1) Distract yourself

Read something
Paint your nails
Weigh yourself
Clean
Take a shower or bath
Stretching or Yoga
Go on a long walk with or without your dog
Take a nap
Enjoy the hunger pains
2) Decreasing Hunger
Drink black coffee or hot herbal tea
Chew MINTY gum
Drink flavored carbonated water (make sure it’s 0 calories, and no sugars or sweeteners)
Brush Teeth
Munch on some Ice
Watch people eat and see how disgusting it looks
Fasting helps you detox your body ultimately and after awhile you become more mindful. Stay safe!
