About the Artist(s):
We are a 25 year old CDID system that was diagnosed in 2020. We are primarily white and indigenous (quechan tribe) and we are physically disabled on top of our mental disabilities. Our body is nonbinary and we all use they/them pronouns collectively. There are approximately 100 alters that we are aware of but do not have contact with all of them. We are currently in therapy to help build communication between our system members, help them process their traumas, and heal. Art is part of our process that allows alters to communicate their experiences and emotions in a safe way.
