hii I was wondering what you think of Shiera Seastar's fashion + hairstyle? I feel like she was the fashion icon of her day so I'm curious what you think 💙

Shiera was very fond of wearing the type of hairstyles her mother was known for. Loose curls framing her face, complex twists braids and curls snaking around the top of her head, and beautiful long hair flowing down her back. Though it might have been a bit “neater” and smoother than her mothers was, due to Westerosi influence. She enjoys fine metalwork headbands and crowns with long veils, as well as pearls and stones to painstakingly place in her hair to make it shine

Her clothing style is undoubtedly also influenced by her mother, however it takes on a slightly more modest noble and put together look, as she is being raised at the court of the king. She has a variety of colorful stolas, shifts, and gowns all made from the most well made silks linens and cottons money can buy. Her dresses frequently are tightened just under the bust with a brilliant metal belt, and her fingers, neck, wrists, and ears are always adorned in impossibly finely crafted jewelry

#honkai impact #I'm really not a fan of the new design direction in honkai #its not because of the individual designs #most of them are fine in a vacuum #its just together they all just sorta blur together for me #and its especially noticeable given how fantastic most of the star rail designs have been #ive been watching witch from mercury recently and it really made me realize just how much i dont like mihoyos art style #for characters at least (big fan of their environments)#the characters in witch from mercury all wear pretty similar clothes (uniforms mostly)#but they all look SO distinct because they go so ham on the body shape and hair and eyes and face shape and everything else #every mihoyo lady just seems to be some pretty lady with long flowing hair and like-#its not objectively bad. I just find it boring #i just want more variety ✊️😔#honkai leaks

i'm a big fan of non-dsmp-viewing qsmp artists depictions of tubbo. most dsmp players have some similarities to their qsmp counterparts but i've seen so many different tubbos - even moreso than usual, since tubbo has always had a variety of designs - that don't have many design aspects that i associate with tubbo due to the dsmp. i think that's neat.

#qsmp #tubbo #yeah #i've seen a lot more blond tubbos and the dsmp (now-a-days) has people depicting tubbo as similar to cc tubbo #as opposed to his tweek skin. so it's interesting to see qsmp artists go more off the skin #there's also less goat/sheep/horn versions of him from what i've seen?#more. variety. dragon tubbos and human tubbos and Fucked Up Tubbos #he's also portrayed more as an engineer/mechanic guy in terms of outfits which is so fun compared to like #his wintery fits or tweek clothes from the dsmp #hell. he doesn't even have the firework scar. that's the biggest thing that got me #esp. with so much early dsmp qsmp design overlap. qsmp tubbo being So Different from his dsmp version is neat!!#im excited to see if he'll balance out to a more conclusive fanon design or if there'll be Many Tubbo

i dressed real scene today and some little four year old boys were looking at me like i was so cool and it felt good

I wonder if new Ximboland users ever look at a piece of clothing in the shop and wonder who the designer was and why they're no longer there.

That site is so toxic and life draining, but sometimes I wish I could just go browse the shop and see my old art again. Those are my children I made them, I hope people still like them.

(ignore shocked shane this aint about him) made my OC dave as my first muse so i am kinda playing hard mode with the type b body situation but im like. determined now. im gonna make the flashiest and cutest and over the top outfits i can muster with the scraps theyve given the the type b (jk jk its not TOO bad its the best we've gotten so far but I do wish i could wear shorter shorts and crop tops and some of those type a socks are so cute i saw some that were like bandage thigh highs. dave should be allowed to wear thigh highs. dave should be allowed to wear thigh highs)

still having a lot of fun tho! sometime i should get around to making a type a muse but most people i meet are type a so i never run out of people to dress either way LOL

like most people i have things i hope they add in the future (like i said before, the lack of zoom is DIRE) and right now some of the currencies and levelling systems feel a little unbalanced (i have so many of the star things and bingo things and a decent amount of gacha things but the photo prop coins are my most coveted thing rn i have like 1 single one JKDLSJFDS) but im enjoying myself a lot like i knew i would

i dont do the vertical photos that often because theyre kinda hard to do (u have to like. turn ur head or the switch to the side..... im nearly exclusively a tabletop switch player so i cant imagine what its like for docked player LOL) but this ones cute!

but yeah very fun and extremely addicting i need to go to bed. i need to go to bed. i have assignments and i need to go to bed. but i want. to make outfits..........i must.....make outfits......graaaaahhh........GRAAAAAHHHHHH (turns into a zombie before your eyes)

I love the Blue Poison Shoal Coast skin probably as much, if not even more as the anyone else, but sometimes I wish regular Bloop would get more love too.

just saw makima//denji clothes on a big chain store today

#get your abusive relationship mass produced and sold on a t-shirt idiot #tbh the csm clothes were hella cute. there was a makima top crop and a bigger power t-shirt too #i just feel bad for every girl who buys the denji//makima t-shirt thinking it's a cute relationship #i also find it very funny that they were all in the women's section. not a single piece of csm merch for men there #which is an interesting development because anime clothes used to be sold only in men's section for the longest time #i used to say that anime merch was one of the few flexes men's fashion had over women. i stand corrected #not only do i see more anime merch (especially shounen) in women's section now but it's also cuter and has more variety than men's #it's curious seeing the csm anime promoting makima as the main love interest though. i guess it's to hide the main twist #but even in the beginning anyone can see that denji and makima's relationship is bad. we just don't know the extend of how bad it is #there was also a cute t-shirt referencing 2000s cat/dog memes and i had to control myself to not buy it. i mustn't let nostalgia control me #wolf rambles

i lost the case for my wireless headphones a few weeks ago and the $130 replacement just arrived. i looked into buying a case for the case but they all looked flimsy so i decided to make my own.

it's wokny but i feel so pleased. this hardware was originally on a coat that terrier turned into a satchel in 2012 and then scrapped in 2017, and it's fun to get to reuse it a second time. i got halfway through adding denim side panels, and then the idea of using underwear waistband elastic made me laugh.

my wallet chain is getting into chatelaine territory and i am getting more powerful!

#next step is to add wallet chain attachment points on all my clothes without belt loops #and then make some more chains for variety

honestly just because of the drama lavendertowne’s going through with the hazbin hotel fandom, I’m honestly contemplating making my own hazbin hotel redesigns

#talk away ⌞🍵🍋 ⌝#I won’t sugarcoat this:#lavendertowne’s redesigns were…#pretty bad #like even on their own as their own designs #they weren’t that good #but I don’t think that warrants any harassment lavendertowne may have faced #she messed and has acknowledged that she messed up and is trying another attempt #which kudos to her #but also #I really do think the hazbin hotel fandom needs to seriously chill about people who are more critical about the show and vivziepop as #a whole #like lavendertowne wasn’t trying to “fix” the designs #she was making redesigns of the characters taking into account the criticisms people had about the designs #and tbf as much as I really do like some of the designs #I’m not gonna lie some of the criticisms towards the design are pretty fair #some character designs are pretty busy which must’ve been hell for the animators to animate “glances at husk*#the silhouettes are very similar with only a few exceptions (nifty)#and to bring up my own point #I’m really not a huge fan of how most of the male characters are all wearing suits and/or bow ties #this isn’t anything super big #I just wish the male characters had a bit more clothing variety #hazbin hotel #lavendertowne
