Saved by a Sorcerer!
Tumblr media
Character(s): Arcana Twilight Sorcerers x GN!Reader
Anime/Game: Arcana Twilight
Genre: Fluff
Synopsis: There’s another student that just won’t leave you alone! Good thing you found one of the other sorcerers… maybe they can help out?
Warning(s): None
Note: It’s been some time! Enjoy some Arcana Twilight for now; hope all of you are well! (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ
Story is down below!
~
“Hey, (Name)! Wait up, I need to ask you something!”
You freeze as you recognize the voice, and you look back to see a classmate from your potions class. The sight of him is enough to make you swear under your breath, and you push through the crowd of students in the hallway, walking a bit faster now.
You manage to find your way outside and into the garden, your eyes catching sight of a certain sorcerer. As your classmate’s obnoxious voice becomes louder, you realize what you have to do.
Without wasting time, you call out the name…
~
» Arcturus «
“Arcky!”
You rush over to the sorcerer, smiling in relief. You take his hand. “Where were you? I thought you agreed to meet me outside of my last class.”
Arcturus tilts his head in slight confusion, his expression becoming a bit flustered as you take his hand into yours. “Ah, did I? I’m so sorry, (Name)! I don’t remember promising you such a thing…”
Your classmate stops a few feet away, watching you and Arcturus. Their stare makes you squeeze Arcturus’ hand just ever so slightly, and the small action seems to be enough to make him realize what is going on.
“Please, Arcky… you signed us up for that cooking class, remember? The one hosted by that new restaurant that recently opened in Central District?” you say, hoping he would play along with your lie. “You said it would be fun.”
To your surprise, the sorcerer lets out a laugh, nodding and pulling you closer. “Right! I did promise you… I’m so sorry for forgetting, (Name). Let’s get going so we aren’t late.”
Before you can say anything else, Arcturus pulls you along, his grip on your hand tight as he leads you away from your classmate.
Once you two were a good enough distance away, Arcturus stopped walking and turned to you, not letting go of your hand. His smile is a bit more shy now, his cheeks red. “Are you alright? I’m sorry it took me so long to get the hint…”
“It’s alright, Arcky. Thank you for helping me,” you say. “But… I am serious about that cooking class. Do you want to go together? I heard they’re teaching us how to make egg salad sandwiches today.”
His expression lights up, and he nods excitedly as he hums in approval. “That sounds good! Come on, let’s go!”
He continues to hold your hand as you two head towards Central District, the small blush never leaving his cheeks.
~
» Spica «
“Spica!”
The blonde was busy talking to a few other students, but at the sight of you he smiles slightly. “Good afternoon, (Name). What brings you here?”
“I…” You trail off when you see your classmate come closer, and you are quick to take Spica’s hand. “I was wondering if you could recommend me another book? The one you gave me about the origins of magic was really interesting.”
He looks surprised, but one glance over at your classmate was all it took for him to understand the situation. He nods, and he removes his hand from yours, instead opting to place a hand on your waist and pulling you close.
“Excuse me.”
He nods at the other students before guiding you back inside and towards the library.
As the two of you walk, he continues to gently hold your waist. His cheeks have the slightest hint of pink on them. “Is that classmate of yours bothering you? If so, you can tell me. Your safety and comfort are my priority.”
“He’s a bit… much,” you admit quietly. “Ever since we worked together on a project, he just won’t leave me alone.”
Spica chuckles, the small sound causing you to smile. “I thought so. Many students here can’t help but be curious when it comes to someone from Mid Earthiem. However, that does not give them the right to cross your boundaries…”
You two arrive at the library, and he opens the door for you.
As you step inside, you are suddenly guided to a chair. You find yourself sitting comfortably next to Spica as he scans the shelves, taking out a couple of books.
He opens one of them, taking a seat next to you and leaning in a bit closer. His voice is a bit softer now, less stern than usual. “You wanted me to recommend another book, yes?”
“Yes, please,” you respond. “I want to know more about the world that I’m in. It’s… really different compared to home.”
Spica smiles. “Well, you did tell me you would trust in my judgment… so how about this one? It’s a book my mother would always read to me when I was younger. I can read it to you if you’d like.”
You nod, and you rest your head on his shoulder. “I would like that, please.”
He chuckles, the subtle pink hue from earlier returning to his cheeks. He starts to read the book to you, his voice quiet and calm as he speaks.
After a few minutes you start to doze off, and the last thing you remember is a firm yet gentle hand grabbing your shoulder and pulling you closer.
~
» Pollux «
“Pollux!”
“Eh?”
The sorcerer’s face becomes bright pink as you suddenly tackle him into a hug from behind, and he starts trying to shove you off. “H-hey! Warn a guy next time, what are you even-!?”
“Please help me,” you say quietly, giving him a slight squeeze as you continue to hug him. “Please.”
Pollux looks over his shoulder to see your classmate nearby, and he frowns. “Seriously? Isn’t that the guy you worked with for our potions project a few weeks back?”
You nod.
Pollux groans, and with a small huff, he moves you so that you are now next to him.
“Pollux? What are you… huh?”
Your eyes widen in slight surprise when he places an arm over your shoulders, pulling you closer. He looks away from you, and you notice the tips of his ears are pink.
You can hear the feigned annoyance in his voice, clear as day. “Don’t think too much of it, okay? I’m just doing this so Spica doesn’t give me another lecture about taking care of you.”
A new voice is suddenly heard from behind the both of you. “Hm? Little boy, what do you think you’re doing with (Name)?”
The both of you turn around to see Alpheratz, who has his hands in his pockets. From the way his hair slightly stuck out, you figured he had just woken up from a nap.
“You do know that if other students see you like this with (Name), rumors will spread,” Alpheratz says, looking a bit amused. He then yawns, rubbing the back of his neck.
Pollux shakes his head. “I don’t care! Besides, it’s not what it looks like… I’m just doing my job since no one else was around.”
“Well, I’m here now.” Alpheratz shrugs. “So you can relax, little boy. No one will try to do anything now.”
Pollux opens his mouth to protest when Arcturus suddenly appears, smiling. “Oh! (Name), Pollux! We were looking for you…”
Vega, who was walking alongside Arcturus, is quick to notice Pollux’s arm around you. “Pollux, why do you have your arm around Summoner?”
As more sorcerers suddenly appear, Pollux quickly lets go of you. He still looks away, clearly embarrassed now that more sorcerers have arrived. Your classmate from earlier seems to have left after seeing that you were no longer alone.
“I-I’m just doing my job…” Pollux mumbles.
You smile, and as Arcturus asks all of you if you would be interested in trying a new restaurant in Central District you reach out and subtly link Pollux’s pinky with your own.
His face becomes an even brighter shade of pink, his face now almost matching his hair. He says nothing, instead giving your pinky a small squeeze in return as he tries to hold back a smile.
~
» Alpheratz «
“Alpheratz!”
The sleepy sorcerer was leaning against a tree, arms crossed as he dozed off. At the sound of your voice, however, his eyes slowly open, and a soft hum escapes his lips.
“Hm?” He yawns, standing up straight now. He shoves his hands into his pockets, the sleepy expression still on his face. “(Name)... what’s wrong?”
You are quick to tug on the sleeve of his school jacket, eyes wide with panic as you see your classmate drawing closer. “Hide me, Alpheratz, please…”
Alpheratz follows your gaze, and his eyebrows raise just ever so slightly when he finally realizes what’s causing your panic. “Oh…”
He quickly raises an arm, and you find yourself pressed up against the tree that he had been leaning on. You feel your cheeks go warm as he stares down at you, his expression now more awake and serious.
From the corner of your eye, you notice that your classmate has stopped walking, now staring at you and Alpheratz with a mixture of shock and anger.
Alpheratz frowns, looking a bit annoyed now. He sighs. “How tiring… I can feel him staring holes into the back of my head.”
The sorcerer leans in a bit closer, his face now mere inches away from yours. “Give it a few more seconds. He’ll leave soon enough.”
You nod, staring up at Alpheratz. You didn’t really trust yourself to respond at the moment, your cheeks still feeling a bit warm from the close proximity.
Eventually, your classmate storms off, grumbling under his breath.
Once he’s gone, you immediately breathe a sigh of relief. “He’s gone… thank you, Alpheratz. You can back away now.”
The sorcerer doesn’t move, still staring down at you. There’s a hint of annoyance in his voice, as if irritated by your words. “Hey… you really think you can ask me for a favor and just leave like that?”
You’re quick to wave your hands in front of your face, shaking your head quickly. “No, no! Alpheratz, I just… meant that you don’t need to protect me anymore since my classmate is gone. You can go back to napping now.”
His expression softens, and he sighs. “... it’s only fair that you return the favor.”
“But who do you need protecting from?”
His hand grabs onto yours, and before you can protest you feel yourself being pulled down onto the ground. You find yourself now face-to-face with Alpheratz, his eyes already closed as he wraps a strong but gentle arm around your waist to pull you closer to him.
“Protecting you made me tired. Take a nap with me,” he says, and within seconds he was fast asleep.
You stare at him for a few moments before sighing, closing your eyes and ultimately deciding to take a nap as well.
~
» Sirius «
“Sirius!”
You are immediately greeted by his playful smile, and he closes the tin of candy in his hand and tucks it away into his jacket pocket.
“Oh, my… Summoner, you seem to be in a hurry.” He chuckles, tilting his head a bit as he watches you approach. “Don’t tell me it has something to do with that classmate of yours.”
You sigh, crossing your arms as you look behind you to see your classmate getting closer. “He just won’t get the hint. I’ve been trying to avoid him for weeks but he’s just so bent on asking me out on a date.”
You don’t miss the way Sirius’ smile grows wider as you say the last word, his eyes flashing green for a moment before turning yellow again.
“A date?” he says, sounding amused. “I know a lot of students would find a student from Mid Earthiem interesting… but still. How bold of them.”
You are suddenly pulled towards him, one hand holding your wrist as the other presses against the small of your back as he dips you slightly.
“Sirius! What are you-!?”
“Do not worry, my fair summoner,” he says, his tone equivalent to that of when he would recreate a scene from a play. “I shall protect you from any harm that might come your way. Of course, not without a price…”
He leans in closer, his voice filled with obvious teasing. Just as his lips are about to meet your own, he pauses.
He chuckles. “... it seems as though your classmate wasn’t entertained by our little show, Summoner. They’re gone.”
You look around to see that your classmate has indeed left, and you relax a bit. “Finally. I can’t believe- mmph!”
His fingers make contact with your lips, and immediately a sweet taste fills your senses as he places something in your mouth.
He looks amused as he lets go of you, his hand lingering on the small of your back for just a moment longer than necessary before fully pulling away.
“A reward for taking part in my show,” he laughs. “But you do need to work on your acting skills, Summoner. Your acting skills were horribly absent. No wonder the audience left.”
You roll your eyes, sucking on the candy he had offered to you. It wasn’t too bad, the unexpected taste of mint and honey greeting your tastebuds. “You could’ve warned me before doing that. I didn’t expect you to pull me in so suddenly.”
“Why?” He looks amused now. “Ah, I see… did you want someone else holding you?”
He laughs as he transforms into Spica, and then into Alpheratz. He grins, placing a hand on his hip as he stares at you. “How’s this? Or did you prefer someone more cheerful?” He then transforms into Arcturus.
You stare at him for a moment, before shaking your head. You have a small smile of your own. “They’re all great, but right now I’d like Sirius, please.”
He pauses for a moment, clearly not expecting your response. With a small chuckle, he transforms back into himself and crosses his arms. “You sure know how to make someone’s heart race, Summoner. How cute.”
“I’m only like this when it comes to people I like,” you tease, and he laughs again.
“Careful, Summoner. You shouldn’t say things like that so recklessly… I might do something you won’t like.”
~
» Vega «
“Vega!”
“Summoner… what seems to be the problem?”
Vega’s usually cool expression falters as you suddenly run up to him, and he is quick to stand in front of you just as your classmate catches up to you.
“What the-!? Hey, move!” Your classmate demands, only to freeze when Vega suddenly draws his sword.
“What business do you have with Summoner?” Vega asks calmly. Despite his neutral tone, his stance and gaze on your classmate showed that he was ready to protect you if needed. “You seem to be making them uncomfortable.”
“Look, I just want to talk! They keep avoiding me and-”
“Then you should take the hint and leave,” Vega interrupts. “Summoner does not wish to speak to you. Leave them be.”
Your classmate looks like he wants to argue again, but he stops when he sees you grab Vega’s hand. Vega’s hand immediately stiffens under your touch, and a faint pink color forms on his cheeks.
“I have plans already,” you say. “So please leave me alone.”
Your classmate looks between you and Vega for a few seconds before scoffing. “Are… are you serious? Out of all the sorcerers, don’t tell me you chose this one.”
Without thinking you grab Vega’s sword, earning a surprised gasp from your classmate as you point it at him. “Leave.”
Your classmate rolls his eyes. “You know what? Fine! You aren’t even worth it…”
Once your classmate finally leaves, you turn to Vega.
“Here…” You return his sword. “I’m sorry, he was just so persistent and wouldn’t leave. Thanks for letting me borrow it.”
“It’s… no problem, Summoner. As long as you are safe,” he says quietly. His gaze seems to be focused on your hand, which still holds on to his own.
You laugh softly. “Vega… now that I think about it, there’s a new gelato place that opened up in Central District. I heard that their raspberry flavor is really popular right now. Do you want to go with me?”
“I… don’t see any reason to refuse. Who else will be joining us?”
“It’ll be just you and me, Vega.” You give his hand a gentle squeeze. “Is… is that okay?”
For a moment his expression remains neutral, before his lips turn up to form a small smile.
“That would be just fine, Summoner,” he says. “Let’s go.”
Unexpectedly, he takes the lead, putting his sword away and gently pulling you along as the two of you make your way to Central District to get some gelato.

Parent Headcanons II
Tumblr media
Character(s): Ayato // Childe // Itto // Dainsleif
Anime/Game: Genshin Impact
Genre: Fluff
Synopsis: Even more parent headcanons for some of the guys from Genshin Impact !
Warning(s): None
Note: Part I (with Diluc, Kaeya, Thoma and Xiao) can be found here !
Story is down below!
~
» Ayato «
This man absolutely despises small talk, but when it comes to his child doesn’t seem to mind it at all
“It has been awhile since we’ve been on a walk, hasn’t it?”
Listens to their babbles for a few moments, giving a small nod here and there
“I agree. A walk would help clear my mind…”
If you happen to still be awake late at night, you can find your lover sitting at his desk with your child fast asleep in his lap, the slightest smile on his face as he does his paperwork
“Ayato? I thought I put (child’s name) to bed.”
“You did, darling, but I wanted to spend some more time with them. I hope you don’t mind.”
Despite being away from home early morning until late at night, Ayato does his best to involve his child in his daily tasks whenever the opportunity presents itself
Though his elemental burst is only reserved for battle, there are rare moments in which Ayato will purposely activate it while holding his child just to hear them laugh
Can’t help but smile when he sees the awe in their expression as they try to reach out and touch one of the flowers/petals
“Beautiful, isn’t it? Do try to not touch any of it, though. I wouldn’t want you to get hurt now.”
Whenever he orders a milk tea from Tomoki, he also requests a plain order of milk (also packaged the same way as a regular milk tea) so that his child doesn’t feel left out
When they become a bit older, he will play a little game with his child whenever he’s doing paperwork, like if he sees them hiding behind one of the folding screens
“Hm… I wonder where (child’s name) could possibly be at this hour.”
Pretends to not hear the small giggles coming from behind the folding screen to his left
“What a shame… I suppose I’ll have to enjoy this limited edition milk tea by myself--”
Will act surprised and give a small laugh when his child suddenly tackles him into a hug, whining about how he should’ve told them about the milk tea sooner
Keeps all of the drawings and notes his child gives him, and always manages to find a place for them despite how messy his desk may be
Though he isn’t one to show his face in public, he will do his best to join you and his child (along with Ayaka and Thoma) if there is a festival or show happening that day
If he senses his child is nervous due to all the stares that they receive during their outings, he will not hesitate to hold onto their hand
Very observant when it comes to his child’s well being
“It seems as though you haven’t eaten yet. Come, let’s pay a visit to Uyuu Restaurant. There’s this new dish that I’ve been meaning to try.”
Will do his best to show his child the responsibilities of the Kamisato Clan, while also making sure that they grow up enjoying their childhood
» Childe «
The Fatui Harbinger will do everything in his power to ensure that his child grows up with nothing but good memories of their father
Like with Teucer, he doesn’t want his child to know about his involvement with the Fatui, so while they’re still young he tries to do more relaxing things with them, like fishing
Has his child seated in his lap as they fish, telling them about all his experiences and stories regarding his travels around Teyvat
Despite being one of the strongest on the battlefield, he becomes extremely weak whenever his child makes any sort of cute noise
“... A perfect backdrop for bloodshed. Isn’t that right, (child’s name)?”
They’d just babble in response, causing him to give a chuckle and a small kiss on top of their head
“I couldn’t agree more.”
If there’s trouble and he can’t help but fight, Childe will prioritize the safety of his kid over his own all while making sure that they are also having fun
Imagine this guy wearing a baby carrier when fighting? It’s funny to think about, but also kind of cute--
He places a protective hand on the back of his child’s head whenever he makes any sudden moves, and is the kind to stop his own battle talk just for his child
“Heh, this is getting interest-- hey, buddy, what did Papa say about touching his arrows?”
Has playful competitions with his child
Like whenever the two of them return home from an outing they play a game of who can hug you first
Not one for losing, and would never admit it but purposely loses sometimes just to hear his child laugh
Always tries to find something to bring home for the both of you during his travels, whether it’s a snack or plant native to the region
“(Child’s name), what do you want me to bring when I return home?”
This man can afford almost anything, yet his heart absolutely melts because their response is always the same no matter what
“I just want you to come home, Papa!”
Buys them a bunch of things anyway, and makes sure to give them the warmest and biggest hug every time he comes back
Expect the occasional dinner (or lunch) with Zhongli, only to have Childe pay for everything
Childe doesn’t mind, though, because the huge smile that his child has whenever they listen to Mr Zhongli’s stories makes it all worth it
If his child gifts him with something like a flower for his hair or a little trinket to attach to his vision/delusion, he will show it off proudly
Archons forbid that anyone makes fun or questions the random flower in Childe’s hair during battle, or else they’ll never be heard from again
» Itto «
Arataki “Numero Uno” Itto is indeed numero uno in your child’s life
The usually loud oni is uncharacteristically quiet whenever his child sleeps, the proudest smile on his face as he watches over them
Will dramatically shush any of his gang members if they’re being too loud, unknowingly being too loud himself
You thought he was prideful of himself before? Just wait until someone compliments his kid
“Pfft, of course they look good! Where else would they get their awesome looks from? Like look at this little face--”
A little bit careless at times, but his child is never in any real danger
One of his gang members would be like, “Uh, boss? You might wanna…”
Itto finally notices his kid being seconds away from shoving an onikabuto into their mouth
“MY LITTLE NIMBLE NINJA! (CHILD’S NAME) NO--!”
When he combs his hair, even if his child has just a little tuft of hair growing he’ll also take the time to comb their hair as well
“Gotta make sure you look as cool as your Dad, haha!”
Mini dance parties between Ushi and the kiddo (when they’re old enough to walk/stand), with Itto beatboxing in the background
You know how Itto does random odd jobs if he needs some mora? He’s the best hypeman to his child if they ever decide to help him out
Like if they were to carry boxes…
“Haha, look at that! You’re quite strong, little one. Just give it a few more years, and then maybe you’ll be as strong as your awesome Dad!”
And if it were to rain…
“Real men don’t carry umbrellas!”
“But what if I want to use one, Papa?”
“... I mean--”
His child would be the one to have an umbrella when its raining, but instead of holding the umbrella for them, Itto would just pick them up and give them a piggyback ride so that the both of them are covered by the umbrella
Carries his kid on his shoulders whenever the three of you take some time to stroll through Inazuma City, the both of them wearing matching shades and eating lollipops
Lets his child decorate his horns every once in awhile, no matter how many bows or ridiculous colors they use
If his child doesn’t have horns, Itto will immediately cry dramatic tears of joy if they ever decide to wear a headband with matching horns like his
Sleeps with an eye mask because he still remembers that one time his child woke up after napping right on top of him, only to see his blank stare and freaking out when their dad wouldn’t respond to any of their calls
You can expect your days with him and your child to be filled with nothing but mostly laughter and a little bit of chaos
» Dainsleif «
He’s lived for so long, the curse of immortality and dealings with the Abyss Order making him believe that being on his own was the only and best option for him
So to have something so small, so fragile placed into his arms for the first time brought about a mix of feelings that he couldn’t quite explain
“So this is our child…”
It’s a funny sight, seeing your lover dressed in his nearly all-black outfit (cape and all) with your little one bundled up in a small white blanket
A somewhat quiet parent, instead choosing to silently sit and appreciate the moments with his child rather than being vocal about it
When he does speak, though, he’s the absolute sweetest and is so, so soft
“In all my time of living, never did I think that I would be given the opportunity to love someone so much.”
Says that about you and your child ahh-- (.❛ ᴗ ❛.) ♡
Will close his eyes when pressing the softest kiss onto his child’s forehead, lingering there for a few extra seconds before pulling away
Has random staring contests with his child, the pretty primogem shape of his pupils never failing to make them coo out of happiness
Has a habit of taking their small hands into his gloved ones, pressing his thumbs gently into their palms as they wrap their tiny fingers around his thumbs
If he has a daughter, will naturally play the role of knight to his darling princess
“Papa, can you make me the apple juice drink I like? Please?”
Will go down on one knee and put a hand over his heart, a small smile on his face as he answers
“As you wish, my lady.”
Similar to Kaeya in that he would spoil his daughter, though he would be much more gentle
Like you and Dainsleif would sometimes dance in the kitchen after dinner, the two of you exchanging light laughter as your child just watches in awe
“I want to dance with Papa too!”
The kind of man to politely excuse himself from you with a kiss, before going down on one knee and holding out a hand to your daughter
His actions are enough to make your daughter giggle, causing him to give a slight smile as well
“My lady, would you be so kind as to give me the honor of having this dance?”
“Of course, Papa!”
Those nights are always filled with laughter, despite the amount of times your daughter steps on her father’s toes
Often thinks about his immortality and the effect it has on you and his child
He is aware that there will come a day in which the two of you will no longer be in this world, and he will be left alone once more
But as he sits with you and his child at the dining table, watching the two of you laugh at some funny joke your child made, he makes a promise to himself
A promise to enjoy every moment with the both of you, until the very end

Parent Headcanons
Tumblr media
Character(s): Diluc // Kaeya // Thoma // Xiao
Anime/Game: Genshin Impact
Genre: Fluff
Synopsis: Parent headcanons for some of the guys from Genshin Impact !
Warning(s): None
Note: Part II (with Ayato, Childe, Itto and Dainsleif) can be found here !
Story is down below!
~
» Diluc «
The kind of parent to show affection through actions rather than words
I imagine his child doing something like pouring a glass of grape juice for him (when they’re like 4-5 years old), only to clumsily spill most of it on the table
But Diluc would be the type to give a nod of approval nevertheless, a slight smile on his face as to assure his child that they did just fine
“Well done, (child’s name). This drink looks wonderful.”
If he has a daughter, would probably call her “sweetheart” in the softest way ahh !! Especially when she’s distressed or not feeling the best
“Don’t worry, sweetheart. I’ve got you.”
Might not be as expressive like that if he were to have a son, but he’d do his best to make sure his son knows that he is just as loved
A lot of short words of praise, especially if he were to teach his son/daughter how to fight or watched them do a task
“Wonderful work, (child’s name)”, or “Good job, (child’s name)”
Diluc would just want to give his child/children the same happiness he felt when he was with his own father, ahhh-
Often comes home late at night, but always heads to their room before going to bed
Brushes their hair away from their forehead and just sits there watching them sleep for a few moments, knowing that every moment counts
Does Diluc have a hawk? Or a falcon? I can’t tell ahh but like
Imagine him crouching next to your child, a reassuring hand on their back as they hold out their own arm trying not to freak out about how their father’s bird is literally resting on their arm
Diluc’s hand gently holding your child’s arm up (due to how big his bird is compared to them), the softest smile on his face
“There, see? Nothing to be afraid of.”
A bit protective and a bit unsure with himself at times, but you’re usually always there to reassure him and talk some sense into him (•‾⌣‾•)و ♡
» Kaeya «
The type of parent to have consistent outings with his child, like taking his daughter on weekly father-daughter “dates” as an excuse to spoil her
Or bringing his son to the Knights of Favonius headquarters for the opportunity to meet and maybe even train with some of the other knights
Would call your daughter “princess” or something similar, and would of course treat her as such
Honestly I just see him as someone who would spoil the heck out of his daughter
“Papa, look! That shop has pretty dresses… can I have one, please?”
“Why, of course! You can have all the dresses you want, princess.”
You’d tell him to buy her only one or two things during their outings, but he returns having bought her like 10+ items
The type of parent to talk to his child even if they aren’t capable of fully speaking yet
Like he could be laying in bed on his side, your child barely a year old laying right next to him
“(*Nonsensical baby noises*)”
“Is that so? How fascinating. Please, do tell me more.”
“(*More nonsensical baby noises*)”
“Really?” He would feign surprise, a light laugh escaping his lips. “I never would have guessed. You truly are more observant than me.”
Imagine if you were busy so you had to leave Kaeya alone to watch the baby
Wears a baby carrier at the tavern, baby strapped onto his chest as he sips on a glass of something. Part of it is because he loves showing off his kid, but another reason is because he just wanted a drink
“Kaeya, is it really a good idea to bring a baby to a tavern-”
“Hush now, Diluc. Don’t you see that your (niece/nephew) is asleep? Keep this up, and you might just wake them up. We wouldn’t want that now, do we?”
Diluc would never admit it, but when Kaeya isn’t looking he gives your baby a slight smile, which causes them to laugh
Once Kaeya looks at him though he’s back to being like: (; ⌣̀_⌣́)
Kaeya, for the most part, is a relaxed and easygoing parent. Like Diluc, he has his doubts regarding his capabilities as a parent, but is less likely to be open about it
You’re usually one to notice it, though, and reassure him without him even having to ask ♡
» Thoma «
This man as a parent makes me weak, seriously
He knows he’s busy, being a fixer and the housekeeper for the Kamisato family, so he does his best to spend as much time as possible with his child
Can be seen sweeping at the estate with the baby strapped onto his chest or running errands with them ahh
“My lord! I’ve returned with the items you requested.”
“Thank you, Thoma. And thank you as well, little one.”
Imagine Thoma looking so proud at this as Ayato just chuckles and holds out a finger for your baby to grab onto
Ayaka and Ayato would be the coolest aunt and uncle, and no one can convince me otherwise
Taroumaru and any child of Thoma’s would be the bestest of friends !
Thoma has a bunch of photos for all the times his child has fallen asleep snuggled up to Taroumaru and makes sure to have at least one of the photos on him at all times
Dinner is always a treat because Thoma is so excited to tell you about the day he experienced with your child
He’s so soft; like the two of you could be laying in bed with your child fast asleep between the two of you, and when you’ve eventually dozed off as well he’d just watch you two with the sweetest smile on his face
Days off are usually spent with you three going around visiting Thoma’s animal friends, and the night before is always spent preparing food to give to them
Expect to wake up on certain mornings with the two of them having prepared you a surprise breakfast/brunch in bed
Thoma and his child having the most fun time coming up with new recipe ideas for all of you to enjoy
Would make something really cute like Taroumaru rice balls, only for you to find them in the kitchen with tears in their eyes
“Thoma, (child’s name)? Is everything alright?”
You have to hold back a laugh when you realize they’re sad because they find the Taroumaru rice balls too cute to eat
You end up having to give them to Ayato and Ayaka so it doesn’t go to waste ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ
An absolute sweetheart as a parent ♡
» Xiao «
Ahhh Xiao !! Give this guy a hug please
Needs some time before he even thinks about allowing himself to hold his child
Won’t say anything when his child is handed to him, but his movements are stiff as he carefully takes them into his arms
His mind would be buzzing with a bunch of doubts and questions, and as he holds a hesitant finger up to their cheek as if to touch them, you could notice him trembling a bit
Him, an adeptus, with a child of his own? Never did he imagine such a possibility…
Immediately softens when their small hand wraps around his finger, and despite thinking about pulling away, he doesn’t dare move
Maybe... we’ll be fine, he thinks
When his child is old enough, expect to make almond tofu for two from then on
It isn’t uncommon for some people staying at Wangshu Inn to occasionally see Xiao at the balcony late at night, sitting with his child in his lap as they both gaze at the view and eat almond tofu
Acts slightly annoyed when he tries to feed his child, only for them to get it all over their mouth because of how much they’re laughing and babbling
If one looks close enough, though, the faintest smile can be seen on Xiao’s lips as well
Expect Zhongli to visit often and play the role of Teyvat’s Best Grandpa™
Zhongli has so many stories to tell that whenever Xiao struggles getting his child to fall asleep, he asks Xiao to take a seat with him and proceeds to tell one of his stories
Within five minutes both Xiao and his child are fast asleep
Another thing ! Xiao always tells you he doesn’t need to sleep, but always ends up falling asleep with his child whenever they sit down to listen to one of Zhongli’s stories ahh
“For the last time, (child’s name). We can enjoy the Lantern Rite from the inn.”
Ends up visiting Liyue Harbor with the two of you every year anyways
Sometimes you catch him standing at the doorway leading to your child’s room, just standing there and watching them
Very doubtful about his capabilities as a parent, especially when he remembers his past and watches his child, full of innocence and completely unaware of their father’s past
If you hold Xiao’s hand and give his hand a reassuring squeeze during this time, he’d slowly intertwine his fingers with yours and give you a small squeeze in return
Yeah... we’ll be fine, he’d think, as the two of you watch your child for a few more moments
You guys are going to be just fine (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)

bittersweet.
Tumblr media
Character(s): Diluc // Kaeya // Itto
Anime/Game: Genshin Impact
Genre: Angst
Synopsis: What happens when the two of you meet again despite no longer being together.
Warning(s): None
Note: I might make a part two when I have the chance ( - v - ;;) my heart can’t handle angst so sometimes I need a happy ending, but we shall see hehe
Story is down below!
~
» Diluc «
A conversation with him would still be civil, though there’d be a hint of sadness to it
If you were to visit the tavern while he was working, he wouldn’t hesitate to prepare you your favorite drink despite you two no longer being together
I imagine that you have something unique to your order, like “apple cider, but the apples cut into cubes instead of slices”
He’d still prepare it just like that for you, even before you tell him your order, and he would ignore the slight sting in his heart when he sees the surprise on your face when he slides the drink over
“Apple cider with apple cubes…” you say, a small smile on your face. “You remembered.”
“Of course I did. How could I forget?”
“I would’ve thought…”
“Thought what?”
“... nevermind.”
You drink the cider in silence, him keeping himself busy with his own glass of grape juice
He’d be unable to look up from his drink, instead absentmindedly swirling the liquid in its glass as the both of you wondered where you two went wrong
» Kaeya «
He wondered why you were working so hard to be a knight despite the two of you no longer being together
He’d sometimes see you just outside of the city gates, training with Amber as you tried to improve your archery skills
After training, you’d always be sitting at the fountain in the middle of the market district, too occupied with bandaging yourself up to notice the glances that you received from passerby
“Why bother training?”
Kaeya’s voice reaches your ears just as you finish bandaging up the last cut, finally standing up with a tired look in your eyes
“You always end up hurt in the end,” he continues. “Why not try something else?”
“I’m fine with this, Kaeya.”
“Come now, (Y/N). This is the third time I’ve seen you here, fixing yourself up.”
“And? That’s how it’ll always be, right?”
You gather the unused bandages into your hands, continuing, “No need to worry about me, Captain. Though I do very much appreciate it, my well-being is no longer any of your concern.”
His smirk fades at your words, his mouth now set to a hard line
“Not like it ever was, anyway.”
It was the last thing you said before walking away, trying to ignore the feeling of his stare as you headed to the tavern for a drink
»  Itto «
Despite no longer being with Itto, you’d always visit Granny Oni whenever you had the chance
You had grown close to her during your time with Itto, and because of that you always looked forward to visiting her during your free time
Sitting at the dining table and enjoying tea with Granny Oni was always a relaxing experience, and you always brought some foods that you thought paired well with the tea
During one of these visits Itto suddenly pops in, loudly telling Granny Oni about what he was up to before becoming really awkward at the sight of you
“Hey, uh… didn’t expect to see ya’ here, (Y/N).”
He’d suddenly have to leave (despite arriving not even a second ago), only to stop at the sight of you standing up and collecting some snacks into a basket
His expression softens and his heart hurts a bit when Granny Oni tells him that you still visited her almost every other day, always checking in on her and bringing snacks/meals
“Really? That’s awesome, Granny.”
When you finished filling the basket with some cookies, you covered it with a cloth and handed it to Itto
“I gave you extra so that you can share with the others as well.”
“Heh… thanks, (Y/N).”
You notice his hesitation, as if he wanted to say something more
Instead, he just gives you that bright grin of his, telling you two that he’ll try to be back later
“Just… be safe, Itto,” you tell him.
His grin falters for a moment, remembering that that was what you’d always say when the two of you were still together and he had to leave
He leaves quickly, trying to ignore the heavy feeling in his chest as the last thing he sees is your comforting yet slightly sad smile

Panta Presents
Tumblr media
Pairing: Kokichi Oma x Reader
Anime/Game: Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony
Genre: Fluff
Synopsis: The MonoMono Machine gives you an unexpected present, one that you’ve never seen before. Despite your initial confusion, however, you know just who to give it to.
Warning(s): Spoilers for what happens during Chapter 2 (“Gonta’s Insect Meet and Greet”) in the game!
Note: Kokichi was a little difficult to write for (。•́︿•̀。) I did my best to write as in-character as possible, but I’m sorry in advance if his personality seems a bit off. Thank you, please enjoy!
Story is down below!
~
You stared at the bottle in your hand, head tilted in slight confusion as you read the name of the drink.
“Panta…?”
It wasn’t unusual for you to visit the MonoMono Machine. You enjoyed talking to your classmates and giving them presents after meeting with them, but this particular beverage was one that you had never seen from the machine before.
Your fingers were beginning to grow a bit numb from how cold the drink was, the dark purple liquid bubbling as you gave the bottle a slight shake. The small action resulted in even more bubbles, confirming that the drink was indeed a carbonated one.
A carbonated drink, you thought to yourself. If my memory’s not mistaken, there’s someone who likes these things…
The backpack you always wore when visiting the MonoMono Machine became slightly heavier as you placed the soda inside, and you made your way out of the room in search of a certain student.
~
You weren’t even aware that Gonta held an insect meet-and-greet until you saw some of the other students returning to the dorms, a mixture of irritation and exhaustion evident on their faces.
“Are you guys alright?” you asked. “What happened?”
Shuichi gave a sigh, looking more tired than ever. “Well…”
~
By the time he had finished telling you what happened, the others had already returned to their dorm rooms.
“I’m sorry that you guys had to go through all that,” you said, giving the detective a sympathetic pat on the shoulder. “Go get some rest, you sound like you really need it.”
“Thanks, (Y/N).”
He gave you a small smile before leaving for his room, leaving you to yourself. Once he was out of sight, you decided to go pay a visit to Gonta’s lab.
~
The walk back from Gonta’s lab to the dorms consisted of you walking next to Gonta, who carried an unconscious Kokichi in his arms.
“That’s was not very gentleman-like, Gonta,” you scolded, your voice soft yet stern. “No matter how angry you might be, you don’t push people to do things against their will. Even people like Kokichi.”
The Ultimate Entomologist looked disappointed in himself. “Gonta sorry.”
“It’s alright, Gonta,” you said. “Next time, though, just politely invite people to look at your bugs. That’s the more gentlemanly way of showing others what you like.”
He nodded in understanding, now looking determined. “Gonta will remember the gentleman way.”
You looked at Kokichi, who was still knocked out from the bug swarm that he experienced. “Kokichi tricks people a lot, but even someone like him deserves patience and understanding. Which can honestly be difficult, but…”
You trailed off, seeing that you three had finally reached the dorms, not bothering to finish your sentence.
~
After managing to unlock Kokichi’s room and placing him in bed, you and Gonta now stood outside of the Ultimate Supreme Leader’s bedroom. Gonta had been about to leave when you pulled out a bag of bunny apples from your backpack, giving it to him as a token of thanks for carrying Kokichi back.
“Thank you, (Y/N)!”
“You’re welcome, Gonta,” you said. “Make sure to eat them soon or else they’ll go bad, alright?”
“Understood. Good night, (Y/N)!”
“Good night, Gonta.”
With a cheerful smile the entomologist left, and you allowed yourself into Kokichi’s room once more. Closing the door gently, you decided that it wouldn’t hurt to check on Kokichi one last time before making your leave.
He was still passed out, the foam on his mouth still there from his earlier panicking. You took a tissue from your bag and wiped his mouth clean, and just as you turned to throw the tissue away you heard a small sound coming from where Kokichi lay.
“Ugh, seriously… I thought it’d be forever until that stupid idiot finally left.”
You whipped around, seeing that Kokichi was now awake. He was staring at you with a wide grin, hands folded behind his head as he continued to lay in the position that he had been placed in.
“Good to see you finally awake,” you said. You went to his bathroom to dispose of the tissue before going back to his bedside. “I was beginning to get worried.”
“Aww… do you actually care about me, (Y/N)?”
You took out the bottle of Panta from your backpack and placed it on his bedside table, not missing the way his expression suddenly blanked at the sight of the beverage.
“Of course I do,” you said. “You are a classmate of mine, after all.”
Zipping your bag closed, you put it back on before continuing, “If you’re doing fine, then I guess I’ll be off--”
“Woah, woah. Hold it!” The supreme leader held his hands up, as if trying to stop you from leaving. “You can’t just give me a drink and then leave! What if it’s poisoned--”
“It’s not,” you said, and you made a point of opening the drink for him. The drink let out a hissing noise as its cap was loosened and removed. “See? I just got it today at the MonoMono Machine.”
“Now how do I know that isn’t a lie?”
You simply raised a brow, holding the drink out to him.
“Nee-hehe~! You really do care about me, don’t you?” he teased, before dramatically burying himself deeper into his covers. “Augh, but what a pain… it hurts to move.” He began to tear up. “How will I ever drink now?”
“Kokichi…”
“Oo! I know!” He suddenly sprung up, sitting up in bed now. “Why don’t you make yourself useful for once and help me drink it? I bet you’d love that-”
He was interrupted by the sudden feeling of you sitting in his bed, taking his hand into yours so that the both of you were now holding the drink. His expression went blank at your actions, as if not expecting you to do such a thing.
With his hand in yours, you guided the bottle up to his lips. “I’m not your servant,” you said. “But I also do want to help you, Kokichi. So will you drink or not?”
“...”
Surprisingly, he was silent, instead taking a drink of the Panta. You didn’t miss the way his eyes widened slightly in satisfaction at the taste, and after taking a few sips he stopped drinking.
“There, you’ve had your fill,” you said, getting up and placing the cap back on. “Hopefully that’s enough to make you feel a little bit better, especially after being swarmed with bugs.”
You placed the drink back down on the bedside table. “I have no other reason to be here,” you went on, “so I’ll head off for tonight. See you, Kokichi--”
His hand suddenly grabbed your wrist, and you looked down to see him pouting. Once again, he had dramatic tears welling up in his eyes, his hold on you surprisingly strong despite his small stature.
“Mmm nope! Nuh-uh, you’re not going anywhere!”
“Kokichi--!?”
“Nee-hehe~~!”
You didn’t expect him to suddenly pull you into bed, his arms wrapping around you to prevent you from making any attempt to leave. You looked up at him to see him grinning widely, your own arms wrapping around his frame so as to not fall off the bed.
“You obviously care about me, so there’s no way I can let you go!” Kokichi exclaimed, his signature laugh finishing off the statement. “You’ll be staying with me for tonight.”
“I can’t--”
He let out an overly exaggerated yawn, snuggling closer to you and allowing his eyes to fall shut. “Oh my god, just shut up already! You know you want this, so just shut your mouth and sleep, geez!”
You stared up at him, completely bewildered and at a loss for words.
Either he didn’t notice your stare or chose to ignore it, because he made no move to look at you or let you go. After a few seconds, you felt your eyes growing heavy, and decided that it wouldn’t hurt to be with Kokichi for just one night.
As you felt sleep take over, the last thing you saw was a slight smile on Kokichi’s lips, one that you had never seen before. You couldn’t help but wonder if that smile was simply another one of his lies, or maybe… maybe it was something else.

Moments
Tumblr media
Character(s): Diluc // Kaeya // Albedo // Thoma // Itto // Childe // Zhongli
Anime/Game: Genshin Impact
Genre: Fluff
Synopsis: A collection of random and sweet moments with some of the men from around Teyvat.
Warning(s): None
Note: It has been a little while, friends! I hope you are all taking care and wishing you the best always (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ
Story is down below!
~
Diluc watching your eyes light up as you taste the new appetizer that he created, arms crossed as he leans back and silently hopes that you enjoy the taste. A pleased sound escapes you as you compliment the dish, saying that it’ll pair perfectly with the apple cider that was sold at the tavern.
He gives a small “hm”, averting his gaze as he tries to ignore the way his cheeks warm a bit. “I’m glad to see that it suits your taste. If that’s the case, then I suppose adding it to the menu wouldn’t hurt.”
It had been your idea to add a food item to the menu, after all. And though he might never openly admit it, he would always do his best to take note of your ideas and see them through if it meant seeing you happy.
~
Kaeya being quick to take your hand into his as he sees that you’ve hurt yourself trying to recreate his special dish, your finger pricking itself on the sharp skewer.
“How clumsy of you, (Y/N).”
You respond with an apologetic grin, watching as he takes out a small bandage and wraps it around your finger. Neither of you notice the way Kaeya’s smirk replaces itself with a small smile, his fingers unexpectedly gentle as he takes a little bit longer than necessary to finish wrapping the wound.
~
Albedo searching for both you and Klee after a day of you three wandering around Mondstadt in search of materials. You had asked him to join you, saying that you wanted to collect some flowers for a new recipe, telling him that you also wanted to spend some more time with both him and Klee.
“Strange. They were just around here…”
He trails off at the sight of you laying back against the trunk of a tree, eyes closed as you slept. In one hand you loosely held a basket filled with what seemed to be sweet flowers, the other hand resting on Klee’s head, who was fast asleep as well.
It didn’t take him long to seat himself next to the two of you, your head leaning into his shoulder as he took out his sketchbook.
~
Thoma seeing that your hand is slightly trembling as you hold a bite of rice cake soup up to his lips. It had been your first time making the dish, knowing that it was his favorite.
“You’re trembling,” he points out. “Is there something wrong?”
You shake your head, sheepishly admitting that you’re a bit nervous because you’re worried that he might dislike it. His eyes widen at your words, and he takes your hand into his to guide the spoonful of soup into his mouth.
With a bright grin, he praises the dish and expresses how you properly cooked the tofu just to his liking. His cheeks are pink at the knowledge that you had made the dish just for him, your own cheeks warm as he continues to compliment your cooking as he insists on also making it together the next time.
~
Itto taking notice of the way you speak softly to Granny Oni, handing her a cup of tea while she takes a seat at the dining table. You announce that you’ll be the one preparing lunch for the afternoon, for her as well as Itto and the rest of his gang.
“Hey, lemme help out!” Itto insists, and the way your eyes brighten at his offer is enough to bring a grin onto his face.
His hands are a bit clumsy as he cuts the vegetables, and you place your hands over his to carefully guide him into cutting the potatoes into neat slices. The smile that Granny Oni has on her lips as she watches the two of you work together goes by unnoticed as she drinks her tea, chuckling a bit at the slight red color that now paints the oni’s cheeks.
~
Childe sporting a huge smile as you place the hat that you had bought for him on top of his head. Next to you stands Teucer, wearing a hat smaller but similar to his brother’s.
“Look, Teucer! Now both you and your brother match,” you say, your fingertips lightly brushing over the side of Childe’s face as you finish adjusting his hat. “Now no matter where he is, you two will always have something to share.”
The harbinger’s eyes light up just ever so slightly at your words, his little brother’s cheers and your laughter sounding so nice to his ears.
Giving a chuckle, Childe gives a closed-eye smile as he promises to buy a hat for you as well, saying that it would be even better if the three of you shared something to match.
~
Zhongli’s eyes watching you as you continue to smile and nod at him as he speaks, you standing up for the third time in order to pour him another cup of tea. You had been listening to him for quite some time now, showing no signs of disinterest despite the exhaustion obvious in your form.
He stops his storytelling for a moment to ask if you would like to rest for the night, to which you respond with a dismissive wave and even softer smile.
“Maybe in a few minutes. I can’t help but want to stay longer,” you tell him, returning to your seat after placing the new cup of tea in front of him. “Talking to you is always one of the best parts of my day.”
He is slightly surprised with how honest you are, giving a small nod as he takes a sip of his tea. “I see.”
You continue to listen to him for another half hour or so, your light laughter and his relaxing voice filling the night air as he made sure that your own cup of tea never went empty as well.

Taking Care
Tumblr media
Character(s): Diluc // Kaeya // Childe // Zhongli
Game: Genshin Impact
Genre: Fluff
Synopsis: You’re exhausted, and you haven’t been taking care of yourself well. Good thing they’re there to help you out!
Warning(s): None
Note: Just finished midterms recently ahh !! I’m mentally/physically spent, though, so this idea came to mind as a comfort. Please enjoy and take care of yourselves, friends (ノ´ヮ`)ノ*: ・゚good meals and enough rest is important !
Story is down below!
~
» Diluc «
It was the touch of a warm hand on your shoulder that caused you to wake, followed by the feeling of something slightly heavy being placed around you. Your eyelids managed to open themselves just enough to see Diluc standing right next to you, a stern expression on his face.
“You just never know when to quit, do you?” he asked, the displeased tone of his voice causing you to give an apologetic smile.
“Sorry,” you mumbled tiredly. “I underestimated the amount of work I have.”
“Honestly.” Diluc shook his head, arms crossing as he stared down at your exhausted form. “How many times do I have to come back to see you-”
He suddenly paused at the sight of you sleeping once more, too fatigued to stay awake for long. You were unaware of the way his gaze softened at the sight of you lightly snoring away, head resting uncomfortably on the table as the blanket that he had given to you began to slip off of your sleeping form.
You woke up the next morning a little bit confused as to how you were suddenly in bed, but one glance over at Diluc sleeping right next to you as he held you close was more than enough to tell you what had happened.
~
» Kaeya «
“Well, this is unexpected.”
“Now is not the time, Kaeya,” you muttered, eyes closed as you lay back on the sofa.
The slight headache that had been bothering you the whole day showed no signs of disappearing any time soon, and the screeching sound of a chair being pulled up beside you simply added on to the throbbing pain in your head.
“To think that I had to drink alone.” The cavalry captain now sat on the wooden chair, seated backwards as he propped his arms on the back of it. He rested his head on top of his arms, clicking his tongue in feigned disappointment. “I missed you, you know.”
You didn’t have the energy to respond, instead giving a small sigh as you rolled over onto your side. With your eyes closed, you failed to see the way Kaeya’s smirk fell upon seeing the heavy eyebags beneath your eyes.
“No sarcastic response? How disappointing.”
The male hoped for an answer, only to be met with the soft sound of your breathing. It took him a few seconds to realize that you had dozed off, your face more relaxed compared to when you were awake.
If it weren’t for the glass of water and headache medicine that greeted you on the coffee table when you woke up a couple hours later, you would’ve thought that the faint kiss that you had felt on your cheek had been nothing more than a dream.
~
» Childe «
You flinched at the loud sound of Childe calling out your name, the paper in your hand crumpling a bit as your grip tightened at the sound of his quick footsteps approaching.
“Good evening!” he greeted cheerfully. “You look well-”
“That’s a lie and you know it,” you grumbled, not even bothering to look at him as you struggled to understand the paper in front of you for the third time. “If you’re going to ask me to take care of Teucer again-”
A dull pain in your stomach suddenly caused you to stop talking, and a small sound tumbled from your lips. Childe’s grin disappeared immediately, concern decorating his features as he placed a hand on your back.
“Hey, what’s wrong?” he asked.
It didn’t take him long to scan the table in front of you, finally taking notice of the seemingly endless amount of work that you were dealing with. His frown went by unnoticed as you clutched your stomach, eyes screwed shut as you willed the painful feeling away.
“Nothing’s wrong,” you insisted, waving a dismissive hand his way. “I just forgot to eat. I’ll eat something when I finish my work, though.”
You never did get to finish your work, however, and your day instead ended with Childe sitting next to you as he fed you his special dish, your exclamations of protest going by ignored as he insisted that you at the very least try the soup.
~
» Zhongli «
“I believe some tea will help you relax.”
You gave a tired smile to Zhongli, barely finding the energy to nod in thanks as he placed the mug next to the pile of work that you had finished reading through.
“Did you eat something today?” he asked, and at the shake of your head he sighed. “I figured. Would you like me to make something-”
“I’ll eat when I have the time,” you interrupted, your words coming off a bit more harsher than you intended. “I have some things that I need to finish as soon as possible.”
“Hm.”
You didn’t expect him to suddenly lift you from your chair, a surprised shout escaping you as he carried you off to sit down on the sofa.
“Z-Zhongli! What do you think you’re doing? I have work-”
“Work can wait,” he insisted, his voice as calm as ever. He set you down gently, brushing a strand of hair away from your forehead. “Your health, however, cannot. Do you really think that you can continue to work like this?”
His amber eyes stared down at you with a mixture of both seriousness and concern, causing your own to widen as you looked up at him.
You couldn’t bring yourself to answer his question, knowing full well that he was right.
Using a hand to brush your hair back, he pressed a soft kiss onto your forehead. “I’ll prepare a meal for the both of us to enjoy,” he murmured. “In the meantime, rest here on the sofa.”
His thumb brushed over your cheek for a moment before pulling away, handing you the cup of tea that he had placed on the table earlier before making his leave.

Grape Juice
Tumblr media
Pairing: Diluc Ragnvindr x Reader
Game: Genshin Impact
Genre: Fluff
Synopsis: After a long day, Diluc wants nothing more than to come home to you and his son. Usually you’re there to greet him when he arrives home, but this time you’re nowhere to be seen. Where could the two of you have gone?
Warning(s): None
Note: I don’t know if this has been done yet but it was a cute idea ( ´ ▿ ` ) Diluc is so cool wahh
Story is down below!
~
“How unusual…” Diluc murmured.
His boots created a dull sound that echoed throughout the hallway as he walked, his fingers mindlessly adjusting his gloves. The mansion was strangely quiet; though he would’ve had no problem with that in the past, ever since you came into his life the place was usually a lot more lively.
The faint sound of laughter suddenly registered in his ears, and he stopped walking. It was your laugh, accompanied with some muffled speech. Another voice was heard, this time a bit higher in pitch, and Diluc recognized it as his son’s.
The two of you were in the bedroom, he realized, and he found himself walking once more to see what was going on.
~
You didn’t hear the bedroom door creak open, nor did you take notice of your husband’s arrival.
“I know you’re excited, sweetheart, but calm down,” you said, shaking your head. You had a glass of grape juice in your hand, the other gently holding the small of your son’s back. The both of you were sitting on the edge of the bed. “You’ll spill the juice you worked so hard to make.”
Your son stared up at you with hopeful eyes, shining their brilliant red color that you had grown so used to seeing. “Do you think Dad will like it?” He held a grape juice of his own.
“I’m sure he will,” you said softly, your hand moving to brush through his (h/c) hair. “You made this with so much love and effort.”
“Do you like it, Mom?”
“I do!” you exclaimed. You lifted your glass with a bright smile to emphasize your words. “Don’t tell your dad this, but” -you leaned in close to your son’s ear, your voice lowering a bit- “I think I like this better than his grape juice.”
“I find that rather offensive.”
Upon hearing his father’s voice, your son leapt up from the bed. “Dad!”
Diluc approached the two of you, looking unamused with your comment. With a sheepish look, you held the grape juice out to him.
“Sorry, honey,” you apologized. “But give the drink a taste, and then maybe you’ll agree with me.”
Your husband seated himself next to you, his arm wrapping around your waist as he took the glass of juice.
Diluc stared at the drink for a few seconds before lifting the glass to his lips, taking a long drink from it. It didn’t take long for him to finish the entire thing, a small sigh leaving his mouth once he finished.
Your son looked nervous, big eyes filled with a mixture of both impatience and curiosity. “So? What do you think?”
“I think…”
A smile formed on your husband’s lips, surprising the both of you.
“... that this is some of the best grape juice that I have ever tasted,” he finished.
Your son let out an excited cheer, and Diluc couldn’t help but chuckle at this. You gave a small laugh of your own, and you leaned in to rest your head on your husband’s shoulder.
“I told you,” you said. “Your son has a talent when it comes to making grape juice.”
“Indeed he does,” Diluc said. He kissed the top of your head, moving his hand so that it was now resting on your shoulder. “Perhaps I should start selling this instead of wine.”
“I don’t think Kaeya would enjoy that very much.”
Your husband let out a sound of annoyance at the mention of his brother, yet he didn’t say anything.
The both of you watched as your son finished his cheering, now standing in front of you as he excitedly talked about the different juices he planned to make from now on. He would occasionally pause to take a drink of his juice; it was a miracle that none of it had spilled yet.
You glanced up at Diluc, who was looking at your son attentively. Though his smile was gone, it was clear to see in his eyes that he was quite content.
Seeing that he had placed his glass aside, you took the opportunity to take his hand into yours. Your husband looked momentarily surprised, turning to look at you as if to silently ask if you needed something.
“I didn’t get a chance to say this earlier,” you said quietly, “but welcome home. You look exhausted… is there anything I can do for you?”
You felt him squeeze your hand in response, and the feeling of his lips pressing against your forehead was enough to bring a smile onto your face.
“Having the two of you here with me is more than enough, my love.”
~
The day finished with the three of you in bed, Diluc quietly telling you about his day and sipping on another glass of grape juice as your son slept between the two of you.

Happy With You
Tumblr media
Pairing: Beelzebub x Reader
Game: Obey Me! - One Master To Rule Them All
Genre: Angst(?)/Fluff
Synopsis: You’re happy with Beel, you really are. But what happens when the new exchange student wants to hang out with you, and you turn him down? And what happens when he doesn’t take the rejection well, choosing to instead insult your sweet boyfriend?
Warning(s): None
Note: You know how painful it was (indirectly) insulting this sweet boy? Ah, but here you go, please enjoy! ( ๑´ ▿ `๑)
Story is down below!
~
“(Y/N), wait up!”
You stopped walking momentarily, turning to see Montaro approaching you. “Oh, hey!” you greeted, giving a small wave in return. “Did you need something, ‘Taro?”
“No, not really.” The male grinned, having finally caught up to you. “I just wanted to ask you something.”
“Ah, of course!” You gave him a kind smile. “Is it another question about the school?”
“No, no! It’s not really a school thing…”
“The House of Lamentation, then? I know you’re staying at Purgatory Hall, but-”
“It’s not that!” He looked a bit irritated now, though he tried to hide it with his tone. “I wanted to ask you if you’re free tonight.”
“Tonight?” you echoed. “I don’t know about that… I promised Beel that I would make him a new cheeseburger recipe that I found the other day.”
Montaro scoffed. “Can’t you just ditch him for one night?”
His sudden change of attitude confused you a bit, and you couldn’t help but feel a little annoyed with his words. “That wouldn’t be right,” you said. “Sorry, but class is over for today and I need to go-”
A hand reached out and took hold of your wrist, preventing you from leaving. You paused, realizing that his grip was too strong for you to escape.
Montaro was staring down at you, eyes filled with an emotion that you couldn’t read.
“Let me tell you something, (Y/N)...”
~
A yawn escaped Belphie’s lips as he rested his head on Beel’s shoulder, eyes already half-closed as the two of them waited for you at the school entrance.
“(Y/N) isn’t here yet.” Beel looked a bit concerned as he munched on one of the spicy newt chips that you had given to him earlier in the day. “I thought class was over for today.”
“Mhm...”
The older twin looked down to see his brother struggling to stay awake. “Belphie, you should go home. It’s better to sleep there,” he said. “I’ll go look for (Y/N).”
“Alright,” Belphie yawned, covering his mouth as he did so. “I’ll see both of you at home, then.”
The Avatar of Sloth gave a wave before making his leave, and Beel finished up the last of his chips before beginning his search for you.
~
Your wrist was burning as you tried to pull it out of Montaro’s grasp.
“Seriously, let me go already-!”
“Tch.” The male simply tightened his hold on you. “Someone like you shouldn’t be interested in Beel. Look at you, and look at him. You’re too good for him.”
You attempted to use your other hand to pry him off of you, only for it to be caught by his free hand.
“I can’t believe you, honestly,” Montaro continued, a smirk playing on his lips. “Out of all the brothers, and you chose Beel? The giant oaf who does nothing but eat?”
“Don’t talk about him like that!”
“Hah!” The exchange student let out a laugh. “I bet you can’t even go on a proper date with him, since he’ll eat everything before you can even taste it.”
You attempted to kick Montaro on the shin, only for him to dodge your attempted attack. A faint gasp escaped you as you found yourself suddenly leaning back, the male still gripping onto one of your wrists as his other hand pressed onto the small of your back and forced you close.
“Don’t lie to yourself, (Y/N).” His voice was dripping with a fake sweetness that made you cringe. “Do you really want some dumb fool who does nothing but eat and eat? He probably only keeps you around since you feed-”
“He keeps me around because he loves me,” you said, and you winced as you felt your wrist hurt even more. “And I love him.”
“Does he love you, really? Or does he love-”
A new voice suddenly interrupted.
“(Y/N)?”
~
The other day, Mammon had eaten the pitch-black shortcake that Beel had saved in the fridge. Of course, Beel became furious after finding out, so much so to the point that he almost destroyed the entire kitchen (again). If it weren’t for you returning from Madam Devian’s with a box of hellfire cheesecake at that exact moment, who knows what would’ve happened.
However, what the Avatar of Gluttony felt back then was nothing compared to what he was feeling right now, and the scared look on your face simply added on to his anger.
You felt relief wash over you. "Beel!”
“Why is he holding you?” Beel asked.
Montaro was quick to release you from his hold, causing you to stumble back a bit. You immediately ran over to Beel, who instantly wrapped an arm around your shoulders.
“We were just having a conversation,” Montaro said, giving a shrug. “It was going so well too, until you interrupted-”
“Some conversation that was,” you said, not even bothering to hide your annoyance. “You held me against my will!”
“He did?” Beel’s eyebrows furrowed together. “Then… I should tell Lucifer.”
Montaro froze at the sound of the eldest brother’s name.
“H-Hey, man, that’s not a good-” Montaro began, only to stop at the sight of Beel’s expression.
“Or… I can deal with you myself,” Beel said slowly, giving your shoulder a slight squeeze. Though he was frowning, his lips transformed into a smile when he looked at you. “(Y/N)?”
“Yes, Beel?”
“Wait for me at the school entrance,” he said, eyes closed as he continued to give you that sweet smile of his. “I’ll be there in a few minutes.”
“Huh? But I can’t just leave you-”
“Please, (Y/N).” It wasn’t a request. “I’ll be there soon, I promise.”
You didn’t know what would happen to Montaro, but you knew Beel enough to trust in his decisions. You sighed, choosing to give in.
“Alright. See you at the entrance, Beel.”
~
Belphie was still half-asleep when he entered the kitchen, rubbing his eyes. He was surprised to see you sitting on the counter, Beel standing right across from you as the both of you munched on some burgers.
“(Y/N).” The Avatar of Sloth gave you a lazy grin as you handed him a burger. “Thanks.”
“Beel made the sauce!” you said, looking proud. “He made it all by himself, and this time he didn’t completely finish it all.”
“Eh? Really?” Belphie tasted the food that you had given to him. “... it’s good.”
“I’m glad!” You look pleased with yourself. “Beel and I made it together, so I guess that’s why it’s extra delicious.”
Beel, who was already on his eighth burger, gave a nod of agreement. “Food tastes better when you make it with others.”
“Exactly!” you laughed.
Lucifer suddenly entered the kitchen, and a cold air filled the room. The Avatar of Pride looked angry, and at the sight of Beel he crossed his arms.
“Beel, did you do something to the new exchange student?” he asked. “I just spoke to Simeon, and he said that Montaro was badly injured upon returning to Purgatory Hall.”
The older twin nodded in confirmation. “Yes, that was my fault.”
Lucifer sighed, rubbing his temples. “I didn’t expect this from you, Beel. I thought you’d know better-”
“It was for a good reason!” you interrupted, earning a surprised look from the eldest brother. “I know violence isn’t always the answer, but…”
You then explained to the three of them exactly what happened between you and Montaro. How he became upset over you turning down his offer to hang out, and all the things he said about Beel once he discovered that he was the reason why you were unavailable for the night.
Beel looked disappointed, whereas Belphie looked upset. Lucifer had a mixture of disappointment and anger on his face, shaking his head as you told them everything.
“I don’t know what would’ve happened if Beel hadn’t arrived,” you finished. “So please don’t be so harsh on him. He was upset, and that doesn’t justify hurting someone, but…”
“I understand, (Y/N),” Lucifer said. He looked tired now. “I’ll have to talk to Diavolo about this. It seems as though this exchange student wasn’t the right choice…”
Lucifer didn’t even bother saying goodbye as he left, too occupied with his thoughts as he left you three to be alone in the kitchen once more.
“Belphie, can you do me a favor?” you asked, taking the tray of burgers into your hands. “I don’t want these getting cold, so do you mind going around and giving them to your brothers?”
The Avatar of Sloth gave a nod, taking the tray from you. “Okay.” He held the tray out to his twin. “Beel, do you want to grab some before I go?”
Beel took a burger, offering a smile of thanks before taking a large bite from it. Both you and Belphie gave him a perplexed look; it was unusual for him to take only one burger.
“I’ll… see you guys around,” Belphie said, raising his hand in goodbye before walking out of the kitchen.
The kitchen was strangely silent, and you looked over at Beel to see that he had stopped eating. He was staring at his burger, practically glaring at it.
“What did that burger ever do to you?” you joked, snapping him out of his thoughts.
“(Y/N).” The sadness in his voice caught you off guard. “Can I ask you something?”
“Of course, Beel! Anything.”
“Are you happy with me?”
Your eyes widened; you didn’t expect him to ask such a question. “Hey, what’s with this question all of a sudden?” Since you were sitting on the counter, you were able to reach over and place a hand on his cheek. “Is it because of what Montaro said?”
He was silent, but he held onto your hand resting on his cheek. A serious look on his face, he did his best to look you in the eye. “It’s true that I eat a lot,” he pointed out. “Sometimes I eat more than you can cook, and when I try to help I sometimes eat everything-”
“Beel-”
“I know my hunger gets in the way sometimes,” he continued, the slightly hurt look in your eyes causing him to avert his gaze. “My sin can be harder to deal with compared to-”
“Beel!”
The volume of your voice caused him to stop talking, his hold on your hand tightening.
“Look,” you said gently, your thumb brushing over his cheek in a loving manner. “I knew what I was getting into when I chose you, Beel. Please don’t doubt my decision.”
You leaned forward and planted a kiss on his forehead.
“I love you,” you said softly. “I love who you are, and I love the fact that you eat so well. What Montaro said was nothing but lies. You’re one of the sweetest and most caring people I know, Beel. I’m happy with you.”
Beel’s eyes were wide, not knowing how to react to your sudden compliments. After a moment, he gave a small chuckle, burying his face into your hand and pressing a kiss into it.
“I love you too, (Y/N).”
His eyes were closed as he gave you that bright smile of his, and you couldn’t help but smile as well.

Jealousy
Tumblr media
Pairing: Daisuke Kambe x Reader
Anime: The Millionaire Detective Balance: Unlimited / Fugou Keiji Balance: Unlimited
Genre: Fluff
Synopsis: Jealousy is something that your boyfriend Daisuke has never experienced before. What happens when you and Haru get a little too close for his comfort?
Warning(s): None
Story is down below!
~
You were unaware of the blue-gray eyes that stared at you as you stood in front of the stove, a serious look on your face as you did your best to not burn the fried chicken that you were making. Haru stood next to you, telling you to be careful since the hot oil might splash onto your hands.
Daisuke was sitting on the floor, sipping on the cup of tea that you had made for him earlier. It wasn’t the best quality, but for your sake he drank it anyway as he watched you and his friend’s interaction.
The three of you were currently in Haru’s apartment, both detectives having just returned from an overseas trip regarding the illegal selling of adollium. Being a childhood friend of Haru's, you had offered to watch over his apartment whenever he was gone for long periods of time.
It was because of this that you were able to meet Daisuke Kambe; despite his cool demeanor, you had been quick to warm up to him. You were similar to Haru in that you were both sympathetic and a hard worker, but you had much more patience compared to your childhood friend.
“Haru, relax! I made sure that the heat is low, so the oil shouldn’t splash,” you said, shaking your head at the older male’s warnings. “Seriously, you worry too much.”
“I’m just looking out for you, (Y/N),” Haru said. “I know you’ve been cooking your whole life, but I can’t help but remember the accidents that happened whenever we would cook together…”
“I’m older now,” you laughed, giving the detective’s shoulder a playful punch. “Don’t doubt my cooking skills. They’ve improved a lot.”
You turned your attention to Daisuke, who was now staring at his cup of tea.
“Isn’t that right, ‘Suke?” you asked, earning a nod in response.
You beamed at his approval, a bright smile on your lips as your focus went back to tending to the chicken.
~
“You cooked this in oil.”
“Yeah! That’s what makes it crispy,” you said, picking up one of the fried chicken pieces with a pair of chopsticks. “I made sure that it’s boneless so that it would be easier to eat.”
Haru, who was already munching on his third piece, watched in amusement as you held the food item up to Daisuke’s lips.
“Come on, say ah~” Your voice sounded almost like a song now. “You’ll enjoy it, I promise.”
“I don’t understand why you think it’s necessary to feed me,” Daisuke muttered, staring at the piece of chicken presented to him. “Why don’t you feed yourself?”
“Because I enjoy feeding those I care about,” you huffed. You waved the fried piece in front of him. “Now eat it while it’s still hot, ‘Suke. I made this with extra love, just for you.”
Haru let out an exaggerated gagging noise, and you just rolled your eyes.
“Fine, I’ll feed you instead, Haru-”
Daisuke’s hand suddenly grabbed onto your wrist, preventing you from moving the chopsticks towards Haru’s mouth.
“No. That piece is meant for me.”
Both you and Haru’s eyes widened at the billionaire’s words; this was uncharacteristic of him. Though Daisuke’s expression remained nonchalant like always, his voice carried just the slightest hint of irritation.
“Oh. Uhm…” It took you a moment to understand what just happened. “Alright, then. This piece is yours, ‘Suke.”
You fed your boyfriend the bite, a nervous sweat forming on your brow as you noticed that his gaze was on Haru the whole time.
What’s up with him? you thought, picking up another piece of chicken. They’re such good friends, aren’t they? Then why does it seem like-
“It’s good,” Daisuke said. “Though I think a different oil would have been better.”
Haru scoffed. “Of course you’d say that,” he said. He then gave you a kind smile, head nodding towards the kitchen. “(Y/N), do you mind getting some beer from the fridge? I bought some to pair with the fried chicken.”
“Sure!”
As you got up to get the drinks, you failed to notice the slight tension that now filled the air.
~
It was difficult for Haru to hold himself back from smiling.
No way… is Daisuke actually jealous?
Daisuke had picked up the chopsticks that you had placed down, popping another one of the fried chicken pieces into his mouth. The billionaire seemed to be deep in thought, chewing thoughtfully on the piece of meat.
Well, there’s only one way to find out.
Haru snickered, causing the younger male to stop chewing momentarily.
“Is there something on your mind, Haru?” Daisuke asked.
“No, nothing at all.”
“I’m back with the drinks!” you announced, holding three cans of beer in your arms as you returned to the dining table. “I didn’t bother getting any glasses, since usually we drink out of the can, but-”
“Actually, (Y/N),” Haru interrupted, just as you placed the drinks down. “I could use a glass.”
“Really?” Your head tilted slightly. “But whenever we drink beer, you don’t usually-”
“I feel like using one right now,” Haru insisted. “Do you mind getting one for me?”
“Uhm… sure, I guess.”
You went back to the kitchen, and to your surprise, Haru followed right behind you. Before you could ask him why he was with you, however, he had opened a cabinet nearby.
“Ah, there they are!” The detective pointed at the glass cups that resided on the very top shelf. “Get me one of those, please?”
He was fully capable of getting it himself; the both of you knew that. Nevertheless, he was your friend, and you didn’t really find a need to question him.
With a small sigh, you crawled on top of the counter. With shaky legs you managed to stand perfectly upright, one hand holding onto the cabinet door as the other obtained a glass. Just as you were about to lower yourself back down, you suddenly felt a small pressure on your foot- enough to make you lose your balance.
“Gah!” You found yourself falling backwards, and you would’ve smacked onto the ground if Haru wasn’t there to catch you. “!?”
The sharp sound of glass shattering rang through the kitchen, causing you to flinch. Haru, on the other hand, didn’t look fazed by the noise at all; there was a grin on his face as he held you in his arms.
“You alright?” His hold on you was gentle, yet strong. “You should be more careful, (Y/N).”
“I’m fine,” you said. You realized that after dropping the glass, your hands had instinctively reached out to grab onto Haru’s shoulders. “Though I dropped the glass…”
“Don’t worry about that.” The detective looked over at the mess you made. “It can be replaced.”
Daisuke entered the kitchen, only to pause at the sight of you in Haru’s arms. His eyebrows furrowed together immediately, and he would’ve approached you if it weren’t for the glass pieces in the way.
“How did this happen?” he asked, though he didn’t really need an answer. The sight before him was enough to tell him what had occurred.
“(Y/N) was clumsy, like usual,” Haru said, giving a laugh. “Do you mind cleaning the glass, Daisuke? We can’t move around with all these pieces…”
With his hands now clenched into fists, the younger detective gave a stiff nod before looking for a broom to sweep with.
~
“He didn’t even drink that much…”
You placed a blanket around Haru’s shoulders, removing the unfinished glass of beer from his limp hand. He had fallen asleep not long after starting on his second serving of alcohol, cheek pressed against the hard wood of the dining table as he snored lightly.
Daisuke, who was sitting on the sofa, was close to falling asleep himself. His head was struggling to stay up by the time you finished cleaning up the last of the dirty dishes.
His eyes were just about to flutter shut when he felt your soft touch on his shoulder.
“‘Suke, why don’t you just sleep here on the couch tonight?” you suggested gently. “I’ll try to take Haru to bed-”
Your words were interrupted by him unexpectedly pulling you into his lap, his arms wrapping around you as he buried his face into your neck.
“H-huh!?” A heat rose to your cheeks. “‘Suke, this isn’t like you-!”
Perhaps it was the alcohol influencing him, for he didn’t make any move to let you go. A faint pink coated his cheeks now, looking as serious as ever.
“Just leave him here,” Daisuke muttered, giving you a kiss that landed just below your ear.
“He’ll wake up sore if I don’t-”
His hold on you tightened. “Then let him.”
“‘Suke…”
His breathing suddenly slowed, and you turned to see that he had fallen asleep. You couldn’t help but smile at this, your fingers barely dancing over his skin as you brushed some loose strands of hair away from his face.
You planted a sweet kiss onto his forehead. “I don’t get you sometimes, ‘Suke…”
You eventually dozed off as well, too far gone to notice the way that Daisuke’s fingers unconsciously intertwined with yours.

Reminders
Tumblr media
Pairing: Sniper Mask x Reader
Anime: High-Rise Invasion / Tenkuu Shinpan
Genre: Fluff/Lime(?)
Synopsis: When Sniper Mask goes into hibernation, you can’t help but feel worried for him. Your concern is enough to capture the attention of both Kuon and Mayuko, who discover that you’ve been hiding a secret about you and Sniper Mask’s history.
Warning(s): A little bit of swearing, sexual themes heavily implied
Note: Based off of Episode 10; there might be some spoilers ahead, so just a heads up! Reader isn’t a mask in this story- just putting that out there.
Story is down below!
~
Your fingers traced over the hard surface of the mask, Sniper Mask’s head on your lap as you stared down at his unconscious form. His hat had been removed, revealing his tousled locks.
Both Kuon and Mayuko were waiting outside of the room. You had asked for some alone time with the male; while Mayuko looked a bit skeptical with your request, Kuon had been quick to usher you into the room.
Your hands were trembling a bit as you slowly lifted Sniper Mask’s mask upwards, revealing the handsome face that you hadn’t seen in quite some time. His mouth was slightly parted as he breathed, eyebags beneath his eyes due to lack of proper sleep.
As your thumb brushed over the scar beneath his left eye, you failed to hear the sliding door behind you open.
“Yuka…” Your voice was nothing more than a whisper. “I’ve missed you.”
“What do you mean by that?”
The sound of Mayuko’s voice snapped you out of your trance, your attention now on the two girls who stood a few feet away from you. The blonde had a hand on her hip, eyes focused on you as Kuon hid behind her, mumbling something about how it wasn’t right for her to see Sniper Mask’s real face.
You tilted your head in slight confusion. “I’m sorry?”
“We’ve all been together for quite some time now,” Mayuko said. “Yet you just said ‘I’ve missed you’ to Sniper Mask, as if you hadn’t seen him in forever.”
Your movements were gentle as you moved the mask so that it covered the sniper’s face once more. “In a way, I guess it has been awhile since I’ve seen him,” you said. “His face, I mean.”
“His face?” Kuon stopped hiding behind Mayuko, seeing that the male now had his mask back on. “Are you saying that you’ve seen it before?”
“Naturally,” you said. “But that’s not important. Right now we should work on waking him up.”
You gave Sniper Mask’s shoulder a small squeeze, your next words surprising both Kuon and Mayuko.
“I won’t allow my boyfriend to die like this.”
~
The door closed shut with a light click as you stepped into the hallway, a tired sigh leaving your lips.
“Kuon’s passed out for now, but she’ll be fine,” you said. “Glad to have you back, Sniper Mask.”
Said male was leaning against the wall, one hand in his pocket as the other held a cigarette to his lips. Mayuko was still in the bedroom with Kuon, saying that she would watch over the girl as both you and Sniper Mask spoke to each other. Yuri had gone off somewhere, telling the two of you that she would be right back.
“Did anything happen while I was in hibernation?”
“No, nothing,” you said. You leaned against the wall, crossing your arms. “Everything is still the same.”
“Is it really?”
“What do you mean?” you asked. “You fell into hibernation, and both Kuon and Mayuko-”
A loud thud echoed throughout the room as you suddenly found yourself pressed even further against the wall, a gloved hand now at the side of your head as Sniper Mask looked down at you. Despite the mask, you could see his brown eyes focused on your much smaller form.
“Sniper Mask-” you began, only for him to cut you off.
“What exactly is your relationship with me, (Y/N)?” he questioned. “You’ve been hiding something, and I want to know-”
“Yuka.” His eyes widened at the use of his real name. “If you wanted answers, then you could’ve just asked normally instead of having me up against the wall.”
You pushed his arm away, causing it to fall limply at his side.
“If you really want to know, then…”
You suddenly took hold of his tie, pulling him down so that he was now face-to-face with you.
“Hey, what are you- hmph!”
His mask had been pushed away from his face, your lips pressing against his before he could finish his sentence. Your action caused his cigarette to fall out of his mouth, quickly forgotten as you moved to wrap your arms around his neck to bring him even closer.
A hand placed itself on the small of your back, the taste of tobacco greeting your tongue as Yuka deepened the kiss further.
Some seconds passed before you chose to finally pull away, needing air. A satisfied smile formed on your lips at the sight of Yuka staring at you with half-lidded eyes, mouth slightly parted as he looked uncharacteristically flustered.
You gave a small laugh. “Was that enough to remind you?”
A startled gasp left your mouth as he suddenly grabbed onto your hips, bringing you close and pressing a soft kiss onto your neck.
“I don’t know, sweetheart,” he murmured. The way he said the pet name sent a familiar shiver down your spine. “I think I’ll need more than that to remind me.”
His lips found yours once more, and you didn’t have to ask in order to know what he had in mind.
~
“Where’s Mr Mask?”
Kuon was finally awake, the sniper’s suit jacket still in her hands as she sat up on the bed. Mayuko sat in a chair nearby, arms crossed as she gave a shrug.
“Last I remember, he was in the hallway with (Y/N).”
“Well!” Kuon had a bright smile on her face, clapping her hands together. “I hope that they’re having a good conversation, then.”
“Yeah…”
~
“Geez, where could those two have gone?”
Mayuko’s steps were light as she walked down the hallway, eyes scanning her surroundings as she searched for both Sniper Mask and (Y/N). She paused in front of a certain room, a muffled sound catching her attention.
“What the…?”
Her hand reached for the doorknob, only to freeze at the next few sounds she heard.
“Yuka, s-slow down- ah!”
“F-Fuck, sweetheart, keep your voice down...”
Mayuko’s face was a furious shade of red as she rushed off, making a mental note to remind the others to not even bother looking for you two for a little while.

Dinner Deliveries
Tumblr media
Pairing: Kento Nanami x Reader
Anime: Jujutsu Kaisen
Genre: Fluff
Synopsis: In which you come up with the idea of delivering bento boxes to Gojo and the first year students, and Nanami is reminded of some of the reasons as to why he fell for you in the first place.
Warning(s): None
Note: Inspired by my need for some fried food right now... I know it’s not good to eat so late at night, but fried food with some noodle soup sounds really good right now (๑•́ ₃ •̀๑) I’m hungry eh
Story is down below!
~
A crisp noise filled the air as you chopped a piece of chicken katsu into neat slices, humming a gentle tune to yourself as you placed it on top of the plate of rice and curry that you had prepared earlier.
The front door swung open with a heavy groan, the jingling of keys accompanying the sound as your lover stepped into the apartment that he shared with you.
“You’re five minutes later than usual,” you said, an amused smile on your face as you placed some more chicken into the pot of oil. “I take it that you had quite the day?”
An arm wrapped itself around your waist, pulling you in for a side hug. “You have no idea,” Kento muttered, sounding more tired than usual. He pressed a kiss onto your temple.
“You had to meet with Satoru today, right?” you asked. You poked at the frying chicken with a pair of chopsticks, checking to make sure that the meat wasn’t cooking too quickly. “How did that go?”
“I would rather not talk about it.”
He gave your hip a small squeeze before letting you go, now working on removing his blazer and loosening his tie. You kept your attention focused on the food in front of you, one hand on your hip as the other continued to tend to the chicken with your chopsticks.
“I finished preparing your plate,” you said, gesturing at the katsu curry right next to the stove. “Go and sit down at the table. I’ll serve it to you there.”
He did as you told, placing his blazer neatly on the back of his chair before taking a seat.
“You’ve cooked more than usual tonight.” Kento watched as you placed his dinner in front of him, giving him a quick kiss on the cheek as you did so. “Did you invite someone over?”
“Uhm… no, actually,” you said. Your hands trembled a bit as you poured him a glass of wine, the bottle a bit too heavy for you. “I was planning on making bento boxes.”
“Bento boxes?”
You gave a nod. “I was thinking about visiting the first years once you’ve finished your dinner,” you said, going back to the stove to turn it off. “I wanted to give them something nice, so I thought cooking for them would be a good idea.”
“You do know that they eat just fine at their school, right?”
“I know, but…” A crackling sound met your ears as you began to cut into the katsu once more. “A home-cooked meal is good sometimes, you know?”
The rough feel of the breadcrumbs under your fingertips accompanied the steady beat that came with every cut. You could feel Kento’s eyes on you as you worked, your cheeks going a bit warm at the attention.
“I know it’s outside of work hours for you,” you continued, “but I really want to give the students something special. Especially after all they’ve been through…”
You finally finished cutting, your fingertips now oily as you placed the knife down on the cutting board.
“I don’t understand much about the whole jujutsu thing,” you said, your voice a bit softer now. You turned your attention to Kento, a sweet smile decorating your lips. “But I do know that despite all that they’ve been through, they’re still teenagers. They deserve to enjoy simple things, you know? Without having to constantly feel stressed or anxious… I want to give them these bento boxes, even though it might not seem like much.”
You were now too occupied with washing your hands to notice the way that Kento was looking at you, his expression much softer now.
He finished off the last of his wine before standing up, grabbing his blazer as he did so.
“I’ll be waiting for you in the car, then.”
He was in the middle of putting on his blazer and walking towards the front door when you suddenly grabbed him by his tie, stopping him in his tracks.
You tugged him in, your face just mere centimeters away from his.
“Not before you put your plate in the sink, honey.”
You had to hold back a laugh at his slightly flustered expression as you let him go, telling him that you would meet him in the car in a few minutes.
~
“Oh, what a nice surprise!”
Satoru was grinning as you handed him a paper bag filled with four bento boxes, your fingers barely grazing over his as you handed him the dinners.
“Make sure to give it to them soon, alright?” Though your words were serious, you had a relaxed smile of your own. “I want them to enjoy it while it’s still warm.”
“Of course, of course.” The sorcerer peeked into the bag, his grin widening. “You even made one for me? You’re too much, (Y/N).”
He then turned his attention to Kento, who was standing right next to you.
“Honestly, Nanami. Why can’t you be more like (Y/N) here?” Satoru gave a small pout, as if hurt. “You never go out of your way to do something nice for me…”
“Because I find no need to.” Kento adjusted his glasses before crossing his arms. “I only came here because (Y/N) insisted on delivering dinner to all of you.”
“I could’ve driven myself, you know,” you huffed, and you stiffened as you suddenly felt a heavy arm place itself over your shoulders. You looked up to see Satoru looking down at you, a smirk now on his lips.
“Seriously, (Y/N).” Satoru clicked his tongue, shaking his head. “How can you deal with this guy? You know, I just realized something!” He snapped his fingers, as if a lightbulb went off in his head. “If you were to date me instead, then you could make dinner for me all the time-!”
“Not a chance.”
Kento’s calloused hand grabbed onto your own as he pulled you away from Satoru, a little bit more forceful than you expected. He pulled you to his side, giving the older male an unamused look.
“I’m kidding,” Satoru chuckled. “I would never dream of taking (Y/N) away from you-”
“Then keep it that way.”
You noticed that Kento had yet to let you go, his hand still holding yours. You were well aware of the tension that now fell between the two sorcerers, and you cleared your throat in an attempt to draw their attention to you.
“So, Satoru! I had something I wanted to ask you, actually,” you said, your tone light. “Are you and your students doing anything this weekend?”
“Hm…” The teacher seemed to think for a moment. “Not that I know of. Why do you ask?”
“If you’re free this Saturday, then Kento and I want to treat you all to dinner,” you said. “Would that be alright? The students can choose where to eat.”
“Seriously? That sounds great!” Satoru looked excited. “I’ll ask my students tomorrow for their opinions.”
“Alright. Just message me or Kento, okay?”
Your lover’s hand had loosened their hold, and a quick glance showed you that he was a bit caught off guard by your sudden proposal. You gave Kento’s hand a squeeze, silently telling him to say something.
“We should get going now.” Your partner didn’t even try to hide his impatience. “It’s getting late, and I have work to do tomorrow.”
“Tell me how the students like the dinner, alright?” you added.
Satoru’s wave goodbye was energetic as the two of you left, Kento’s fingers still intertwined with your own.
~
“Are we really going to treat them to dinner on Saturday?”
“Yes, of course,” you confirmed. “Is there a problem with that?”
“No, there isn’t.” Kento’s tired eyes were focused on the road as he drove the both of you back to the apartment. “I just wasn’t aware of the fact that we would be the ones treating them to dinner.”
“I guess I forgot to tell you, then,” you hummed, staring out of the car window. “Actually, if I’m being honest… that idea was something that I came up with the moment we met up with Satoru.”
You felt your eyelids growing heavy as you stared out the window, the dark trees and shadows being nothing but a blur as the car continued to move with a faint hum.
“I don’t know if you noticed, but he looked a bit stressed,” you said. With a finger, you touched the cool glass of the window. “It was as if something was bothering him.”
A yawn escaped you, eyes fully closing now as you rested your head on the window.
“I know I’m no sorcerer like you, but…”
Another yawn.
“I want to do things that ease their worries for a bit, even if it’s not much. That includes you, Kento…”
It didn’t take long for you to drift off, the humming of the engine and light music coming from the radio easing you to sleep. Your faint snores filled the car, your hand relaxing their grip on the blazer that Kento had given to you as a makeshift blanket.
Kento had one hand on the steering wheel for the rest of the drive, the other holding onto yours as he thought about how grateful he was to have you.

Visiting Home
Tumblr media
Pairing: Saeran Choi x Reader
Game: Mystic Messenger
Genre: Fluff
Synopsis: With your parents living outside of Korea, you don’t have the opportunity to visit them very often. You and Saeran decide to pay them a visit so they can finally meet your newborn daughter, and a sweet moment with your husband ensues.
Warning(s): None
Note: Takes place some time after the good/normal end of Saeran’s after ending (no spoilers though). It has been awhile since I played the game, so please forgive me for any mistakes ( - v - ;;) I just needed something sweet, you know? Please enjoy!
Story is down below!
~
“These lilacs look beautiful…”
“Oh, I’m so glad you think so!” Your mom clapped her hands together, obviously pleased. “I’m not that great at gardening, you see. (Y/N) was the one who influenced me, actually. She won’t stop talking about your love for flowers whenever we call.”
Saeran chuckled at the woman’s words. “Why am I not surprised?” He delicately touched one of the petals with the tip of his finger. “Your garden is wonderful, jangmonim. Even better than mine, if I’m being honest.”
“Oh, hush now.” Your mom blushed, waving a dismissive hand in the air. “Even though it has been some time, I still remember your garden, Saeran. You really do have a talent when it comes to flowers.”
“Thank you, but I-”
“As humble as always, honey.”
At the sound of your voice, Saeran turned to see you standing right in front of the patio door. You held Jangmi in your arms, the baby fast asleep as you rocked her gently.
“Ah, yeobo.” Saeran smiled at the sight of you. “You finally got her to fall asleep…”
You let out a huff. “She was able to sleep now, but she cried so much during the plane ride,” you said, shaking your head. “Why couldn’t she sleep then?”
“Perhaps the plane was too loud for her,” Saeran said. He noticed how tired you looked and gave a small shake of his head. “Why don’t I take care of her for now?”
“There’s no need,” you said. “I’ll place her down on the couch for now, since Dad said that it’s time to call you two in for dinner.”
“Dinner already?” Your mom looked surprised. “Goodness, I didn’t know that the time went by so quickly. Come along now, Saeran. My husband made a special dinner for you tonight.”
You moved aside to let your mom inside, Saeran following her closely behind. He stopped at the doorway, however, placing a hand on your shoulder to catch your attention.
“I’ll handle Jangmi,” he said, a small smile on his lips. “Go sit down with your parents. I’ll be there in a couple of minutes.”
“Ah, alright.” You carefully transferred the sleeping baby into his arms, pressing a quick kiss onto his cheek after doing so. “Thanks, honey.”
“Of course, yeobo.”
Saeran returned your kiss with one of his own before making his way to the living room.
~
“You look exhausted, dear.”
“I’m fine, Mom,” you assured, taking a bite of the tofu soup that your dad had prepared. “Saeran is more exhausted than me, honestly. Every time Jangmi wakes up in the middle of the night, he’s usually the one to go to her.”
Saeran felt his cheeks go slightly pink at your words. Your dad gave a nod of approval, whereas your mom let out a squeal and clapped her hands together.
“How sweet!” she exclaimed. “When you were a baby, (Y/N), your dad only woke up if I managed to push him off the bed. Not even your cries could wake him up.”
Your dad shook his head. “I woke up when necessary,” he said gruffly.
“I work really late, so usually I’m still awake when Jangmi wakes,” Saeran explained. “There is no point for (Y/N) to wake up if I’m already up.”
He suddenly felt a warmth on top of his hand, and he glanced down to see your hand on top of his. Your hold on him was gentle.
“Saeran really is amazing,” you said. “I’m so lucky to have him in my life. He’s more than I could’ve ever asked for.”
“Oh, my heart!”
As your mom continued to gush over your relationship (with your dad giving the occasional nod), Saeran felt himself smile.
He really was happy with you.
~
Warmth greeted your lips as you took a sip of the drink that your mom had prepared for you. You sat on the patio steps, Saeran sitting by your side. He had a mug of hot chocolate in his hands, for your mom had given it to him along with a small lecture on how he needed to take a break from caffeine.
The evening air kissed your cheeks and tousled your hair as the wind gently breezed past; the smoke from Saeran’s hot chocolate blew in your direction, the sweet scent greeting your nose with its pleasant smell.
“The guest room has been prepared,” you said, breaking the silence. It was quiet, save for the indistinct chatter coming from the television inside and the occasional buzz from an insect outside. “Do you want to go to bed?”
“Not without you,” Saeran said, and he reached out to intertwine his fingers with yours.
You allowed yourself to rest your head on his shoulder, giving a small laugh. “Alright. We’ll sleep when we finish our drinks, then.”
He didn’t answer, instead placing his head on top of yours.
Another few seconds of comfortable silence passed between the two of you. Clinking could be heard coming from the kitchen as your mom organized the last of the dishes, and soft music filled the air as your dad changed the television channel to one that played relaxing instrumentals. Your dad usually did this when he was dozing off to sleep.
“How do you feel about the visit so far?” you asked suddenly.
Saeran thought for a moment. “It’s… good,” he said. “Your parents are as nice as always. They were very excited to meet Jangmi.”
“That’s because she looks like you,” you joked, finishing up the last of your drink. “My mom is more than happy seeing that your good looks have passed on to our daughter.”
“You’re too much.” Despite the embarrassed look on Saeran’s face, however, he held a smile.
“I’m just being honest,” you said. You placed your empty mug down next to your feet. “Almost everyone says that Jangmi looks like you. I’ll admit, it does make me a bit jealous…”
“We’ll have to make sure our next child looks like you, then,” Saeran said, and you would’ve spit out your drink if you hadn’t finished drinking it a few seconds ago.
“S-Saeran…” Your cheeks were hot. “We just had Jangmi-”
“I don’t mean so soon,” he said, and though his tone was serious his own cheeks held a faint blush. “Maybe in the future. It would be nice, I think.”
You stared at your intertwined fingers, taking in the sight of his rough fingertips as he held your hand. You noticed that he had set his mug down to use both of his hands to hold onto yours, the wedding band on his ring finger glimmering faintly under the moonlight.
“When I’m with you…” he began, his voice a bit softer than usual. You saw that he was now staring up at the sky, a slight smile on his face. “I feel like I can do anything. Ever since you came into my life, I’ve never felt happier. And with Jangmi now in our lives, well…”
He turned to look at you, mint eyes staring at you with love and affection.
“You’ve given me a happiness that I never want to lose,” he said.
He lifted one hand to caress your cheek, staring into your eyes with a tender smile before leaning in to press a kiss onto your lips. Your eyes fluttered shut immediately, and he tilted his head to deepen the kiss even further.
His mouth tasted of hot chocolate, the flavor as sweet as the way he kissed you. The hand still holding yours tightened their hold, as if wanting to bring you closer.
He pulled away a few moments later.
“Saranghae, (Y/N),” he said quietly, his warm hand still resting on your cheek.
With a smile of your own, you took hold of his wrist and turned your head to press a kiss onto his palm.
“And I love you, Saeran.”

A macaron, for you!
Tumblr media
Pairing: ObeyMe!Brothers x Reader
Game: Obey Me! - One Master to Rule Them All
Genre: Fluff
Synopsis: You buy some macarons from Madam Scream’s and come up with the fun idea of decorating each macaron with a mini version of the brothers faces. After careful work and many icing pens, you are ready to give each brother their surprise.
Warning(s): None, just happy feelings and cheek smooches! (⭒•͈ 𓎺 •͈ )
Note: This is a little longer than what I usually write (approx. 3000 words), just to let you all know. Thank you, and please enjoy! ^^
Story is down below!
~
You had paid a visit to Madam Scream’s in order to pick up some macarons. Barbatos had been kind enough to help you cook dinner for the brothers a few days prior, so as thanks you had ordered macarons as a gift. The butler had been quick to thank you, though he returned two of the four packages that you had given to him.
“There is no need to give me so many,” he told you, smiling slightly. “Perhaps you can put these macarons to better use.”
His words were the reason why you now were sitting alone in your room, eyebrows furrowed as you finished up designing the last macaron. You stared at macaron Belphie’s face as you added a small letter “z” near the top of his sleeping head.
Satisfied with your work, you placed the macaron down on the platter. The faces of the six other brothers stared up at you, ready to be given to their human counterparts.
“I sure hope they enjoy these…”
~
It wasn’t surprising that you ran into Beelzebub as you stepped into the hallway.
“Oh, Beel!” you exclaimed, and you were quick to pick up his macaron. “Perfect timing! I have a little surprise for you.”
“Mmph?”
He was munching on a cheeseburger, giving you a curious look. While one hand held the food item to his mouth, the other was holding a plastic bag. It was filled with more cheeseburgers.
You held out the small dessert. “Here! I designed it just for you.”
His eyes widened, and he was quick to finish his burger before taking the macaron from you. You half-expected him to quickly eat it in one go, but to your surprise he simply stared at it. It looked so tiny in his hand; Beel’s hand, though large, held the macaron gently.
“It looks delicious,” he said. He gave you a bright smile, eyes closing. “Thank you, (Y/N).”
His smile suddenly disappeared, looking a bit sad.
“It really does look delicious,” he said, staring at his macaron self. “I want to eat it, but you worked so hard to make it…”
“I can make you more if you want, Beel.”
He perked up at your words. “Really? In that case…”
He ate the entire macaron in one bite, a pleased look on his face. You laughed at his actions, happy with his satisfied expression.
“Thank you, (Y/N),” he said. You noticed that he was staring at the plate in your hands, violet eyes focused on Belphie’s macaron in particular. “It tasted delicious.”
“I’m glad you think so.”
He had bent down slightly to take a closer look at the macarons, and you took this as the opportunity to go on your toes in order to press a sweet kiss onto his cheek.
“I’ll see you, Beel!” you said, giving a small wave as you left to find another brother.
The Avatar of Gluttony simply waved back, a happy smile on his face and a slight blush now on his cheeks.
~
“You captured my beauty perfectly!”
“That’s a relief,” you chuckled. “I was worried for a moment, actually. Your beauty was almost impossible to capture, Asmo.”
Asmodeus had been in the middle of doing his usual self-care routine when you had popped into his room to give him his macaron. He held the small treat up right next to his face, eyes sparkling.
“You did well, (Y/N)!” he praised. He had a green face mask on, and you had to hold back from bursting out laughing. “It looks just like me~!”
“It really does,” you said, and you had to cover your mouth with a hand. He looked so happy, yet the face mask was making it difficult to stay serious. “As breathtaking as always, Asmo.”
“Oh, you flatter me!” The brother took a napkin from nearby, placing the macaron on top of it. “I’ll eat this later. I want to take selfies with it when I’m done with my beauty routine.”
“Alright.”
You giggled as he pulled you into a hug, pressing a quick kiss onto your cheek. The cool feeling of the face mask touched your own face, a slightly sweet scent meeting your nose. It was nice.
“Join me tomorrow night,” he said, his voice a bit musical now. “I was given this new self-care kit, and I want to try it out with you.”
“Of course, Asmo.”
You waved him goodbye, the sound of his humming disappearing as you began your search for another one of the brothers.
~
Your voice was hushed as you poked Belphegor's cheek, calling out his name. You had found him in the common room, fast asleep on one of the couches.
“Belphie?”
You gave his cheek another poke, and his eyebrow gave a small twitch. You gave him another poke, and he let out a small noise.
“Ngh… (Y/N)...” He was drooling now, hugging his pillow as he lay on his back. “(Y/N)...”
How cute, you thought, staring at him before looking at his macaron. Macaron Belphie and real Belphie are both asleep. Should I just leave it here?
As if reading your mind, the Avatar of Sloth suddenly rolled over, grabbing your wrist. You let out a small yelp, caught off guard by how secure his hold on you was.
“(Y/N)... maca… ron…” He trailed off, his words now replaced with light snores.
“Belphie…”
Your gaze on him was soft as you slowly removed his hand from your wrist. You held his hand for a little bit, your thumb gently massaging the back of it. He seemed to relax even more at your actions, as if comforted by your touch.
“I guess I’ll leave your macaron here,” you said, replacing your hand with the macaron.
Even in his sleep Belphie seemed to understand; his fingers were careful to curl around the dessert as you positioned his arm so that he was fully hugging the pillow again.
You slowly got up, but not before brushing away the male’s bangs and pressing a soft kiss onto his forehead.
“Rest well, Belphie,” you whispered, your fingers brushing through his hair one last time before grabbing the macaron plate and leaving the room.
The faintest trace of a smile now decorated his lips.
~
“Uh… is this a bad time?”
You had walked into Mammon’s room, only to be greeted with the sight of him holding Goldie up to his lips and mere centimeters away from kissing the credit card.
The second-born was quick to panic. “(Y-Y/N)!” He hid the card behind his back, sweat forming at his forehead. “Didn’t anyone teach ya’ how to knock?”
“Your door was open, Mammon.”
“W-whatever!” His tan cheeks were flushed red. “What are ya’ here for, anyway?”
You approached him so quickly that he had to take a step back. You held out a macaron, and upon seeing the design his cheeks became even more red.
“I made this for you, Mammon,” you said. “Here.”
With slightly shaky hands he took the sweet from you. “Stupid human,” he grumbled, staring at the colorful item. “You didn’t have to, ya’ know.”
“I wanted to, Mammon,” you said. “You deserve it.”
Though he was unable to make eye contact, he wrapped an arm around you and pulled you into a hug. He smelled of expensive cologne, you noticed, and the quick press of his lips onto your cheek caused your eyes to widen just ever so slightly.
“Stupid human,” he mumbled, his lips moving against your hair.
You two stayed like that for a few more seconds, and you glanced up to see him admiring the macaron. He had a smile on his face, blue-yellow eyes filled with obvious delight.
He then glanced down at you, and upon meeting your gaze he suddenly cleared his throat.
“Thanks, (Y/N),” he said, letting go of you. He looked off to the side, shifting his weight between his feet out of nervousness. “You should probably get goin’. My brothers would want to try the macarons too.”
Giving a small nod of agreement, you gave Mammon a wave goodbye. “Alright. Catch you later, Mammon!”
“Later.”
He took a bite of the macaron as he watched you leave, trying to ignore the hot feeling on his cheeks.
~
Leviathan let out a groan of frustration, leaning back against his chair. His computer let out noise, signaling to him that he had once again failed to pass the level.
“What’s up with this game? I’ve spent so long trying to complete this-”
“Hey, Levi!”
“Huh? Ah! AH!!”
The otaku shot up at the sight of you right behind him. The sudden action caused his chair to lean back, and you moved out of the way just in time to see him topple backwards onto the floor.
“Levi!”
You were quick to bend down, a hand reached out as you searched for any serious injuries. The male groaned, rubbing the back of his head. He was still awkwardly sitting in his chair; the entire thing had fallen backwards along with him, and he was now laying on it at an awkward angle.
“Levi!” you repeated. “Are you alright? I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you…”
“It’s fine,” he muttered. He awkwardly removed himself from the chair so that he was now sitting properly on the ground. “What are you doing here?”
“I have something for you!” you said, and his eyes lit up.
“Is it that new Ruri-chan figurine I mentioned over dinner a few nights ago?” he asked excitedly. “I just checked online, I heard they still have-”
“No, Levi!” you interrupted. “It’s not that, though I do remember you talking about it.”
You took his macaron and grabbed his hand (causing him to suddenly stiffen, you noticed), placing the dessert in his palm. His face became as red as a cherry at the sight of the cookie; you had even taken the time to design his signature headphones over his ears.
“W-w-what-!?”
“It’s a macaron version of you,” you explained. “I tried making it as accurate as possible. I’m sorry if it’s not to your liking…”
He used the back of his hand to cover his face, trying to hide the redness of his cheeks. “I-it’s… i-it’s-!”
“It’s?”
“I-it’s cute!” he said, and he was shaking his head rapidly now. “I-it’s so cute t-t-that I c-can’t take i-it!”
You laughed at his words, kissing his cheek. “I’m so happy you think so!”
Perhaps kissing him wasn’t the best thing to do, for the small action caused the male to pass out. He fell back onto the floor with a thud, the macaron barely staying in his hand.
“Oh, Levi…”
You placed a pillow beneath his head, giving his free hand one last affectionate squeeze before making your leave.
~
“... and they lived happily ever after,” you finished, reading over Satan’s shoulder.
The blonde looked up from his book to see you right behind him, a look of surprise passing over his face momentarily before smiling.
“Ah, (Y/N). I was so busy reading that I didn’t notice you right away…”
“I didn’t expect you to be the romantic type,” you said. “That story is a romance, if I remember correctly. Isn’t that the one I recommended to you?”
The brother’s cheeks grew a bit red. “Yes, this is the one you mentioned,” he said. “I had some time on my hands, so I figured why not give this book a go? Although…”
He closed the book, head tilting slightly as he gave you a small grin.
“It seems as though you have finished the book for me, (Y/N).”
You held out his macaron. “Well, how about a macaron to celebrate your completion?”
He stared at the dessert for a moment. “Oh. Thank you, (Y/N).”
His fingers were careful as he took the macaron from you, his cheeks still holding their slight red color. He seemed to admire your work, giving a small chuckle at the tiny smile that you had given his macaron self.
“I know you’re the Avatar of Wrath,” you said, “but I wanted to capture the expression you make when you read. You always look so calm and happy.”
“How observant…”
“I’ll make a cat one for you next time, yeah?” you said, pressing a quick kiss onto his cheek before leaving the library. “See you, Satan!”
The male gave a wave in return, his face still a bit red as he gave the macaron a try.
~
Lucifer was asleep at his desk when you entered his office.
“Huh.” Your steps were light as you made your way over to him. “I guess I’m a bit late…”
The eldest brother held a fountain pen in his hand as he slept. His dark hair was uncharacteristically messy, and he had a large stack of paperwork right next to him. From the markings that decorated the documents one could see that he had completed quite the amount of work.
Resting a soft hand on his shoulder, you placed the platter in front of him. Macaron Lucifer looked a bit lonely now that his brothers had been given away to their human counterparts.
“You work hard, Lucifer,” you said quietly. “Please take some time for yourself, alright?”
You smiled down at his sleeping form.
“Your brothers are lucky to have you, you know,” you said. You knew that he couldn’t hear you, and your hand was now gently rubbing his shoulder. “If you don’t take care of yourself, then how can they look up to you for guidance?”
As you leaned down to give his forehead a kiss, you were met with the sudden turning of his head. Though tired, his red-black eyes stared into yours, obviously awake.
“Lucifer-”
“I appreciate your words, (Y/N),” he said, and you felt your cheeks warm. He sat upright, giving a small stretch as he stared at the plate in front of him. “Oh?”
“I bought some macarons from Madam Scream’s for Barbatos,” you explained. “I bought too much, though, so Barbatos gave me the extras. I decided it would be a nice surprise to give you and your brothers macaron versions of yourselves.”
Lucifer chuckled, and before you knew it he had grabbed you by the wrist and pulled you onto his lap. A small squeak of surprise left your mouth as he kissed your cheek, picking up the macaron.
He studied the macaron for a moment.
“You captured my expression quite well,” he said. “Well done, (Y/N).”
His free hand suddenly grabbed you by the chin, forcing you to turn your head and look into his eyes. You couldn’t help but laugh, surprising him.
“You’re really close, Lucifer,” you said. “Do you want me to feed it to you?”
You didn’t give him a chance to reply, instead taking the cookie from him and holding it up his lips. To be honest, you were a bit nervous; his expression was unreadable now.
“... tch.”
You didn’t expect him to look off to the side. If you looked closely enough, you could see the faintest traces of pink now painting his cheeks.
“Come on, Lucifer,” you said. “Just say ah~”
“Do you really think that I’d so easily follow the orders of-”
“Please?”
He paused at your pleading tone. After a few seconds he sighed, choosing to give in and opening his mouth.
You were grinning now, well aware of the way he gripped onto your waist as you fed him the macaron.
~
[Bonus]
“How lovely!”
Diavolo let out his usual cheerful laugh as he admired the macaron that you had given to him.
“How funny, to see my face on a cookie,” he said. “Is this usual in the human world?”
You shook your head, smiling at his cheerfulness. “Not really,” you answered. “I had some time on my hands, so I decided to decorate a cookie for you.”
“This is beautifully done, (Y/N),” he laughed. “Don’t you think so, Barbatos?”
The butler, who was standing right next to the prince, gave a slight nod. “Yes, My Lord. It is a fine piece of work.”
You felt yourself grow warm at the compliments. “It’s not much,” you muttered, rubbing the back of your neck in a somewhat awkward manner. “I’m not that talented when it comes to desserts and decorating. Barbatos is, though.”
“You are too humble, (Y/N),” Barbatos said.
“That reminds me, actually…” Diavolo looked serious now. “I have a favor to ask of you, (Y/N).”
“Yes?”
The prince’s unsmiling expression made you feel a bit uneasy. You were so used to seeing him bright and smiling; now he stood there, arms crossed as he stared at you.
Your worry was short-lived, however, for he became even brighter than before as he now gave you a huge grin.
“I will be hosting a party in a few days,” he said. “It would be fun to have many macarons with my face on it, don’t you agree?”
“Uh…” You glanced over at Barbatos for help, surprised to see him a bit shocked as well. “I… well…”
“My Lord-” Barbatos began, only to be cut off by Diavolo’s laughter.
“I think it would be wonderful!” Diavolo said. The look he gave you was so happy that you felt yourself lose the ability to speak for a few moments. “What do you say, (Y/N)? I think five hundred macarons will do, yes?”
You felt yourself sweat now.
“I… uh…” You had no choice. “I suppose-”
“Wonderful! Barbatos will help you if necessary.” Diavolo gave you a kind smile. “Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to meet with Lucifer.”
The prince left before you could say anything else.
“Please contact me if you are in need of any assistance,” Barbatos said, and though he held a small smile his eyes were apologetic. “I will do my best to help you in any way.”
The butler then left to catch up with his master, leaving you to stand there alone in the hallway.
What have I gotten myself into...?
