It tends to be a good sign of a big romantic commitment, taking a big step in a relationship, marriage. In general it brings luck to various areas of life (again it really depends on the house your natal Jupiter is in and which house in your chart is ruled by Jupiter). It is good for love, financially, professionally, for health.
Transit Jupiter in your 7th House
Jupiter is the planet of abundance, luck, growth and in the house of commitment it shows entering a happy relationship or taking bigger steps in a current one. It shows the most favorable timing for marriage.
Transit Venus in your 7th or 10th House
Transit Venus in your 7th is the best time out of the year for marriage depending on your chart. So if you are planning to get married check when Venus will be in your 7th house. It brings harmony, luck, positive energy. It can be a sign of entering a committed relationship.
Ruler of your 7th house in your 4th/7th/10th house
If the ruler of your 7th house is transiting your 4th house then it could be a sign of starting a family, moving in with your partner, if it is transiting through your 5th house it shows having children, if it is in the 7th it shows marriage/big romantic commitments, if it is in the 10th house it could also represent marriage/pursuing legal commitment with a partner.

Sun/Moon/Mercury in the 6th House
They tend to enjoy a routine, having a routine - it could be a classic schedule or just what works for them, but there is always an order in which they do things. They can easily get anxious by unexpected plans, lack of order. They are good at planning, committing to a schedule - they have a dutiful nature and a good sense of responsibility in general.
Saturn in the 1st/3rd/6th House
Saturn in 1st hold themselves up to a high standard - they expect a lot from others but are also willing to put a lot of effort themselves. Saturn in 3rd are great at plans, time organization, while Saturn in 6th can be very disciplined at work, with their responsibilities, with their health routine.
Sun/Moon/Mercury conjunct Saturn
Sun-Saturn and Moon-Saturn are very self-critical so they always want to give their best and have a good result in what they do. Mercury-Saturn shows good organization, clear thinking, great at planning/committing to a schedule.
Ruler of the 1st House conjunct Saturn

What planetary placements/aspects shows a soldier or even an army commander?
Mostly strong Mars or Saturn influence in their chart, even Pluto - although Pluto is what I connect with larger political influence rather than fighting, could be both positive or negative depending on what the person's mission is.
For soldiers/army:
Mars in the 1st could be a natural fighter at heart, good stamina, they can be great at anything involving physical strength/movement but they could be prone to injury. Mars in 10th shows a person who fights, has determination professionally - either physically or through their actions/courage/motivation. Very, very ambitious with a lot of energy which if put correctly could lead to great successes.
Pallas is also an asteroid connected to war and strategy, so Pallas conjunct Sun, Pallas in 1st or 10th should be considered.
Saturn in 1st or 10th would be considered a strategist, the one in control - perhaps a leader/commander. Saturn can represent authority so a person with strong Saturn influence in their chart could be drawn to positions of power. Saturn in 10th shows gaining influence with time/so professional growth may not be immediate and it will require effort, strategic steps, planning.

Really weird but my friends looked at my chart and said i can learn french and deutch really easy because of my chart. Can we see like this ? I mean how about japanese and korean ?
You cannot see which language is best to learn with the Natal chart alone. Perhaps they looked at your Astrocartography - based on the lines there you can see which countries and cultures you can feel the most connected to, best locations for living, learning languages as well, finding a partner there

When your pluto makes strong aspects to your partner鈥檚 personal planets which one of you feels more obsessed?
On one hand in a Synastry the Pluto person could have the more obviously intense/obsessive reaction to the other person. While the person with the other planet could enjoy the intensity and the Pluto person could bring out a deeper side of them as well (obsessive thoughts, strong emotions, curiosity).
However Pluto is pretty much generational - if you have a Venus/Moon in Sagittarius then you canhave the intense Plutonian Synastry with a large amount of people born during Pluto in Sagittarius.
One of my close friends has Venus in Sagittarius and she has shared with me that she has attracted many obsessive people/troubled people/jealousy in friendships, sabotage, etc. People with Pluto in Sagittarius conjunct her Venus in Sagittarius!
So I do think that the Pluto person can be more obsessed in a Synastry where there is a conjunction to the other person's Sun, Venus, even Mercury.
The Moon would be considered different as there could be a more emotional, raw reaction to the Pluto person. However I see more vulnerability rather than obsession
Fun note: I have an old post about Pluto in Scorpio and Pluto in Sagittarius generations and the celebrities that they were obsessed with. How Pluto in Scorpio was very obsessed with celebrities who have a Scorpio Ascendant (Taylor Swift, Bieber). Currently I have noticed many Capricorn Rising celebrities being relevant and popular - attracting the younger Pluto in Capricorn generation

Could you tell us what indicates no marriage or yes marriage in a birth chart?
I rarely see charts that are very troubled in regards to long-term relationships/marriage. You have to have multiple aspects that show difficulty and even then people are still able to find love, marry, etc.
The "Challenging" marriage aspects in the Natal Chart:
I would say that Uranus in the 7th House (natal) could be a bit difficult - it could show commitment issues, attracting on and off relationships, right person/wrong time - timing could be a bit problem for people with this aspect. This includes having Transit Uranus in your 7th house as well. The positive is that when the timing is right you can find love very unexpectedly and the relationships could be very freeing. I have observed that people with Uranus in 7th also like unusual relationship dynamics/non-standard dating.
Saturn in 7th house could be interpreted in different ways - marrying later in life, feeling dissatisfied about the thought of marriage, high standards/expectations, prioritizing other areas of life over marriage/relationships.
Pluto in 7th shows that any traumas/insecurities could manifest in relationships and marriage so the person has to heal, really wait for the right person in order to avoid jumping into unhealthy relationships.
Aspects between Juno and Uranus (square, conjunct, opposite), Juno-Saturn and Juno-Pluto could have a similar effect as the descriptions above.
Neptune in 7th, Juno in 12th could show someone that idolizes marriage/has an unrealistic idea about marriage. So that could lead to disappointment in committed relationships or once the honeymoon phase is over in marriage.
I will also add the ruler of the 7th house conjunct Uranus/Pluto/Saturn. For example: Cancer on your 7th house cusp, Cancer is ruled by the Moon and the Moon is conjunct Saturn/Pluto/Uranus.
2. The "Good" marriage aspects in the Natal Chart:
Venus in 7th, Venus trine Juno/Venus conjunct Juno is the one that is usually associated with good, lasting marriage, supportive spouse, equality in marriage. Committed relationships could be easy for these people.
The 7th House ruler conjunct Venus has a similar effect.
Juno conjunct/trine Jupiter or Jupiter in the 7th House is great for a happy marriage. Your partner usually inspired you, teaches you a lot of things, helps you go out of your comfort zone.
Juno in the 7th House is also really favorable for commitment, attracting a spouse who has the characteristics you want in a partner, commitment could happen easily.
Libra or Taurus on the 7th House cusp also tend to have good marriages.
My advice is to wait for the right timing and the right person/not rush into it. There is always someone you are FULLY compatible with so don't waste your energy on bad relationships!

Can astrology predict a marriage between two person ?
100%. Marriage is possible between many people, but a good marriage is possible only in certain astrological circumstances.
Depending on both people's charts and what exactly they need in a marriage there will always be more specific factors however in this post I will mention my major "marriage" aspects based on my experience, knowledge and observations:
Venus in the other person's 7th House
The best placement for Venus for long-term relationships as it shows shared values, desire to make compromises, an "equal" love, great partnership, two people that are just on the same page in the relationship. It is a marriage indicator - both people can feel fulfilled in this relationship.
Venus-Saturn trine, conjunction or opposition
The Venus-Saturn aspect is more complex. Saturn can be the planet of difficulty, resistance, something that takes a long time and a lot of work. Harsh Venus-Saturn aspects like a square or opposition can be challenging, especially the square as it could show that the relationship will go through many hardships before commitment (so I usually recommend avoiding them). Saturn-Venus opposition isn't as bad as it could still require compromises and effort but on a smaller level. Venus-Saturn conjunction shows strong persistence about the relationship - you can do anything in order to be with the other person (especially the Saturn person in this case). So it's a major indicator for a long-term relationship or marriage.
Venus or Sun conjunct the other person's Juno
Venus is the planet of love and relationships and conjunct Juno it shows people with similar values in love, especially in regards to relationships and long-term commitment. A Venus-Juno conjunction shows that marriage between these two people can be filled with harmony, good luck, love. It is a very lucky aspect. The Sun-Venus conjunction shows that the Sun person has qualities the Juno person seeks in a life partner and potential spouse.
Juno in the other person's 1st or 7th House
Juno is the asteroid of marriage and it represents what we want in marriage, how we act in marriage, how we view marriage, etc. When it's in another person's 1st house it shows that the house person has the qualities you look for in a marriage partner. When it's in their 7th house it shows potential for a long-term marriage, equality in the relationship, both parties having a similar approach and desires in the marriage.
Some important notes:
Even if you share marriage aspects with someone both of you have to be at a stage when you are ready for marriage. For example, you can have great commitment aspects but the other person could have transit Uranus in 7th house or a Uranus aspect to the ruler of their 7th house which could make them reluctant for commitment at the current stage of their life.
Moon-Venus aspects, Venus-Mars aspects, 5th house aspects can show strong love and passion but they may not have the persistence of the previous aspects I mentioned - the will to be stubborn about the relationship and put effort into it long-term.

Transits never affects me. Do you know why?
Many people over-think the way transits could affect them - some of my friends (even those not into Astrology) always get super paranoid during Mercury retrograde period. From my observation the negative thoughts and thinking something bad WILL happen is more responsible for something bad happening than Mercury retrograde itself
Transits could affect you in small ways or in bigger ways. Venus in 7th for one could be a great business deal, for another entering a new relationship, for third it could show a very sociable month/weeks.
There are so many ways to interpret the houses and planets so it is a very complex topic. I myself avoid looking at my own transits unless I am making major plans, look for something health-related (this year has been terrible in that aspect lol). Even if you see a challenging transit just imagine it is not happening. Negative thoughts and anxiety is more impactful than transits alone imo.
I don't feel like transits affect anyone that strongly but they could show what area of life there is more focus on at this moment

What does Saturn in the 7th transit mean? (Is it a hard time in relationships?)
Saturn isn't always connected to hardship as many people tend to interpret it. It shows gaining maturity, learning lessons, gaining some type of true value in that area of life (in this case personal and professional relationships and marriage). Note that this also goes for your Saturn returns - so don't be scared of them!
Saturn transiting the 7th House shows that you can become more selective of who you want in your life, who brings value in your life, who is worth putting energy into - you can be persistent about making relationships work during this transit but if you have tried your best you will willingly let them go.
If you are single it could show that you may take your time before commitment - you will have higher standards and expectations, so no bullshit - you are ready to let go of people that don't meet your standards.
If you are in a relationship, you may focus on the future, your future plans and ambitions with your partner, how you can improve the relationship.
In terms of marriage, it could delay marriage but not always for bad reasons - it could show that you will feel ready for marriage when your life feels more stable, when you accomplish other goals so that after them you can truly enjoy the partnership and focus on it.
Saturn in 7th isn't negative but it teaches patience and valuable lessons, it makes you cut off people that aren't worth it, it gives you a more realistic and mature perspective on relationships

Scorpio Venus 100%
If a Scorpio Venus truly loves you you aren't getting rid of them unless you betray them in a major way. They are very passionate, territorial, protective, intense. Sometimes in a good way and other times it can be overly obsessive and overwhelming.
2. Leo Venus
My favorite personal quote about a Leo Venus is that they are as loyal as the attention and love you give back to them. Relationships can be transactional to them - if you love them, adore them, they will reciprocate. If they love you and you don't love them they have no trouble moving on because they prioritize themselves.
Leo Venus in love is very generous, very affectionate, passionate, if they truly love you they will share their light with you. They are one of the best signs for relationships as they can give you the whole experience.
3. Venus in the 7th House
Venus in the 7th House is the indicator of a person that is very commitment-oriented so when they are in love they are willing to give their all, make compromises, be there for their partner. If your synastry is good with a Venus in 7th house person, expect marriage lol
4. Venus-Pluto conjunction/trine, Moon-Venus conjunction/trine, Venus-Mars conjunction/trine
The Venus-Pluto conjunction is similar to the Scorpio Venus love. Obsessive, deep, protective, passonate - if you are loved by a person with Venus-Pluto conjunction you will experience love and all of its depth. Both Venus-Pluto and Venus-Mars aspects can be unhealthy as well though. Possessive, territorial, overwhelming - so not everyone is compatible with people who have these aspects. Depending on the Synastry they could be expressed healthily or unhealthily. Also if Venus is square/opposite Pluto or Mars.
Moon-Venus conjunction/trine people can be some of the moving loving, affectionate, sensitive, caring when in love so I do see that type of love with them as well.
Some other notes:
Venus-Neptune aspects can be very romantic and have these qualities but with them idolization is also a factor - so they can idolize the relationship until reality hits. If reality is just as good, they can continue - if it's not they will detach from the relationship. It's like the honeymoon phase
Venus in Taurus are incredible when in love, Venus in Libra as well since both are Venus-ruled signs. However in relationships both of them will seek balance and stability so I don't see the intensity or obsessive behavior.
Venus in 5th House, Moon in 5th house can be very romantic and passionate but the depth of their love depends on the Synastry with the other person. They can be devoted if the relationship fits their criteria for ideal romance.
Venus in Aries are very protective, passionate when in love - they will always try to maintain the spark but if the chase/game in the relationship is over they can easily feel bored. Aries is ruled by Mars and when Venus is in Aries, for them love has to be some type of competition and allow them to fight.
How a person acts in love really depends on their Synastry with the other person - one person will bring out their desire for commitment and deep love, another one may bring instability/on-off dynamics, etc. so it all depends on that. But these are my observations
