What Is 30 Below?
On April 23rd, 1994, a certain television movie aired in Canada. The rest is 30 years of amazing, rich and lovely history — still going in 2024.
30 below is a fest to celebrate this anniversary, run by @flownwrong. Whether you’ve been here from the get-go or just joining the fun — this fest is for you. Let’s spread the love for the wonder that is due South!

🐢30 below will run from March 11th (The Eleventh Of March!) until April 23rd (the pilot airing date!)
🐢each of 7 weeks will have a theme, complete with prompts to help you get going; themes will go up on February 18th

🐢this event accepts any contributions:

just finished drawing this precious little dove and miss her already!!! her colour palette, her iconography, her fascinating mix of sharp deadlines and unexplained softness just ahhh it gave me so many shivers!!
and!! i simply cannot not to mention "take a breath, my heart, and hold your tongue" because its one of the best durgetash fics out there, with one of the best durgetash banter ive ever seen!! if you havent read it yet and you're durgetash enthusiast - oh im sure you gonna like it!! (ฅ́˘ฅ̀)

Hello! I got a second commission from @lokorum!!
When I first approached her, I talked about an idea that I have had for ages, which is Maeve playing her flute while emerging from a pool of blood. Music is a big part of how she figures out who she is and who she wants to be and ultimately it is how she is able to fight for her freedom from Bhaal.
Lokorum had to idea to add the birds and when I saw the sketch I knew I had to see it finished.
