Oh Dear Mobile Phone
Classic mobile phones: we can't do without them, yet sometimes they're a hassle.
Put your phone📱away before bedtime, like an hour before you sleep.
Find an alternative to your phone📱 before bed like reading a book📕, taking a warm bath, or listening to soothing music. 🎶
Keep your phone📱in a different room at night. When they're out of sight, you won't be tempted to use them as much.
Any other ideas? 💡
