I have a really productive day so far and it’s only 2pm. Woke up at 6am, took a shower and started working on my statistics class at 8am. However, I received the results for my e-tutorial and was kind of bumped. I expected better results, but I guess that’s what I am doing this for. So I can learn and avoid my mistakes in the exam.
So….Now I am trying to recover from the disappointment, so I can move on with my productive day.
Todays To Dos:
• finish 3rd e-tutorial ⭐️✔️
• start 4th e-tutorial⭐️▶️
• vacuum and tidy up living room✔️
• load the dishwasher ✔️
• clean up the kitchen
• 5:30pm go to the city and watch the hip hop performance
✔️: done

to be clear if your answer to "who are you without constant media consumption or during times when you are not watching tv or playing video games" is "i'm not sure" or "it's really hard for me and difficult and painful but i am trying to learn how to exist in my body without constant escapism" or "no i can't bear it actually" you aren't giving me a 'bad' answer and i'm not judging you for that. your answer as sincere and personal as it is is really none of my business, and i understand that the question can be really challenging - the idea alone can be challenging, especially in today's climate - but i think it's important to ask yourself these questions anyway, and to be honest with yourself, to ask yourself difficult questions and give them time to sink in, and you aren't obligated to share your answers with anyone
#I really want to do more creation to balance the consumption#I used to really struggle with this#still do#however I have made progress#I still constantly consume#but I can make the conscious decision to stop so long as I can do another ‘activity’#walking is good#and no one is allowed to tell me that reading counts as consumption
