How I Think You Could Possibly Beat OB! Malleus

Note: I am in the eng server in Twst and so far only part two has been released. I have seen some spoilers for the book before it was released in english, and few posts about battles. This is a theory and I'm so so sorry if someone has already done this.

Possible Battle Info:

In the first battle which we fight Malleus, his HP is 300,000. He also heals himself every turn, is immune to damage on even numbered turns, and does between around 5000-8000 damage each hit. His element is void.

This theory is on the assumption that for the final time we fight him, he IS actually beatable with the same stats excluding the healing every turn.

Also, I saw a post once where he does 30,000 damage on the second turn? Don't know if that was the final battle if it was released in the JP server.

Also, no idea which battle it was with Overblot Malleus, but someone got up to 10 and/or 15 turns with him.

Our (player) Cards:

You can get around 60,000+ HP depending on the cards you have. Fully maxed out cards and spell levels will get you between around 10,000-20,000 damage depending if the spell is weak damage or strong damage.

With duo magic, you can get up to 20,000-30,000 damage.

Possible Math Part: HP/ATK = Turns

300,000/30,000 = 10

300,000/20,000 = 15

300,000/15,000 = 20

Could be Conclusion:

You need a team with consistent buddies. Heartslabyul cards usually buddy with each other, so that's a good example of a team.

Event cards buddy with different people than the ones they buddy with in the dorm uniform. For example, Dorm Ace buddies with Deuce, but Suitor Suit Ace buddies with Riddle.

You can have cards that buddy with each other back to back, for example; Dorm Leona and Vil buddy with each other

Or cards that have different buddies, usually event cards, for example; Applepom Epel buddies with Idia, but Dorm Idia buddies with Ortho.

You also need to last probably longer than 10 turns, and have your team maxed out on levels and spells.

Uncapping should also help with the spell levels for HP and attack power.

I think the main reason Vil gets so much crap is because he’s insecure. Vil is confident and knows his worth with what people see him as, but he does have a level of insecurity that runs deep.

He’s been constantly seen as a “too perfect” person in the media, called unrelatable, and learned to see the value of himself as the presentation he gives people because of the image he maintains.

It makes you insecure to be anything less than better.

And honestly, people treat insecurity as a black mark as if it’s a disease.

And because Vil is a model and actor and he keeps up an image of himself, people see insecurity as “can’t gain weight, have to stay fit, have to be better than everyone, have to be perfect or it’s wrong” and so on rather than “I don’t like this about me. What do I do?”

That’s where all the accusations of come in because his image stays within the realm of what the media says is perfect, and so since he was always put in the media and is seen as perfect by everyone and strives to be beautiful, the fandom just kinda sees Vil thinking “everything is wrong if it isn’t perfect.” Which is where the fatphobic, narcissism and other accusations come into play

But Vil is caring and cares about people’s health, not weight. and he is harsh because if you constantly beat around the bush and be gentle about it, people slack off and don’t regard you as much?

Like, Vil wants what’s best for people and wants to help them become the best they can be, not conform them into a perfect tight fit mold. He gets straight to the point with people. Vil works so hard to please everybody and gain accomplishments so people validate his existence that he forgets to take care of himself outside of skin care and maintaining physical health.

When you have a level of insecurity or seem to have insecurity around yourself, people tend to start thinking that you aren’t normal because apparently insecurity in this modern day is a crime. WHICH YEAH LOVE YOURSELF AS YOU ARE BUT VIL IS LITERALLY CHANGING AND IMPROVING HIMSELF SO HE CAN BE ABLE TO LOVE HIMSELF AND ITS WRONG SOMEHOW?????

Change isn’t wrong, especially on the journey of learning to love yourself. Do what makes you happy and doing skincare and makeup and keeping his career up is what makes vil happy and it’s apparently wrong?

vil deserves to be loved im sick of ppl shitting on him acting like he's a monster a terrible person this man has never known peace he was raised in front of cameras all his life he was never treated like a normal child he was never talked to as a normal child the only person to ever treat him his age was his fucking father who was constantly busy with his career and had to raise him alone people accuse this man of the foulest fucking things known to man "racist" "ableist" "elitist" "fatphobic" what the actual fuck is wrong with yall

and not to mention the terrible mischaracterization he suffers ppl act like he's narcissist a terrible person a sadist when he's one of the most caring characters in twst, he's not a fucking terrible housewarden like yall like to pretend he is, vil is STRICT but he is an amazing housewarden that cares a LOT about his students and that's why he goes to them PERSONALLY to make a specific routine that will help them be their best self and be healthy, i find it so funny how it only happens with vil too because riddle is just as strict if not even more and nobody ever dared say he's a bad housewarden WHICH DONT GET ME WRONG i also don't think riddle is a bad housewarden and im actually glad he doesn't get the shit vil gets for absolutely no reason in this fandom, i just think it's hilarious how many ppl hate vil and worship riddle when they are extremely similar in multiple ways

Rook Hunt Theory

You know how the TWST characters sometimes have more than one inspiration? Like the main one obviously, and then little details that refer to other characters.

I've heard a lot of people say Rook isn't just the huntsman from snow white, but also based a bit on prince charming because of the feather hat, boots, and creepiness slightly stalking tendiancies.

However, there is a bird from the Don Bluth/Warner bros. production, Thumbelina named Jacquimo. This bird originally from Paris, France, is caring, optimistic, and encourages people to follow their heart.

He loves romance stories and beautiful things.
