I’ve had an ed off & on since i was 13. I was in recovery & doing well but then i started taking Lexapro ~6 months ago for my GAD & gained a bunch of weight so here we are again 🫠 I do hot Pilates/heated HIIT workouts 5+ days a week & restrict at 750-999 kcals a day. I’m 5’6 & my stats are below:

✮ do not eat anything before lunch. nothing.
✮ if offered anything, say no, im not hungry rn. its not lying if its true
✮ the only thing you want after school is an apple, nothing else.
also, remember to start your fast after dinner!!1!!1! (i keep forgetting lol)

My thighs are literally the most difficult to get weight off of, which sucks bc I have joint pain so badly in my knees it makes it hard to exercise normally.
I'm praying I get more hours at work so I can exercise more and also be able to walk the next day </3

Forcing myself to keep up w this so I can keep a productive mindset!
Day 4: I don’t want to lose all my muscle again. At my lowest weight I got bruises just from sleeping bc of how prominent my bones were, I couldn’t even jump an inch off the ground… it’s an awful feeling, being too exhausted to do anything but unable to sleep
