We feel bad when our mind tell us awful things about ourselves but we have to take those things and learn that not everything we think is correct, that we are humans and we can be wrong. So why don't we put away all the bad and bring some good to our mind and soul. We are worth it, even if our mind told us other things. // 💕

Nos sentimos mal cuando nuestra mente nos dice cosas horribles sobre nosotros mismos pero, tenemos que tomar esas cosas y aprender que no todo lo que pensamos es correcto, que somos humanos y podemos equivocarnos. Entonces, ¿Por qué no alejar todas las cosas malas y atraer algo bueno para nuestra mente y alma? Nosotros lo valemos, incluso si nuestra mente nos dice otras cosas. // 💕
