Just wanted to shed a little light on my journey. I’ve been exercising consistently for 2 years. My weight plateaued for at least 11months which had me very discouraged. My heels began to hurt and I couldn’t hardly walk but was determined to keep moving with workouts that didn’t consist of running or jumping. Then my core when doing any ab work began to cramp with excruciating pain. . . I was at a lost and emotionally strained. I would slowly move around where it was leading me to depression. But, I kept on moving. Then the Covid 19 pandemic. What more can happen I thought. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 What I decided to do is take action. I pushed myself daily to at least do 30 minutes of something each day. Went to get sonograms and xrays to make sure I didn’t have a hernia. I went and had my heels checked and found out it’s plantar Fasciitis (I’m getting old) 🤣😂. I started reading the Bible and other books while researching what I’ve been reading. My mind began to change. I got a nutritionist just this month -4lbs down and 50 more to go. Got myself all the equipment I need for my home workouts. If I can’t run, I’ll ride. If I can’t do any abs while laying down, I’ll stand. If I read, I’ll apply. 📚 📖 📚 I realized that it will always be something that stands in the way of success. I just have to find another route to take which will lead me to my destination. DONT GIVE UP DONT THROW IN THE TOWEL. You are closer than you think. Remember: we have our own journey to take.
