3. If they tell you they are unconformable doing something don’t force them to do it. An example them telling you beforehand to order their food for them, because they are too scared to do it, but you refuse too and they’re to order their own food

4. Telling to stop doing whatever their nervous tick is. 

5. Making fun of their shyness (This one is debatable, cause friends.) 6. Bringing them to a place they feel unconformable in, your friends house, or a group of people.(You wouldn't bring a person scared of heights to an amusement park) 7. Do not say that them being anxious is cute.

8. Peer Pressure them to be in a situation or do something that could trigger an anxiety attack. (Peer pressure is never okay)

9. Yell at them for apologizing so much

10. Leave them while they’re having an anxiety attack, unless they ask. 11. Don’t treat them like they’re  broken. Addition Info: This list seems like common sense, but everything on this list happened to me, by people who knew my triggers, and my nevous ticks. People with anxiety, mostly social, well let people walk over them out of fear of making them angery. (Or maybe that’s a me thing.) But please beware and i know some people do these things out of tough love.
