Out for another little stroll... ☀️ So I think I am almost set for my trip to Toronto. I just got off the phone with AT&T to get my international information set up for my cell phone plan. What I thought would cost $10 a day, turned out to be $10 for the month (with an update to my plan). Upon my return, I have to option to revert back to my previous account set up. I also know all the international transaction fees for each of my cards; 3% for Chase, $0.60 + 1% for Wright-Patt Credit Union, and 0% for my Capital One credit card. 😊 Tonight I will do some laundry, getting ready to pack, and clean out my car. It's getting closer and I'm getting more excited!! My eyes opened at 4:28 this morning and I got up and got into the gym. I struggled with my workout with my tennis elbow and feel I may just have to take some time off from lifting weights to let my body rest. I know that this injury can take anywhere from a few months to over a year to heal depending on severity...and not letting it rest isn't going to help the healing process. 🥦 I will re-evaluate my nutrition and plan out the course of September. I will be doing a 3 week reset in September which always makes me feel amazing. It cuts out all the crap and uses simple, easy to digest meals to give the body time to recover from all the processed foods I've been consuming. I'm really looking forward to it and excited although the prep does take some time and I will have to make sure that I plan extra well since my schedule will be busy just before starting it. 💪🏻 So onward with the rest of my Monday. I propped myself up on a wall today and shortly realized I pressed on this little guy. I took him from the wall and he just sat on my finger for the longest time. I didn't want to let him go but decided to put him out on a tree away from the building.
