Can someone give me an intense workout routine that will make my waist smaller and stomach flatter? I have hipbones, collarbones, and a thigh gap, but I really want a flatter stomach and smaller waist.

What upsets me is how I’m going to feel alone no matter how I live. If I’m skinny and pretty, I isolate myself from everyone, but if I eat regularly, I’ll end up gross and fat and no one will want me.

I’ve decided that as long as I’m not about to be hospitalized, then I don’t deserve to eat. If this hasn’t gotten to the point where it’s fatal, then I’m fine. When my stomach growls it isn’t a sign of hunger, it’s a sign that I’m getting thinner.

I hate living with my parents. I wish I lived alone. If I lived alone, I would have so much more self control over everything. I would be able to exercise without worrying about if it wakes them up, I could buy a gym membership and go whenever I wanted to, I could starve myself without them forcing me to eat, I wouldn’t have to worry about eating over my calorie limit because I would be able to have control over what is in my pantry. It would be so much easier.
