Ron and Beacrox might be similar to Alberu, I think. They'd readily accept Cale no matter who he is.

Although Ron certainly had some closer connection with ogCale, I don't think he'd be too concerned after knowing that he's currently happy with his life as KRS and living with his reincarnated mom. Meanwhile, Beacrox was never hinted to have any close connection with ogCale anyway.

And as for our Cale, he already formed a much deeper bond with them by changing their lives and fate by saving Ron and everything else. So obviously, they'd still care for him, and they might even be much happier knowing that Cale trusts them enough to tell them so much.

And (mild spoiler),

we already saw in part 2 through all the dimension traveling and everything (especially in the murim arc), they already suspect something, but still, they deliberately didn't push Cale with the explanation probably because they already accept and care for him and are happy to know that Cale truly considers them as his family and the Roan kingdom and the Henituse household as his main home.

What if, now hear me out, Deruth and Violan know Cale is a transmigrator.

Now, it's entirely possible that she kept that secret from her husband, but it's also possible that she told him something...

And in the very beginning we see Deruth note that Cale had changed. And immediately decided to increase the strength of his territory.

Much, much later Duke Fredo came to the Henituse territory and joked about Cale being his son.

Except Violan heard this and reacted... Strangely.

Actually, I think this is very likely to be possible.

However, my theory is that, instead of them knowing exactly that Cale is a transmigrator, they might have some other clue about his condition.

Cale's biological mom,Drew Thames, knew very well that Cale would most likely be a transmigrator, and hence, she took all the preparations for the future in order to help KRS Cale. So it's highly possible that she also made preparations so that things wouldn't get awkward between Cale and the rest of the family in the future. In fact, it would be quite irresponsible or careless of her if she didn't tell anything to any other family members and let Cale deal with everything by himself.

She also loved Cale deeply, so she definitely must've given Deruth some slight hints or instructions about Cale or that he might change in the future somehow due to some circumstances, or his personality might get changed and to accept it for him and to fully accept, support and help Cale for whoever he is and to not take things in a negative way no matter the situation or how difficult and different Cale becomes.

Actually, if that happens, that would also slightly explain the reason Deruth let ogCale be when he acted as trash, but still supported and protected him from the sidelines ; and how the whole family quite easily accepted the change in Cale when KRS transmigrated into Cale's body and started doing all sorts of things.

Also, if that happens to be the case, in the future, if Cale ever has to reveal his transmigrator status to his family, things would still remain normal, and his bond with the family might even develop in a good way because his family would understand his situation much better then....
