I went through a tough time maintaining my motivation to workout as my mental health started to slack. I'd constantly sit down with my workout journal and daily calender trying to figure out what home workout changes might work for me. Having access to a few weights felt alot different working out at home. Bodyweight workouts were too easy even with increased reps, so instead I used a weighted bag. I shifted focus into cultivating new skills rather than constantly thinking about specifics I was missing at the gym. Some weeks I did more workouts than others, but every week I put in the work regardless, Consistency and Persistence! I learned that you need to let go of any kind of negativity, because it suffocates your soul. It's not about perfection, it's about effort. When you bring that effort every single day, that's where transformation happens. That's how change occurs.
