Kirishima x Abused Self Harmed Suicidal Reader
Y/n’s home life wasn’t the best; having an uncontrollable mind reading quirk, and being extremely flexible like rubber…her family constantly told her that she couldn’t be a hero, especially considering the fact her mind reading quirk was pretty useless.
She’s been verbally, and physically abused by her parents. UA High was her dream school, so when she arrived for the entrance exam, she was nervous she wouldn’t get accepted.
During the exam, Y/n had seen a lot of students who seemed to have great potential, which made her start to doubt herself.
For the ball throw her score was 707.35 (in other words, further than Bakugou and Deku; also, Bakugou was even more mad than he was when he saw Deku’s)
By the end of the exam, Y/n was placed 6th or 7th.
Of course, no one knew about her home life, and she was planning on keeping it that way for as long as she could. Even though her parent’s words kept echoing in her mind, she completed the exam all while maintaining a smile.
After the exam ended, she was standing to the side, hands in her pockets, like Bakugou, and waited for Aizawa to say something.
However, she couldn’t hear him when he started talking, because her quirk was acting up again.
Damn extras. How the hell did Deku and Miss Flexible both throw the ball farther than me? I can understand Miss Infinity, but what about the other two?
Kaachan is not happy with me throwing the ball farther than him, I already know. Also, I still need to thank the girl who caught me earlier.
Who’s that girl over there, and why is she just standing by herself? She’s kinda cute; maybe I should go talk to her. Huh? Why’d she turn her head to the side? Now I can’t see her face. Wait, aw man, that makes me sound like I’m being a creep! That’s the opposite of what I want.
Would you all just quiet your own thoughts, please? It’s bad enough that I still have my parents’ words constantly playing my mind, I don’t need this on top of that!
Y/n started hitting herself on the head, trying to quiet her mind. Shut up, shut up, shut up, shut the hell up!
“Is everything alright over there, miss Garcia? If so, please pay attention.” “Yes, Sensei.” She said, as she bowed her head apologetically.
So that’s her name. Garcia. Man, I really want to go talk to her, but I don’t want to come off as weird. Ugh, what do I do? Think Eijiro. What would be the manly thing to do?
Eijiro, huh? That’s a cool name, and I would love to be his friend. He seems like a good guy.
“Kirishima, I couldn’t help but notice that you were staring at someone. It’s that girl over there, isn’t it? I think Aizawa said her name was Garcia. Go talk to her.”
“Mina! I can’t do that! I don’t want to make a fool of myself. Besides, what am I even supposed to- hey, Mina! You can’t just-“ Kirishima was now standing in front of Y/n, and Mina was behind him snickering.
“H-hey there.” Kiri stammered, getting her attention. “Your name’s Garcia, right? I’m Eijiro Kirishima. It’s nice to meet you.” Why would you stutter in front of her? Idiot.
“Nice to meet you, Kirishima. I’m Y/n. And who’s the girl behind you?” “Oh, that’s just Mina. She pushed me over here before I could stop her.” Kiri laughed nervously, and Y/n thought he was cute.
After a few minutes, Kirishima and Mina walked back over to the others, and Kiri’s face was red with embarrassment. “Great going, Mina.” He said, looking to the side.
The next day, while everyone was heading to class, Mina wouldn’t stop teasing Kirishima about the day before. “Your face was so red, it could’ve matched your hair, had you got any more embarrassed.” “Shut up, Mina. It’s not funny. I like her. I do, but that doesn’t mean you have to tease me about it.”
Mina looked at him, and threw her arms in front of her. “But Kiri, you can’t blame me. I mean, come on!” Y/n quickly brushed past the two of them, and went to class, and took her seat, which was right between Denki and Kiri.
She held her stomach, and wondered why her parents hated her, and treated her the way they did. Just before coming to school, she had looked in the mirror, and saw that her stomach was already bruised.
Once Todoroki walked in, he took one look at her, and asked her what happened. “Nothing, don’t worry about it. I’m fine, it’s just a little stomach ache. That’s all.”
Without meaning to, Sero bumped into Todoroki, which made him bump into Y/n a little bit. “Sorry about that Todoroki. My bad.”
“You’re fine, Sero. Are you okay, Y/n? Sorry if I hurt you at all.” She held up her left hand, and waved it, indicating to Todoroki that she was fine.
It was only when Kirishima and Mina walked in, that Todoroki noticed her shirt had dipped in a little bit. “Hey, Garcia, how are you today? And why were you in such a rush to get to class?”
“Sorry Kirishima. I didn’t mean to bump into you or Mina. And I’m doing fine. How about you?” Y/n strained, hands still on her stomach. “And call me Y/n.”
“Hey, are you alright? What’s going on? What happened?” Kirishima asked, now noticing Y/n had her hands on her stomach. “I tried asking her the same thing, Kirishima, but she just told me to not worry about it.”
She doesn’t look like nothing is wrong. It’s clearly something. I wonder what happened. Also, I noticed that she was holding her stomach on the way into class as well. I hope everything’s alright.
As Kirishima, and the rest of the class took their seats, Y/n put her head down on her desk, and did her best to block everyone out, and not pay attention to what they were thinking.
Once class finally started, Y/n picked her head up, and tried to pay attention to Aizawa’s lesson.
Mina passed a note to Y/n, and asked if she was alright. She gave a thumbs up, and tried to forget about the pain.
“You good for nothing, dumbass kid! Can’t you do anything right in your life?! All you’re good for is just being lazy! You’ll never be a hero, especially not with a quirk like yours, or even amount to anything in life! You’d be better working at a fucking club, fucking Whore!”
Y/n put her head down on her desk, and began silently crying to herself.
Why do my parents always treat me like shit? I’ve done absolutely nothing to them! So why?!
Mina, Tsu, and Kirishima all noticed Y/n shaking a little bit, but didn’t realize that she was crying. Sero shot a string of tape in her direction, to which it landed by her feet. She looked down, then up and at Sero.
Mina, Sero obviously, Tsu, and Jiro now realized that she was crying. “Y/n, what’s wrong? What happened?” Mina asked, hugging her.
She wordlessly got up from her seat, and left the classroom. Her parents hurtful words echoed in her mind, and she wanted her mind to stop racing with every thought she heard running down the hallways of UA.
She soon found herself at the stairs that led to the roof of the school, and walked up, her misty teary eyes making it hard to see where she was going. She pushed the door open, and closed it behind her.
She walked around for a few minutes, and then walked over to the edge. She was crying so much, that she felt like she could barely breathe, and it hurt her stomach the more deep breaths she took.
She held on to the railing, and climbed over, and was about to let go. She took a deep breath, and began crying even harder. She let go of the railing with one hand, and reached out in front of her.
“Is this what you want from me? Is it?! Tell me! You think I don’t know your true feelings about me?! I know! I fucking know it all! You don’t love me; you never did! I tried to be the best person I could be, and it still wasn’t enough! No, maybe I’m just NOT ENOUGH, is that it?!” Y/n screamed as she continued crying.
She crouched down, and had her knees to her chest. She continued crying, and was about to let go, but stopped. She stood up just enough, and crawled through one of the gaps in the railing. She wiped her tears as she went back inside, and sighed deeply.
She went back to Aizawa’s classroom, and grabbed her things, and left again. She took her phone out of her bag, and put it in her pocket, then threw her backpack down the hallway, and watched as it slid, before stopping.
She picked up one of her notebooks, and threw it in the same direction as her backpack. She then walked off, holding her stomach once more.
She went by the nurses office, and asked Recovery Girl for some ice. “Do you want me to heal you instead? That is my job, after all.” Y/n nodded, and waited for Recovery Girl to heal her.
“Take care of yourself, dear. Don’t end up like that classmate of yours. I’m talking about Midoriya.”
Y/n nodded again, and thanked Recovery Girl. Once back in the main area of the school, Y/n was about to pick up her stuff that got scattered across the floor, but to her surprise, someone had already picked it up for her.
“Hey there! Name’s Hatsume. Is this stuff yours?” “Yeah, it is. Thank you.” Y/n said politely, while smiling. “By the way, Hatsume, the name’s Y/n. It’s nice to meet you. I probably should’ve said that first, but oh well.”
After getting her stuff from Mei, Y/n walked to the front of UA, and sat outside and put her earbuds in, and began listening to her favorite playlist.
She was quietly singing to herself, when she heard someone coming. She looked up, and noticed that it was Kirishima.
Why is she by herself again? This is the second time I’ve seen her by herself. And she’s not holding her stomach anymore. I wonder if she’s feeling better, or if she went to Recovery Girl, or possibly both. Also, wait a minute. She’s not smiling this time.
As Kirishima walked over, Y/n took her earbuds out, and called out to him. “Hey Y/n. Mind if I sit with you?” He asked, standing in front of her. “Not at all. Take a seat.”
He’s really cute. I wonder what his quirk is. And everyone else’s.
“Why are you sitting here all alone? And why’d you leave the classroom like that?” She shook her head, and said that she didn’t want to talk about it. Kiri then pointed to her phone, and asked what she was listening to.
“How I Feel. By Eli. He’s one of my favorite artists.” Kiri nodded, and asked what her quirk was. She laughed softly, and said that she was just about to ask him the same question.
“Let’s say it at the same time. Ready?” Kiri asked, his iconic smile ever so present. “3…2…1 go! Hardening.”
“You have hardening? That’s so cool! I wish I had a cool quirk like that! I’m kinda jealous.” Kiri looked to the side, as he blushed nervously.
“I thought we were going to say our quirks at the same time. What happened to that?” He said quietly to himself.
Before Y/n could answer, she got a text from her mom. ’Hey Rotten Child, are you going to drop out of that school any time soon? If not, well, you better only show up here on occasion. I’m not having someone who wants to be a hero with such a useless quirk stay at my house permanently.’
She sighed quietly, as a single tear rolled down her face. Kirishima almost didn’t notice, but he saw her wipe her eyes. “Hey, are- are you crying? What’s wrong? What happened?” He asked, putting an arm around her shoulders.
She was just about to answer when she accidentally read his mind again. She always looks so sad. I wonder why. I can tell she tries her best to not show it, and always has a smile on her face, but I’ve noticed some of those smiles seemed like they were forced. I wonder why that is.
“Kirishima,” she said, looking at him. “Why do you want to be a hero? Who are you hoping to save?” This took the redhead by surprise.
He scratched the back of his head nervously. “Well, um, everyone. I want to help as many people as I can, and I want people to know that as long as they’ve got someone manly to protect them, then they shouldn’t worry. I want to become a hero that everyone looks up to, kinda like All Might.”
She nodded, and said that was a good answer. “What about you? Why do you want to be a hero?” Honestly, I just want to help people avoid situations like mine. I hate how my life is, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to be in this position.
“Well, I want to help people as well. I want to be someone everyone can look up to, and come to whenever they need to.” As they were talking, neither of them heard or saw Bakugo or Deku coming.
“Deku, you idiot! Of course not! Where’d you hear that from?!” “Oh, uh, Mina and Uraraka told me.”
Kirishima waved Bakugo and Deku over, and asked what they were talking about. “It’s nothing, Shitty Hair. Don’t worry about it.” Bakugo said, walking over. The stupid nerd thinks I have a thing for someone in class. He says that he heard it from RoundFace and Raccoon Eyes. Like hell I do!
Raccoon Eyes? RoundFace? Who are they? And why did he just call Kirishima ‘Shitty Hair’, when their hair is almost the exact same? What’s going on, and why’s he so angry?
“Oi, Miss No Talk, what’s the deal with you? Why are you sitting out here with Dumb Hair? I would ask why the two of you aren’t in class with the other extras, but there’d be no point, because class is already over.”
’Miss No Talk’?! And Dumb Hair?! I thought he just said ‘Shitty Hair’. And Deku? I thought his name was Midoriya. So…then what’s Blondie’s name?
Y/n tapped Kiri on the shoulder, and asked him about all these names. “Oh, these are just our nicknames Bakubro calls us. He’s been calling Midoriya ‘Deku’ ever since they were kids.”
Kirishima then explained all of the nicknames Bakugo had for his classmates, and also told Y/n what everyone’s quirks were.
“Oh, ok. So Mina’s nickname is Raccoon Eyes, because of how her eyes are; Kaminari is called DunceFace, because if he overuses his quirk, he becomes dumb. The dual colored hair boy’s nickname is IcyHot/Half ‘N Half, because he’s got fire and ice.”
As Y/n continued on, she asked Kirishima why Bakugo referred to him as either Shitty or Dumb Hair, when their hair is very similar.
“Your guess is as good as mine, honestly.” “Later extras. I’m out of here.” Bakugo said, as he started walking away.
“Quit calling me Miss No Talk, and our classmates extras! I have a name you know! It’s Y/n Garcia! And call everyone else by their real names, not these stupid nicknames!” Bakugo stopped in his tracks, and turned around.
Y/n, Kirishima, and Deku all saw fire in Bakugo’s eyes, and knew he was mad. Kirishima and Deku were nervous, because they had never heard or seen anyone even try to stand up to Bakugo’s bullying. Especially Deku.
Y/n stood up, and dusted herself off, before walking forward. Bakugo was marching back to the three of them, and while Deku and Kirishima both had a nervous expression on their faces, Y/n was calm.
It was an uneasy calmness, to the point where it nearly sent chills down the boy’s spines, the closer Bakugo got, and how Y/n’s facial expression didn’t change. “I don’t know what your quirk is, stupid nerd, but I do know that I’ve got a fireball with your name on it!” Bakugo growled threateningly.
Y/n put her hands behind her head, {Killua’s thing} and slowly and calmly started approaching the ash blonde. All it took was for Y/n to say two words before he released an explosion in her direction. “Try me.”
Kirishima and Deku looked at each other, and nodded, as they started backing away from the two in front of them. “Kiri, can you move my things out of the way? I don’t want any of it getting destroyed. Also, catch.” Y/n said, as she took her phone out of her pocket, and threw it towards the redhead.
She waited for Bakugo’s explosion, and managed to dodge it just in time. He sent explosion after explosion at her, but she dodged every single one. “Is that all you’ve got, Blondie?” This infuriated him, to the point where his eyes went completely blank.
“Stay fucking still, you damn idiot! Let me hit you!” Aizawa had just walked outside, when he heard Bakugo growl. “Katsuki Bakugo.” Aizawa began, staring at him. “Did I hear that right? You were trying to hit miss Garcia?”
The two teens froze in surprise. “What?” Bakugo hissed. “No! I mean, I was, but Miss Flexible started it!” “Kaachan, quit calling me Miss Flexible, and Miss No Talk! Those aren’t my names!”
Why does he have to say that I started this?! All I did was tell him to quit with the stupid nicknames, and to call everyone by their actual names.
Aizawa looked at the other two, and asked Kirishima what happened. He explained the situation, and thought he saw daggers in his teacher’s eyes.
“Garcia, you and Bakugo follow me. I’m taking you back to my classroom, because I want to talk to you about something, but first, the three of us are stopping by Nezu’s office.”
Aizawa said as he began walking away, dragging the ash blonde with him. He stopped for a moment, and turned to face Deku and Kirishima. “You two, I don’t know if Bakugo told you, but class is already over. So, the two of you can head on home.”
They looked at each other, and nodded. Kirishima turned around towards the tree, and grabbed Y/n’s things, and called out to his teacher. “Mr. Aizawa, all of this stuff is Y/n’s, should I bring it inside and leave it in your classroom?” Aizawa nodded in response, and told Kirishima to stay in the classroom until he and Y/n got there.
He nodded, and waved Deku off, before heading back inside the school. “Bakugo, you are in a lot of trouble. Once we get to Nezu’s office, I’m leaving you in his hands, and I’m telling him to call your parents and let them know what just happened.”
Seriously? My Old Hag is going to know about this? Dammit. And also, why isn’t Miss Flexible getting into trouble? She’s the one who fucking started this!
Oh my god. Say it was my fault one more fucking time, Pomeranian! Say it again, I dare you!
As the three of them made it to Nezu’s office, Aizawa said that he was leaving one of his students with him.
“Is it the Troublemaker? If so, I’m not even surprised. Leave him with me, Aizawa. I’ll take care of him.” Nezu said, as he opened the door to his office.
“Thank you, Principal. I’m taking Y/n back to my classroom to talk with her, so while this one is staying with you, make sure to call his parents and let them know, that he’s already on the brink of suspension.” Aizawa said, as he released Bakugo from his capture scarf.
As Aizawa and Y/n were walking towards his classroom, he noticed that she was looking at the ground the whole way. “Is everything alright, miss Garcia?” He asked, tapping her shoulder. She flinched a little bit, but it wasn’t that noticeable.
“S-sorry Sensei. A-and yeah, everything is just fine.” She stammered. “Just…thinking.”
“About?” That got her attention. She slowly looked up, and shook her head, while saying “Nothing of importance.”
This concerned Aizawa, because he had a feeling that something was wrong, but didn’t want to push his luck. Once they got back to the classroom, Y/n saw Kirishima with Mina.
Aizawa and Y/n walked in, and over to them. “Kirishima, Ashido.” Aizawa began, looking between them. “Before I start talking to Y/n, do either of you know anything about her? Specifically, have you noticed any strange behavior coming from her or anything like that the last few days?”
Both teens thought for a moment. “Oh, this morning she walked right past me and Mina.” Kirishima began, looking at Mina, then back at his teacher.
“She bumped into me, and then walked into class. When me and Mina walked in, I noticed Todoroki was by her desk, and was talking to her. She apologized to me, and said that she didn’t mean to bump into me. And right after she said that, I noticed she was holding her stomach. She was holding her stomach just before she bumped into me as well. Me and Todoroki tried asking her what happened and if she was alright, but she didn’t say anything.”
Mina continued. “Once you started class, I passed a note to her, asking her if she was alright, and then a few minutes later, I noticed her look in Sero’s direction, and that’s when me, Sero, Tsu, and Jiro noticed that she was crying. After that, I hugged her and asked her what was wrong and what happened. After I hugged her, she pulled away, and ran out of the classroom in tears.”
Aizawa asked what happened after that. “Well, after she left, I didn’t see her again until I went to the front of the school, and saw her sitting outside under a tree. When I approached her, I noticed that she wasn’t holding her stomach anymore, but I also noticed that she wasn’t smiling either.”
Aizawa then turned to Y/n, and asked what she was doing from the moment when she left the classroom, to the moment Kirishima saw her sitting under a tree.
“I was walking around for a bit. I stopped by Recovery Girls office, and she gave me some medicine for my stomach. Once I left her office, I continued walking around for a little while, then decided to go sit outside, and clear my head.” Y/n said, only telling part of the truth.
“Miss Garcia, is that all that happened?” She nodded, and said that there was nothing more to say. “So, I take it that we saw your twin come get your things from the classroom; along with said twin meet Mei Hatsume from the support course?”
“What is this about, Mr. Aizawa?” Y/n asked, looking at her teacher, annoyed. “I’m not saying any names, but at least one of your classmates said something about you that concerns me. I’m not saying what they said either, but I will say this: if you need to talk to me about anything, I’m here. And so are your classmates. We’re all here for you, so you can reach out and talk to us if something’s going on.”
Y/n went silent for a moment, trying to think of who would’ve said something, and what was said.
Nobody knows about my quirk, or my home life, so who said something and what did they even say? Well, whoever it was, it’s none of their business to know. I mean, Kirishima, Mina, and Todoroki all know my stomach was hurting earlier, but it’s not like they know what it’s from or anything.
As Y/n was lost in thought, she didn’t realize that her quirk was was acting up again. I want to help her, and I know the rest of our classmates do as well, but we can’t help her if she doesn’t tell us anything. It’s almost as if she’s pushing us all away, and we can’t do anything about it.
That’s when Y/n thought of something. Could Hatsume have said something? I doubt it, because Mr. Aizawa said one of my classmates, and she’s from the Support Course. Also, nobody knows about the attempt I made earlier. I made sure the coast was clear, and I even closed the door behind me. Did someone follow me, and decide to just watch as I was holding onto the railing with one hand? If so, who would do that?
As Aizawa was waiting for an answer, Y/n remembered that she had tossed her phone to Kirishima before Bakugo sent an explosion towards her. “Hey, Kiri, do you still have my phone?” She asked, turning to look at the redhead.
Kirishima nodded, and gave the phone back to her. “Miss Garcia, I’m still waiting for an answer.” Mr. Aizawa said, looking at her impatiently. “Okay, so I left that part out.” She said finally. “So what? It’s not a big deal! Besides, it’s not even important that I met Hatsume. After walking around for a bit, I came back to your classroom, and got my stuff. Then I continued walking around, for a few minutes. Then I went to Recovery Girl’s office and got the medicine for my stomach. After I left, that’s when I met Hatsume.” Y/n huffed annoyedly.
“Kirishima, Ashido.” Aizawa said, looking at the two teens. They both nodded, and left the classroom. “Y/n, is there something you’re not telling me?” Aizawa asked softly, pulling up a chair, and sitting down in front of her.
“No! I’ve already told you everything that happened! Can I go now? There’s nothing left to talk about!” Aizawa could tell Y/n was becoming more irritated by the second, but at the same time, he wanted to know what was going on with her.
“Whore!” “Slut!” “Good for nothing!”
I know something is obviously bothering her, but I just wish she’d tell me, so I can help her.
Without thinking, Y/n yelled “Shut the hell up! Be quiet!” which took her teacher by surprise. He looked at her in confusion, and noticed she was hitting her head again. He tried pulling her hands away, but she persisted.
After a few seconds, Y/n yelled in her teacher’s face, and stormed out of the classroom. Mina and Kirishima were walking down the hall, when Y/n ran past them, and started wiping away her tears.
Both of her classmates just watched, as she ran down the halls so fast, they both thought they felt a gust of wind go by.
“Damn this fucking school! And damn everyone in it! Except for Kirishima and The Alien!” Y/n’s voice reverberated through the school. Aizawa ran out of his classroom, after hearing the echoing voice of Y/n. He saw Kirishima and Mina standing in the middle of the hallway in a daze.
“What….just happened?” Mina questioned, looking up at her redheaded friend. “I…have….no idea.” Kirishima replied, looking down at Mina. “Are the two of you alright?” Aizawa asked, as he walked over to them.
They both turned around, and nodded slowly. “What happened, Mr. Aizawa? Why did she just start screaming like Bakugo?”
“Kirishima, for now this stays between us three. If Y/n’s not in a better mood tomorrow, then I’m afraid she might get put on suspension. One more outburst like this, and we probably won’t be seeing her for at least a week.”
Once Y/n got home, she didn’t bother listening to what her parents had to say, so she just ran upstairs, and slammed her door closed. “Y/n Jane Garcia!” Her father bellowed. “Don’t you ever slam doors in this house again, young lady! Do you understand me?”
“Shut the hell up, Old Man! Leave me alone!” Her dad took off his belt, and cracked it. “Don’t use that tone with me, young lady! Get your ass down here!” Y/n wasn’t even mad anymore, she was fuming. “I ALREADY FUCKING TOLD YOU NO! LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE! AND DON’T TRY TO PLAY THE FUCKING PARENT CARD NOW! ITS NOT GOING TO FUCKING WORK, ASSHOLE!!”
The only sounds that were heard throughout the house was the belt sounding like a whip, and Y/n’s screams and cries of pain, along with glass being shattered.
“Don’t you ever speak to me like that again, young lady! Now, clean up this mess, and I don’t want to hear another word out of you for the rest of the day!” Her dad said angrily, walking out of her room.
For the first time in her life, she was in a way, thankful for the amount of pain she was in, because even though she heard both of her parents thoughts, she couldn’t focus on what was being thought.
She picked up her phone, and with shaky, bloody hands, texted the only number she had saved in her phone. Her best friend, Anthony.
‘Ant, you there? I NEED you.’
She texted, before starting to lose consciousness. Anthony texted her, and said that he would be there soon.
After not getting a response back, he tried calling her, but she didn’t answer. Damn, okay. I’ll just have to go over there myself, and do this the hard way.
He got his jacket on, and put on his helmet, and got on his motorcycle and sped off to Y/n’s house. They only lived about a block away from each other, but her parents didn’t know where Anthony lived.
He soon arrived, and climbed up the side of the house, and got to Y/n’s room. He quietly tapped on the window, and just barely saw Y/n on her bed. He carefully and quietly opened her window, and crawled inside her room.
He walked over to her bed, where he faintly saw her. He turned his helmet light on, and gasped in horror when he saw her in the light.
After seeing his best friend like that, he couldn’t stop shaking and staring. What the hell did that piece of shit do this time? Damn, I’ve got to get her out of here, and taken care of. This is probably the worst of it yet.
He carefully picked her up, and brought her over to the window. He climbed out first, and carefully got her out as well. He wrapped her arms around his neck, and began slowly climbing back down along the side of her house.
Once safely back on the ground, he laid her down in the grass, and walked over to his motorcycle. He grabbed his phone, from under the seat, and texted his dad.
‘It happened again, Pops. And from the looks of it, it’s the worst of it yet. She’s got cuts, from what I assume the belt buckle, and at least four bruises on both of her arms. I can’t tell how her back is, but her entire uniform is hanging on by threads. And, oh shit, she’s got a black eye, and it looks like the belt buckle had cut her eye, or at least the skin just above it.‘
Anthony’s dad arrived within minutes, and told his son to put his motorcycle in the back of the truck, then to help him carefully lift Y/n, and bring her to the backseat.
Once the three of them were in the truck, Anthony’s dad drove back home, and told his son to help Y/n out of the truck, and he would get the motorcycle.
As soon as Anthony’s mom saw him, and his dad by the truck, she almost immediately knew something had happened. She ran outside, and noticed Anthony was carrying Y/n.
“Oh my word.” She gasped, after seeing the state Y/n was in. “Jack, get the guest bedroom ready, Y/n is going to be staying with us for a little while.”
Jack, Anthony’s younger brother, got the guest room clean and ready for Y/n, and had set out another outfit for her. “Anthony, bring her to the bathroom, and I’ll take care of the rest.” His mom said, noticing Anthony carrying her to the bathroom.
He carefully set her in the bathtub, and took off her shoes for her, and brought them to the guest bedroom. His mom, Daniella, started carefully removing Y/n’s uniform, and only now realized the severity of her bruises.
After Y/n’s uniform was removed, Daniella turned the bathtub on, and let it fill up. While she was doing that, Jonas was cooking dinner, and had a spare uniform for Y/n in the morning.
As Daniella was busy cleaning Y/n’s cuts, and washing all the blood off, Y/n slowly started to wake up, and screamed in pain as the hot water burned her cuts and bruises.
“I know, sweetie. I know. But we need to clean up your wounds, so they won’t get infected. And don’t worry, Jonas is cooking dinner; Jack got the spare bedroom ready for you, and Anthony already set out your school’s uniform. He also got the first aid kit ready, and has already filled an ice chest for you, so you can get as much ice as you need for that black eye of yours. Anthony, and the rest of us have gotten everything ready for you.”
“Thank you, Daniella. And I’m going to thank Ant, when we’re done in here. Also, with that beating I took, I almost didn’t text Ant because of how much pain I was in.”
Daniella hugged Y/n, and told her that whenever she needed, they were only a phone call or a text away. That made Y/n smile a little bit, and said that she liked how Anthony’s family was kinda like her second family.
Just as Daniella was finishing washing Y/n’s cuts, and being careful with her bruises, Anthony knocked on the door, and said he had Y/n’s clothes for her. His mom opened the door, and grabbed them, and set them on the counter.
Y/n stumbled out of the bathtub, but Daniella made sure she didn’t fall. “You don’t have to do anything, dear. Let me do this for you. Besides, you said that you were in a lot of pain before you texted Anthony, didn’t you?”
Y/n nodded, and got dressed with Daniella’s help. “Thank you, Daniella. This means a lot.” Y/n said, as she looked at Daniella. “You’re very welcome, Y/n. By the way, how’s school been going?”
As Y/n was telling Daniella about school, Anthony knocked on the door, and told them that dinner was ready. “Thank you, honey. We’ll be right there.” Daniella said, noticing Y/n look at the mirror.
Her smile grew slightly, and she turned around and hugged Daniella. “Thank you for letting me stay here, Mom.” Y/n said, as the two of them headed to the kitchen. “Of course, sweetie. You know that you’re welcome here whenever you want.”
While everyone was sitting at the table, Y/n couldn’t help but let a few tears fall.
I wish Y/n’s piece of shit dad didn’t treat her like this. It’s not right, and it’s also not her fault that she has an uncontrollable quirk. And by the look in her eyes, I know she knows what I’m thinking about.
Ant’s family is the best, and even though it’s selfish of me to think about, I wish Mr. and Mrs. McCarthy would adopt me, or have someone else adopt me, and get me away from this hell that I’ve been living.
Y/n prayed quickly, and slowly started eating, and wished that her life was completely different.
After dinner, she headed to the guest bedroom, and closed the door. She rummaged through the drawers until she found what she was looking for.
She made sure the door was locked, and began cutting away. After she finished, she walked over to the ice chest, and filled several bags with ice, and laid on the bed, putting ice on her arms, and holding one against her head over her eye.
Anthony knocked on her door, and opened it slightly. “Come on in, Ant. And by the way, thank you for getting me out of my house. I seriously can’t thank you enough.”
Anthony walked in and over to Y/n, and asked if it was alright if he hugged her. She nodded, and opened her arms. Anthony hugged her, and said that he was always going to have her back. She smiled softly, and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
He blushed softly, and asked what that was for. She playfully flicked his head, and said that it was because he was her best friend.
The two of them eventually fell asleep laying next to each other, and Daniella walked by to check on them, when she noticed them.
She quietly opened the door, and walked in the room. She carefully shook Anthony awake, and told him to go lay in his bed, and that he’ll see Y/n in the morning. He got off the bed tiredly, and made his way to his bedroom.
Morning soon came, and Y/n was in the middle of getting dressed, when there was a knock on her door. “Yes? Who is it?” She called, from behind her door. “Anthony. Can I come in?” Y/n made her way over to the door, and asked him to wait just a minute.
“Yeah, sure. Let me know when I can come in.” Y/n was just about to open the door, when she suddenly lost her balance. Anthony opened the door slightly, and saw Y/n on the floor. He walked over, and carefully helped her back to her feet.
“You’re lucky that I was just about to open the door for you. And thank you. Do you think you can-“ “Of course, Y/n. I always do, don’t I?” The two of them walked over to Y/n’s vanity, and she sat down in the chair, and let Anthony fix her hair.
“What are you thinking, Princess?” “Ant, a simple braid will be fine.” Y/n said, while blushing.
Shes so cute when she gets all embarrassed like this. Maybe I should call her more names like this. And i already know that she’s most likely reading my mind again. If that’s the case, then it’ll definitely explain why she’s blushing even more.
Shut up, Anthony! And besides, you know better than anyone that I can’t control this stupid quirk of mine! And please don’t call me anymore nicknames like this.
“Princess, do you want a double braid, a French braid, or a fishtail?” “Anthony…” Y/n buried her face in her hands, to try and hide the blush that was becoming more intense. “….shut up! And just a regular braid will be fine.”
As Anthony was braiding her hair, he couldn’t help but think of other nicknames to call Y/n. She kept trying to reach behind her, and pinch him, but kept missing. “Quit moving, and let me pinch you!” She said, still trying to pinch him.
“And done! Your hair looks beautiful, Princess. And another thing, I’m not going to stop with these nicknames because they’re cute….just like you.” Anthony teased.
“Let me see, you dork!” Y/n was surprised with the result, and thanked Anthony. “Anytime, Princess.” Y/n reached behind her, and finally managed to pinch Anthony.
“Ow! What was that for?” Y/n gave him a playful look, and said that it was for him keep calling her ‘Princess’. “I thought you liked it, Prin-“ “Don’t you dare say it, you dork. Please. You’re giving me a headache!” Anthony smirked playfully, and looked down at Y/n.
“Okay, okay, I won’t…Queenie.” Y/n rolled her eyes, and tried pinching him again. Damn, she’s so cute when she gets all embarrassed and flustered like this.
After Y/n finished getting ready, she gave Anthony a quick kiss on the cheek, and left for school. She couldn’t believe how much the swelling for her black eye had already gone down, and the bruises weren’t as bad as they were yesterday.
Ant really is the best. I need to think him for everything he’s done for me.
Even though she knew that the bruises and black eye would take a while to completely heal, unless she went to Recovery Girl, she didn’t seem to mind.
With her having a friend like Anthony on her side, she knew she was in good hands whenever she needed him.
She finally made it to school, and started making her way to Recovery Girl, to see if she could get her bruises completely healed.
“Goodness child,” Recovery Girl began, looking at Y/n. “At this rate, you might be the second frequent patient of mine, apart from your classmate, Midoriya.” Recovery Girl did her job, and completely healed Y/n, leaving nothing behind.
“If you need to, you can rest here for a bit. I don’t mind. And I’ll let Aizawa know that you’ll be coming to class a little bit later.” Recovery Girl said, as Y/n walked over to one of the beds, and laid down.
Poor child. What’s going on with her? Even Midoriya doesn’t look this bad whenever he comes to my office. Then again, he breaks his bones, while this poor thing seems to be getting physically abused. If that’s the case, then I’ve got to let Aizawa know.
For the first time ever, Y/n didn’t seem to mind that her quirk was acting up again, because with there only being Recovery Girl in the room, she couldn’t get overwhelmed.
Y/n was just about to fall asleep, when she faintly heard Recovery Girl say something. “…looking for Y/n? She’s over there on the bed resting. Has she come by before? Why yes, she has. What for, and why is she here now? I don’t think it’s anyone’s business to know why she has stopped by here at least twice already.”
Who’s Recovery Girl talking to? And why is she talking about me? Who’s even asking about-
“I see. Well, is it alright if I go talk to her for a minute? Or should I come back later?” It was only now that Y/n realized who Recovery Girl was talking to. It was Kirishima.
“You can go talk to her, but be careful with what you say when you’re around her.” Kirishima walked over to Y/n, and asked her why she was in Recovery Girl’s office.
“I’m just resting for a bit.” She said, looking at the redhead. It’s hard to tell, but it looks like she’s forcing herself to smile again. I wonder why she keeps doing that. Also, why is she almost always by herself?
Y/n smiled softly, and asked Kiri what he wanted to talk about. Truthfully, why you’re always by yourself, and why you hit yourself in the head every once in a while. “I just want to know how you’re doing, and also, you never told me what your quirk was.”
“Oh, that. My bad, Kirishima. It’s mind reading….albeit uncontrollable.” Kirishima’s eyes widened in surprise.
That actually explains quite a lot. I wonder why she waited so long to tell me though.
Y/n blushed, and said that she’s been meaning to tell him something. “Same here. Let’s say it at the same time. Ready? 3…2…1, I think you’re pretty cute.” “I think you’re really cute.”
Both teens blushed like crazy, and Y/n heard something that she wanted to hear from her parents ever since she was a kid. “Y’know Y/n, I think you’ll make an awesome hero. I mean, with a quirk like yours, how could you not be?”
Without meaning to, Kirishima had just made Y/n cry. “Ah! I’m sorry!” He said, throwing his hands up defensively. “Was it something I said? Oh, man, that wasn’t manly at all. I’m so sorry.”
Confusion appeared across Kiri’s face when he noticed Y/n was smiling through her tears. She opened her arms, and gestured to Kiri for a hug. He accepted, and hugged her, and asked why she was smiling if she was crying.
“These are happy tears, Kirishima. I’m so happy that you think that I can be a hero with a quirk like mine.” Y/n said, emphasis on the word ‘can’.
After a little while, Recovery Girl told Kirishima that he should get going, and for him to tell Aizawa that Y/n would be in class later.
Already? Also, what did Y/n mean by that? She’s so happy that I think she ‘can’ be a hero?
Im sorry Kirishima, I said that without thinking.
As Kirishima made his way to class, he couldn’t stop thinking about what Y/n had just said. “Oi Shitty Hair, what are you standing in the doorway like that for? And also, where’s that damn extra?”
What is going on with her? Why has she been acting weird since we met?
As Kirishima was lost in thought, he didn’t realize that Aizawa had walked in. “Kirishima.” Aizawa started, looking at the redhead. “Do you mind taking your seat? Also, where’s Y/n? I thought she was with you.”
Kirishima sat down, and gave his teacher a look, that told him that he wanted to talk after class. Aizawa nodded slightly, and looked towards the door, then back at Kirishima.
As Aizawa got on with the lesson, his phone buzzed, indicating that he got a message from someone. He walked over to his desk, and clicked the power button on his phone, and glanced at the screen.
’Aizawa, Y/n’s with me in my office, and is currently resting. She’s been in here since this morning, and I’ll send her to class within the next 10-ish minutes or so. Also, keep an eye on her if you can. This is the second time she’s stopped by my office, and asked me for either medicine or ice, instead of just asking me to heal her. I’ve got a feeling that something is going on with her home life, but I don’t want to jump to conclusions or assume anything.’
Aizawa read the message with a furrowed brow, his worry for Y/n growing. He messaged Recovery Girl back, and said that he would keep an eye on her. A little while later, Y/n walked in the classroom, and took her seat.
Aizawa walked over to her, and crouched down beside her. “See me after class; I want to ask you something. After I get done talking with Kirishima, i want to talk to you.” He whispered.
She rolled her eyes, and quietly said ‘no’. “I’m not asking, I’m telling you that we’re talking after class.” She huffed quietly, and put her head down.
Aizawa sighed, and walked back to the front of the room. As he continued with his lesson, Y/n’s phone pinged.
She took it out of her pocket, and checked the message, and immediately felt tears form in the corner of her eyes.
‘Bitch, your father told me what happened yesterday. How dare you talk back and disrespect him like that! He told me that you called him an asshole, and that he knew that you wanted to say something about me as well. Tell me, what do you want to say to me?’
‘Honestly, I have so much that I’d like to say to the both of you, Mother, but for now, I’ll just say this: go to hell, Old Bitch!’
A few minutes later, Y/n’s phone started ringing, and she got up, and walked to the bathroom and answered her phone.
“What did you just call me, Whore?!” “I just called you a fucking bitch, Bitch! And you’re even more of a whore that I am! No, actually, you’re both a whore and a slut! I know you used to work at a club before I was born! Otherwise you nor Dad would’ve told me that I would be better working at one!”
As the argument continued, Y/n couldn’t keep the words to herself anymore, and exploded with everything she had been wanting to say to her mother ever since she was a kid.
“YOU SHOULD’VE JUST ABORTED ME WHEN YOU HAD THE CHANCE, MARILYNN! OR GIVEN ME UP FOR ADOPTION! I WISH YOU NEVER HAD ME! I HATE YOU AND DAD BOTH, AND I WISH THAT THE BOTH OF YOU’D GO TO HELL AND ROT THERE FOR ETERNITY!!! YOU’RE THE REAL SLUT, WHORE, BITCH, AND ASSHOLE! I FUCKING HATE YOU AND DEREK!!! ALSO, THE BOTH OF YOU ARE COMPLETE IDIOTS!!! AND SINCE YOU OBVIOUSLY DONT EVEN WANT ME, I’LL DO YOU THE BIGGEST FAVOR I CAN, AND MAKE YOUR BIGGEST DREAM A FUCKING REALITY!!!”
Y/n hung up the phone, before her mom even had the chance to say anything, and then sent the finger emoji to her mom and dad. She then decided to block both of them.
She ran out of the bathroom in tears, and left UA. “FUCK!” She screamed, as she kept running. She ran all the way home, and slammed the door after entering.
She then called the police, and reported what her parents had been doing to her. “Please hurry!” She added, starting to pace back and forth.
Police sirens were heard in the distance, and Y/n knew that she was about to be “saved”. As soon as she heard pounding on the front door, she knew that it was the police.
She got up off the couch, and answered the door. One of the officers asked her where her parents were, and she led them to her parents bedroom.
The police broke the door open, and immediately noticed her parents sitting on their bed. Two officers walked over to them, and cuffed them. The officers then led them outside, and put them in two separate cars.
Y/n then showed one of the officers her texts from her parents, and told them that her parents had been verbally and physically abusing her since she was a kid. “My best friend Anthony McCarthy lives down the street, and I’ve spent most of my time with him and his family.” She told the officer.
He nodded, and asked how old she was. “16 going on 17.” She answered, looking up at the officer. He nodded, and asked her to call her friend, and ask him to come over with his parents.
She did, and waited for Anthony. He and his family soon arrived, and his mom asked what was going on.
Y/n took a deep breath and gathered the strength to explain the events that had happened within the last 10-ish minutes. "I was afraid to tell anyone, but I couldn't take it anymore," Y/n explained with a shaky voice.
Anthony's mom wrapped her arms around Y/n, offering comfort and support. Once the McCarthy’s were aware of her situation, Mrs. McCarthy asked the police officers what was going to happen with Y/n.
“Well,” one of them started, “she’s probably either going to be put in foster care, unless you, or someone else wants to adopt her. Also, Mr. and Mrs. Garcia have already been taken care of. They’re in two separate police cars, and are going to be taken to jail once we’re done here.”
Daniella looked at Y/n, and asked if she wanted them to adopt her. She nodded without hesitation, and said she would like that. “Alright, so you’ll be staying with the McCarthy’s from now on. And you don’t have to worry about your parents anymore, miss Garcia.”
Y/n hugged Daniella, and thanked her for always being there for her when she needed. Daniella nodded, and hugged her daughter back as tightly as she could.
After a little while, the police officers left, and took Mr. and Mrs. Garcia to the station for questioning, and hopefully get them locked up. Y/n turned to look at Anthony, and the rest of his family.
She hugged them as tightly as she could, and broke down in tears. Once they went back home, Y/n went to her room, and laid down on the bed.
She took her phone out of her pocket, and decided to scroll through Instagram for a while, to try and get her mind off of everything that had happened today.
She got a follow request, and to her surprise, it was Kirishima. After she accepted the request, her instagram was being spammed with requests from her other classmates. She went to her dms, and clicked on Kirishima’s name.
‘What’s up, Kiri? And the whole class literally just spammed my phone with follow requests.’
‘Where are you, and why did you just leave the classroom like that? Are you alright? The whole class is worried about you, and not to mention, Mr. Aizawa keeps trying to ask me and Mina if we know anything about you, specifically, your strange behavior. What’s going on?’
Y/n hesitated with answering, because she didn’t want anyone from school knowing what she had to deal with for so long, or that her parents were now questioned by the police about the abuse they made her suffer through.
‘It’s nothing, Kirishima. Don’t worry about it. Tell Mr. Aizawa that I won’t be coming back to class today, and I may not show up tomorrow. I’ve got something I need to take care of, and it’s really important.’
As the two of them were texting, Y/n didn’t realize that Anthony had walked into her room, and was now just past the doorway. She looked over and noticed him standing there.
“Hey, Ant. You need something?” “Y/n, can we talk? Please?” Y/n sat up, and tilted her head slightly in confusion. “What’s up, Ant? What’s going on?”
“How about you tell me.” He said, as he grabbed her hands. “I’m worried about you, Y/n. I know your parents are with the police, but what concerns me is the fact that I found a few things in here the other day, and I want the truth.”
Y/n gave him a quizzical look, and asked what he was talking about. “I’m talking about this, Y/n Jane.” Y/n set her phone down on her bed, and averted her gaze.
“Y-you weren’t supposed to find that, Anthony. I-I’m sorry.” Anthony had tears streaming down his face, and didn’t even want to ask anything, terrified of the answer.
“Tell me….were you…have you…?” He asked, through sobs, noticing Y/n turn her head to the side. Anthony’s heart sank, and shattered. “….at least 10 times.” Y/n said quietly, voice no louder than a whisper.
Anthony couldn’t believe it, no, he didn’t want to. “If I’m being honest here, I’ve lost count, and had a few of them almost be successful.” Y/n admitted. Hearing this shattered Anthony’s heart even more, and didn’t know how to process it all.
“Why? Why didn’t you come to me about this? I could’ve- I could’ve stopped you, or helped you. Do you know what would happen to me if I lost you? You’re my best friend, Y/n Jane Summer Garcia!”
Y/n couldn’t stand hearing Anthony cry, but at the same time, she couldn’t blame him. “Don’t cry, Ant. I’m fine, really I am. At least none of them were successful, isnt that the important thing?”
He looked at her, and noticed she had a small smile on her face. “What, do you think this is funny or something, Y/n? Also, you’re seriously making jokes right now? What is wrong with you?”
“I have dark/broken humor. Also, yeah, I do find this a little funny. I mean, lighten up, Ant. I’m still here, aren’t I?” Anthony got up, and walked out of the room, not believing what he was hearing.
Y/n went back to messaging Kirishima, and texted him saying that she was glad they became friends.
‘Wait, what’s that supposed to mean, Y/n? What do you mean by that? I mean I am too, but this makes me think something is wrong. Talk to me, I’m here for you.’
Y/n sent Kirishima a smiling emoji, and said that she just meant she had another close friend apart from Anthony. As the two continued messaging each other, Anthony walked back in the room, still crying, holding something behind his back.
He walked over to her, and asked her if she wanted to see something. She looked up, and noticed what Anthony was doing.
“Hey! What are you doing with that? You could hurt yourself, Anthony! Give it to me. Please, I don’t know what you plan on doing with that, but please just give it to me, before you do anything stupid.”
Anthony shook his head, and started walking out of the room. Y/n quickly got off her bed, and went after Anthony. He went to his room, and closed and locked the door behind him.
“Anthony, what are you doing in there? Let me in! Anthony! Please!” She screamed, as she pounded on his door. “Anthony Caleb McCarthy! Open this door and let me in!”
It seemed like the more Y/n pounded on the door, and begged to be let in, the more Anthony just ignored her. Not knowing what else to do, Y/n went to go find Daniella, and ask her for help.
“Anthony Caleb, you open this door right now.” His mom said sternly, knocking on his door. Y/n and Daniella heard shuffling coming from his room, but the door remained locked. “I saw him with something in his hand, and he left my room and locked himself in his. I don’t know what to do, Mom. I’m worried about him.”
Y/n said, as Daniella banged on the door. After constant knocking and banging on Anthony’s door, and him not opening it, Daniella said that he was probably just changing clothes, or trying to relax, so they shouldn’t worry.
After she walked away, Y/n stayed in front of the door, and wasn’t planning on leaving until Anthony opened his door. Around 30 minutes to an hour later, Anthony finally opened the door, and saw Y/n laying in the doorway.
Maybe next time she won’t try and do it again. I just wanted her to see how I felt when I found that in her room the other day. I wasn’t actually going to do anything, but now she knows how I felt.
Anthony crouched down, and realized she was asleep, so he carefully picked her up, and carried her back to her room. He set her on the bed, and noticed she had several messages from Instagram on her phone, but he didn’t bother reading them.
After Anthony left her room, he went to go find his mom, and explain what he was doing. “Anthony Caleb!” His mom yelled, her voice reverberated through the house.
“Why would you do that? Do you not realize how worried and upset you made Y/n? She hasn’t moved from in front of your door since she told me that you locked yourself in there. Poor thing’s probably even more worried now, or if she’s asleep, will be when she wakes up. You need to apologize to her for causing her to worry like that. The last time I walked by to check on her, she was in the middle of having a panic attack, and I wish you would’ve seen the severity of it. I couldn’t get her to calm down, so I had to get your father up here, and he was in the middle of cooking, and almost ended up burning the food, had I not taken over.”
Now, Anthony was starting to feel bad. He wanted to scare Y/n, and he wanted it to be bad, but not this bad. Shit. This is the opposite of what I wanted to happen, god dammit. I need to make this right. I’m gonna go check on Y/n, and see if she’s woken up yet.
As Anthony was heading to Y/n’s room, he heard faint crying, and that made him feel even worse. He finally got to her room, and knocked on the door. “Y/n?” He started, shakily.
“It’s Anthony, can I come in?” “G-go away, Anthony Caleb! I don’t want to talk to you or see you right now! I hate you!” Damn, I really fucked up. How the hell am I supposed to make this right between us?
Why don’t you fucking tell me? You’re the one who did this.
Wanting to clear her head, Y/n grabbed her phone, and a small bag, and left through the window. Once outside, she began walking around, albeit, her vision blurry because of all the tears.
Somehow it just dawned on Anthony that something could happen to his best friend, if she was left alone for too long, or at all. Normally, he wouldn’t worry or mind, but after everything she told him, this was the last thing he wanted.
He twisted the door handle, and realized it wasn’t locked, so he opened it, and walked in. At first he didn’t see her anywhere, so he thought she might’ve gone to the bathroom, but that’s when he noticed the window was open, and her phone, and one of her bags were gone.
“Shit!” He said quietly, running back to his room and getting his phone off the dresser. He went to the phone app, and immediately clicked on Y/n’s contact. He tried calling her, but she didn’t answer, so he tried again.
Every call he made, either got declined, or just kept ringing, until it stopped. “Fuck!” He yelled, running out of the house, still trying to call Y/n.
The latter was in a park, and had put her phone on DND, and was walking around, until she thought she saw one of her classmates in the distance. As they got closer, they didn’t seem to notice Y/n, but she almost immediately realized who it was.
Why did she just run off like that? Also, why did she tell Aizawa no, when he told her that he wanted to talk to her after class? What’s going on with her?
As their thoughts continued, Y/n started walking in the opposite direction, hoping to avoid Kirishima. She picked up her pace, after noticing him walking in the same direction as her, and ran to the nearest tree she could, and climbed up.
She watched from a tree branch, and sighed deeply, as she noticed Kirishima walk right past the tree she was in. She checked her phone, and noticed that she had over 20 missed calls from Anthony, but didn’t care.
It was only now that she realized someone else was with Kirishima, but she couldn’t figure out who until…
Damn extra. Why did Shitty Hair ask me to help him find that damn idiot? Also, where even is she? Not like I care or anything, because she’s just a dumb slut anyway.
Y/n felt her heart sink, and her mind started repeating all of the names her parents used to call her. “Whore!” “Slut!” “Bitch!” “Good for nothing!”
She silently started crying to herself, and wished she hadn’t heard the ash blonde’s thoughts. “Hey, Bakubro, have you found her yet?” “Of course not, Shitty Hair; why do you think she’s at this park anyway?”
As the two boys were talking, Y/n accidentally let out a sob, which caught their attention. “Did you hear that, Bakugo? That sounded like Y/n’s voice.” “It was just a small squeak, Shitty Hair. And besides, how do you even know she’s here?”
Kirishima looked at his blonde haired best friend, and said that he had a feeling. “A feeling? You don’t even know; you’re just relying on a stupid fucking feeling?!”
Without thinking, Y/n jumped out of the tree, and told Bakugo that he shouldn’t be so quick to criticize. “The hell? Where’d the hell you come from, damn idiot?” The ash blonde asked, looking at her.
Kirishima turned around, and asked what she was doing and where she was. “That doesn’t matter right now. What matters is the fact that Bakugo doesn’t think that relying on feelings is a good thing. By the way, Blondie, correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t it a feeling that made Midoriya try and save you from the sludge villain? And don’t worry about how I know about that.”
Bakugo was taken aback, and growled at her. “The hell is that supposed to mean? That damn nerd didn’t do anything! All he did was basically grab that damn villain, and that didn’t do anything! Also, how in the world do you even know about that?! Did the Nerd tell you?”
Y/n wiped her tears, and took a few deep breaths, and casually walked over to the ash blonde. “Blondie, not like it’s any of your business to know, but my quirk is uncontrollable mind reading. I can hear everyone’s thoughts, whether I want to or not. Also, is that what you really think of me as? A fucking slut?”
Bakugo didn’t know what to say, so instead he just started setting off explosions, and threatened Y/n with them. What she said next however, surprised him and Kirishima, and had them concerned.
“If you’re going to hit me with your quirk, Blondie, I suggest you get it over with. Oh, and Kirishima, you might want to stand back. Bakugo, before you actually hit me with your quirk, if you’re actually going to, let me put my bag and phone to the side.”
Kirishima was trying to process everything he just heard, while Y/n was evading Bakugo’s explosions, causing him to be more mad than before.
“Y/n, what did you mean by that? Why would you say that? Are you okay?” Kirishima called out, noticing her dodge every one of Bakugo’s explosions.
“Yeah, I’m fine, Kirishima. I’m good. And what I meant by that and the reason I said it is because Bakugo called me a fucking slut in his mind. Honestly, I don’t want to go into detail, but there was a situation I was in, and that was ONE of MANY names I was called. Now, all it does is just bring back those horrible memories that I’d rather like to forget about, but what’s done is done, and I can’t change the past. I’ve gotta put the past behind me. And it’s just like Timon from the Lion King said, and I quote ‘when the world turns its back on you, you gotta turn your back on the world.’ Also, hakuna matata.”
With every explosion dodged, Bakugo became more mad, but Y/n seemed to be as calm as could be. This worried Kirishima, because he had a feeling there was something she wasn’t telling him, and he wondered what it could be.
That’s when he realized that she had said that there was a situation she was in, and getting called a ‘fucking slut’ was only one of many names she got called. After putting two and two together, Kirishima realized what she was trying to hint at, and gasped in horror.
“No, I didn’t call you a fucking slut, what I called you in my mind was a dumb slut.” It was only now that the ash blonde realized him correcting Y/n didn’t change the fact that he still called her a slut in his mind.
“Y/n, you need to tell Mr. Aizawa about this. This is serious, and not to mention important. You need to let him know so he can help you. I’ll go with you if you want me to, but he needs to know. And I don’t want to hear you say that you’re not going to tell him, or that he doesn’t need to know; because if anything, he DOES need to know.”
“What are you talking about over there, Shitty Hair?” Kirishima told Bakugo what he was trying to say, and the ash blonde became even more mad, and looked at Y/n, for the first time ever feeling regret. “You…What?!!” The ash blonde bellowed, sending more explosions towards her.
“Yeah, that’s my story. Hey, are you finished yet, Blasty? I need to get back home. My family is waiting for me.” In the midst of everything, Anthony finally made it to the park, and saw Y/n’s silhouette in the distance, with two other people standing around her, one setting off multiple explosions, the other standing to the side away from the others.
“Y/n!” He called out, catching her attention. “There you are! I have been looking all over the place for you! Come on, I’m calling my dad so he can come pick us up, and take us home. I want to apologize for what I did to you, that wasn’t nice or even right. I’m sorry, but I just wanted you to see how I felt when I saw that in your room. Everything that you were thinking, was the exact thought that crossed my mind. I’m sorry, I didn’t mean for things to get this bad. Please don’t do anything like that again; instead come talk to me, and I can try and help you, and talk you out of it. Please. You’re my best friend, Y/n; I can’t lose you, especially not to something like this.”
Kirishima and Bakugo both looked at Anthony in confusion, and asked what was going on, and what he was doing there, along with how he knew Y/n.
Anthony looked at the two teens in front of him, and said that he was Y/n’s best friend, and that he had been looking for her after she had ran out of the house. “Also, I’m here to bring her back home. I owe her an apology.”
“So do you, Bakubro. Even if it was in your head, you should still apologize to Y/n. Also, it doesn’t matter if you used the word ‘dumb’ or the actual f word, calling someone a name like that isn’t right.”
Anthony asked what the ash blonde had called Y/n, and wished he didn’t. “He called me a dumb slut…in his mind.” Y/n said, looking between her three friends. Anthony glared at the ash blonde, and walked over to him.
“Ant, don’t! He didn’t mean it! And even though I doubt he’ll actually apologize, or do it in his own way, there’s no need for a fight to start. So, please come back, and leave it alone.”
“Leave it alone?! Leave this alone?! He just called you a fucking dumb slut! I can’t ignore or even forgive that! Especially not after knowing your entire home life!” Anthony snapped, stopping to look at Y/n, before continuing to walk over to Bakugo.
“Hey! Blonde Hair, what is your name?! And what the hell do you think you’re doing calling my best friend a slut?!” Y/n knew there was no stopping Anthony, so she told the ash blonde to watch out, and move.
“What are you protecting him for?!” Y/n took a deep breath, and called Anthony by his full name. “Anthony Caleb Owen David McCarthy! You leave Bakugo alone! He, and Kirishima just found out about my situation! Nobody at school knows, or knew, and I’m actually talking to my teacher either tomorrow or the day after! Step away from the Angry Blonde, and leave it be! Kirishima, you restrain Bakugo, and I’ll take care of Anthony!”
Y/n quickly ran towards her best friend, and jumped on his back, and wrapped her arms around his neck, and had him in a chokehold. “I’m sorry about this, Ant, but I don’t want to see you fight my other friends!”
Anthony was gasping for air, and Y/n asked him if he tapped. He gave a thumbs up, and nodded as much as he could. “Alright.” She said, as she let go of his neck, and got off his back, allowing him to breathe again.
“Kiri, don’t ask what that was about. I’ll tell you later. For now, I should probably get Anthony home. I’ll see you and Blasty either tomorrow or the following day! Tell the same thing to Aizawa-Sensei.”
As Y/n started walking off with Anthony, Kirishima realized she had forgotten all about her bag and phone, but by the time he turned to see her, she was gone.
He turned to look at Bakugo, who just shrugged in response. “When she comes back to class, you are going to apologize to her. But, for now, I’m calling our teacher, and letting him know that the both of us are at least somewhat aware of Y/n’s home life. Don’t bring this up to anyone, and I won’t either.”
“Sorry about that, Ant, but I didn’t want you beating up my classmates just because of my stupid quirk.” Anthony shook his head, and said that he was the one who should be apologizing.
“I shouldn’t have done that to you. Mom told me how worried you were about me, and she told me about your severe panic attack that happened while I was still in my room. Please don’t scare me like that again, Y/n. I genuinely thought that I had actually lost you this time. You had me worried sick!”
Once the two of them got home, Y/n told Anthony who the other two were, and said that she trusted them to not say anything to anyone about what just happened.
Anthony had glanced at Y/n’s neck, and saw marks that he hadn’t noticed before. “Princess…?” He asked, gently rubbing her neck. “Before you ask, don’t. I don’t want to talk about it right now, especially not after the day I had. I promise we’ll talk about it tomorrow.”
On the way back to UA, Kirishima looked at Y/n’s phone, and slid his hand over the screen, not realizing that it didn’t have a password.
He unlocked her phone, and knew it wouldn’t be very manly to go through her phone, but he noticed her screen had a few leaves, and a little bit of dirt on it, so he used his sleeve to wipe it off, but accidentally clicked on her Safari icon in the process.
Before he could see what she had searched, he pressed the power button on the side of her phone, and shoved it in his pocket.
He and Bakugo continued walking back to school, when he suddenly got a call from Deku.
“Hey Kirishima, where are you and Kaachan? Mr. Aizawa is asking for the both of you, along with Y/n. What’s going on?” “Hey Midoriya, not much. Me and Bakubro are actually heading back to school now; whereas for Y/n, she went back home. There was a bit of a situation over here, but everything is fine now.”
As the two of them continued talking, Bakugo remembered that he had overheard Kirishima talking to Y/n, about a stomach issue.
He thought for a moment, and put two and two together. “Kirishima, I just figured something out. It has to do with Y/n.” He said, catching the redhead’s attention.
Kirishima looked at Bakugo, and asked what he was talking about. “Put the phone on mute, or tell the Nerd that you’ll call him back later.”
Kiri got off the phone with Deku, and asked Bakugo what he had figured out. “Now, bear with me on this because I could be wrong, and I hope I am; but I think she might be getting abused, or in the very least, mistreated at home.”
Kirishima asked the ash blonde to elaborate. “I’m saying that the fact that she reacted in such a way when she heard my thoughts about calling her a slut, and the fact that she was holding her stomach while walking into class; it all makes sense.”
Kirishima thought about it for a minute, and realized Bakugo was onto something. “Wait, are you saying that she could be possibly be getting abused, both physically and verbally?”
“Don’t put words in my mouth! But yeah, in a sense.” Kirishima thought about it a little bit more, and remembered that when he met up with Y/n outside of UA, before talking with Mr. Aizawa, he noticed that she wasn’t holding her stomach anymore, and she also had a sad look on her face.
“I think you might be onto something, Bakugo. It does makes sense; we gotta let Aizawa know, so he can help her.”
With all the talking that was happening between them, neither seemed to realize that they were at the front gate of UA. They both walked into the school, and immediately began looking for their teacher.
“Kirishima? Bakugo? What are you guys doing here? Shouldn’t you be heading home by now?” Shoji asked, nearly bumping into Kirishima. “We can worry about that later, for now, do you know where Mr. Aizawa is? We need to talk to him about something seriously important.”
“I’d say either his classroom, Principal Nezu’s office, or maybe in the staff room. What’s going on, anyway?” Kirishima gave Shoji a quick rundown of the situation, or at least, what they thought was going on with Y/n, and noticed as the color slowly drain from his face.
“Now I see why you wanted to talk to Mr. Aizawa. That really is serious news. Hopefully Mr. Aizawa can help Y/n get out of that situation.”
“Yeah, that’s what I’m hoping for. I’ll see you later, man. And don’t tell Y/n that I told you. Don’t even bring it up to anyone.”
As Kirishima and Bakugo checked everywhere they thought their teacher might be, they found him in the staff room.
“Mr. Aizawa!” Kirishima began, flinging the door open. “We need to talk. Now.” Aizawa gestured for Kirishima and Bakugo to come in, and sit down.
“What’s going on? What happened?” “It’s Y/n, Mr. Aizawa. We think that, now we could be jumping the gun here, but we believe that she’s getting abused by her parents.”
All Might set his coffee down, Midnight stopped printing paperwork, Mt. Lady froze in her chair, and Mr. Aizawa looked between his two students.
“What was that?” He asked, standing up. “We have reason to believe that she’s being abused at home. The way she was holding her stomach while walking into class, and Shitty Hair said that she wasn’t smiling when he found her outside of UA.” Bakugo said, leaving out the part where she heard him call her a slut.
Aizawa ushered the two out the door, and asked them to explain more. “Mr. Aizawa, do you remember when you said that you wanted to talk to Y/n after class, and she told you no; to which you responded with you weren’t asking, but instead telling her? Think about it, didn’t that seem a little strange to you?”
As the three of them continued conversing, Aizawa slowly started putting the pieces together, and soon had the color drain from his face in realization.
“Kirishima, Bakugo, don’t mention this to any of your classmates. I’ll get the other teachers involved, and we’ll do what we can. Now, before I let you go, do you know what kind of abuse she’s going through?”
“Physical and verbal abuse.” Bakugo said, quickly. The tension in the room was thick as Aizawa nodded, his eyes filled with concern. Aizawa assured them that they were doing the right thing by coming forward and promised to handle the situation with care.

Consumed Class 1-A x Suicidal Reader
"Y/n? You doing okay? You've been in your room for the past week now, and you barely came out. Is something wrong, and is there anything I can do-" Kiri said, as he slowly opened your door. He was shocked to see the state of your room.
It was unusually clean, with there only being a small mess in the corner due to the overflowing trash can filled with wadded pieces of paper spilling from the top. He walked in, and took note of how you dusted everything and wiped everything down, and cleaned everything with the proper cleaning materials.
He made his way over to your desk in the corner of your room, noticing that there was a stack of papers beside a note. The note was addressed to the entire class, and was written in big letters.
Before he picked up the note, he glanced to the stack of papers, and noticed that it was addressed to him, and your other best friends in the class.
'Red Riot, Pinky, Uravity, Deku, and Froppy. Stories about my time at UA, and being with in my opinion, the best heroes-to-be. Achieve what I couldn't, and make me proud. Keep on smiling.' was written across the top.
Kirishima then picked up the note, and read it aloud to the others in the room.
'"Dear Class 1A,
By the time you read this note, I will have most likely already have quit UA, and ran away...as well have my life be over; in other words, I will have most likely committed seppuku. I'm sorry to leave all of you behind, but especially you, Sharkboy. I've cherished the memories we've made together over the years, but my demons just became too much to deal with. I love every single one of you very much, and I know you all can become amazing heroes in the future. Don't give up on your dreams, and continue living life to the fullest. You all mean the absolute world to me, and I couldn't hear the thought of losing any of you guys. I've left everyone something in their room, and some stuff is quirk related, while others are just random things I thought you'd guys like. Thank you for always being there for me through thick and thin. It really truly does mean a lot. Sharky, Pinky, Floaty, Forrest, and Croaky, you guys are very dear to me, and I appreciate all you've done for me. Keep smiling, and be the best heroes you guys can be; Froppy, Deku, Pinky, Red Riot, and Uravity. Your beloved friend and classmate, Y/n-chan. <3'"
By the time he got reading the note, he, along with the others were in tears crying their out. Kirishima fell to his knees, and screamed at the top of his lungs in agony. The others followed suit, and wouldn't let up.
Due to all the screaming and crying, the rest of the class came out of their dorms, and made their way to your dorm. Nobody had to ask, because Shoji had taken the note from Kirishima, and read it out loud to the rest of the class, trying to hold back tears himself.

The Dark Demon
Hellfix is a famous demon that roamed the streets, but only in the shadows. He’ll possess anyone who crosses his path, and with no exception, but they won’t know that they’ve been possessed….at least not until he wants them to know.
He chooses his victims randomly, and each victim has a unique scent and trait that he likes. One of his personal favorite traits is stubbornness, so if you’re ever near a shadowy place, try not to let your stubbornness out, otherwise you might just get a visit from Hellfix.
His last victim was named Maxine Tachibana, and before he possessed them, he whispered their biggest fear in their ear. Losing a loved one.
Hellfix watched the color drain from their face, and smiled. “If you don’t want that happening, then you better do what I tell you, got that Maxine Tachibana?” Hellfix whispered.
They nodded their head quickly, and slowly turned their head to the alleyway to their right. “Walk over that way, and stop just before you enter the alley.” Hellfix said, and watched as Maxine made their way over.
“Now, repeat after me. ‘I Maxine Tachibana, allow Hellfix the Demon to possess me, and take control over my entire body. And if I disobey him, there’ll be hell to pay.’”
“I, Maxine Tachibana, allow Hellfix the Demon to possess me, and take control over my entire body. And if I disobey him, there'll be hell to pay.”
“Good, now then. (Enters Maxine’s body) Maxine, it’s you and I against the world. Whaddya say?” Maxine nods, and starts floating in mid air.
Hellfix then flies them over the buildings, and safely sets them down on top of the Brooklyn Bridge.
“Now, Maxine, open your arms, and prepare to fly like a bird. Trust me on this.”
Maxine then opened their arms, and began soaring across the sky. “I’m a bird! I’m a bird!” They said, smiling. “This is awesome! Thank you Hellfix!”
“Uh, you’re welcome, Maxi. But, if you think this is fun, wait until you catch a glimpse of this.” Hellfix flew Maxine across the city, and watched as their eyes began to sparkle. He smirked to himself, and got closer to the ocean.
“Look at your reflection, Maxi. Your eyes are as blue as the ocean, and as beautiful as the night sky.”
In the blink of an eye, Maxine’s eyes turned a deep ocean blue, and sparkled as bright as the stars at night. They couldn’t help but smile, and admire how sweet Hellfix was, despite his name.
“Hellfix, despite your name sounding the way it does, you’re actually really friendly and nice. I don’t know why my family and friends are always scared to mention your name. You’re really nice.”
Hellfix couldn’t believe the amount of compliments he was getting, because people usually thought of him as a bad omen.
How the hell am I supposed to do what I usually do now? This kid is way too nice for their own good. Damn, now I feel bad for what happened to all those other kids that crossed my path. I usually put curses on everyone, and possess them, but now I’m afraid I’m going to have to stop doing that. Maxine Tachibana, 12 years old, goes by ‘they/them’ pronouns, and is in their second year of high school. Amazing scholar, and exceptional student. Might as well be in college with their IQ level.
Once Hellfix landed, he sat Maxine down, and asked her how she liked flying around.
“That was really fun. Can we do that again sometime?”
The hell? They want to do that again? What the hell am I supposed to do with this kid? Okay, you know what? From this day forward, I will NOT possess anyone else ever again. I can’t…especially not to this kid.
“Maxi, forgive me if this comes off as rude, but I think that instead of you being in high school, I think you’d be better in college. Yes, even though you’re only 12, you have the IQ of a genius…I’d say almost the same as Einstein…if not smarter.”
Maxine agreed, and said that they have actually been thinking about attending college without finishing high school, they just want to get sophomore year done.
“Oh, I see. Hey, let me pick your brain for a sec. Why is it that you’re not scared of me? Because usually when people say my name, they all try to avoid shadowy places, and stay as far away from any and all alleyways they see. Everyone seems to think that I’m bad luck, or a bad omen just because of my name. It’s so frustrating, and actually really sad. I’d like to befriend some of these people, but for me, it seems like it’s impossible.”
Maxine thought for a moment, and asked Hellfix to show himself for a few minutes. He did as she asked, and next thing he knew, Hellfix had gotten the hug of a lifetime from Maxine.
“I’ll be your friend, Hellfix. Besides, I really like your name; it’s unique…just like you. My family always says that you can’t judge a book by its cover, and I actually wholeheartedly agree. And in this case, people shouldn’t judge you just for your appearance or name, because that’s just rude. Anyway, don’t listen to what anyone else says, because you’ve got me, and I’m not going anywhere.”
Hellfix could’ve cried. He hugged Maxine back tightly, and told them that when he possessed them, they would still be able to do their day-to-day tasks no problem, but there will be times when he will control their body, which in turn, will cause them to lose control over their body.
Maxine didn’t seem to mind, and just told Hellfix to let them know before he fully took control over their body, to which, for the very first time ever he agreed.
He also told them that since he was going to possess them, he had magic powers that allowed him to basically act like a genie.
Maxine asked how that worked out, and Hellfix explained that basically once they became fully possessed by Hellfix, they’d get unlimited wishes and powers, but only on one condition. They couldn’t tell anyone else that they had a literal demon inside them, or even that they were possessed. They weren’t allowed to mention Hellfix’s name in public, or with other people around…unless it was whispered.
“Oh, I should also let you know that like every other person who has magic, I have my limits. So you can ask for pretty much anything you want, but just know the bigger something is, or the more of something I make, the more tired I become, so I might pass out if or before you can make any other requests/wishes. So, just keep that in mind, alright? And don’t worry, nobody will be able to see or hear me unless my name is spoken, or I’m controlling you, and you suddenly feel really strong or whatever.”
Maxine nodded, and asked Hellfix if there was anything he couldn’t do, to which he responded with “not really. Just don’t have me go overboard with things, and you don’t do that either. Because if you overwork yourself, then you’re putting me at a disadvantage.”

MHA x Bullied Reader
Suzahara Uedo was special because quirks didn’t work on her at all. During her time at UA, a handful of her classmates started trying to bully her.
It was mainly Bakugo and his squad, but Todoroki, Jiro,Tokoyami, and Ojiro also tried to bully her.
It was a few days after the USJ attack, and before the Sports Festival.
*the only ones who aren’t going to be in the story are Aoyama, Dato, Koda, and Hagakure.*
Suzahara sat in between Mina and Denki, and she always focused on the work rather than worry about what was happening around her.
“Oi, damn extra.” Bakugo said, getting her attention. Suzahara looked to the side, and looked at Bakugo annoyed. With no hesitation, he sent a pretty big explosion her way. The classmates that had no part in the bullying, tried to warn Suzahara to move out of the way.
What happened next next shocked everyone. She turned back to her work, and it seemed like she was prepared to get hit with Bakugo’s explosion, however, she put her hands up like she was about to throw something, and stopped the explosion by absorbing it into her gloves.
Everyone gasped in surprise, and watched as she took the gloves off, and set them on her desk. Next, Mina tried using her quirk on Suzahara, but once again, she was prepared.
The minute a single drop of Mina’s acid got on her, she took off her jacket, and swung it around in the air, not giving the acid to take effect.
Sero’s tape got caught before it even touched Suzahara, and she tossed it behind her, and hit Sero right in the face with his own tape.
After class had ended, Kirishima and Denki asked Suzahara to meeet outside, because they didn’t want to hurt any of their other classmates by accident. Kirishima went first, and walked up to Suzahara, with his quirk already activated, and began trying to cut her.
She, on the other hand, saw this coming, and dodged his hardened hand, and by the end of it, the only thing that had been cut was her uniform. Luckily she came prepared, and spun around in a circle so fast that all could be seen was a smoke screen.
When the dust cleared, she had an entirely different outfit on, and just by looking at it, you wouldn’t be able to tell that it was shock absorbent.
“Stand back, everyone. Yaoyorozu, can you make a giant blanket for everyone? I don’t want anyone else to get hit.”
As everyone stood back, and waited for Yaoyorozu, Denki was getting his quirk ready.
“Hope you’re ready, Uedo. Cause I’m not holding back.” Denki said, noticing Yaoyorozu’s blanket covering everyone, except for himself and Suzahara.
Once Kirishima gave a thumbs up, Denki smiled wickedly, and hit Suzahara with everything he had. After about 5 minutes or so, Denki had fried his brain, and while he was now dumb, Suzahara told her classmates that they could come out.
Once everyone got out from under the blanket, they all looked between Denki and Suzahara.
Nobody knew what to say, or how to respond. After a few minutes, Suzahara went back inside, got her stuff and started heading home.
Over the next few days, everyone was still confused on what was happening and going on with Suzahara, because any normal person most likely would’ve ended up in the hospital by now.
“I know you’re all wondering how I’m still standing after what Kaminari did to me the other day. Well, I can’t say that I know what happened exactly, but what I can say is this. In the middle of me getting zapped with electricity, I took off the jacket I was wearing, and tossed it to the side, and told Kaminari to go higher with the voltage if he could. Just before he dried his brain he told me that he was using everything he had, and that he couldn’t go any higher, even if he wanted to. At least not yet.”
This confused the class even more, because they knew that no normal person would ask for the voltage to be increased, and instead of being so calm about the situation, they would be screaming in pain, and telling Denki to stop.
Just who is this girl, and why does nothing effect her? All of our quirks are useless against her. The entire class thought.
After that day, the bullying got worse, but Suzahara still seemed unbothered by it. Having her hand slammed in the door of her locker by Bakugo, getting spitballs stuck in her hair from a handful of her classmates, and even getting her lunch dumped on her every day, or every other day.
No matter how many explosions Bakugo sent her way, she didn’t seem bothered by any of them, and not to mention, the more she didn’t let the explosions hit her, the angrier Bakugo became.
“Calm down, you raging idiot. It’s not that big of a deal. Besides, instead of using your quirk, why not try to land a single punch on me? Especially considering that most of us, apart from the few exceptions, aren’t allowed to use our quirks in class. And if you really want to hurt me, you’re going to have to make me let my guard down, which, let me tell you, is easier said than done. So, good luck, Blasty McSplode.”
It was around this time that Suzahara started picking up on Bakugo’s nicknames for his classmates, and stated saying a few of them, instead of her classmates’ actual name.
Kirishima - Shitty/Dumb Hair
Denki - DunceFace
Mina - Raccoon Eyes
Todoroki - Half N’ Half
Midoriya - Deku
As the days continued, so did the bullying, and it was only after the Sports Festival that Todoroki joined in with the bullying. Some days he’d try to burn Suzahara with his fire, and ask Bakugo for help with his explosions, while other days he’d try to freeze Suzahara.
Tokoyami often unleashed Dark Shadow and said to attack Suzahara, but all that ended up happening was Suzahara shined light in Dark Shadow’s face every time it tried to do anything.
However, when it got darker outside, Tokoyami often asked Suzahara to meet at a park that was close by, and unleashed Dark Shadow again. Whenever this happened, it had a little bit more effect, but for the most part, Dark Shadow didn’t really end up doing much.
Ojiro would often use his tail to throw Suzahara to the ground, to which at that point Jiro took over, and with her quirk often tried to burst Suzahara’s ears, which of course only ended in failure.
One day during training, Bakugo, his squad, Jiro, Ojiro, and Tokoyami all planned to sneak attack Suzahara to see if that would have any effect.
Jiro stuck her earphone jacks into the ground, and tried to listen for Suzahara. She then gestured to Tokoyami to go hide in the woods, and have Dark Shadow ready.
“Ojiro, and Todoroki, you go wait at the entrance to the woods, and try to stay hidden. Mina, you, Kirishima, and Sero wait on the roof. Kaminari, Bakugo, you guys are with me. Kaminari, have your quirk ready, same to you, Bakugo.”
As Jiro waited for Suzahara, she heard her voice getting louder, which meant she was coming.
Everyone looked towards Jiro, and she gave them a thumbs up. A few seconds later, Suzahara had turned the corner, and was suddenly ambushed by her classmates.
“Uraraka, Midoriya, stay back! Shoji, please get my phone from my backpack, and send a message to my first contact. You already know the password, anyway! Yaoyorozu, please go find Aizaw-Sensei, and take Iida with you!”
Jiro gasped in surprise, not realizing Suzahara was trying to distract everyone. “Tsu, jump three times, then yell Uraraka’s name!”
The more Suzahara kept talking, and saying the names of her classmates that had no part in the bullying, none of her actual bullies realized what she was doing.
“Oh, good. You’re back Shoji. Did you text them? Yes? Nice, thank you. Now, can you see if you can find Yaoyorozu and Iida?”
“What the hell are you talking about, you damn extra?! Quit mumbling! You sound like that stupid nerd!”
Suzahara smiled wickedly, and was able to take care of her bullies in one move.
Jiro’s eardrums we’re the ones that had bursted; Kirishima had deep cuts all over him; Ojiro was smacking Todoroki with his tail, while Todoroki was freezing Ojiro.
Tokoyami had lost control of Dark Shadow, and Mina was trying to help, while getting acid everywhere. Sero and Denki had used their quirks on each other. The whole situation right now was a mess, and while the bullies had their own problems to deal with, Suzahara got off the ground, and began walking away like nothing happened.
And for Bakugo, everything was happening to him; eardrums bursting, getting shocked, getting frozen and burned at the same time, Mina’s acid getting in his clothes, getting deeply cut by Kirishima, getting electrocuted by Denki. And was trapped under Ojiro.
Once Suzahara left her classmates to deal with the situation themselves, she went back inside the school and went to her locker.
On the way there, however, she ended up running into a few other students from other classes that weren’t very fond of her classmates.
“Hey, Uedo, seems like you’ve been through a lot. Maybe you should be transferred to the support course, or general studies, or even the business course.”
Before Monoma could say anything else, Suzahara punched him in the face, and knocked him out with a single flick to the head. “Hey, Uedo. What was up with all the racket outside? And where’s the rest of your class? Especially the angry blonde that screams all the time?”
“Move it, Brainwash. Besides it’s none of your business. Most of them are losers like yourself, and CopyCat. But, the few that aren’t losers, I’m cool with them, and we’re hanging out together this weekend. Oh, and by the way, I’m immune to quirks. Later, Sleep-Deprived Brainwashing Freak.”
Shinso didn’t know what to say, and after Suzahara had answered him, he tried using his quirk on her, but obviously nothing happened.
Of course, there was a reason why Suzahara was immune to quirks, but nobody would know the truth for a while.
You see, Suzahara comes from a poor and very disfunctional family, and was often left home alone, and fend for herself. Her biological parents were almost never home, and when they were, the whole house echoed with them arguing and screaming at each other, and sometimes it did get physical.
Suzahara hated the way her family was, and wanted to make things right between her parents, but about four years ago, they both died in a car crash, and only left a burned down house, that honestly looked abandoned, for Suzahara.
And every family that she’s been to after that, treated her like vermin, and did things to her that she wouldn’t want to relive. So, for the past two and a half years, she’s been living on her own, and trying to get by, in a mostly burned down house.
The only room that was still intact, and looked like it hasn’t been affected by the fire was a kids room right next to the basement. Every other room and part of the house is barely usable, not to mention, barely even recognizable.
One day while hanging out with most of the Dekusquad, apart from Todoroki, and a few others, Tsu noticed Suzahara was a lot quieter than normal, and asked if everything was alright.
“Im fine Tsu. Um, I know we all made plans to hang out today, but um, I think I’m just going to go home. Im…not really feeling the best. I’ll see you guys later. Oh, and if you see Blasty, or any of them, please let them know that I’ve dealt with their bullying for long enough, and I’d really appreciate it if they left me alone from now on. Love you guys, and take care!”
As Suzahara began making her way home, she finally let the tears fall that she had been holding back all day.
Feeling worried, Deku, Uraraka, Tsu, Shoji and Yaoyorozu all began following Suzahara, while keeping a good enough distance to keep them from being seen.
Around 10-15 minutes later, the five of them saw a burned down house in the distance, and saw Suzahara walking towards it. They were surprised that she hadn’t caught them yet, considering from what they’ve seen, she usually notices when something is about to happen.
“Hey guys, you don’t think that Suzahara lives here…do you?” Uraraka asked, trying to keep pace with her classmates.
“I dunno.” Shoji said, using his quirk to keep an eye on Suzahara. “But I hope not. I don’t think anyone could live here.”
As they were getting closer to the house, Shoji caught a quick glance at Suzahara’s face, and grunted in surprise. She’s…crying? But why? She always seemed so happy, even while being bullied by Bakugo and a few of our other classmates. What’s going on?
“Home sweet home.” Suzahara said, walking inside. “I’m home. Well, time for more cleaning, and reorganizing. Oh, Mom, if only you and Dad were still here.”
As Shoji gestured for his friends to get closer, he could faintly hear Suzahara saying something.
The closer the friends got to the house, the more worried they got. Without thinking, Deku started approaching the house, and was heading for what remained of the front door.
“Midoriya!” Everyone whispered, trying to get Deku back in the shade to keep his from being seen. “What are you doing?! Are you trying to get yourself and the rest of us caught? Come back.”
Deku ignored his friends, and continued making his way to the house. Yaoyorozu used her quirk, and created small objects that she and the others threw at Deku to get his attention. Tsu tried using her tongue, but just missed Deku.
By the time Deku finally realized what he was doing, he was already at what remained of the front of the house. He carefully and slowly pushed the door open, and walked inside.
“…that’s better. Now then, let’s get this, and put it over here. Let me think…oh, I can move all of this to this room, and have this be used as another bedroom.”
What is…? Is Suzahara cleaning in here? And also, why is she doing this herself? Where’s her family? Don’t tell me that she actually lives here? There’s no way! Nobody can live like this! I can’t even see where I’m walking, or what I’m stepping on.
As Deku continued making his way through the remains of the house, he continued hearing Suzahara’s voice from other parts of the house, and wondered where her family was, and what she was doing in a place like this.
“Uedo? You here?” Deku called out, before putting his hands over his mouth. The house fell silent for a moment, before Suzahara called out. “M-Midoriya?” She asked, confused. “What are you doing here? And how did you even find this place? Shouldn’t you be hanging out with the others? And-I have so many questions right now.”
Deku rubbed the back of his neck nervously, and explained why he was there, and how he got there. Then, he waved to his friends, gesturing for them to come to the house.
Once everyone was inside the remains of the house, they all looked at Suzahara, as she began telling them about her situation.
The group of friends couldn’t believe what they just heard, and all hugged Suzahara tightly. “So, yeah. That’s my story. And believe it or not, this was actually my house, obviously before it got burned down. But, I’m just trying to clean up, and kind of reorganize everything. I think I might stop by the support course tomorrow morning, and ask if I could borrow some tools so I can get more done, but until then…this disaster is what I’m working with. And, I forgot to mention, the reason why I’m basically immune to all sorts of quirks, is because when I started living in foster families, for whatever reason, some of them decided they wanted to do experiments on me. Long story short, I’ve had so many different kinds of experiments done on me, that I guess after a while, I kind of became immune to stuff that could potentially be harmful.”
After listening to Suzahara’s story, the group of friends decided to help her clean up her house, and actually make it livable again.
It was going to take a while until the house became livable again, but the friends weren’t going to give up. So, the next day at school, Aizawa, and the rest of the class, nevertheless pretty much whole school knew about Suzahara’s situation, and all decided to pitch in and help.
The support course provided more than enough materials to get the inside of the house fixed, and even managed to get just enough glass for the windows.
The hero course helped by actually repairing or replacing everything, while the general studies, and business development courses helped by getting the materials from the support course, and asking Suzahara what went where.
And within the course of a few months, Suzahara’s house was repaired, and looking better than ever. In the midst of all that happening, they bullying slowed down until it finally stopped, and Suzahara wasn’t bullied anymore.

Nagisa Shiota x Self Harming Suicidal Reader
Terasaka, Muramatsu, Yoshida, and Okuda constantly bully Y/n and have been ever since they joined E-Class. Like Karma, they were suspended from school because one of the students in the main school had found out about what they were doing.
It wasn’t Y/n’s fault they were put in a bad situation. Ever since they were a kid, Y/n has always been a little hard of hearing, and they can’t help it if their foster parents beat them.
They’ve tried countless times to run away, but every time they were brought back home by their neighbor. Y/n hated their life, and actually tried to kill themself at least once before.
They had marks on their neck from the rope that was used about two and a half years prior, and someone from the main school had saw them. That same student also saw Y/n’s wrists, and knew almost immediately what they were. Since a handful of students in the main school bullied them, said students walked over to them, grabbed their wrists, and pulled up both of Y/n’s sleeves….revealing new and old cuts on their arms.
The cuts went all the way up to Y/n’s shoulders, and said students had grabbed their wrists so aggressively that the newer cuts had started to bleed again.
Y/n yanked their arms away, and tackled the student(s) to the ground.
If you think that they got suspended for fighting with another student or students, you’d be half right. While they were suspended for fighting during the assembly, they were also suspended for self harming.
When Y/n’s foster parents found out that they were suspended, they had beaten them for fighting with another student or students, and getting in trouble, as well as for self harming, and having the entire main school (mostly) find out.
“Shut up! Both of you! It’s not my fault that the other students are idiots! And besides, you two are the exact reason why I began self harming in the first place!” Y/n screamed.
So…when they got back to school and was sent to E-Class, they thought things couldn’t have gotten any worse, but they were very wrong. As previously mentioned, Terasaka, Muramatsu, Yoshida, and Okuda all started bullying them.
Okuda specifically started giving Y/n “potions” to drink, which was supposed to be for Koro-Sensei, but Okuda obviously had other intentions.
Feeling trapped and helpless, Y/n found solace in the only way they knew how - self-harm.
However, after a little while of being in E-Class, both Karma and Nagisa found out about Y/n’s self harm, and were rightfully concerned.

Just Let Me Die! MHA x Depressed Self Harming Suicidal Reader
You’ve been through a lot in your life. Your family constantly fights, and sometimes it gets physical; you have two older siblings, and they constantly hit you. Your oldest brother Joshua more often than not uses you as his personal punching bag, while your other sibling encourages Josh.
Your dad has shoved you against the wall a handful of times already, and has thrown at least three empty beer bottles at you. Your whole life has been like this, and to make matters worse, you’re being bullied at school.
Constantly shoved into the lockers, sometimes even being stuck in one; water, paint, soda, etc. being poured on your head, and of course, every so often, would have at least one person trying to hit you with their quirk.
You start to question why you’ve put up with this for so long, why you allow people to do these kinds of things to you.
**Sidenote: at one point during you being bullied, your main bully [Bakugo, of course] tells you that you don’t have a life, and if you want him to stop bullying you then you should just kill yourself….to which you actually take into consideration….and attempt it. As the bullying gets worse, you attempt to kill yourself again and again and again.**
One day, you decided you had enough of your life, so you started looking and thinking about what you could do to cope with everything….that’s when it suddenly hit you.
You remembered that your dad kept a box of different sized razors in his room, so one day you walked in, and took it. You also took a pack of cigarettes that your mom had, along with a few of her lighters.
You then went back to your room, and locked the door. You sat on the floor in the middle of your room, rolled up both of your sleeves, and unbuttoned your pants just enough to access your thighs.
You first brought the lighter to your wrists, and began to slowly burn, before moving to your thighs. After that, you took the pack of cigarettes, and took one out, and lit it.
You took a few puffs, then placed the end of the cigarette on your hand, and let it burn for about two minutes before removing it. You then took out one of the blades from the box, and began cutting both of your wrists, and thighs. You then put the cigarette out, and hid everything under your bed.
Deku was the first one to notice your self harm marks, specifically the burn on your hand, and cuts and burns on your wrists.
The two of you were training together, when your sleeve had slid up slightly. That distracted Deku long enough for you to knock him on his feet, and instead of getting up almost immediately after like he had been doing, he sat on the ground, looking up at you.
You didn’t notice that your sleeve had slid up, nor did you realize that Deku saw your scars. As you started approaching him, he thought he saw something just barely sticking out of your pocket.
He didn’t get a good look at it, but all he saw was something that looked like metal. “P-Puppy?” He stammered, looking at you. “Wh-what’s in your pocket? Also….what happened to your arm? Did Kaachan do something to you? Did he or Todoroki burn you by accident?”
Your heart almost immediately dropped, and you looked over at Deku. “Um…i-it’s nothing, Midoriya. Do-do you want to continue training? Or we can call it a day if you want.” You said, looking at him nervously.
Btw, some of your classmates had nicknames for you.
**Class 1A’s nicknames for you:**
Deku: Puppy, Smiley
Todoroki: Snowflake
Kirishima: Cutie, Pebble, (possibly Gemstone)?
Denki: Sparks, and Sparkplug
Tsu: Froglet, Lilypad, Lily
Mina: (Miss/Mr.) Smiles
Bakugo: [this one might seem more like an insult, but Smiling Freak]
Everyone else…apart from Grape Boy: N/N (Your nickname)
Deku looked at you with concern in his eyes. “Puppy, please talk to me. What’s wrong?” He said. You didn’t want to talk about anything at the moment, so you just brushed him off.
“Nothing, Deku. I think…I’m done training for the day. I’ll see you later.” You said, as you started walking away. “Wait!” Deku called out after you, but you continued on your way.
You didn’t want anyone knowing that you were self harming, or about your home life….at least, not yet.
As you walked away, Deku watched you, his kind-hearted gaze following you until you had gone out of sight. Little did you know, Deku wasn't one to give up easily, especially when someone he cared about was hurting.
He desperately wanted to help, but he knew he couldn't force you to confide in him. He understood that opening up about your struggles was a personal decision that only you could make.
But that didn't stop Deku from brainstorming ways he could offer support without prying or making you feel uncomfortable. He decided to start by subtly checking in on you, sending you small messages of encouragement and letting you know that he was there for you whenever you needed.
*’Im fine, Midoriya. You can stop worrying so much. Besides, it’s not important; and there’s other things that you should be focusing on and worrying about…such as hero training, and working to become a future hero. Don’t worry about me, I’m completely fine.’* You texted, not wanting to worry anymore about your problems.
Midoriya read the text, understanding your attempt to brush off his concern. Since he was so analytical, he was able to almost immediately see right through your text, but since he knew that you weren’t going to open up to him that easily, he thought that there was only one other thing he could do.
A few days later after him seeing your self harm marks, he knew he couldn’t keep it a secret and had to do something. He decided that whether you wanted him to or not, he was going to let Aizawa know that something was going on with you.
Once Aizawa was informed, he slowly started piecing together all the signs he noticed as well. “Thanks for letting me know, Midoriya. I’ll keep an eye on them, and please let me know if you notice anything else that seems off about them. I’ll talk to the principal and Hizashi and see what we can do.” Aizawa said, looking at Midoriya.
Once Deku left the classroom, he thought he noticed you heading towards the entrance of the school, so he decided to follow you and see what you would do.
He was surprised when he got outside to find you walking towards the dorms with Sero. It seemed like the two of you were talking about something, but Deku couldn’t hear what was being said.
“Hey, are you okay? What’s going on? You’ve been acting a little weird lately. Is everything alright?” Sero asked, looking at you, concern laced in his voice.
You looked away, and mumbled something. “What was that? Could you say that again, but a little louder?” Sero asked, looking at you.
Once the three of you made it inside Heights Alliance, you thought that Sero was going to ask more questions that you didn’t want to answer yet, so you looked away again, becoming slightly uncomfortable with the questions.
Sero stopped with the questions, and watched as you headed towards the stairs, eyes glued to the floor.
He, along with everyone else in the common room, were confused on what was going on, but knew better than to ask at the moment.
Once you got to your room, you got the box of razor blades out from under your bed, and made sure that you locked your door. You then rolled up both of your sleeves, and began cutting.
You soon got a text from both Bakugo and Monoma telling you that tomorrow morning they were going to be shoving you in a locker, and pour paint on you while walking to class.
You sighed deeply, and began cutting even deeper.
*‘Hey, you do realize what this weekend is…right? This weekend is the one weekend that me, you, and Josh are supposed to hang out. Also, me and Josh have the perfect place in mind. A fighting arena. Me and Josh have already signed up, but your names not on the list to fight. You’ve got a special job this weekend. You better come….or else!’* Your older sibling texted you.
You already knew what your part in the fight was; being your sibling’s personal punching bag, and punch dummy. Overwhelmed with everything that happened today, you put the blood stained razor blade away, and sat on your bed, silently crying hysterically.
You were rocking back and forth, unsure of why your family was the way it was. After a little while, you remembered what Bakugo had told you a handful of times already.
Without hesitation, you got off your bed, and walked over to your closet. You hated your life, and just wanted to die already, so you grabbed the rope that was in the very back of your closet, and immediately tied a noose.
You quickly sent a text to Midoriya saying that you were happy for all the memories you have made since starting UA, and that you were sorry. You then stood atop your desk, and tied the rope to the ceiling fan, and put the noose around your neck.
Without hesitation, you stepped off your desk, and let yourself fall. You immediately started to hang, and it would’ve been successful, had Deku not told Kiri, and a few others to go with him to check on you.
With the door being locked, Kiri wasted no time in breaking the door open, and immediately saw you. He, along with the others screamed in horror at the sight in front of them, and then Kiri ran over to you, and immediately cut the rope, causing you to fall instantly.
Deku then got the rope off of your neck, and tossed it to the side. Your classmates realized that you were still alive, just unconscious. Deku immediately called Aizawa, and told him that he was bringing you to Recovery Girl.
Aizawa was alarmed by Deku's urgent call and instructed him to hurry to Recovery Girl's office, promising to meet him there immediately.
As he rushed towards Recovery Girl's office, Deku held you carefully in his arms, his heart pounding with worry. Upon arriving at Recovery Girl’s office, Deku immediately realized Aizawa was already inside talking to Recovery Girl.
Deku ran in, and carefully set you on one of the beds. Both heroes looked at him worriedly, and asked what happened.
Deku took a deep breath, his voice wavering as he explained that he had found you hanging from your ceiling fan.
As he was explaining what he thought had happened, both heroes looked between him and you. “And when I found them, they had already fell unconscious. Kirishima got them down, and I got the rope off from around their neck.”
Recovery Girl healed you, and told Aizawa and Deku that you were going to be fine. “Midoriya, do you know what happened before they went to their room?” Aizawa asked, looking at Deku.
Deku swallowed hard, his eyes filled with concern as he replied, "I'm not entirely sure, but earlier today they seemed more withdrawn than usual. I noticed that they were talking to Sero earlier, but I didn’t hear much of what was said. All I did hear was Sero ask Y/n if they were okay and what was going on.”
Aizawa nodded, and asked Deku to keep a close eye on you from now on.
Once Friday rolled around, you were dreading going home because you knew what was going to be happening over the next two days, and you also knew what would happen if you didn’t show up.
You texted your siblings in a group chat saying that you weren’t going to be part of the fight, and that you weren’t going to be their punch dummy any longer.
Both of your siblings started threatening you over text, and said that if you didn’t show up for their fight, then you would have hell to pay.
*’You two assholes don’t know the definition of hell. God, I could tell you what hell really is, but we’d be here all damn day! My whole life has been hell; the two of you constantly ganging up on me, and using me as a practice dummy. Our parents argue and fight all the time, and I’m more often than not caught in the middle of it all! Dad has already thrown at least 3 empty beer bottles at me, and the last one almost hit me! Mom screams so much, that she could make the whole world go deaf; Dad has strength like the fucking hulk, and to top it all off, I never get a moment of peace and quiet at home! This isn’t what a family is! A family shouldn’t be this broken! I hate the both of you, Mom and Dad!!! I hate this goddamn fucking family! None of you actually care about me, you all just use me for your own personal gain! Go to hell, and rot there for all eternity!!!!’*
After both of your siblings read the message, you knew you were going to get told off, but you didn’t care.
The next few days in class honestly were a blur. You’ve had it with your life, and you didn’t want to continue getting bullied or used by your own family, so you went to go find a fellow student that could hopefully set you free.
“Kaachan.” You said sternly, getting the ash blonde’s attention. “I need you to do me a favor. A *huge* favor. Please.”
He looked at you in surprise, and raised an eyebrow. “What do you need, you damn ext-“ “I want you to end my life for me.” You whispered in his ear.
He turned around and fully faced you. “What do you mean? Why? What’s going on?” He asked quietly, still raising his eyebrow. You sighed deeply, and gestured for him to come closer.
“I’m…worthless. My family…they’re bigger assholes than you, and want me gone. Please Kaachan. I’m begging you. I can’t keep living like this; I don’t want to. I just want all of this to stop.”
At this point you were crying, but trying to hold back the sobs as much as you could. Bakugo could see the pain in your eyes, and knew that if you called him by his childhood nickname, then it was serious.
“Alright, fine. But I’ll do it after class. Aizawa will probably be wondering what happened to you if you’re not in class today. Deku told me what happened the other day, and said that when he brought you to Recovery Girl, she healed you and said that you would be fine. But, listen, you stupid nerd. If I’m going to do this for you, can you at least tell me why you want this so badly? You don’t have to tell me everything, just tell me what’s been happening lately.”
You nodded, and hugged Bakugo tightly. “Thank you, Kaachan.”
As you pulled away from the hug, Bakugo corrected you, and told you that until he did that favor for you, he wanted you to call him ‘Katsuki’.
It had been about two or three days since you asked Bakugo for the favor, and you knew he’d keep his promise.
“Hey Pebble. How are you doing this morning? We’ve all missed seeing you smile. It’s been, what, about a week now since we’ve seen you smile.” Kirishima said, trademark grin ever present.
You gave him a smile, but Bakugo could tell it was fake. As everyone greeted you good morning, you continued giving them fake smiles, and started calling them by their nicknames as well.
“Rocky, you down to hang out this weekend? I was thinking maybe a few of us could have a small get together, and just chill and watch some movies. I might see if Sero, Sparky, Alien Queen, and a few others would like to join as well.” You asked Kirishima, already knowing the answer.
“Hey Cutie, yeah! Let’s do it! That sounds fun. I’ll ask the others from our squad, and you ask whoever else you want to.”
Of course Bakugo was the only one who knew what was coming up in a handful of days, and he wanted to spend as much time with you as possible before that day came.
It was the day that you and a handful of your classmates were having a small get together, when Kirishima walked over to you, and asked how you were doing. You lied and said that you were fine, and that you couldn’t be happier.
Kirishima gave you his shark-toothed grin, and walked off to talk to some other friends, leaving you alone.
Just as you were about to go find Bakugo, Mina ran up to you, and hugged you so tightly that you thought she was going to suffocate you.
“Hey Mina. What’s going on? What up?” You asked, once she loosened her grip. “Sorry about that, Smiles. Anyway, come here for a second. I have to show you something.” She grabbed your arm and started pulling you before you had a chance to say anything.
She led you over to Bakugo, who was popping off small explosions left and right. “Do it again, Bakugo. They need to see this.” Mina said, as Bakugo slowly increased the size of his explosions.
“Stand back, everyone. If you get burned, then that’s your fault because I’m warning you now. Miss Wealthy, now.” Bakugo said, noticing everyone stepping back, and Momo creating something.
Once Momo created special sunglasses for everyone, Bakugo shot multiple explosions in the air, and watched as each explosion turned into a letter.
Everyone stared at the sky in awe, and couldn’t believe that Bakugo had wrote your name using his explosions. “I’m not done yet, you extras.” He said, as he sent a chain of more explosions into the sky, and watched as they created a light show, with each letter of your name dancing about before merging together to create something even more spectacular.
Bakugo’s explosions had rewritten your name, and right under it said ‘My little Explosion, I love you’ with a heart that had an arrow going through it.
You looked at Bakugo, and you couldn’t stop the tears streaming down your face. “Baku-Katsuki, I love it. Thank you! This is the absolute best day of my life!” You cried out, engulfing the ashe blonde in a tight hug.
He grunted in surprise, then slowly relaxed in your touch. “You idiot.” He said softly, hugging you back.
Then, he pulled away and planted a gentle kiss on your forehead, a rare show of vulnerability from the explosive hero.
He then gave you a look, and you nodded in response. Together, you walked in silence, letting the weight of the moment linger as Bakugo guided you away from the crowd and into a quiet, secluded spot.
As you settled into the peaceful spot, he pulled you close, wrapping you in his arms. “Are you sure you really want this, Explosion? This is something not even I will be able to get over.” You nodded, and told him that you were ready whenever he was.
He cupped your face in his hands, his eyes filled with a mix of affection and determination. He then told you to stand against the wall, and just let his quirk do its thing.
He stepped back, his focus intense as he channeled his explosive power. You gave him a look of relief, sadness, and a mix of other emotions, but mainly happiness.
He sighed deeply, his breath trembling with uncertainty. He looked at you, tears pricking the corner of his eyes. You, on the other hand, had a giant smile on your face, and your arms were spread, like you were waiting for a hug.
He hesitated for a moment, but then he gathered his resolve and stepped forward, engulfing you in a controlled explosion. Before launching it, he made sure to aim it directly at your heart, and did the same for every explosion after that.
With each explosion, he felt his own heart break and shatter more and more. He wiped the tears from his eyes, but they just kept coming.
He looked at you sadly, and noticed you were slightly gesturing for him to continue. By the looks of things, you could barely stand upright by yourself, and it looked as though you would lose consciousness any minute.
“Are you sure you want me to continue?” Bakugo asked, choking on sobs. You nodded, and told him to add more strength and power to his explosions.
He grunted slightly, and pulled the pin from one of his gauntlets, and directed a giant explosion towards you. “Here goes.” He said, his voice breaking.
Once he saw the explosion hit you, he thought that you had finally got your wish, to only find out, you could still move…if only barely.
He heard you struggling to speak, so he walked over to you, and knelt down in front of you. “Care to repeat that, Explosion?” You could barely hear him, but you knew that his voice was breaking.
“Finish….me.” You said, barely audible. He couldn’t stop the tears from flowing, but he did promise you that he would fulfill this one last wish for you.
He stood up, and got another explosion ready, and was just about to launch it, when he heard someone’s voice in the distance.
He gasped softly, and looked towards where the voice was coming from. He faintly saw blonde and red hair, and had a feeling he knew who was there.
He walked away from you, and whispered Kirishima and Denki’s names. “Hey, Bakubro!” Kirishima called out, approaching his best friend.
As the three of them stood in front of each other, Denki noticed you on the ground, and it looked like you had been hit with several rounds of Bakugo’s explosions.
“Hey Bakugo, what’s going on, man? Why’s Y/n over there on the ground, buried in rubble? And also, have…you been crying?” Kiri asked.
As Bakugo explained the situation the best he could, you noticed a piece of broken glass in front of you, and reached out for it.
Once you got it, you gripped it tightly, your knuckles turning white as you held onto the broken shard.
You slowly started trying to bring it up to your neck, but Denki noticed what you were doing, and ran over.
Kirishima and Bakugo ran over to you, and noticed what you were about to do. “No!!” Kirishima yelled, as he got the broken glass out of your hand.
“What the hell are you doing?! Are you crazy?!” He cried, tossing it away. Denki held onto you tightly, preventing you from escaping, while Bakugo looked at you with a deeply concerned expression.
“Baku…” you said, looking at him with teary eyes. He looked away, and whispered that he couldn’t fulfill his promise to you anymore.
Your eyes sparkled with tears as you looked between your three classmates. Kirishima and Denki gave you sad looks in return, and couldn’t believe that Bakugo was actually trying to kill you…nevertheless you practically begging for him to.
“Pebble.” “Lightning Bug,” Kirishima and Denki began simultaneously. “Why didn’t you tell us? We could’ve helped you? And wait….is this why you wanted to have a small get together earlier? Because you were going to…”
You nodded once, and shakily pointed at Bakugo. He quickly got the message, and began tell the other two your story, and what led you to this point in the first place.
After hearing your story, both Denki and Kirishima were crying, and couldn’t believe that you were keeping so much pain all to yourself.
Your theee classmates looked between each other, and nodded in agreement. Bakugo carefully picked you up, and brought you back to your house, Kirishima and Denki following behind.

“Thanks for letting me know, Midoryia.
With the door being locked, Kiri wasted no time in breaking the door open, and immediately seeing you.
Aizawa was alarmed by Deku's urgent call and instructed him to hurry to Recovery Girl's office, promising to meet them there immediately.
As they rushed towards Recovery Girl's office, Deku held you carefully in his arms, his heart pounding with worry.
“Midoryia, do you know what happened before they went to their room?” Aizawa asked, looking at Deku.
My whole life has been hell; the two of constantly gang up on me, and use me as a practice dummy.
I’ll ask the other from our squad, and you ask whoever else you want to.”

You and Shoji have known each other since you were in UA, although you were in different classes. Shoji was in the hero course, and in Aizawa’s class, while you were in the support course with Mei Hatsume and Power Loader.
Shoji stopped by the support course classroom a handful of times with the excuse that he needed his mask repaired, but most of the time you could tell he was lying. “Shoji, I’ve already fixed it for you again last Wednesday. How did you manage to tear it again that quickly?” You responded jokingly.
“Well you know how hero training can be. Especially with Bakugo and Kirishima’s quirks. Not to mention Mina, Midoriya, Yaoyorozu-“ you cut him off, and shook your head.
“I get it. A lot can happen during hero training, but at this point I already know that you’re just using that as an excuse. You’re only saying your mask ripped again so you can just come back and talk to me. Aren’t you?”
With his mask covering his face, it was hard to tell, but you knew he was blushing.
Once the two of you graduated from UA, you saw less and less of each other, but tried to stay in contact as much as possible.
By the time you were in your early twenties, you were already a store owner, and had so many different things hanging up.
With your quirk, you had made countless blankets, quilts, clothes, and machines that filled your store. However, you never could’ve expected who would walk into your store, and would end up becoming your most frequent customer.
It was the middle of the afternoon, and you were in the back working and listening to your favorite song, Home by Edith Whiskers.
“Man, oh, man, you're my best friend, I scream it to the nothingness
There ain't nothing that I need
Well, hot and heavy pumpkin pie, chocolate candy, Jesus Christ
Ain't nothing please me more than you.”
You sang by quietly, no louder than a soft whisper.
“Oh, home, let me come home
Home is wherever I'm with you
Oh, home, let me come home
Home is wherever I'm with you.”
As you continued singing quietly, you didn’t hear the bell above the front door ring, so you didn’t know you had a customer. “Babe, you here?” Shoji called out, looking around all the different items you had laying around.
Since Shoji was a frequent customer, and your best friend, he was the only one allowed to go to the back room without you tagging along. Once he saw you, he noticed you were working on another quilt, and had your earbuds in, as well as quietly singing to yourself.
He smiled softly, and tapped you on the shoulder, now getting your attention. You turned around, and immediately stood up, and hugged him. “Hey! Long time no see, Octo-guy!!” You teased, as you playfully punched him in the arm.
“How’s my favorite customer been since last time I saw you?” He picked you up, and carried you to the main area of the store, and pointed to one of the quilts that were hanging up. “How much?” He asked, as he kissed your forehead before setting you down.
For my favorite, and most frequent customer, let me think.” You started getting your ladder to reach the quilt. “I would say about ¥100, but…it’s on the house. But, there is one thing you could pay me…if not the yen.” You said, coming down from the ladder, and winking at him.
His smile grew wider, once again he scooped you up in his arms, and this time brought you to the back room. He closed the door behind him, and set you on a table. He then took the quilt from your hands, and put it to the side.
As the two of you were having your moment, neither of you realized that someone had walked in the store.
After about 10-ish minutes or so, you finally heard the bell at your desk ring, indicating that you had a customer. You tried to push Shoji off of you, but he was too preoccupied to notice anything.
Without thinking, you yelled “customer! I have a customer, Mezo!” He suddenly stopped, and quickly got off of you, and helped you up. He then looked away apologetically, and mumbled a soft “sorry, babe.”
With his head hanging low, he walked over to the quilt, and started making his way towards the door. “You quickly ran to the door, and stopped Shoji from opening it. “I’m sorry, Tentacole! Please forgive me!” You said quickly, bowing apologetically.
Shoji looked up at you, and put his hand on your head. “No,” he began softly, lifting your head up. “I’m sorry. I should’ve realized what I was doing, as well as that you’re still at work. Forgive me, Princess.”
You froze at the rarely used name, and stated at him. Tears were stinging your eyes, but you didn’t care. You grabbed his hand, and walked out of the back room, and went to the main lobby.
The customer looked at the two of you in confusion, but quickly brushed it off as you asked them what you could help them with. “I’m here to pick up my quilt…that I ordered the week before last.”
“Tentacole, and Ms. Wilson, please follow me.” You said, as you led both of them to a corner next to the back room. “Tentacole, do you think you could reach up there for me, and get the quilt that’s got the mandala design on it?”
After Shoji got the quilt down, you had forgotten just how big and heavy you had made it, but with Shoji and yourself lifting it together, you could’ve sworn it felt like you were lifting a feather at that point.
“Thanks for the help, Octo-guy. I owe you one. And Ms. Wilson, if there’s anything else I can make for you, please let me know. Have a nice day, Ms. Wilson, and I’ll see you next time!” You said, as you waved goodbye to Ms. Wilson.

Kurapika x Suicidal Kurta Reader
Kurapika and Y/n have known each other their whole lives, but what neither of them expected was to get separated from each other. Kurapika always looked after Y/n, and helped her with any and everything.
When their clan got attacked, and was wiped out, both Kurapika and Y/n thought that each other had been wiped out as well.
As they got older, Kurapika started forgetting about Y/n, but the latter never forgot him.
When Kurapika and his friends first met during the Hunter Exam, he thought he saw someone similar to his best friend.
No, it couldn’t possibly be her. I mean, this person has longer hair, and is wearing an eyepatch. There’s no way. It has to be somebody else.
As Kurapika was lost in thought, he noticed Tonpa walk over, and hand someone one of his drinks. They took one drink, and immediately spat it out.
“You trying to poison me or something, punk?!” They screamed, trying to calm themself down. “Sorry, it’s just ever since I had that happen in my past, I can sometimes get aggressive. My deepest apologies.” They bowed apologetically, and walked away.
Their past? What happened in their past, and now that I think about it, they look very similar to her. What’s going on?
As Kurapika was staring at the person in front of him, he gasped softly when they turned their head. They have the same colored eyes. Even their hair is the same, but longer. Wait…fire colored eyes? Could it actually be…?
“Hey, Fire Eyes, show us will ya? We’re all dying to see it.” Someone said, trying to get the fire colored eyes person’s attention.
“I already told you! My name is not Fire Eyes! It’s Y/n Simmons! Get it right, and no! I’m not taking my eyepatch off just to show you idiots! Stop asking!”
As soon as Kurapika heard their voice again, he knew almost immediately that it had to be her. Before he could say anything, Mr. Satotz appeared, and told everyone to follow him to the Exams Second Phase.
Kurapika soon lost sight of who he assumed was his friend in the crowd, but had a feeling that he’d catch up with them sooner or later.
As more and more people kept falling further behind, Kurapika noticed it was getting slightly easier to catch up to the person who had been on his mind since he first saw her.
While everyone was running, Y/n adjusted her eyepatch, and then began digging her nails into her arms. Kurapika quickly noticed this, and tried to catch up with her.
He barely tapped her, when she turned around briefly, glanced at him, then turned back around and began picking up her pace slightly.
Wait, could it be…Kurapika? Why’s he here? I thought that…oh my gosh. It- it is him! What?! But-but, I thought that he- how did he-why is he…? I’ve got so many questions racing through my mind right now! What the fuck? My best friend is…
While she was lost in thought, she didn’t realize that she began slowing down, and that the more she slowed down, the further behind she was getting. She took her phone out of her pocket, and went to her camera.
Her left eye was glowing a faint scarlet, and she had tears streaming down her face.
Oh my god. It is him. My best friend is still alive! This is the happiest day of my life
As she stood there crying, Gon and Killua both looked behind them, and were apparently waiting for her. Y/n was so happy to see Kurapika again, that she didn’t realize that two of his friends were waiting for her.
Gon walked over to her, and tapped her on the shoulder. “Hey, are you okay? What’s wrong? Did something happen?”
As Gon tried talking to her, the two of them started walking side by side, then started to run.
“Oh I see. So you’ve met Kurapika before? He was your best friend? What happened? Did the two of you get into a fight or something? Ohhh, so your clan got attacked. Wait a second, are you saying that you’re-“ “Yes! That’s exactly what I’m saying, now would you please quiet down? Look, I’m sorry, but there’s two reasons why I’m wearing this eyepatch. 1) so nobody finds out I’m actually one of the Kurta people, and 2) because I don’t want anyone knowing that only one of my eyes is scarlet. During the attack, the Phantom Troupe killed everyone in my family, and they tried killing me too, but they only managed to take my right eye. I somehow managed to escape with my left eye still intact, and to make sure that nobody finds out about me being Kurta, I’ve decided to wear this eyepatch. I’ve also got colored contacts in, that make my eyes appear like a fire. So, that why people call me ‘Fire Eyes’. It’s actually the name I’m using as an alias…just in case I have another run in with the Troupe. I don’t want any of them to know I’m still alive.” Y/n interrupted.
Now that Gon was aware of Y/n’s situation, he promised to keep it a secret from the others, including Kurapika.
The rest of the First Phase, Gon couldn’t stop thinking about what Y/n told him. Killua tried asking Gon what he was talking about, to which Gon replied with “Sorry Killua, I promised her I wouldn’t tell anyone. All I will say though, is that it has something to do with her past. I wish I could tell you more, but a promise is a promise.”
Killua just scoffed, and left it at that.
The rest of the Hunter Exam went by in a flash for Y/n, and she kept checking with Gon to make sure that he didn’t tell anyone. “Eyepatch, I made a promise to you, and I’m planning on keeping that promise for as long as I can. Don’t worry. Your secret’s safe with me.” Gon reassured.
Even though Y/n felt like she had lost trust in everyone, considering what happened to everyone she knew, she felt like Gon was trustworthy, and felt like she could tell him anything.
As the five of them spent more time around each other, gon quickly began noticing changes in Y/n’s behavior. At first there were subtle changes, like she started to become quieter, and began wearing longer sleeves.
She would also try to avoid using certain words or phrases when talking to anyone other than Gon. Sometimes her left eye would turn scarlet, and she would cover it with her hand, so nobody could see the scarlet color.
Whenever someone would reach for her hand, she’d pull her hand away, or smack the other person’s hand.
After a little while of this happening, Gon decided that it was time to confront her about it. He went to her room and knocked on her door. “G-go away Gon Freecs! Get-get out of here! G-go away!” She stammered, trying to finish what she was doing, while keeping the door closed.
“Patch, let me in. What’s going on? Can you tell me? Please? I want to know.” Gon said, worryingly.
“I said go the fuck away Gon! Damn, you don’t know how to listen do you?!” Y/n snapped.
It took her a few minutes to realize what she just said, and what happened. “G-Gon? Are you still there? I-if you are, I -I-I’m so sorry for snapping like that. I didn’t mean to. I just have a lot going on right now. Can you come back later? I’m sorry.”
Gon wasn’t going away after that outburst, and he didn’t care that he just got screamed at by her. “Patch, look, I’m not leaving you alone. Especially not after that. I understand that you have a lot going on right now, but talk to me about it. It’s not good if you keep all of this bottled up, you know. Talk to me. What’s on your mind?”
“Gon! Come here for a second!” Leorio called out. “Killua says he wants to show you something!”
Gon really didn’t want to leave her alone, but he figured a few minutes couldn’t hurt. “Coming Leorio! Give me one second! (To Y/n) Hey, Patch, I’m coming right back. I’m just going to go see what Killua wants to show me. I’m only going to be gone for a few minutes. I’ll be back.”
With Gon gone, she took that opportunity to do what she has been wanting to do for god knows how long. She got her pills open, and began taking handful after handful. She then tied tied her rope to her ceiling fan, and put the noose around her neck.
She made sure to leave her note out in the open, so Kurapika could read it when the door got broken down.
“Goodbye Gon. Goodbye Killua. See you later, Leorio. “I’m sorry, Kurapika, but this is goodbye. Farewell friends, I love you all. The four of you mean the world to me.the five of us forever.”
With that, she stepped off the chair, and began hanging.
When Gon came back, he tried opening the door, only to find that it was still locked. He knocked on the door, begging Y/n to open it for him.
“Patch, please! Please open the door! Come on, Patch!! Don’t do this to me! Don’t do this to us!! Open the door!! Please! Kurapika, Killua, Leorio help me get this door open!! Y/n is in here!”
Killua, Kurapika, and Leorio all looked over at Gon, and gave a questioning look. “Goddamn it! Our friend is in here! Kurapika, your best friend is in here! Help me get this goddamn door open!”
After Gon’s outburst, his friends all began banging on the door, hoping Y/n would answer. As the four of them continued trying to break the door down, Gon suddenly had an idea.
“Everyone stand back, I’m going to try running towards the door, and break it down that way!”
As Gon got a fair distance away from the door, and ran towards it full force, the door broke off the hinges slightly.
Gon ran into the door repeatedly, trying to break it down, and each time he slammed against the door, the more it came off the hinges until it finally broke, allowing the four friends to enter.
As soon as the door was open, the four friends immediately saw Y/n hanging. They ran inside and got her down as quickly as they could, and then checked for her pulse.
“Shit! They're ice cold. Leorio, call an ambulance and hurry! Gon, help me get the rope off her neck! Kullua, can you manipulate your body, and cut the rope to make it easier to get off?” Kurapika shouted, panicking.
Leorio quickly called for an ambulance, while the other three tried to get the rope off Y/n’s neck.
“The ambulance is on the way!” Leorio shouted, rushing to his friends. That’s when he noticed the pill bottle on the floor. He picked it up, and examined the label closely. “Shit! Kurapika, we need to try to wake her up, and try to get her to throw up the pills! Of course, I don’t know if we’ll be able to wake her up, seeing as the pills she took are fast working, and can be fatal!”
“You’re telling us this now, Leorio?! Fuck! Why didn’t you tell us as soon as we ran inside?!”
“Don’t look at me! You’re the one who told me to call for an ambulance, so why’re you getting mad at me?!”
“Would the both of you shut up?! You can argue later! For now we have bigger and more important things to worry about and deal with!”
“He’s right, let’s save the arguing for later. Let’s focus on saving our friend!”
The four of them waited for the ambulance to arrive, and then went with them to the hospital.
Once Y/n got taken in, the four friends waited patiently in the waiting room. A doctor came out a little while later, and told them that they could go see their friend. Kurapika thanked the doctor, and followed them to Y/n’s room.
Upon arriving, the four friends gasped after seeing Y/n.
“Miss Simmons is just fine. We got her stomach pumped, and looked at her neck. Since the four of you got to her when you did, her neck is only bruised, nothing more. She’s stable, but she might need a few days to fully recover.” The doctor said.
As the four friends walked in, the four of them had tears streaming down their faces. Especially Kurapika. “Y/n, I know everything. Gon filled me in about everything you’ve been keeping to yourself. Why would you do that? I would’ve never thought that you had that much going on. I mean, it has been years since we’ve seen each other, but you should’ve told me that you were going through all that. We could’ve help you.”
“Yeah, idiot. Next time tell us what you’re going through, so we can help. It’s not fair if we all laugh and smile and make jokes together, only for you to go home and suffer alone in silence. From now on, let us help you. Baka.”
“Yeah, exactly, Patch. You shouldn’t suffer through something like that alone. And by the way, I know I broke our promise, but Kurapika wasn’t the only one I told. I also told Killua and Leorio. We’re all here for you, so you can talk to any of us about anything.”
The four of them stayed by her side, and refused to leave until they saw her open her eyes. “We abandoned you once, and we’re not going to do it again. Please don’t leave us, Y/n. Please.”
As night began to fall, the four friends were still waiting by Y/n’s bed, hoping that she’ll wake up soon.
“Excuse me guys, but I’m afraid that the four of us will have to start heading home. It’s getting late, and she still needs to rest. I promise I’ll keep the four of you updated.”
The four friends agreed that they would take turns staying with Y/n to keep an eye on her, and keep her safe. Leorio had the first night, and he stuck by his word. He didn’t leave Y/n’s side, and even fell asleep holding her hand.
After a few days, all four friends were back, and Y/n was still asleep. They looked at each other, and were all thinking the same thing.
Please don’t let it come to that.
A doctor walked in the room, and had a sad look on his face. Please no. Don’t let it be that. The doctor approached the four of them, and told them that at this rate, if their friend didn’t wake up soon…then the line would go flat.
This broke the four friends, and they all prayed that their friend would wake up soon.
Another few days pass, and Y/n is still asleep. Before anyone could react, the four friends all heard the one thing they didn’t want to hear. The line went flat, and that meant that they had lost Y/n to suicide.
All four friends broke down in tears, and didn’t want to believe it. “No. Please come back. We need you. I need you. Please don’t leave me. I lost you once, I can’t lose you again! Not after being reunited after so long! Please!” Kurapika cried, not believing his best friend was really gone.
Quick A/N: Sorry it’s so long. This happens a lot whenever I write. First Kurapika x Reader, so I hope it’s not too terrible.
Color code:
blue = Kurapika
Orange = Leorio

? x Self Harming Suicidal Reader
Description: Katherine Yumizaki (aka Y/n) has been verbally and physically abused by her family her whole life, and the only ones who know/knew were her teachers, and her best friends. Due to this, she always wore clothes that covered her completely.
Side note: the only names that are going to be mentioned are Katherine’s, Aizawa, Mina and Ochaco.
Also btw, Katherine’s quirks are going to be quirk manipulation, and elemental manipulation/control.
“Hey, Kathy.” Mina and Ochaco greeted simultaneously. “How are you doing this fine morning?” Kathy smiled softly and said that she had been better. “Let us know if there’s anything we can do for you. And according to Aizawa, we’re going to be having a special guest come into class today.”
As the three of them walked into the classroom, Katherine immediately noticed the look one of her classmates were giving her. She just rolled her eyes, and took her seat beside Mina.
As everyone was waiting for Aizawa, Kathy heard her phone buzz, and took one look at the screen, then proceeded to hold back tears the best she could. Mina almost immediately realized that Kathy was on the verge of tears, and asked what happened.
Kathy showed her phone to Mina, and watched as Mina’s smile slowly fell. The message that Kathy had received was from her mother, and it read: ‘Hey, Useless Bitch! Just because you’re attending the school meant for heroes doesn’t mean that you’re actually going to become one. Why don’t you make yourself useful for once and fucking kys! You’ll never amount to anything in life anyway, dumb ass hoe.’
“Hun,” Mina began, looking at kathy sadly. “Don’t worry, I’m telling Mr. Aizawa about this, and we’ll get this resolved. Since me and Uraraka are the only ones in here who know about this, the two of us are going to do everything in our power to make sure that you’re safe and happy. Believe me.” Mina then stood up from her seat, and hugged Kathy as tightly as she could.
Once Aizawa finally walked in, he immediately noticed kathy and Mina hugging, and had a feeling that something happened. “Ashido, and Yumizaki, would you two please stay after class?” was all Mr. Aizawa said, before getting a nod from Mina.
Towards the end of class, two classmates activated their quirks, and was trying to hit Kathy with them, however, thanks to Aizawa still being awake…the classmates both got their quirks erased, and got told off by Aizawa.
“Yumizaki and Ashido, please stay behind. Everyone else, class dismissed. (After everyone else leaves) Alright, Ashido, care to explain what I saw when I walked in earlier?” Aizawa said, noticing Kathy looking slightly uneasy.
Mina explained what happened, and asked how long it would take to get Kathy away from her family. “Honestly Ashido, I’m not sure. But what I can say is this, Katherine isn’t going anywhere, and doesn’t have to worry. Currently, me and some of the other pros/teachers, including the principal are all trying to get this thing resolved. And since you and Uraraka are the only two in class who knows what’s going on, I’m asking you to continue to keep things on the DL…at least for the time being.”
As Aizawa continued talking, he had a feeling that it wouldn’t be long until Kathy lost control again. Before he could say anything else, he noticed Kathy get up from her seat, and run out of the classroom. Before Aizawa even had the chance to say anything, Mina quickly stood up and ran after Kathy.
Once Kathy was far enough from the classroom, she ran into the nearest empty room, and began self harming again. Mina and Ochaco weren’t aware that Kathy had been self harming, so when Mina walked in and caught her best friend red handed, she completely froze.
After a few minutes of standing in the doorway mouth agape, Mina finally ran over to Kathy and stopped her. “What-what are you thinking, Kathy?!” Mina asked, between sobs. “Why would you ever think about doing something like this? (Cries) I knew that your home life was bad, but I didn’t realize that it was this bad. Does-(sniffles) does anyone else know about this?”
As Mina was talking to Kathy, and trying to stop the bleeding, Kathy just looked away, feeling a little ashamed. “I hate my life, Mina.” Kathy finally said, turning her gaze back to her alien friend. “My mom does all the verbal abuse, while my dad does the physical. I hate them! Whenever I go home, I have little to no freedom. I’m either always getting yelled at by my mom, or getting beaten by my dad. Hell, even if it’s in the middle of the night, neither of them seem to care. My mom will continue to scream and yell at me, and tell me how pathetic I am. She also tells me that I’m a waste of space and time. I can’t take it anymore!”
“So you turn to self harm?!” Mina countered, wiping the tears from her eyes. “I’m not going to lie and say that I know what you’re going through, or that I’ve been there; but I can and will say this: self harm is not the answer, Kathy. I know people are jerks and assholes…I mean, look at one of our classmates! People are stupid, and think they can just push others around, but at the end of the day, we’re all human. We all make mistakes, and you don’t have to use self harm as an escape. Let me help you.”
After that, Kathy pretty much told Mina everything, and that she just wanted to be free from her family.
Over the next few days, kathy continued to get mean messages from her mother, and also continued getting picked on and bullied by a few of her classmates, and other students.
One day however, was the last straw for kathy and she really couldn’t take it anymore. Her mother and father both texted her that she would be better off dead, and everyone that claimed to care about her was just being nice out of pity. And the bullying got worse as well.
Kathy was pushed and shoved into the lockers, had others quirks constantly hitting her, or trying to hit her, graffiti written on her locker, desk, and other various places with insults and phrases that she only ever heard from her mother.
The worst of it all though was in the cafeteria during lunchtime. Someone had created a giant banner with the phrase “go kys Katherine Yumizaki!”, along with the insults such as “bitch”, “hoe”, “whore”, “slut”, etc.
As soon as Katherine saw that, it was immediately game over. She quickly ran out of the cafeteria, and left the UA campus. She left all of her belongings back at school, and had left a note for Mina and Ochaco.
Once in the city, Kathy went to the tallest building, and went up to the roof. She took off her shoes, and jacket, and anything else that she considered to be “unnecessary”, and slowly approached the edge.
Little did she know however, someone had been following her, to see what she was planning on doing. As soon as they saw her enter the tallest building in the city, they almost immediately had an idea of what she was going to try and do.
Just as she got to the edge of the roof, she screamed as loud as she could, and let all of her emotions out, while staring off into the distance. She activated her elemental control quirk, and engulfed herself in rainbow colored flames, as well as unintentionally forming a hurricane. With the sudden windstorm, and the sky becoming a dark grey, her classmates all knew what was happening.
On top of the hurricane that was forming, other natural disasters were also occurring. A flood, tsunami, tornado, whatever kind of natural disaster you could think of…it was happening. (For the most part.)
Katherine’s “savior” only realized how bad the situation actually was as they were climbing up each floor to the roof of the aforementioned building.
“Dammit!” They screamed. “What the hell has gotten into her?! What the hell is going on here? Dammit, I’ve gotta go faster.”
With the situation quickly becoming even more dire and dangerous, everyone in UA knew that it was only a matter of time before everyone went to hell. “Aizawa-Sensei,” one of his students asked, looking at him with worry and concern. “What’s going on? And where’s Katherine? Usually she would be here after lunch with the rest of us? Also, where’s ___? They should be here too.”
“I can’t tell you the full story, but I assume this has something to do with Katherine’s home life. Either that, or possibly the fact that she might’ve been getting bullied by at least one of your classmates. Now, whereas for your second question, if I had to guess I’d say that ____ is looking for Katherine to try and calm her down. Now, I don’t know why she let her quirk get out of control, but I know that I’m not just going to stand here and do nothing while one or more of my students, are possibly in danger. Everyone, go find a room that doesn’t have any windows! If you can’t, go find another teacher or the principal and tell them that I said to get somewhere safe! If you see any other teachers that might be able to possibly help, tell them to come help me find and calm Katherine down! Class rep, you’re in charge!”
As Aizawa is running out of UA, Katherine’s savior is still trying to get to her before things get even worse. “Yumizaki!” They screamed, trying to watch out for the building that already started to crumble.
While all of this was happening, Katherine herself was still leaning on the railing and staring off into the distance, tears still rolling down her face. “Fuuuucccckkkkkk!!!” She screamed, leaning even further over the railing. “Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!! Why??!!! Why does my fucking life have to turn to absolute fucking shit???!!! Why does my goddamn family fucking hate me so much??!!! I HATE YOU ALLLL!!!!!”
As Katherine continued to scream and cry, her classmate noticed more pieces of the building starting to crumble and fall, and soon realized that if she kept screaming like that with them trying to get to her….they could get crushed if they weren’t careful.
They would’ve used their quirk, but that would’ve been too risky and dangerous. The closer they got to Katherine, the clearer her screams became, and more understandable. “I FUCKING HATE YOU MOTHER AND FATHER!!!”
With all the wind and debris flying around outside, it wasn’t easy to see Katherine, but with a little bit of luck, her classmate managed to spot her and saw that she, for whatever reason, hadn’t jumped yet, so there was still a chance to save her.
Her classmate crashed through the double doors that lead to the roof, and tried calling out to Katherine, but to no avail. It was only now that they realized just how bad things had gotten, and how incredibly windy it was outside. With all the wind and debris flying everywhere, it started to blur Katherine’s classmates’ vision, temporarily blinding them.
However, they weren’t going to give up, because that’s not what a hero does. They didn’t come all this way to just throw in the towel now.
“Katherine! Hey!!!” They screamed, trying to get her attention. “I know you’re still in there, dammit! If you can hear me, then listen up! I don’t know what you’re going through, but, I can tell you this: you don’t have to go through it alone! You hear me?! I’ll help you through this, but in order for that to work, you can’t jump! Don’t throw your life away just because some people are fucking assholes! I know it’s ironic coming from me, but you’ve got to listen to me! I get it, people are jerks! People suck, and the world would be better off without them! But listen here, and listen well! I don’t fucking care about what people say or think about you! You’ve gotta remember that their opinions don’t mean jackshit! Please! Come back to UA with me, and we can talk things out! You don’t have to throw your life away just because someone told you to! I…I love you dammit! Ever since we met, I haven’t been able to keep you off of my mind! Sorry if that sounds creepy or weird, but it’s true! I love you so fucking much! You’re…my best friend. I can’t lose you! I don’t want to! So, please take my hand, and get away from the edge!! Please!!! I’m begging you!!!!”
To their surprise, Katherine actually turned around and looked at them, both of them crying uncontrollably. Katherine reached out her hand, and was just about to grab onto her classmates hand, when the railing suddenly broke. Since she still had one hand in the railing, and since it was now raining heavily, her foot slipped, causing her to lose her balance and fall backwards…breaking the railing in the process.
“No!!!” Her classmate screamed, as they ran over to the edge, and managed to catch her before she fell too far. It took them a minute to realize that Katherine was hanging upside down, due to them catching her by the ankle. When they finally realized, and tried to see if she was okay, they may have or might’ve not saw up her skirt by accident.
They blushed a deep red, and looked away. They pulled her back onto the roof, and continued looking away from embarrassment. “Uh, s-sorry about that. I d-didn’t mean to.” They said, slowly turning their gaze towards Kathy. “Huh? What are you apologizing-“ Katherine’s face became just as red as her saviors, and looked the other way.
“Don’t-don’t worry about it. If it was an accident, then…” just as the two of them sat beside each other looking in the opposite direction, Aizawa and a few others crashed through the double doors and saw the two students.
“Katherine, are you alright? You’re not hurt anywhere, are you?” Aizawa asked, as he slowly approached his two students. “N-no, I-I’m fine, Sensei. B-Bakugo s-saved me. I owe him m-my life.” Katherine stuttered, looking at her savior.
“Th-thank you, B-Bakugo.” “You’re welcome, or whatever. Dumbass.” Bakugo said, standing up. “And….call me Katsuki.” Katherine nodded slightly and whispered Bakugo’s name.
“Katsuki. I like that.”
End..

? x Sick Hanahaki Reader
You lie in bed, staring at the ceiling, trying to take your mind off of him. You wondered why it had to be him of all people. Why'd your heart have to fall for him?
Ever since a kid, he's been the only thing you could think about. Of course he'd never like you back, you were just a waste of space...or at least that's what he and your family constantly told you.
"'Hey guys, how's it going? What are you guys talking about? Oh, you're talking about them? Yeah, I agree. They really are just a waste of space.'"
You couldn't stop thinking about that, and as soon as that thought resurfaced, your chest felt like it was on fire. You quickly got off the bed, and immediately ran to the bathroom. You coughed violently, trying to get the flowers out, knowing full well that you didn't have much time left.
You flush the toilet, and sat against your bathroom wall. Faintly, You heard someone knocking on your bedroom door. You didn't want to see anyone, nevertheless talk to anyone, but you knew that they'd just keep knocking if you didn't open the door.
You slowly and shakily got up from the floor, and washed away the blood from your mouth, and walked into your room. You made your way over to the door, and opened it.
You took one look at who it was, and asked why they were here. "I just wanted to check on you. I noticed...can-can I come in? I want to talk to you."
You wordlessly let them in, and gestured to your bed for them to sit down. You sat beside them, and waited for them to say something.
"Where have you been the last few weeks? You barely show up to class anymore, and you've also been skipping training. Mr. Aizawa and the rest of us are extremely worried about you. Please talk to me. I want to help."
You looked away, not knowing what to say. "Please, (Name). Please talk to me, I want to help you. I really do." You turned to look at them.
No one ever called you by  your real name when talking to you. They'd usually use the nickname they gave you, but when they did you knew that they were worried.
You cupped their face with your hand, and wiped the tears away with your thumbs. "Don't cry, love. It's okay. I'm fine. I'm sorry for worrying you and the others, but trust me, I'm fine." You said, looking at them.
They smiled slightly at hearing the name you called everyone. "Are you sure? You don't seem fine to me. And, there's something I've noticed as of late. I know that it's not my place to say, but I noticed that you haven't been eating lately. You would usually sit with me and the rest of our friends at lunch, and even make jokes about you-know-who. But, you haven't been at lunch with us for about two and a half weeks. Probably longer than that."
You knew they were right, but you couldn't just say 'the reason why I haven't been showing up to class, training, or even lunch is because I'm sick. I've got hanahaki, and I'm actually dying. I'll be gone within the next week and a half, to two weeks most likely.'
What were you supposed to do or even say? You knew that it would break their heart if they found out you were sick, nevertheless dying, and you didn't want them to be sad. You hated seeing your friends and family upset.
You felt another cough forming in your throat, and quickly ran to the bathroom once again. You didn't have any time to tell your friend to plug their ears because you were in the middle of throwing up at least 3x as many flowers, branches, and blood.
As soon as you realized just how much you had thrown up, you knew that you were already on the brink of death. You were practically already gone.
Just as your thoughts started to cloud and fog your mind, you didn't hear the knocking, which slowly turned into banging on the bathroom door.
"(Name)! Unlock the door! What's happening? Please, open the door! (Name)! Please!"
You have lost so much blood over the past few weeks, that you could barely even stand. You were fading in and out of consciousness, and barely heard your name being called.
The last thing you saw before falling unconscious was the bathroom door being flung open, and your friend running over to you.
They immediately picked you up, and held you against their chest. With what strength you had left, you wrapped your arms around them, and started to say 'i love you'.
You only managed to say 'I lo-' before taking your last breath. Once you and your friend were back in your room, they set you down on your bed, and had just now realized that there was a note on your nightstand.
'To whoever may be reading this, I'm sorry that I didn't spend my last few weeks with any of you. I didn't want anyone to know that I was sick. That's why I haven't been showing up to class, training, and lunch. I've had hanahaki for a while, but I don't want anyone to blame themselves. It wasn't anyone's fault but mine. I'm the idiot who fell in love with someone who always called me a waste of space. Yes, Katsuki Bakugou in other words. Katsu, if you're the one reading this, then I want you to know that I've had a crush on you ever since we were kids. Even if I am, or was a waste of space, at least I'm not anymore. Dad, thank you for not telling anyone about this. I love you all so very much, and I know that all you my loves, will become amazing heroes. (Name) Aizawa.'
Kirishima cried his eyes out when he got done reading the note. But, Aizawa had known? Since when? How long has Aizawa known about this? Did he know if there was a way to cure you, and you just refused?
As Kirishima was lost in thought, he didn't realize that Aizawa, along with the rest of 1A was standing right behind him, crying.
Once he turned around and noticed, he immediately noticed Bakugou looking at him, and rage immediately flooded over Kirishima.
He walked past everyone, and immediately punched Bakugou in the face as hard as he could. "Bakubro!" He growled, venom laced in his voice.
"You did what?! How could you?! How could you say that to them, or even about them?! Because of what you and their family constantly told them, look at what ended up happening! (Turns to Aizawa) And you, Mr. Aizawa, you're just as bad as Bakugou here! How could you call your own kid a fucking waste of space?! If you didn't want them, then why didn't you put them up for adoption?! Telling (Name) that they're a waste of fucking space?! How incredibly monstrous can two people fucking be?!"
Everyone just stared wordlessly at Kirishima, not knowing what to do. No one had ever seen Kirishima this mad before, so they were all taken aback.
Without knowing what else to do, Sero had activated his quirk, and had bound Kirishima's hands together to keep him from lashing out at anyone else.
