted all his brothers and goes in on day 5 solely to steal some ice cream bars and then told Draxum he quits when he was already on his way out

Theres a running joke that Piebald is always there but the boys keep forgetting about her. They dont know if her and dad are messing with them again or she actually was there and they just dont notice ("i mean... she can turn invisible. She could have been there")

Post-Movie

Casey Jr lives with them! April and Casey Sr are at college and living in dorms. Plus, he's not quite ready for full emersion into a society thats never had the apocalypse

Growing up Leo had become a father figure to Casey Jr, a person who could do no wrong. After the movie that illusion is clearly shattered, but he still looks up to Leo and the others. Leo has now taken a role closer to Big Brother (someone who can be flawed) than Parental Figure. Leo on the other hand has fully embraced being a role model for Casey Jr and has basically become Raph whenever Casey Jr is around

Casey Sr takes her job as Casey Jr's mom very seriously. She's not the same as future!Casey Sr, obviously, but Casey Jr enjoys spending time with her anyways. If anyone asks they say they're cousins and as a inside joke Casey Jr calls her "mom"

Casey Sr drilled proper etiquette into her son. The boys are working hard to break that ("Master Michelangelo-" "woah buddy, you can just call me 'Mikey'. 'Master Michelangelo' is way too long and too many syllables")

Raph's got scars from being krangified (from when it ripped into his body and from when he ripped it out of his body). He's got some vision problems in his right eye now

Donnie's also got scars from being forcefully ripped out of the control console

Casey Jr is a avid pupil of Nap When You Can and falls asleep everywhere. Showing him a movie? Asleep. Dinner's gonna take another 15 minutes? He's already drooling on the couch. Leo's taking to long to get his gear on? Catnap on the kitchen table. As the new baby of the family everyone carries him to bed instead of waking him up

Mikey begins spending more time over at Draxum's now, learning about mystic powers

Leo being forced to leave Raph behind really left its mark on him. Watching Leo sacrifice himself really left its mark on everyone else. Its not surprising to wake up in middle of the night because someone came in to check on you after a nightmare

Hey anon! Thank you for the concern, I'm glad you like my works, it makes me happy when people show their enjoyment with them.

And yes... it would be self-cest. Any ship with any Hantengu clone x Hantengu clone is self-cest. I could start on with how the theme of multiverse has normalized this types of relationships but nobody wanta to go into that rabbit hole.

I was conflicted when I first recieved this, but then again, I never said anything about self-cest so it's on me(tbh I never thought I would need to). I will make it platonic and leave some hints with Karaku [this work will be mostly focused on the inability to scape their respective emotion], but I won't be giving the idea a positive light nor will I romantize it (same thing I mostly do with non-con, I write it but I don't think it's ok and somehow it shows). Hope it comes acceptable.

Disgust Hantengu clone! Reader (Male Demon) dynamic with Clones

Your name is supposed to be Ken'o, you know that, it's what you are, what you were created to exclusively feel. Disgust, dislike, antipathy... Ken'o... It's only fitting that you felt disgust of your own name. You hate it, you already hated it the second you heard it in your head and felt it in your heart the second another's demon head was becoming your own body, feeling the gross sensation of flesh stretching, the ticklish bone growth and the scent of blood and organs that were being produced on that same second. Disgusting, it's all togustings, since just after that you have to meet the dirty ground and slayers, usually ending with your perfectly tidy and clean robes stained with whatever dust, earth or blood you will be facing. It doesn't help to see the others. "Would you stop FUCKING complaining about EVERY SINGLE DETAIL for ONE SECOND?! I swear Ken'o, you are making me so angry I will blow up your pathetic ass!"

That is that again, you have repeated several times that you wanted to go for another name, Y/N. Everyone but Sekido seemed to respect that, but he only got irritated with you, but you just had to complain. Everything is so awful, and nobody tells him anything when he lashes out. That asshole thinks he is the only one having a bad time? You bet his problems are nothing compared to yours "Shut up, Sekido! Your voice is making me have a headache!" He makes an ugly face once you answer back, why is everyone else so coward? Only Aizetsu has the guts every once an eternity to tell the truths to this asshole's face. And even the, when he does he also seems keen in the idea of fighting you. That little-

"Hey! Hey! Calm down, everyone. We just defested some slayers, why don't we take a bite before Urogi beats us to it?" Karaku interrupts, always trying to make averything sound as if was pleasurable, as if it was something good. You genuinely want to throw up the secon you see the corpses on the ground with Urogi kneeling in front of one, munching so much of it that his cheeks as full and not even swollowing all of it before putting more into the cavity, showing the chewed flesh inside his mouth. "Urg. As if I would want to eat with such an animal." Aizetsu seems to only look at everyone else, gaze making you uncomfortable. "And what do you want." To that Aizetsu just looks away and goes where Urogi is, not even bothering to answer you. How rude! Sekido smiles as he sees the offense in your face.

You feel an arm around your shoulder, you see Karaku smiling, the smell and heat coming from his mouth not being pleasant, even if it's not the worst you have felt against you face. "Now, if you are not hungry, Y/N, we can always find something to have fun, ya know? If you can't see anything good, I can always teach you how to have a good ti-" You don't know what repulses you more, the indecent proposal or the stains of blood in your shouldet once Sekido stabs the pleasure clones in the mouth through the back of his head with his staff. "Stop whoring yourself! Have you no shame?!" A part of you wants to defend Karaku, another one sums just wanting to spite Sekido, but other part of you agrees with the anger clone of how disgusting the behavior of the pleasure clone is, seeking his respective sensation like an addict.

And there is the smaller part of you not only likes the attention, making you feel less disgusting with yourself, it also happens when slayers see you. Your emotion doesn't let you tell, but Aizetsu and Karaku have reassured you that you are good looking. But you could never give into such a nauseating touch, with dirty and uncomfortable hands, it's awful.

None of you can fight your respective emotions, even if sometimes you can feel other things. You yearn to be with the others, to be able to spend a good time (not in the way Karaku sometimes offers, but to actually spent good moments), you yearn to be satisfied and content, instead of having to rely in pride for some positiveness. You can't help to resent Urogi and Aizetsu the most, who manage to work through their emotions, the first one just uncaring as long as he is not hurt or caged, the second one managing to stay calm and be understanding. Both of them get along well, and you can see them talking and eating together. You want to complain, to take the off-putting sensations out of your head and chest, but there are never gone. The second everything seems fine, you find another thing that disgust you and center everything on it. (You have not stopped thinking that Sekido feels that same way in his anger.)

"Let's just go back, we don't need to be here and stay divided any longer. We are clearly just wasting time in here. I don't want to see any of you!" Urogi is the first to protest. "Huh? C'moooooon, Sekido, just one more hour! Pleeeeeease?" "You are not going to be able to convince him like that." Part of you wants to also protest, you don't want to be grouped with this freaks! And you just came out! What would be the point? "C'mon, Y/N, handsome. Help me convice Sekido to relax. There is no need to rush back." Part of you wants to explore, to get away, to move away... but another one knows that inside Hantengu's head you won't have to deal with all this disgust. "Go fuck yourself, Karaku."

IM SORRY THIS ISNT MEANT TO BE AGGRESSIVE i have not been on this part of the internet in a long time so things might have changed but.... last i heard the proship label encompassed things (in fiction) like inc/st, abusive relationships, p/do shit, etc... is that still correct? idk if thats what you were talking about in your tags because i do not know Anything about minecraft youtubers but usually when people put proship in their dni theyre denouncing that stuff. just wanted to clarify im understanding your complaints, no harm intended!

No problem!! it can be confusing lol, nothing wrong with being unsure. All-in-all, you're kinda close with that idea, but still not on target. explanations of proship vs anti, the d/mp fandom's take on it, and my thoughts on it all under the cut:

So proship as a philosophy is about wether or not things like that (in fiction) translate to real life, which is why it's connected to censorship like i mentioned in the post- if you believe that watching or reading something problematic will make more problematic things happen, that someone reading a book with a child/adult relationship makes them more likely to (or is on it's own already the same as) a person pursuing that in real life, that makes you an anti; and it also gives you a big reason to push for works like that being taken down or removed, and for people who make or read that stuff to be put in real prisons or face other real life consequences for fictional acts- because the idea is that, to an anti, these things bleed into each other.

being proship isn't equivalent to enjoying dark fiction like that, but it IS equivalent to believing that, similar to fictional violence, fictional crimes or acts of any kind can be created and consumed by artists and audiences without people actually condoning it IRL. a proshipper would say that if someone plays a video game where they murder someone, and then does it IRL, thats on the PERSON, not the media- and they hold the same position for fictional portrayals of incest, abusive relationships, and pedophilic relationships. the name comes from being pro- as in for- ships, and other content, as a whole; without it having to meet IRL moral criteria.

dark fiction freaks me out personally; the biggest ick (and actually a trigger for me) being incest; It bothers me and i stay away from it. but I don't think that people who read or make it are going to condone it IRL directly because of that media, and I believe that if they WERE to do something bad like abusing someone, it'd be an unrelated/seperate issue: an independent choice that only they are responsible for, not anything they made or watched or read.

That makes me fall under proship, even though I don't like any problematic (as in incest, abuse, adult/minor) ships. Personally, I literally follow people who like things that bother me in that way: i just block the tags so when they post something i really don't wanna see, tumblr tells me, hey, this post has this thing in it so we've spoilered it. If someone likes shipping their silly little blorbos and those silly little blorbos are kinda fucked up in a way that makes their brain go brrr, that's totally chill with me as long as they aren't hurting anyone- which, because i don't think fiction equates to reality, I believe they aren't when they're playing with their blorbos. (and since i'm pro-rpf, it's worth mentioning i feel the same about that. rpf is still FICTION, at the end of the day. you don't actually expect those people to do the things you write or draw. it's still removed from reality. that's personal preference though, many proshippers would disagree.)

So basically proship or Anti is a label that represents your philosophy on how human thoughts and behavior link to fiction. anti means you believe that consuming something fictional is equivalent to doing it in real life, or at least will make you do it IRL later, while proship means you believe that consuming something fictional is unrelated to doing it IRL, and you can enjoy something fictionally without actually enjoying it or condoning it when it's real people.

you will, of course, see more people who enjoy dark fiction under proship, and that's because they themselves consume it- so of course they're going to say it's not the same as doing it IRL. You will also, of course, see more people who don't like dark fiction at all under anti, because when you're disgusted by something like that then that reaction can be taken as "evidence" that it's morally bad. (personally, disgust-based morality doesn't hold up as a concept for me- it's a big reason why bigots believe the things they do, so using the same logic path makes me uncomfortable, but it is still common for people to use it as a way to measure wether something is okay or not.)

so, the part about silly block game.

there's lots of censoring in this part to avoid harassment, so bear with me.

In the early days of the d/mp, people decided that creating romantic content around the b-nchtr-o (Tmmy, tvbb0, and rnb00, who were all around 16 at the time) was inherently problematic. I'm not sure why, exactly, but the idea became that a fan crushing on one of them (at the exact same age!!!) or shipping them with each other, even as characters, was equivalent to being a real life child predator. again, even if the person doing it was ALSO a minor.

because it was seen as inherently problematic, behaviors like those were lumped in with other things problematic- shipping characters on the smp who had fought or killed each other, shipping characters who were related or were minor/adult, etc. there was no distinction; i was there!! it was all problematic, and all of it was seen as evidence that you were a real life predator of some kind regardless of age or disclaimers put under your content.

the label that developed for this group of "problematic content" enjoyers within the fandom became "poppytwt" or "ppytwt". (twt being there because it was mainly localized around twitter). as i explained above, because it could be because of dark fiction OR be//htr/o content, poppytwt content and ships doesn't even require it being dark fiction necessarily, nor does it require it being b//chtr/o; just one or the other, although usually the assumption is that it's both, since that combines the two reasons for being under that label. some people also call any proshippers in the fandom poppy even if they don't engage in anything problematic in-fandom, but that's generally the antis and not people themselves. if someone self describes as poppy, it's for the two main reasons above.

Additionally, the d/mp fandom has this concept of "maintagging". what this means is that if you make problematic content, you are NOT ALLOWED to tag it under the fandoms or characters it's about, because people don't want to see it in their results. ao3 has a tag filtering feature for this exact purpose, but people generally disregaurd that; you're still not supposed to tag it on the "main" tags, and doing so is seen almost like "asking for" harassment, like how some people talk about wearing crop tops alone at night.

Tntd/o managed to cross over, actually, from poppy to main/normalized in the fandom as the creators leaned into it with their characters. but for awhile even that was considered poppy.

different members of ppytwt have different opinions on RPF, but RPF was also considered poppy on it's own sometimes depending on who you were talking to and how militant they were on what got a pass and what didn't.

as be/chtr/o aged....it didn't stop?? all of them hit 18, but still, to this day, you can be cancelled for shipping them with each other or ANYONE else. it's why i'm so damn scared of the d/mp fandom, if i tagged a fic about my source with his character tag, with ANYTHING other than platonic relationships for him/me, I run the risk of being sent threats or doxxed- don't get me wrong, many antis keep to themselves, but there are also those who try to play vigilante- remember, if something fictional is equivalent to IRL, then attacking someone for enjoying a "bad" fictional thing becomes a charitable, heroic act; so sometimes antis might pursue proshippers with the goal of keeping people "safe". Many people in related fandoms or under the same creators also adopted the same ideals handed down from the d/mp fandom, so i'm wary of people who just watch my source too, or of people who like the q/mp.

people joke about the old fandom going crazy if they say tvbb0 and tmmy today, and that's because they would. they'd be furious at tmmy for doing this bit and putting himself in danger, they'd be cancelling anyone who ran with the bit in chat or had a photo of them hugging or kissing like in the music video as a profile picture, it'd be a whole mess. even today though it's still...scary.

the somewhat exception to this rule is Rnb00- people literally thirst for them and make nsfw comments openly, so while im not sure about the shipping aspect, i do know simping is widely okay- you couldn't even say you wanted to kiss them before, but now people are saying wayyy more than that...

inversely, i feel like my source has it the worst, because people won't even talk about him- or anything related to him- as an adult. it's always child this and child that, "who let him drink" and "get the alcohol away from the baby!", and of couse "don't ship him or his character with anyone that makes you a pedophile!!!" while the grown ass man they're talking about outright says he's alright with sfw fanfiction in a video where he reacts to someone's x-reader and then makes flirty nsfw jokes with every other adult man in the vicinity. every fanfic is platonic and almost all of them both irl and in game write him as sixteen. they take place in the past or, more commonly, they just straight up age him down. hell, sometimes they even age him down to like eight. even in fics where he IS an adult, he gets called a child or a teenager but never an adult.

poppytwt, like the stigma against writing for the creators or their characters, lives on. and even outside of benchtrio, again, ships between other characters that are problematic are poppytwt, so that also is still clinging on for dear life in some corners of the web. most poppytwt posts that are tagged as such usually include b//chtr/o, but not all of them; and it's worth noting many creators avoid tagging at all even if it's just the poppytwt tag, because they don't want to get swarmed.

because I ship myself with my husband of course, and also make fictional content with our sources as an extension of that (think dungeons and dragons but the character is just you...or, actually, SMPs are a great example of this since the appearance/name is generally the same, so think like an SMP!!!!!) I am poppytwt. I will always be poppytwt to most people who don't like poppytwt. and I have friends who are poppytwt and I like art made by people under poppytwt. I don't need to ship incest to be a part of that, i just need to not think the people who do aren't doing anything harmful when they ship that, and to write/draw....well, anything about septicinnit, which i do all the time.

if someone has poppytwt dni in their bio, i can't interact. if someone has proship dni in their bio, i can't interact. it doesn't matter if what they really mean is "people who like abusive ships because that triggers me", I still can't interact.

Because i think we SHOULD be tagging our content exactly so that we can filter it and find what we personally enjoy (and avoid what we dont), the concept of a DNI is technically something i'm kinda for- it is a way of monitoring and controlling your experience- but it also can be used as an excuse to harass people who forgot to read it, and i have no way of knowing if that's the case in advance.

ADITTIONALLY, because I know and care about people who consume dark fiction, I also don't want to be around people who think that makes them a bad person, regaurdless of wether or not they think i can stay. and "proship dni" is about proship, that fiction isn't reality philosophy- they are saying right out of the gate that they think it DOES make them a bad person. and I don't agree with that. it frustrates me and it makes me upset. those DNIs are based in a place of disgust and hatred for the people I care about, because of content that isn't real, and i'm never going to feel super okay with that...

there's people who don't understand what it means and use it anyway when it's really just about the content; but again, how am i supposed to know which is which?? ESPECIALLY on twitter, the anti philosophy is extremely popular and relevant and yes, trendy. people believe it, HARD, and so i can't assume they don't when they say they do. I've met real flesh and blood people in person who think that way, so if you are using these words, i'm assuming you know what they mean- that way I don't run the risk of making an actual anti upset and violating their boundaries.

you don't have to agree with me on this- if you're anti, then that's your worldview and i'm not going to change that. but that's what those words mean, the history of the block game side of things, and how they're correlated to censorship.

To Summarize:

Anti : Fiction Equals Reality so Fictional Crimes are Real Crimes (ergo we should censor them to stop the crimes)

Proship: Fiction does NOT Equal Reality so Fictional Crimes are Harmless (on their own)

Anti-Anti: Not sure if Fictional Crimes are Harmless, but Don't Like that Antis think Proshippers are The Exact Same Level as IRL Criminals

Poppytwt/ppytwt: Problematic silly block game stuff, OR things that have to do with these three specific block people being hot/dating someone. Sometimes both.

sorry for the scuffed screenshot i dont think theres a cg library?? (understandable i heard theres over 1000+) but oh my god i actually loved this SO much thoughts under the cut

lemme start out by first saying how much i already prefer this to hashihime like maybe its the jazzy 70s setting but i was sold like 5 min in. the plot is actually fantastic i didnt think id care as much about 70s borderline superhero mfs but i DID i was literally so engaged in this shit its crazy

i really fucked with kozuka. ik they call him akira but theres two characters named that and i just wanna make it clear i mean Him

like he is just everything i love his cute lil snaggletooth. i loved him hes my fav chara from chapter 1 at least ill see how i feel when i play every chapter but for now imma say hes my fav. the side characters were rly interesting too

The Kalvaxus plot!! Since the bad kids are pirates, and they travel a lot, would it make more sense if the 7 maidens were from different nations and are getting taken to Solace for the ritual?

AELWYN. How is Aelwyn doing. She’s alone with her parents now, which is generally a bad thing cuz the Abernants suck. How did she get wrapped up with Penelope

Finally, are there people out looking for Kristen and Adaine? The church would probably search for their chosen, but the Abernants kinda hate their daughter. Buuuuut it would look bad if they didn’t at least appear like they were searching for her, right?

OK SOOOO I think fig Adaine and Kristen probably found themselves in the crew because they fucked something up. They like caused a massive explosion or something and it made a whole scene kinda like when Adaine stole a book from the library and then immediately had a panic attack but more destructive. Fig convinced Adaine to pull some sort of piratey stunt cause she thinks that's just what pirates do and it just spiralled out of control and Kristen sort of stumbled into it halfway through and immediately made the whole thing 10x worse but bill appreciated their complete reckless lack of forethought and also their clear magical ability and introduced them to the rest of the crew (I think this happened all like on the same day riz got added as well they basically got stuck in pirate detention together)

KALVAXUS!!! I think the deal would be that the whole plot with him takes place on leviathan instead of solace so instead of the prophecy being a king and queen crowned in solace one more it's a new pirate king being crowned. The Seven get picked because it's supposed to be maidens from across the lands of Spyre so they have to travel to figure out who had been kidnapping these important girls across the kingdoms (penny is from Solace, Zelda is from Leviathan, Katya is from highcourt, ostentatia is from the mountains of chaos, antiope is from the Baronies, Danielle is from sylvaire and Sam is from an underwater kingdom in the Celestine sea) and there's an attempt to kidnap adaine as well cause fallinel only half counts since its an island off spyre, so they don't NEED her for the ritual but it would make it more secure. Penelope is helping cause of the promise of power, she plans on being crowned pirate king (kalvaxus leaves her behind last minute and crowns himself)

Aelwyn is still living with the abernants in fallinel, Penelope went to her for help because she knew adaine had left and she could use this dishonour to convince Aelwyn there was a way to regain her family's status and reputation through helping kalvaxus. She spends a lot of time traveling and helping to kidnap the maidens with Penelope BUT she doesn't let the abernants know what she's doing. There is for sure evernant undertones (I think thats the ship name idk but ykwim).

There are definitely people looking for adaine and Kristen, more Kristen than adaine as I think the abernants would rather go the "our daughter was kidnapped/enchanted/etc" route than actually finding her, but aelwyn and Penelope and the others involved in the kvx plot are all looking out for her. The second they go into solace Kristen is for sure being searched for, it's a huge huge deal there and it's very hard to keep her from being found and taken back, but everywhere else it's pretty much fine. Anyone part of the helioic church would have heard for sure and the governments of the different nations would be aware but they wouldn't necessarily care so much, more along the lines of if they get arrested/brought in front of the government for any reason there's a chance they'll return her to the church so that the church owes them rather than people actively searching for her.

JUST IDEAS) gonta catches bugs he thinks ryoma will like and shows him. sometimes ryoma keeps them. gonta is always in the stands with a shirt that says "I <3 RYOMA" and a big poster for when ryoma has tennis tournaments after a long day of catching bugs, ryoma will give gonta massages (vice versa) gonta has tried to learn tennis, but ended up breaking the racket and got really upset. RIGHT so the pirate au

well it's nothing very original don't get your hopes up or anything BUT. basically it's mainly lmancrew (with a crimeboys focus) and tntduo centered and it's set in like a medieval-esque fictional setting like basically six of crows minus the magic. like i literally typed six of crows into pinterest to get good images those are the vibes

wilbur's captain of this ship called the l'manberg (ok no but i hesitated between naming the fish or their og town lmanburg but i ended up naming the ship that because i just think it's such a good ship name like . she/her in a boat way. does this make sense) and the crew is niki, jack, eret, fundy and tubbo (well obviously theres more people cause how would a ship Function but the rest of those are Unnamed background characters).

wilbur's also a pretty high ranked official like idk general or captain of the guard idk how the military works i would have to figure that out, but basically he's kinda famous and so's his ship. they aren't participating in a war it's more of like an explorer position because wilbur's known for being a brilliant cartographer and so the previous king just kinda appointed him to this new position to let him fuck off & do his own thing mapping the whole world with his crew. the issue is the old king died with no heir and replaced by his nephew (dream) who's much more controlling and power-hungry than he was and who doesn't want to waste money & resources on some bs like maps. this will create Conflict (im so good at narration guys. Help)

tommy's like a homeless orphan (as he alwyas is) and really needs a job and money and all that and he hears the l'manburg isn't at sea for once and wilbur & his crew are taking a rest at the capital for a couple days before sailing back off again. naturally he sneaks in, lives in the storage room for like a week or two, surviving off scraps of food . then tubbo stumbles across him and almost reports him, but tommy convinces him not to and so tubbo helps him for a couple days. then someone else finds him, and he's brought to the captain and they all threaten to throw the stowaway overboard (they wouldn't actually they're all kinda softies) and tommy's like pissing himself from how scared he is especially cause wilbur's like . this really famous general who's had books and songs written about him and shit (he doesn't know yet hes just an annoying pretentious prick (/lovingly)) so he's like Ohmygod im dead and then wilbur's like . "Can you cook" "erm no" "can you clean" "yeah ig" "Can you fight even somewhat decently" "yeah bitch me and my knives are the best they call me th-" "Ok you're hired" AND THUS tommy joins the crew

and so they keep on sailing with their mission yadda yadda and WHAM they encounter the most notorious pirate crew of the continent, named, you guessed it, las nevadas. and tommy's heard a lot of proper horror stories about them and he's terrified but the crew have fought them off a bunch of times before so they're mainly annoyed because they're gonna have to deal with the frankly disgustingly homoerotic rivalry that their captain and the pirate captain have been passionately engaging in for several years now. THATS RIGHT TNTDUO BABY oh they are so pathetic and so gay it's actually embarrassing they'll have like sword duels . wilbur's the uptight, bitchy, and somewhat pretentious general with perfectly styled hair and ornate coat always huffing and puffing and waxing poetry meanwhile quackity's the fuckin bad boy stereotype with like a half unbuttoned poet or blackshirt (slut) (wilbur cannot stop staring its embarrassing) and he's always hanging off ropes and shit and doing sick acrobatics and taunting wilbur GOD they're so. and yeah they have sword duels where all they do is "distract the opponent" in order to "efficiently win the battle" which is code for "practically make out while hurling insults at each other"

also crimeboys is like "in awe of the legendary general" "who is this child on my boat" >>> "oh my god the general's a prick" "oh my god the child's a demon" >>> "maybe he's not that bad but i would rather die and curse his entire family line than admit that" >>> "that is my brother i would die for him and if you lay a hand upon him you won't have hands anymore" (the funny thing is they both end up with that same level of protectiveness and making the same threats despite wilbur being a like Adult and high ranked official with power and influence and decades of training of elaborate swordsmanship behind him . and tommy is a stowaway fifteen year old orphan with three knives and teeth and a whole lot of anger . but they're both like "no i must protect and die for the other" im sorry i just love them ok theyre so stupid) i just LOVE crimeboys having to go through begrudging bonding instead of instantly being ride or die brothers GIVE ME TO MORE ENEMIES TO FRIENDS TO LOVERS anyway

also we also get emerald duo in the form of them being co-captains (please pretend that is a thing i know Nothing about anything ever) of this other ship and they're like independent merchants or whatever idk i have not figured out that whole bit yet MY POINT IS they're not affiliated with anyone they just sorta do their own thing and only help people if they want to or are indebted . they help out wilbur sometimes cause he's a dumbass

speaking of wilbur like i said he's had books and songs written about him (his age is kind of a grey zone like on one hand he's pretty young for a general but he's also had time to become this like famous and mysterious figure so can't be Too young . so i think probably like 27-29? smth like that) and one of them was a legend about how he fell in love with a mermaid . yes she had red hair and teal scales and her name was sally BUT SHE'S STILL AN OCEAN MERMAID I KNOW SALMONS LIVE IN RIVERS anyway . also for little tntduo crumbs he's called quackity a siren multiple times (in his mind he's insulting him like "ooh you manipulate people" and everyone around him is like "that is the Gayest thing you could possibly have said") and quackity's like "didnt you date a mermaid" "yeah but sirens are like evil mermaids" "so you want to date me" and then wilbur stabs him

ALSO more about wilbur's character development (this is a bit spoilerish but also it's not like im ever writing this full fic so you're not exactly risking much but just be warned) he starts out like i said as this really uptight military official who started when he was really young and trained really hard and flew through the ranks really fast because he worked his ass off . And so he's Very protective of his rank & title & prestige not so much because he's snobbish but because he worked so hard for it but so it often comes across as him being this like pretentious fuck (well he's also pretentious but thats just wilbur) . also he originally dreamed of being a cartographer and he spent his whole childhood drawing up maps but then he realised he couldn't make a living out of that so he decided to work hard enough to be at the top and then do what he wanted. and so he wears like his tricorn hat with a feather and his ornate coat and neatly tucked in shirt and everything cause for him it's like Proof that he Did it yknow . but then as time goes by, especially in the presence of quackity (who's very antihero-esque and so does not give a shit about ranks or whatever he's a pirate he does his own thing) and also a bit tommy (who was literally dressed in rags until they clothed and fed him but still behaves like a street rat on the most famous ship of the country) he slowly loosens up and he ends up ditching the coat and the hat and instead wears more stuff like loose poet shirts (open because he's a slut) . and so yeah character development through clothing and whatnot

ok so YEAH those are the tidbits that were plaguing my mind the most but there's definitely a whole lot more in my head like ive got a pinterest board and shit

Alien!Nico× Human!Reader (Sfw)

Bc i feel like it

This takes place AFTER you've been abducted. Bc idk how to write the experience or process of said abduction.

Context: Nico is an escaped prisoner of the prison ship NanbaMaru. He escaped to earth with his friends and fell in love with you, and gained your trust with a human disguise. He's going back to NanbaMaru and he wants to take you with him as his lover.

You lay on the ground and look around to the unfamiliar room around you with a tired haze in your mind.. how did you get here? You were going to drift to sleep thinking it was a weird dream, but you were woken up by Nico's casual cheery voice.

"Hello, my cute little Chibi-Chan! You ok? I didn't think the teleportation had a sedative effect on humans."

You look at where you're laying, wait, this isn't the floor, its Nico's lap! You look up at him in confusion and see... he's... different. He looks mostly the same but he has two sets of antennae, one pair is a vibrant green like his hair, the other is the same color as his skin with eyes attached to the ends! He also has two pairs of floppy ears. He smiles lovingly at you and his teeth are different too, what used to be normal human teeth, is now a set of razor sharp teeth!

You roll off his lap and use your arms to prop yourself up, your legs for some reason won't let you stand up.

"Hey, what's wrong, darling, are you okay?"

"Nico?... is that you?"

"Yeah! I should've told you earlier that i was an alien, but seems Hajime-Chan captured us before I could even say it.. I'm sorry... But hey you still love me right? Now that you're here with me, we can live happily ever after! I love you!!"

You had to take a few minutes to process what you just heard, he's an alien? HE LOVED YOU??? AND WHO THE FLIP IS HAJIME????!

You were snapped out of your thoughts by Nico's warm hand on your shoulder. He had a worried expression on his face.

"Sweetie? Are you okay?"

You couldn't say anything. You loved him too, even if he's an alien, but with the current situation, you just couldn't find the right words to say. Not knowing what else to do you silently give him a hug. The hug lasted for at least a minute.. until you heard other voices, voices you've never heard before.

"I can't tell if It's happy about this or what."

"Jyugo, They're not an object. We gotta treat the cute little thing with respect. 😌"

"I wonder if they'll like my cooking :D"

You look up from Nico's shoulder to see three other aliens. One has black hair with red tips, four horns, three eyes, and what seems to be a pair of bat ears. Another has long blond and pink hair in a braid with a pair of jestears, four arms, and a long ruffled transparent tail glowing pink and yellow, similar to that of a jellyfish. The third one had purple and red hair in some kind of mullet/mohawk/undercut??? (Idk heck off) He had ears similar to Nico, two sets of horns, long claws on his hands and feet, and feathers along his arms and legs as well as a tail that separated into four claws that resembled a makeshift hand.

You let go of Nico and introduce yourself, you find out their names are Uno, Rock, and Jyugo. They then escaped the cell, courtesy of Jyugo picking the lock, in order to give you and Nico some privacy.

"So... are you okay?"

"Yeah.. i just don't know how to process this. I'm glad i'm here with you, and I love you too. But at the same time i have so many questions.."

"Eh? What kind of questions? I'll be happy to answer!"

You go ahead and ask the one thats been on your mind the most, your location.

"Well... where are we? I know we're in your cell, but where is this? Am I on some kind of spaceship??

"Yeah! Look outside, arent the stars pretty? Almost as beautiful as you, i'd say. ^^"

You weren't expecting to be right. But sure enough you were. You looked outside to see Earth, the moon, and millions of stars that freckled the universe's visage. You almost fainted right then and there.

"Sweetie pie? Are you alright? You look scared.."

"Nico... I don't know what to say.. I don't know how to handle this. Its new and its scary, i'm nowhere near home, nowhere near anything I know.."

"Darling.... do you want some time to think? I have some blankets and pillows if you need help relaxing."

"That sounds like a good idea.."

So Nico pulled out a Full sized mattress with the softest sheets and blankets you've ever felt. He settled you in and gave you a kiss on the forehead, then settled in next to you. You stared off into the wall, your thoughts on the situation filling your mind. What should I do... I don't want to lose Nico.. This can't be much worse than earth right?.. at least i don't have to pay taxes or medical bills...

After over half an hour of thought you made up your mind. Maybe staying here with Nico won't be so bad..

"Nico?"

"Hm? What is it Puppy?"

"I... wanna stay here and live with you."

"YOU DO?! YAAY!!! I LOVE YOU!!!!"

Before you could say you loved him too, you felt his soft warm lips on yours and his arms around you. You couldn't help but kiss him back. You could feel your face heating up as he squeezed you tighter. After a while you broke the kiss, you hug him and almost fall asleep before you hear Uno, Rock, and Jyugo being thrown back in the cell and the door violently slamming behind them. You look behind the barred window in the door and see an alien with Green, Blue, Violet, and Red ringed eyes, the only other detail you can spot is its grey skin. You can't make out much in the dark halls as he passes by the cell bars next to the door, but you can make out that he's large.... VERY large. He seems to have spikes running down his back and onto his tail.. four of said spikes glowing the same colors as his eyes. He then disappears into the hallways if the prison, devoid of light.

"...was that the Hajime guy you talked about, Nico?"

"Yep thats him. I'm lowkey surprised he hasn't slaughtered us yet.. the Kraizen just havent been the same since the 180."

You wanted to ask for more context, you wanted more information, more knowledge, but something in your stomach said not to. You didn't know what it was, but Hajime gave you very, VERY frightening, twisted, messed up vibes.

"So Nico, what did they say? Are they staying with us?"

"Yep!"

"Noice. -u-"

"Welp, not the first bet I've lost to Uno."

"Won't be the last either!"

With that, Nico pulls you away again. He leads you back to the den of pillows and blankets from earlier. He lays on his side and out stretches his arm as a signal for you to join him, so you do. As you lay on your back, Nico rolls over onto you and squeezes you close, letting out a cute little groan of effort. After a while of snuggles and covering eachother in kisses, you start to get sleepy. A yawn from Nico and the pressure of his head on your chest tells you that he feels the same.

"You sleepy too?.."

"Yeah... today was.. something. To say the least."

Nico laughs a bit, before he can say something though, he looks up to see your unconscious frame. With a smile he tucks the both of you in and wraps his limbs and tail around you.

"Goodnight, Sweetie..."

i think i got a few. im p sure these are mostly agreed on but i dont have any thats really that unpopular.

love free shipping, kraken, duck, (proceeds to name everybot that changed their design to fit the meta) but if the robots arent gonna improve or atleast be entertaining enough after they changed their design, its time for them to go. bots that aren't doing the best after many seasons like tombstone and the such are atleast entertaining to watch (might be biased here but shhh) but these bots mentions and others like them will only be entertaining now if theyre getting beaten up so its time for them to be replaced by those who might have potential and who might be atleast a bit more entertaining.

another one, bite force doesn't need to come back he'd get destroyed in the current meta anyway im sorry folks someone had to say it.

for the most part, robots that do well in lower weight classes won't translate when their 250 pound robots. the smaller robots are meant for other smaller robots so making a much much bigger version of that robot won't be perfect (except for RIPperoni our favorite drag race winner fr)

"riptide was screwed by the edit" this "riptide did nothing wrong" that there was so much evidence to believe there was so much more nasty stuff they did that didnt make the cut. Ethan was saying in the post fight interview that he would've won if he was there discrediting the shit Felix had to do last minute in the finale. like atleast (to my knowledge) Felix seems tolerable and actually pretty good at driving the robot. also idk if this one is true but acc to someone reddit they called the hypershock team some "pink haired freaks" IF THIS IS TRUE THEY CAN FUCK ALL THE OFF and i will be showing up at their door 🤩. (also st*n kurtz literally sells stuff claiming to be the cure for autism ik this is unrelated to robot combat but THEY ARENT GOOD PEOPLE)

- Yeahh i'd have to agree with Kraken, Free Shipping, and Duck. I think destructathon is a perfect place for bots like them. Although tbh i'd love to see some room in the field for new fan-favorite, not amazing bots. Terrortops might fit into that niche, but they might be able to pull off some nice wins as well! - I honestly don't have much of an opinion on bite force since I didn't really get into BB until WCVI, but it'd be really interesting to see it come back and just get its ass kicked. Would also be fun if it returned and was even better, but I don't see it ever happening. I'm just as happy to have my bbg Endgame in the mix. - it's very hit or miss with smaller weight class bots being scaled up. it's honestly fun to see them try, and it's probably a good way to test some new bot designs, but they're definitely not all gonna be winners. I wonder if we'll see starchild back or if they're done. At least it worked with HUGE and Lynx o7 - There's not a total black or white side to the whole Riptide thing but it's basically "yeah they're assholes, which the edit made even worse somehow" imo. I feel so bad for Felix tbh. Maybe I shouldn't be sympathetic to anyone on their team but just from what I saw he seems like a cool dude and they were totally dismissive of him? He did an amazing job as a first time Riptide driver and they should've been more supportive :[ - ALSO YEAH. i heard about that comment but oml I didn't realize it came from that team. I was trying to be sympathetic to them but fuck em fuck em fuck em if anyone's coming for team hypershock i WILL throw hands
