my eating rules starting now
-only eat infront of people
-never eat in private
-always skip breakfast
-never eat after 10pm
-never eat before 10am
-drink a glass of water before eating anything
-never get seconds
-don't eat snacks (if I'm gonna eat it may aswell be a meal)

**My ED rules!**
1. Count everything, even if you binged.
You wanna be thin? You gotta count it all. It doesn't matter if you feel guilty or anything like that. Count it, so you can look back on it and remember that you're better than that. You don't deserve to put yourself through the pain of binging. Drink some water instead.
2. Drink at least 2L of water per day.
Water helps you lose weight. So, drink the water.
3. Metab Days limited to 2 times per month.
Metab Days Cal LIMIT, NOT GOAL is 3000cals. Only 2 days per month.
4. Calorie limit: 700cals on a usual day, 1000 cals if there's big family dinners.
Self explanatory, I think.
5. Alcohol cals don't count.
I can't explain this. There's no actual rationale behind it. They just don't count for me.
6. Before you eat, drink 2 glasses of water and hit the v4pe a few times. If you're still hungry, v4pe until your head hurts and drink 2 more glasses of water.
This way, if you do end up eating, at least you're eating much much less.
7. When you're high, drink more water than usual.
Whenever you get high, you always get hungry and uncontrollable, so force yourself to fill up on water to avoid binging too much.

rules for me and my ed ~
☆ 1-2 glasses of water in the morning, every morning preferably
☆ always try to drink before eating
☆ never have breakfast/lunch when you don’t need to
☆ leave the house at 7.40 to walk to/from school (120 minutes total walking)
☆ try to leave 1/2 hours at least in the evenings to walk
☆ eat as little as is acceptable at dinner + don’t add anything extra to meals
☆ always eat the least amount of food in whatever gathering you’re in
☆ macros count - waste cals on protein rich foods
☆ if you’re in a binge-y mood drink a bunch of water and try to eat low cal foods first like cucumber
☆ don’t let bad eating habits seep into relationships and friendships, it’s not as important as that i promise - don’t trigger your girlfriend
☆ weigh-ins bi-weekly on monday mornings and friday mornings
☆ if nobody is there, don’t eat
☆ sweetener slays, it’s okay to use it
☆ if you binge - try to walk till total cals is 3 digits at most
☆ no snacks - drink water, if it’s a must, have cucumber

100 sit-ups each morning and at night
spit out any ‘non allowed’ junk food even if i’m gonna count the calories
glass of water before eating anything
meta day on saturday, no surgery food allowed
if i haven’t lost enough do workout below
ab workout/ pilates everyday

max 900 kcal/day (it feels a little too much, but ive done low res for a long time and my body started to give up on me fr, i might lower it at some point tho)
10/14 intermittent fasting (from 10 am to 8 pm)
take meds & vitamins!!
drink 1.5 l water
focus on protein + fiber intake
24h fast before/after parties, big family eatings, etc
no real milk, cheese, alcohol, og versions when theres diet one
min 6k steps/day (i dont always have time for more...)

How I lost 60 lbs and how I’m doing it again
Disclaimer: everyone has different food rules and this is in no way anything I condone, this is just what works for me. Practice harm reduction! Safety is more important than any number or goal you have in mind!!!!
I eat low sodium everyday. I’ve been doing this for three years on and off. I really don’t recommend this for extended periods unless you get at least weekly to bi weekly blood work bc low sodium is super dangerous and super easy to get if you’re doing this and drinking a ton of water. I only restrict sodium because I also restrict water.
I only drink two small glasses of water a day. Laxative tea and caffeinated beverages are unlimited tho. Anything I drink when faint or with meds is free.
I only drink caloric liquids if I feel my electrolytes are off or I’m really faint at work.
I go for at least a two mile walk at 6:15 every morning. I’m extremely structured with my time so this helps my mental health a lot to have quiet time in the morning.
I get around 80% of my calories from raw fruits and vegetables.
On week days I eat below 300 cal and on weekends I can eat up to 1000.
Binging is natural and not shameful but it is not something I want to do. I actively avoid binge triggers.
I focus on self care beyond food. I make sure to do therapy assignments. I color when stressed. Skin and hair care and dressing nice when I can always makes me feel better about myself. It’s also a good way to distract from cravings!
I practice affirmations. “You will lose x lbs” “I am strong willed” “I am productive” “I am disciplined” are my favorites. Thinking of weight loss as a certainty makes you more likely to achieve it.
